Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Brad Conway Quits George and Cindy Anthony
Orlando, FL– Brad Conway, counsel to George and Cindy Anthony, has resigned.
Has Jose Baez, the defense counsel for alleged child murderer Casey Anthony had his first good idea by providing more inaccurate information for a motion on behalf of his client? Seems to me rendering the object of your defense strategy, lawyer-less, works in her favor.
He is the 3rd attorney to withdraw from representation of the Anthony’s behind Paul Kelley and Mark Nejame, respectively.
The resignation comes following a week of terse publicly released emails between Cindy Anthony, Mark Nejame, Brad Conway and Jose Baez.
Who’s to Blame?
Not the Anthony’s, says Conway. In a letter appearing on Wesh:
With regret I am forced to resign as George and Cindy Anthonys attorney. The defense motion filed on August 9, 2010 contains allegations that are not in fact true. As an officer of the court I cannot stand idly by knowing allegations involving me have been misstated. I am now a witness to an innacurate legal pleading filed in our court system. As such, I cannot continue in good conscience as a legal representative. George and Cindy Anthony have done nothing improper, it is the failure of the defense to verify the facts alleged in their motion that forces my withdrawal. I will continue to support the Anthonys, will continue to attend hearings and the eventual trial and most importantly I will continue to search for the full truth regarding the killing of Caylee Marie Anthony.

Meanwhile, miller said the case has cost him $108 thousand and forced him to turn down roughly 25 families that genuinely needed his help.
After the trial he’s ready to be done with the Anthony’s forever.
“They’re the most cold-hearted family in the United States of America,” said Miller.

I’ve always liked Tim Miller. He had a strong 6th sense and find Cindy didn’t like it. This family is guilty, even brother Lee of being a fellow accomplice. Mr. Polly Anna. The one who will charm anyones mood, no matter how dark it is. Lee loves to talk and knows how to make someone smile, even if it is temporary.
I’m sending a check today to Tim Miller. There’s so many 1000′s of NLB-ers, that if everyone gave even $5 or $10, we could probably raise that $108,000 that the Anthony’s “stole” from him.
If you can, just give what you can afford, let’s bail Tim Miller out of this mess, at least financially.
He’s had to turn down searches, let’s not let that happen again!

Another thing I found interesting in The Press conference yesterday was Baez’ wording- He said, We are trying to save a human life here- He did not say we are trying to save an innocent person from dying by lethal injection … just we are trying to save a human life…
If that is all he wants then why didn’t he make a PLEA deal?

Personally I think if the defense were to ask for permission to take their client to Disney for the day, they would probably be given the ok. Listening to the defense press conference on the 16th., several times Baez referred to it being a DP case and he also said .. we’re trying to save a life here.. Judge Perry will be loathe to deny anything for fear of a possible mistrial accusation. Anyone watching that interview with little or no prior knowledge of the heinous crime committed will surely be thinking, why leave any stone unturned, we don’t want to put to death the wrong person. I just hope the truth doesn’t end up being lost in this mass of jiggery pokery!

I’ve tried to view the new Tim Miller extended video but, am having major problems. It goes fine to about the 2:13 mark, then shuts off. Can anybody tell me how to get this video in it’s entirety? Anybody else having the same problem?

I missed the “most cold-hearted family” quote in the video, but his whole interview gives evidence of that. He was a gent and didn’t mention the things Cindy Marie has accused him of.

Look at the photo Blink chose, and notice Cindy in her Grinch greens and jeans, always a casual statement of some sort to show off the slim body in youthful shorts, short tops or fitted summer jackets, sweaters. Today we only see her in frumpy floral sleeveless sundresses, maybe for cold court houses, a plain jain sweater (who wears sleeveless on camera, for any reason other than sports?) and her long less vibrant locks.
The poor grandmother in Tender Tootsies and all but washed out colour in greying hair, will appear by the time trial rolls around.

I think Baez is a pet of Beth Karas. For some reason she’s taken a liking to him. After the defense lost the motions for the 911 calls Beth was on JVM trying to make light of the losses & focusing on the small “win” the defense got at the very end of the court hearing to do with TES I think.
JVM asked Karas if she had spoken to Baez after the hearing & he so happened to be sitting right next to Beth out of camera range.
Yep, so from now on I view anything Beth Karas has to say on the case as being biased in favor of the bloated buffoon & his sidekick mumbles.
I could be wrong but I sense a flirtation between Beth & Baez, what a stud…not!
Side note…why hasn’t Tim Miller’s interview at a Houston station been released at WFTV, Orlando Sentinel, Wesh..etc?
If the Anthonys make out a money order to princess it makes front page news, but not an honest interview by the Texas EquuSearch Director that for over 2 years has been put through a living hell by the Anthonys & the defense.
Tim Miller finally had enough. I just don’t get why it’s being ignored. I loved his honesty, is that now so foreign to mainstream media that they can’t handle it?
Are they more comfortable & find the lies spewed by that hideous “thing” Cindy more newsworthy? Yes they do since they never ask tough questions & never challenge the Anthony or defense’s lies.

Megan Kelly on fox is the only reporter who put Cindy in her place & that was about 1 yr ago. Kathi Belich is the only Orlando reporter who challenges the defense & the Anthony’s stinking lies & I don’t understand why. OK venting over now with the circus!

Love this site and it’s intelligent postings. Blink is a star; sure she sometimes slaps wrists but we are all ‘grown up’ and can take it (need it at times probably!). Has the Tim Miller interview never been aired on daytime tv? I guess the ranting of Cindy makes better television ratings but yuk !!

Honestly, I have not been able to post on here for over a month! These things happen. Also, my brother in law was killed in a motorcycle accident. Ironically, he was the Communications Director for the dept. of Children and Youth Services. Being the father of 2 young girls, it stressed him beyond my understanding. He was chin deep in cases that would bring most of us to our knees….and this was his JOB.
I have a sense that he has met many children who’s lives he affected. He fought foster care abuse, child domestic abuse….just to name a few. If it’s ok with Blink (and thank you for your warm welcome friend), I want to dedicate this post to him.
He loved children and was an amazing father. His girls were his life. I’m comforted he can run, play and be child like with the children he fought so hard for. The love goes on <3
