Portland, OR– The developments in missing Portland child Kyron Horman are enough to give a person whiplash this week; It is only Wednesday.
I absolutely believe that Terri Horman is responsible for Kyron’s disappearance-
Tony Young, stepfather to Kyron Horman.
During their interview this morning on the Today Show, Desiree and Tony Young did not mince words.
The sexual overtones to Mr.Cook, resemble the former exhanges between the individual Terri attempted to hire to murder her husband.– verbiage contempt motion
Are investigators any closer to finding Kyron Horman?
Sources inside the investigation have confirmed to blinkoncrime.com that both the FBI and Multnomah County Sherriff’s Office have been back on the scene in areas near the Skyline School, where Kyron wet missing on June 4th., and on Sauvie Island, the focus of intense search efforts including several dive teams today.
Of particular interest, is source confirmation that the landscaper Terri Horman hired last fall, who worked on the Horman property, had met Kyron at the residence as well as the Skyline School, where his firm had been contracted to do some work.
Rudy Sanchez, of RS Landscape Maintenance since 2008 has told MCSO that Terri Horman attempted to hire him in a murder for hire plot against her husband Kaine. Sanchez then agreed to participate in a surreptitious sting that included a body wire and a 911 call where patrolman had to be told by detectives this was an “on the job” non-threat. As fairly isolated areas go, this one has had a fair share of 911 calls.
No charges were filed by Ms. Horman against Mr. Sanchez.
A search for Multnomah County arrests under the last name Sanchez, show a United States Marshall arrest and hold of a Anselmo Sanchez since July 8th. It is unknown if this individual is held in the disappearance of Kyron Horman.
Blinkoncrime.com was unable to confirm through the Multnomah County Jail the nature of the “hold” for Sanchez, and all persons are presumed innocent.

Anyone else get a creepy feeling when that white truck pulled up just across the street as one of the news stations was reporting about the court case today?
Why does this Oregon Judge keep postponing making a decision? Is that reasonable? He claims he wants things as normal as possible. Didn’t he realize a HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL ATTORNEY was speaking for one of the parties who just happened to have skipped every hearing so far? Is that normal? And is it normal in his courtroom for cases where there are claims of possible murder for hire for the case to drag on and on before he sees both parties, not just their legal representatives? I have expected the Judge to demand Terri show up in his courtroom.
And come on, there is a tiny little girl who needs to go HOME. Her world has been turned upside down. Her brother is missing, her other brother moved out just a few months ago, she is not able to see her mom, and she is living in strange surroundings. Come on Judge, use your common sense! Three attorneys were there today. You have a signed letter from Terri Horman’s attorney saying she would not contest the move, and contrary to what her attorney said, it is quite easy to pick up and move in a few days. Folks do it all the time! She only lived there for three years and the home was never even in her name. Considering her sexting antics over the last several weeks and a possible affair with a landscaper six months ago, Terri Horman should have realized her ability to live in that particular home was on the ropes for quite some time. Many of her belongings may already be elsewhere!
Didn’t Kaine get the sexting information entered into the court case today? How much does that Judge need!
I was really surprised folks on the Oregon news blogs were criticizing Kaine’s clothes. WOW! Think about it. He may not have all of his belongings. And his finances have got to be stretched right now with not being at work for over a month and leaving his home the way he did. I can’t imagine what he is enduring right now. It must be so tough. Too bad some folks can’t seem to understand these circumstances are not routine and show some kindness. If my child was missing, I don’t think I would care two hoots what I threw on to get through the day. I have to wonder if faced with ALL Kaine Horman is facing right now, I don’t know if I would be strong enough to make it out of bed! I can actually understand why HE might have allowed his attorney to represent him and skip the case. He put himself at risk didn’t he? How many cases have we read about where a courthouse was the place where pne spouse tried to harm the other. Yet there Kaine Horman was.
I read one of the posts somewhere today about an 1980s Oregon case where a mom harmed some of her children and tried to claim some shaggy haired man was responible. It took LE over six months to finally arrest her. The point of the post was to praise LE for their effort in building a solid case. I couldn’t get past the part about her daughter clearly being terrified of her. Can’t anyone remember how time goes slower for kids? What those months must have felt like to her! Little Kiara has gone through so much in a month and a half. Wouldn’t it have been great to have some attorney appear today before that Judge as Kiara’s representative pro bono! Maybe that is the only way that Judge will be able to drill down on what is most important in this case right now.
I live in portland and go to sauvie’s often, with my daughter to swim. I was there today, drove from one end of the island to the other, and saw no official looking vehicles, dive boats, or anything like that. The other day, coming to sauvies from aloha, we passed his school with the zillions of balloons. We couldn’t help but cry.

The “rough background” has always bothered me. Odd chose of words given the situation. Though I’ve seen several instances where Kaine has glossed over details.
@S: The northern part of Sauvie Island is in Columbia County. On another website (psychics) an SI resident reported two Columbia County vehicles and an FBI vehicle visited a family on the island as a result of civilian tips. She was heartened that LE were following up.
I have time to research, just not sure what I’m looking for or where to look.
Lets face it – the facts are in – this is (you pick unsolved crime)all over again. Another botched investigation by total WIMPS. This was my kid – she would be telling the truth – the cops blew it. They KNOW it. Why can’t the Pacific NorthWest Coast cops grow up and act like real cops. How long did it take to catch Ridgeway? Pathetic. This is disgusting. They should have been ON THAT WOMAN so fast that she didn’t even have a chance to send a text. I grew up in Oregon and KNOW the mentality. Gates should be fired.
IF (a big if), TH could begin a texting/sexting relationship within 4 days – consisting of hundreds of texts and several pictures – as well as going on outings to the gym’s daycare, etc. … then I think TH can ABSOLUTELY (a giant Abso-Freaking-Lutely) move herself out in LESS than 4 days. She should be packing right now. I would hate to be her mother, but as a mother, I would open my home to my child in a time of need. I would be surprised if she didn’t already have much of her personal possessions moved into her parents home by this time.
But… I do wonder … where she will move? In a bedroom of a family members home would be a no-brainer. So of course, I doubt that will be her plan of action.

Whoa!! I hadn’t read this. Holy Cow. I knew there was speculation but didn’t know it was actually confirmed. Is this true? I in fact read many of this person’s posts and just took her to be someone who was just a tad bit insane..more than a little off kilter, not quite right in the head so to speak. I actually showed this person’s post to a good friend who happens to be the head of a psychology dept, and …. whoever HopeInVA is, has an IMMENSE ego and thinks of herself as above most other commentators. And maybe just my impression but HopeInVA reminded me of a rooster strutting back and forth with it’s chest thrust out in front of itself, crowing on top of it’s hen house to anyone who will listen. I stopped reading her posts because I found them disturbing in the sense that I got the impression that the person writing them was very disturbed. Was it really confirmed that this was TH??? All I can say is….omg….

That 1980′s case was Diane Downs. If you google her story, you will be shocked at her level of narcissism and psychopathy. I have to say Kyron’s case reminded me of Diane’s at first glance for one reason. A short time before Diane shot her 3 children (one died, two others were injured but lived and were later adopted by Diane’s prosecutor) she bought a unicorn statue and had all four of their names engraved, happily referring to herself and the kids as the “Four Muskateers”. The prosecution saw this statue as a warped “memorial” Diane had deliberately concocted soley to try to convince others she really loved her kids and could never harm them, all the while coldly planning their murders. I had this same feeling when I saw that the carefully posed photo of a smiling Kyron in front of his science project, the one SHE helped him construct. I wondered if TH shot it hoping everyone would think she was such a doting mother that she would never harm that sweet boy.
We still don’t know what happened to him, or if she is really involved, but I wouldn’t be AT ALL surprised if she is.

I found a floor plan of the school on another site and was trying to picture where Kyron’s classroom is in relation to the exit doors as well as the gym to the exit doors and parking lot. Hard to visualize off just blueprints. Thanks for your help Faith.
To answer your question about the man in jail: that man has the same last name as the landscaper. We don’t know if it is the same guy or not. The landscaper goes by Rudy Sanchez (Rudolpho is the first name).

I had the same OMG reaction all day to that news that HopeinVa is TH. This case gets stranger by the hour. She has made many accusations against Kaine and has all but accused hi of being indirectly responsible for Kyron’s disappearance. Idk….this family is a mystery and TH does have an incredible ego and a real lack of compassion and concern for her stepson. I feel like so much of the focus has been placed on this soap opera and little Kyron with his big smile and innocence has slipped away. I wish we would hear about the investigation and less about the impending divorce and RO. It’s madness JMHO.

*Important Read* There have been numerous reports and articles about Terri Horman and Michael Cook NOT knowing each other BEFORE KYRON’S DISAPPEARANCE…This has proven to be inaccurate by none other than “MICHAEL COOK”. Michael Cook made a statement about knowing Terri during a telephone interview just a few days ago. According to Michelle Sigona (sp?) she was interviewing Michael Cook for a piece she was doing for “Missing in America” with Jane Velez Mitchell as host. Michelle Sigona on Air stated to Jane Velez Mitchell that during the telephone interview Mr. Cook made the comment that he had been ”ESTRANGED” from BOTH KAINE AND TERRI for some time “BUT, because of this AWFUL EVENT” they had been brought back together. Seems to be some question now as to just how long these two have known each other…very interesting!!!

I agree with Mary! I find it incredibly odd that Kaine and Michael, who were friends in school in the SEATTLE area of all places, end up living NOT only in the same city, but as neighbors!!?? Yet, Kaine and Michael made reference that they hadn’t been in touch for years. How would Michael know where Kaine was living then if Kaine and Terri had only been living there for 3 years and had been “estranged” from MC?
Further, I find the feedback comments a little puzzling with TH and KH’s initials on them, yet Kaine wasn’t aware that Terri had hired the LS.
Lastly, if Terri is in fact on various sites, wouldn’t you think that LE are able to track EVERYTHING she inputs into her computer?? And, wouldn’t you suspect that TH should already suspect they are monitoring her? Oh, yeah, they’re waiting for her to hang herself.
I still wonder if LE were able to check her internal GPS on her truck to see her exact whereabouts???

Aside from posts from a blog user by the name of “HopeInVA” commenting on the Kyron, Terri, Kaine, et al., I did a search on HopeInVa and in addition to posts on OregonLive.com, etc., I found the following:
1. An account on RateMds.com for a “hopeinva.” This person has seemingly been a member for one year and 18 weeks.
2. Participation by a “Hope in Va” on BabyCenter.com, which led to,

I am not sure if it is 100% confirmed that Terri is posting as HopeInVA. If true, could she have tried to assume another’s online identity to make her posts?
According to the oregonlive article about yesterday’s court date, “Attorney Stephen Houze said Terri Horman has agreed to leave the home and has worked to make sure Kiara and Kaine have the necessary possessions they need.”
But not the house? She needs more time for what? And shouldn’t some independent person be there keeping an eye on what she is taking? I am so confused by this. If it were Kaine who allegedly organised a hit on Terri he would have been tossed out on his butt long before now – threats against him or not.
Working in the probation service, we have moved people along with their entire family within hours of threats being issued. She has threats against her and she needs more time in the place where these people know she is?!?!
First-time poster, short-time fan -only- because I just found this lovely gem of a site a few short weeks ago. BLINK: Much appreciation for all the updates, hard work and dedication to this story. I will say that it’s *so* interesting to experience this story unfold in real-time and I hope there is closure. My heart goes out to the babies.
So. I just watched the video of TH & Gang from June 11th again and the latest one with her hiding behind Blondie. Huge shift in demeanor and attitude. The second video seems a more apt portrayal of who this lady actually is. Both show her guilt, imho. Just in different ways.
I hope the LE & Co. have a major break, miracle, and serve some sweet justice for Kyron and his family.
The reviews on the landscaper may be just a coincidence, but I recall reading in the Oregonian that TH had hired the LS w/out KH’s knowledge, too. I also want to note that the smiley face at the end of the TH review was part of the review and not my addition. It translated into graphics here but was a colon and parentheses.
The reviews contain similar wording, which again could be coincidence. IMO, the first one is phrased more like a professional male would right (straight, to the point), the second reads something a female would write Thank you, Blink, for letting me post them.
@Hulagirl, yesterday I pulled up the posts from HopeinVA and insintel (clever name, huh?) and read some of them. They are a little disturbing, and that immense ego definitely came through. Honestly, they made me think of movies about multiple personality disorders. Speaking about Terri like they know everything about her, BUT also finding some fault and saying she’s not quite their “cup of tea,” etc.

Two days after Kyron’s disappearance TH added me as a friend to her Facebook. After seeing her on the news I immediately noticed this person had two distinctly different persona. It appears that TH is extremely comfortable in her own skin, behind closed doors, that is. Boldly commenting on her Facebook, defensively blogging on the internet and now Sexting with attached nude photos. Perhaps to comfortable for someone who publicly appears distraught, victimized and to scared to speak on their own behalf.

I was reading posts on oregonlive.com and noticed that insintel disappeared yesterday morning, then made one post at 4:49pm yesterday after that nothing more. That is just about the time she would need to head for the courtroom regarding the order to move out. Oregonlive has a video of her and her attny entering the elevator. Is she packing a laptop computer with her into that elevator? Is it possible Houze finally convinced her she needs to stay off the websites and stop posting with all these different ID’s it isn’t helping in her defense.
So Kaine is going home to an address everyone knows and will feel safe there. I have a dog he can borrow to patrol his property. Very large German Shepherd that will sleep right tight to him and his daughter and will keep everyone away. Works well at my house.
I would also think they would have someone posted at his house to protect him and his daughter. Not to mention when Kyron comes home.
Hoping here of course.
I hope they find Kyron soon. He is on my mind all waking moments. Yesterday there was a bad wreck on Hwy 30. I watched the all the LE vehicles fly by where I work and then saw the ambulance go by later heading toward Portland. My heart just sunk until I learned it was an accident. This is so hard on a daily basis so I can only imagine how the family feels.

Please inspect the postings on the KGW News Channel 8 website. Two people in particular, “Realist2010″ and “Saskatchewan199 have virtually taken over the message boards. I believe that Realist2010 and Saskatchewan (who is strangely silent now) is Terri Horman writing under 2 different screen names. It has already been confirmed, after tracing the IP address of her computer, that Terri Horman was posting under the screen name “RDSQRL” on the KATU Channel 2 News website. On a different subject, one previous comment mentioned a case from the 1980′s here in Oregon, concerning a mother who murdered 1 of her children and attempted to murder the other 2. That woman was Diane Downs. She blamed a bushy haired stranger for the shooting of her 3 children. Eventually it was confirmed that she was having an affair with a man who did not want children. Diane Downs continues to maintain her innocence, even though one of her surviving children testified against her.
IMO, the only identifying that was done (as opposed to speculating) was at KATU where they ID’d the RDSQRL. There were only a few RDSQRL comments and they were not particularly interesting. HopeinVA is still commenting – not ID’d as far as I know. IMO just kind of an obsessive contrarian.. but who knows.
On the Oregonlive board I suggested that HopeInVA might hold a clue as to where Kyron is. Why would TH be posting with VA in the name? I know that HopeinVA is TH. Well “Foxtrot” (whom I also suspect as being TH) came back with a vile posting and blatently called me names. I felt like I struck a nerve.
Logically, I understand why KH would want to return to his home but honestly would ANY of you feel safe there? I would be scared to be in that house! I’m a little paranoid anyhoo and would be afraid something had been booby trapped, wires short circuited, etc.. Don’t think I could bring my baby there either. What if the MFH story is true and there is another player they don’t know about and a real attempt is made? What if TH is not watched closely when she gets her new place and has made a secured, hidden entry way into the fam home in which she could slip in and take the baby…or worse? These are a lot of what if’s but WHAT IF? My heart says going home to where Kyron lives and should be coming home to would draw me back there.
Please read the comments posted on the KGW News Channel 8 website. There are 2 people commenting on Terri Horman there, one in particular who has virtually taken over the website. They use the handles “Realist2010″ and “Saskatchewan199″, although “Saskatchewan” has been strangely silent for awhile. I believe the “2″ people leaving those comments to be Terri Horman. It has already been confirmed that Terri Horman was commenting on the case on the KATU Channel 2 News website. KATU traced her user id to her computer.
MyStarz: An excellent ponderance and it has crossed my mind as well that Sauvie Island could be a diversion as I believe she was seen driving out of a nearby area.
Waiting and hoping Kyron will be found wears me down as it likely does many of the posters here.
My view at this point is that usually if there is more than one person involved in a crime it will not remain an unknown. Hopefully TH has already received her 15 minutes of fame. Our only interest is in Kyron and the people who display true love and concern for him; not a has been aging body builder who displays a lack of such. Any future books written should be about the beauty of Kyron from those who know him, not about some unbalanced person who may fancy they can commit a crime or conceal an accident involving an innocent little boy.
TH Please fess up if you can help bring Kyron back so some of us can sleep at night again!!

In an earlier post someone noted that the school could not give out information about whether or not Kyron had a scheduled doctor’s appointment…good point, hadn’t thought of that. But that made me think about Kaine…has he confirmed or denied if there was in fact a doctor’s appointment in the near future for Kyron?

The dates are the same as the other websites as well, but you can see that KH is Kris H. Also, the one attributed to T.H is dated in August of 2009, and it has been stated several times that TH hired the landscaper in Nov. of ’09.
After spending a bit of time last night reading the OregonLive comments section, all I can say is I felt nauseous and dirty, as if I’d been swimming in a cesspit. The majority of the posters there are vultures! They are using this case as an arena for their joking and poo-slinging. Ugh. It really did make me feel ill that they feel at ease perching on this horrible tragedy so comfortably.
Whether insintel, hopeinVA or oneshot really are TH or someone who knows anything about this case… all I can say is that there are individuals in this world (a frightening number of them) who THRIVE on drama of ANY kind, and this type of person would not be above fabricating knowledge just to get the attention… sitting at their pc chortling that people ALL over the web are talking about them as if they are important.
Blink, your teaching blog is a breath of fresh air in this ‘media frenzy’ of innuendo, rumor and mud slinging. You are a clean, bright ray of hope for Kyron and the others out there who need justice.

I just had a thought. The reason why it is taking TH so long to get her things together is that she wants to make sure she has taken anything that can be used as evidence. This could be clothing, mail, receipts, and other things. She wants to be sure she has it all. Also, she probably has gone through KH things as well. Hmmmm…

Until now, I’ve refrained commenting on the living situation. I’m just so astonished that TH would have the audacity to request money from KH after she tried to hire a hitman to kill him. Why would she expect KH to trust her with his money now? TH has friends and family who are supportive of her, so why wouldn’t she seek their assistance instead?

In the article above, KH cites as one of the reasons for wanting to move back into the house his belief that “missing son, Kyron is still alive and [he] wants him to have a safe home to return to.”
Could this be a ploy by KH & atty to get TH to talk about Ky? If TH feels too financially strapped to find alternative living arrangements and support herself, but knows that Ky will NOT be returning there, might she be cornered into making that acknowledgement?

Is there incontrovertible, corroborated evidence that Kyron & Terri Horman attended the Science Fair at Skyline School on the morning of June 4th?
News reports say “reportedly” Terri and Kyron toured several classrooms participating in the Science Fair. Also, reports were that several students saw Kyron at some point that morning. But no police spokesman has definitively stated Kyron attended. Was he even there?

Or, the poster could be a very close friend of TH’s, residing in VA, whom she has been confiding in. If the latter, I wonder whether LE has spoken with this individual? Could LE try to get second-hand information from TH’s recent contacts to gain leads in the case?

I had to activate a “show all” link (or worded similar) to find the “hopeinvirgina” blog on the BabyCenter.com site (in a “community” section on the site). Could have been easily missed by anyone looking to obtain information. The “hopeinvirgina” blog did not appear on my HopeInVA search — either with caps or all lowercase, and I think there were/are only 4 result pages on my search. And of course, the blog uses “Virgina” and not “VA.” For a variety of reasons, it comes across as VERY creepy to me. And I would be creeped out if I were “Hope in Virgina.” If law enforcement has not, perhaps they should contcat her/them. If Terri has posted as HopeInVA (or any other combo of caps and lowercase) why or where in the world would she come up with that user name?
Sorry if what I conveyed above does read well. I am tired. Not enough sleep!

I was reading an older interview with TH first husband about their 4 years of marriage that ended with TH cheating on him…then I thought…if I were KH I would be getting a DNA test of Kiara…not to be mean or anything- I know he would love her all the same…but I am still wondering if there was cheating before and with who…MC showed up so suddenly….so I am not saying this to cause more problems but to help show that maybe there is others involved and more to TH character than we already know about…strange that MC became a neighbour out of the blue…

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Investigators have asked journalists for footage of interviews with people who reported seeing a missing 7-year-old Portland boy after the time his stepmother says she left him at school.
The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office asked local and national news organizations on Thursday to send in copies of any video interviews with students, parents, school officials or community members who reported seeing Kyron Horman after 8:45 a.m. on June 4.
Multnomah County Sgt. Travis Gullberg says the sheriff’s office won’t issue subpoenas and says release of the material is voluntary.
The boy vanished after a science fair at Skyline Elementary School on June 4. His stepmother, Terri Horman, was the last person known to have seen him.

“KATU recognizes the seriousness of the search for Kyron Horman, and the intense interest it has generated in our community.
However, we are separate from the criminal investigation. Our reporting is independent. This request puts us in the position of volunteering to become part of the criminal investigation. We can’t do that.
The usual way this works is that if someone wants copies of KATU material, they issue a subpoena. That has not happened. If the request comes through the usual way, and we receive a subpoena, we will evaluate it. As a general matter, we can only provide copies of materials that have aired for broadcast.”
So what is LE wanting to see from June 4th news video raw footage? How does a 7 year old disappear from a busy, crowded school without anyone witnessing his abduction? Something just doesn’t add up here.
I am beginning to wonder if Terri Horman was even involved. If she was with Kyron that morning and was seen there with him, how could she run the risk of taking Kyron away from the school without anyone seeing her do so? Weren’t there dozens of visitors there, teachers and staff, and students milling around. Wouldn’t you think someone would have seen something?
I realize Terri has some serious questions to answer about her behavior, but what proof is there that she abducted Kyron? Yes, her behavior has been terrible, but I am wondering if this wasn’t a crime of opportunity committed by a child predator who took the risk and succeeded in nabbing Kyron.
Is there any proof she tried to hire her landscaper to kill Kaine, other than his word? Is it true he’s incarcerated at this moment and has been since July 6th?
What if Terri is innocent? She failed 2 polygraphs according to reports, is that even true? LE is keeping so much of the individual details of this case secret that it’s hard to decipher what’s fact and what’s not.

You are correct, I think… after going back and trying to find the info I only see statements that TH approached LSL about MFH “6 to 7 months prior to Kyron’s disappearance”. So, LS could have been working for her for longer than that for sure.
I will do some googling later if I have time. I know that the oneshot was also targeted (stupid pun intended

What a good thing that would be. I can barely read a news article for fear of having my eyes slip down and see the most heinous, hate-filled, ugly, vulgar posts imaginable. That’s why this is the only place I have commented.
So…how many landscapers are we talking about? If this is the MFH one he evidently is NOT in jail?

I’m fairly surprised Terri would simply consent to not seeing her BEAUTIFUL, ADORABLE litte red-headed baby girl.
Any thought or insight as to why she would just ACCEPT this situation without any sort of a fight?
I’m wondering if she is void of any typical human (MOTHERLY) feelings?
Or, do you think this benefits/protects her (Terri) in some way?

I would like to clear up this HopeinVA junk because it is taking away from Kyron and the ultimate goal.
I am a long time reader and seldom poster on crime blogs and have seen HopeinVA many times. She is NOT TH or any other entity she alludes to being. She is someone who often infiltrates crime blogs and acts as a person with an inside scoop. She gets off on this attention and continually ramps it up. HopeinVA is banned from so many blogs she probably holds a record there. She has been outed on several crime blogs (ie: the cayleedaily and several others)through her IP address. This is a sick person who cruises crime blogs and gets off on playing the bloggers. She also changes names often but her message is the same. Several savvy moderators have busted her due to the IP.
Please feel free to share this information with other blogs that you feel are being too focused on this sick person and not on Kyron.
I was watching the local news this morning and they reported that
Terri is getting threats on her life. I wonder how a woman that can’t be reached by phone (according to the media)and is using alias’s on the Internet could possibly be getting life threats?
I am pretty sure that with as much media attention this case is now getting if Terri simply walked out her door there would be a microphone in her face. If I were her and had that many eyes on me I would be feeling fairly safe.

Aside from posts from a blog user by the name of “HopeInVA” commenting on the Kyron, Terri, Kaine, et al., I did a search on HopeInVa and in addition to posts on OregonLive.com, etc., I found the following:
You can add to that a profile and post on the dating site,Plenty of Fish where HopeinVA discusses what a liar her ex was/is. Hmmmmm….
I’m on the east coast, and my first thought upon hearing a Mexican name is not “illegal” or “gang member”…. That said, I’m concerned by reports about Mexican gang activity in Canby, OR, where the LS’s business is headquartered…. Add to that, that Kyron’s stepfather has been involved in prosecuting gang crimes in Medford in the past….
Medford police Detective Tony Young said he hopes that message will resonate within the community and that people will understand gang violence will not be tolerated.
“I think the judge sent a message with this verdict,” said Young. “Read between the lines. (Reyes-Real) lost the best years of his life over a stupid act.”
Could this possibly have been yet another reason for revenge against the Horman/Youngs? Who knows what and how much info TMH divulged to LS about the family. Certainly possible that LS knew Kyron wanted to become a LEO like his stepfather.
The LS supposedly felt “led on” by TMH — whenever someone speaks about being led on, there’s anger and bitterness about it. Most of us have been stuck on why LS would take revenge againsst TMH out on a beautiful innocent little boy if it was just a matter of a love affair gone sour. From what I’ve read, gangs are like the Mafia in terms of ruthlessly taking revenge against anyone who double-crosses them.

Do you think that LE is looking at the footage for someone lurking in the background or looking for certain vehicles? It has been reported for many years that the perp returns to the scene of the crime.
I wonder where the thing of INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY is? I think K H should be responsible to help T H get a place to live and help her until she can find a job, and I know it will be hard for her to find a job right now, but what K H says is very silly remark , because a baby 20 mths. old does not realize one place from another when the parent is with them because if it worked that way a family would not be able to change their place of residency.
