Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage

Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing,  Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.

Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW,  a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.

In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud-  the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper,  Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.

Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

I don’t think Kyron was abducted by a satanic circle/person due to abductor’s high level of planning & organization–higher than Terri’s. looking for an IQ off the charts imo along with callous detachment. Imo fits someone in higher levels of computer profession.

There is no evidence of any satanic or any permutation thereof “group” was/is organized and practicing criminal acts for their cause- the Satanic Panic thing was a very real factor but once again I refer to Ken Lanning.

I hope I am not repeating what someone else has already posted here. It bothers me a great deal to note that the BKH website has a news page link on it which shows that its admins as well as all its readers/followers can read the latest and greatest news reports written about….well, written about TMH lately. The most recent 3 articles on that website’s news page are all about TMH.

I think that’s telling everyone that the BKH page is tuned right into the belief that TMH is responsible for Kyron being missing. I’m sure this has been discussed among many of you before, but staring at the “news” page provided by the BKH website has rattled me this afternoon.

The bio parents have the right to find out the status of the investigation. Has KH done so? Has Desiree done so?

    What are these people doing??

    http://www.bringkyronhome.org/news/

I believe that is simply an RSS feed link based on search data so that the site comes up in searches for TMH- increasing it’s google juice as it is competing for donations. That said, Kaine is on record saying he believes TMH is involved- he just can’t can’t say anything that could be construed as harassing per the custody stipulation.

@nelmel. I believe under the custody settlement terms that the Foundation’s website cannot feed articles on its front page news articles villifying TH under the guise someone else wrote it, or it’s someone else’s words. At least under a normal Family Court judge, and we know Kantor was some kind of “fast one.” (Not that I’ve looked, but am relying on you.) He fully controls that corporation, which bears a Horman name, and was thecustodial parent of Kyron. He cannot hide behind Foundation “skirts. It isparticularly reprensible that such a feed is in pursuit of “google juice” and thus, bottom line, money. Houze’s para needs to take daily screen shots for a month.

I certainly don’t agree with it- but I think it would be a tough argument to sell harassment when it only features a link of constitutionally protected prose. Kaine did not write it nor did he comment or quote about it.
Now, if he directly comments negatively, etc, then I would agree there is a case for cause/remedy.

LE never called my nephew’s case a ‘crime’. They ruled it an ‘accident’. The family has never sat well with that opinion. He went to school one day and never came home, until 9 days later when his body was found over 100 miles away in Longview WA. Ronnie had a new bike waiting for him at home. He wouldn’t have run away. He was a mentally disabled 8 1/2 year old (had been held back to first grade), and could not have accomplished the things they claim.

My sister believes a serial kidnapper took him. It has tormented her.

Thanks for the link on Wesley Alan Dodd. He would have been about 16 or 17 in 1978 when Ronnie went missing in Eugene.

What I was wondering was whether DY dropped her suit on Eldon’s advice because a conflict of interest of the Judge’s, or ex parte contacts that had led to his appointment, which would have been revealed had she continued, necessitating his recusal from her case & the Horman case. And the DA wouldn’t have wanted the latter. Stopping her case could as easily have been Judge related (maybe an ethics issue re his assignment), as Desiree or Kyron related.

Coincidentally, Ronnie was supposed to start Cub Scouts that weekend as well… another reason he would not have run away. He wanted to be a Scout more than anything.

    @ Rose says:
    January 20, 2015 at 6:05 pm

Ronnie was transported by train. But LE theory on how he ended up under a pile of wood chips in a train car is beyond his physical/intellectual ability. A series of screwups had to occur in order for it to even be possible, but moreover, Ronnie was not capable of the majority of their assumptions. In the LE theory, he got off a bus (which he never should have been on), played with some kids for a while until their parent called them in, and his physical trail ends there (his school papers and stuff are found nearby). He allegedly wandered several miles to a train yard, somehow climbed over or under a barbwire topped security fence unseen by yardworkers, climbed into the only belly dump car with a defective ladder so he couldn’t get out, and then a day and a half later, the train yard filled the car (without checking inside per protocols). His body was found in Longview WA when it was dumped onto a conveyor belt. Only a sharp eyed employee caught it before he went into the mill to be processed – or we would never have known anything…
The family thinks he was picked up from the street after the other kids went inside and he was left alone and lost in an area he was unfamiliar with. And then dumped into the rail car. His official cause of death was deemed “asphyxiation”, he also had a large bruise on his chest. He was not seen at any time after the kids went inside.
Coincidentally, his stepdad started working that day with the railroad as an engineer (different railyard), and Ronnie was proudly telling everyone about it. His stepdad was in Medford on a train, midway between a two day shift, so he was not a suspect at the time. My sister was home with two toddlers at the time, pretty much helpless to do anything. Back then, the LE refused to take a missing child report for several hours (well after dark). It was only when Ronnie’s grandpa, an officer with Lane County Sheriff gathered his own group of friends to search that anything was done to even initiate a case.

I doubt we’ll ever find out the truth, but I know that nobody was ever held accountable for any of the errors that day. The family did try to sue the school (for allowing bullying and for him to get on the bus), bus depot (for dropping him in an unapproved location) and railyard (for the broken ladder that would have kept a healthy child from escaping, and not looking before loading), but they instead put my sister and brother-in-law on trial instead. It was horrible. And that was before the internet. I see now what would have happened, and it’s despicable.

    Yreka, Cailf.
More than two years after being charged with theft of public funds, former Mount Shasta Fire District chief Chris Baker may have his trial set on May 28, said District Attorney Kirk Andrus.

Baker is accused of using the fire district’s credit card for unauthorized, personal charges between $5,000 and $10,000 over about a year’s time in 2011, Andrus said.

Baker was approving charges on the district’s credit card “without another set of eyes approving them,” said Andrus.

Baker, who resigned from his position as the district chief in January 2012, is being represented by the Siskiyou County Public Defender’s office and has since relocated to Oregon. His trial has been postponed at least two times over the past two years.

Baker is also charged with two counts of willfully providing false statements to obtain unemployment insurance benefits, Andrus said.

Though Baker has pleaded not guilty, he repayed a portion of money back to the district via cashier’s checks, which have yet to be deposited.

    Some truth from Dante Trudel

In light of all the recent deaths I think this is something everyone could stand to read

I have just gotten up to here with this stuff (people in the sport dying from age 28 to 52).

We got a slew of terribly insecure bodybuilders from 17 to 24 following these junkies (and thats what they are JUNKIES…THEY ARENT ATHLETES) in this sport such as the guy with the initial B.L. (I wont even say his name) pronouncing that you need up to 13 grams of stuff to win a local Cali show (in which nobody else showed up.) Its time a group of people stepped forward in this sport and said ENOUGH…and embarrassed the people who will spend 3000 dollars on gh but not 98 dollars on a complete CBC.

GROUP1: Approaches this endeavor as an athlete, will squeeze blood from a stone with training, diet and supplements and does their absolute best to make health a priority while going for their goals. Group2: Junkies, that come from a terribly insecure background, feel that they are nothing without bodybuilding and are walking pharmacies with candyass training and halfass eating. I state that because its really going to take an US VS THEM mentality to change the culture here.

Makes you wonder if that is why Baker left Xtreme Edge.
