Now I’m wondering if those docs that Casey was just given by her atty’s to sign has anything to do with her taking the stand. Casey was not happy with her father’s testimony this morning.
I’ve read that LDB has been working on her cross of Casey for 2yrs should she take the stand.
That is what I believe, it is a waiver either way.

JMO, George was saying he never found Caylee as to the opening statement by JB – - – the George found Caylee in the pool story.
I think this will have pushed her over the edge and she will demand to testify. I believe she whispered something about, I will not sit here-…..
If she testifies it will be against the advice of counsel, but I certainly hope she does.

Eloise, I haven’t gone back to that, but today this is real– no two ways about it.
Did all of you notice the look of sheer, unadulterated hatred that CA gave GA as he broke down in tears this morning when he was asked by JA how he felt when Caylee’s remains were found?
Unbelievable.
Does she not realize that the jurors are watching her facial expressions?
I have seen a lot of criminal pathology, but I have never seen anyone like CA.
There are no words for this type of evil.
I think you said it all. She is simply evil.

Casey said it all to the jury with George on the stand, using her eyes, her cocky head tilt, and her clenched mouth.
Casey may not be able to help herself taking the stand, a Colonel Jessup moment coming? Baez has alluded to this in his ‘crystal clear’ comments, more than once.

I believe that Casey has always wanted to take the stand that’s the ultimate spot for her in her mind. Casey wants to show people how much smarter then them she is & she probably thought she did that with the competency testing but got surprised when she saw the doctor’s results she went from smiling to frowning real quick on Monday morning..
She is like Silence of the Lambs I wish they would put the mask on her and tie her down

I didn’t see CA during the testimony but if I had parents like the Anthony’s, I’d do a lot of eye rolling and exhibit hostility too.

Could someone make sence out of this for me. What point is Jose trying to make concerning the gas cans? When law enforcement picked the gas cans up on Dec 11 was there or was there not tape on the gas cans….So confused???????/

Agree, Riverpearl, includes George not finding Caylee in the woods.
In my view, Casey is unemotional to GA because she knows he will not lie for her and he knows she did it and he will not waiver or cover for her. I also spectulate that the relationship between Casey and GA has always been strained; growing up in the Anthony household GA was was the disciplarian, not afraid of Casey. Whereas Casey had and still has Cindy wrapped around her fingers. Just a thought.
If Casey gets on the stand and testifies she will not be able to handle an examanation by LBD. By doing so, Casey will move the verdict from a possible LWOP to a death sentence.
George did ok this morning. What a conflicted person he must be. If he tells all he knows, which I believe is plenty, then Casey would get the death penalty and he would get a divorce from Cindy.
There are two evil people in the Anthony household and they are Cindy and Casey.
I am glad to see the witnesses from Gentiva added to the prosecutions rebutal case. This should show the jury what a liar that Cindy is and how she manipulates everything around her.
KC is closely guarded again today. Does anyone have the means of getting the transcript for the sidebar that caused the evil KC outburst. May be telling as to the cause and person it was directed at. IMO it was directed at LDB.
Baez is really on the prosecution side lol. What a bafoon.
I have been of the opinion that KC wants to take the stand because she is such a good liar and believes she can lie her way out of murder. If I recall correctly when JP reminded JB that he would have to ask KC about testifying and making sure it is her choice that she nodded yes.
If she does take the stand as much as JA will tear her apart it will be most amusing to see the questioning from her own attorney. I am quite sure that given his expertise he may very well get her to confess before JA even gets to cross examine.
And blink not to further embarass you but you are a lovely lady. What is on the inside shines on the outside for us all.

Death penalty would be a further punishment on the whole family and I honestly feel it should be reserved for the most dangerous of people.
If Casey Anthony testifies she has a hell of a story to tell and if i`m totally honest I dont think she is crazy enough to testify to that defence theory..
Starting this late spring, I heard very strange noises coming from the 2 tall pine trees in my back yard, sounds I have never ever heard before.
My neighbours said I had 2 hawks and how rare it was.
Absolutely petrified me because of the way they swoop . . . UNTIL JP’s hawk and its meaning came up.
Only made it thru the first 30 seconds of the video, I am bawling my eyes out.
ATG- I agree totally- The evil women in the Anthony family are Cindy and Casey.

Blink, that video was so touching. Thank you for allowing it to post. Caylee between Jeff and Linda, smiling, for those who are seeking justice for her. This IS all about Caylee Marie Anthony. God Bless the prosecution team.

Yesterday and todays proceedings- Is this ALL the defense has?
They might as well have not put ANY case on…for all the good they did, at least so far JMO
We have- the defense showing Cindy and Lee as not always truthful
We have George possibly visiting/ orhaving an affair of the heart, possibly a known conwoman- that his wife was aware he was meeting her…
We have pics of baby Caylee being helped up the ladder
We have a bad fuzzy pic of a little girl, said to be Caylee, in front of the patio door, which is obviously unlocked and already cracked open…
We have Roy Kronk not saying he put a meter stick in the skull’s socket- at least not in each statement..
We have JB at the Ritz with the Anthony’s
We have George wanting to shoot the bad guys who he thought knew where Caylee was..
We have George distraught over Caylees death and attempting suicide to join her
We have Roy Kronks son being prompted to remember something by his mom, whom he didnt immediately tell, that he had made contact with his dad…

Well Golly- Who benefited from Caylees death? Who lied about her death? Who partied after her death? Who covered up her death? Who made up lie after lie. the nanny, the kidnapping the phonecall from Caylee? Who mentioned “the shoes”? Who changed their password to timer55 after June 16th Who had 55 days from june 15th until Cayless birthday..to be carefree before she knew she could no longer be believed about Caylees whereabouts? She would have had to be with Caylee on her birthday, she would have had to produce Caylee to the family for celebrations on August 9, Caylees birthday…
