Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

Here is my understanding of how Gofundme works.
Gofundme is an online fundraising web site. Gofundme is not meant to be an ongoing charity site. People are supposed to ask for monies for a specific cause then like say $20,000 for a special wheel chair. When the goal of $20,000 is reached and the purchase of said wheelchair complete then the Gofundme page is removed.
The amount of monies you see on the site is the total that has been donated so far. The amount that has been spent so far or changes in the total that Kelley has are not displayed because its not the amount of money Kelly has but its what has been donated so far.
It will be interesting if and when the donated amount reaches the requested goal of $50k if Gofundme will shut down her page because her stated goal has been reached.
So anyway even though the Gofundme total says $33k there could actually be very little money left in the fund for searches.
Ms. Ramirez addressed this in a letter on the site I believe. Ms. Young has worked in finance/accounting for years- if she wanted to provide an accounting of the monetary gifts she has received she most certainly could. Any charity in Oregon must be listed- and as such must indicate what, if any, portion of a donation is tax deductible. Food for additional thought- what would one think of someone taking in donations without specifically indicating they are NOT tax deductible to the giver, the recipient is NOT required to claim them but can deduct same as a charitable gift when paying an actual charity or foundation? Yeah, not bad, huh?

Regarding end of the school year – remember Portland is overflowing with
tourists from all over the world for the Rose Festival/Parade and other events including the Navy fleet, etc. Easy not to be noticed, and to come and go from the area. Could easily be locals out for themselves or to make a “sale”. Could be anything, could be nothing, but the city setting itself is rather like a giant science fair atmosphere for 3-4 weeks.

Not implicating Joe Keefer, but he brings up a type of person who might pull off an abduction of a child at school. Someone who might be seen as a kind of fixture, someone that pops in and out and is related to a staff member. (Mother is a teacher, etc. visits her often, shared transportation, scenarios like that. Someone who is there, but not really there. Maybe someone employed by PPS, but is not really on duty, doesn’t work at Skyline, his wife does, for example. Someone thought to belong, but really has no business being there. Someone in and out and if the staff member were aware of their presence at Skyline that day might not bring up their name to LE; 1) they wouldn’t want to implicate their relative or 2) don’t want to face what their relative might have done.

Although some coaches do have to teach regular classes in smaller schools, I have only known one who really was able to teach it. A baseball coach who was a top level algebra teacher. All the freshmen and juniors wanted to take his class.
History and geography today have fallen on bad times because they no longer teach it with meaning. Learning a large number of event dates is not history. The stories and facts are what are important. The stories of how and why things happened as well as what is history.
Challenge: If you were given a test where all you had was the physical shape of countries around the world with 45 as the total number,how many could you correctly identify?
Computer coders are a different breed. They just don’t behave the same as other people. IMO some are off the charts nuts regarding ordinary social behavior.
There are actually three or four levels of programming with the toughest work being low level languages where one has to know how the machine actually works. Scripting languages such as Java are the easiest. Language design falls into the same level as the low level languages. Real time systems are often time constrained so that assembler code which is the fastest code is required for those activities.
The C language which was developed at Bell labs is often used for a lot of development. The designers mad it possible to create libraries of common routines to speed up the work and to have tested code segments ready to work. They also allowed for hooks to assembly routines where speed was required.
In my past professional life in the Fortune 100 IT consulting field- we used every sort of top tier coding and scripting asset- in the US, these folks are hard to come by in terms of other classifications and at the time (1990-2002, 2006-2007) our clients were bringing them in on VISA. 9/11 for obvious reasons changed that process as well as advances in technology so much of that work is done via offline intranet development portals, etc. Folks with those creds do not get laid off or have a lack of work, period. Coding in gaming is also a very different animal than OS code.
Simply put- for the most part I never encountered a coder (floabt) that was not more comfortable in front of a computer than around people in general. I always thought if one was pretty social they would not likely be drawn to that work in the first place. It is my belief that someone like that who included the potential for deviant and/or criminal behavior would stand out, given the opportunity. They are incredibly difficult to catch as a result.

It’s like a game with a series of “can o’ worms” – if somebody ignored or closed a “can” years ago, YOU don’t want to be the one to open it, and how would you know which one to open first anyway (wait till you can’t avoid it)? THIS is why new supts and new board members and independent investigators don’t really fix anything – you have to have a prioritized list of “cans-in-hiding” (which is difficult since they are hiding), the resources and expertise to open and sanitize the contents, and the ability/authority to make sure nobody uses the “can” approach ever again.
Lead in water is simply the contents of one can – I didn’t say they were small. I see the Hormon investigation as the contents of another one of the cans. It will be forced open one day, followed by a claim about protocols, etc. I know it sounds farfetched, even like a conspiracy thing, but I kid you not. One factor that makes it so tough to “win” this game is that the responsibility for sealing and avoiding entire cans of information belongs to so many different people and groups over the years and covers such a variety issues – testing, segregation, budget waste, hiring practices, and on and on. Creative record-keeping goes with it which makes it hard to track or prevent. Often it isn’t intentionally poor management at many levels – you play the hand you’re dealt and sometimes you lose never knowing quite what hit you.
After all my complaints about PPS, I sound like I’m trying to make excuses now, but that’s not my intent. Those who take on the leadership of such a ship had better know how to keep it afloat even when it leaks. This ship is full of children and hardworking employees and is fueled by tax dollars – and definitely deserves a better fate.

Thanks for your comment Rose. I was born the same year in the same town and kept track of his life beginning with his Golden Gloves awards as a kid. Boxing wasn’t my thing, but I never believed that boxing defined him as a person. I respected and learned from him. He was an actor in a movie almost nobody ever heard of but I think it’s still available if you hunt. “Freedom Road” based on the book by Howard Fast, I believe. It’s worth watching if only to view another side of him and the history involved. Unfortunately the later DVD version is about 90 minutes and the original story on VHS was twice that. Ossie Davis and Kris Kristofferson were also in it.

I see why you posted that erose. She laughed about polygraphs saying since her defendant passed one, she no longer believed in them. A professionally executed reluctant representation, if you ask me, and the 12 yo didn’t have to testify to secure a conviction.

Let those who want take the GED and go straight to a vocational school. But don’t confuse that with a
high school diploma and curriculum. Anyway, to me the joke is after Kate’s training of those for vocational

After 25 years in the business sometimes consultant sometimes as an employee) I could list computer languages, scripting languages file systems, databases and interfaces all day that I have developed in. I have written a lot of code in many computer languages.
I would also like to include that 3 of my children are Software developers/consultants(coders). Both my siblings my husband and most of our friends are software developers. None of us have temporal lobe weakness (impervious to social adjustment issues) the reason most of us have friends in the computer industry is that our conversations (which we think are very interesting) are really very boring to other people.
Coding to me was fun like doing a crossword puzzle.

Many times in meetings I had to arrange coding talent presentations. I always had to say- leave the bits and bytes for your colleagues- these people want the head chef. Trust me, the joke was frequently on me/us- as I negotiated many of their hourly consulting rates.
The context was such that I posited the possibility of a SZ being efficient in the ways of the web and we were just establishing I felt my reference had more to do with an individual who figured out TOR and encryption protocols which are often associated with deviant criminal profiles ( short version). I appreciate you sharing your personal perspective.

Did Kyron attend any car shows in the spring of 2010, shortly before his disappearance? Kaine doing all these car shows and drag races, why? Is it because they’d been attending many of them?
Would be interesting if TMH could give us some of the activities Kyron either attended or participated in say, a two month period before he disappeared. If this child was being followed, which seems possible to me, maybe the man was some casual acquaintance that Kyron met at some sporting event, or some school function. I’m sure the FBI would have already done this though, right? Did they ask the bios to think back and let them know if any particular person may have shown special interest in him?
Did and no. That said, TMH is on record re concerns for Kyron’s demeanor/behavior so it would be relevant as to origin.

I agree completely with your assessment of coders basic intelligence and their ability to study a problem and work out solutions. That to me is what makes them difficult to catch when they commit a crime. Their problem solving skills allow for mentally trying several modes of committing a crime and then playing a “what If” scene to expose the problem areas.
If they are programming games, they must think of all possible situations and how to organize the code to handle them. They to me would be the most dangerous type of criminal..

I wondered why she didn’t become head custodian but Joe has experience as a head custodian in other schools, or maybe she prefers nights, or maybe the facility requires particular skills (we had a dickens of a boiler) or some other reason.
Anyone know the identity of the custodian who did not return to Skyline in 2011 and was not on the list?

The level of work for a custodian can range from simple clean-up tasks to maintaining all the equipment. The old time custodians did it all. As a result, they knew every part of a building and what was in it.
Today, with outside contractors, clean-up may be the primary tasks. The outside contractor would be charged with providing people for maintenance and repairs. This could be a different person for ordinary electrical, another for heating and air conditioning and still others for carpentry and plumbing needs. A lot of people that could be on the premises on a regular basis with little attention from staff and teachers.
A lot of school districts do not contract the work and provide in-house people who work from a maintenance facility, moving from building to building making repairs.
We did discuss at one time the contractor who was responsible for mowing the grass.
Another area is bus drivers. Most districts have their own buses and provide drivers. This is an area of large turnover. I see signs on school district properties advertising for drivers year around. Small districts and private schools often contract with a commercial school bus company who provide buses and drivers.
All of this adds up to a large number of people who regularly have access to a school property.

Did Kyron attend any car shows in the spring of 2010, shortly before his disappearance? ……Would be interesting if TMH could give us some of the activities Kyron either attended or participated in say, a two month period before he disappeared. If this child was being followed, which seems possible to me, ….

It’s possible there are only a few reasons for Kyron to disappear like that:
1. Either someone was doing a vendetta against dad
or
2. This was totally random … someone grabbed him because it was easy to do at the time.
or
3. The mom is involved in some way that nobody knows about yet.
The entire family situation seems so strange that all possibilities should be looked at, nothing assumed as to innocence of anyone, etc.

I would add the open house was advertised on the Skyline Marquee for approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

PPS contracted out to a separate bus driving company.
The mower was an employee of Portland Parks and Recreation.
We know Skyline’s electrical equipment was too antiquated to
be modifiable for solar panels and was housed in an outside barnlike structure.
What was unique about Skyline is that it was the first school in Portland
to “host” Bonneville Power’s Foundation and the lical rollout of their Solar for Schools
which brought Bonneville’s electrical subcontractors onto school property and SforS’s employees
into classrooms.
Blink, there was a custodian Salem Masic, who appeared to be quite a workaholic for the PTA Green team,
who had transferred from Skyline to another school about Feb 2010 and thus since he no longer worked at Skyline, he was not on the list. He was brought back to help out Moylan after the abduction due to the increased workload. I think he might have been covering in 09-early ’10 while she was on
leave for some reason. But he was not there in Fall 2010.
If the Hormans could not identify a local source for TMH’s concerns re K’s demeanor/behavior, the 1000 lb gorilla
in the room is examining the Medford milieu as an origin. The FBI merely asking that line of questions would incense the Youngs imo and lend urgency to their id of TH as perpetrator.

Just to clarify my profile is based on what I would call a deviant sexual predator criminal pedophile and is based on study of the FBI protocol and training of same, which to my knowledge cannot be excluded as far as Kyron’s disappearance. I am only using known elements and information to base my opinion on this- which is for profile purposes of an unidentified offender seen by MULTIPLE witnesses. This type of crime can and has been committed by both sociopaths and psychopaths.

What is unclear is about the outsider he was seeking to hire (Reese). Due to the sentence structure the question is whether Staton’s allegedly contentious relationship was with Reese or with his former organization (PPB).
Someone interviewed on NPR recently said no one could diagnose Trump as a narcissistic
personality disorder who had not examined & treated him as a professional, so he would limit
himself to characterizing him as “psychological waywardness.” I kind of like that term. It fits the HC leadership when
psychotic statements are made that on their face cannot be true. But if someone on the HC
repeatedly shows leadership in advancing psychotic statements about TH, but is NOT psychologically wayward, what is his motive to direct the public to “Terri is guilty”? that someone is a senior software engineer, lived near enough to Skyline, with apparently a distance coding job in another State? Why would a coder make repeated accusatory statements of Terri on the HC? The motive is unlikely to be psychological waywardness.
