On Quitting Casey: The New C Word Is the New Quality Control

Orlando, FL- I thought my chapped skin was over.

Read, shower, repeat.

Write, ignore call from editor, shower, repeat.

The OCD I developed during the case of the murder of Caylee Anthony by her TotMom, The C word, continues.

Anger over the death of an innocent child is understandable, fierce loathing when the accused is her Mother, is justified.

What is not, is the minutes of our day one devotes to the C word.

Angst is power, nobody will argue that.  What is decidedly MOST powerful, is quitting Casey.

Images of fake checks with non-existant banks and non-existant companies are hitting the web to act as a barometer of the public’s interest and acceptance.

The porn industry rescinded an offer to C word, if that does not say it all, I don’t know what does.  Let’s say they tend to be a less judgemental crowd on occasion.

I am calling you out.  I am calling me out.

Quit caring.  Quit Casey = Cashless Cow

If you want to be a color form in this girls chloroform play set,  I cannot stop you.

What I can tell you, is that these payday wannabees have been Trumped.

Literally.

Between The Donalds’ hair being real and him getting a look up President Obama’s unmentionables bearing a birth certificate on a whim, who do these ilk think are going to give them “equal time”?

IT IS WORKING. REPEAT. IT IS WORKING.  WE ARE WINNING.

Even Rupert Murdoch says “If a single person in my US offices so much as says that *%?#/’s name out loud it will make Rebekah Brooks stay in the big house look like a debutant cotillion, whatever that is.”

Here’s what happened:This is the most notorious and nationally covered case since The O word, and this felon and her counsel can’t get a legitimate network meeting.

Yep. The Moral leprosy crew are singing for supper.  Industry insiders will tell you that the rumor mill has produced a steady call of public outrcy at the mere notion their firms would consider any deals with Cword or her defense team, and the existing artists threatening to walk if they do.

Simply put, it is tantamount to scheduling a tsunami in your lobby.  Not even Don Draper could pull that off.

Ms. Folmer, reached from her latest promotion to washroom hand towel service  had this to say:

Due to my journalistic integrity and because nobody told me we could not cancel a check after a verdict, I was wondering if I could fill a role in Jackass4 or Roller ball 10.   I look forward to meeting the jury members, your among friends.

Late this morning, calls to THE BAEZ LAW FIRM for comment have not been returned.

A woman answering the phone at Jose Baez’s office who declined to be identified,  told Blink,  Editor In Chief of www.blinkoncrime.com:

Good Luck getting a call back, he has been sitting in his office for two days hitting the redial button to the News of The World Offices trying to get a live person on the phone.   He is convinced he can swing a deal with somebody over there. Any Suggestions?

Sure,  I answered, tell him to hit the O button,  and just keep holding, they have a very busy switchboard.

C**** A****** judge blasts media, holds back juror names

(Reuters) – The names of jurors in the C**** A****** murder trial will remain secret until at least October 25 to allow those enraged by her acquittal to “compose and restrain themselves,” according to the judge’s order on Tuesday.

Judge Belvin Perry acknowledged in his 13-page order that juror names must be disclosed eventually under Florida’s broad Public Records laws. But he took the opportunity to complain about modern-day media.

Perry lamented what he said was the blurring of lines between news and entertainment, saying court proceedings have become just another form of mindless entertainment and a revenue source for broadcast networks.

“It was reported that television ratings for the trial were extraordinary. Clearly, the broadcast of an official and serious court proceeding such as this trial where a young girl was dead and her mother faced the death penalty devolved into cheap, soap-opera-like entertainment,” Perry wrote.

“Unquestionably, use of Florida public records laws by the media … has become simply a tool to sell a story. It is time that Florida’s public records laws recognize this fact,” Perry wrote.

He also advocated a new law to keep juror names secret in “specific, rare cases” both to protect jurors constitutional right to privacy and to prevent potential jurors from avoiding service.

Three jurors have already voluntarily identified themselves and talked about the verdict.

I have a new appreciation of Arizona’s “Sheriff Joe” of Maricopa County. He is always making the statement ” I know the law” when he is being interviewed.

After searching the Arizona state code and reading some of the convoluted language, I am not certain that anyone could understand it without building a flow chart. I reminds me of a contract drawn by the County Attorney of Hidalgo County, Texas in 1960 where he wrote a single sentence that covered nine subjects , consumed a page and one-half of legal size paper, using every punctuation device he could muster to not stop the sentence. Needless to say, I didn’t use his contract.

We have reports of up to 32 states that are interested in producing a version of “Caylee’s Law”. While we know that every state has their own code, what are the main areas that should be addressed by them?

    This is my list.

The requirement to report a missing child of 12 years or younger when the child is under the care of a parent, guardian, or other caregiver.

A time frame for the reporting.

Who (what agency to contact or simply call 911)to report the child missing.

A criminal penality of some strength for failure to meet the requirment of reporting.

A lighter penality if the law is abused in an effort to harm another person (non-custodial parent or designated caregiver).

Protection of the missing childs rights by the appointment of a Guardian ad litum and when this step should occur.

One of my best friends (who is sadly a Nancy Grace fan) called me this evening knowing how well I have followed the Caylee case over the last 3 yrs and told me there was talk tonight about the C-word wanting 1.5 million to talk (1st interview).

The C-thing also allegedly has plans to get a 50k face lift, marry a rich man, leave the country and gulp … “have another baby!”

The last part was the part where I felt like I might seriously faint.

I have no idea if any of this is actually true or just media speculation and rumor but I wouldn’t put it passed her. It was also reported that allegedly JB is furiously attempting to market C-word to the networks and is in fact trying to engage in said bidding war, despite everything he has said publicly which is that none of this is true. Don’t know, don’t care, however, if Caylee’s Law really has legs as I’m seeing and believing it truly does, me thinks it better get major support so that it can be passed as soon as possible if C-Word is on the hunt for another boytoy and hence another potential child casualty in the future if ‘things don’t go as planned’.

On my good name, I swear there can NOT be another situation like there already was. No more Caylee’s!!

Blink, please tell me this will NOT happen again in this same gene pool.

So, Sew, Sow! Perhaps they all mean the same thing, anyway.
As you thread the tiny seeds into the eye of the earth, trusting there will be a connection between root and stem and fruit and flower, there you shall reap where you sow. Each stitch in garden sows otimism and faith that fruit (and veggies!) will flower and evolve. Water-bearing and sun-salute, de rigeur.

The quote, as you must know, is Gal. 6:7-8 (i hope).
For good or for evil, we can and will reap the benefits of our actions. I do believe in eventual consequences along with the power, energy, and humor of the Universe. It’s ironic that we’ll never know the time or place of that divine retribution.

    From Pennsylvania:

Mensch, Senator Bob bmensch@pasen.gov to me
show details Jul 25 (1 day ago)

Thank you for contacting me with a proposal for “Caylee’s Law” in Pennsylvania.
The not-guilty verdict delivered at the conclusion of the month long trial was seen by many as a massive failure of our legal system to deliver justice in Caylee Anthony’s death. I too was saddened by the verdict and I am in full agreement that more needs to be done to protect the welfare of children in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania currently has a law making it a first degree misdemeanor to conceal the death of a child, punishable by up to five years in prison. At the time of the trial, Florida did not have a comparable law, which made it impossible for prosecutors to charge Casey Anthony with anything other than murder and lying to investigators.
I have recently agreed to co-sponsor legislation being proposed by Senator Larry Farnese (D – Philadelphia) to strengthen our current child neglect laws. “Caylee’s Law”, as proposed by Senator Farnese, would make it a felony to conceal the death of a child and increase the penalty to a maximum of seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine. Additionally, the law would make failing to report a missing child a first degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. It is my hope that these amendments will make Pennsylvania a safer place for children and help to prevent another tragedy like the death of Caylee Anthony.
Thank you again for sharing your concerns with me. Please feel free contact me with any additional comments or concerns you may have by calling my office at 215-541-2388 or by utilizing the contact form on my website http://www.senatormensch.com.

    Sincerely
    Bob Mensch

Personally I don’t think the failure to report is strong enough and will be contacting him back with the same. It should depend upon the circumstances IMO with a higher penalty dependent upon the outcome. If the child dies or is harmed as a result, and it is not reported, it should be a higher penalty. Just thinking out loud here.

I’m also a Comcast subscriber and will be writing to them, thank you to all who posted the connections here.

Enabling, blaming everyone else but the perp, innocent lives destroyed, families destroyed, corrupt representation, shady PI’s. The list is longer than Repunzel’s mane. The C word pandemic, unfortunately, has always been around.

Another scam run by the sleaze-team … to attempt to convince the public that there is interest in anything/everything C Word related.

Drives up the price for whatever else that will come down the line. (Pontiac Sunfire – will eventually somehow make it’s way to the market and all involved will deny-deny-deny)
And a lame attempt to justify that people really want to see/hear anything from C Word monster – so that maybe the networks will keep at a ‘bidding war’ to line their pockets some more.

    Hello Blink and BOC-
I missed you guys. Your posts have been wonderful lately.

So glad to read of every ones hard work in getting Caylees Law established in each and every state- I am so happy to know that you all have decided to make a difference in a positive way- never succumbing to anger or sadness ect over the verdict.

Fabulous job on this article Blink- I agree. You have once again captured my sentiments exactly– No more c-word

Whomever created that graphic- good job! It is stunning-
The wicked queen/step mother morphing into the mother of all liars- with her back turned against her most prized possession, her mirror/daughter, her “best friend”, the one she calls an “amazing” mother, the one she says is “just like her”-

The c- word face morphing and forever changing- always at the ready to spew another lie for her mother…

Each wanting the adoration of the other-each refusing to bow to the other, but both happily wallowing in the false image created by lies…

Mirror Mirror on the wall whose the best mother of us all?

They will sit in judgment over one another for all time –
The mirror imprisoning them both, for all time- never to be free from the lies. Both caught in a prison of their own making- the reflection of themselves in one another- – The reflection stares back hard-unflinchingly, accusingly….

    Now that is justice.

Great job Blink and team – hauntingly brilliant-

No more C-word- thats my new motto!

I sincerely hope that NO ONE ever pays her for her story-

You’re so right Blink, why would anyone care to hear more of her lies?

Trying to start a bidding war based on lies? Wow, nothing that comes from any of them should surprise me- but come on-

Enough is enough- the cash cow’s milk has soured- it will never be fit for consumption- they need to stop trying to repackage it – we, the consumers have deemed it tainted- vile and sickening-

Perhaps they all should have read the fine print before signing up to bask in the glory of the “cash cow”

Warning: avoid the c- word at all costs – has been proven to cause disillusions of grandeur, causes severe aversions to the truth- may take years to regain reputation – Use at your own risk

The cream of the crop of all who comment on the C-Word blogs are right here at Blink on Crime!

Thank you for making this all about Caylee. She’d be proud of all of your efforts to secure such legislation that bears her name. If passed (how can it not) the law will serve as a constant reminder to all Anthonys of the crimes committed against Caylee by her egg donor – I hate to refer to C-Word as mother, so I’ll just call her the egg donor. C-Word will never be able to step out and away from that cloud that will hang over her head for the rest of her life. May it be perfected and enacted, quickly.

Nana, I’m assuming that you are not opposed to Caylee’s Law, but are concerned about some of the alleged pitfalls mentioned in the media by those who oppose it, such as it’s possible use against non-custodial parents who don’t return their visiting children on time, or those who aren’t aware of a life threatening injury that has occurred to their child until several hours after the fact, and the like. I assure you, once perfected provisions will be contained within Caylee’s Law to prevent such things from happening, as much as it is possible to keep them from happening. Such proposed legislation is hammered out down to the last little detail prior to debate and passage, and Caylee’s Law is sure to be also.

In reading across the world wide web I am awed by the response of our legislatures, in 31 states at my last count, who voice their concerns over the fact that the jury found C-Word innocent of all charges other than lying to LE. Most all, considering the laws that be, seem to feel that she should have been found guilty of at least aggravated child abuse or child endangerment in that she did not report her daughter missing for 31 days. This says much to me. Something went terribly wrong in that jury room, and it wouldn’t trouble me at all to one day see professional juries seated in capital murder cases, and especially those that deal with a whole lot of forensics.

Keep fighting the good fight, for the sakes of all of our children.
