Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Brad Conway Releasing New Evidence

Posted by BOC Staff | Brad Conway,Casey Anthony,Caylee Anthony Case,Cindy Anthony,Dominick Casey,George Anthony,Mark Nejame,Tot Mom | Wednesday 30 September 2009 8:52 am

Orlando, FL– Brad Conway, attorney for George and Cindy Anthony vows to release evidence during an 11 am press conference today in his office that raise “serious questions about this case”.

Conway

Following the release of the lastest round of discovery, Conway announced there were items that were supposed to be released by the State Attorney’s office yesterday, that were not.

Since Mr. Conway has no legal standing to release anything on behalf of the State Attorney’s office, it is surmised such information was supplied by his clients, George and Cindy. George and Cindy Anthony were previously represented by Orlando attorney Mark Nejame.

It is confusing to me that some of us are complaining that LE may have given out interpretations of the released evidence that would be considering prejudicial to Casey. So far as I can tell, there has been no interpretation at all, except perhaps for the lower level FBI description of this stain as a body shape. In fact, I am looking forward to interpretation at some later date, and this explanation of the mountains of circumstantial evidence will be what sends Casey to the injection room.

Could it be she did not admit to an accident because the death was not an accident? She did seem to me to be setting it up as a very unlikely abduction/murder from several months before Caylee died. Casey overthought and overscripted this. She couldn’t claim an accident because none of the details would fit that. She wanted to be a heroine mother of the year whose precious baby had been stolen: with a movie of the week, a book deal, and lots and lots of sympathy and fame. She and her always enabling parents could not believe how fast OCSO figured her out.

Cindy must be insane by now. When the Defense will argue that there was only one hair, a dried up stain, not much left but smell in the trunk, the Prosecutor will question Cindy on what she did to clean the trunk and car. The logical reason there is only small amounts of evidence is because Cindy removed it. Not that the evidence wasn’t there, but that Cindy deliberately cleaned it all out. It absolutely guts the Defense argument. Thanks, Cindy.

Blink, this is a Greek tragedy of sorts, what with Casey trying to fake a kidnapping/murder and her parents trying desperately to clean up her fatal mess, while all the time making things worse. (I have had nightmares like this.) This is why I am so surprised at Brad Conway: doesn’t he see how he is allowing George and Cindy to make things worse–if that is possible–for Casey?

I think that Cindy and George KNOW without a doubt that this child died at the hands of her mother- their daughter. They can no longer save their granddaughter so they are just trying to save their daughter. If you think about it from that angle, it’s really sad what they are doing. They are desperately trying to save her and at the same time setting themselves up to look like total fools. That stigma will follow them for the rest of their lives. They are willing to do that for the slight chance it will save their daughter. I guess it’s called unconditional love. While I have unconditional love for each of my 5 children- I’ve taught them they must pay the consequences for their actions. This appears to be something Casey was never taught to do. As always, Cindy is trying to make excuses or cover for her daughters inappropriate behavior. I cannot tolerate lying either. Habitual lying has become the norm in that house- and has been for years. Bottom line is that Casey is a product of her homelife and how she was raised. We all do our best- but their best wasn’t good enough!

I don’t see this as anything other than Baez getting someone else to do his bidding for him, much like the way that he sent George Anthony into motion at NeJame’s press conference. I don’t believe that it necessarily has anything to do with bar complaints. Also, I’d bet that the Anthonys wanted him to get this story out. Conway has not been received as badly by the public as Baez has. I think it is as simple as that.

Possibly, I agree. But if they felt this evidence released by Brad visa vie Baez was so exculpatory, wouldn’t Baez as his zealous representation responsibilites afford, be the person to release it? I am wondering if maybe since Casey can watch TV, and their letters have been “cut off” and all the other “special treatment” motions are yet to be ruled on-

Was this their way of getting the message to Casey that they are still in her corner?

  6. Todd in Tulsa says:

In addition to the state calling for evidence that proves Crasey’s innocence, they need to demand proof of the nanny’s existance and ties to the anthony family

  7. dee says:

I think Baez and his band of characters knew eeeezzzzaaaxctly what they were doing giving it to Brad, my question was why did Brad go along with it? Why didn’t he just give it to Cindy and say here you have this mess, I read earlier the client calls the shots even if the lawyer advises against. Now you all you by now I know nothing about the legal system and how it works, all I know is I don’t want to be on the receiving end of the “Long Arm of the Law” that is all I know for sure..

my question is what is the gain for him to release this information, I know what it is for the parents, but his clients are not on trial here, what, again, is in it for him to risk such back lash from the public and fellow lawyers?

    # 104 Mariann “They are desperately trying to save her”

You know I get this, but it all didn’t have to go this far. Casey could have pleaded out earlier, and her life wouldn’t have been on the line. As it is, she is serving time in jail. Whatever Casey told her family, that we are not privy to, must have been adequate for them to accept the circumstances, probably an accident. I believe that they have made peace with it, and would like it if everyone else did too.

  10. kari says:

Sorry if I misunderstood the picture of the older child that looked like Caylee, but I thought the A’s referenced this because they thought this child could be realated to Caylee and this was where they would find “Zanny”. On the emails it seemed to me that they were thinking this nanny was realted in some sense to Caylee and they looked alike. Since they looked alike, they had to have taken her– sorry again if I misunderstood the info.

I also had a question about the duct tape. Wasn’t there other strips of tape found with the Caylee’s body? What were those other pieces for? Do they have fingerprints, DNA, anything?

I just don’t understand Conway’s involvement. I know he represents the Anthonys and from what I heard pro bono, but I don’t understand him inserting himself into this whole thing by providing evidence. Why is it him? 13. Kleat says:

Blink, (no, this is not on the wrong thread) someone paid for Misty Croslin’s little vacation away, we have not heard who this anonymous benefactor is, but something doesn’t smell right when the connections to George and Cindy are being revealed as more than just ‘photo and media ops’ for their own gravy train.

There is something more as we see the extent of their digging and implying and connecting, to find something that is going to help the defense give a plausible explanation for Caylee’s disappearance. I suspect that this is the real reason behind the Haleigh Marie connection and George Anthony’s interest in the case.

Who paid for Misty Croslin’s vacation? Why did she go ‘alone’ vs with Ron as apparently, originally planned, by the benefactor? Convenient fight– Ron stayed home, Misty went on this paid vacation. (Ron is the father, he needs a few days off as much as Misty does– I suspect, he could do with a break far more than Misty).

The Anthony ‘family’ gets involved in the Haleigh Marie Cummings case and the excuse is support for missing children by advocates George and his wife. What was the real reason?

Dominic Casey, already looking for the kidnapper and murderer of Caylee Marie, was now connected as PI to the Haleigh Marie missing child case, clearly through some connection to the Anthony’s themselves.

Is, or was, Dominic Casey looking for connections in the two missing female children cases? Or was he working the case as a separate case, and if so, how did the information get shared with the Anthony’s if D&A Investigations keeps client information confidential? (like a PI even being on the case– especially a stranger like Dom PI hanging out in Patlaka when his face was all over the media for the Anthony case– not the best person to have asking questions of that family/community that doesn’t seem to be talking easily).

If George could get an inside track on the Haleigh Marie case, get someone talking to those involved, somehow learn where the case was heading, and use whatever info he could get, directly, through his own PI involved and talking to the Cummings family, there might be something very useful to use in the defense of Casey.

If connections could be made, implications could be made for Casey’s own defense. The best scenario would be to keep Misty from saying anything, just as Casey does not say anything.

Who arranged, paid for MIsty’s holiday, who talked to her, what did they advise her, if anything? Was this in any way connected to anyone related to the Anthony case, the Anthony family, the Anthony defense or it’s connections?

Something is not right in the George connection to both missing girls cases and it might just be using Haleigh’s cause to bolster the idea that the same kidnapper was involved in both.

Was Misty advised to keep quiet at all costs in her little holiday last week? And by whom? Who was paying the bill?

  14. shoozeyque says:

I was watching a documentary on animal forensics and it was fascinating that they could take a dog’s hair and match it up with a dog’s hair found at a crime scene. They now have dog forensics, matching DNA of dogs and cats in solving crimes. It’s just amazing

  15. Todd in Tulsa says:

I thought all of the forensics was “junk science” to Baez and team. Now, if something swings their way, it’s regarded as gospel? Sorry Baez, doesn’t work that way

    IS SHE FOR REAL?????????

  17. MackiezMom says:

#104, I understand that perspective. Their attempt to “save” their daughter will not be effective. Instead, it will prolong the agony of the public, and those who care(d) about Caylee.

I recently became enmeshed in a situation where a distant relative lost her children to CPS. She deserved to have them removed. The grandmother of the children is an enabler, who constantly makes excuses for her abusive, negligent, drug abusing, non-med compliant bipolar daughter (who is also a liar). Thank God for CPS removing those children. It may spare them the same fate that their mother faced. The young mother actually (physically and behaviorally) resembles Casey quite a lot, and her eldest daughter, a little 38-pound barely 5-year-old, was the recipient of constant berating, hitting, and neglect. Though I never personally witnessed the abuse, I did witness the neglect and a limited amount of name calling and demeaning. I reported. The grandmother of the children was content to “help” by babysitting sometimes. Never once did this young woman’s siblings, who witnessed her throwing the child into a crib from several feet away, slapping her, hitting her, and constantly berating her, as well as neglecting her…never once did they report. The entire family has issues, they are epidemic. Similar, again, to they Ant’s. When I spoke to the worker, I said “I am afraid that this will end up being another Caylee Anthony story”. So many similarities, including the enabling, codependent parents. So the young woman gets out of detention, and within 48 hours, is up to self-medicating her (already medicated) bi-polar with script narcotics (doc should be jailed for prescribing them) and weed. I guess having her kids removed wasn’t enough of a motivator to get herself together. She kept saying “I need to get my kids back. It will help my recovery.” Me, me, me, me, me. So much like Casey. I picked her (the young woman) up, and was helping her to get signed up for NA, parenting classes, anger management, and counseling, but when she decided to use, I dumped her with her mother. You can’t save the unwilling. This chick is hell bent on self-destruction. Fortunately, the state stepped in, and the children aren’t going with her on this little trip.

I, too, have five children, and I hold them accountable for their actions. They are all responsible people, and they don’t have the Casey “mis-truth” issue going on. They’re all responsible people, with work ethics, who value human life, and put children first.

  18. Gypsy DD says:

At this point in the game the defense is going to hammer out more motions then you can shake a stick at..it’s normal. They will run these motions right up to the end..at which point either their client will plea out or she will go to trial..whichever seems less risky then.

I think this is the tip of the iceberg in the type of things we will see going forward…the A’s will stop at nothing to try to win their daughter’s life vs death. As silly as these shenanigans seem..and as costly..they have one end goal in mind..to stop the train leading to Casey’s conviction.

Right or wtrong…Lyons will see that this production goes along smoothly and will produce as many motions as needed to try to stave off the DP..which in my humble opinion is not needed..Casey with or without all this circus around her..get LWOP.

  19. cindeefromwisconsin says:

#105 blink….if it was their way of getting their message across, wouldn’t it be interesting if we knew if Casey was watching tv at the time of the press conference? May be the delay was until they knew she was sitting in front of a tv. Baez to Brad…do you copy…over.

  20. lily says:

Gavriella – I think 99.9% of us agree that many of the circumstantial points you made point to Casey’s obvious guilt by using our own common sense – JUST TO PLAY DEVIL’S ADVOCATE – I HAVE A TOTALLY OPPOSITE VIEW OF THE EVIDENCE:

YOU STATED ‘Regardless, the facts remain, uncontested’

    5. Computer searches have turned up such hard evidences as Casey’s searches for methods by which one might imcompacitate or otherwise murder a child.

I DON’T BELIEVE THE STATE WILL USE THIS AS EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY HAD ACCESS TO THIS COMPUTER – AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT ANY OF THESE SEARCHES TURNED OUT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH CAYLEE’S DEATH

    6. It is a known fact that evidences, contained within the car, were destroyed prior to the authorities being notified. It is no wonder then that there were no fibers in the trunk of the car that matched fibers found at the crime scene. There is still that matter of the laundry bags, the T-shirt, shorts, blanket, etc. etc. that were recovered and determined to have come from the Anthony home.

I HAVE NOT SEEN WHERE THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE RELEASED THAT THE ANTHONY’S DESTROYED EVIDENCE (OR KNOWINGLY DESTROYED EVIDENCE OTHER THAN POSSIBLY CINDY WASHING A PAIR OF PANTS).

    7. The credibility of all of the Anthony’s has been shot to hell through their numerous and repeated lies which are beyond provable, and too numerous to list.

IT IS NOT EVIDENT WHAT LIES (BESIDES CASEY’S) THE ANTHONY’S HAVE TOLD THAT WILL BE ADMISSIBLE IN COURT. OF COURSE, MOST OF US BELIEVE THEY HAVE LIED OR STRETCHED THE TRUTH – BUT WHAT GOES TO COURT IS WHAT COUNTS.

    8. Motive may have been established, or at least suggested, via one of the emails, to Amy I think it was, in which Casey referred to her daughter as a brat and wasn’t this regarding, or didn’t this elude to Caylee interferring with her mother’s ability to do as she pleased?

HOW IS THIS MOTIVE? I HAVE 4 BOYS AND HAVE AT TIMES CALLED THEM VARIOUS THINGS SARCASTICALLY AND WITH AFFECTION THAT COULD EASILY BE TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT. I’M NOT SURE HOW THIS GOES TO MOTIVE?

    9. There’s also one final video of Caylee, sitting upon her great-grandfather’s lap, at the nursing home. This one really gets to me because in it Caylee appears most anxious and weary, as well as clingy, to her grandfather, while looking forward, as though into the camera, though I believe it was Casey she was looking so warily toward, not once smiling and even appearing to be a bit frightened, and weren’t there dark circles under her eyes then too? I’d have to refer back. This is why the photographs are so important. They give us a glimpse into Caylee’s last days, according to Caylee.

CASEY WAS NOT PRESENT AT THE RECORDING OF THIS VIDEO. IN MY OPINION IT WAS A NORMAL VIDEO OF A 2-YEAR-OLD VISITING AN ELDERY GGRANDPARENT. I ALSO HAVE NOT SEEN ANY PHOTOGRAPHS OF CAYLEE THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED EVIDENCE OF ANYTHING AGAINST CASEY.

There’s so much more than duck tape and fibers. There needs to be no smoking gun, for it all stands to reason, based upon a solid circumstantial case, that no one but Casey caused the death of her daughter, who couldn’t have died but in the trunk of that car.

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT – NOBODY KNOWS WHERE CAYLEE DIED FOR SURE. AND I DO HOPE THE STATE HAS MORE ‘SMOKING GUN’ TYPE OF EVIDENCE AND THAT BLINK IS RIGHT ABOUT PRINTS ON THE DUCT TAPE BECAUSE I AM MORE AND MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE STATE’S CASE AS TIME GOES ON.

We can all rest assured that the state will want to know why George and Cindy tampered with evidence inside that car PRIOR to having located Casey, when both were in agreement that the stench came from a dead body, and attested to the same during the initial hours of the investigation to authorities.

I AGAIN HAVE NOT SEEN ANY EVIDENCE THAT THE STATE WILL USE IN COURT THAT GOES TO THE GRANDPARENTS TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE. ANYTHING THEY DID PRIOR TO FINDING CASEY WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED ‘TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE’ BECAUSE THERE WASN’T ANY EVIDENCE THAT SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO CAYLEE AT THAT POINT. I’M SURE THERE WERE FEARS AND STRONG SUSPICIONS THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG – BUT THERE ISN’T ANY PROOF THAT THEY KNEW A CRIME HAD BEEN COMMITTED AT THAT POINT.

Don’t get me wrong – I want this conviction. I’m not a death penalty proponent – but I want there to be no chance of Casey walking out of prison in her lifetime. I’m concerned about the State’s case from what we know of it and I hope there is much much more that we don’t know yet.

  21. Kleat says:

    D&A Investigations Inc letter:

Clearly they are looking for a connection between the two cases, even speculating in text, some disturbing notions about Caylee– this is something normal grandparents would want investigators to keep from them until such time as this information became absolutely necessary with a valid subject. The Anthony’s seem to direct this investigator themselves– why would they not go DIRECTLY to the FBI, not to Domi to the Putnam Sherriff’s office (they didn’t trust investigators at the OSCO, why trust Putnam?).

Makes no sense, except to use Haleigh’s case to draw attention away from Casey and to perhaps use the Haleigh missing child, to imply same perpetrator. BUT– Caylee was killed, the Putnam County is STILL looking for a ‘Missing Child’ with a live child as one important possibility– something the Anthony’s do not seem to give to the Cummings when they talk about this ‘Murt’-perp, possiblity as the personality online brags about horrible things including killing children.

If Misty is involved, or has knowledge of what happened to Haleigh, she should keep quiet or spoil the possible defense of both by some kidnapper.

Look at the emails between Cindy and Domi, about the drug dealer/arms dealer connected to Fusion (Orlando). They could be proposing a Puerto Rico or other country connection to both missing girls, through a relative of Auntie Zenaida Gonzalez (Morgan’s client), and/or this Fusion drug dealer/arms dealer (ie: dangerous, high risk career) to the drug connections in the Haleigh case.

This would be a situation a little beyond Mr. Dom and Ms. Cindy, even with George and his backups.

I never thought about the Ant’s using the presser and the media to communicate with Casey. I guess that way they can control timing of her watching tv at the exact moment Casey is watching tv. Wouldn’t they just go on a morning show and say they support her rather than possibly hurt the case with ‘evidence’ that can easily be disputed or broken down? I wonder if they have all lost their marbles and if its a contagious disease. Seems like everyone who gets around this bunch catches it.

Brad’s clients are investigating some pretty heavy duty people and Domi is sending it all directly to Cindy and cindy at dgator.com. (example Pg 8059)

That’s the 3rd of March this year, and on April 7th, Dom is sending ‘Morgan’s Zenaida Gonzalez DMV Records’ and earlier, they’ve listed the memorial black list including Zenaida noting ‘gang tatoos’. (heart is a gang tattoo?)

Would any connection of the Anthony’s, their PI or his connections on their behalf, Brad Conway or his office, give them legitimate reason to speak with Misty? Scoop her away for a few days? Ensure that she knows that if she has any knowledge that implicates her in the disappearance of Haleigh, that she might consider certain options to keep quiet? Perfect if the Anthony’s and their lawyer can suggest someone killed Caylee also had something to do with Haleigh because Casey was incarcerated at the time.

I’d think this would be interference, but that doesn’t seem to stop the Anthony’s in their need to help Casey.

I also wonder if Casey has kept quiet from the beginning at Cindy’s direction, and wonder if she can’t make her own decisions or she will lose any chance of support if she changes directions and takes other options to help herself.

FROM WFTV ORLANDO: “Casey’s parents say it’s a major breakthrough. They say they released the documents because they help Casey’s defense and they want to change overwhelming public opinion that she’s guilty, but WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says the documents “don’t accomplish either of the Anthonys’ objectives. The new documents that the Anthonys’ attorney released Wednesday are focused on the duct tape found stretched across Caylee’s mouth and the duct tape found on the gas can in the Anthonys’ garage. The FBI has concluded that the adhesive on both was chemically the same and that it’s possible both pieces came from the same roll.Wednesday, the Anthonys’ attorney released page number 9588 of the state’s case file, which says the fabric portions of the two pieces of duct tape are microscopically dissimilar.“There are links that have been made in the past that can’t be made now,” Conway said Wednesday.Sheaffer said the new document does nothing to rule out the link between the duct tape on Caylee and the Anthonys’ home.“You’re gonna have deterioration of the tape at the crime scene, because it’s been sitting there for months under water,” he said. The Anthonys’ attorney also released a new document, which says the FBI found no fibers from Casey’s trunk, where investigators believe Caylee’s body had been placed, at the scene where her remains were found.Previous documents show Caylee’s shirt fibers had completely deteriorated at the scene and they used the polyester, which did not break down, to identify it as her shirt. The Anthonys’ attorney also told Eyewitness News that there was an unidentified hair found with the duct tape, but later backed off of that, saying he didn’t have any documents supporting that and that he did not hear that from the defense.”

  30. ada says:

I think the defense tries to create reasonable doubt every time discovery documents are released. I don’t think when/if there is a trial they will offer any defense. I think they’ll pull an “OJ” and rest when the state does. They will try to undermine all the evidence in an effort to create reasonable doubt. The problem with that strategy is that each of the Anthonys has contributed too much circumstantial evidence for a not guilty verdict. “IT SMELLS LIKE THERE’S BEEN A DEAD BODY IN THE CAR”.

    Kleat,
Since this info is released maybe D Casey should have the next presser where he can illustrate with graphics how these people are all connected and the motive.
If this info is out there via discovery, then the cat’s out of the bag. Isn’t everyone’s life in danger NOW that this out? Why not demonstrate the proof now, if it would get Casey Anthony out of jail and these folks into custody?
Whatever is going on with Misty Cummings, and the newly cast suspicions of her less than truthful statements, you’d think that they’d want to stand clear. There might be parallels that they do not want to find, if you catch my drift. Something is ‘off’ with that case, as well.

Yeah, Joan… if someone is advising Misty, perhaps independent of, or through her legal council (or by the legal council’s unofficial awareness) that she can keep quiet and get some support to do so… this could lead to the viable suggestion by the Casey defense, that the same person could be the perp, and if so, that absolutely clears Casey because she was incarcerated– no matter what forensics, or circumstantial evidence– if that theory could fly for reasonable doubt, it’s perfect. Misty just has to keep her mouth shut.

I think I’ve finally lost it. Are some of you saying someone in the Anthony camp, with or without C+G knowing, kidnapped little Haliegh so they could connect the two cases. They’ve done this to free KC?

My Lord I hope not, that was not my understanding. I do not think they have a thing to do with each other.

Can the state get a warrant to retrieve all letters that were sent back and forth via Baez? Is the state going to have a search warrant for the lap top Baez brought in everyday that Casey probably used? Do we know yet if they looked at the computer from Baez’s office that Casey used during the time she sat in his office?

Brad Conway, few seconds before the five minute mark on his presser of yesterday, says:

“I bring these up… not in an effort to defend Casey Anthony, because that’s not my job. My job is to represent George and Cindy Anthony and they retained ME to help them find the truth.”

How does this fit with Ms. Tennis’s position that the Anthony family, their lawyer Brad Conway, and their PI Dom Casey, are all part of the ‘joint defense team’?

  44. Mariann says:

    West~
Nobody said they were “normal” lol. They’ve created the now adult monster they call “Casey”. The Anthony’s have just become desperate to “save her” and Cindy thinks what she is doing will help create “doubt” and can possibly be the only means at this point to save her. She doesn’t care if it makes sense or not. (ex. The citing of a possible Caylee even though she claims the child’s ashes as her own) Her goal now is to overturn the probable conviction by creating doubt. She lost 1- she doesn’t want to lose another.

  45. Kleat says:

wsh– wonder if Casey was a fan of the movie ‘Scarface’??!?! And what of Cindy talking so much about clues to lead them to Caylee– that’s a risk that you can not take if you are dealing with characters like those who Dom Casey shared with Cindy. (can you imagine what would happen if Cindy decided to send George along to check out these drug/arms dealers??? My gawd. They were in the press the whole time, telling media that these people ‘are being watched right now’—– watching people who are into money laundering, drug dealing and arms dealing? Right– little Dom Casey could do this for them and not be at risk or risk the family at their home.

(and then the family had ‘security’ in the Padillas who didn’t have a clue that they were there for security against drug dealers/arms dealers/money launderers– but of a diff. from a single person or ‘Casey’ group of new friends)

  46. Kleat says:

Gas can duct tape– I’ve always, for no reason, just assumed that the duct tape was on the gas can for some unexplained reason as in the past, put on by George. Wondered why it was there, but never made a connection to Caylee’s disappearance (duh!!).

But, fact– gas cans were in the trunk of Casey’s car as witnessed by George, and incident dated by OSCO report. Caylee’s body had the same Henkel rare heat resistant duct tape on it and Caylee’s body was presumably in the trunk of Casey’s car, as odour relates a body, and other circumstantial evidence points to this.

Could the gas can have been in the trunk and the duct tape used, ripped, and one piece left ready to use, on the gas can?

What explanation is there for this piece of tape being on the can? Anyone heard one?

  47. Carol says:

Several of you have said this ~ and it really is telling. Where, in any of the recent (or past) document dumps, does it mention any of the Anthony’s personally searching for Caylee? It doesn’t. Or personally searching for Caylee’s killer? It doesn’t. Why were they not originally on television BEGGING the abductor to return Caylee? WHY? Because they knew that she was no longer alive. They also had to know that Casey knew what really happened…her avoidance to their calls and wishes to see Caylee, hiding from Lee, 31 days…and lastly, the most telling factor that something had happened to Caylee was the decomposition smell in CASEY’s car.

    “Comment by Gavriella — October 1, 2009 @ 7:31 am
Question: Why does the unidentified hair found on the duct tape have to be human? Could it not be animal hair, inasmuchas it is that animals do shed, and animals scattered Caylee’s remains throughout the area? Such animals would have been expedient in locating and accessing her remains.”

Gavriella, Brad did not speak about that mystery hair, he had NO documents in front of him that mentioned it– he got that information from ‘someone’ but NOT from the defense. He said in the presser, he was not willing to comment on the hair on the duct tape– obviously, there is nothing in the discovery released by OSCO nor by him, that suggests such a hair.

We should wait to see what that is about because it seems it’s something Brad said that was out of line, no back up for it.

  49. Kleat says:

It’s very easy to tell animal hair from human hair just by microscopic examination– point is, bottom line is, someone gave Brad info that he couldn’t back up in the documents he was given by the defense (well, given by George and Cindy, who clearly would have been the ones to suggest a ‘hair’ as Brad wouldn’t be giving unsubstantiated info to the press by anyone other than his client).

Its amazing how the media and public cherry picks a case with NO EVIDENCE to persecute whilst many other cases WITH EVIDENCE go practically unnoticed. You know what I mean Adji? You know know what I mean Janessa?

    Jealousy should not drive Justice.
