Dana welcomes special guests:

  • Crime blogger Blink from Blink on Crime will be discussing the shocking jury verdict of “not guilty” in the murder trial of Casey Anthony. In a head spinning decision, the jury in Orlando, FL took 10 hours of deliberations and came back with a “not guilty” verdict which begs the questions, is it “reasonable” that a jury could have watched the same trial everyone else did and let the tot mom skate on all major accounts … where is the Justice for Caylee? Blink will add her analysis and insight as to what occurred.

Pat Brown - Criminal profiler will be discussing the murder trial of Casey Anthony and yesterdays shocking verdict. Pat will provide her expert opinion as to Casey Anthony. The jury found her not guilty, but if not Casey, then who? What will Pat’s reaction be to Casey Anthony skating on all major charges. How did Casey Anthony walk?

Tim Miller – the founder of Texas Eqqusearch (TES) joins Dana to discuss his reaction to the Casey Anthony verdict, was it much different from the wild goose chase and runaround that TES received when conducted the searches for Caylee Anthony.

If you look closely at those pictures of the “Anthonys” you will see that they were not actually the Anthonys. The media outlets probably took the articles down when they realized their mistake.

First the 12 village idiots said there was not enough evidence to convict the Anthony murderess of Murder 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 or 10. That’s what Idiot #12 or 6 or 2 or whatever basically voted. Then the Chief Idiot Officer (Jury foreman) says, Nope actually it was George’s testimony that smelled hinky to him. I suppose the entire LE entourage presenting the minor details known as prosecution evidence also smelled hinky. What smells hinky to me is the Chief Idiot Officer. Wonder what comes up “I hate LE” in his background checks. Done any lately? George is ex-LE, after all. Doesn’t make him innocent or guilty, but sure as heck makes him a 100%-to-many-including the Chief of Hinky Stinkies – a bona-fide scoundrel named Baez. This is getting interesting. I have half a mind to bet some jury tampering stories will be out in less than 30 days.

George and Cindy Anthony forced to flee from Florida pool as death threats follow not guilty verdict

    By Paul Bentley

Last updated at 10:13 PM on 10th July 2011

Casey Anthony’s parents were forced to flee a Florida poolside this morning after an attempt to escape a wrathful public by going on vacation disastrously backfired.

Cindy and George Anthony, whose daughter Casey was controversially acquitted last week of charges that she murdered their two-year-old granddaughter Caylee, relaxed in the Florida resort this morning but had to leave a couple of hours later when they were recognised by other holidaymakers, a witness said.

The attempt at some downtime following their daughter’s sensational six-week murder trial, which found her not guilty and provoked a furious response from millions of Americans, comes as attorneys for the family said they were being hounded by death threats.

In a spectacular turn of events for a woman who was facing the death penalty, Casey Anthony was found not guilty of first degree murder, aggravated murder and aggravated child abuse in court in Orange County, Florida, on Tuesday.

She was found guilty of four lesser charges of lying to police but will walk free from from jail on June 16 because of time already served and good behaviour.

A witness said her parents, who have become estranged from their daughter after allegations of rape and incest within the family, sunbathed by the swimming pool for about two hours while attempting to keep low profiles but had to leave when their cover was blown.

‘They are trying to get their lives back together and move forward,’ an attorney told TMZ.

It was a bold choice of vacation activity considering their daughter’s lawyers’ argument during trial that Caylee had, in fact, drowned in a tragic accident after being left unattended by the family’s pool.

Isn’t it a federal crime to lie to the FBI? Can’t Casey and Cindy be charged for that?

  9. SusieB says:

The problem with interviewing any Juror is that the person doing the interview doesn’t bother themselves to research the evidence in order to ask the proper question in the first place. How can anyone interview anyone on anything without doing the research? How can the interviewer properly challenge the Juror without knowing the facts?

Example: Mr. Juror, What do you mean you dont know where Caylee died or who Caylee was last seen with?

George said on June 16th Casey and Caylee left the house by 1:00 PM , George went to work by 2:15 PM, Cindy went to work at 7:3O AM, and Casey’s cell phone pings put her back at the house at approximately 2:30 PM until approxiamately 4:00 PM, then Casey was on VIDEO at Blockbusters with her boyfriend at Approx 7:OO PM with no Caylee.

Mr. Juror…… Would it be REASONABLE to assume Caylee died at home while in the custody of Casey. Especially since the defense and prosecution said there was NO Nanny? Especially since no one had seen Caylee again since that day. AHHHHHH Mr. Juror, do you think Maybe this might give you approximate time of death and place of death before we even get to the choloform and duct tape issues.

Just once, I would like the supposedly All Knowing interviewers to really challenge these jurors.

No Juror fought for Caylee, they just did not bother….they just wanted to go home….

This is absolutely true and I can’t stand it.

If they thought George was not credible but not sure of what they needed to request information about how to factor that into a verdict.

Over 360 pieces of evidence , he was interviewed by the grand jury which indicted Casey in the first place.

Does everyone understand the implications of this acquittal go far beyond just this case?

Not one freaking question or request to see a transcript?

“WPG: Is it just me, or do some of the jurors who have spoken bring to mind some of the cast of “Green Acres?” I am waiting for one of them to hypothesize that Caylee was abducted by aliens, then discarded.

IMO, no one on that jury was psychologically-minded enough to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff, if you will, when it came to gauging the credibility of each witness, especially GA. Thanks to JB, jurors seemed to focus their ire on GA as if it were HE who was on trial, not CA. They seemingly failed to take into account that being labeled a child rapist might make someone a pretty hostile witness. As an example of GA’s “non-credibility”, the foreman mentioned that GA smelled the human decomposition and didn’t immediately call LE. He just couldn’t fathom this lack of action on George’s part. When I heard that same testimony, I concluded that GA was likely in sheer denial at that point–he NEEDED to believe that smell was the garbage, NOT a decomposing Caylee or CA. But, NO. With these jurors GA’s refusal to call LE had to mean something nefarious. Maybe even murder. FTLOG.”

    GraceintheHills,

From what I’ve been reading about what this foreman has said, I’m even stronger in my opinion that something is very, very, VERY wrong.
He almost sounded like a spokesman for the Defense.

And boy, he sure focused on and rang A LOT of bells regarding George . . . waiting to hear how attorney Lippmann is going to address these bells that were rung to local, national and international audiences.

Strange how they seemed to give Cindy and what she testified to a pass when the State provided direct and undisputable evidence, imo, to show she perjured herself to cover up, imo, her daughter’s guilt.

fwiw, I think Cindy is going to be with her daughter, because, really, who else? JMO, JB is going to ultimately hand her over to Cindy.

I am so reluctant to say this, but I am going to have to agree that I have concerns
    B

  16. Eloise says:

If anyone missed the interview that has caused my brain hemorrage-

Juror #11- says GA saw Casey & Caylee last on the 15th. wtf- slip of the tongue? He went onto say the Win her over w/ Chloro. search was done on ms the day before the 84 searches. Both wrong. Though he admitted the tape was around the nose & mouth, he still could not account for how she died. Greta sat there like a stump and did not ask or correct the facts to him at all. I wish Bill O’Reilly had him on to question him- but the juror would never have agreed. I dont want to be a conspiracy theorist- but I cant believe this all comes down to stupidity-
I wonder if the woman that has taken off is guilt ridden and will end up spilling the beans on what was the real reasonng behind the verdict.

Great posts all- even you Ragdoll. :) lol

This article brings up some valid arguments. But the idea of the law and the public outcry for it begs attention. This is why we have lawmakers, to write it in a manner that makes sense, to debate the glitches and to pass an enforcable law

Correct, and honestly, it is nearly unsupportable as written at the Federal level.

HOWEVER, I do strongly believe with some tweaks, it WILL succeed at the state level.

  21. Ragdoll says:

    @ Eloise…

That crossed my mind too. These are deceitful people. They do not get the benefit of the doubt in my books. It was probably them.

The jurors need to shuddy. Seriously…the more they talk, the more they reveal they did NOT understand their responsibilities. The evidence was speculation? How on earth did they come to that conclusion?

Again, epic fail…a murdered little girl, a huge financial loss for tax payers and an example of how the Constitution was assaulted. It wasn’t even a factor. These jurors did not take this seriously enough. As for the foreman….trolling the net for evidence. What about Dr. G’s testimony? That was huge and alone, should have convicted Casey. These people have indeed been coached.

Honestly, we need to turn our backs on them and shut them down. Don’t tune in, don’t give them a platform or stage to enable their cover up. Explaining away irresponsibilty is no different than back peddling on lies.

This juror did not do their civic duty to the best of their ability.

  22. Ragdoll says:

    LOL Eloise.

    Gee…you flatter me! :D

@ nana, thank you for your take on the pic. I’m not underestimating their deviance anymore. This family lies as easily as they breathe. They don’t deserve to be trusted, period. They dealt it, now they have to take it. Na na na na boo boo. :P

I cant stand it either Blink. I can not move on. I know some people have the need to or probably should for their own sanity. I know there are plenty of children and other victims who need dire attention. Jeff Aston says to ignore Casey and The Anthonys. Thats exactly what they would like to happen. They would love things to calm down so they may be able to make money off the back of Caylee while proclaiming how innocent Casey is and how she was so villified. I cannot stand to just let this go.

I think collectively You and all your Blinkers should write a BOOK . You could call it……..”Just to End All The CONFUSION” (The Who? The When? The Why? The How? and The Where?) ……

Anyway, I think it would be one good way to fight back. All donations go to charity.

  25. Ragdoll says:

    One last post…..

The defense brought up the allegations about George with not one shred of evidence to back it up. As WPG put it, why does the defense get a pass on theorizing and speculating? There was NOTHING to prove their basis that Casey was molested. Casey was not a victim, period. The only thing they got right was that their ‘client’ is a liar and a slut.

  26. Ragdoll says:

@ Sweetie Pi…thank you for the link! I was hoping someone in net land would sneak that article in :D

Yes, absolutely. That should be another Book unto itself.

God I wish I had the talent because I sure would take the time.

  28. connie says:

Honestly, Our “ONEWAY” jury just seemed to believe point blank whatever team Casey threw out there. I am still stunned but this is beyond scary-these are people that promised to do their best – to look, read, process and think about the evidence. Now it seems they just stuck to one fact- Caylee’s death was a homocide, end of story? Unreal.

  29. Eloise says:

    Ragdoll-

I agree with you as well. I should shut my TV. But, I have an uncontrollable urge to hear the bs they are spewing. Trying to decide whether I think they were swayed by ignorance or other, kwim? Mason on the other-hand is easy to shut off.

  30. Sunshine says:

It’s very disturbing to me that the jurors being interviewed have all said that something “snowballed” out of control. I honestly feel like I have been living in a fog since the verdict was read. I’m just so sad for this little baby. Caylee has been victimized again by these 12 jurors who have made a mockery of our justice system.

I really wonder what Judge Perry was thinking/feeling when he read the verdict. I can only imagine that deep down it was utter disgust.

  31. nana2 says:

I hope at today’s news conference Yuri & the others set a few things straight in the ‘heads’ of those jurors..

  32. OhioSheryl says:

I watched the interview of juror #11 and came away with the direct realization that the jury closed the door on Casey’s guilt while opening the door full wide on George’s guilt.

  33. SusieB says:

There was something that the foreperson Juror said…..I cant put my finger on it….. but it was something about George’s testimony of the day of June 16th as to the last time he saw Casey and Caylee ( I assume The Juror meant June 16th although he kept saying June 15th)…..anyway it was something the Juror was quoting George as saying that I dont think George said it in court. It might have been about the so called cooking show he was watching….I just dont know but something perked my ears up….I am just not quite sure what it was but my immediate thought was….well, how does the Juror know that….I could be wrong but I dont think George said that during testimony.

It was to fast, I would need to go back and see if I could find it but I was wondering if anyone else heard the same thing. Something is bothering me about what he said I just cant put my finger on it.

Maybe someone else knows what I am talking about or felt or heard the same thing.

Funny, Gretta didn’t even correct Mr. Juror on the date.

  34. lizzy says:

Regarding the case beginning in Florida in which a mother and her boyfriend are charged with manslaughter and child abuse, after his killed her two-year old.

I don’t want to discuss that case (or the animal abuse since he kept it in a laundry bag in its aquarium), BUT I do want to point out that after the boyfriend found the girl, he stabbed the snake, and then SOMEONE IN THE HOUSE CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY. Stupidity, neglect and ignorance aside, when the CHILD DIED “ACCIDENTALLY” THEY CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!

How could this “jury” not even convict Casey of manslaughter or child neglect? It STINKS worse than the trunk, and I don’t know how everyone can’t smell it!!

Dr. G was very specific. In her district, she studied the data, and 100% of the time, in an accidental drowning of a child, 911 was called.

BLLLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Something stinks to high heaven here. And I still think there is a reason, and there is more to come.

Thanks for everyone posting updates, I’m checking here for any ‘sniffs’ of Casey ‘deals’ (or deals for anyone else connected) too, so I can vent some of this energy by writing more protests against the blood money.

I also can’t imagine Casey going into hiding for very long. I’m guessing she’s going to be dying to test out her new ‘celebrity’ status FTLOG. There are some things Sociop’s are DUMB about; and seeing this as her huge ‘opportunity’ and underestimating how vilified she will be is going to be one of them IMO. She craves the attention way too much to let this go.

I read (or heard) speculation she probably didn’t see Cindy so there would be no ‘free’ video, etc. of her before her release. She wouldn’t want to hurt her chances of getting the $$$$$ for a ‘big scoop’ interview.

I just can’t let this go, because I can’t accept it.

Do these 12 people not have a light bulb around them. All of our light bulbs went on. It is rediculous how much evidence pointed to that girl. She was seen backing her car into the garage for heavens sake. It is as simple as this, she killed Caylee and dumped her. How can most of the world see this and 12 people can’t.

The presecution worked their buns off to get every detail in for this jury, while the defense is presenting lies in open court. How much fricking evidence did these people need.

  44. cadillac says:

What will be a good link to watch the presser on my laptop?

  45. JR says:

K, every juror interview gives me the same feeling – something ain’t right. Not cause I’m biased wanting to take a hockey stick and slap shot their dopey heads, but because they all have the same realm of misinformation and ‘catch-phrases’ regurgitating the same weak-ass things.
“Umm yaaa George seemed like he might by lying.” Really? What exactly? Anything more significant than Casey for sure lying about the child for 31 days, then lying to LE, then lying in jail to George himself.”

“We didn’t understand the theory of decomposition and who would of put the body in the trunk” Ummm where were you during Dr Vass, the tow truck guy, the cadaver dog testimony. A scientist, a random stranger and the instinct of dogs all smelt that smell in the trunk. Only Casey had the car until she had to ditch it in a parking lot. What other possible reason would a twenty-something party girl just do away with her only set of wheels?

“they didn’t have a cause of death” well they would have, had Casey or her lawyer reveal where the body was 6 months before it was found. you’d think once you were charged with murder, you couldn’t get that body fast enough as your only chance to prove ‘the accident’. and since when people, does a murder conviction require cause of death? how did this even get to trial if that was the case?

that jury foreman seems brighter or more confident than the others thus far, but still he does not solidify his thoughts in any of his answers and at one point he even seems to be proving their deliberations rather than reflecting on what took place. maybe its his nervous reaction to the public outrage, but you’d think being put on the defensive would put more strength in your voice and words.

these people are making excuses not speaking from the heart or mind. they need all need to be formally questioned about the deliberations and their entire experience as jurors. questioned by court officials, not a fluff reporter and let’s throw in a polygraph as well. that alone would get the weakest to spill, if there is anything worth spilling.

I always marveled at how stoic Casey was hearing everyone’s opinion of her ‘GUILTY’ during jury selection, throughout the entire trial and not even much concern on the defense’s worst days. in a great mood on her ‘competency’ day. is the DT that slimy slicksta to somehow secure the verdict, which would ease Casey’s mind and then have us believe its her ‘ugly coping’ this entire time? I said after opening statements “THIS is what the defense comes up with after three whole years?” and now I’m thinking I may have been wrong.

it was a strategic scattering of seeds and I believe not all above ground.

I have been lurking because I was so emotional over this verdict that anything I would have contributed would have been a jumbled incoherent mess.

-The time in self imposed silence has helped me to step back and look at this through something other than raw emotion…and I must say now that- this verdict is complete BS.

It is clear to me that these jurors did not do their duty, They did not follow J Perrys instructions they did not base ANY of their thoughts on the evidence. In fact they seem to have based their verdict on anything but the evidence.

They seem to have based it solely on the defenses opening statement-
JB told them a story- straight out of tvland – soapopera style- and when the prosecution did not address the defenses story, following up with equally elaborate yarn of their own-they tuned out.

LDB and team- told the story from little Caylees point of view- not Georges not Cindys not Lee’s and not Caseys- but from Caylees point of view-The story worked backwards-
From Day 31 to June 15th-

It was rooted in the facts of the case, in the evidence that was presented at trial-
It was short- it was traumatic-it was full of science and dealt in common sense.

The defenses case- was nothing more than a script written and narrated by JB-
These jurors would have made the same conclusion had the defense not put on one witness, had they not presented one photo of Caylee enjoying the pool or standing in front of a door…

The jury was entertained & enthralled by the theatrics of “Look what youve done -Your mother will never forgive you!” and of course by the unfounded dirty little secret, that never was- Casey was a victim …she could be 13 years old and have her fathers penis in her mouth, and go on and play at recess…

It is Lady Justice who was silenced by this phantom penis- as it is my belief, based on what these jurors, who have come forward, have said…they couldnt get past the phantom penis…they heard the defenses opening statement and that was all the meat they needed.

They didnt believe George?! So what?!

What did his testimony bring to the trial that wasnt supported by others testimony or the facts?

There is nothing that George testified to, that wasnt well substantiated by others.

If the jurors didnt believe George, then they should have done what JPerry instructed them to do, disregard all of his testimony- had they done this, then actually- looked at the other witness testimony and other evidence- they STILL would have come to a well informed verdict- based on facts and evidence-

Yet these jurors did not disregard his testimony- they put George on trial- for molestation/rape/and adultery-

This case in this jury’s eyes was not a murder trial of an innocent twoyearold- done in by her lazy, narcissistic, freedom-loving mother.

It was the case of the dastardly dad – and the childlike Casey- victimized by the villain George.

Caylee and her murder were nothing more than a subplot, in this soap-opera trial-

The jury disregarded ALL the evidence and all the science and ALL the witness testimony and their own common sense- anything that had to do with proving that Caylee was murdered by her mother.

Why? Because for them, this trial was never about little Caylees demise.

Instead the real trial began and ended in opening statements, with the phantom penis.

    Shameful indeed.

Caylees story never was heard -The murder case was never deliberated upon.

It is clearly shown that this jury was not deliberating on the guilt or innocence of Casey Anthony- nor on the murder of little Caylee, but instead they were deliberating on the guilt and innocence of George and the molestation of 13yearold Casey.

    AJMO

There’s our lady. I emailed you today I was worried about you.

Your right Mom 3.0, of course.

One thing has been bothering me tremendously. What defense lawyer does the “bang bang” sign at the hall cam, on the second day of deliberations, of a death penalty case, 90% of folks believed would end in a guilty verdict?

    I can’t shake it.
