The OCD I developed during the case of the murder of Caylee Anthony by her TotMom, The C word, continues.
Anger over the death of an innocent child is understandable, fierce loathing when the accused is her Mother, is justified.
What is not, is the minutes of our day one devotes to the C word.
Angst is power, nobody will argue that. What is decidedly MOST powerful, is quitting Casey.
Images of fake checks with non-existant banks and non-existant companies are hitting the web to act as a barometer of the public’s interest and acceptance.
The porn industry rescinded an offer to C word, if that does not say it all, I don’t know what does. Let’s say they tend to be a less judgemental crowd on occasion.
I am calling you out. I am calling me out.

I’m with Mom3.0 on this one, I do not think that is C-word in the TMZ photos and video. C-word has an odd way of walking with her arms faced forward, that is the only similarity I saw, and it would be easy to mimic. The face and body were totally different. Goodness I hate that I went there! Caylee! We are here for you!

I was almost reeled back in to the whole circus yesterday with the buzz on c-word pix and the probation issue both hitting the news.
All the TH’s are falling all over themselves to extend their ratings rise a bit longer.
Had to stop myself from going there.
Realized that of course, somehow, somewhere down the line ~ the c-word and defense team are behind all of this and are making $$.
Pix may or may not be her. (and do I really care?)
But they were staged and timed to hit the news now – to keep the baby killers name in news.
CBS/NBC/ABC are off limits (for now) – so somehow they had to keep her name in the news.
Money was exchanged along the line that will end up lining the pockets of c-word or her media hungry attorneys.
The money trail was probably convoluted and not direct link to them – but they are the ones to profit at the end of the day.
And who is raising this whole probation issue now?
I really wonder … I have suspicions about that as well.
The SAO has been on record saying they want nothing more to do with c-word and didn’t want to push the probation issue.
Now the MSM is saying that this makes LE/SAO look like they have a personal vendetta against the defense/c-word — which only gives baez another chance to claim that his baby killer client is just a poor misunderstood child that is being picked on by the government.

There is no story here that is not a set up, no time, no place, nothing real at all, even if it’s her, it’s a set up and we are buying, even without a single interesting ‘story fact’ attached, like time and place and how the camera operator happened to be there with the right equipment and focus at those very moments. All the time in the world to take those contrived photos.

There’s a lot of people, including IRS, who would find this interesting… not those contrived, non-paparazzi, non-candid, set-up shots.
A lot has been ‘staged’ in this whole missing child case and subsequent defense– it seems to work.
Well, I fell prey to the video that goes along with the pics and take full responsibility for my actions. I’ll admit, I was curious to see if it really was her and what the reaction was from people around her. After seeing it, there is no doubt at all that it’s her. The strut, the primping, the fixing the back of her shirt, everything. I won’t post it here but if you’re so inclined to view it you can look at Huffington Post’s twitter feed and find it.
My thought is this was staged, there is a stunning lack of other people in the video. She passes a few people while she is walking at some point and looks down appearing to look uncomfortable. Interesting that there is no sound coming from the person taking the video yet you can hear the traffic, it was no surprise to them to see her… whoever they are.
I agree with Kleat about a lot of people finding these set ups interesting. I bet the IRS is going to want to know where the money trail goes. We’ll probably see a lot of these in the coming months, she’s got a lot of debt to pay off before she cashes in on “the big” interview. She won’t get paid much for pics if she does the interview first. Put the rehab story out there as a reason not to do an interview right away and milk the money from the pics and video before she has to open her mouth.
It does bring a smile to my face that she’s packed on quiet a few LBS since her release. Wonder who’s making her chili?
It pains me to say this but I do not think that Judge Perry will make her serve probation.
Simply not watching the hearings isn’t enough….PROTEST and BOYCOTT the airing of them. It works people!!
TMZ got the photo’s from Splashnewsonline.com and paid them for them. If you look at the Splash site, they pay regular people for their pics of celebs (and obviously baby killing murderers too). There’s a link at the top telling you how to get paid for your pics. So clearly, the pics were very staged and the money chain undoubtedly led back to baby killer.
What really proves the photos were staged – is the fact that supposedly she’s been getting death threats, so WHO in the their right mind is going to just let her wander around on the street ANYWHERE in the USA without somebody with her? The photos HAD to be staged – think about it people!! If it’s too dangerous for her to be brought back to Orlando……..why is she just sauntering around Ohio unattended? Do you really think they’d give up her location that easily? Does that make any sense?? PUH-LEEEEZZZZZ…..These were staged for sure. They probably just brought her to where ever these photos were taken so we’d all think she was there, then once they were done with her photo shoot – moved her someplace else.
Testing the waters perhaps to see what kind of interest would be generated?? I think so.

If the c word got paid and Baez took 33% off the top, and IF Bob Kealing is right about his estimate of 5 figures, this would give the c word how much and is it enough to claim she is no longer indigent? She better spend it fast before she has to prove indigency to a court and the JAC once again.
5 figures could be $10,000 to $99,000. c word would have raked in for herself something up to $65,000 for those photo shoots. Baez wouldn’t be travelling to NYC to get himself less than 3,500 dollars, more like 10x that.
Do WFTV, WESH etc, pay royalties for those photos, or what? If we want to view them, we should copy and link to a site that does not count views or pay royalties, or have advertisers. Not going to TMZ or viewing elsewhere again. Not buying into paying c word another orange cent.

Sorry, I couldn’t resist following up the Huffington link. The video does look like C-word but what a lard arse!!! Ugly, ugly pics, it’s no wonder people passed without a second glance. I’m desperately going to try not to come across condescending….it’s not my intent at all, but every time the PR machine behind the Felon creates the latest sighting or the latest confidential update on her mental state or her whatever…they COUNT on all of us to put aside the conviction to ignore her.
It’s human nature to want to see what happens. We want to see her stumble or get one tiny fraction of payback but we (all of us) are proving them right, that we are so addicted to it, that they can demand a payout for her mere presence. She doesn’t deserve it. She doesn’t deserve to make thousands of dollars for murdering her baby.
She only deserves to be shunned, since the justice system failed to give a punishment for her heinous crime, it’s left to us to at least keep her from profiting. If we cant keep her from profiting, then at the very least we can try to limit the amount of money which will always coincide with the amount of interest.

I personally can’t verify this info, but it does jive with what I’ve read about how clicking on links and photos means profit…in this case, for c word. I agree with so many on here about these photos being staged if they are her at all, I don’t think they are and she is defianately not in Ohio.
Why would she be outside in broad daylight when her life is in danger?

Cindy yelled at the media that they are maggots. She most certainly should know all about maggots being one herself.
After seeing their lying, deceitful, dishonest, abusive, self centered outrageous, inhuman behavior, one can only come to the conclusion that God loved this little girl far more than they ever could have, and he decided to save her from all of them.
They need to go back and read the bible about earning their keep by the sweat of their brow. The bible doesn’t say anything about earning your keep from the murder of one family member by another.
I can’t stand to look at or listen to any of their voices.It is still nothing but an endless line of contradictory statements, lies, staged drama, and only what they are believing will make them the most money. They are counting on the people they have referred to as maggots to make them all rich. Caylee was only counting on the people who were supposed to have loved her to protect her from all harm. They all need to find out what it is like to be as devestated as Caylee was to find out what happens when those you count on let you down. Caylee didn’t even make it to her third birthday, and look at how many people she has been expected to support. These same people some of which wouldn’t ever work to support her.
They may think this verdict for Casey was fair, but it may pale in comparrison to the one God may have waiting for all of them. I am sure they believe he has answered their prayers by Casey getting off the hook for murder. Cindy said she knew Casey was a sociopath, and yet let her take off with her precious grandaughter, to never be seen again, so Cindys’ ability to think seems somewhat distorted from the get go.
Boycott them, tune them out, turn them off, and let’s all ban together to keep any of them from making any money off of the fact that Caylee was murdered and was no more than trash in a swamp, as they all were aware she was there, and just left her there. They are all convinced this little girls death means bella vita for all of them!
I haven’t looked at those pics…I don’t intend to. Actually I feel bad just coming to this part of Blink’s blog on Caylee and reading about how everybody is going to ignore the one person I am trying to forget!
Ragdoll…I’m not 100% positive, but I’m pretty sure nobody is paying anyone for “clicking”…one click may lead to another, then to another or may even open your computer up to a virus…but I don’t think anyone will get cash if you click on a pic unless you give a credit card number.

I agree and I’m still unable to verify this information. I am going to be looking into this. I want to know if there is a tracking/ tracing element to pics/links, or a counter if you will, that determines how often images are viewed on sites like TMZ, and the big networks.
In the mean time, I’m treating this sitch as if it were so. It harms no one.
Why can I not let this go? Every time I see a picture of Caylee it breaks my heart. Thank God I have one. Unlike the Baby Killer who threw her darling baby in a snake infested, insect infested, trash riddled swamp, to be chewed upon by animals. Cword probably thinks what’s the big deal? She was dead!

QUESTIONS:
What does the Florida Sunshine Law say about transparency of probation officers conversations with a client on probation?
and
Does a client on probation (mistakenly by the system failures aka ‘mess’ in this case), have their CONSITUTIONAL RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT violated by visitations/QUESTIONING by probation officials?
Does the client who is incarcerated serving probation while NOT under sentence for this incarceration or any other sentence attached, have the right to REMAIN SILENT? If not, why not? And if there is no right under restrictions of the ‘incarceration awaiting trial only’, to remain silent or not speak to a probation officer, what actions did the lawyer(s) take to protect their client? Advise the client to take the 5th during questioning of the parole official? Advise the client to insist on privacy during the parole visit? Or did the client sign a waiver of rights to remain silent while represented by a lawyer and under charge for capital murder that carried a possible death or life sentence?
Either Casey’s rights were violated under questioning by a probation official, and as I understand, a REQUIREMENT OF PROBATION, is that a person on probation, answer the probation officers questions and that these answers must be honest answers, if not, and the client lies, that is an indication that the person is not complying with probation.
BUT, Baez knowingly let his client be questioned– did he tell her to lie, or give her rules as to how to answer or not answer questions candidly?
It seems that by not reporting this ‘probation’ as a mistake of the court order, Baez was protecting his interests in his own financial future, should his client walk free in the future. He made sure no one could have access to her but through him and his ‘arrangments’ for things such as ‘first photos’ or whatever other devices he could use to stir up the profits.
OOPS– PLEASE CORRECT OR READ ‘Parole’ as ‘probation’– typos– mea culpa and apologies.

I also disagree with Professor Anderson that it does not go to the heart of the system when an obvious child murderess walks free. This is not a question of comparable wrongs – the prosecution could have been mishandled, but Casey Anthony was certainly responsible for the murder of her child. It says that the entire system is a lie when O.J. Simpson walks free just as it says that the entire system is a lie when a prosecutor conceals evidence – or when, far more commonly, defense attorneys twist and obfuscate their way to acquittals for defendants who will go out to rape, kill, and steal again. Make no mistake: I believe there is no more pernicious legal saying than the one Professor Dershowitz (full disclosure: I took a class with him at Harvard Law) quotes here, usually attributed to Blackstone: “it is better for 10 guilty to go free than for one innocent to be wrongly convicted.” In point of fact, it is not better for ten guilty men to go free, depending on their crimes, than for one innocent to be wrongly convicted – if the ten guilty men go out and murder five people each, justice has not been served.
This maxim is one of the great non sequiturs of all time. Justice is not a choice between condemning the innocent and acquitting the guilty. It is about establishing the most efficient way of convicting the guilty and acquitting the innocent. That’s why when either of those objectives goes awry – when guilty people walk or when innocents go to prison – the system has been defeated. Let’s not pretend that when Casey Anthony walks, the system has worked, but when Dewey Bozella goes to prison, the system has failed. In both cases, the system has failed.
Unfortunately, our current system has a lot of work to do on both these scores. The biggest problem is the tenor of the debate about Anthony. Was the lawyer for the prosecution good? How about for the defense? Did ancillary players get short shrift from the prosecution? Did the defense pull red herrings out of its bag of tricks? The adversarial system does this on a routine basis, and in all the hubbub over competition, the main objective gets lost: to do justice. I’m an American exceptionalist, but I’ll say this: the European inquisitorial system has the right idea.
Now, to finish with Professor Anderson, this is not about Nancy Grace. This is about Anthony and the fact that she killed her daughter, dumped her in the woods, and went along her merry way for a month, lying to police the entire time.
As far as Mr. Taylor, I agree largely with what he says. I would only say that from the available evidence, I am not at all convinced that the prosecution overcharged here. You find a body with duct tape on it in the woods and mommy was lying for a month about it, you find corpse evidence from mommy’s trunk, you find mommy searching questionable terms on the computer … that spells premeditation to me. And I fully agree with Mr. Taylor that the entire prosecutorial system is not corrupt – if it is, it’s only to a fraction of the degree of the defense system, which routinely hides evidence and lies to juries, and which both Professors Anderson and Dershowitz seem to dismiss as part of the aphoristic throwaway that the guilty man needs to go free to protect the innocent.
The whole system is the problem. The defense cheats and lies, so some prosecutors cheat and lie. Defense calls lying witnesses and slanders police officers, so police testify. Defense wants acquittals; prosecutions want convictions. Nobody wants the truth. Adversarialism is not going to come to the truth. A search geared toward truth is the only thing that will do so
“Clicks” and site traffic are utilized to set rates for ad sales. While not getting paid specifically for clicking on the pics, high traffic to a site means more eyes on content which translates into more dollars in the pocket of the website owner from advertisers. The same is true for readership (newspapers & magazines) and viewership (television), listenership (radio) and even outdoor billboard rates are set by location depending on traffic patterns. It’s all about the ad sales and content to attract the eyes of the buying public that creates the payoff.

Thank you for your input. I appreciate your post. Do you have a source for your info? I’m trying to grasp how ads relate to links or photo images on a particular site. If someone clicks a cword related image or link (TMZ, for example), they’re not checking out the ads, no? My understanding is that TMZ is able to determine how often their images are being viewed, how often their stories are being read AND copied/pasted to say…BOC or SM…or on a social network.
OR…..are you saying that ads are posted to these big stories b/c, simply, it’s big exposure? I’m not grasping how the ads generate more publicity for c word.

If ya gotta look, go to youtube.com first. Chances are someone’s posted it all there and not a penny goes to c word from that site. Worse case scenario, copyright forces the poster to remove video.

The Old Navy Store this “person” enters on the video is located on Olentangy River Road in Columbus,Ohio. from the reflection in the store window, the green highway signs can be seen. The highway is route 315, it runs north south, parallel to Olentangy River Road. On the other side of the highway is Ohio State University.
Shots of this “person’ walking in a neighborhood is similar to what surrounds the university but it could be any older “in town” neighborhood.
Her “managers” may have nothing to do with these photos/video. If they are behind these photos/video, I agree with you Blink, they are set up to be “first sighting” to see how many take the bait and click the link.
Another thought I had perhaps, some random people in campus area are having some fun and trying to make some money off the case too. I find it curious, she supposedly took a private jet to C-Bus the night of her release and now photos/video from C-Bus. Why Columbus, Ohio? Columbus, Ohio is at least three hours from Niles, Ohio.

I have to do better next time and not click a c-word link. I have remember my curiosity, will put money in her pockets. The televised hearing was not even a blip on my radar today. I have avoided TV with anything about any of “them” since the day of verdict.

I saw the C-word photos. Not by choice, I looked up from my business and there they were. First and only thought was whether it wasn’t really Elizabeth Fryer made to look like the C-word.
Today, I just have to say one thing…
