Kyron Horman Case: Terri Horman Sexts Sent To Kaine Horman’s Phone…. WHAT?

HOLD THE PHONE

In what can only be considered the latest bombshell development in the case of missing Portland boy, 7 year old Kyron Horman, blinkoncrime.com has discovered that the recent sexually graphic text messages or sexts, allegedly exchanged between Terri Horman and mutual friend Michael Cook, may have been altered.  Definitely, alter-able.

Blinkoncrime.com has confirmed that the phone number which Kaine hand-wrote on the originally sealed emergency restraining order dated June 28, 2010, matches the cell phone number he also alleges, through his attorney Laura Rackner, was used by Michael Cook to RECEIVE the “sext” messages in question.

KaineCourt100810

What’s the issue?

Kaine Horman owns the phone and the account it is registered to, and unless the allegation is that Terri Horman, using her own phone as purported by Kaine, is herself posing as Michael Cook and sexting herself, which would seem like a physical impossibility given some of her *glamour shots*, we have a serious problem.

In Kaine’s own handwriting on the June 28th Restraining Order, he pens that  is an alternative number for Terri Horman.

KainecellScreen shot 2010-10-31 at 11.36.07 PM

In the contempt order filed by Kaine Horman on July 12, Ms. Rackner states that she has personally seen the “work phone” records of Michael Cook, and goes on to say “a search” of his cell phone reflected that he took snapshots on June 28th of the earlier served restraining order, which had been sealed, and was the basis for the contempt motion in the first place. He took pictures of sealed documents on the phone belonging to the other person bound by the same order prohibiting Terri Horman from showing anyone. As there are no texts on the work number until July, it is the only logical conclusion.

I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that at some point it occurred to someone that using good faith information in your affidavit, which when not alerting the court that your client has complete ownership and access to the data on the phone account in question, can look like bad faith in a nano-second, thus the withdrawal.

TROScreen shot 2010-10-31 at 11.13.20 PM

However, not everyone is on the same the playbill because the 21 pages of texts, which were released in PDF format, and do not include any numbers for Terri Horman herself, were supplied in an electronically redacted format; which again indicates this was not an original file.

It was not until the unredacted pdf’s became available October 26th and we converted them to HTML files could we see that based on the file format, it is clear these records came from the account owners and were not subpoenaed from the carrier. Original files, also provided to the respondent, are the requirement of the court. We all know texts can be sent from our phone online accounts, and from our phones directly; I think I even have voice command to text widget thingie.

Anyone that had access to the account, which is registered to Kaine Horman, could clone, spoof, or manipulate those messages, period. That aside, let’s consider the possibility that Terri Horman HAD implicated herself even slightly in any messages on phones that may be utilized to illicit information by a woman who demonstrated her complete knowledge that she understood what expectation of privacy parameters she was under the impression she was operating under, and engaging in, with the “textee”.

Terri Horman was represented by counsel, it would not be difficult for Stephen Houze allege that Kaine Horman was in constant contact with MCSO, had already been provided case sensitive information by them, and as such, was acting as an agent in soliciting the text messages. You see where I am going with this?

The fruit of that poisonous tree is more like the fruit of the poisonous orchard.

The implications of this scenario are abysmal. While I completely understand the desperation of a Father wanting to locate his child, since I have yet to really see anywhere Cook attempts to engage Terrri Horman about Kyron’s whereabouts at any time; I do not get the point of the exercise.

Ms. Rackner is a first rate “Super Lawyer”, but she is not above the burden of her duty to insure that what is being provided to her as a “good faith basis” is just that.

Does this information make Terri Horman any less vulgarly inappropriate at best? Hell to the No.

While it is true on the surface because of this information one will be hard pressed to prove it was definitely Terri Horman who sent the electronic ipecac none of us will soon forget, her attorneys have not denied it was her, nor do I expect them to, at least not until they read this.

What it does, yet again, is potentially compromise the criminal case involving the disappearance of Desiree Young and Kaine Horman’s son Kyron.

This afternoon, blinkoncrime.com contributing editor and Legal Analyst, Lea Conner weighed in:

Kaine Horman claims that law enforcement provided the texts records to him, but that does not mean that the records came from the cell phone provider, nor does it mean that the conversations involve Michael Cook or Terri Horman.

In fact, there are indications that the text message transcripts filled by Mr. Horman are not as they appear.  At least one of the phones purported to belong to “Michael Cook” is registered to Kaine Horman.

Just as important, none of these records indicate any information about the texts Mr. Horman alleges were sent by his wife. Mr. Horman does not list any cell phone number, not one message ID, not one cell record that indicates the identity of other party to the conversation let alone indicating Ms. Horman as the other party to the text message “conversations.” In the case of the phone with the “503″ prefix (503-XXX-XX76), Mr. Horman is the registered owner of the phone that was purportedly sending texts as “Michael Cook.”

More bizarre, Mr. Horman listed this number as belonging to Terri Horman in his application for a temporary restraining order.  Was this a slip on the part of Mr. Horman? Mr. Horman claimed in a motion for remedial contempt that Ms. Horman showed a copy of the restraining order to Mr. Cook and allowed him to photograph the document.

Given that the phone Mr. Horman is the registered owner of the phone he purports was used by “Michael Cook,” it begs the question as to whether Ms. Horman ever allowed Mr. Cook access to the sealed restraining order.  As a party to the action, Mr. Horman had the very same sealed documents. Mr. Horman, through Counsel Laura Rackner, claimed to have reviewed Mr. Cook’s “work cell phone records.”

It is not clear if the documents Ms. Rackner referenced as Mr. Cook’s “work” cell records are, in fact, for the phone registered to Mr. Horman. If the sealed documents referenced in Mr. Horman’s contempt motion were photographed with the phone registered to Mr Horman — the same phone that Mr. Horman claims was used by Mr. Cook —  it might help explain why Mr. Horman withdrew his contempt motion.

Had he gone forward with the motion, he might have had to explain how it was the documents allegedly photographed by Mr. Cook were the same documents that he had in his possession, and that the phone used to photograph sealed court documents was registered to him, not Mr. Cook.

The records for the phone with a “971″ prefix (971-XXX-XX63) are unlisted.  This phone also purported to send texts as “Michael Cook.” Due to the unavailability of any registration for this phone, it is impossible to tell to whom the phone belongs, or who was actually sending texts from this phone. The unredacted copy of the cell phone records filed on October 25, 2010, only identifies one caller on each set of cell phone records. This means that the records came from the phone, not the cell provider. Text records on pages 1 through 12 of Exhibit 1 are from (503) XXX-XX76 (“Cell Phone A”).  These pages allegedly represent text messages sent between 10:17 pm on June 30, 2010 through 7:19 pm on July 1, 2010.

In separate court documents, “Michael Cook” is identified as the sender of text messages and the recipient of text messages is identified as “Terri Horman.” Cell Phone A is a Cingular/AT&T cell phone registered to Kaine Horman. It is also a phone number listed by Mr. Horman in his restraining order application as a phone number for Ms. Horman.

Pages 1 through 12 of Exhibit 1 does not list any phone number for the portion of the conversation attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (503) XXX-XX76. Text records on pages 13 through 17 of Exhibit 1 are from (971) XXX-XX63 (“Cell Phone B”).

These pages allegedly represent text messages sent between 6:49 pm on July 4, 2010 through 8:30 am on July 6, 2010.  The bottom of page 17 has a partial text message sent on July 6, 2010, which purports to be sent after 8:30 am. Cell Phone B is an unlisted cell phone with AT&T (formerly Cingular).

In separate court documents, “Michael Cook” is identified as the sender of text messages and the recipient of text messages is identified as “Terri Horman.” Pages 13 through 17 of Exhibit 1 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (971) XXX-XX63. All texts in Exhibit 2 are from Cell phone A, and allegedly represent text messages sent between 2:29 pm on July 3, 2010 through 9:40 am on July 4, 2010.

Exhibit 2 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (503) XXX-XX76. All texts in Exhibit 3 are from Cell phone B, and allegedly represent text messages sent between 8:44 pm on July 6, 2010 through 8:41 am am on July 7, 2010.  The top of page 1 of this exhibit has part of an undated message from 8:41 am., possibly on July 6, 2010, that states “I understand. I’m upset about kitty.  I didn’t do [sic]”

Exhibit 3 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (971) XXX-XX63. Surely investigators working on this case must know that the cell records filed by Mr. Horman as coming from Michael Cook’s phone were not from Mr. Cook’s phone, but from a phone registered in his own name.

Someone in law enforcement must have noticed that the number Mr. Horman claims belong to Michael Cook is also the number he claimed belonged to his wife in his TRO application. Mr. Horman signed his application for temporary restraining order on Monday June 28, 2010, prior to its filing at 4:39 pm that afternoon.

This was two days after the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office conducted its failed sting operation at the Horman residence on Saturday June 26, 2010. MCSO was unable to confirm the murder-for-hire plot that had been alleged by the landscaper.  As a result, MCSO was not able to arrest Ms. Horman.

As such, why did law enforcement then give the green light to Mr. Horman to obtain a restraining order on the basis that his wife had hired to hire a hit man?  Or did Mr. Horman act unilaterally without the endorsement of law enforcement? Surely Mr. Horman must have known that law enforcement could not verify the landscaper’s story, yet he went ahead and filed a restraining order based on the very allegations that law enforcement could not verify. So why did he sign his name to allegations that he knew were not true?

The text messages don’t check out.  The murder for hire allegations don’t check out.  The only common thread here is a man whose son disappeared on June 4, 2010. As tragic and anguishing as Mr. Horman’s circumstances may be, that does not excuse misrepresenting information to the court.

Mr. Horman cannot claim that the phone registered in his name is Michael Cook’s work cell phone, nor can he claim that the phone allegedly used by Michael Cook was used by Ms. Horman. When Sheriff Dan Staton talked about knowing things that might surprise people, could he have been talking about cell phone records? Maybe Stephen Houze and Peter Bunch will force the sheriff to reveal its source for the records.

Although the answer would not bring Kyron home, it might at least alleviate some of the blame heaped on Ms. Horman, as unpopular as that may be.

So, I have been reading these posts daily since mid June. I am an hour from Skyline and still remember the first reports of Kyrons disappearance. For some reason I knew right away it was gonna be strange. This is my first post. I just wanted everyone to know there are people out there that appreciate all the time you put into this. If i ever have anything to share i will surely do it, but all of my revelations are spelled out for me right here on these pages. Again, thanks to all who contribute.

@cbickel: Here’s what “neighbor” said about the electric exhibits on her post at Val’s on July 28, 6:00pm:

“From the main entrance (on the 2nd floor), you would take a left into the long hallway. Kyron’s combined 2nd/3rd grade classroom is on the far West end of that hallway, just before the stairs. From the stairs there is an emergency exit that leads to tall grass, and a small hill down to the soccer field.

The electrical displays were two (?) classrooms before Kyron’s. Just before that on the right is the North exit door that leads to the basketball court and wooded area in the back of the school.”

More interesting info from “neighbor” (her post at July 29 7:56pm) about who lead the student tours of the Sci Fair on June 4:

“To clarify things a bit .. parents/friends could walk in and tour the expo from 8 to 10am. I don’t think anybody signed in just to tour the expo nor was there an advance registration.
For the kids the school day started at 8:45, and they toured with a parent-volunteer, or the occasional 8th grader or special ed teacher until 10am. The parent-volunteers were taken from whatever parents were in the classroom. I did not sign up for that ahead of time. Then again, it was in a different classroom. I signed in/out on the PTA log only because I volunteered until after 10am.”

One other item from that same “neighbor” post at July 28 6:00pm. She indicates that there was, at least in her child’s class, no formal roll call on ANY day at school. Small classes, teacher(s) just looked around the room. Sounds like keeping track of kids was less formal than most of us might be accustomed to:

“MLR says “Did the teachers take roll call on Friday at 8;45 a.m. before the science fair and then again afterward?”

Remember compared to PPS standards, Skyline keeps its classrooms relatively small thanks to money raised by the PTO. The typical size is about 23 kids. I can only talk about a different class, but I have never heard names called out as in a formal roll call, but whenever there was a student missing, it was always noticed and followed up on. The kids have designated tables, and it is easily noted if one is missing.”

This is from Seamus O’RIley, and the first I’ve read of a witness placing TH *on* Sauvie Island:
“Sauvie Island and the surrounding waters continue to remain thef ocus for searchers as both cell phone pings and a local witness placed Terri Horman there June 4th, in the time between school and noon.”
(Note: I corrected a typo from the original–it did read schoolband noon)
Has anyone else heard of an actual witness on SI who can place TH there that day?

@Jackie- Excellent question. The only thing I have read and heard is that residents on SI have said they saw a truck similar to Horman’s truck on SI that day. Here is the latest one I have seen:
    KOIN News 11/15/10
Several Sauvie Island residents thought they saw a truck similar to the one Terri drives in their neighborhood the day that Kyron disappeared. That fact, some cell phone records, and other evidence prompted sheriff’s deputies and other investigators to organize search teams which have combed Sauvie Island time and again. Authorities are not revealing if any clues have arisen.

    http://www.koinlocal6.com/news/local/story/Divers-seek-Kyron-clues-in-Sauvie-Island-waters/i0AuhogHAE-JJBsG6ia1zA.cspx

Note there is no mention of TH or DS in the truck, just the truck. Of course it’s possible that a resident actually got a full or partial license plate or saw a red head woman driving it, and LE has not made that public. Another thought I’ve had is: Are there any surveillance cameras on SI? If so, does LE have footage of this truck and this is another reason for the continued searches there? IDK and how would I find that out?
BTW- I love Stepahnie Plum and thanks for hooking me up with Seamus!

(Snipped) I don’t know how I missed this….but how do we know for sure that there were two white trucks at school that day, and why do we believe one of them belonged to RS? And, why are we so certain Kyron left in a white truck?? Does anyone know?

@Grace- Excellent questions. I can only speak for myself on this.

After the MFH plot came to light, Blink did this piece about the failed sting, RS and his white truck:
    Posted by blinkoncrimestaff | Kaine Horman,Kristian Horman,Kyron Horman,Pumala,Stephen Houze,Terri Horman,Uncategorized | Tuesday 6 July 2010 12:25 am

    http://blinkoncrime.com/category/kyron-horman/page/3/

That was the point at which I considered 2 trucks at the school. I then posted a scenario to the effect of RS taking Ky from the school in his truck, and IIRC others had similar theories at the time as well. I think it just snowballed from there because it make sense to so many. It has remained an integral part of my theory of how Ky disappeared.
I’m attaching some Blink quotes here that have pointed me in this direction:

There is no research whatsoever to implicate him. My opinion is solely based on known information, and experience. He is the key.

Once teachers know all their students’ names, there is no need for a verbal roll call each day. Attendance is indeed a mandated and formal process that must be completed at the beginning of each period. However, it is accomplished easily by going down the attendance list and visually assessing who is/is not in attendance. This allows students to focus on their their beginning-of-period exercises without interruption.

The mini seizures that TH stated that Kyron was having. Kaine and DY have no idea what she is talking about. Perhaps the plan was to make it look like Kyron wondered off. If he did and say fell into a well, that would be covered under his insurance. Doesn’t matter if Kaine has all of the control over the money because he will be dealt with eventually anyway.

There is obviously some kind of truth to MFH plot. Kind of funny that in Feb. TH changed her sons name to her maiden name. Shortly after while Kaine was on a business trip (I believe), TH sends her son away to live with his biological father. One less witness? One less person to question anything going on.

The morning Kyron went missing, Dee dee was missing from work at the same time Terri was unaccounted for. Dee Dee was working VERY close to the school. How hard would it have been to go pick her up? She’s the one who got kyron out of the school. I’m pretty sure that’s been mentioned by someone at least. Here’s where it get’s a little weird though.

Dee Dee, Terri, Kyron and Kiara go to the FM#1. Terri goes in with Kiara and gets a coffee (and keeps the receipt? lol). Dee Dee and Kyron are in the truck. Next stop, not FM#2 but intel. Terri takes the mustang and Dee Dee takes the truck with Kiara. It would take a few minutes to move the car seat into the mustang so Kiara stays with Dee Dee. Terri goes to FM#2 as quick as she can. If I was trying to establish an alibi I would have bought something, or used a bank machine but she didn’t. If she would have, It would have binded her to a specific time. She needed the ‘extra wiggle room’ because she didn’t go directly to FM#2 she went to intel. Where is Dee Dee in all of this? Sauve Island with Kiara. Letting the cell phone ping away without a care in the world. Mean while Terri is doing whatever she thought she had to do. TH then goes to Sauvie Island. Meets with Dee Dee and they leave. You remember that witness/witnesses, that saw a red mustang driving all over the road… driving “recklessly”. I mean seriously vanity plates and a bright red mustang? Maybe she was trying to frame Kaine. That would get rid of both of them. They go back to intel and return the car as if nothing ever happened. Terri drops Dee Dee off at work and Terri goes to the gym. All in a days work. Killed two birds with one stone (or I like to say “get two birds stoned at the same time”, lol).

It has been reported that DDS is one of the sources that are leading investigators to Sauvie Island. Well of course she is. There is nothing to be found there. You guys remember the witness that saw the red mustang at the dead end? She saw it twice, and fit Terri’s description. TH was obviously looking for a great spot to hide his remains.

LE has since retracted the statement about the child that saw Kyron at 9:00 a.m. which gives TH & DDS enough time to get to intel (one way). That witness was the only thing that really stood in the way of this theory. They still could have done it with time to spare. That extra 15+ minutes though is huge.

Something else though. It was reported after a few days LE started zeroing in on TH. There was an officer that stayed there with the Hormon’s in case a ransom call came in. LE told the Hormon’s to start doing their normal activities. The officer stayed with the Hormon’s and was eventually replaced by some high ranking officer,(Trying to find the link) who stayed with the Hormon’s for another week and a half. What were they really doing while the Hormon’s were not home? I think they bugged the whole place. After LE left the Hormon house they heard everything that was said in that house (good thing TH wasn’t getting anything from Kaine).

I’ll go on record as saying that TH is not the mastermind of this plan. A very good cover, made to look like she’s the one, but she’s not. I’m not confident of RS’s involvement because he would be noticeable at the school. Why a “landscaper” would have access to inside the school, or have trust of a young boy.

Do believe 2nd white truck drove Ky away … no crime scene, Ky walked out of the school on his own … no trail evidence, truck drove away. The 3rd suspect/vehicle was to notify TH of abduction and to somehow monitor her from contacting LE, giving 2nd white truck lead time of 6-7 hours to “disappear”.

Also, no amber alert … initially however, it was considered a kidnapping/ransom … dismissed within days, as was stanger danger.

No hi-tech involvement here … all kept under the radar. No traceability. The “appearance” was TH and others were involved.

Someone brought an A-game plan to this scenario … and that’s why we have to go back to 30,000 feet … get a better view of what else was going on.

I tried, not sure if it makes any sense after a 19 hour stretch so I can have a long weekend, but I tried. lol

Could they have changed vehicles or phones during the hour and a half that DeDe was”missing”? Are there cell pings of DeDe’s phone during the time she was missing or maybe no pings or activity indicating that she purposely left her phone somewhere else?”

    http://www.thehinkymeter.com/2010/07/28/kyron-horman-case-parents-give-informative-interview/

I believe this info from hinkymeter is very significant Also after reading the blogpost-It reiterates one of my posts about TH and Dede having the same or about the same truck. I still say that TH who seemed to be an ardent watcher of CSI took bits and pieces of what she saw and used them- blind leads to shield and confuse her real actions that day.

    The Cord
    We are connected,
    My child and I, by
    An invisible cord
    Not seen by the eye.

    It’s not like the cord
    That connects us ’til birth
    This cord can’t been seen
    By any on Earth.

    This cord does it’s work
    Right from the start.
    It binds us together
    Attached to my heart.

    I know that it’s there
    Though no one can see
    The invisible cord
    From my child to me.

    The strength of this cord
    Is hard to describe.
    It can’t be destroyed
    It can’t be denied.

    It’s stronger than any cord
    Man could create
    It withstands the test
    Can hold any weight.

    And though you are gone,
Though you’re not here with me,
    The cord is still there
    But no one can see.

    It pulls at my heart
    I am bruised…I am sore,
But this cord is my lifeline
    As never before.

    I am thankful that God
    Connects us this way
    A mother and child
    Death can’t take it away!

Happy Thanksgiving to all and thank you for your kind thoughts on this Holiday.

What a living hell Desiree must feel today on Thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing that blog. All I can think of are all the things that Kyron isn’t going to be doing with his family – going to one of the tree farms near his home to pick out the perfect Christmas tree, seeing the Oregon zoo lights, going to the Grotto to see the lights, watching the Macy’s parade tomorrow, just being with his classmates as they anticipate Christmas, writing to Santa Claus right now.
Sigh…..It makes me thankful that I have my family right now but sad that one mother in Oregon is missing her son and would move heaven and earth if she could to get him back.

Zeus had an intersting comment (#37 November 24, 2010). It was “Kyron’s parents act like he is being held somewhere and brainwashed into thinking his home and life are unsafe, scary, horrible-and that his parents don’t like or want him anymore. At least that’s what it feels like to me.”
Perhaps, that’s precisely along the lines someone may have been leading Kyron. Maybe Terri had been telling Kyron something along the lines of, “Your mom doesn’t want you either.” IF she truly did hate kryon, there’s no telling what kind of lies she’d been telling him, to keep him from telling Desiree/Kaine/Tony how he was being treated. Seriously, what child hasn’t gone running to Parent #2 when they feel they’ve been wronged by Parent#1?
I agree with Zeus. There’s something strange about the way they address Kyron. They implore, almost as if he left them and can choose to return. Which leads me to believe that Kyron was possibly conditioned (i.e. coached) by someone to believe Kaine (specifically) and possibly Desiree were against him and no longer wanted him around. That kind of person, playing on Kyron’s insecurity/timidity/fears, could have easily manipulated him into leaving Skyline. Which makes me wonder how much contact DS had with Kyron? You don’t plan 40th B-day bashes for people you barely know, or as a favor to people you’re not pretty tight with. JMO

  29. ISpy says:

Nancy (Post #40 November 24, 2010) got me thinking. Why would Terri specifically tell the teacher Kyron would be touring the exhibits with her and NOT in a group? She’d already seen Kyron’s project during the set-up the previous day. Why did she not stay with his class as a parent volunteer, seeing as how she seemed to be so involved with his class otherwise (particularly if she hated Kyron, per her alledged e-mails? It makes no sense. Why was it that Terri didn’t mention “Kiara’s doctor appt” to Kaine that morning? I wonder, did she mention the gym visit (particularly since she knew Kaine would be home early)? What was it so important for TERRI to take Kyron to the exhibits? Was the plan actually for her to meet someone there to activate a plan or to signal someone to begin their part of Kyron’s disappearance? I wonder if someone left/entered the building, parked in a particular parking spot, or went and stood next to or sat in a specific vehicle/moved the vehicle to another parking spot or parking lo.t, during Terri’s “tour”. Why wouldn’t she want Kyron to go with his classmates? Something’s up with that.

  30. ISpy says:

O.k., one more thought. Would Terri have feigned a hatred for Kyron to the “right people”, knowing they would “protect” Kyron by hiding him in the underground movement?
I was wrong…one more one more thought. More importantly, could Terri have misled others to believe that she and the children were in danger from Kaine, thus sending James away (“proof” that Kaine was evil/controlling/abusive)? Perhaps under Terri’s direction/manipulation, someone was persuaded to believe that Kyron was in grave danger and needed to be kidnapped and hidden to save him from Kaine. Hence, Kaine & Desiree’s strange messages that they “still want Kyron”, “Home is safe now. It’s just Kiara and me.”, listing favorite memories with messages like “we want to do those things again with you.”, etc. Just thinking out loud. MOO

@weeds: interesting twist to include the Intel stop for DDS to get the Mustang. There are those who saw a red Mustang driving erratically on SI that day. Hi Malty – I like all this thinking you are doing. I am suspicious of DDS, too, for lots of reasons. You are smart, thinking about how much DDS and TH could look alike, and all these other things. It still really bugs me that DDS was working just a few minutes from the school that day, and left her phone in the car, and “disappeared” the same time as TH. I’ve driven up there lots of times now, around all those roads and that WW farm/yoga cowgirl place, it is all very suspicious. Now there’s a lot of talk here about this, as you have seen. Hi weeds – I’m so glad you are here sharing thoughts and other helpful info. Just no pics please, still laughing about that, plus it gave me a bad dream, HA HA. IMO you make a lot of good points about TH and DDS, it really is such a big mess. Here are a few questions I have:

My knowledge of Intel is that they have boocoo security: cameras, guards, a very elite set-up. If these two gals had gone and picked up the mustang, the whole thing would be on video, plus security check points just to get to employee parking = witnesses. LE would know, and they would be in jail. Is this not accurate or do you know of ways around that?
I also know that LE has some surveillance of TH’s truck parked at FM stores, we’ve seen a few the pictures, one with the JPEG info. accidentally left on them by MCSO. LE knows exactly where she parked at those stores and maybe a lot more, like if DDS and/or Ky were also there, sitting in the truck. We just don’t know.
I agree that someone brought an A-game to this, it just makes me sick though. I was very convinced that TH planned and executed the whole thing in the beginning, but not so much any more. Too many other people and other issues have come to light that make me rethink everything every darn day.
You must keep thinking and posting, okay?

I keep thinking about what Zeus said, too. Elsy and the kids, Kyron, all disappeared. I would be happy beyond measure if Ky is alive somewhere. We prayed for Ky today, and it was hard to eat with him on my mind so much. I desperately hope that LE has most of this figured out and they are just waiting, watching, working hard to obtain the best possible end results.
All MOO to infinity and beyond ala Riverpearl, love that!

I understand LE was focused on a white truck because TMH drove one that day, but I just can’t reconcile how a second white truck comes into play. I don’t think RS was there, and I have a hard time believing any other LS-type would have been able to snatch Ky in plain site. I think all the parallel investigations may have come about as LE looked into all the people she knew, but I wouldn’t be at all surpised to learn that none of the ones we have identified were involved with Kyron’s disappearance. I have never been too interested in Elsy and her kids because I just do not think they are related to Ky’s disappearance, at least not in a material sense. IDK. Just MOO.

So, who did it? Who took Kyron?

I think I am right back at square one.

I haven’t commented since the summer, though I have been reading most other posts. I came up with a few questions:

    1. some people claim one of the men in the science fair pictures was a parent whose child was in Ms. P.’s class last year… but wasn’t Ms. P. a first-year teacher?

    2. the older (7th grade) student who noticed the white truck in the back parking lot. Did he identify it as Terri’s? Didn’t she usually drive her red mustang? Was this older student that familiar with every vehicle/student/parent? Why?

    3. Kyron standing outside (near a truck?): could this have been when he first arrived at school with Terri? do we have a time for this sighting? how do we know that he was outside again after he’d been in the school already that morning?

One more thing: Kyron’s disappearance didn’t happen in a vacuum. Though many people might comment on how the family dynamics/divorce procedures have little to do with his current whereabouts (they don’t want to hear about the “dirty laundry,” but “let’s just find Kyron… where is Kyron?”), I have to disagree. It all matters, even though we may not want to hear some of the more shocking details.

I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point, Terri’s parental rights were terminated. She might even volunteer to give Kiara up rather than undergo a psych eval. Stranger things have happened in divorce/custody cases, when a judge truly considers the best interest of a child.

~~I have believed this from pretty early on. Sadly, Kaine and Desiree could be trying to talk to a kidnapper who didn’t really take Ky for altruistic purposes.

~~I think this is very likely as well. We might ask ourselves, if their friendship is more thick than they would have liked others to believe, WHY would they not want folks to know? The only reason I can come up with is either it was ‘intimate’ or because it revolved around criminal activity.

Which leads me to something else I have wondered. DeDe had a pretty cute little condo she owned/was buying. Soon after the June 4th event she put the condo on the market and moved in with her parents. It could possibly be that her unemployment was running out, or it could be that whatever criminal activity the girls were doing was making them money and DeDe could no longer do those activities.

  43. Amy's Sister says:

Grand mal seizures are common among those who have antisocial personality disorders from what I have read.

Oh, and to clarify what I meant by Desiree and Kaine talking to the kidnapper, it’s possible the kidnapper led Terri to believe he/she had altruistic purposes but actually wanted Kyron for devious purposes. Either way, I’m not sure Terri really cared.

There could have been more than two white trucks at the school the morning of the 4th. TH’s, GK we know. LE is trying to rule in/out who Ky left with and to identify the specific vehicle in a specific timeframe, he left in. We just aren’t “privvy” to the info at this point….and I wonder if we ever will be. Seems like if they have definite evidence we’d see an arrest soon. ********************************

That is an excellent question Cosmos! The older student had one of the electrical exhibits if I remember correctly. And he said he saw her truck out the window. But now that you mention it-how would he know every vehicle, especially ones not driven daily by family and staff? We know that TH usually drove the mustang, so unless he “saw” her getting into the truck, I don’t know how he would assume a white truck(really common), was TH”s to begin with.

I always thought it was interesting that one of the electrical exhibit students and his parents spoke out to begin with.

I worry that the whole white truck focus from the beginning may have colored what people actually saw that day. It almost feels like Kyron could have been put into any other vehicle and no one would notice because it wasn’t a white truck!
