Orlando, FL– On the eve of the one year anniversary of the recovery of 34 month old Caylee Marie Anthonys remains; the defense team representing the woman charged with her murder is preparing for one of the most difficult court appearances to date.

Tomorrow, one year ago, Caylee was found while her grandparents and Team Casey dined on crab puffs and lounged pool side at the Ritz.

Ritzbaezcheck2-small4Among the Ritz Carlton guests, courtesy of ABC, was the Anthony Family Private Investigator, Dominic Casey.

Mr. Casey is attempting to don the “Privilege Parka” and avoid an upcoming deposition scheduled for December 16 and of course subsequent testimony at trial. The State has issued subpoenas to both George and Cindy Anthony for tomorrow’s hearing. They are looking to sit in front of the bar.

Might be advisable given the circumstances. I suggest a single malt of humility with a dignity chaser.

By his own account, George Anthony has not seen or spoken to Dominic Casey since February 10, 2009.

It is not known if perhaps Baez never took the time to explain to Mr. Casey  the definition of “privilege”.

It is not thatAnthonysCourt51909 he would get the “privilege” of schtupping his Clients wife while their baby granddaughter was missing and later found murdered in the area his Client*slash*PillowPal sent him to search a month earlier.

O yeah, I went there.

If he is stupid enough through his attorney Diana Tennis to continue the privilege party line I predict Ms. Drane Burdick will be well prepared to demonstrate her skills in verbal guillotine simply by using Dom’s own words. I am not a huge Dr. Phil fan I admit, but there is a quote from him I feel resonates for Cindy Anthony specifically:

If he will do it with ya, he will do it to ya. 100%

Cindy, when you read this, you know I come from a place of knowledge and there are some doors even you do not want opened.

Mountainous Motionous Interruptus

To Deluge is to Delude? That is the Question.

Baez_casey_lyonIt is unclear if Ms. Lyon and the Baez jesters get paid by the word in their motions, or if they own stock in the local optometrist.

What is clear, is they have an endless supply of ink for the laser jet.

Could that be because they have not put out the benjamens for the bevy of experts we were expecting from the hearing about who is funding this shindig?

Even the dubious Dr. Lee is on record saying he does not get out of bed until the next check. *snark alert*

How do you ask for a year to prepare for a trial and not list a single expert as a witness, or lob a smidge of discovery back over the net?

Is February 1st the BIG BAEZ REVEAL? ( Insert laugh track)

Yesterday, Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick returned fire, exposing what appears to be some seriously shoddy defense tactics to open up the files of the almost 4000 Texas Equusearch Volunteers in response to the mountains of motions filed by the defense the day before Thanksgiving.

“Dialing for Disgruntled”

It is not surprising or original to learn that Andrea Lyon and Jose Baez et al have spent weeks calling through TES search rosters to find anyone that would talk to them voluntarily. Many have. Baez and team apparently thought they hit pay-dirt with Joe Jordan and Laura Buchanan.

Joe Jordan was a volunteer on the first search in Orlando for Caylee Anthony. He also broke his agreement with TES by posting Youtube videos of the search and blogging about locations and findings. It was a serious no no and when he was outed, he began his campaign to speak negatively about Tim Miller and TES.

In the defense’s motion to modify access to TES records,  Mr. Jordan claims to have kept very detailed records of his search efforts, when his team of 5–6 members were searching the alleged “exact area” where Caylee was ultimately found. For me, when someone uses the word detailed, I make the assumption that entails having more than one name of the other 5 people:

..”Among the five people with me were Danny Ibison and his dog, and a Panama City Deputy with one of his two dogs…”

Within the search form Jordan alleges he provided to TES, it would REQUIRE the names and ID’s of the individuals searching that area.

Could it be that Ibison and the others would not support Jordan’s statement because the area, exact area, where Caylee’s remains were found, was underwater on September 1st?

Speaking on the condition of anonymity exclusively to blinkoncrime.com, a source within OCSO confirms just that. Ibison maintains the site was underwater, the as- yet-unamed- publicly “deputy” will confirm there were meetings within TES to come up with a solution to use some sort of aquatic equipment to search the submerged area, but it was considered too dangerous and too small for a boat.

What motive would Mr. Jordan have to (un-surreptitiously to him) record his interview with Morty?

Joe JordanJJ records the audio for a spell and then gets around to calling Det. Edwards at OCSO to ostensibly get a high five.

That high five was nearly a low five behind his back from the state for a 3rd degree wiretapping felony.

Wait for it….. AND he is “materially” changing his story after apparently being schooled about what happens when you are prepared to lie in court, regardless of your agenda.

There is no “I” in perjury. Look out Baez, someone is out of there FUGUE state in time for tomorrow.

If I were a betting gal, I would say that Lyon will not lead with asking Ms. Drane Burdick where she picked out her suit or what she has in her nightstand drawer.

However, I do believe that an excerpt or 3 from Andea Lyon’s stand up impersonation of Lisa Lampanelli may end up on the record.

All that aside, I am humbled by tomorrow’s anniversary I thought I would never see. I will never forget the call in which both joy and anguish filled my throat.  “We got her, it’s her.”

To the FBI, FDLE, FBI CSI, OCSO CSI, SS and OCSO, 9th Circuit Medical Examiners Office, Dr. G and SH– You know who you are– From the bottom of my heart I thank you for the commitment you showed this child.

You are her sweet voice now, backed by your collective baritone.

I am hopeful for an anti-crescendo or dimiuendo, directed to the finale.

If that does not work, then we scrap. End is the Same. Justifies the Means.

“wsh, I think the defense has been using ‘her’ but know they have still a couple months before they are required to meet that ‘disclosure’ of witnesses to the state, via the motion for enforcing recip. discovery agreement.”

I think that they will use anyone, and you certainly made some strong arguments to that point. about Joy.
However, ( note to defense) you should be careful what you wish for. If you keep throwing kooky theories or individuals at the wall , the jury will think you kooky as well.

    From Jenni on Topix
Re: Joy Wray, Potential Witness. The records of the Seminole County Clerk’s Office clearly indicate that neither Ms. Wray nor her husband John are credible witnesses regarding the murder of Caylee Anthony.

While Ms. Wray would like to convince others that she was searching for Caylee in the woods off Suburban Drive within two days of Caylee’s reported disappearance (7/18/08), the truth of the matter is that Ms. Wray was, at that time, participating in a court-ordered mental health diversion program which did not end until 8/12/08.

The Seminole County records also reveal that her husband John has a substantial record of child abuse, domestic violence and battery, making his interest in accompanying her on one or more of the searches for Caylee equally suspect.

In any event, it is highly unlikely that either of these potential witnesses would be allowed to testify in court without a mental health professional first attesting to their emotional and mental stability and competency to do so.”

I can’t help but feel sorry for her and her family. I think she is attention starved. If you think about it from her perspective, wouldn’t it be great if she were considered someone of value, a ‘witness’ to a crime? If her husband is an abuser, she definitely has no self esteem or sense of value. Right or wrong, she’s reaching out. I don’t think she has the capacity to understand the consequences of her actions. This is more about ‘JW’ then it is about anything related to Caylee’s death.

    In response to post #1566

Nice to see another C/O on this site. 22 years ago during my training I toured a male, maximum security prison in Stark, FL (Ole Smokey). It was at that point I made the decision that as a female I would never work at a prison setting but would choose jails instead. The officer/inmate ratio in prisons was alarming to say the least. And the lack of close back-up or constant surviellance was to risky for me. Stay Safe My Brother/Sister, you have my utmost respect!!!!!

Jails are not exactly a cake walk either:
In Casey’s case she is probably in Administrative Confinement/Protective Custody. Inmates in that custody grade are segregated from other inmates for inmate and officer safety. Although being segregated sounds safe and cozy it is anything but. Officers are directly watching when they shower, use the phone, eat, use the restroom or anything else (yes I have seen it all). Recreation time (being outside for fresh air), is by herself and that is only required 3 times a week for 1 hour, weather permitting. No lights off to sleep, they stay on 24/7. No programs to attend (AA, NA, Anger Management, Parenting classes, GED classes etc.), no church to attend due to her classification/crime. She can however request a jail chaplain or outside clergy alone to visit/talk. In most facilities someone with her class of crime would have to wear shackles and handcuffs while showering (not an easy task)or anytime she would be out of her cell. Some jails don’t have T.V. either, just educational videos that run over and over and over. Human interaction is extremly limited. Physical interaction is prohibited. These along with the mental stresses of their case/court proceedings can be very trying on an inmates mental health status. When that is already compromised you usually see a fast decline. Commissary and mail are the most exciting events for them. Anytime she is outside her cell the halls are probably cleared to ensure no contact with others. She may be able to look across from her cell to look at someone else who might also be in Administrative Confinement but you cannot hear what each other is saying unless you yell which would allow officers to hear. Officers will typically listen to inmates talk to us but shut them off if they begin to talk about their case, we have no desire to be dragged into court and will stop them in their tracks.
Inmates I have worked with are usually glad to be leaving jails and going to prison. The court cases are over so they no longer have the stresses of “whats gonna happen to me”, and they always have the appeals process to go through while in prison (which they all are sure they will win). They look forward to more freedom of movement, better food (jail food is truly slop), better commissary, in some prisons you can smoke on the grounds, attend classes, better law library access and even get a degree. I have seen inmates charged with her same class of crime be placed in population after review by Administration/Mental Health. Other inmates will make their remarks but are typically non-judgemental. But that is female inmates, male inmates would definately react to the charge more harshly. I have yet to meet a female inmate with these types of charges being violent unless provoked. Sad to say they are provoked they are usually “wimps” and can’t even fight. Scared of their own shadow but trying to make friends with other inmates. Of course they will explain to other inmates how they did not do the crime but rather it was a set up by the state, blah, blah, blah. I don’t know about prison forensics units but jail forensics units are very savvy to inmates who try to manupilate mental health issues, as are officers. I guess my point is the mental stresses in jail are MUCH worse than prison (this according to inmates). Hope this gives you a clearer picture of Florida Jails. And after working with these individuals all these years I am pro-death penalty in murders with aggravated circumstances involving a child. Life in prison w/o the possibility of parole is okay be me too. May she rot in either forever. JMO

  18. Kleat says:

WSH, yeah, Brad was a bit surprised at the Ashton choice of words– what the heck did Conway think would be the state’s response to an Andrea Lyon pleading in person? What would one expect from Ms. Lyon, an impassioned argument and not just dry law citations, so how should one prepare to go up against someone of Ms. Lyon’s well known reputation for pulling out all stops?

Simply, Mr. Ashton presented what the jury, IF that jury, in the future, finds her guilty, what evidence they may decide to consider in penalty phase (and he reminded anyone who hears him that she is considered innocent until proven guilty– btw, this section of video is something Today Show forgot to include in it’s pre-amble on behalf of all accused in America, if not just Casey). (Brad might have previewed that as a good member of the joint defense, if not, what the heck was he doing there?)

AND, Brad did not know about the 3 pieces of duct tape– that was news to him!! WHAAATF????? He’s not paying a lot of attention, but has lots to comment on, remember his news conference where he talked about the new evidence to come and the duct tape and a hair, then didn’t have that evidence to back up his statement? Now he hasn’t read that there are 3 pieces of duct tape on Caylee’s mouth and nose?

He’s not quite up to scratch– maybe he should stick to negotiating the money for these media tours instead of being part of joint defense. Or, he shouldn’t be so critical of Mr. Ashton, in what Judge Stan called ‘a lot of Good lawyering today’.

  19. Kleat says:

Or they are playing “Columbo”….You know, act like you are not ‘in the know’, a little dopey and haphazard. A way to distance themselves from prior incidences where they discuss and announce things to come from the defense that no one else is privy to at that point, in terms of discovery & Sunshine law release.

#630 – soulsister – I believe George and Cindy could have bonded easily with Caylee, but the dysfunctional relationship they had with Casey didn’t allow that bond to be as strong as they would have liked. Casey stole the show at every turn, and took the limelight off Caylee every chance she got. G & C couldn’t pay attention to anyone else – Casey made sure of that with all her bad behavior. Every relationship G & C had paled next to the attention that Casey demanded. If G & C wanted to go off in a different direction, Casey made sure she pulled them back. Even when Casey was living away from her parents house, she subconsciously did things that were going to bring her parents attention to her. i.e. stealing gas cans, sneaking back into her parents home and leaving clues she was there – which set C off, telling lies that she was working and then posting party pics on MySpace on the nights she was supposed to be “working”, stealing money from her parents and grandmother, and of course ultimately murdering Caylee. Look at ALL the attention she’s getting from her parents now. They can’t think of anything else and certainly can’t speak about anyone else and certainly not their murdered granddaughter. G & C were not allowed the bond they desired with Caylee – Casey’s character flaws overpowered everything. For that I have to say I feel for them. I do have a great bond with my grandchild and thank God my daughter is secure enough to relish that bond.

Even though Caylee is dead, G & C still pay the price for the competition Casey felt for Caylee. The real turning point for me will be when G & C can show the world that it’s all about Caylee now – that they can give themselves permission not to worry anymore about what Casey will do or think.

The Anthonys may be benefitting now from the money and the first class tickets to New York but after this trial and Casey is convicted what they then will have to look forward to is monthly visits to a prison, standing in long lines waiting to get in to see their daughter and watch her age and grow old and bitter before their eyes. The happiness they might find from Lee getting married and having children will always carry the heavy shadow of Casey spoiling that joy because they know that sharing those occasions with her will only bring out Caseys venom with no joy for anything the rest of her family might find to bring them some measure of happiness. The long years of that will be far worse than what they heard in court Friday.

This might be part of the reason it was sold off to places like Lowe’s, where it could be cleared out as still useable for home or everyday use, or if a company had ‘expired’ or close dated lots that they couldn’t use before the date, they might let employee’s take some home for their own use instead of tossing it. Kerry Sanders reported:
(Caps to show Mr. Sanders emphasis on words spoken)

“Prosecutors readily admit they are missing key pieces of evidence. They don’t have a murder weapon. They don’t have a cause of death. And there’s NO forensic evidence that LINKS Casey to the scene where Caylee’s remains were discovered. But STILL prosecuters are a pursuing an AGGRESSIVE case.”
Mr. Sanders, you make it sound as if the prosecution has no evidence and yet they are STILL going after Casey. Why out of vengeance? They are seeking the death penalty because Caylee was found, close to home, with items from the home, with three pieces of extremely rare duct tape over her mouth and nose, and the duct tape leads back to the home, MR.Sanders.

“TWENTY THREE year old Casey Anthony was offered a PLEA deal to ADMIT she killed her daughter and (low somber voice) escape the death penalty. She REFUSED and NOW as prosecutors pursue a death penalty case, their detailing what a JURY will eventually hear when THEY describe what TWO -year -old little Caylee’s final minutes of life were like.”
Wow, Casey is 23 that is 3 years older than she was when Caylee died. What are you trying to imply Mr. Sanders, that the prosecution is only seeking the death penalty because Casey refused to plea? You make it sound as if the prosecution are the ones that did an unspeakable act to little Caylee. How dare “THEY”

    Kerry Sanders later reported:
(Caps to show Mr. Sanders emphasis on words spoken)

“Among the pieces of strong circumstantial evidence is Caylee was missing for 31 DAYS and her mother never told ANYONE.
THAT’S WHY authorities saw that gap in time and immediately focused their attention on Casey as a suspect. And THAT’S ultimately what led prosecuters to arrest her and charge with the murder.”

Never told anyone? She told Jeff Hopkins and Juliette Lewis. Jeese, Mr.Sanders, you make it sound as if she was afraid to tell anyone, not because of punishment, but because she feared for her life? her families life, the life of Caylee? Where have I heard that before, Mr. Sanders???

“THAT’S why LE immediately focused on Casey as a suspect.” No, Mr Sanders they did not immediately focus on Casey as a suspect. They went searching for the suspect , Zeniada Fernandez Gonzales WITH Casey, they went to several places, they went searching at Casey’s work, in order to find phone #’s for Casey’s friends and for Zeniada. After taking the day doing this, only to find Casey was lying about EVERYTHING she had told them, at that point they focused on Casey as a possible suspect, because there never was a nanny, Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales, Mr.Sanders.

“And THAT’S ultimately what led prosecutors to arrest her and charge with the murder.” Mr. Sanders THAT is not what led prosecutors to arrest Casey, her forging checks, cashing checks, providing false information to LE and let’s not forget, neglecting little Caylee is what led Casey to be arrested. The reason she was charged with murder is not because Casey failed to report Caylee missing, but because a hair of Caylee’s that was found in the trunk of Casey’s car, with a death band on it, not to mention, the fact that Casey’s car stunk of human decomposition, as stated by Caylee’s grandmother, MR.SANDERS.

The whole farce of the Today show was quite disheartening. It was clearly skewed in Casey’s favor. Mr.Sanders reporting was atrocious, I couldn’t believe his facial expressions and demeanor. Does the network have a stake in Casey being found innocent? They were surely insinuating LE and the State were guilty of railroading Casey.

Well Presented Mom3, and I agree.

Wow, thanks some of that was lost on me.

Clearly, the defense is -TRYING TO WIN THIS CASE BEFORE IT GOES TO TRIAL- with the utterances of “Roy Kronk as suspect”, the sedated Anthony ‘innocence tour’ and the spectacle of Joy Wray as Sherlock Holmes extraordinaire. The case that the state has, although circumstantial, is very strong. The defense would rather get things out there now, because they won’t ‘fly’ in court, especially under cross.

I’m all for the under dog who may be railroaded by the system, and it does indeed occur. But those cases don’t typically involve ridiculous acts of buffoonery, smoke and mirrors, and dog and pony shows. They involve the REAL uncovering of facts that are relative to the case.

…..”“Prosecutors readily admit they are missing key pieces of evidence. They don’t have a murder weapon. They don’t have a cause of death. And there’s NO forensic evidence that LINKS Casey to the scene where Caylee’s remains were discovered. But STILL prosecuters are a pursuing an AGGRESSIVE case.”….

Where have we heard Prosecutors making these statements, or any statements at all? Way to go with journalistic integrity. NAME THE SOURCE OF THE QUOTE. Clearly this is a defense opinion and quote which should be properly sourced. I hope that the prosecutors ask for a correction that that quote was falsely attributed to them.

With this blatant collusion of muddying the waters between the defense and the station (whether the station has a financial stake or not Strickland knows, or if they are simply involved for the exclusive), then I believe that Strickland needs to balance the scales and continue to permit the release of discovery so that the state, who can not speak to media, is not maligned without recourse. If the defense wants to have a trial before the trial then it is only fair that videos be released without the heavy handed slant.

Yep. It is also on my last nerve how little Interviewers know about the case prior to interviewing the subjects.

Lol. I will check it out, I dont have time to be mad at you either. It did not sound like you now that you mention it.

Someone needs to contact these stations directly to find out if there is a conflict of interest going on there. If they are involved in promoting a defense perspective because they stand to gain financially in the future, through some business agreement, then they need to reveal that to the audience. It is no different from Glenn Beck hawking gold on his shows, and then simultaneously having a contract to promote gold with a company that sells gold. There needs to be disclosure. If there is no business agreement, then they at least need to be asked why they do not have a balanced perspective, or why they are quoting people that haven’t spoken to the media. Jason Blair and a whole host of others have lost jobs because of false quotes. When Ashton spoke about the duct tape, that was a pretty clear indication that the prosecution felt that they had a murder weapon. So then, who did the prosecution admit this to? It sounds like a false statement. END OF RANT and soap box…

While your 100% correct, nobody wants to pizz off Camp Casey to be left out in the cold when their are ratings spikes translating into increased ad spend.

Obviously I do not share that sentiment.

Thanks Blink. I’m going to go donate some money to our Toys for Tots effort going on here now. I hope all the bloggers who want justice for little Caylee do the same. Another Christmas little Caylee will never see. Our Marines here in Orlando do a great job with this program. Thanks to them too.

    Excellent Suggestion Boz!!

Blink, I agree. The people that interview just don’t seem to know diddly about the case and they come out with these inane comments that just blows the mind.

I listened to Brad Conway’s in session video yesterday and really!!
Didn’t know about the duct tape! The family has always told the truth even before he came on the scene. L0L. I know people who have tried to match up the mistruths that these people have stated and it’s just too big a job. Seriously, I’ve gone through every one of George’s videos and transcripts and it’s like truly unbelievable how the different stories are told. I’m sorry, I know that there are alot of people who think that Mr. Conway is an o.k. guy, but I just don’t see it.

Cindy and her facelift: The relevancy. This is not a snark. Cindy’s appearance has changed drastically. I think, not for the better. Here is where I think her getting any “work” done is relevant. First the cost: I don’t know pricing in FL but in the NY Metro area it would probably be 15K. The narcission that Casey exhibited started with Cindy. Did Susan Smith’s Mom go out and get a makeover? Did Scott Peterson’s? No. This is not about Casey or Caylee its about Cindy. Her appearance with George on the Today show was very telling also. She always says, “I” while George says “We”. They do not want to admit that they could have raised someone that would hurt another person. Again, its all about them, but more Cindy…Cindy’s view is she is perfect and so ergo Casey is perfect.

I know this has been discussed but the “work” Cindy has had done really seals it. Its all about Cindy. How very very very sad. I actually dislike CIndy as much as I dislike Casey. Maybe even more as she was the engineer of this train wreck.

  42. ada says:

When and if there is a trial, how is it determined who gets to sit (and report) inside the courtroom? Is it first come, first serve or is it certain media outlets are given a pass to attend? I ask because that might explain the reaction of the media to the “Humanize the Anthonys” National Tour. JVM was disgusting when she “interviewed” Baez and she said she’d be in the front row when the trial began.

There is no doubt they will institute a lottery, and I dont think this will ever see a trial so she can update her itinerary.

    #518 from Boz

Blink, I just finished a pack of Garcia Vegas and a quart of malt. Feeling pretty good.

Dee, Blink doesn’t like this but at the time of little Caylee’s conception there was a very, very rich man whoring around the world including Orlando. There was a pretty good looking girl whoring around Orlando too at that same time period. That girl had a baby that looks a lot like the baby this very, very rich man has had since then. The girl killed her baby and someone very, very rich is bank-rolling her defense. Ummm…

I dont think this is in reference to Mr. Nejame

There is only one Boz, Right?

Yes, lol, it is Boz, I think we have a miscommunicado …
He must have been referring to someone other than Mark..

  44. lil Lucy says:

Does anyone think that maybe Casey’s retainer was her ugly arse? I mean JB’s unethical conduct gives room for this…him and Mark Garagos should be partners…Maybe he will place a trunk with a baby doll in it close to the court, this is all that is left for him to do. but….Cindy & DC?….The lies, the non-support of family…Caylee ending up dead…They said they believe in CA….not they believe her…The A’s seem to have patterns and yep I agree with Cindy the apple does not fall to far from the tree…George hates messy (duct tape applied messy)so he accepts Cindy’s flings without worries.

I thought both Cindy and George’s protestations today were
half-hearted. Maybe they are just weary but neither one of them
spoke about Casey’s innocence with any real conviction if you’ll pardon the pun. But why dont they ever take the opportunity on a nationally televised show to confront the “real killer”. They say shes innocent but they never look the camera straight in the eye and say to the supposed killer – we are going to find you, nanny! how come?
Their excuse has always been that it was law-enforcements job to look for the “real killer”. They really dont make any sense do they.

Great Point! Our Judicial system isn’t perfect and many people have been wrongfully accused. The difference- their families are out there putting themselves in danger (Not on TV) and investigating to find the truth. Remember the Woman who’s husband was wrongfully accused of killing her mother and her very young niece said Uncle so and so did it. She put her life at risk and found the man responsible- she was more concerned with finding the man who KILLED her mother. She couldn’t sleep at night knowing he was out there – FREE. The Anthony’s are allowed to still love their daughter, but they can’t expect others to feel the same.

Blink, I too am sick of “reporters” getting key facts wrong. What ever happened to good old fashioned research.

Correction to my post I wrote: “Wow, Casey is 23 that is 3 years older than she was when Caylee died.” I was trying to be snarky and type IS THAT instead I made a big oops. Maybe snarkyness is not my strong suit- I am not that bad in math.

  48. Boz says:

    Granmomma, you’re right about Cheetah.

I want you as my mother-in-law. Is it OK for a poor not-so-popular guy to have lusty affairs?

Hello fellow Blinkers – Haven’t posted in awhile, but have kept up.

First thing I want to say is to wish everyone, a Happy and safe Holiday season, whatever it is you celebrate, may it be a joyous time for you and your’s.

As to the “debate” over Caylee’s father. I truely believe he is dead, Casey would steal coins from Caylee’s Piggy Bank, she was so dispicable. I do not for one moment believe that there is a living, breathing baby’s daddy out there for Caylee, or Casey would have him strapped so tight for child support, there is no way she would let a man out of that. Especially if he was wealthy or well known.

I too am tired of the Scamthony’s waste of our time, and valuable air to breathe. It’s same @##@ different day.
I do wonder about the thought process that Cindy had a face lift, to me it looks more like she is just gaunt from stress, lack of sleep, lack of proper nutrition. Just because they are scamming, and scheming doesn’t mean that their bodies aren’t suffering from the internal drama they must be dealing with daily. They know who killed Caylee, and why. I also don’t believe that while they had Casey at home before she was jailed and during her bond periods, that they never found out the truth, let alone not even question her. That is the most ridiculous crap they have tried to shove down our throats. Cindy is a complete control freak, and she would have used the hammer on Casey if needed to get the true story. I think they found out the truth and it was Cindy who “wrote” the whole Blanchard Park scenerio, when they found out all the lies, they needed Caylee to disappear from somewhere “real”. I believe she also created the “30″ day story to explain Casey’s not reporting Caylee missing.
Could anyone tell me why they think Cindy had a facelift? Is there any hard evidence? Just would be interesting to show how Narcissistic Cindy really is. I’m sure Casey would go crazy if she knew all the money coming in and how her parent’s are spending it.
I was also stunned that with all the love and support this family “claims” they have, that when Casey comes into and leaves the courtroom, she doesn’t look at them, smile, wave nothing, its like they are dead to her.
Love your Loved ones, today might be the one day it really counts!!!!!;-)

I am not a body language expert, but I noticed that when Mr. Ashton began to speak about how Caylee would have had to be restrained in some way, before any tears or histronics occured, Casey immediately grabbed her wrist, and rubbed it. I also think Cindy’s change of appearance was planned, to garner some sympathy. (i.e. look at how horrible this is for me to go through) My belief is that they knew from the minute they recovered the car, and when they “recovered” Casey, they decided to work together to get their story together. When she was arrested for child neglect and they could not get her out, the plotting had to come to a halt. The tapes of the distraught Cindy and George, and inquisitive Lee, to me, was not trying to locate a live Caylee, but to get her to tell where the body was. Thes people are pure unadulterated liars and grifters. This is about the Anthony family to them, not about Caylee.
