Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage

Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing,  Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.

Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW,  a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.

In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud-  the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper,  Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.

Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

A happy change for Sam, whom I envision gaily living near 14th & P and feeling important as he gadflies around lobbying Congressmen. With the new Congress, Imo Andrew’s ear is deaf as to a good fit in his choice of lobbyist on US Climate change, so I believe only a mega WRI donor or politician (likely Wyden) could have cleaned out the City Club by presenting an alluring alternative Sam could not pass up.
Andrew is a missionary kid, committed evangelical, worked his way from from World Bank country teams, would not be homophobic, but about all else since leaving the Bank he has proven to be quite politically wise & practical. So, my Q is who arranged this well-paid plum for Sam, as imo he would not occur to Andrew out of the masses without donor or Hill direction.

  6. Rose says:

if the O had a reportorial bone in its body, much less investigative, the O would ferret out who proposed & promoted Sam for this position. And that, & the motivation behind it, should have been the news. Imo the British take things at face value, so Andrew would’ve relied on the recommendation & representation of a US climate change leader & not checked out Adams’ history or bone fides imo.

I have realized those Medford-associated donations likely occurred early on before gofundme existed. If so, imo the bios likely fell out over DY’s expectations re expenditures from BKHF, in which she hadno voice. The Conservative Treehouse had daily blogs with comments on Chambers.

so it proves the importance of a sane investigative site owner/moderator like BOC.

  20. Rose says:

Actually, Malty, that makes me wonder why a grandma would donate thru gofundme, as she did before,

    https://funds.gofundme.com/index.php?route=edit2/terms
looks like GFMe gets 5% per donation, plus 2.9% of each US donation, plus .30 cents per donation.
    I am weak at math, but 7.9% of Stacey’s usual $20 = $1.58 + .30 = 1.88.
so each $20 donation to GFMe is really a
    $18.12 donation. And Grandma’s $200 = a donation of $183.90.
And that $1,000 donation is really a $920.70 donation.
Since there’s no tax deduction, and they just move the $ to
a bank account from which they write search checks,
it puzzles me why the Davidson’s even use GFMe rather than advertise a bank’s address.
It’s not like gofundme blurbs generate donations, nor does Stacey. What seems to stimulate a sudden
burp of donations is most likely some private group communication from Desiree, imo.

  24. erose says:

@Rose, This would be the “sub” that Tanner referenced, the one who called it to Porter’s attention that Kyron was missing. Then, according to Tanner, she left.

IF Porter was busy with the SF, then who and when was attendance taken. If Porter took it at 10 am, it does not follow logic that she would say Kyron was in the restroom one minute and mark him absent for a doctor’s appt. the next minute. If Porter took attendance at the usual time (9-ish) then that would mean she marked him absent, only to tell the para an hour later that he was in the restroom.

So did the para take attendance that day? At 9 or at 10. Was she taking attendance when she asked Porter where Kyron was? Did she mark Kyron present since she was told he was in the restroom?

  26. erose says:

Maybe some of the HC directed towards this blog will take the time to read it and see that the editor and people here have one agenda, which is to find Kyron.

  27. Rose says:

@erose. imo attendance is a red herring & not informative.
I don’t think a para or sub would turn in attendance. In fact a full stop SPED coteacher,
in this case Terrones if he ever left his pullout room, would not do so. It would be her.
But we know she is sloppy & had hearing difficulties & judgment failures.
So imo she would be as likely to score Kyron present thinking well I saw him,
& he’sjust in the bathroom, as to score him absent, thinking well he just left with mom to go to the doctor or something because he’s not here. If a teacher like her sees a child who was there leave, imo they think “must’ve made a drs’ run & mom will provide a written note later.”
That is, marking him here or there, 9 or 10, imo Porter is inherently incredible & any input from her is unreliable to me.

  28. Rose says:

Imo expect anxiety & drama from Team Desiree, & further detachment &
new normal from Team Kaine. Wouldn’t be surprised if he married & pushed for

Morris on Roseburg Supports is practicing law without a license in Oregon (& is in absolute error).
While cackleing that Terri has been booed out of a store by her followers, she erroneously says anyone testifying under oath with immunity is absolutely guilty. Tell that to Cynthia Baldwin. It protects from perjury charges should any small detail be in error. Tell that to Spanier. And, I don’t recall DeDe stating her testimony was in response to a Motion to Compel as Morris alleges. quoting OR law to support psychotic thinking pushes the bounds of propriety, but the Roseburg admin (website, Davidson’s gofundme) is grateful to Morris.

I think when they are a moonbat they get a pass for misquoting the law- they lack education of in the first place because it is her opinion. So if any moonbat what’s to know moonbat law… LOL.

A form of immunity is automatic to any person agreeing to testify, but they differ in terms of protections from prosecution.
They differ greatly. And there was never any given during the dozens of investigative interviews anyone gave in this case- that speaks volumes, imo.

Convicted felons cannot be lawyers so there’s that.

  39. Rose says:

Kyron was in there viewing an electric project when a male asked for help
carrying in something from outside according to witnesses in the room,
who also reported Kyron looked to Mathews for permission, who nodded
affirmatively. So Kyron accompanied the man out. Her room was en route
between the cafeteria & outside, and the boilerroom & outside, thus leading to a theory
he coukd’ve been bringing parent-supplied SF refreshments, or making a
routine food delivery to the cafeteria, or delivering something
to the Jewish School before/aftercare program. He may have secured Kyron &
reappeared in the building for an alibi. An odd duck on O comments, whose name boasts the
initials SR, first pretended Mathews was a “PTA lady,” then pretended that if a staffer her role was
to validate TH’s 8:45 whereabouts. While others treated her respectfully, my opinion was this was
disinformation boosting about what witnesses reported of SZ’s movements. How DY can bear

Do these nitwits realize that if LE/DA thought for a minute or had proof that DDS lied to the grand jury they would have arrested her for perjury by now(making sure she did not lie to the GJ was probably the reason for the LDT following her testimony). Since DDS has limited immunity she probably would not be included in any case against TH so there would be no reason to let her have her freedom. I would also add that if any useful information (in the effort to arrest TH) had been revealed by DDS then TH would have been charged or arrested.

On an interesting side note, there are several HC member who are openly into witchcraft etc. It begs question, given the link to the missing boy you mention in Frink’s 1989 link, if Kyron’s disappearance is somehow related to that dark realm as well – beyond the proverbial ‘witch hunt’. We know TH was Christian (her education is from NW Christian Univ), and KH is alleged to be an athiest. Where could this connection come from, if related to Kyron? Was the lady affiliated with the converted church across from Skyline, where the early pressers were held, connected to that aspect? Was the Holmes teen into this stuff?

Did they ever find that Lee Eisley (sic) child? I’m hitting zero in my searches about his case, and would like to know how that case resolved. It occurred about 11 years after my nephew was lost out of Eugene – which my sister believes was not an accident but she suspects her son was a victim of a serial abduction.

It is Iseli and yes, he was one of the victims of Westley Allan Dodd- no tie to the “anonymous allegations of Satanist involvement”, etc.

  49. Rose says:

    It gets better

In his appeal, Gable contends their original incriminating testimony came from police tactics that included the relentless abuse of polygraph tests.

David Raskin, a polygraph expert who examined records in the Gable case, said in affidavit filed on Gable’s behalf that witnesses were “intensely interrogated, pressured, coerced and frightened by the angry and sometimes violent behavior of the interrogators.”

He said he found serious misconduct in how police polygraph examiners tested those who subsequently pointed the finger at Gable.”

    http://www.oregonlive.com/pacific-northwest-news/index.ssf/2014/10/frank_gable_cites_new_evidence.html#incart_related_stories

Mr Bend was right, & TH was foolish. And anyone subject to same tactics would “vent” and “weep,” and look to a spouse for comfort. And I do not think Kaine was naive about the tactics used on the innocent. Imo he had his own agenda. After TH mothered his child all those years, and dealt with his troubked ex on his behalf, imo he behaved in a morally bankrupt fashion.

Evidently local police violent poly behavior was well known in local defense Bar in 2010.

I am going to say that across the board, for a variety of reasons, but the biggest one is the lack of skill set consistency and administering of the exam- I am very apprehensive of their “result” and the industry standard from the psych community is they consider about 1/3rd of them to be accurate or reliable. I am trained and hold an advanced certification through Reid, if I see an interviewer has that background, I feel a smidge better.

That said- I hold a special esteem for Raskin- in my view he is the best in the world currently.
