Casey/Caylee Anthony Case: Cindy Anthony “Casey Had To Have Help”
Orlando, CA– The audio of a voice mail message left for Sgt. John Allen, Orange County Sheriff’s Office previously released in transcript form, was released today.
The recording is 3 minutes and 46 seconds whereby Cindy Anthony tells Sgt Allen she does not feel OCSO is looking into things presented by her family, does not want her parents contacted and that they are only interested in pointing the finger at Casey and not finding Caylee.
This release comes on the heels of Oprah Winfrey’s decision to cancell the Anthony’s appearance on her show next week, and the cancellation of their appearance as key note speakers in a highly lauded Victim’s Advocate Memorial Conference.

Cindy & George Anthony should be ignored. Oprah Winfrey’s decision to cancel was excellent! I do not like how every visit or conversation in the investigation is put on national news.
Casey Anthony has been found guilty by me and the general worldwide public. The sunshine law is over the top.
For a 3:16 minute audio, that felt like there was some sort of time/space black hole! What a piece of work Mrs.Anthony is. She is the master of the blame game. It’s odd that she as well as Casey, say they want to help in the investigation, but somehow the LE is always the fall guys as to why they can’t be of assistance. Again, someone else’s fault. Why didn’t she spend this much effort hammering her own child for the answers? It seems in Cindy’s world factual answers are not essential, they just might clear up the muddy waters they spend so much time stirring. Thanks Blink
Hello, yall! I am getting worried about the outcome of all this circus..getting cheezier and every comment I saw about A’s intervew was how sorry we should feel about them…None of them is credible , changing stories, lies, conspiracy etc..Do you think they can trick a Jury?

I remember how pathetic I thought it was back when this recording was made that CA was under the assumption that she was running the investigation. I would never dream of calling the co-lead investigator in my grandchild’s murder case and threaten him. She tells him that either he can look at this or she will go to the media.
I hope that when the trial is over and they no longer need the A’s testimony that they arrest them all on the way out of the courthouse. I also hope they resist arrest and have to be pepper sprayed and end up with a few knots on their thick heads.

Hey Blink, that’s not really a new find and I wish I’d posted the link for you to have seen it first! I’d found the more complete listings of recent depos on cfnews13 and listened to that recording awhile back after it was posted. They list the call with a Jan not July date, but that was obvious.

Notice the fumble when she goes to speak about the FBI, not wanting to admit that she’d already brought the FBI in, and even told them about the picture of Caylee in that apt. The fumble turns into ‘I heard it on the radio that you were talking to the FBI. She intends to not share with the LE at that point, about having talked already to the FBI. (in FBI interview, Cindy shows the picture to them with the Zanny apartment, saying she may as well tell them because it will go public real soon. Cindy was giving the LE a chance to know about the picture first– that was very nice of her, and also all of her advice how to handle it.

Today Nancy Grace replayed Cindy’s calls to 911. One thing about Cindy’s call in which she stated her granddaughter was missing that has always struck me as disturbing is, when the intake officer asked her what Caylee was wearing. Instead of saying I don’t know what’s she’s wearing, I haven’t seen her in 31 days,as she previously stated to the input officer Cindy without missing a beat responded by describing Caylee as wearing a white shirt, and Blink the shorts she described initally to the input officer, now seem to match the description of the shorts Caylee was found wearing. I now wonder if little Caylee was found wearing a white shirt. If this turns out to be the case and Cindy’s Initial description actually match the clothes Caylee was found in…Blink that would mean Caylee was killed prior to ever having another outfit change.

Blink, have you any first hand information from anyone who actually heard ‘the fight’ of the evening or night of June 15th? There was an interview with Cindy that talked about Cindy returning home from the visit with her father and mother, she made Caylee supper or they ate, then went out to the pool together for a swim. Casey came home later and Cindy’s story said that Casey wanted to go swimming with Caylee but Cindy said it was now too chilling temps for her. Was this where the ‘fight’ that was alleged, said to have happened or started? Was there any other support for a heated arguement between the two women and was this in front of the child? (did the parents and Casey always fight or argue in front of, or within hearing range of the child?)
Cindy of course says now, the argument never happened. Cindy also talked ‘too much’ about how it was not her style to put hands on her child (to LE or FBI– she went on quite a bit about this– maybe too much). Casey won’t likely take the stand at trial to contradict Cindy so Cindy could be safe with her version of events come trial time.
Did you ever interview neighbors or anyone with primary knowledge of the events of that evening? Or is this just Casey’s word against her mother?
There is a neighbor (not Burner) on record stating they overheard them fighting that evening and then Cindy took off. Lee told Leonard. Shirley Pleasea emailed her sister and son Rick about it. I am going to decline to say other than Leonard which one of those folks I spoke to until after the trial for obvious reasons.
Cindy can say whatever she wants. That fight happened, and imo is the catalyst for what ultimately happened to Caylee. B

Blink, was surprised to read this, as I have never heard the above description you mentioned ever having been released.
As I stated to you the only description of the clothes Caylee was last seen in to my knowledge was given by the grandmother the day she called the police and reported Caylee missing. The reason I felt the description of the clothes matched what the grandmother had described to the input officer questioning her,is because we now know the same shorts Caylee was found to be wearing at the time of her discovery. Also the same seen in a video in which Casey was playing with Caylee on the floor. And match the description of the shorts Caylee was wearing when the Grandmother made her missing person’s report. (And according to Melich’s report details the items that were found inside the bags by Dr. Gary Utz, the lead pathologist assigned to the case. Those items were describes as a Winnie the Pooh blanket, a pair of Circo brand size 24-months pink and white striped shorts, the collar of a t-shirt, and parts of what appears to be a pair of pull-up pants for a child.)

yes, but there is a 3 mi margin for error in that area, so technically no such thing as “exact”. Casey visited Stutz the next day in Tony’s jeep, imo to go the house undetected. Remember all the calls the next day? Casey did not have her car and maybe not her garage door opener so she would have had to use the pad to get in. Parents parked in the garage so she had no way of knowing if they were home. That or Caylee was in Casey’s trunk already and she did not want to drive around.

Can’t discuss. To Rick’s credit, he has never appeared on camera because he only ever came forward to do right by his family and Caylee. Cindy even had the stones to turn their Mother against him over it. It is profoundly sad what has been done to a family over this tragedy. By all accounts, the Plesea’s are a well thought of family in Ohio.

Since you are a friend of LP I was wondering if you could answer a question that I would love to put to him.
I believe that when he went down to bond Casey out of jail, he genuinely had an open mind about the possibility that Caylee had been kidnapped. I have always wondered at what point did he realize he had been had and how long did it take? Did the Anthonys EVER make an honest effort to “find” Caylee?
I found it very revealing that in the Depos, George says their private investigator didn’t give them regular reports. Isn’t that strange that they could berate LE for not doing their jobs but they hire an investigator and don’t care if he reports to them or not? Of course, Cindy says differently and also says that the PI is still “keeping and eye” on someone in Puerto Rico.

Would be great if Cindy makes a slip past Brad, in some email or communication in writing or recorded, against Oprah’s honesty and integrity so that her well endowed forces that be behind her, can put Cindy in her place.

Since we know Casey didn’t shoot Caylee and there was no blood evidence, she wasn’t stabbed. (ergo, no gun/no knife)
WHAT IF: the specialist is there to document tool marks (like a shovel which Casey stole from her parents’s neighbor). C
Casey was obviously RUSHING and in TOTAL panic burying Caylee, so she might have [inadvertently] STRUCK one of little Caylee’s bones — or skull; some body part of Caylee which impacted ON THE BONE.
ERGO: a tool mark specialist would be the one to uncover any strange marks that might be on Caylee’s bones or skull (whatever was left of them).
Every move the state has made has been well calculated and taking no chances. When have you ever seen that many CSI & other scientists at one crime scene?
Everything –whatever was in that burial ground is obviously GOING TO BE FOUND on Casey’s shoes (*Cindy washed the clothes –so the shoes become markedly more important to this case).
Whatever was in that burial ground had to be shared by Casey and Caylee. The burial ground materials are just a telling as human DNA. Thanks to the addition of all those animals buried over the years, NO WHERE ELSE in FL could match that specific site. THIS could be the SMOKING GUN.
It would also explain why the State collected all of Casey & Caylee’s shoes, clothes, etc.
RE: NEWEST Expert Witness State Prosecutors retained (the Veterinarian)
MY Thoughts about the Vet that state is presenting as expert witness: Casey could have gotten her hands on ketamine *animal tranquilizer but they would likely have found traces of it; and they DID find chloroform in Casey’s car.
Seems unlikely Casey did anything other than make some version of chloroform.*Which she obviously used WHENEVER she told her parents Caylee was with “Z=Nanny”).
Chloroform is likely Z-nanny. (It would be like Casey (her private little joke on her mother). Zanny puts little Caylee into dreamland so mommy can party -and do whatever all night long. Just put the kid in the trunk w/her Winnie blanket — and NIGHTY=nite.
Here’s my thought on the vet: what about all the ANIMAL DNA that had to be in the pet burial ground? Pet cemeteries would have compositions unlike ANY anywhere else. WHAT IF that ANIMAL DNA was found on BOTH Casey and Caylee.
They would need a vet to discuss that. The fact Caylee was buried in Casey’s pet cemetery has always seemed significant (to me).
Poetic justice that Casey hung herself following her own patterns. Whatever the content, it is highly likely soil experts,
DNA, botanists and bug experts could PINPOINT that site as different from any other on earth. Caylee was buried there, so it was all over her! Casey buried her THERE, so whatever was THERE is all over Casey’s stuff.(Car, shoes, shovel, etc)
While the State is closing every loophole and identifying various other scientists and experts *like the vet and the tool marks/weapons experts….THEY are proceeding carefully on track.
Contrast the State’s methodical, exacting progress with Baez desperately searching for cell records on people only remotely involved in this case.
The humor in that (hilarious) as he actually filed a motion w/the court to keep his phone requests “secret” so th state wouldn’t get a clue about his alleged “trial strategy,” when clearly trying to link these diverse people is ridiculous.
Talk about your wild goose chase *(and as long as he’s chasing his tail, nobody is coming up w/any defense for Casey).

I am surprised he is not on the States wittness list. I think Casey left the house and perhaps Cindy tried to follow her. Or Cindy left and then Casey snuck out later. I have always believed George was lying about the 16th in the morning. I question George’s addictive behavior a nonsmoker but perhaps he is fond of the drink. I believe Casey’s car was parked in Toni lot by the garbage dumpster on the 17th with Caylees body in it.
Yes Cindy was the one with integrity. She cancelled on Oprah. What? Anyone this case touches tarnishes them. I am so glad that Oprah cancelled this interview. The ‘accomplice spin’ is from Cindy and Annie in their statements to police. Both said same thing after Annie had spent time with Cindy and Casey in the house, of course.
karen lee ,thanks for the # 27 info it fits with my idea that the body was redug up and the shovel hit the body, i didnt know that it was determined that the body had been buried(in the dirt underground) where’d you get that?& was it truth or rumor that george knew the cars was at amscot?
If Casey left the house on the night of June 15th. Where did she stay? In her car all night at some nearby park? She did not stay at Tony’s but she was on the phone with him most of the night until early hours going into June 16th I dont know, why would she leave with Caylee other than to spite her mother. If she did leave with Caylee that night, then that is the night she died.
If Casey and Cindy did swim in the pool that day (June 15th) it must have been pretty late in the day. Cindy and Caylee were in Mt. Dora with Shirley Plesea, had dinner and “left later in the evening” It is at least an hours drive from Mt. Dora to Hopspring Dr.
So if Cindy and Casey went swimming, Caylee must have been asleep by then. How could they go in the pool and not be watching Caylee. George was at work, so no one else was there to watch her. I cannot imagine that Cindy did not confront Casey as to the missing money from Grandma. Did they have that confrontation in the pool and neighbors heard it. Or was it afterwards, outside in the front because a neighbor saw Cindy drive off.
Did they swim at all? Was Cindy just trying to make it sound like it was a pleasant evening.
If George did see Casey and Caylee the next day before he went to work (BTW he said Caylee was wearing a jean skirt, pink top, sunglasses with white trim, hair in ponytail, white backpak with monkeys on it) They certainly did not go far evidenced by phone records. Of course, where could Casey go except nearby Park or Coffee Shop until George left for work. Casey had to keep up pretense that she worked. She could not go to friends house or boyfriends house that time of day. Her usual practice was probably to drive around depending on the day until her parents went to work and come back home after they left. Then she would leave again before her mother got home. And on and on.
If George did see Them that day then they left and came back soon after he left for work. This would make sense to me. Sometime between 3:00 and before Cindy arrived back home from work Caylee was dead and Casey either left her in hidden in the yard (not buried) or put her in the trunk of her car. Casey stayed at Tony’s that night and every night after that but returned to the home numerous times between the 17th and the 27th. She was seen on at least 2 ocassions backing her car into the garage and of course she borrowed a shovel from neighbor.
On the 24th, I believe she was surprised to find George home, because he had an interview that day so he left work to go home and get cleaned up. That is the day she gave him back the gas cans. George said he did see in the trunk of her car. All he saw was clothes and that the gas cans were in the blue collapsable holder thing.
LE did dig in several areas of the yard but found that the landscaping plastic in the areas of interest was not broken through.
Cadaver dogs did hit on some bricks or pavers in the yard. Were there not pavers in Caseys car that George took out and put back in the yard. I could not find that anywhere.
The area that Caylee was found was not the same area where the “kids would go to hang out and bury their pets” As far as I could figure out that area was much closer to the school, closer to the dead end part of Surburban Dr.
Why was there not anything about the conversation that Tony and Casey had in the early morning hours of July 16th. I find that very curious. Dont You???
I forgot I thought this was interesting. The Lady at Amscott said the car was left there on June 27th at 7:00am in the morning. When Tony picked up Casey that morning, he said she had groceries. It looked like it was groceries from her house, not the store. Some of the items were frozen pops. When would Casey have picked up these things from her house if they were still frozen. If the car was left there at 7AM she would have just come from her house if these items were frozen. Do you think at any point Caylee was in that freezer in garage or am I reaching. No, she couldnt have just been to her house the parents would have been home at that time in the morning I dont get that. By the time Tony would have got there to pick her up I would think everything would have been melted. Dont you??
News from PNW tonight, there was a woman whose 18 month old boy was left with the nanny yesterday and when she went to pick him up, both were gone.
Same story as Casey had!! With a couple big exceptions– mom was upset and police were alerted so she didn’t try to use her own RE-sources and tonight, breaking news just now, the babysitter and baby have been located together. The babysitter had a name, description and was a real person too.
And why is it that Cindy has such distain for authorities, she took lengths to describe how Casey had respect for police in her interviews with police (or FBI). She indicated that Casey learned from her, so she couldn’t have disrespect for law enforcement if that’s not what Casey learned from her (life according to Cindy). The threat to Allen wasn’t even well veiled.

according to the phone records, on June 16, the Anthony House calls Casey’s cell phone at 7:45AM. If Cindy left for work at 8AM, and Casey and Caylee were all tucked nicely in their beds, why was she calling Casey’s phone. Seems she doesn’t know where they might be?

At 8:46AM, Casey texts Tony. At 11:47 Tony calls Casey and they talk for 18 minutes followed by texting back and forth.
No more phone activity until 1:26, then texting Jesse and him responding. She calls Amy for 36 min then Jesse calls her for 11min.
Interesting—-
At 3:04, George calls Casey. Didn’t he say he saw her and Caylee before leaving for work around 3PM? She talks again to Tony an hour later.
THEN—-
the flurry of calls one minute after another from 4:10 – 4:25. Has anyone read or heard testimony about what was said between her and Tony during these specific conversations? When she spoke with Jesse, what was said? Did she leave voice mails at Lexus and on Cindy’s phone?
She doesn’t start calling people again until 6PM.

I have said that from day 1. You wont find another early cell phone call like that from the house to Casey. She wasn’t there, she wasn’t with Tony the night before, and she was driving Tony’s jeep that day to Stutz’s.. Where was she?

Hi Blink, following up with the June (b) 15th events, what is your timeline of events from Cindy’s return home with Caylee in the late afternoon through the argument? Is there also any real connection to Hard Rock Hotel because it reoccurs in Casey’s stories. Any more on the lanyard? I didn’t realize that Cindy’s wedding anniversary is also March 19th, that’s a coincidence for their daughter to be born on the same date.

To say what was his whereabouts that night? Perhaps he wasnt home and casey took Caylee with her to his place? I still think the worst happend prior to the flurry of calls on the 16th, but wouldn’t put money on it. This is all very sad to figure. Poor Little Caylee. I just hope she wasn’t scared and she didn’t suffer. :.-(
No testimony offered to that effect except to say Lee last saw Casey on Cindy’s birthday June 5th. Personally I believe those calls were to find out if the A’s were home and Caylee was deceased, God rest her soul.

In Tonys testimony, he said he allowed Casey to use his jeep “for the first time” on or after the 27th. It was after he picked her up from Amscott where she left her car. (So that had to be the 27th and before the 30th) She used his jeep once to go to Target. He said she was only gone about twenty minutes.
Now from June 30th to July 5th Casey had his jeep full time because she was without a car and he was in New York. So I am wondering if Chris Stutz was not wrong about the date that Casey visited his mothers house.
There is no transcript anywhere that I can find in regards to what Tony and Casey talked about all that time on June 16th.
Review Chris Stutz statement. Then Brian Burners. Her cell records and text. Brian places her there on the 17th and 18th, her cell pings on the 16th put her right there. It is possible, but I thought that timeline was pretty tight, and in my mind, says Caylee was in the trunk of her car already and she did not want to drive it.

When Casey showed up at the house on June 24th, she returned the gas cans to George. George said he was at or near the rear of the car and saw her take them out of the blue collapsable thing that they all have in their cars, and he also saw some clothes in her truck. He did not say or mention anything about an odor coming from the car at that time.
Amy says that on the 25th of June, Casey told her about the horrible smell in her car, that “her dad must have ran over something”. Casey again complained about the smell getting worse on the 26th, and then texted Amy on the 27th and said she “got rid of it” I believe in the early morning of the 27th is when Casey got rid of Caylee. I do think Caylee was dead on the 16th, but I think Casey moved Caylees body from the home to (some place) and then moved it again to where it was ultimately found.
Was Casey setting up a patsy in Jesse Grund in particular? I was reading NYItaliano’s selected chat transcripts with Casey online during June, I’d read this early on, but now with all the new information, read it again. If Casey was setting up her nanny story with a brand new friend, what better than a cop to be able to testify about the nanny, to be able to say that he heard the actual name ‘Zani’ a month or more before Caylee went missing, and to know things about the nanny, like she had a sister in Tampa, the sister got married the weekend of their online chat as Casey was waiting for the nanny to come babysit so she could go have some sex with NYItaliano that night, all the while on the hook, waiting for his great sex with her, she was filling him with her story facts that were also the reasons she could not come over, something she implied she was really wanting, and facts she told him that she needed to get away from ‘her element’ etc. So he would not want to think, ego-wise, that she was stringing him on, that she didn’t want him but to use him for some devious alibi. So this was a perfect way to back up her nanny existence story.
Casey got him hooked through sex, then she didn’t want that from him, she wanted to keep him ‘used’ and strung along for her story. She hadn’t seen him for 3 weeks, and he was feeling used in that conversation, he wanted her for a g/f but felt she was always putting him off. He also told LE that he felt used after sex with her (he felt like the girl when the guy gets up and leaves– he felt a bit used).
They also talked about Jesse, NYItaliano had met Jesse, maybe Casey wanted to infer some jealousy that could play out in Jesse as target of her scheme.
There is also the attempts to call Jesse into the ‘crime scene’ (car) with the call for help re: the gas situation, and when Tony did help Casey, she did not let him touch the cans or help put the gas into the car. Casey was not setting Tony up to be caught in her web. But she may have called Jesse in to help IIRR– fingerprints, etc on the crime vehicle possibly.
Cindy’s accusations of Jesse come from somewhere– Jesse was jealous, the temper (whoa– temper in an argument with Cindy??? Anyone who confronts Cindy has to speak up!!), the love for the baby (kidnapper loved Caylee according to Cindy’s theory), the ‘teaching you a lesson’ from Casey, supported by NYItaliano being a lover so jealousy in Casey’s ‘story’ being set up, and the target date of return of the baby being her birthday, Jesse knew the birthdate, loved the baby as his own, it would be a significant date for Jesse as he thought he was the father back then, and he had a key at one time to the Anthony home when they were engaged, said to have a key to Casey’s car still. And males might be more able to be thought of as killing a child in a fit of something, than a young ’10′ mother who has set up in pictures and videos, evidence of her loving her child. She could have been scheming for a long time.
The ‘nanny’ was a creation that allowed Casey to put Caylee into the role of something other than her child, and she could play the role for cameras, for her friends and think of Caylee in terms of ‘business’, it was her job just like on her resume, that way if she was tied down to mommy duties, it was because she was thinking of herself as the nanny, it was her ‘work’. This nanny creation kept Casey from being bored, the lies being so extensive and creative, were ways of keeping boredom at bay.
I think the pieces of this puzzle have been fitting together for Casey for a long long time and NYItaliano was at least one piece of this to come back and support the facts of Zani and her dog, jealousy between boyfriends perfect for the ‘payback’ excuse for someone taking the thing Casey showed so much love for on the surface. All set up.
Do you think we will hear more about this type of ‘boyfriend on the hook’ as part of Casey’s scheme?

What I was saying in #42 Comment was that “If Tony said Casey used his car “for the first time” on a day after he picked Casey up from Amscott on the 27th” Tony also said that she was only gone for about 20 minutes and that she went to Target.
Then when Tony went to New York on June 30th thru July 5th, Casey had his car the entire time.
My point was that Chris Stutz said Casey was at his mothers home on June 17th. I am saying that if what Tony said is true that Casey used his car for the first time after the 27th, then Chris Stutz date must be wrong. Casey could not have been there with Tony’s car. (unless of course Tony is wrong about when she first used his car)
uhmm, i think your have to be really careful trying to research the timeline ,i’d stick to the official court docs,(cuz some of the comments i’m reading seem to based on hearsay) and even the docs can be tricky cuz everyone seems to be date mistake ridden. Look AT CHRIS STUTZ STATEMENT IT IS DATED JUNE 30 TH 2008 AT ORANGE COUNTY CLERK THERE IS A CASE ON CASEY FILED ON JULY 8 2008 ok blink, burners drives a marroon ford and claims casey was at the house on june 23 24 th in a green small pick up truck (docstoc documents) he clearly says not an SUV doesnt that relate to zg22 driving citation info.? i think its kinda going out on a limb but yet another co inky dink.
i also find it odd, that george filed a police report for missing gas cans, but not for a gchild (im sorry but they labeled her missing twice)or an abandoned car w/death smell
One other thing about the new witnesses for the state– Blink, can you access ‘who’ this veterinarian is, private practice possibly used by the Anthony’s for any dogs in past years, my guess is that this veterinarian could be used to support the health of the K9 Cadaver dogs, and answer any defense questions about their ability to scent at that time, questions of difference in health, treatment of any conditions including preventative medicines, bortatella (a nasal vaccine ‘rumoured’ to have caused a police k9 in Canada to go off his ability to track at his normal level– don’t know if there is any support for this at all, that should be easy to test empirically and has probably been done).
Anyone wanting more info on how dogs scent, here is a book to check: ‘K9 Scent Detective: My Favorite Judge Lives in a Kennel’ by Jan Kaldenbach. Interesting read for the basics.
I am not sure that LE would need to give away any potential testimony of a veterinarian who might have treated an Anthony pet or have records that might show animal abuse, as is often thought of as a precursor to violence on humans. Like with a psychopath/sociopath who will turn to violent crimes, not just ‘business’ or fraud crimes as ‘the human interspecies predator’.
