Christine Sheddy Case: Is Their A Fox In the FireHall?
Pocomoke City, MD– One thing that has been bothering the blinkoncrime.com team in Christine’s case, is that we hear about fire after fire that Clarence “JR” Jackson set, at the Byrd Road address.
However, there are no incident reports that we know of, from witness accounts that the Pocomoke City Fire Department was called on November 9th at a minimum.
You will find fire fighter pictures and coverage from August 2007 on the site, followed by current footage. There are no pics or reports of the Byrd Rd address, although there are several witness accounts of multiple fires on the property, and of course the flue fire from November 9, 2007.
What is also not listed there, is the fact that James “Keven” Hall, the training OFFICER for Pocomoke City FD, is a registered violent sex offender.
Could he be related to Levi and Joyce Hall? Is that the reason that the searches on the property where the Pocomoke City FD were in attendance yielded nothing? It would seem finding her remains would yield heavy coverage. In turn, this information would have been discovered early.
What effect, if any, has this had on the Christine Sheddy case?

I have re-read this article numerous times. How in the world any person could “take away” from it that my team or I, in any shape, form or fashion, have anything but the utmost respect for the thousands of men and women in this country that volunteer their time and risk their safety for ours is ludicrous. There is no such allegation or inference of any kind.
Anyone alleging that has their own agenda and it is painfully transparent to all.
For starters, I am the granddaughter of a United States Marine that fought valiantly in the 2 bloodiest battles in WWII who declined a full ride football scholarship to Duke for the privelege. I have nothing but respect and support for any public servant. To suggest otherwise when my Poppa has had such a profound effect on my life is an insult to his memory.
Secondly, a member of my team’s Father is a retired volunteer fire fighter with 25 years of service. She knows first hand what it’s like when Dad is called out right when dinner starts or when was mostly inconvenient.
I watched both the WTC towers crumble from a hill in Boonton, NJ after being diverted on my way into the city for a meeting at a client who saw the first plane hit from her office window. I will never in my life forget the smell in the air downtown a week later when my meeting was rescheduled.
I stopped at the corner where the National Guard was now positioned and bought a bouquet and went into the Ladder Company on Water St.
There were pictures of 9 Firefighters that were missing or dead. I hugged a man I never met and blubbered in front of a work associate. I hung their prayer book in my office. These people are Heroes.

The issue here is there are records that have been pulled from view intentionally, including pictures that encompass the time frame that a young mother of 3 was murdered on a farm that there were several alarms to.
If someone does not see how this is relative to a murder investigation that occurred at the property, potentially by a person of interest who started the fires in the first place, I am at a loss.
The business at hand is finding Christine Sheddy.

Here’s another question – who ‘owned’ the farm at the time the freaks took it over? What about homeowner’s insurance claims to cover repair of the damage? I cannot understand a homeowner not knowing what was going on out there. Also – the neighbors surely would have called the emergency services for the various fires, etc.Is it a volunteer FD? I’ll go look for myself.

ok. Not accusing the homeowners of anything at all. What I mean is that they weren’t given the opportunity to file claims against their homeowner’s ins. Why would a renter fix a hole in the roof or do any fire damage repairs? That’s one of the advantages of renting – all of the burden for repairs falls on the homeowner/insurance.
The obvious answer is they just didn’t want any scrutiny at all from anybody – especially the owners.
In fact it appears that the owners have been extremely helpful.
I don’t know how you guys do what you do, but I’m impressed. A link between this individual and Joyce and Levi would be a really interesting development (!).
The gentleman that owns that property has bent over backwards to accomadate our family. Without his help we wouldnt have been allowed on the property. I in know way want to alienate the owner. HE IS THE GOOD GUY.

I am a little confused. Are you confirming there is a connection between the two Halls? In any event it is nice to know about the fact he is a sexual offender. I wonder some times about how these folks slip through the cracks. In many towns/cities when a fire is in progress, these vehicles show up:
fire trucks, EMT vehicle, police cars. Each of these submits their own incident report. In this small of a town I would assume that EMT is part of their fire department, but I do not know for sure.
Is it procedure in Pocomoke City for police to also show up during a fire call at the same time as the firefighters?
I don’t know much about the Pocomoke Tattler, but have read it often enough to know that they only recently started to receive police reports again, after many requests from their editor. Just never made any sense. Your team just plain rocks!!!!

Lynn and all – I want to be clear – my post was more about how the poor homeowners leased their farm – and it was trashed, caught fire (more than once) and they weren’t even given the opportunity to file a claim for damages when these things occurred. And if the volunteer FD wasn’t called (or was, who knows?) – then nobody would know about it until this band of trash finally would have been forced out due in no doubt to non-payment of rent sooner or later.
The volunteer Pokomoke FD does like to post pictures all over the place – I’ve found a few sources. I haven’t found a link to Levi or Joyce to J K Hall – yet. Do any of the names listed in the obit above ring any bells to anyone? Or those of you whose search skills go beyond google, yahoo and bing (me)!
Blink…I have been following all of your updates on this case and the Casey Anthony story for quite sometime now. I have been silent for the most part with the exception of one post on your chapter 6. With each new update I find myself reading and shaking my head as my jaw drops open with “OMG” with each new development in this nightmare. The level of corruption, deceit, and evil is horrifying. Kudos to you and your team, as well as, each poster for the hope, strength and determination that has been shown here. I cannot fathom the desperation that Lynn and her family must have felt with all of the injustice that has been bestowed upon them. I know that they will bring their dear Christine home soon. You give hope…and you, your team, and your posters are indicative of what is truly good in our world. God bless you all. Urrrrg – I just can’t get around – or keep going back to – there isn’t a real strong connection or bond that I can see or know of between Levi and buffoons at the farm. I know for certain that I am missing something. Otherwise, why why why did it seem so natural to Joyce and Levi to go get the kids the SAME DAY? They’ve never done that or cared that much before. Why wasn’t Lynn called earlier because in order for Levi and Joyce to go get them, obviously JR called Levi way before calling Lynn. There is a reason for this.
Oh how I wish Christine had had her own cell phone and didn’t have to rely on these scum to communicate. I’ve been the single mom with few resources many many years ago. I try to pay it forward as often as I can – cell phones for women in compromising positions are so valuable. If you can donate your old cell phone – please do.

Not necessarily. SO records are tough. We can ASSUME that the record is dated because it cannot be found, OR he offended in another state. I found only one other individual with the same name, not him.

Blink, since this creep’s employment address listed in the Maryland Sex Offender Registry is 2333 N Zion Rd, Salisbury, MD 21801, does that mean he works at the pest control place with that very same address? (insert your own punchline about how appropriate that is).
I can’t say what he put on his compliance registry. But given the fact he goes by his middle name on the site, I am not warm to the idea he is a stand up “open door policy” guy. In fact, if my house was on fire, and I knew of his past and he showed up to put it out, I might let it burn before I would let him near my home and family. That is not the way it is supposed to be.

As in any emergency services called out, would there not be an audio tape from a dispatcher taking in the information and location of the fire?

With Jaycee’s case in the news, it creeps me out soooo much that a violent sex offender would be in a position like that. People tend to trust people in uniforms, particularly Firemen.
And that Tia also had relatives there is just as bad, since we know her family has quite a questionable history.
Is anybody good at getting extensive geneologies? Sounds like one is needed for the families of every single person who was there.
Boy, the national media could REALLY have a field day with all of the people – from every side of this case.
I feel strongly that this story needs to be told. Yes, Christine needs to come home. Yes, justice needs to be done. But this story also needs to be told. Too many young women need to hear it.

It did not say that the reason had to be deemed valid in the eyes of the reader of the request. I think their may be a letter/spirit of the rule here though. Technically I could write and say “Here is what I want to see and the reason is that I REALLY effing want to see it.” That would fall within the requested written guidelines but may recieve no response. Who knows?
While I am always open to hear his side of the story if inclusive of verifiable facts, I have to be on your side once again. Child molestors are the lowest of the low. Or maybe I don’t need to hear his side. A court heard it all and said he did it so I reckon that is good enough for me. At this point, a pardon from the Pope can’t wash that stink off.

If you review the bylaws on that site, it states that no member convicted of a felony can be a member:
SECTION 2. The president shall appoint a Membership Committee of five (5) members in this company no later than the first Thursday of February. Ok, ever since I read the obituary of James “Kevin” Hall’s mother (posted by Lily – #7), I have not been able to get this thought out of my head. James “Kevin” Hall’s father was James Clarence T. Hall. Now, where I am from, the name Clarence is not very common at all. I am wondering if Levi Hall and Clarence “JR” Jackson are somehow related. I know it wouldn’t make sense if JR was named after his own father — but, sometimes children are named after their Grandfather, and still called JR, or the 2nd. Also, if a mother has a child and is not married, she will usually name him with her own last name. Is it possible that JR was at one time a Clarence Hall, JR, and THEN his mother married a Jackson? Sorry, just a thought that I cannot get rid of.

Well… I am a proud mother of seven. I have two step children, #1 who is 9 and #2 jr. who is 8. Then there is #3 my first born who is 5. The twins, #4(short for xxxx) and #5.. which came as a huge shock are now 3. Then there’s my oddball #6(18 months) who I totally enjoy. And last but not least 6 month old #7. They are all quite a handfull, but I wouldn’t trade a single hair on any of their heads for all the money in the world. I am totally in love with my husband of going on 6 years, Dominick. I stay at home with the kids while he works. It’s great to be able to stay at home with my kids, but I’m ready to go to work..lol. My family is a great support team, financially and emotionally. Most days in my house are very trying on my nerves, but at the end of the day when they are all sleeping and I am sitting down relaxing I feel I have acomplished alot. Just making it through the days alive sometimes is a great acomplishment…lol.

People that are on the same maturity level as I am. Most people my age are still very immature and are all about themselves and what they want. Partying is fun,but I don’t want it all the time. My kids need my time and I am willing to devote it to them
