LISTEN TONIGHT LIVE AT 9 PM ET TO DANA PRETZER ON SCARED MONKEYS RADIO
Dana welcomes special guests:
- Crime blogger Blink from Blink on Crime will be discussing the shocking jury verdict of “not guilty” in the murder trial of Casey Anthony. In a head spinning decision, the jury in Orlando, FL took 10 hours of deliberations and came back with a “not guilty” verdict which begs the questions, is it “reasonable” that a jury could have watched the same trial everyone else did and let the tot mom skate on all major accounts … where is the Justice for Caylee? Blink will add her analysis and insight as to what occurred.
Pat Brown - Criminal profiler will be discussing the murder trial of Casey Anthony and yesterdays shocking verdict. Pat will provide her expert opinion as to Casey Anthony. The jury found her not guilty, but if not Casey, then who? What will Pat’s reaction be to Casey Anthony skating on all major charges. How did Casey Anthony walk?
Tim Miller – the founder of Texas Eqqusearch (TES) joins Dana to discuss his reaction to the Casey Anthony verdict, was it much different from the wild goose chase and runaround that TES received when conducted the searches for Caylee Anthony.

@Anglea…that’s not the testimony I heard but that’s just one little piece, there is no DNA, the shovel tested clean, the testing of the chloroform is the one that I really don’t understand. Baez was right about the quantitative testing…it should have been done and wasn’t. That’s sloppy lab work, and because of that I would have not been able to convict beyound a resonable doubt for murder one.
The other charges however, aggravated child abuse, manslaughter…I could certainly connect the dots for those.
peggy – i read the article you posted by robert shapiro. when i began following the trial, i had the same concern, that premeditated murder was a stretch. however, after listening to the evidence i became convinced casey killed caylee. what i am wondering is in any pro-verdict discussion, or article, i do not see the options of lesser charges being discussed. really, mr. shapiro is well informed about the options, so why write an article that leaves out the facts that the prosecution provided other charges, if murder one was too far a stretch for the jurors? why not spend a little time discussing how the jurors reconciled their verdict on the other charges?
and as to his mention about the questionable science, i find it ironic that jeff ashton was the first to intriduce dna results into trial back in the 80′s and where would we be without dna?
@Kathy
I agree and would add that at the end of the day all “experts” agreed there was a decomposition event that occurred in the trunk. There was only one HUMAN hair from a deceased person.
This jury ignored the Scientific evidence in this case which should have been given the most weight.

This is an unabashed push to sell a book. It’s disgusting.
There were plenty of opportunities to TELL THE TRUTH in the past three years but instead we’ve been given lies on top of lies.
Any book that is written will have to go in the fiction section.
———————–
YES!!!!! LE should arrest CA right now for hindering prosecution, lying to LE, perjury, tampering with evidence, and the list goes on!!!
She admitted to a family member she’s colluded with others, including IMO, the defense for 3 years to hide the truth!!!!! And now she’s going to come clean????? What a nauseating excuse of a person.
Why isn’t she under arrest right now? And why hasn’t she screamed the TRUTH from the rooftops for the last three years for Caylee’s sake?
No, she’s gonna do it in a book for all the world to read. SURE, RIGHT!!! I believe that!
Hey, Cindy, wadda you tryin’ to do, maka me SICK? (in the voice of the late great Rosanna Rosanna Danna)
kiki- i feel your pain! i recently had the same experience with a friend. my friend found “doubt” through the defense theory. she can’t stand george. she made a comment that there were too many pundits in the media, and then said she only listened to attorneys! whatever channel she followed, she heard the defense’s talking points. when i would ask about the actual evidence, the skull, the bag, the bones, she was confused as to whether it was buried or not and really didn’t know much in those areas. i find it very ironic that the defense team cries foul on the media, yet, they have obviously found a way to sway the minds of many. the anthony’s certainly found a way yo provide lots of distractions in this trial, but really what did molestion, affairs, wedding photos (of casey 7 mons pregnant), WTH did they have to do with the death of caylee?
i don’t know if your friend is like mine, and focused on distractions, but either way wanted to send you warm thoughts – been there, done that!
@blink
thanks for the reminder about the hair and that all the experts agreed on the decompensation in the trunk. science most certainly took a backseat in this verdict.
@ Angela_nw
Tony Lazzaro & KC hardly knew each other. He was a college student in FL temporarily for school. I think he was reasonable to say he did not want to take care of a child at the time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That may be so but KC had the hots for this guy big time & she proved that by going to him on the same night Caylee went ‘missing’. The length of time you know someone doesn’t effect the feelings many have had the ‘love at first sight’ experience. He was her guy!! Morales I believe said Tony did not want children around which is why Caylee was rarely at Tony’s apartment with Casey.
Tony had the lifestyle KC wanted & wanted bad & its still MO that he was the catalyst for this. KC knew that Tony’s graduation was coming soon & that he was ‘going home to NY’ (his words on the stand) & perhaps he never asked her or asked her but didn’t want the child. We’ll never know the true answer to that. In her mind KC built a dream world around Tony the guy that could take off & go wherever he wanted on vacations at the drop of a hat because he was young & free & that’s what she wanted. KC just couldn’t bring herself to give Caylee to her mother & it also wouldn’t have removed her responsibility to the child.
On the stand if you watch Tony’s testimony he gave KC the stare down big time & IMO was arrogant & cocky over something. Tony was the only ex of KC’s to feel the need to have an attorney with him at court which made me curious. While I know everyone has a right to have an attorney present it was interesting that he felt the need to or perhaps it had to do with his car being analyzed also by LE. I noticed though that Morales did a quick two step when asked on the stand if he & KC ever had sex while Caylee was sleeping in the bed with them. While his answer was legally correct answering truthfully might have gotten him charged with endangering the welfare of a child. I personally don’t feel his legal response was an accurate one AJMO.
Still searching for the answer to ‘where did KC take Caylee on June 7 when Morales said she & Caylee left in the middle of the night but only KC was there in the morning’. Morales stated that KC got a phone call in the middle of the night from her mother to bring Caylee to her (pp). So not true. Question never answered on the stand.
In the end it’s also possible that while KC may have used drugs as a babysitter, Caylee might have had an allergic reaction to the last introduction of it & died from that. I’ve had two severe reactions to medications (Lidocaine & Phenergan) both caused convulsions & required resuscitation both times so it would not be unusual for this to happen to tiny Caylee & perhaps just a bit too much on the last dose caused a reaction. Some drugs are not traceable after death or dissipate within a short time frame & Caylee’s final resting place may have added to the medication degradation.
I’m still looking for that ‘after the fact person’ that helped KC since she was only good for causing problems she could never clean them up by herself.
Ok I finally listened.
My takeaway is they are concerned Cindy will be charged with perjury and and don’t want George to end up cashing checks.
The drifting goes on.
I think Caseypuy duct tape on Caylee threw CayLee in the pool in a fit of rage after the fight with cindy on fathers day. during the fight cindy had threatened to take caylee away from casey because casey was a bad mother i think george did findpuy duct tspe then daylee in the ,orning and the whole scene that baez said in his opening statements george found caylee rigger had alreadt set in george went to change his wet clothed and casey put the baby inyo the bags tthen into the trunk and took offgeorge didnt report to tke police gaset murdered cayll he kepy quiet we have to remember the everyone dies everyone lies worst of days casey wrote on her ny space to cindy this to me makes sence of things casey telling her father to stop acting like a cop because george was acting iwhen he went after casey when she got out on bond and it akso could be why casey said to george from jail dont worry i didnt say anything
It’s kinda funny. A few months ago everybody was on the wagon that the JA and LDB were right on target. They could do no wrong and there was no way that KC would walk. Now it’s a different story. Those same people are saying that everything the SA did was wrong and that there was NO chance of getting a conviction. They over charged, they didn’t ask the right questionsk, they blew it. Well you can’t have it both ways. I think the SA did a great job. The jury was so out in left field they didn’t even understand the options they had. They didn’t listen to the instructions by the judge and none of the evidence. One of them even admited that she had her mind made up before ever going into the deliberation room. Justice failed Caylee and the rest of the USA.
M SORRY BUT MY ABOVE COMMENT WENT INTO MODERATION BEFORE I COULD FIX SPELLING I DIDNT MEAN TO SAY GRORGE PUT DUCT TAPE ON CAYLEE, I THINK THIS SCENERO EXPLAINS GEORGES QUIET BEHAVIOR WHILE CASEY THREW HIM UNDER THE BUS. BAEZ WAS RIGHT WHEN HE ASKED GEORGE IF HE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR CASEY I THINK CINDYS FAMILY IS GOING TO COME OUT WITH THIS SCENE BUT NOT THAT CASEY MURDERED CAYLEE
Why would you need evidence that was erroneous? I would almost liken it to doing a pregnancy test on a male. Yea, you have the result but it is meaningless.
Before the verdict, I thought the jurors might by arguing about not being able to vote for any indictment which included premeditation. And I was always concerned that the jurors might not understand that premeditation doesn’t have to be a matter of months…it could be minutes… or a split second…when one slaps on that duct tape and doesn’t immediately remove it and walks away. I didn’t have to worry about the jurors worrying about anything so technical, did I?
The young alternate juror on Dateline last night said he saw Casey as just a regular girl, not too big of a partier, just normal and he knew from her body language that she couldn’t kill her child.
It wsa hopeless from the start.
DRAFT LETTER of BOYCOTT –
Dear (company or person),
As a concerned & loyal American citizen, I will not purchase products from a company that supports and/or intends to profit from Casey Anthony or anyone involved in this tragedy. Using the death of Caylee Anthony for personal, monetary gain is unacceptable and disgusting. I refuse to support any company who believes it is ok to exploit innocent children. Particularly under such disturbing circumstances. I hope your company will join me in NOT supporting Casey Anthony.
That “Jeff Ashton – Jeff ASTON” Twitter Account is NOT LEGIT.
(note spellng of name).
That same fake twitter acct was sending out a boatload of tweets during the entire trial – funny and outspoken tweets. (snarky against defense)
I seriously doubt that the REAL Jeff Ashton would have made ANY comments during the trial.
No way – this man would never do that in the middle of a trial.
There are also fake Belvin Perry Twitter accts that have been active through out the trial.
No way he would be sending tweets form the bench. lol
MOO of course.
premeditated murder was a stretch
Premeditation can take place in the blink of an eye. 1-2-3 pieces of duct tape if that’s the murder weapon KC had time to think about it after placing each piece of tape on the childs face & could have stopped at any time.
I said it before and saying it again, I really wish they had put Tracy (Padilla’s colleague) on the stand. Not only did she have a lot of telling insight from her one on one time with Casey, I think her age and type of ‘no bullshit’ demeanor would have impacted the jurors more than the stream of forensic experts. She was just on Dr. Drew and revealed another interesting detail – a song that Casey would play over and over again…it made Tracy think Caylee was somewhere underwater. It also makes me think of that “Eraser Killer” Casey analogy. the chorus: “Ive erased the past again”.
Sevendust: The Past Lyrics
Beneath the water that’s fallen from my eyes
Lays a soul I left behind
The edge of sorrow was reached but now I’m fine
I filled the hole I had inside
I’ll pray it doesn’t scream my name
So I light a flame and let it breathe
The air that kills the shame
I’m up, I’m down
Like a roller coaster racing through my life
I’ve erased the past again
A risky morning, I feel like I’m alive
I can’t believe I made it through this time
The edge of sorrow I lived in for some time
(Lived in for some time)
Has left the hole I have inside
The burden is I try my hate
Was the last thing I ever felt
Or thought I could escape
I’m up, I’m down
Like a roller coaster racing through my life
I’ve erased the past again
I’m up, I’m down
Like a roller coaster racing through my life
I’ve erased the past again
You let me here then broke me down
The difference is this time around
I will not let you see me drown
I’m up, I’m down
Like a roller coaster racing through my life
I’ve erased the past again
I’m up, I’m down
Like a roller coaster racing through my life
I’ve erased the past again
Erased the past again now
Erased the past again
Beneath the water
That’s fallen from my eyes
if this Ford juror has come out and stated that they were basically factoring in the punishment phase with the guilt phase, couldn’t a new trial be sought due to juror misconduct or complete lack of “understanding and seriousness of the case”?
gotta say the passage on this video where it is suggested that the jury came in not guilty because it would both because they had ” stars in their eyes” and make money and trips to Disney World with a not guilty verdict ..
these comments are ugly, dumb and on their own spectrum of having mental issues to deal with…. contrasted with the type of spectrum the Anthony family is on. what an ugly thing to say or even think..
it would tickle me pink if the jury found a way to sure you for slander. this is just ugly….
Personally, I don’t make much out of Casey refusing to see Cindy in jail – she has 10 more days – they will talk after she gets out. She has repeatedly refused to see her mom because of the jail taping conversations and Casey doesn’t want anything to interfere with her personal appearances/book deal/movie deal monies by having to explain anything to her mom that will be released before she gets a chance to tell “her side” of the story and that includes jailhouse tapings.
As far as the injustice to Caylee and personally learning that I have to accept what has happened, I have spent this week alternating between crying and anger. I think I’m finally at the point of acceptance that God WILL deal with the Anthony’s in His time, not mine, and while I may never live to see His dealing with them, I need to trust that He will do just that. I see one of the positives that has come out of this cluster-F is Caylee’s Law, which hopefully will be passed in all states to protect children from parents like Casey, who never report their children missing/endangered. I will continue to boycott any media organization that gives anyone in this family so much as even a dime for their time/story.
When I think of Caylee Anthony, I think of sweetness, joy, laughter, and innocence and I think that the best way she would want us to honor her memory is to do things in life that help children – visit cancer wards for children, work on legislation to protect children, help search for missing children, give what we can to help organizations that help find missing persons, and become activists in the rights of our children. I am so thankful that God has shielded Caylee from anything to do with this trial and its outcome and that she is in the safest, happiest place in Heaven and that no one can take that from her. I truly believe she never stood a chance in her earthly family. Peace to all who have loved a little girl who stole all our hearts without us even meeting her.
Not at all. My issue because of the volume and I had some tech issues. My apologies to you and all. Should be back to normal by tomorrow.
I was thinking too that the whole Tony Lazzaro thing…she JUST met him in May maybe 1 month prior to this…not for a boyfriend she seeked someone new so her parents could not locate her for an obvious reason…she would have somewhere to hide. She was sooooooo serious about Tony????? No way……that makes me crazy when even the prosecution was making it all like oh she found this new boyfriend and THAT was why she didn’t want Caylee…..not even close. She did not want Caylee period. Especially since she was stealing Casey’s spotlight. Casey likes her Irish guys best.
TARHEEL COMMENT: Thanks NoJustice for the draft letter. At this point I don’t know what we can do in our search for justice for Caylee other than send these letters as often as is necessary to whomever makes offers to anyone in the Anthony family. There will be so many rumors and it will be difficult to determine which offers are legitimate, but I hope a large group will keep at it so we can make an impact.
A Texas Grandfather,
Your comment about Tony taking responsibility for Caylee shows a profound lack of insight into male / female relations. In fact had Tony expressed any such desires this would have disgusted Casey to the point where he would have lost all sexual appeal to her.
Back in your day this dynamic was expressed as “nice guys finish last”. Nowadays it is studied in evolutionary psychology circles as Alpha and Beta males. Women, especially young women at the peak of their attractiveness stage (they peak at 22) tend to be strongly attracted to Alpha males. These are often any combination of cocky, bad boy, tough, violent, and above all confident men. Alpha males, and Tony was clearly one, are often not even interested in caring even for their own offspring – it would be very unusual for them to want to care for another man’s offspring.
If Casey had wanted a weak Beta male, the type of steady provider, nice guy, who respects and is polite to women — and sometimes is even stupid enough to waste resources caring for another man’s child — then she would have stayed with and married Jesse Grund who was prototypically Beta. But no, she only chose him to be her steady provider guy while she was pregnant with some unknown Alpha stud’s baby, knowing full well she could not attract Alphas in such a state. But as soon as she had slimmed down enough after her pregnancy to be able to once again snag hot Alpha males, Casey dumped Jesse’s sorry Beta butt with a quickness, and started trolling for cocky a**hole guys who made her tingle down there. The problem arose when she realized she could never hold on to a hot Alpha guy with snotnosed, boner busting Caylee hanging around. Duct tape took care of that big problem in a small package.
Now there is nothing wrong if a man freely chooses to raise another man’s child. I was adopted and love my father all the more for taking on that extra burden – the point being though that it was his choice to do so. But only the wildest feminist ideologs would impose on men the duty to do so. Many species of the Cuckoo bird practise what is called brood parasitism. They lay eggs in other species of bird’s nests and when their young hatch they often then push the real offspring of the host birds out of the nest. You can see that if a species does not build up a defence to this then that species will soon be extinct. The same for a nice guy Beta male — he has to be damn careful that his big heart does not turn him into an evolutionary dead-end.
There was a case recently in the New York Times about a man who was cuckolded by his wife. He was not aware her infidelity and raised the child as his own. When the child turned ten the wife announced the truth to him and also divorced him and moved in with the ne’er-do-well, biker biological father of her child. This nice guy Beta male was forced to pay child support even though paternity tests now proved the child was not his while the real dad rode his Harley around town. The divorce settlement meant that this man would never have the resources to have a child of his own.
So be very careful about demanding men take on the responsibilities that other men skirt. This will only lead to even more women banging hot Alpha guys while demanding that the steady Beta dudes work like slaves to raise the resulting offspring. Look what is happening in American ghettos. Women there are free to bang the thugiest Alpha playaz knowing full well Uncle Sam will play provider Beta to the resulting children. This is a recipe for a very dysfunctional society.
kiwibird, thats fascinating, i have been wondering about the chloroform ,as i couldnt decide between premediated or perfect storm rage moment,how easy is it to make chloroform,dangerous?,could you accidently spill it in someones face if they were laying down? i wondered if she used it on amy the night she told her she was sleeping walking and hid her money.you wouldnt leave a child sleeping in a car in the middle of a florida summer even at night, the humidity is too much.so i dont think she was putting her to sleep in the car.why the chloroform?less painful?,aw, we’ll never know for sure.
I think Caseypuy duct tape on Caylee threw CayLee in the pool in a fit of rage after the fight with cindy on fathers day
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I think back in time to when my children were Caylee’s age the 2′s the terrible 2′s & how they were always so antsy I couldn’t keep them still long enough to put their socks & shoes on, it was a challenge. In my mind trying to put even one piece of duct tape on a 2yr olds mouth would be a challenge let alone 3 pieces because you would be fighting the child’s natural instinct to get loose or free. So either KC had to use two hands to hold the child while she did the duct tape thing, had help doing the duct tape thing or the child needed some type of medication to make her unable to fight off the placing of the duct tape over her mouth & nose. Ashton left that same inference in his closing argument the duct tape was the final murder weapon but don’t forget about medication or drugs also (pp)..

Aside from the new tribe philosophy, Marsha really takes apart Ms. Ford’s arguments and exposes them for how they didn’t apply to the case they were supposed to be considering. More reasons for better instruction for prospective jurors.

Your reply to Angela_NW was clarifying.
The reason that I opined that Tony was “a poor piece of humanity” was the fact that he didn’t want to have children around, but he was willing to take advantage of the free sex and to party with Casey. Tony took advantage of Casey’s wanting him to be “her guy”.
A real upstanding guy would have ended the relationship, if he didn’t like children. Are we ,as a society , going to give all twenty-two years olds a pass on poor behavior because of their age? When do they reach the age to be responsible for their acts?

I loved your analysis & you are so very correct this is how some women think in this era.. Tony was exactly KC’s type & as I said in an earlier comment if you watched him on the stand he was cocky, arrogant & gave KC some real hard stare downs. But KC loves that type they are a challenge to her just like the LE males that interviewed her.
KC lived on the edge & had/has overactive hormones & ‘fell in love’ on a daily basis but for the bad boys only she did not want a nice quiet homebody ‘Yes’ man like her father; those were the males she used for her own purposes. Most girls look for someone like daddy in their mates but KC’s daddy is too henpecked for her liking. That’s why she has no compassion for him she detests that in men. KC doesn’t want a man to agree with her she needs the challenge.

Blink: Is juror #3 the culprit? I just cannot figure this jury out. Did not one single person know the word ‘hung’ jury? Why did anyone cave-in to those that wanted a not guilty verdit?
I think we can call establish that a loving parent/grandparent would NOT want to profit from the death of their child (personal gain).
The only exception would be to put that money back into a WORTHY and LEGITAMATE cause (Cindy, I mean one where you’re not sitting on your butt, earning an income from a foundation that has established no credibilty or cause. I know an honest day’s pay is not your style).
So it’s settled. These people are insignicant contributors to humanity. Opportunists. Bottoms feeders. Minions. Trolls. Boils on the butt of humanity (God bless Ouiser).
We are witnesses to the truth, regardless of the verdict. Write away….it’s not going to change the outcome. The alleged publishers want to take a risk, so be it. It’s a doozie (ever hear of the book A Million Little Pieces? Just ask Oprah how that affected her reputation).
Jeff Ashton is right. Ignore Casey. Ignore the Anthony’s. They feed off of attention and publicity. It takes the edge off their ugly existence. If we tune out, they are left alone to their own devices.
That’s the worst possible punishment I can think of .
I am trying to stay away from the coverage of this case becsause it is what it is and I feel that things will work out in the end, but I get drawn in. I watched Dr. Drew’s interview with LP’s employee Tracy last evening and can someone give me insight as to why she did not testify (if she did I must have missed it!)? What she was saying about Casey’s behavior in August 2008 was disturbing to say the least. I apologize if this has been addressed previously, I am just trying to keep up! TIA
That jury could have found Casey guilty of any one of a number of charges. Murder 1, 2, or 3. Aggravated manslaughter, manslaughter, aggravated child abuse, child abuse…and they focused only on Murder 1 and walked away.
Everybody seems hung up on the fact that they couldnt prove premeditated murder and that there wasnt enough evidence to convict. I disagree. Scott Peterson was convicted on mostly circumstantial evidence. Circumstances are evidence, just as much as any other kind of evidence.
Blink, although I dont think you failed Caylee…because you couldnt do that, you were not the legal system, the jury, or anybody who held her fate. I am disappointed at some of the comments you made during the past three years. Namely, that there were fingerprints or latent prints on the tape (we found out that there wasnt anything sticky on the tape so there werent any prints of any kind to be found). Also that there was no way she was walking away from this…but she did. Your comments led me to believe you had inside information from someone and that’s why you could say there were prints, etc. It just sounds like you speculated or made an educated guess. Im disappointed with that and it somewhat made me question your credibility to a degree. Please dont get me wrong, I think you are an advocate for people missing or murdered…but please, in the future, dont tease with comments unless you know the answers for certain.
I asked about the maggots because I knew they could find out through the maggots about DNA, but they never tested the maggots for DNA, or else they did and couldnt find any. Possibly the DNA had degraded beyond the point where they had any definitive results…I dont know.
I KNOW Casey is guilty…beyond a reasonable doubt. And Im sickened by the jury’s decision. So much so that I wont be following any cases or writing anymore for a long time. Im beyond furious…about all the injustice. And yes, I signed Caylee’s Law petition.
TO: ATG- great post and so true!
My theory is Casey just wanted out of her existing life … but who knows what transpired with the so-called Addams family.

Thanks for the long post about the difference in todays values and the psycology of them. I am glad for you that some Real Man(a nice guy) had the the values in his behavior to adopt and be a father to you.
In my generation, probably at least two removed from yours, a guy that behaved as the “Alpha Male” was considered to be worthless by all but a few. Society recognized them as “takers” and irresponsible people.
The Ant’s attorney taking to the public airwaves platform, talking about how his clients haven’t been able to work, prohibited from working, blah blah, blah, blah . . . gives me the impression some plan for them to receive or be awarded monies is in the works. WHY DON’T THEY SUE THEIR DAUGHTER, MR. ATTORNEY – - – WHOSE FAULT IS IT?????
CA’s little “cameo” at the jail yesterday where she KNEW the media would see her, was complete and utter BS, IMO.
“Please feel sorry for me, I’m a loving mother” BS and a looming PERJURY charge is my belief. Ulterior motives are alive and well.
Even though HE KNOWS the major public sentiment of the verdict, he goes on several national viewed platforms to announce his clients are HAPPY with the verdict. And he goes on to talk about alleged threats his clients are getting? Mr. Attorney’s public statements are purposely fueling things, IMO.
The more Mr. Attorney “advocates” for his clients, the worse it looks for them and for him. He is not gathering any sympathy, IMO. What he is gathering from me, though, is more suspicion regarding the motivations of his clients.
Mr. Attorney, please stop talking to the public as if we are the same as the persons who sat on the “jury”. WE ARE NOT.
29.- Ashton’s whole focus was about pre-med, or at least that’s how he presented it. Yes, there was the agg. manslaughter charge, but that really wasn’t brought up until the end.
By the end of the trial (before the verdict) many people(but certainly not all)felt that is wasn’t a pre-med case, or they felt there wasn’t enough evidence to prove it was pre-med.
I think it would be interesting to go back and see exactly what Ashton said about agg. manslaughter (during the trial and in closing) and what Judge Perry said about agg. manslaughter during jury instructions.
Marica Clark. I’m dying to say this….
MARCIA MARCIA MARCIA
nana2,
The duct taping brings to mind story#2 regarding Blanchard Park and how Nanny/Zanny/Zanaida grabbed her by the arms/wrists and held her down . . . weaves the truth into her lies.
Can’t remember by who, but Jeff Ashton was asked about the fight on the 15th and he acknowledged it but said they couldn’t prove it. I think part of this truth about the fight was also woven into the Blanchard Park story.
7.-
Sounds like your projecting–did this happen to you?
Yes, it does happen, but it’s the exception, not the rule. Is it unfair? Yes, maybe it is–but you must also consider the child.
How anyone could raise a child for ten years then find out it’s not yours and what? You just dump him like a hot potato? Courts act in the best interest of the child.
I think it’s unfair that ANY man, whether their Alpha or Beta ‘skirt’ their responsibilities–that is far, far more common than a man having to pay support for a child that biologically isn’t his.
I have about 6 comments still in moderation, several are from yesterday afternoon. Should I re-post them?

Jesse is the one who ended his relationship with Casey. Not the other way around.
