New Clues In Kyron Horman Search: Fact or Fiction- You Decide

Portland, OR-Over the last week, much information has been developed about the extended families of Kaine and Terri Horman, and the circumstances with which Kyron came to reside primarily with them, visiting Mom and step-dad Desiree and Tony Young on monthly visits.
One thing that is not clear however, is how Terri Moulton Horman’s oldest son, 16 year old James, came to live with his maternal grandparents after living with the Horman’s until this past January. He now lives with his biological father who gave up his rights to him to Terri’s second husband, who stills pays child his support.
He is believed to have been on a Boy Scout camping trip with his father Ron Tarver and his half-siblings the weekend Kyron went missing.
By all accounts, and certainly by all photos, James and Kyron were *tight* brothers from another mother.
Although it has not been confirmed by Multnomah County Police, it is believed that the focus on Sauvie Island, and the surrounding area is related to cell phone pings from Terri Harmon’s phone the day of Kyron’s disappearance on Friday June 4th. According to family friend, Terri was asked to take a second polygraph this past Saturday, and was frustrated and tired at investigator’s questions as “she was where she says she was.”

Frequently, in our team’s development of information and analysis on the cases I feature, readers and listeners ask my opinion on several items of information that I may not be prepared to release out of context. In some cases, they are working theories. It is however, how we handle our “war room” and take raw data to reportable data. This case continues to baffle so many, I thought I would take this opportunity to show our readership how we work behind the scenes. Pardon grammar in advance, these are actual excerpts from our collective work stations.
For obvious reasons, this is the collective work of the editors of blinkoncrime.com; the “raw” we discount or scrap is not included.
Priority Lead #1
Tanner Pumala, 8 year old desk-mate of Kyron Horman, was the last person to see BOTH Kyron and Terri Moulton. He is his self-professed best friend, and also his neighbor. His grandmother, Wendy Fuhrer, allowed him to speak to the press, although she was specifically asked not to. As he is a minor, it would require a signed release from his parent or guardian.
Finding of Facts:
No mention of his Mother, Lisa Fuhrer Pumala
Tanner’s account states that the substitute noticed Kyron was missing from the headcount. He said she alerted the regular teacher, Ms. Porter, who told her he was probably in the bathroom.
Subissue for Flagging:
There was NO substitute that day. She had been there Monday through Thursday. Why would he offer that specific account, and simultaneously say that Kyron told him he was headed upstairs to the “cool electic one”? As his deskmate, wouldn’t he interject that information?
He was interviewed by BOTH the FBI and MCSO, and asked not to release his information, but did anyway. Who or what really prompted this?
He remarks he did not see him on the bus, so the day goes by, including the talent show, with no further discussion of Kyron although he would not have been in the bathroom for several hours.
However, he states he was not aware Kyron was missing until that evening, when his DAD saw it on the news.
(Jason Mateos Notes: Could the duo simply have wandered outside together at the prospect of catching a live frog for the exhibit and accidentally fall in the pond and the child is scared.
Blink Response: Plausible only if Tanner unaccounted for, the pond is across the street, and they literally would have to go out of the parking lot, which was heavily occupied at the time. Project next to his is Pond Turtle, however.
The Fuhrer residence, on the market since April 2010, borders the Horman property, and extensive search efforts covered this property. Their is a white truck and camper located at the residence in the photos of the listing.
Brian Pumala, Tanner’s father is a plumber and recent electritian apprentice through JATC. He resides with one Ann Pumala on NW Mill in a houseboat on the channel. Quarry Rd, is directly behind his residence as well as the Quarry that was searched initially.
Finding of Fact:
From Blink notes: Pumala address is on Sauvie. In particular it is the start of the original start area for which MCSO requests video footage, and it has direct access to the channel, which has been a heavy search point.
Additionally folks– we have the investigative equivalent of “the closest distance between 2 points” here. Gram or “mom” Pumala is neighbor to Ky.
Non-custodial Dad, a former neighbor and presumed aquaintance, lives withing the perimeter of the focus of most of the search efforts, AND the alleged cell pings.

The Intel network is large and wide-reaching. Many have asked me what they can do to help us and my answer is the following:
1. Forward Kyron’s information to as many people as you feel comfortable with; the more people that see this will increase our chances of finding him
2. Do not speak to any media if contacted; I am trying to contact Intel legal to give them the heads up and help with this situation

He is 3 foot 8 and 50 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing black cargo pants, white socks, worn black Sketcher tennis shoes with orange trim and dark-colored t-shirt with the “CSI” show logo

Some rough background:
The article that Becky forwarded is pretty accurate with details. He was dropped off at school about 8:45 and went missing sometime between then and 9 or 9:30am. We did not know he was not at school until we went to get him off of the bus at 3:30 and he was nowhere to be found. The bus driver immediately called the school which responded that his teacher had not seen him all day in class, at which point we notified police in partnership with the school. It is still unknown whether he left school grounds on his own or was abducted. Be assured that there are currently an amazing number of agencies and amount of person-power being applied to the search and investigation.
Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for Kyron’s safe return. I will update the group once status changes which will hopefully be soon. At the time of this note Kyron has now been missing for ~48 hours; time is of the essence.

JM session notes: Bolded by Me. Dad states he went to the bus stop with Terri. Indicates both vehicles were at the residence, and in working order. What prompted his schedule to be home at that hour, would it be normal? Why is this the only account that features the Dad at the bus stop.
“in partnership” is odd wording. What does that mean exactly?

Terri Horman call to school: When do the exhibits need to be picked up?
Blink notes: exculpatory. If your counting on a timeline that gives you until approximately 3:30PM, why would you risk the potential to raise the flag of Kyron’s absence. He was in fact, marked absent, although his things remained on his desk. SM calls and askes when the exhibits needed to be removed. In my mind, it is to see if she needed to also pick Kyron up that day, as he could not manage it himself on the bus.

The questionaire released by MCSO and the FBI 
blinkoncrime.com editor JM, an experienced investigator and polygrapher, believes strongly there would have had to have been a deceptive response to necessitate a second poly. Blink notes: I believe strongly this is designed to progress leads in this case. My opinion as to “why” may be very unique. It is almost as if they want someone to believe she is a suspect, stopping short of naming her. Could they be hoping for someone to make contact with her. Admittedly, agreed on the deceptive response, but could she have exposed a bad guy to Kyron through her behavior or actions, but had nothing to do with his disappearance? Those images are FBI generated from an analysis they preformed on her behavior, no doubt in my mind.
blinknotes: I believe it possible the questionaire was requested for multiple reasons. Again, I cannot wrap around her. Put plainly folks-her profile does not match up to execution or strategy as we know it. I also believe this is designed to produce 300 exemplars. With the DA present while parents were to drop off their completed questionaires, I again think aloud– is there a convened GJ at the moment, in this case?
Also, what about this– it lets them capture the make, model, and plates of cars coming to the school with completed forms. Does our guy show up at 9am or 6PM on Father’s Day with kid in car, borrowed from someone, or does he send it with another parent?

Research/Investigstive Professional: Something is bad wrong is going on inside the Horman home without a doubt. I tend to look at folks who will not talk. Terri is simply acting odd. She has odd expressions. I mean effin odd; a self-centered nutcase. Unequivocally, yes, but she has an extensive track record of caring for kids. I would def buy her having an affair. If this is her, what kind of lame ass plot is this, in the first place. You drug the kid, you take him out on your own damn property, or closest body of water, and call the cops the next morning with your back door open and his foot trail still fresh. Say he has a history of sleepwalking. In that neighborhood, the critters would have him by then ( sorry, I know). This woman spend significant time with the school and his class. She had the baby in there, multiple times, knows all the kids by name. This is where she is going to take every risk and chance to off the child she has cared for since birth with no conceivable motive– no history of mental illness, and a facebook of loving family photos, several of which taken by her of a beaming Kyron? Not feeling it.
That said, it is connected to her in some way. Scorned lover? Unrequited affection of someone at the school? Kyron was chosen because of her?

I do not know when he came home.
I do not know for sure he was even at work but it would be easy enough to document with ID swipes, etc.
I do not know where the baby was.
I do not know who was watching the baby.
I do not know why dad decided to come home early to meet the bus (and even that is in question.)
Where was she and is this normal routine?

I can’t say that I blame Kaine Horman. Surprised it took him this long. If you had any suspicion that your spouse was involved (even peripherally). You would have to remove, and protect any children from the environment.
Hoping this is the beginning of resolution of this case. May the truth come out. Praying that the good Lord leads the way to precious Kyron.

These cases are difficult enough without the nuisance of self-promoting investigators (Oakes) and alleged psychics (you know who you are). If these folks have something valuable to contribute, let their qualifications and accomplishments speak for themselves. To incessantly advertise one’s skills and besmirch others because they are not being employed is whiny and self-serving.
Have you looked at Oakes website? I don’t remember the address now, but this guy has an awesome SAR background. He was a police officer for 12 years himself, and has been doing this type of thing for over 30 years. He’s actually about to retire I think it said. This guy NEEDS to be out there looking. The Portland area police don’t like him simply because he gets the job done better than they do. I lived in Portland and remember some of the cases he has solved. It is 100% correct that the police dogs didn’t find Ashley or Miranda on ward weavers property. It wasn’t until his dogs found them that their families got closure. Part of the reason his dogs are more accurate is because they are trained SAR and cadavar dogs. Usually police dogs look for drugs and things that have fresh scents. His dogs work in all circumstances. They have found people after earthquakes, avalanches, and pratically everything else.
Blink.. what’s going on? Why is the family publicly and blatantly ostracizing step mom?
They believe her actions or activities are related to Kyron’s disappearance.

i just wanted to say that i think the police are doing an excellent job with this case. i know it can be frustrating for all of us that follow these cases closely to not always know what’s going on behind the scenes, but i believe the police work by the MCPD and the FBI are going to not only bring kyron home (whether alive or deceased he will be safe and either home with his family or home with god)…

restraining order and divorce papers were served to TH today. the article also states “Kyron’s family issued a statement Monday afternoon through the Multnomah County sheriff that was signed only “Desiree, Tony and Kaine.” It did not include Terri Horman’s name.”

Hmmm. Looks like Terri wants to make sure everyone remembers her as the loving mother she is…(not). Her Facebook profile pic is her with Kyron, Kiara and James – no Kaine. She has no friends listed, any info (except ‘female’) or way to ‘friend’ her.

I’m sensing a plot reminiscent of the movie FARGO. Perhaps that is why Oregon LE was quick to quip that they believed this to be an isolated type of incident and the public should not overreact(ransom perhaps)…I’m in agreement with other posters who suggest that the SM may not be the one who actually caused harm to Kyron, but she was definitely in on Kyron’s disappearance..time will tell.

Sounds to me it’s just a matter of time until there is an arrest. I can’t imagine LE would suggest Kaine move out and take the baby unless they know something. I predict Oakes will wrap up the investigative part this week, and find Kyron.
I really wish there would be a good outcome, but it’s not looking good. I am impressed that LE has kept the clues to themselves. I don’t care if I know every detail, as long as THEY know every detail. I think they know what happened, but are waiting to find him before arresting.
Per KGW, Kyron’s Dad has not only moved out but filed for divorce and a restraining order. I wonder what’s the next shoe to fall?
The one thing I cannot get past is that the SM claims she told the teacher Kyron had a Drs appointment on 6/11 and the teacher mistakes the date for the exact day he goes missing. This seems to be a set up by SM either to hide and protect Kyron due to a threat or to silence him. IMO if her intentions were good , Kyron would be home safe. Her husband took the baby and left because he knows .
Re: the statement that was just released….makes me think that any leakage of police information or a confession could potentially lead to a mistrial. They are treading carefully on this one..
I’m becoming more convinced that Ky’s abductor is the scorned wife of SM’s presumed paramour. I believe the purpose of the abduction was to:
1.) Cause TH tremendous anxiety
2.) Expose TH’s indiscretion
3.) Humiliate TH and destroy her marriage – which explains TH’s denial of reports that KH has left with baby; she doesn’t want the perp to think the plot is succeeding.
I’m still inclined to think that TH’s involvement is indirect – a result of her “lifestyle choice” – but I think she may also be guilty of withholding useful information from LE – whether for selfish reasons (not wanting her indiscretion publicized), or out of concern for Ky and the remainder of her family (it could have been her idea to remove the baby from their home as a safety measure).
I’m trying to figure out how isolated events fit together. How soon after TH supposedly left the school was the mustang seen racing around SI? I’m wondering if the perp may have contacted TH after she returned home, to say that one of the children had been kidnapped? Maybe TH’s first reaction was to drive to SI in search of her children and possibly to confront the person threatening her family. Not finding any signs of them, TH would have called the sitter, who assured her the baby was okay (maybe TH made this call from her cell phone while on SI). Returning home, she called the school to ask about the science project. When the school didn’t report anything amiss, TH dismissed the perp’s claim – until Ky didn’t get off the bus in the afternoon.
I’ve read several versions here of how LE obtained Ky’s eyeglasses. According to one version, the eyeglasses were found on the bank of a pond/lake. Again, I believe that one of the kidnapper’s purposes in disposing of Ky’s eyeglasses was to make him feel very vulnerable and, therefore, unlikely to attempt an escape. But, if the eyeglasses were indeed found near or in a body of water and that body of water has been thoroughly searched unsuccessfully for additional signs of Ky, it’s possible that the perp’s intention was to make LE believe Ky had drowned. The search would even buy the perp more time to flee with Ky, while causing TH to become frantic.
I don’t believe, at least, the perp’s intention is to harm Ky, but to torment SM. However, I don’t think the perp counted on the incident drawing national attention (perhaps thinking TH would be reluctant to report it to LE). Hopefully, if the perp begins to panic because of the widespread media attention, she/he will simply release Ky in a safe area where he can be rescued. At this point, I would think the perp has begun to realize the severity of his/her crime and is not willingly to risk more serious charges or face public outrage.
Personally, I believe the perp has left the state with Ky. I’m sure that LE has been concurrently following up on numerous leads, including this possibility. Isn’t the FBI more likely to become involved, especially early in an investigation, if the case moves beyond the jurisdiction of local LE?
Kaine moved out and took Kiara based on information he received from investigators said the source in the news articles. What I read from that: The police know that Terri Horman is directly involved.
Does anyone else find this incredibly odd? They were just talking about the bracelets, buttons and t-shirts in their (bio Mom and bio Dad) interview’s they did all day on Friday and gave out the website. That was Friday this is Monday and they are announcing taking down the site. I think you called it Blink, something is about to break wide open. I am absolutely sick to my stomach as a local Oregonian with my first child starting kindergarten and wanting to home school and reluctantly enrolling my child in the small rural school house I a am second guessing my decision. It is sad to say that the SM and poor choices rather than a RSO being able to get into our schools and take one of our children would bring comfort, if that is even possible. This whole thing is just disgusting! This world has some sick people in it. Its beyond my comprehension. Makes me want to vomit!

According to Oregonlive news, TH was taken completely by surprise by Kaine’s legal actions, was served the legal papers at 6pm Monday, & by 8pm had 4 girlfriends over, 1 of whom spoke to press while TH “who had been just behind the door of the home’s living room, popped her head out and told the friend, “Hey, I need you for a sec.” But otherwise she did not comment.” (snip from Oregonlive)

Earlier in the day, Terri allegedly spoke to Fox News (kptv12) and said the following when asked whether Kaine and Kiara moved out.
“Everything’s good,” she said, giving a thumbs up. “We heard that rumor. It’s just a rumor that needs to be squelched. Everything’s fine.”

Does the electrician Brian have Kyron? was TH expecting to leave Kaine Horman and take Kiara with her, as she made a new life with her lover? ..now Kaine has thwarted that effort….OR, did SM simply plot against Kyron out of jealousy, or was she “tired” of him like she was intense LE questioning? OR, did SM simply want to maintain a swinging lifestyle or have a boy-toy or two on the side while remaining in her marriage, & Kyron was in the way? OR, is TH, who’s shut-out of LE updates, now considered a POI, a suspect, and is on the verge of being arrested? ….it’s like, “As The World Turns” or something. sheesh.
Just Find Kyron & Bring Him Home.
This is a very depressing turn of events forsure. I agree fully now, Terri is involved in this up to her blinking, rolling eyeballs. I bow you to you Blink on crime, you are good. If LE believes she is somehow involved, they need to arrest her. I guess this is either because of a relationship or drugs.

I am curious though, on your throughts. I have no idea what to make of this. It seems to say so much, without saying anything…but does it? Divorce would raise some eyebrows for sure, but a RO on top of it? This case continues to become more and more bizarre, yet we are still left with so little information presented to the public.

I can’t help feel that we are much closer to having a “break,” based on this, my gut tells me we will go from nothing to the whole story without much warning. I also have been thinking for the last couple days that they have possibly found him, or found information that will lead to him soon. I can’t help, at this point, to think that part of the reason they have been so quiet is because they are just waiting until they have it “solved,” under the pretense that they have been close for days now.
Does anyone know if they are they still looking with S&R? I haven’t heard anything about a search for days and the media seems to at least track their search efforts and report on them. I hate to say this (as we all do, I so want him to be found alive), but could it be true that they did find his body as KOIN 6 reported and then quickly retracted? As I have said, I have never followed a case such as this, so I just don’t know if it’s “normal” for LE to keep so quiet until an arrest is made, is that how it works? I have only seen quite high profile cases that go on for quite some time at which point everyone is talking about it and things obviously leak…but I suppose in many of the cases that are referrenced here like (Polly Klaass, Elizabeth Smart) these cases were very long, and in comparison, this still “new.” And even then I usually see the whole 48 hours segment which wraps it all up in less than an hour.

That’s really weird to me. Everything is fine? Okay, maybe this could be due to stress or pressure of not knowing what to say, or was just in reference to her and Kaine…but a Thumbs Up to boot? That is very, very odd. It seems completely disassociated from reality to me. This has got to be one of the strangest red flag behaviors she has exhibited that completely validates my intuition (or judgements) on her that she is so totally wrapped up in her own image that even in the deepths of hell and tragedy, she puts her thumbs to show that everything is just right as rain. It’s just so out of place. Is she in that much denial? Walking away, saying nothing, would be other options. She seem to not have the ability to keep herseld from trying to make everything look the way she wants it to, even if it isn’t and even if it makes her look worse! Just from this I have an even worse feeling than I did before.
Here is a link on an “interview” with Terri from the Willamette Week, she couldn’t comment on anything but made “small talk” with a reporter. He also has a picture of a placard on their house that reads “Welcome to the nut house.” Ugh.

Upon reading the statement released by the family (sans terri) this really struck me…
“We have been fully briefed by Law Inforcement on the on-going Criminal Investigation.”
That seems like a very direct statement to me, one that is telling. Could his RO and filing for a divorce be due to the “briefing?” It seems likely to me.
It also seems likely that this was released because they knew that filing for a divorce and RO are public documents and would get out and they want to eliminate any media frenzy being directed toward them. It also raises curiosity as to whether or not an arrest is going to be made (terri) and they are not only making it clear that they want their focus to be on Kyron, not on Terri. They do not want to answer questions about her, not only because of Kyron but because of Kiara, her daughter, they seem to want to protect her too, (my thought on this is that they are simply decent people that do not want to slander this little girls mother – maybe?). they obviously want to distance themselves from her. We saw this in the interviews, but we also saw a bit of unity too. But this is a harsh severing of association from Terri. I can’t help but think she is going to be arrested, and soon.

Here is a hypothesis: next door lady ‘grandmother to Tanner’ knew about affair with her former son-in-law, Brian, and since she needed money, (house getting foreclosed?) she blackmailed SM with revealing that knowledge in order to ‘fake’ the kidnapping of Kyron, to get money from Kaine.
This would explain 1. Ann Pulama either in Arizona, or somewhere else; Tanner Paluma saying certain things about Kyron;s last day which do not pan out, like about the substitute, etc.
Perhaps she was blackmailing both SM and former son-in-law, Brian Paluma, and he was involved in facilitating the disappearance.
Grandmother is probably only one who could get Tanner to give out false lead, in order to throw off the investigation.
I’m sure you have this but CBS news just reported that Kaine have filed a restraining order againt Terri and filed for divorce and moved out and took the baby.

I like your theory if only because it means Kyron may be safe.
Terri is actually the age of the grandmother/MIL. Why would Brian Pumala want to have an affair with her? That fact makes me lean more toward some kind of drug thing or kinky sex thing (Ann Pumala indicates on her Facebook that she has an interest in S&M). Maybe the rx was between Ann and Terri rather than Lisa and Terri?
Is the friend in the picture with Brian also involved?
The Pumalas and Furhers do all seem hard up for $.
Terri is clearly involved. LE will arrest her as soon as they feel appropriate in my opinion.

Terri is definately involved. How do explain Kyron’s DRs appointment that was mistakingly used as an excuse to not raise red flags on the very day he went missing. Terri set some plan in to motion…good or bad?

Some good points in this, although ignore “Jane” obviously read the “close knit family” article that was in The Oregonian awhile ago and simply chose to reverberate the article, while failing to cross check ANY of her facts.(It’s a little disconcerting that this is what we see as an “expert,” yikes!)
But the other woman makes some really great point such as, if she DID walk him close to class a “boogy man” would have only had seconds to snatch him (assuming he never made it there), which she deems impossible. Marc Klaass also brought up a very simple and interesting point…if TH walked him down the hall, upon which Kyron states he can get there the rest of the way on his own, why would she “wave” to him, as oppose to kiss/hugging him, why wave to someone you are standing next to. My injection: if he was so close to class by the time she turned to wave, he would have been in class or seen a perp.
Well, all of this is a moot issue most likely.

Interesting theory “Susan.” And I’d say there are multiple types of “affairs” it doesn’t have to be a ‘come fly away’ with me thing; so even though the age difference seems out of place, not for two people with ‘deviant’ behavior that is socially unacceptable, that’s just luck that it’s your neighbor (each to their own, i say). But the risk of being found out (I’m being completely judgmental here, excuse me)would send TH over the egde in a ‘fight or flight’ response. And what if someone simply threatened to tell and consequently, she created this plot to distract/keep that from happening. But it all got out of control. IF that is the case, what went wrong though? Did it all go too far? Did they think they could stage a kidnapping and they just release him somewhere; if so why didn’t they? When I think about these things I think, no.
Also, the more I look at that press conf. with her, the look on her face is “what have I gotten into?” She doesn’t look “guilty” as much as she looks “worrie” – for herself and she’s completely out of sorts with all of the raw emotion around her, she’s much too aware of her surroundings. I also felt so uncomfortable with her “holding” Desiree and there are moments when it looks like desiree feels trapped and uncomfortable by this. It just gut-wrenching if TH is responsible and Desiree and had to stand there like that.
So, I haven’t been a big fan of this whole theory. I have felt like she did it or she didn’t, heavily leaning in the did department. I mean this is America, we don’t ransom. However, I DO buy the theory that she’s so into her own self that she would do just about anything and perhaps setting up a plot to play the sympathy card to Paluma or whomever, in order not to get ratted out. Well, I can buy into that.
He’s just GOT TO BE on Sauvie Island. Something happened there and there wasn’t a lot of time to do anything else. I’m thinking unfortunately he’s in the water, and he will eventually surface. Poor Kyron.

And I also hate to say this, but the fact that Kaine could stop in the middle of all this and file for a divorce and a restraining order IMO means he already knows something bad happened to Kyron and there’s no hope of survival, so he’s protecting the baby, and it’s just a recovery effort at this time.
I believe Kaine is aware of the who/why but not the where. My thoughts and prayers are with him, Kyron, and the entire family today. I would sincerely appreciate it if whomever knows where Kyron is come clean privately. Because I am a woman of my word, I will never share what case, but there has been a confession resulting in a prosecution that resulted from a private submission to this site.

#20 Karen My thoughts are that the shots are being called from someone on the outside. That is why they are so strange to the rest of us. I was on the fence about Terri. I was on board with everyone else by last night. Before the divorce and r/o was served. I understand not living with someone if you feel they have murdered your child. But the divorce could have waited a day or two. I think le and the family are doing what someone is telling them to. This gives me hope that Kyron is alive. This is possibly why le has been quiet for so long. Under orders from someone holding Kyron.
We have all heard so much about June 4th that I am now wondering if Kyron was at the school at all. How he could have disappeared so quickly without a trace. I have seen no defense statement from the school. Not even a weak one. It would seem more likely that Kyron was taken from his bus stop by a family “friend” and Terri was called to let her know. I think she may have went to Suavie Island looking for Kyron as she knows exactly who has him. I pray to God, if my thoughts are right, she has told le everything.
I don’t believe Terri is watching her computer with le there, except to look for messages from whomever has Kyron.
If I am right and if by some slight chance the person who has him is watching these forums I beg of you…please turn Kyron loose and in a safe place. He is just a little boy who had been caught up in this awful mess. Keep him safe, turn him loose and do what you have to do. Turn yourself in or run like hell. Please don’t hurt this little boy.
I disagree in that if there has been information that put Kiara (immediate) and Kyron ( prior) at risk revealed in the course of this investigation, if Kaine took no action, he stands to lose his daughter as well if there is a DFS finding of fact. Imo, he had no choice. The moral aspect is not for me to judge, but if it were me, and my child was missing from something my spouse did, nobody would want us under one roof, I can assure you.

So, could the restraining order/divorce be a ploy to get whoever took Kyron to think that they did what they wanted? Caused Kaine to leave Terri? I dunno…. Praying that Kyron is found soon. Hoping that he is still alive. I don’t think that whoever did this expected such national attention……

My question is: do you know what dates that would have been? Can you answer a yes or no to this question: Do you know if any parts of Sauvie Island have been searched since that date?
I will not be commenting on specifics of any search. There are very specific reasons NOBODY, ever involved in active searches for a missing person should be commenting. I have seen some on other sites literally posting pictures of hand drawn instructions, etc. Simply isn’t done by any S&R professional.
