Cosmic Shear
Pocomoke City, MD– The last time Christine Sheddy’s best
friend “Q” spoke to her at approximately 9:30Pm on November 12th she was trying to whisper something to him. He could not hear her. He heard a guy in the back talking about how they were gonna keep her, she’s so good to them, so nice to look at.. You get the picture. Skeeve Meter twenty out of ten.
Christine put him on the phone with Q as he kept following her around talking in the background. Q describes the voice on the other end of the phone as a red kneck. Definately not JR or Dominick. Justin and Q chat for a few seconds with the regular niceties.
To this day, “Q” is not sure if she put him on the phone thinking it would get him out of her personal space, to make Q think he was “cool” , or to identify him to Q without the privacy to be able to reveal whatever was wrong. It haunts him.
At 11am the morning of the 13th Q calls for Christine. JR answers and says he is “out”, does not have many cell minutes left and will tell Christine to call him when he gets back to the house. Lie No.1 out of infinity.
The following are the still shots taken by the mounted, motion- activated camera on the neighbors home, installed following JR stealing a laptop and cell phone and JR and Justin slashing the neighbors tires in October.
The first person to leave the residence at 12:58PM on November 13:
Unsub self-professed hunter/correction officer. This truck had been seen on previous occasions from this footage. This man is stopped because the neighbor asked him who he was. He said he was a corrections officer, and simply looking for a place to hunt. The neighbor asked him why he would not take the two on the roof with him. Jr and Dominic. They were fixing the hole in the roof from the fire the evening of the 9th.
Until this article, this truck has never been identified. The mystery CO and hunter is NEITHER of those things. The truck belongs to Tia Johnson’s father, and was driven by Charles Timothy Johnson, Tia’s brother. This is the first vehicle to leave the property on 11/13.
Here is the lovely couple Charles T Johnson and Jennifer Waters Johnson arriving at the party on 11/11, apparently they bring the party with them, or at least the coolers. Why the hunting story? Did he think she may have seen Charles in the field or woods as well? Was it related to Jennifers probation hearing the next day?
1:57PM- Tia’s car, with Jr and Tia in it, leaves in a manner to avoid the camera.
2:06PM– Tia’s car returns, she is alone.
2:08PM– Tia’s car leaves again, unidentifiable driver.
2:36PM– Tia’s car, driven by JR, so fast the witness believed he was going to flip it over.
3:38PM– Tia, JR and Justin leave the farm in Tia’s car.
4–4:30PM– They return in Tia’s car, avoiding the camera.
5:06PM– Middle aged woman with blonde hair arrives, later determined to be “Nevlyn” , Dominick Von Graevenitzs’ Mother in Law.
5:08PM– Nevlyn leaves the farmhouse with additional unidentified passengers.
From approximately 5:30–7PM JR begins calling Christine’s family and friends. (yes, I am being intentionally vague on the chronology).
However, it should be noted that JR did all of the calling, and all of the “version” alchemy. An Excerpt:
11/13 6–7:00PM call, recipient witheld–
On the 13th around 6 or 7 JR left a message on my cell telling me to call him back as soon as I get the message, and it didn’t matter that it was before 9. (editors note: 9Pm is the reduced rate benchmark).
I got the message 20-30 minutes after he called and called him right back. He answered and said that him and Tia went to pick up her kids up from school and when they came back Christine was gone and the boys were there by themselves. My reaction was shock and worry. That just doesn’t happen, and Christine would N E V E R leave her kids by themselves. I was like “are you serious?” JR’s tone was calm and even called me nicknames like “ma”. He said he did not have any idea where she was and he, Tia and a cousin even searched the wooded property because they had a lot of land. He also said she may have went off with a guy she met that worked at Walmart. He said that he was trying to get a hold of my mom so that she or someone could get the boys. He said Christine mentioned to him that she was moving from the farmhouse.
That call was made AFTER he had already spoken to Q with the same story.
I asked Q– when did you KNOW something had happened to Christine; something was very wrong? He replied: “When Levi and his Mom picked up the boys, I new something was horribly wrong and something had happened to Christine. She would never in a million years let those boys go with Joyce. ESPECIALLY Joyce AND Levi. Never…”
8:08PM– Nevlyn returns to the property with passengers.
8:38PM– security check
8:50PM– Joyce Hall, mother of Levi Hall, and Levi, arrive on the property.
9:26PM– Joyce leaves the property.
9:57PM– BLACK PICKUP WITH SHINY BLACK WHEELS ARRIVES.

Blink: I too am in awe of Lynn. I’m sure that precious Christine inheritated Lynn’s sweetness and goodness. I am so happy that she has Christine’s little children. Just knowing that they will get the love and support from Lynn makes me happy. What a joyous day it will be when we all know that Christine is being brought home! I know it will happen, Blink, because I know that you are not a quitter, and I know how very much you want to see justice done. Get pizzed if u want, I am still so very proud of you, and your great team! (OUCH! that hurt!)
You didn’t answer my question about checking out toolbox in back of truck…just wondering if it has been checked for blood, DNA etc…

The “Town” doesn’t want everyone to know what happened that would make it look bad.
The Mayor of the Town was the lead Detective. He has said she went off on a binge and left.
Hmmmm, as Mayor he is to be a goodwill ambassador for the town, as a Detective he is supposed to solve crimes….I dunno what do you think?
They don’t want the press, there is no local paper and thats the way they like it.
We started the Tattler to expose the incompetence and corruption within, and the Mayor tells me we have it all wrong…she wasn’t killed she ran away and if we found her today she would be placed under arrest for child abandonment.
Well here is an interesting tidbit.. My legal editors were on this today, thank you Candice, and it would seem that cases involving a minor child that INCLUDE the charge of the parent for abandonment are not viewable by the public or immediate family member for any reason..

Thx for that info mjh….I admit I’ve not had time to do the type of research I’d like to on this case (time issue). I live in the boonie and gunfire anytime of day or night is common and if a small caliber gun like a .22…sounds like a bb gun. Still, whatever happened was horrific period. Cannot wait for Lyn’s announcement.

Well I have been saving this beauty. Levi once made a chicken out of her freezer and she called the cops and tried to have him arrested for it. I have nicknamed that the $4ooo oven stuffer roaster.

why is so many people focusing on the tax money other than it was fraud…is there a clue in that, was that motive for like future money, was Levi and joyce in this together as opportunist?? it seems they filed like the same day or the next day for full custody, why on earth would they do that, they implemented themselves as having motive (were they that damn desparate for money)(poor excuse for grandma and a daddy) looking to those kids as a cash cow, how rude! and why was that not looked and investigated more? i just feel so stupid. but there alot of unexplained goings on…i am so confused. oh grrrr twist and turns….Christinesmom, Ms.Lynn, i hope and pray every day they find new answers that will lead to ao solid conviction straight to the jail cell under the jail house, these people are embesoles (mispelled), they are fools in their beliefs they are above God. These people are what they are lost souls, in the present si see them, they are already been givien the line of delusion, God has sent them and they are affirming they are what we all have stated creeps, dungeon droppings. just a smear on society. Noone should have to ever go through this…i do not care who you are. No one should ever feel the pain of losing a child and a small child should never know the pain of never knowing their mother, this is aweful. I pray for you to have answers soon.

I now have a real fear about my earlier post on the last chapter. C was caught up in a group of drugged and sex fuelled men…mostly the sexual act in a case like this is not about satisfaction but about power…
Christine…I hold u up in my prayers because i know that your last moments were about your kids… about protecting them and keeping them from harms way…and i know u paid for that with your life…and soon we will all know the truth, including your kids…your life and effort will NOT go unnoticed… I am so sorry…but i believe your life has many lessons to teach……….
That said…to all who think thje MOTHERS in this situation should know better….sorry to tell you…they dont feel a thing…after all…they raised these kids (not shifting the blame…just…this was their only reference…they never chose to get “OUT”……

oh and why on earth would Levi think he would be given custody of those kids….that is the most stupidest thing i thing i have ever heard, his mother and himself filing for custody. knowing thos ekids had been in their mothers possesion all this time… they filed for cusotdy as if lynn would not have any interest, what would possess someone to think they have that right? Were these people really that dumb, street smart i guess, by way of means but not so smart to think about others and their vested interest. I would think firs toff Lynn would get first dubbs on grandchildren, hell they lived with her. i have got to give this a break, i am flooded with thought. for some reason Tia and Jr seem like Levi’s type….i do no tthink is coincedence, they all seem to pal around, why on earth did she go there and to get away from Levi…i think she was lured. She had a misconception….i think Tia knew by way of christine confiding in Tia, that Christines mother did not like Levi, and i think Tia shared this info with Jr and i think they all shared it with Levi, i think if given the opportunity , they would. they were dishonest people, they were capable of anything. disgusting. no morales, no boundaries, they do favors without regard. i think Christine was caught up in her own demons about Levi….i think she loved him so much because of those Children……i think she was also raised to stick it out, he rmother seems like a fighter for what is right……Chritine seems like she inherited that preserverance gene from Lynn….She was a fighter…she was a victim of her love for Levi….he was her anchor that was holding her back….It make sme sick to think anyone interfered with her intentions to finally do for her and her kids…… And i know for a fact based on what i have seen here on Blink on crime, i know they were taunting her….like a preditor stalks and toys with his prey…i think she was trying to fly under the radar that night and look busy on the phone, like she was occupied and she kept feeling unwitting attention and over and over she was moving around to make them think she was ditracted on the phone and they kept taunting her. evil, i think the girls there were jealous Christine was pretty and getting all of the attention, christine thinking for a moent she was safe and something happen, and the girls turned a blind eye and let it, maybe even went inside, and knew if they lured her outside withthe men and then left her there something would happen….I think all of these girls were jealous. look at christine, she has natural beauty. these girls were street trash, used up (I hate to say it) but it seems they were with who they were with either because of drugs or kids and desparate and they were jealous, christine was not like them. she was in a different catagory. she might have carried her self a little differently then the other girls that had already been broken down so bad by their lifestyle. Chritine doe snot seem like she had those intentions, intending to, just she had a little self respect. more than these trashy-hos have. her only mistake was she had fell in love with the wrong man. love is so blind. i think all of us girls, have done it once, fell inlove with the one you think you are going to help, your going to save, maybe she thought of her self as Levi’s mercinary, his salvation. He probably made her feel guilty. Blink, I am so NOT surprised about Joyce and the chicken. True story from me….when I was dispatching, I actually had a man come to the station to report his girlfriend and he’d broken up and she refused to return his television and his Thanksgiving TURKEY! No crapola!
I had to tell him it was not a criminal offense since he’d left them there in the first place and it was a civil matter. He still tried about 3 times to get me to send an officer to retrieve those items. Good Gawd!!!?

bthechange, I’ll hazard a guess that folks want to go after them on tax issues because at least they will be punished for SOMETHING. Kind of like how the government got Al Capone on tax evasion when they couldn’t seem to get him on anything else.
BTW, Al Capone went to Alcatraz as a result of his tax charges. And you know how history is always repeating itself. Bwa ha ha ha!
Does the fact that the truck was not identified until today mean that charles is the brains of this outfit? I ask because I have felt for some time now that if JR sneezed he would require immediate brain surgery.

I remember waay back on the chapter (malignant narcissist) blink exposed that Joyce charged Levi $10 to drive HER to walmart. From that day forward I was not certain if the MN was Levi or Joyce but have decided both.
Christine’s mom, I know for sure that prayer does work and there are lots of us agreeing in prayer with you.

Mama19: I’m sorry if I came across the wrong way. At times I just get so sad reading about beautiful, tiny Christine, and imaging someone hurting her, I find myself truly heartbroken. She was like a little princess in a pack of wolves, and didn’t stand a chance against these evil, jaded people. Her Mother Lynn is one of the bravest people I caan think of. Like all of us here, I pray for swift justice. I want to read about Lynn “bringing her precious daughter home.”

Re: Lynn, your Faith and love of God just shines through. He is at work even on this blog. He has given alot of battered and bruised ladies a chance to share their stories, and talk about it. Many have given strength to those who need it so desperately. Yes, He is at work as I speak. I KNOW He will hold you up, and give you His Devine Strength, and Love to get through this. Most of all, I KNOW he will get your precious daughter home. You are in my prayers so often…as well as Christine’s 3 babies, and her family. It’s just a matter of time, Lynn. I am thinking that JR and Domo went on the roof to be decoys to distract the neighbor’s security. I hope I am wrong because then I am thinking that Christine was removed from the farm.

For those of you who passed over the title to this piece-

So Tia’s brother, Charles, was driving the truck of his father-in-law, John C. Waters. (the one who angrily posted about that photo of the vehicle on the dock). Nice work there.
Thank God the neighbors had that surveillance. I hope they feel some sense of rightness in the universe over what they had to endure and suffer at the hands of these miscreants. With THAT amount of activity (which contradicts the utterly MUNDANE events of that day as JR and TIA described to LE), it is still hard to swallow that this was not investigated thoroughly when they claimed she just up and left of her own volition.
For someone who barely knew these creeps, Levi–and Mother Hall–sure spent quite a while at the farm that night. (It generally doesn’t take THAT long–almost 40 minutes) to pick up two little ones. (I would call that the OPPOSITE of EXCULPATORY evidence, on an accessory after the fact or obstruction of justice charge, never mind the tax charges, which she/he might want to worry about as well).
Lynn- You are a force to be reckoned with in honor of your daughter, and I say that as a compliment on the highest order.
When they find her, the round-up should be akin to shooting fish in a barrel.
They can run, and they can even hide (for a while), but they will be found, and they will be made to pay for their crimes.

Charles Johnson-brother of Tia- who is married to Jennifer, but has a baby with Crystal, who is (or was) dating Justin Hadel (who voice Christine captured on the phone for Q).
I wholeheartedly believe the reason Christine put him on the phone was not to allay Q’s fears/concerns, but rather to ID Justin (for future reference, if sadly necessary). A perspicacious move if there ever was one.
That is also my belief.

i just read that a group of investigators 3 view?? will be heading off to see what they can find, pardon my lack of terms here, i am not up to speed in that department. i do not know the lingo or the terms to use…. but i am thankful someone is getting on board to show support and with all of the gadgets crime investigators have, i am sure they will find something….i am confident those farm house idiots did not clean up too well to find anything…fire can not destroy everything. i feel like they will be finding something sooner than we think. Blink i think you deserve a big pat on the back for sheddig so much light on this case the obvious could not ignore it anymore. i still did not get my answer of what you menat by made a chicken in the freezer, how do you do that??? did i miss something there? Hey Silver, I am not sure if she put Q on the phone specifically for that. By the way she was saying it was cool, etc., I think she was a little naive. I just don’t think she realized her life was in danger. I also think she was the type to look for the good in people and tended to discount the bad. Her innocence to the evil in some people, while setting some small alarms off, never really warned her of the gravity of the coming events.
I think she put Q on the phone to let the drool crew know that she had peeps that loved her and were available for her. Specifically that she had a man who was looking out for her best interest.
I think it is also a shame that Levi had trained her, through repetitive beating, that if she did not do what the man in charge wanted that there was a beating coming her way. This may have made her react more passively to the awkward, unwanted advances.
I wish that after the first time Levi hit her that she had waited for him to go to sleep, then frying panned him with a cast iron skillet using skillets edge on his ribs. The broken ribs would have been a reminder for months to keep his hands to himself. In my mind, his beating and conditioning of her to accept abuse makes him complicit in her murder.

i do not think Christine even knew what she was swimming around in, she saw the good in everyone it seems…she seemed to have so much care and compassion for everyone, she did not want to believe what people were saying about her vested friendships. if this is why she was upset and left, to get away, i think it was her way of letting this group know she was like them, she so wanted to fit in. this is why she leaned towards them to help her , to get out to the farm…she leaned on them for mental support…She wanted to feel accepted….She wanted to belong to this group not knowing, what really was going on behind the scenes and what this group was really capable of. She was a victim of her own heart; she had so much compassion it seems. i am going to defend her and say, if she did do what ever it was that someone had mentioned about “not being an angel” (what ever the hell that means) (None of us are angels honey, whoever it was on SM or anywhere else: we are all sinners), i think she was playing along and doing whatever it was this group was doing to FIT IN, but it was not really to actually be full blown drunk/drugs/whatever, i think she just wanted what everyone usually wants when they hang with crowds like this…acceptance. Plain and simple, she just wanted to be special and belong to something. Levi was not enough for her, he was not there for her…she wanted acceptance. why on earth would she be with these nuts to begin with? Christine wa sit seems a lot like her Mom, she was strong, she carried a lot of those caring attributes.. and this is what she fell victim too, someone exploited those for their own gain…. i ask myself over and over, what was so intriguing and special about these folks that she wanted to be in their presents?? it was acceptance!!!! Think about it, In most cases it does not take much to fit into groups of this magnitude, a little money (or promise of something to value as money)(cash cow) and a little knowledge to wanting to be someone and your in. These are low class trash; it does not take too much to proliferate their infestation. ( I know that is incorrect usage of a verb)
i just wanted to get this thought out there, i do in fact know people so much like christine, and i hope and oray they find the person ( PERSONS) out there so these diots that exploit innocent harmless people fro person again have something to think about before they do it, i do not want anyone to forget Christine. SHe was harmless. she may not have been perfect (no-one is), but she was someones child and has children her self. she is owed that much respect. How dare someone try to point fingers and deny her that. She is owed peace and respect. And her children deserve the truth.
