In an Exclusive development to blinkoncrime.com, a Portland local, declining to be identified, provides the bombshell revelation that Terri Horman was behind the 5:16PM call to 911 last June 26th.

The object of her “threat based” call to 911 requiring officers response?

The Landscaper, in his white truck, on her property, demanding his payment for $10,000.

The same Portland source confirmed that an undercover detective, playing the role of an associate of the landscaper turned alleged assassin, was present. It was also confirmed a bulk of the incident was overheard on the police scanner.  The Truck registration and plate were called in on an open channel as well.

What they did not count on, during the surreptitious meeting, was that Terri Horman would shut down the brief meeting and call Police; thwarting what they were hopeful would end in an arrest.

Kaine Horman had been advised to remove the couples 18 month old daughter in advance, for their safety, earlier in the day.

Upon deputies arrival, as informed by Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office about the sting, detectives were forced to tell Terri Horman she was a suspect.  Horman hired Stephen Houze, prominent Portland defense attorney by Monday June 28th.

The identity of the landscaper has been withheld as this is an ongoing investigation, but blinkoncrime.com has learned that it is contained in the sealed portion of the restraining order obtained by Kaine Horman.

One of the primary objectives of the press conference directed by Capt. Monte Reiser of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office was cleary to deflect meritless speculation about Kyron’s family that has permeated the web. It was also revealed MCSO has advised Kyron’s family that there are indications they need to be prepared for a long term search effort.  Having followed and written about more similar cases to this than I care to, I can tell you from this press conference content I am confident the family has been cleared of any suspicion or involvement in this case.

Earlier in the day, search efforts utilized a Black Hawk helicopter in the Sauvi Island area, maintaining altitude at about 100 feet from the surface.

Maintaining a sweep pattern above land and water surfaces, the aerial imaging equipment and technology is specifically designed to produce thermal,  underwater and surface ground disturbances and anomalies. Those images are then analyzed by a geospatial imaging expert and juxtaposed or compared to the most recent satellite imagery available for the coordinates in an effort to exlude or include areas where Kyron might be.

According to a parent of a student at the Skyline School, whose identity is being withheld by blinkoncrime.com, while the FBI did question all students in the school,  there are several sets of parents who have not been interviewed.  It is the parents opinion that information was developed about halfway through the interviewing process that rendered additional parent interviews unnecessary.

Search efforts resumed today for Kyron Horman, check back to blinkoncrime.com for updates.

VAN DER SLOOT CHARGED IN HOLLOWAY CASE, MURDER IN CHILE

BREAKING NEWS

Birmingham, AL– Joran Van Der Sloot, suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, and now the murder of Peruvian woman Stephany Flores Ramirez, is facing Federal extortion charges in Alabama.

On or about May 10, 2010, A person known to Mr. Van Der Sloot wire transferred $15,000 from an Alabama bank to a financial institution in the Netherlands.

The complaint, who does not name the party who dealt with Van Der Sloot directly, goes on to say that the funds were a deposit to secure the location of Natalee Holloway’s remains and the circumstances in which she died.

Extortion

It would appear, given the date of the filing today, that Joran Van Der Sloot was the focus of a Federal sting.

Who was he attempting to extort?

Sources, willing to speak to blinkoncrime.com only on the condition of anonymity, suggest the victim of Van Der Sloot’s extortion plot was none other than Natalee’s mother, Beth Holloway.

Ms. Holloway has been unavailable for comment since the news of Joran’s involvement with the Peruvian murder broke, and has not answered requests for interviews.

Stephany Flores Ramirez was murdered in her hotel room on the 5th anniversary of the disappearance of Natlee Holloway.

Is it possible he found out about the sting, and snapped to get back at the mother of the very girl who many believe also met her end in his hands?

The inconceivable in this case is becoming more conceivable by the moment.
