SANDRA CANTU CASE: SOURCES- LAWLESS RELATIVE ARRESTED ON SEX CHARGES
BREAKING NEWS
Folsom, CA– As Melissa Huckaby awaits her arraignment in court this afternoon in San Joaquin County, Blinkoncrime.com has discovered the arrest last week of Timothy John Lawless, a relative to Huckaby and the Lawless family. Folsom Police Department verified this afternoon Lawless was arrested on April 15.
Timothy Lawless was arrested on THE EXACT SAME SEX CHARGE AS Huckaby. Lawless is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail under a $1Million Bond, charged with 10 counts of lewd and lacivious acts on a child under 14.
288. (a) Any person who willfully and lewdly commits any lewd or
lascivious act, including any of the acts constituting other crimes
provided for in Part 1, upon or with the body, or any part or member
thereof, of a child who is under the age of 14 years, with the intent
of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions, or
sexual desires of that person or the child, is guilty of a felony and
shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three,
six, or eight years.
Lawless is also charged with rape with a foreign instrument, but formal charges have not been formalized by the DA. Lawless’s next appearance in court is scheduled for May 14, 2009.

I was offbase the way I went about it? Are you talking about trying to verify a blog entry? There is nothing else out there to substantiate your headline yet. I am saying that you need to use a little caution in how you word a headline as these insinuations are spreading like fire on the internet.. just google the key terms..

And re read your WS post, that was not someone trying to verify anything. You made a few very broad and negative statements and you were wrong in your sentiment and comparisons. Hope you don’t mind if I jump in to point out that it is an offense that will result in being banned at WS to link to your site or even mention your name. Yes, victim’s advocacy at its best. Add to that the constantly edited comments and moving discussions to hidden areas, and it doesn’t take a genius to understand what is really going on, and to assess to true motives of the forum owner. I believe the advocacy of the site may be for one person and one person only. Any forum with honorable purposes and motivations gathers information from many sources and uses them for discussion and analysis, with proper attribution, of course. Trying to convince people that the situation is anything other than what it truly is, is simply ridiculous and futile. It is reminiscent of Cindy Anthony’s attempts to impose her altered version of reality on the public. It is working that well, Tricia.

Why does it matter if they are “blood relatives” or “relatives” or share the last name (coincidentally)? The fact is that TL & MH are losers who prey on innocent children….this is the relevant information to “take away” from the article. I don’t see how the headline “Lawless relative arrested on sex charges” implies BLOOD RELATIVE – because it doesn’t, as there exists relation by MARRIAGE (i.e. in-laws, etc)
I guess for the sake of people who want to complain the title could have been “Lawless arrested on sex charges”
Hello, I’m not familiar with this site but found it after seeing this arrest referenced in online newspaper comments. I have read this comment section with interest. Could you explain further your contention that this arrest was not on the Folsom PD “blotter”? I have worked for the agency that generated the newspaper report linked above and their process is to send freelancers to police departments to pick up that day’s arrest logs, so I can’t figure out how this arrest wasn’t included in that day’s logs from Folsom PD. Though it does look like the charge on Folsom PD’s log is different from the Sac Jail document.
Sure. Thanks for asking. If you check the police logs, this arrest does NOT appear. That is not how I found it. As a matter of fact, you cannot get any information about this individuals arrest personally other than what is in the screenshot of my post unless you complete and submit a PI request and they sign off first. When I inquired as to why the arrest was not on the logs, the answer I got was “maybe it went to the DA and because of the nature of the charges it was not included..” however, she was not sure.

The reason it seems you are a man is because of the way you write. Very strong, articulate, the no nonsense approach. I believe you have been perceived by many to not be a woman because women writers tend to inject more “soft” words, phrases, etc… As I mentioned before keep up the good work and know you have many who believe in you and also what is on your website.

It should also be noted that The Robersons have only one child, a girl named Rebecka. Lane and Connie Lawless have multiple children. It makes no sense that the Robersons would change their name/identity by switching their little girl for some boys/men much older and then move to Tracy and start up another church. If this were to be the case then there is an even bigger mystery going on… what happened to Rebecka?

Blink, thanks for clarifying that. I wonder how the agency’s freelancer got the info or knew to file a request for the info. Because their freelancers are paid per visit there’s not much of an impetus to do any extra digging. It’s easiest to just get the logs and send them in to the “home office” in Sacto.

I realize that you filed the PI request, I’m just saying that they got the info for the log from somewhere and if it wasn’t on Folsom PD’s arrest log when the freelancer visited Folsom PD, then they requested the basic info (name/DOB/charge/address). If they didn’t it would be available on those newspapers’ websites.

Yes, your probably correct on that. The booking number is not local to Folsom though, according to them. I SPECULATE the warrant may have come from a source other than Folsom PD, ie: the FBI.

Not to speak out of turn but, I was shocked when I saw his picture on facebook (the younger guy holding the little girl – there are several people with this name). I am positive that this is the guy that was in the picture with MH that has been previously posted. He was wearing a blue shirt in the MH pic.
I’ll try to find the previous picture and post here. Blink – do you recall this picture of MH with a guy in a bar? I’m convinced they are one in the same!

Is is a coincidence that AOL ran a news story April 23 on child porn with pictures asking for help in identifying any of the males in them? MH gets busted, TL gets busted, AOL is running that story? I am very thankful that I stopped wathching the news especially shows like Geraldo years ago. They are just puppets for the power elite in this country- well most of them.
