Casey Anthony Placed On Supervised Probation- Motion to Quash Denied
In an 18 page ruling this afternoon, Chief Judge Perry denied Casey Anthony’s requests through her counsel Jose Baez and Cheney Mason.
She must report to probation in Orlando at the Department of Corrections by August 26.

I have not paid much attention to that case. I’ve read some articles, but for the life of me, I cannot pick up a ‘feeling’ on Miss Foxy. I more than picked up on it with the c word. My satelites were on def con 5 when I first heard the story. I just KNEW she did her daughter in.
I’m interested in learning what my friendies think about Amanda Knox being g or n/g.
O/T: The only thing I can say with any certainty, because the system in Italy is so different than the US, is that I highly doubt either Amanda or Her BF would have been convicted in the US of this crime.

Did she cry out for her daughter? Did she scream Caylee’s name? She did scream NO NO NO NO, NOT MY CAYLEE, NOT MY DAUGTHER? NOOO!!!!! If it were my son, I know I’d be inconsoleable, even hostile. I could NEVER accept his death so quickly or willingly without shattering like a broken mirror and losing complete composure.
She just asked for some medication, hyperventilated a little and it was all good again.

I am sorry I havent been able to visit- it is still way too painful to think that her murderer the c-word walks free…
Alas, anyway, what made me break down and visit again -is the release of the jailhouse video of C- word’s reactions to a childs remains being found down the road- on WFTV
I have to say, after watching this tape a do not agree with J. Stricklands decision IRT this video not beening shown to the jury….
Especially once the whole- she drowned and my molesting father took her lifeless body from me, and I have no idea what became of her BS was thrown about.
This video although grainy, shows that C- word KNEW that her baby was dead- and she knew where she had been discarded, and it also shows that it wasnt new news to her- infact for a mother who was reportedly in denial, and living in fantasy land- with imaginary nannies and Caylee at the beach – she reacts rather calmly to the news, although she is CLEARLY distressed over the find- not for her baby daughter,-because she does not scream Dad how could you! or My God what did he do?… She is sniffling and hiding her face in her lap because she knows a body find means ah oh theyll know shes dead and wrapped in duct tape and in trash bags and a laundry bag they know shes dead and I was the last one to see her and have her… time for version 3.0—remember this is before the whole my daddys a molester and its his fault lie was formulated- …

Blink and all just watched Part 2 of the jail house tape this one shows Baez and C—–
ARRRRRG! This one takes the cake – it truly does…. Baez is clearly upset and clearly distressed over what she is telling him- My God have they absolutely no conscience?
On Dec 11 it is clear C- word laid it all out on the table. Watching these tapes make me realize why I could never be a lawyer- I could not defend a murderer- and claim their innocence while knowing the truth.
Congrats Baez you won and justice lost.
C- word you should be ashamed of yourself and you should be spending every waking day making amends.

As I lay awake last night, I remembered that on Decemeber 11th Jbaez first contacted the bug “expert”
IIRC, why would they need to do that, if Casey knew how and when and why Caylee was placed there and by whom? if it was a case of accidentally drowning, and George took Caylee’s body ect. She would know nothing of the duct tape ect- why didnt JB go to LE right then and place the blame on Grandpa- who supposedly did this?
I swear all JB and c-word accomplished, besides getting her murdering behind free, is laying down a blueprint for all other child murderers out there -to hide the body and claim abduction- until all evidence is destroyed….then at the last minute if needed claim accident….

Excellent points, except it was Linda Kinney Baden that made those calls, and I suspect the reason she became a consultant and did not continue as counsel. Your right, and I for one cannot wait to hear from the jurors who helped this endeavor by not applying the law, and their instruction.

Sadly, gruesomely, matter of factly, it is Obvious to me, that C-word told JB that when she bagged Caylee and threw her in the swamp, she was already covered with/infested with insects at many stages of development… and being that it was she who held Caylee for days in her trunk, after the murder, and it is she who placed the ducttape, she thought much of that evidence might still be preserved…
She probably also told JB that Caylee had been placed in her big trouble tee and that there may be other unsavory evidence lying about, like a little note/pic with a heart sticker, her horse, ect
My guess is this fear of what exactly survived the elements prompted JB and team to travel to the site- JB was desperate to know what he was up against IRT surviving evidence of his clients crime…
In the video- Did you see hard and fast C-word was breathing? I mean her lungs were rising and falling quite rapidly- panic attack for sure- and If i may say so- this one was quite different from the acts she tried during the trial…
Sigh- the jurors…. I too would like to hear them say they failed- but I am not sure that this video would mean much to them- as they seem more than capable of closing their eyes and not seeing the truth…
I missed the Today show and the judges ruling in the Murray case.

I sure as heck noticed and WHAT DA H*LL?!? I was ENRAGED and of course, thinking….why didn’t Perry ‘duct tape’ Baez’s yapper with a gag order? Would it have changed the outcome of the c word’s verdict? Probably not. He sure as heck couldn’t have worked the media like he did.

That video is terribly revealing. A defendants behaviour should be fair game and available to prosecution during trial. With c-word, it’s not prejudicial…it revealed the stinking truth! The video, without sound, wouldn’t have been useful to the state, imo.
…and I will NEVER get over the fact that the jury was not privy to c word walking into that court room as a convicted felon.

Thank you, Mom, for asking for my thoughts. I thought it interesting she was not attended to during the viewing. You see a number of correction officers and personnel walk by her with no acknowledgement. No one there to offer assistance or support. I think it was set up that way to prevent cword from lapping it up, so to speak.
Oh how I wish there was audio. Without it, it can APPEAR to be cword acting like an over wrought mother (incontheevable! Princess Bride, anyone?). cword viewed breaking news of remains that were found on Suburban, a stones throw from her home. The remains were not yet id’d as Caylee. Personally, I observed cword writhing in guilt and fear. She knew. She. Knew.
I know what is wasn’t….genuine grief for her dead daughter.

Amen to not fooling the majority of the population. The truth reveals itself to those who honestly and purposefully seek it. Back peddling to Whiny Cindy’s statement on Dr. Phil (I did NOT watch!). She claimed to have prayed every night to God that if her daugther was not guilty, to set her free. What an effin convenient thing to say AFTER the fact. This woman didn’t pray and I’m so tired of them masking themselves as a God fearing family. Even Satan knows the bible, verbatim.
Also, AGREED to Baez stressing out while cword is weaving God knows what. In fact, he looks distraught and defeated. Whatever she told him prior to Caylee’s remains being found, it didn’t jive with the discovery. At this point, he had to know he was defending a diabolical liar. Time to plot, fabricate and imply everyone else was culpable but cword.
Justice exists if people are willing to embrace the truth, regardless of the outcome. I’m convinced the jury came to a hasty verdict for the sake of convenience and personal summer schedules. I’m certain most of them will live with their failed civic duty hanging over them along with causing Caylee’s injustice, for the rest of their natural lives. cword is imprisoned, confined and exposed to perpetual judgement on earth and in the eyes of God. She will never be safe. She will NEVER have the life she once knew. She can learn a new language and run for the rest of her life. God will always find her and she will always be looking over her shoulder.

Interesting, or not, there’s talk about the poor, grainy quality of the video and why the sherrif’s office didn’t provide the original. Dirty pool? Never heard that term before. Comment about body language interesting at best. I agree with Constantine we see a nervous and defeated Baez.

Well that’s just blatant re-vengence, if that makes sense. Guilty or innocent, I don’t see how you start messing with the original sentence after it’s been determined. This is a new trial in light of new DNA evidence. Are they punishing her for challenging their ‘authority’? Seems like retaliation to me.
Rags, I was astonished to learn some of the Italian court techniques. One that made me sit up with interest is the judges telling the jury that they do not have to consider the defense’s case “because they are likely lying to get their client off”. After witnessing the Anthony trial outcome, I am sure that some of us wished that Judge Perry would have been so unfair and directed the jury “You don’t have to listen to anything Mr. BYAZZ is saying because he is most probably lying to get his client off!”!
Also the evidence found by the prosecution in Italy does NOT have to be turned over to the defense. The defense has to figure out how to fight to get it.
The one person who has plead guilty to the murder in Perugia has had his sentence reduced from 30 to 16 years. He had a history of invading homes and making himself comfortable, eating and showering, while attempting to steal goods.
His feces was found in the bathroom of the villa where Knox and her roomate, Meredith, shared. The motive for Amanda Knox killing Meredith has never been explained. A sort of tiff over a boy? Amanda was messy and Meredith didn’t like it? If either of those reasons could be the cause of such a heinous murder, then thousands of sorority sisters and dormmates all over the US could easily come up mursered every year.
Sending your child away to college in a foreign country? Better make sure she knows the language inside and out, including the idioms. Amanda Knox was often questioned without an interpreter. Also, her “interviewers” in LE did not always inderstand American idioms.
Count me as one of those happily surprised that Amanda Know has been set free. I didn’t think she had a chance.
I can’t help but think how jealous cword must be the Amanda Knox is getting so much positive attention after being found not guilty. Amanda Knox is being made the sweetheart of America and cword is in hiding in her own country. Must just get under her skin! LOL!

He can’t be surprised. He’s always been his worst enemy. I don’t think he ever expected cword to be free. Her ‘life in prison’ sentence was supposed to be his ticket to the lime light…saving the killer from death. cword is his doom….foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

There is word of an “attempted assassination” by a “hitman” who left a POST IT NOTE on Cwords door, saying he was coming to put a bullet in her head. What kind of “hitman” leaves a post it note warning his victim? This is laughable and smells like Baez planted this because he was jealous of all the attention Ashton is getting with his new book. Blink, have you read Ashton’s book yet? I’ve finished it and it was a good read. There is some new information in it that I was not aware of, very interesting. I imagine he was walking a fine line with some of the things in the book. I’ll leave it at that so I don’t spoil it for others reading it:)
Because I know Jeff, and think highly of him, I purchased the audiobook to hear his voice as I do most books because the only chance I have to read is either in the car, or some other activity that precludes me from sitting still and concentrating otherwise. My caseload is at an all time high, and I have to be on location without access in a few weeks so if I can hold off, I plan to “earbook” it while I am traveling.

It seems that Jose Baez has been invited to attend and speak at The American Academy of Forensic Sciences’ annual meeting

I was watching a video clip about the 18-year-old Oklahoma mother who shot an intruder who broke in after she had been talking to 911 for 21 minutes. She was alone in her trailer home with her 3-month-old son, and her husband had died of cancer on Christmas Day. WOW. Wish I was in OK so I could offer that young woman a job.
BUT, after that clip, it went immediately to the next without an ad–the blonde CA’s video diary installment that she posted on youtube. EEEWWWW!!!
