Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage
Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing, Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.
Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW, a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.
In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud- the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper, Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.
Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

O/T but just thinking about the news and that choke-hold the NYC cop put on that poor man that died…….that it appeared no one even tried to resuscitate, which I found appalling …..wondering what the laws are in NYC for police and steroid testing? Are the cops tested for roids when and if an event like this takes place?
It seems to me that with all the recent videos appearing showing police violence, there should not only be random testing with a Federal law going into effect, but whenever there is any questionable action that stems from the use of excessive force, radical driving, or even blatant disregard to protocol, there should be immediate testing for drugs. Period. Why not? Why are cops considered above the law in some places?

Great Post. 2 points, “Terri already did” (yes, she di)! And “why do the locals………….” Because the locals believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that Terri did it. Don’t doubt me( I know you don’t), you wouldn’t believe how convinced they are. So, basically they figure there is absolutely no danger as the looney who “disappeared” Kryon is in her own hell in Roseburg.

One of the many tasks that law enforcement has undertaken in the course of the investigation of the disappearance of Kyron Horman has been to try and determine as definitely as possible the identity of every individual who was on the Skyline School campus at any time between 8:00 am and noon on June 4, 2010. This has proved a more complex endeavor than one might think. Many sources of information have been consulted.
To date, law enforcement has identified 490 people who were present. In order to ensure, as far as is humanly possible, that this is a complete and accurate list, one of the remaining steps we feel is necessary is to share that list with you, the members of the Skyline Community, and ask you to examine it and inform us of:
1. ANY INDIVIDUAL (to include a minor child), other than a Skyline Student, who you have reason to believe was on the campus between 8-12 on June 4 but is not on this list; and
2. ANY INDIVIDUAL who is on the list but who you have reason to believe was not on campus during that time.
We realize that this entails some diminution of the privacy of those on the list. To that end we have removed the names of the Skyline students on our list. Additionally, other minor children are simply referred to as “minor child of ____” and not personally named. To others, we ask your understanding that this is a necessary step in an important criminal investigation and, in any event, would probably occur ultimately through media coverage of court proceedings.
You may respond to this inquiry in one of two ways:

@Seeker. You are absolutely right it is a slam dunk negligence case, violating written pps policies, procedures, & public notices–which would well fund Kaine’s Foundation if he were serious about it. His passing up that tort suit is suspicious–and also tells ge he always planned to have k’s custody & send her to Skyline imo.
I agree the chaperone was an adult but I further submit in my
opinion Tanner was reliably-spoken & not confused. There were 2 substitute teachers in the special ed staff that day iirc, the Resource & an aide, and imo one of those subs was more likely than not detailed to Porter’s room.

Thanks. I hadn’t thought much about that possibility. We discussed often about the “man chaperone with 2 girls” (I think it was girls), but I thought if he were SZ, what would he do with the girls (witnesses) when he took Kyron? Could be since a minor is 17 and under, they were looking for an older teen. However, I don’t get any sense that the person asking to have Kyron help him carry something in was that young, although I suppose it would help explain why there was not a description given (although I would still disagree about keeping it a secret). And if someone said they saw Kyron with an unidentified minor, it would complicate the SZ report.
Lord, help us, if a juvenile was prepared to pull off something like this! Blink – have you ever even considered SZ could be a minor with that degree of organization and planning, or is that too great a stretch (it is for me)? Or even looked like a mature teenager? If that’s the case, perhaps Ms Matthews thought it was James. There may have been times she saw them together, even off campus since I seem to remember James was too old to go to Skyline after they moved there.

According to DY and TH Kyron was showing signs of distress in the weeks leading up to the Science Fair. I believe DY reported bed wetting and not wanting to return home to Kaine and TH.

Could Kyron have been abused by an older student or a Skyline employee and someone grabbed Kyron to protect his abuser from having something about them that would ruin their lives if it came to light.
Was there anyone families of students or Skyline employees that moved out of the area soon after Kyrons abduction. Maybe the person who took Kyron was not the person who abused him.
Someone could have overheard TH telling his teacher about the Dr.’s appointment especially if the teacher was somewhat hard of hearing and TH had to raise her voice to be heard.

Resource Terrones followed Keefer a year after Keefer went to George & was placed in a Life Skills room, area of his Calif degree & license. Imo being the sole Resource at Skyline was always a misplacement for the children at Skyline with language & processing problems as applied to academics. George has largesse with 3 more sped teachers with those skills supposedly. Idk what the 5th sped teacher, a B-room, is but I suspect it stands for Behavioral. Mult County’s failure to practice inclusion and segregation of kids in these rooms is so outofstep with the rest of the country right now I am surprised at no DOJ or DOE suit on this issue against the District.
In looking for the List to reverify for the gillionth time Louis Terrones & one of the paras that year were both not on it, and at least one para sub was, I stumbled on this page where Blink’s comments in bold woth a review, includong about whether Kyron knew SZ and about Kyron’s last sighting. Her comments lead me to believe not only was there a witness to “by a similar truck” last sighting and to his going out the emergency door by CR109, altho not the precise time of the latter. (imo that means more than SZ was using that door that morning for exit purposes, so he didnt stand out).

Do you understand why Desiree remained adament at that time DDS was

Without the ability to confirm with them directly, my best information comes from my interview with DDS- both the on and off-record conversations. I adamantly believe that they felt either DDS was involved or had incriminating information against TMH she was withholding up till and post her successful polygraph indicating that was incorrect, and she had been truthful all along.
They expected her to fail because she was their sole angle to TMH- as ridiculous as that sounds-
But no, I do not think they informed DY that DDS passed the poly, and that their 3+ year theory was blown in less than an hour.

My thought was more along the lines of a child (perhaps even one of “the girls”) that could be known to someone at the school even if the parent (grandparent, guardian, etc.) was not.
When I heard the alum/Hall story I thought that would have been an older teen or young adult even (ie. in the Holm category).
For example; what if the scenario was a child that had gone to Skyline as recently as that year and was taken out to go live with the other parent, or homeschool, or something of that nature.

It is beyond me how these parents did not request, and be given a town hall type forum meeting. As an example, one witness told Editor In Chief, S. Christina Stoy that a young male former student said hello to Susan Hall and when asked by a parent who the lad was a few days later, she said she was not sure. He is NOT on the list.
When another parent subsequently asked Ms. Hall who the student was following Kyron’s disappearance to verify he was on the published list- she responded she could not remember.

RE: SZ not being the abuser. (If Kyron was abused.) Very possible. It’s possible that anyone involved in some kind of pedo-ring could have some other pedo go in and take Kyron from the school, if it resulted in their being caught as well. According to DY LE has shown her (and I’m assuming KH as well) photos of Kyron-look-alikes, which DY referred to as *not a kid playing outside in the sunshine* or some such. Which I’m assuming were photos coming out of some pedo-ring bust.
Everyone knows that TMH did not take Kyron out of that school, including LE. She was elsewhere at the time. So if LE feels that TMH is responsible, then they must think that she sold Kyron into child pornography, why else would they be showing DY these photos? To me, the judge’s denial of the name change indicates that there must be a sealed indictment. I can’t think of any other supportable reason for the denial.

Last minute change in judge for the name change hearing. Judge denied the name change request, citing too much ‘public interest’. I think the corruption goes all the way down to Roseburg in the system, and would like someone to ask WHY they changed judges at the last minute. Something is really hinky. And what happened to Due Process and Privacy laws? Terri has not even been named a person of interest or suspect except on SOCIAL MEDIA sites! Until she is by LE or a DA, the courts need to rule FAIRLY!

Judge heard from four women before rejecting Terri Horman’s request for a name change. They blamed her for her step-son’s disappearance.

“These people are completely and utterly misinformed and have malicious intent against me,” Terri Horman said of the women who testified. “And they are misrepresenting what they do to me and my parents.”
She reiterated attorney Stephen Houze’s claim that she was not the last person to see Kyron, and said Houze “has proof, witnesses and otherwise” to back up that claim.
“Kyron Horman is missing. He needs to be found,” she said. “I love my son. I want him home more than anything.”

The Roseburg News-Review reports that Judge Randy Garrison rejected the request, saying it wasn’t in the public interest because an investigation remains open.

Judges resign or retire early. Kitz appoints the next guy
who gets reelected with 98% of vote. After Garrison gets his
status, Kitz promises in press announcements on past apptmts
Kitz will consult Garrison about future appointees.
Wonder what else Kitz consults Garrison about?
In 2011 Garrison is attempting the right to handle “complex litigation”
like Kantor thinks Kantor is good at. Law school? Same ol same ol
tenth tier or lower (maybe on a par with UDC) Lewis & Clark.
I wish the fbi had had a reason for a wire tap on Garrison’s office phone
this last month to see what favors the Gov’s Office asked him for.
Actually, to preserve her “nonpublic” status, Terri at Houz’ office
should give one extended transcript interview with no photos or tv
to Blink, who is also nonhard copy, a la DeDe.
I agree, but that is self indulgent of me, because I would not advise her to speak about the case in way that might be considered a waiver.
