CAYLEE/CASEY ANTHONY CASE: GEORGE AND CINDY FACING CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IN CAYLEE MEMORIAL SITE “STING”
The following article is written “Onion Style”, I could not take covering it any other way.
Orlando, FL– It would seem the denial of the removal of items from the makeshift memorial site where the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony were found, by her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony was, well, caca.
On Monday evening, when two women attempted to replace the cross that was recently removed, they were stunned to see a woman appear out of the shadows and place the cross in a dark colored vehicle. As that vehicle left the scene, one of the women snapped a picture of the driver.
Apparently the maneuvers George Anthony had been practicing mentally from his earlier (since abandoned) recount about a high speed chase with his daughter Casey did not fail him.
Witnesses from the scene, who declined to be identified, said Anthony nearly had the “Georginator” on 2 wheels as he pulled a “360” to ensue hot pursuit of the ferocious flashing females. One woman stated she actually saw George’s silver signature pompadour part as they whizzed past on their creepy cross caper.
As the women attempted to leave the scene, footage in tow, the glare of flashing “strobe” lights in their rear view mirror granted them a brief sigh of relief that perhaps an OCSO patrolman had intervened. This moment was short lived however, when the women formerly on friendly terms with the Anthony’s, recognized the figure in the night vision goggles flashing his big boy lights behind them was none other than Dennis Milstead. (editors note: This dude was convicted for impersonating a police officer peeps, I chit you not.)
At this point in the dangerous drama, whereby speeds reportedly reached in excess of 23 MPH; The Femme Flashalists were cornered in front of a gated community.
Dennis and Sherri Milstead, convicted felons and founders of KidFinders Network were on the left. Platinum Frequent Flyer Patrons and Ritz Carlton crab puff officianados George and Cindy Anthony on the right.
Dennis Milstead, still wearing his Sonnys bib from his earlier slather platter feast (hold the salt) got out first according to witness accounts.
When his spurs hit the asphault, you could hear a pin drop.
“It’s Five-O Bitches” Hand it Over or else I’m takin yuins In.”
Cindy Anthony gets out of the car next, she is wearing the newly designed for the Scamthony foundation; shamrock lanyard with miniature hammer amulet. She shakes her bottled water at them.
“If you maggots wanna do something for our grandaughter, you can PURCHASE one of our Limited Edition, for discarded baby remains only, life-like crosses from our foundation, dedicated to finding missing kids like Caylee. Pre-market price of $19.95, comes with a shamwow.”
Milstead is heard to respond:
“Whoa, that was not the plan. How the French are we going to get our house off the auction block on June 25th if you give that thing away? I’m not gonna keep humpin that damn sign all over and besides, you better remember who has copies of the transactions from the first 4 days of your OTHER “Foundation”.
With that, a curiously familiar looking man with a black cowboy hat appeared on a white horse from the tendrils of the night.
YO! Ladies, just turn around. They are in front of you, not in back, just put your car in reverse. I just bought this Gen U Wine rattler belt and if I have to use it to open a can in these here parts, I reckon I’ll call Rob down here and we’ll get to tusselin’ . Would not be the first time I proved Orlawn do is not big enough for the both of us.
The ladies thanked Leonard and indeed backed out of the jaws of peril.
When they asked Leonard when they would see him again, he replied:
“Thanks to you, probably tomorrow night on Nancy Grace.”
And with a tip of his hat and an “Evenin Ma’am”, he was gone.
Lois Peter and Denise Hill, called 911 but hung up when they spotted a FHP Officer.
Officer Richard Cain’s cousin told them all to “Go Home, that cross has been there for months, you can see roots growing through it, and I saw a snake behind you.” The officer was still spotted this morning not completing his report of the incident, prompting the Diva Detective Squad to file a report with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office yesterday morning.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed they are currently investigating the complaint filed by the women.
The Big Man upstairs is investigating the people that will keep the ashes of their grandchild in a box while they steal and destroy gifts and crosses left on private property in memorium of Caylee Marie Anthony.

Didn’t Brad Conway’s initial statement sound like he was completely taken off-guard? He probably even had a WTF now moment. Supposedly he had just left there when the incident occurred. Your friend, Mark NeJame, must thank his lucky stars on a daily basis that he fired the Anthonys as clients. How long until Conway can’t take it anymore? BTW, I think that the woman who placed the cross there is kind of a provocateur whack-job, but was the responding behavior necessary? I think if I were in a situation like the Anthonys, with the body left so close to home, I’d just have to move away from the house, even if I couldn’t sell it.
He does. But he is supportive of the A’s (more than I) to the extent he feels compassion for their loss.
I agree on the Lois et al clan, I dont condone the Springer-like antics. However, I am glad on this occasion they were caught in the act. I despise what they have done to this baby’s legacy.

It’s hard to make a serious comment after that read, Blink!! You did very well without the Batman style text Expli-motifs (ZAM, Golly-Gee, POW, SKREECH!) and instead, keeping to normal text styles, sizes, you drew the unaware reader in thinking this was going to be one of the regular recounts of the story we’ve all read earlier — but the Aqua-LE Cruiser with bobble-heads was just the tip of the adventure to read our ‘Blnk Daily’ and it’s not even Sunday for the cartoon page!!
(ok, one serious thought, well two– first to come to mind was that yes, a lawyer in a wheelchair can lie for clients as well as any of his collegues (his clients never removed any memorial) and second, George said in his M&M depo, that he never went ‘down there’ by the memorial. Seriously, that Dennis Milstead has acted in a threatening manner on camera to a camera person and others, more than once, and to be confronted by his temper was intimidating enough with his threats (search at Blanchard Park) to a cameraman telling him ‘I am your worst nightmare’. (the women were lucky… very lucky as this guy is not got enough smarts to control his temper)
Please understand that I’d like to hang the A’s with the rest of ya, however in this situation, I’d say that Lois Peter somehow provoked them. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if she called Cindy ahead of time and told her she was going out to erect yet another cross. Remember, Lois is the one who had the granddaughter named Dakota that supposedly suffered a breakdown upon learning of Caylee’s death. Let’s also keep in mind though, Lois was all friendly with Cindy while Cindy bought Dakota $500 worth of school supplies/clothes, right before she started badmouthing Cindy at Blanchard Park. Lois was there with Murt and even tried to fist fight Cindy, literally. She has gotten her fair share of media coverage and donations from all of this, and lest we forget that she was one of those that was uninvited to the memorial, and instead of just taking that for what it was, knowing it was her own fault. Lois went into Murt’s chat daily, trying to get people to come out and protest at the memorial, as she couldn’t believe Cindy would have someone banned from such a thing. I would NEVER take the A’s side or Casey’s side in anything, but in this one particular instance, I’d have to say that Lois Peter is yet again attempting to get media coverage, as her last donations have surely run out, not to mention that about midmonth each month, she ends up selling her government food stamps so that she can buy beer and cigarettes. This is not rumor, but indeed fact. Ugh, they all make me sick trying to make money off Caylee…..still.
I do not disagree with a thing you said. However, I am willing to let people, like water, seek their own level if it results in stopping this brutal circus. If that makes me wrong, my bad. Reality is trash acts like trash, not my biz, people making money off the back of a dead baby, that is my dog in the fight.

This is my first comment here, but I have to tell you, Lois is no stranger to this case. She and her daughter, Dakota have been chasing the Anthony’s around since day one and she is a whack job. She does it for the media coverage and needs to get a life. I am sure that weird Murt is involved somehow as him and Lois are buds. Sure the Anthony’s have issues, but this Lois asshole has been stalking them enough, I think.
I think we all kinda feel that way, I agree. Moreover, I think Murt is a wreckless hack. Everyone is entitled to do their own thing in this country, but when your work compromises the safety and security of others, my gloves are off.

Regardless if Lois called ahead and said she was putting up a cross, why bite the bait? I would keep an unpublished phone number and not have my email posted everywhere for every lunatic to write me, if I were in their shoes. If you know that someone is antagonizing or stalking you, get a restraining order. Geez. Talk about escalation! Judge Judy would be hilarious with her comments to all parties in this case if it were in her court. She’d be yelling in 2 seconds flat. I’d love to see you write dialogue for that one!
I think ya shudda gone there Blink! No other reporter has even clued into that and you have the goods on that bit of deception (what reason, dunno except ‘credibility/perception of honesty’ re themselves from the get-go. I am still baffled on what basis the Anthony’s can base their “cause” or whatever they are doing to make money off of this precious child’s life. The only reason she was “missing” was because their daughter thought it was more important to construct a web of lies sending people in all sorts of directions with her contradictions and basically doing everything she could to prevent anyone from getting on any sort of trail of finding Caylee.
They need to shut up and let the court system and hopefully justice play out.
I felt sorry for them at first, because as a parent and grandparent that would be a HORRIBLE thing to deal with…but now they disgust me. Stay out of the media. Grieve for your granddaughter and worry about your daughter’s freedom if you want, in private. You should be ashamed of what your daughter has done, even if you think she is innocent in Caylee’s death, the web of lies she constructed around Caylee’s disappearance would be enough to embarass me into seclusion.

Well, my word. Is there no dignity left in this world for Caylee Anthony? It’s surprising the Anthony’s would object to a cross being erected at the dump site of Caylee’s remains. What gives them the right to remove anything from that property? What right does anyone else have to erect anything on the site, for that matter. Unfortunately, we can’t even blame the media. The most insane behavior is coming straight from the Anthony family. Thanks for the needed giggles. Liked the Leonard part myself and don’t you just think he loved the idea of being the hero too? Everytime I think George and Cindy have pulled their last little bit of idiocy, they manage to surpass themselves. Why can’t they just let people honor that poor child in whatever ways the people want? They raised a child that America fell in love with–why can’t they be proud of that? What ever happened to dignity and class?

I don’t know. I come here for updates on this case and others, and I can’t fathom finding “entertainment” as some posts have said in a little girls death. I don’t agree w/ the Antohony’s taking down a memorial left for their granddaughter by the public, but I don’t agree parodizing a situation where you can spoof a grandma remarking about selling crosses for discarded baby remains. That seems as bad as profiting from a little girls death IMO (if I may have one).
You may. Follow my work, I have spent arguably more time on investigative work of original material than anyone, bar none, in this case. I dont want to get into a debate over it, just sayin. Why? One reason. I stand for Caylee. If providing an “onionesque” piece to illustrate the utter assholes these people are and have become to make my point which was quite serious at the bottom, then I will. Trust me when I say, if you can’t pick your battles to get an ounce of relief in this tragedy, the villagers just grab their torches and head up the mountain and that does nothing to restore this baby’s legacy.

People get hit by cars or die in car accidents. You see crosses, candles, ribbons, pictures. Who bought the site? Leonard P?

I reside in Central Florida, the swamp on Suburban Dr is filling up six to ten inches standing water and new growth is noted. For Sales Signs, No Trespassing Signs and a Caylee Marie Anthony Poster Sign on a tree with black marker notes is all that was noted on eve of June 3, 2009. I now understand why it took so long to find the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony being submerged underwater. I hope the local or/and cable news comes periodically to the location and documents the site where Caylee Marie Anthony remains was found.

Blink: When I said I love and adore you, my thoughts were of how many times you have worked to see justice for little Caylee. The fact that this beautiful, precious, tiny little child was so BRUTALLY SLAUGHTERED and thrown in a snake infested swamp truly breaks my heart.(along with most of Americas) Then, having to listen to the lies and hear the deceptions that the A.s tell is equally heartbreaking.
I love the fact that you are working so hard for this tiny, precious child, and I have nothing but the deepest admiration for you. Your love and caring for this child shines through. You know, on a serious note, this complaint is going nowhere. I haven’t seen any images of the Milstead car with lights a-blazing. Otherwise, there is no proof of any crime being committed. Yes, it reveals that the Anthonys are ‘unhandy with the truth’, and inappropriate, but in this instance, it isn’t a crime to lie. I believe that the cross can’t be considered stolen property because essentially it was abandoned or left on a third parties’ property, whose permission to allow this may, or may not, be implied. But if you leave, let’s say, your “Hublot” watch there intentionally, and someone else picks it up, if there is no complaint from the property owner, who you’ve ‘given’ it to, then there is no law broken. Although it comes across as ugly, I don’t think that there is anything that police can do, barring video footage of the alleged high speed chase, or demonstrating that Milstead had parole violations. It wasn’t like the Anthonys went into a graveyard and stole a cross.The police will likely advise the Anthonys to stay away from the site, for their own safety (and we know how well they heed advice), and they will tell Lois to stay away, as well. Actually since the Anthonys live in the neighborhood, the police will probably take a stronger position with Lois and caution her about going there and ‘inciting’ future incidents. That’s just my take.
You know, I agree with you, and I am half of the mind we may find out the A’s Foundation bought this property, and as a result would threaten tresspass charges. No basis for it, just surprised they would have gone to the lengths they have and risk more negative publicity.
That said, the Milsteads, Dennis in particular are scam artists, and he is a loose cannon to say the least. Why in the world would the A’s stay attached to them?

This is just one of many ‘why in the world’ questions that could be asked of the Anthonys. Logic and reason does not always apply. Does that help?

Logic– seem to remember that the FBI agent, Scott Bolin, in his interview with Cindy told her that she can’t apply her logic to someone else. Cindy absolutely has her own logic, it is something along the lines of ‘I would not do that therefore no one else would do that’. A fallacy, but it’s pure ‘deduction’ Cindy-style nevertheless. And adding in a clinical view of death, no longer helping the deceased, so no harm in helping themselves and taking advantage of the situation. Logic without ethics.
Blink, are the Anthonys using the murder of their granddaughter to make money for themselves? Or worse yet, for the defense of Casey?
Or are they trying to become advocates for other young victims and their families? How do we know their motives are untoward? Is there any evidence to prove they’re using donations for their own lifestyle? I mean beyond the Ritz-Carlton suite & expensive meal paid for by ABCNews.
The Anthonys appear to be folks with deficient coping skills, low intelligence and lacking sophistication. They’re prone to narcissism, as well.
BUT, Blink, they’re grieving grandparents, … and parents. They loved Caylee, they love Casey. Regardless of the pisspoor job they did with her upbringing, their intent was to raise a taxpaying, contributing member of society, not a lying, cheating, stealing sociopath or child murderer.
Are the Anthonys to be pitied? I would hate to be in their situation, it must be incredibly difficult to bear. Their resentment of the media, lawyers, prosecutors, investigators, police, whack job protesters is counter-productive. For some reason they cannot bring themselves to focus that anger where it belongs; on Caylee’s killer. They don’t know how to hold Casey accountable for her heinous crime. They haven’t learned that they can continue to love Casey while they abhor what she’s done to their granddaughter.
They should be saying that Caylee’s murder cries out for justice and that Casey must be held responsible if she’s the killer. That if she’s convicted that they want her punished, even though it breaks their hearts to see this happening. They need to say that Casey must face the consequences for her decisions.
If they’d done this with her sooner, perhaps Caylee would still be with us. Most sociopaths have been given passes for very bad behavior during their entire lives. I suspect this was the biggest mistake the Anthonys made.
I haven’t had a lot of experience losing loved ones too early but it does seem to me that the biggest fear for those left behind is that the loved one will be forgotten. People sometimes go to great lengths to ensure that doesn’t happen by naming schools, libraries and hospitals etc. after the person. On a smaller scale, my brother died too young and for years now when there’s any type of family gathering (Christmas, Thanksgiving) we always set a place at the table for him and light a candle. This is to keep his memory always. That’s why it’s so peculiar that the Anthonys seem hellbent on everyone FORGETTING about Caylee as fast as they can! A monument or a cross serves as a reminder of this precious little life that was snuffed out too early. It is indeed quite strange that they have such an aversion to Caylee’s memory.
One more thing, the anger and hostility toward Zenaida Gonzalez, her lawyers and her lawsuit are totally inappropriate. Here again, this situation is the result of CASEY’S lies. Casey is the person who caused all their pain and suffering. Caylee was not the only victim, the entire Anthony family was harmed by Casey.
I can’t imagine standing by a daughter who put me and my family through so much misery. I think I’d be inclined disown the selfish bitch. But then again, having never been in this situation, I am not sure how I’d react.
Did I miss something or is your comment a general one? I harbor no hostility towards Ms. Gonzalez, in fact I support her case and the firm representing her.

I agree! I love the fact that M & M are involved in this. I don’t care what their motives are, whether it’s for their fifteen min. of fame or whatever!!! First of all ZG deserves far more than the paltry 10,000 - 15,000 she was asking for. I’d much sooner see her get it than any of the grubby criminals attached to this tragedy. And so far M & M have demanded answers from them which I love. If they can shed ANY extra light on those worms I am grateful!
It is doubtful, but I am hopeful G and C get added to this suit.

Never seen any anger or hostility from any comment here against Zenaida, in fact, quite the opposite. The Anthony’s knew that there was no ‘real’ Zenaida Gonzalez in any spelling or name variation version or not and Cindy probably knew from the ID she had her hands on before the LE officer was able to intercept Cindy taking it from Casey’s wallet the night of July 15th, that ZG was a fake ID used by Casey. Cindy published the information that the LE (John Allen) never showed a photo line up with Mr. Morgan’s client and continued the lie as spokesperson for Casey with Casey’s permission to go to the media with this version.
After Caylee, Zenaida and her family are the next pure victims in line and this needs to be cleared. The judge must at some point, put a stop to the lie-filled excuses of Cindy and George to not appear, and Conway has to know that at some point, he has to draw the line and expect the correct behaviour from his clients with regards to their expectations of his professional conduct.

Fairest witness: it is not what happened to the Anthonys (did I punctuate that properly?) that is the problem. It is what has come afterwards. Lying to numerous LE organizations, falsifying evidence, obstruction…Possibly more. They could have chosen to be heroes and use that unwanted fame to do good. Instead they treat the public to the biggest freak circus I have ever seen in this type of case. If that isn’t enough, they are doing their best to live off a murdered child. They took good people and tried to blacken their names. I won’t go on and on, but I will say that these people should take down their tents until after the trial. After that? We will see.

Personally, I think Cindy feels a HUGE amount of guilt for CHOKING, and screaming at Casey, which in turn, caused Casey to to grab Caylee and leave in a RAGE. In my opinion, and it will never change, the A.s have known about Caylee’s from the first time they smelled the decomp. That’s when they started doing everything possible to get LE to believe that a “Zanny, or someone else, took her.” Cindy knows that if she had not choked, threatened, and screamed at Casey, she would nevr had left. Cindy, on some level, feels tremendous GUILT. Thus, her irrational, pathetic, and lying behavior. JUST MY OPINION. Stay the sweet lady you are.

well, there’s no talking by the adult to the baby, no peek-a-boo, but there is what sounds like I kill… and then at about 30 seconds mark to 35, you can here a woman’s voice say ‘kill’. And the camera goes under the high chair, still quiet, why would it go there except to play a hide-seek game, but no interaction between the camera person and the baby.
Does the baby say ‘I kill Jesse’?? Don’t know– Was this video taken around the time Casey and Jesse broke up? Strange…

I must say this, and I will HUSH…I still think Casey was planning to murder Caylee at some time… how else do you explain her trying to get so much info. about chlorprome, neck breaking etc…before she murdered her…her rage just reached the breaking point the night Cindy choked her.
I looked at Strange Breakfast a few times and though it is a bit strange, it’s not a red flag for me (Cindyism - red flag). I am guessing it’s Casey with the camera, she loved to record. Just experimenting with filming, interacting with but not directing the subject. Caylee is alternately chatty and mute. I don’t hear anyone but Caylee. I’d bet a lot that George is not the filmer; it’s too subtile.
Caylee just looks relaxed to me. She is being gently teased by the videographer and knows it. I think the grave looks she sometimes shows is just teasing right back at ya. Some kids have a sense of irony even at such a young age. I don’t get a salacious feeling about it.
She looks significantly younger then when we first met and last saw her. (This last sentence was sad to say.) Her hair in this breakfast video is fine in that babyish way. By the time she was almost 3, her hair was thicker.

Annals, there is definitely an adult female voice saying a single word– maybe there’s a difference in computer speakers, it’s clear, you have to rerun the section just before half minute mark. She’s been getting Caylee to say some words for sure. The ‘little white pills’ are toast crumbs. It’s not a male photographer.
Felicity you have an eagle eye. There definitely are 2 or 3 small white pills on that highchair tray. Odd thing to find there unless the baby was to take those pills and this was a clever way to get her to take them. I wouldn’t recommend teaching a child to pick up pills and ingest them any time they are encountered though.

Morning Susan. I racked my brain to discover what was being talked about. I’m usually very observant if I make a real effort. However, the only thing that really caught my eye was the “tiny white, pill-like things on her little tray, and how much younger she appeared to be. Her hair was alot less thick, so I think it was many months before her death. The really sick part of this, to me, is all this time Casey was making plans to kill this precious child. (neck breaking etc….)
All the psychiatrist that I observed on television say that she is a sociopath, and felt that all of parents love was now directed toward Caylee. Casey wanted the love, money, and attention that Caylee was receiving. She wanted to party, and resented having to watch Caylee. Her RAGE hit the fan the night Cindy screamed at her, and choked her. That was truly HER BREAKING POINT IMO. That is what is also causing Cindy GREAT GUILT…in her heart she knows this. Thus, all the cover ups. The A’s have known the truth since the first time they smelled the decomp…at least on some level. IMO.

Regarding the Breakfast Video. If someone was good with the technology, they could pause the video onto 2:05 seconds and zoom in to ’see’ the reflection of the videographer in Caylee’s eyes. I can do all but figure out how to zoom in on the frame.
I don’t really think there is anything to this film, though. It seems that someone who is enthralled with Caylee is just enjoying her as she playfully eats at her high chair. I recall this same kind of ‘just watching’ with my own children as babies.
Granny– pills… I have to get a magnifying glass out and check now!!! I thought they were all crumbs…
You are right, you don’t leave pills down for a child to pick up to learn to take them– that makes no sense, you can’t tell if the child that age would drop it onto the floor and become lost, or take the pill. It makes no sense (but what in this whole saga does).
ros, but what about the spoken adult word ‘kill’?? That’s not normal to teach a child, if it is original to the video.
If you put the marker to 31 seconds, play through 33 over a few times, it’s ‘I kill’ and with the ‘kill’ there is a hitting sound as if something is being slapped down or hit as the adult says the word ‘kill’. Didn’t notice the slap/hit sound until now.
The baby follows this with ‘essss–eeeeee’
Can’t tell crumbs from pills though. Could be something else there besides bread, can’t see that well enough.

yeah, if the woman’s voice is teaching the baby to say ‘I kill Jesse’… notice Caylee finishes the phrase ‘I kill… ‘ with a different word that sounds like Jesse. The playful camera doesn’t fit with the ‘kill’ idea… it’s surely no innocent sing-song rhyme.
I have to wonder if she and Jesse just broke up at this point (again). And if she ever showed this to Jesse? Maybe seeds were being planted early on, to set Jesse up for what has happened to the baby. I saw a composite of videos of Caylee at different ages, with a Christmas video included where she was singing the three notes of Jingle-Bells just like in the breakfast video, it could have been from around the same time, but couldn’t tell by appearance, size or hair length. One of the younger videos where Caylee was being encouraged to walk to Cindy, Cindy said ‘come here Case’ but did not correct herself.

Blink, do you believe that the error in date of the baby going ‘missing’ and the excuse (started by Lee? in the LE interview) that Casey used June 8th as the date because she heard her mother say that date and just repeated it, is the ’simple truth’? Just an innocent mistake? Or is there more to it– if your child, or grandchild that you live with and care for as your own, leaves the home and is not seen for a month, whereabouts unknown but for the stories of someone you know tells lies, and you don’t remember the last day you saw ‘that child’? It’s just like not remembering the last name of the father– if it was told to the family one time, that would stick with them, period.
Was the date changed to a week earlier for some reason, to hide something? Like the baby ‘gone’ on Father’s Day– and any theory of significance to that? Not if the father died in a car accident, or moved to Italy. But what if the two dates were significant to Casey– Father’s Day (child gone)… Child’s 3rd birthday and Cindy’s past role as ‘mommy’ at the birthday party (child is to return but does not).
If Casey planned the homicide well in advance to occur on a significant date, such as June 15th, Father’s Day, then hiding that significant date might be important, and the video at the Mt. Dora screwed things up.
I am no longer buying the innocent explanation, now that we see more of what Cindy and George have been doing all along– we bought the story when we thought these were simply grieving grandparents in huge denial and wearing rosey glasses on top of it.
‘IF’ Casey is not only a sociopath, but has been the victim of incest, this would explain a possible significance to June 15th, and to Caylee’s birthdate– the day the problems all really began for Casey.
It was the missing 31 days she stated, without calculating that out, and then she heard Cindy ref 6/9.
I believe Lee’s account, yes. However, I have said from day one Caylee died late eve the 15th, early am the 16th. George never saw them leave as he said.

Or if not incest, could simply be significant as an expression of ultimate anger towards George, Casey’s father, and to Cindy, who first held Caylee on the day she was born (before Casey) and who controlled the party for Caylee to the point where Casey was again, jealous. Maybe Jesse messed everything up with his paternity test so they didn’t live happily ever after as a family because he opened up the question of an unknown father and that would not do for Casey, he needed to ‘believe’ he was the father, believe the lie. If Jesse had accepted his paternity of the child without checking, the secret of who is the father would never had needed an alternate explanation. Maybe that’s why the anger towards Jesse, why Casey tells her family she does not trust him after she is arrested.
One other thing that has bothered me in the family scenario, is the lack of any videos, photos, of Caylee with little friends her own age. None, not even at her birthday party. Only ‘pretend’ friends, like Zack or the little girl daughter of the pretend work collegue, or the children of the pretend nanny. Was this the same for Casey when she was young I wonder and why in the videos, does Casey not interact with her baby, just watches her (and more than the breakfast one, there are others). Unless Casey is in the picture, then she is interactive with the baby and camera.
I so agree with Blink…She died late the night of the 15th.

George folded on the question by M&M of the last time he saw Caylee. Note about the ‘gas cans’ theft– Cindy answered the question ‘to the media’ long ago about the shovel and why Casey would borrow one from a neighbour. Cindy’s answer was lengthy and went into detail of all Casey’s reason’s for borrowing a shovel– 1. bamboo and 2. locked yard shed and that home safety was their big thing for that child (bamboo and locked shed included). Cindy went into so much length she had to be nervous about the answer and kept making the argument for what must have been Casey’s reasons for needing the shovel. In her ‘over explaining’, Cindy didn’t realize she was saying that she and George, as homeowners and parents, do not trust Casey to know where they keep the well-hidden key to the shed. Why on earth??? Casey is an adult and was a wonderful and excellent mother and cared so much, that she, from her ‘holiday’ or ‘bonding time’ or ‘work time’ while away in June, came back to cut a piece of bamboo out of the back yard, even if she saw it when Caylee was not playing in the back yard.
So, back to the gas cans– was the reason the keys were kept well hidden away from Casey because she was already in the habit of stealing gas from the cans?? Morgan probably already has ideas on this too as it goes to George knowing first hand about this theft from ‘him’. Did the discovery of the broken lock when Cindy was not home, allow George to take the step to report the incident to the police, knowing that his own daughter might have taken them (stolen if she was not allowed to have a key and broke the lock)? Would George ever have made the call to police if Cindy was there to stop him? (let’s wait until we talk to Casey to get her side of the story).
Ok, homework on 24th time. I seem to recall that the 24th was a date of a call from Casey to Jesse and Jesse asked about Caylee and ‘heard’ Casey tell the baby to get down off the table, and he ‘thought’ he heard Caylee in the background, later could not be sure. That is important!
But the little breakfast video– or some other without adults or any other sounds in the background, could have been used to play in the background of a call. Or, Jesse just made a wishful connection to hearing the baby as he did so often before. He will get grilled over this one at trial.
In order for the family to have stories straight, they needed some huddle time before calling authorities. Cindy took time to think before acting by going back to work after finding the car at the tow yard. George was where? He drove the car home, then he wasn’t in the picture until Lee called him back. Why would George go anywhere? He took the battery out of the car so it wasn’t going anywhere again. Why take the battery out, did he think someone would steal the car from the garage when it was not stolen in plain view at Amscot with a wallet in view inside? Same as hiding the yard shed keys, they did not trust Casey.

How many surveillance videos cover the area surrounding the Amscot and it’s parking lot and what do they cover? Did Casey report her vehicle missing to anyone– no, because it wasn’t yet legitimately stolen by strangers. How would she know if this happened? Pings on cell phones show her going back and forth between the Amscot area and Tony’s house while the car was ‘parked’. She would have to have left enough gas in the car for it to be stolen and taken out of the area, but not taken too far away before being abandoned out of gas with unknown person’s fingerprints. Or better yet, Jesse or another of Casey’s targets could see her car and go try the doors.

Trying to catch up on info from the 24th. I must be missing something because i am not sure why george would lie about seeing her on this date?? Also, I did read an interesting theory that during that call with Jesse on the 24th, Casey could have been telling the family cat “to get off the table”…after reading about this i have to agree that it does fit with Jesse probably “wishing” he had heard sweet Caylee. Can anyone help me fill in the ??’s for this date?

Something else that has been bothering me..If there was a big fight on June 15th (which i do believe took place) why would Casey cover that fight up, or not tell anyone about it?? Would she not think she could use that to help herself?? And if they all were in on covering that fight up, when would they have had time to discuss the “plan” of hiding that?? I do not think Casey, George or Cindy has admitted that fight ever took place. I think Lee may have mentioned it to someone but did not have details?? Just not sure why this would be kept so quiet by Casey??

Now I’m really flummixed. I remember reading a document (or was it a recording?) of a ride that Tony Lazarro took with LE in Oct, wherein he was trying to remember which route he and Casey took to the Anthonys’ house the day they broke into the shed for the cans. I just searched and I can’t find it now.
He was having a hard time remembering exactly the streets they took to get from the house to the Casey’s out-of-gas car. Then he described in detail how they (actually she) filled the tank and where he was standing etc. As I remember he said she put the empty cans into the trunk of her car when they were finished.
What did I miss?
No, wait I got a detail wrong. He did not have Casey with him when he went to help her that day. She had called him and asked for help and he drove to the Anthonys’ neighborhood and he found her on-foot picked her up and they went to the house and broke into the shed then drove to her car which was in the ‘hood.

Re: psychic’s tips, I remember looking at the pages and pages and pages of tips LE got on this case where they were posted online and most of them seemed to be from psychics. All pointing in different directions. I felt sorry for LE having to sort through all of those and not miss something genuine in the midst of them and it makes me wonder if these kind of tips actually bog things down?
Ok, Tony helped Casey break into the shed to ’steal’ the cans… (is that testimony wrong?) I got the idea that Casey did not want Tony to handle the cans or help her fill the car tank– protecting him from getting his fingers in this pie.

Hi WSHudson, that was new to me too, check the Casey Anthony link on http://www.cfnews13.com for the list of interviews and docs, and there is an LE interview with David Portwood. Probably not so much info in it, bet Mallory will tow the Anthony boat line. But if LE put ears on someone with Lee, you can bet they did the same with Mallory, who knows, maybe even in the restaurant that very day and this Portwood interview was just some tidy-up of loose ends with people who might have heard what others heard. If Mallory would had ever spoken out against Casey, she would not have her boyfriend long though, so why would she do that.

Thanks Kleat. It was tough reading that guy’s interview with all of the “uhs and uhms” throughout. He made it sound as if this was the waitress’ (Sp?) opinion, when he was pushed to clarify. There was a connection between the two women because they worked together, but I think he initially took a leap that she had inside information. I would love to read an interview with her. But this would be hearsay anyway, wouldn’t it? Unless, as you said, Mallory got it from the horse’s mouth and shared it with LE. (and as you also said-HIGHLY DOUBTFUL) However, I think that even if Mallory knew that info, she probably found out through Lee and not directly from Casey. It didn’t seem like they were all that close.
In george’s interview regarding June 16th the last time he said he saw the girls, he says Casey told him she would be working late and Caylee and her would stay at the nanny’s house that evening. Is this not the same day she told LE that she went to pick up Caylee “after work” at 5pm and they were not there??

He stated that Casey told him that she and Caylee would be staying at the nanny’s because she would be “working late” that night..meanwhile she told LE that the June 16th is when she went to get Caylee at 5pm “after work” at Sawgrass and they were gone. Guess she did not have to work late afterall(enter sarcasm)From this and other things..I now am convinced that George never saw them on the 16th at all….

Yes… the gas cans were WITH George as he somehow figured he would need to put gas in the car. I checked the Burtch interview yesterday. I don’t think the tow yard people were used to people being prepared to put gas in cars after they had been towed– now WHY on earth would George bring the cans? Why would he assume the car had been out of gas for what, two weeks?? With Casey not going to pick it up if legitimately she had run it out of gas? Wouldn’t ex-cop George worry about his child and grandchild’s car found ‘abandoned’ with wallet, food garbage in the back seat, empty child’s car seat, shoes etc? What parent wouldn’t freak out???? Unless they knew Casey was safe because she was seen recently, and knew that the baby was maybe safe, because Casey said so.

and if the gas guage was faulty (wasn’t IIRR), that could be a very serious problem for a young mother driving alone with a baby in Florida– stuck on the side of a busy highway (easily rear-ended on the shoulder) or stuck out in the heat between Orlando and wherever (all over God’s country, as Cindy said they didnt’ want Casey driving with the car needing a brake job or whatever it was– don’t recall the gas guage as being one reason)

renting a car… hmmm…. that’s a hole in my reading…
still a hole… read the Will Waters interview, saw the refs to Casey texting about a rental car out of the blue, and she mentioned it to him too, but no mention of her getting help to actually rent a car. Was she trying to use this guy to help her out to get one? He was pretty taken with her so she might have asked for help and got it, he seemed like a helpful sort of guy, LE commented on that.
From Will Waters interview– He, Amy and Casey went together to get beer/wine for the July 4th party …they went to Target, etc..then had to go back to liquor store for a bucket they forgot but he says they would not sell to Casey because she did not have id on her..Then who bought the beer/wine?? Probably not important..just odd

Did George try to rent a car for her? Is there some unreleased discovery that points to this? If he did, then he knew about the car being impounded before he got notice at home. Also, it has always bothered me that George reported the theft of the gas cans to the police — why??? — Casey had taken them before and he had to know that it was her this time. So many questions. And I think Blink knows the answers! Come-on, pleeeeaaasssse, tell us before we go crazy!
nickel, no id is a great observation!!– because that should have reminded Casey to go back to her car at Amscot where she left her wallet!! Why didn’t she go back for her ID– if innocently ran out of gas and left the wallet there or thought she ‘lost’ her wallet, that would be the one place to look since she obviously knew where she saw the car last.
Of course, she might have wanted someone else to pay for the booze (go figure that!!). Who would rent a car for someone who lost their ID (ie: Driver’s Licence) and be driving the rented car ‘without’?? No reasonable person of course.
George HAD to figure if the gas cans were gone, first person to suspect is Casey as she had taken them in the past and she was not allowed to have a shed key or know where the parents hid the shed key. Why did he report it? To document a theft for some reason– hmmm.
I still think Cindy’s ‘try’ to put a date on the child going missing a week earlier, was a failed attempt to avoid the Father’s Day date with the fight between herself and Casey linked to the disappearance. It failed because of the 31 days missing statement and because of the care home video and ’sign in’ sheet for the 15th. Cindy does not forget dates– not that one and she would have checked a calendar quickly before stating the date because a missing child last seen date is extremely important if they wanted to help find the child.
Nickel - the “no ID” thing is very interesting. If I remember correctly she also failed to have her ID on her when she and TonE went to look at an apartment. Can’t remember the date on that - will have to go look it up. I suspect that the purse she left in the car was not her main purse, and she was in possession of her ID, etc all along. It seems to me that for some reason she was reluctant to show her ID around people that knew her. Hhmm…
Thanks Kleat! I was just rereading some things and picked up on that. I still wonder who had the id to purchase the beer and wine. Why didn’t that person go back in for the bucket?? That just didn’t fit (as with soooo much in this terrible case).

One last thing..When Tony had to pick Casey up after running out of gas on June 23rd, this was when he helped her break into the shed, he told LE where the car ran out of gas..is this close to the location sweet Caylee was eventually found?? I was not sure..

Casey did have ID, the same wallet and ID as left at Tony’s when Cindy picked her up with Amy’s help. Why didn’t Casey take that wallet along with her (as Cindy said ‘numerous’ times, a woman would never leave her purse anywhere) when she went home with Cindy that night. Because then Cindy might look inside it to get some cash back for herself (which is what Cindy did before caught by LE with her hand on the credit cards and “ID” that Casey had in her possession).

I read on scaredmonkeys, about an 8 month old male baby who (or gosh, was it a nighmare instead of real story….) was killed by his 17 year old male babysitter, who first raped the baby who could not stop crying (of course in pain) and so he beat the child, said it fell down stairs (so itself to blame of course that’s possible NOT) and the baby died. What torture for a child and the mother left the baby with this 17 year old to rape and kill and the mother must have known this babysitter’s violent and criminal past.

George and Cindy are going to have to commit a very heinous crime to get arrested for anything. The SA wants their testimony in Casey’s case and is walking on eggshells around them.
I listened to the 911 call of the elderly ladies. Some of it was hard to understand due to a large cat being tortured in the backseat, by demonic banshees. Knowing the character, or lack thereof of the offending parties in this chase would be enough for me to convict. Especially when a frightened old lady is making the call while in transit with the earths entire howler monkey population in the vehicle.
Is there a reason that the Milsteads with their flashing lights could not be arrested? It isn’t his first time pulling the flashing light stunt.
Second to last, Has the 911 operator been living in a cave with Osama Bin Laden for the last year? How many times does the elderly lady need to say that it is George and Cindy Anthony chasing them and they are driving George’s black vehicle? The operator played oblivious and asked again and again. By her fourth or fifth time I was screeching with the screech owl flock that accompanied the Grandma on her big adventure. In the operators defense, the noises coming through her headset are going to played through loudspeakers as psychological warfare the next time we are trying to dethrone a dictator.
And last, I know the inhabitants of at least two of the vehicles are as crazy as Paul-a Ab-dul after “free samples in the dumpster day” behind the psychiatrists office. I should cut some of them some slack so I do. I should cut some for the others but I don’t like them on so many levels that I just can’t, or won’t.

If there was a mixed gas/oil, the lawnmower must have been a 2 cycle or whatever (my mower is a plain jane with the old fashioned oil tank). So I better go back to the tow yard interviews to see if they said George brought ‘cans’ or ‘can’. Would George even tell Casey that one was a mixture? Why, unless she cut the lawn and needed to refill. If there was a gas can with mixture, it wouldn’t be a big one, not 50 bucks worth for sure in one can. That weight is not that portable or safe to keep at home.
Yeah, a boyfriend would be hard to keep ‘hands off’ the auto ‘parts’ to help his girl, even if she insisted, he’d try help out and grab a can unless she told him he could not do it or physically blocked him with a serious tone. That would seem strange.

Kleat,dear God, this is beyond horror! The pain this little baby endured had to be excruciating. I pray that Canada has HARD LABOR,and life without parole. I also pray that this evil monster is put in general population so other prisoners can “have at him.” SO MUCH EVIL, and it appears to be getting worse. The sickest of the sick appear to be coming out of the woodwork. This is so heartbreaking. I feel sick.
George (in LE interview) mentions a $4400 or $4000 deposit Casey made into Cindy’s bank account. He also talks about Casey telling him (while working at Sports Authority) about a supposed robbery at gunpoint for $4000?? Did she rob herself for that money?? This is also the same amount Baez told George Casey had saved to pay him. Has to be a link between all this. Can anyone enlighten me…

Also trying to find anything Cindy has said regarding the 24th gas can incident. I recall her just blowing it off, saying to ask George about that. Felicity, that baby story was from New Orleans, Jefferson Parrish. (not that we haven’t had our share of strange murders recently). Better down there than here, we (our system) just let the man who beheaded the innocent young man on the Greyhound Bus, off with not guilty by reason of insanity. That is ok in this case EXCEPT that there is no way to ensure the mental facility, vs criminal facility, will not let him out in the future with no controls. He might be doing well now ‘inside’ and he does have legitimate mental disease but who knows what will happen down the line with him.

The 24th is turning out to be a much more significant day then i first thought. But i am more confused then ever!! I do think George made up his story regarding this day, just having a hard time making sense of what could actually have taken place. How/when did those gas can get back to the house?? Did he see her at all on that day??
Oh and can anyone fill me in as to where Casey was on Fathers Day June 15th?? In one of her interviews Cindy mentions the last time she saw Caylee was on the 15th when “we” put her to bed. Who is “we”?? Cindy and George, Cindy and Casey??

Ok, 1000 more pages of docs to be released tomorrow unless a judge blocks the autopsy report on behalf of the A’s as per Brad Conway. They do not want anything released without a coroner being able to explain, like at trial.
So, us Blink-O-Peeps will maybe have to wait for Blink’s report a bit longer, as all this new info gets digested. Maybe Blink will give us a precis of her report/ideas — will be very interesting to see what comes of this next doc dump.
I do have sympathy for any family who has to go through the autopsy report at this point in a case like this, but I think Cindy and George are both somewhat hardened to talking these types of details, especially Cindy, it seems to be easy to speak of from the beginning. Many could not even bring themselves to talk ‘decomposition smells’, ‘cadaver dogs’, ‘body’ not in trunk etc etc. Those terms would be avoided by people who are more sensitive, or not so hardened. So don’t think the autopsy results will be a big deal for Cindy, at least as far as being graphic is concerned. George wasn’t paying attention to stuff anyway, as per M&M depos, he was out of the media info loop totally (so he suggested by his answers).
From orlando sentinal: No autopsy report tomorrow– Media has major interest in this, says Strickland. Looks like Conway made a big blunder by not also addressing the media interests so Strickland is covering these bases for him. More time for people to focus on what else is in the next dump anyway.

What are we looking for in tomorrow’s docs to answer all our questions:
1. Amscot surveillance photos to go with the cell pings to place Casey going between Amscot ‘n Tony’s– what will they reveal if anything about someone watching the car to see if it gets stolen or broken into, or does someone with a key return and get something from it? Will they show a note on the car as Casey told Cindy she left to say she’d be back for the car? Those could tell a ‘parking’ LOT!

I believe they will, yes. The Anthony’s have no standing, I dont even know what Conway is throwing his hat in the ring for. I never heard of such nonsense. This is going to sound gross and really it is but…
How can the Anthony’s even step foot on that property without worrying that they are stepping on a bone from this precious child that was not found. Most of her remains were found, but not all. If that were my grand daughter I would never want anyone to ever step foot there again. There is no way I could EVER put my feet on that ground thinking I might be stepping on a piece of my grandchild.
Lois continues to drag her grand daughter into this mess even after being told by professionals in the mental health arena to keep D out of it and protect her from this horrible tragedy. I suppose Lois considers D’s mental health a fair trade for Lois’ 15 seconds of fame. Lois has used that child and this tragedy from the very beginning to get her won mug on television. She needs to stay home and spend that time home schooling her grand daughter before D has to repeat a grade because Lois was too busy mugging for the cameras and planning her next ploy to involve herself in this case. All the time she has wasted with this she could have spent working an honest job instead of living off the dole.
That said…it is not the Anthony’s or Milsteads property to control what is or is not placed there. I supposed whatever is placed there could be viewed as trash though. Perhaps the Anthony’s are just helping to clean up empty lots in Orlando. May I suggest that they clean up the rest of that area on Suburban that is not posted “no trespassing” and also the area behind the school. That whole area is a dumping grounds and trash abounds. This might keep them and the Milsteads busy enough to keep them out of trouble for a while and afford their attorney a break from defending their ridiculous shenanigans.
The Anthony’s do not want to share Caylee in death as much as they did not want to share Caylee in life. They have not learned a thing about sharing from her death. The grandparents and Casey never wanted to share Caylee with each other…much less the public. Now they can not even find it in their hearts to share her memory or the feelings of grief many of us feel.
A lot of people spent small fortunes and countless hours in the hot Florida sun, with snakes, alligators, and spiders in horrible swampy conditions looking for this child and the Anthony’s have never once found it in their hearts to thank the searchers or TES and Tim Miller. Until they can learn to say thank you and share I consider them to be the greediest people alive with no empathy or sympathy for anyone but themselves.

On the subject of June 24th..George states to LE that he spent the Sunday before the 24th(gas can incident) doing various yard work and goes into detail about that (how he likes to do this and that, mow the lawn, trim hedges, blah, blah). Then when he comes to telling about the 24th incident, he says he wanted to cut the grass before work and that is when he noticed the gas cans were gone…That grass must grow really, really fast to have to mow it twice in a few days….Just another slip up i think. He KNEW who took the gas cans!! Also, anyone know if any other theft (gas or otherwise) took place in the neighborhood as George mentions?? Any other police reports filed??

This now ‘redundant-story’ (can’t take that Lois face out there– it’s worse than running into the Milstead faces) now has been an excellent place with the Bobbleheaders making everyone smile on their way in to read or comment.
The Sean Krause interview is a slog with mile-long sentences interspersed with ums and aws, but a couple things interesting (will take more time to get thru it later, whenever time).
First, Krause’s ‘investigation’ of M&M’s client shows how Cindy got her info to attack Zenaida from her deposition chair and point at her saying that she’s never lost a job… etc. Krause was Cindy’s investigator and he said this works well for the defense because he says ZG is a liar. So what’s the point– Cindy already said a million times, ‘being a liar doesn’t make you a murderer’, ‘lying is not a crime’. So M&M might need to call Krause in for a little chat/cross under oath.
And Krause checked the IP of an email that Cindy had sent (to be sure it was Cindy sending it not someone impersonating), and the IP was Cindy’s mother’s, Shirley. WHY ON EARTH would Cindy bring Shirley into this– that is horrible to use her computer to write to Krause. Cindy was the big parent protector before, then she does this.
And there’s another little point early on– and that’s the ’suggestion’ of a website with Casey somehow maybe related to it by name and or picture, that was an escort type page. Not much explained there as Cindy and NeJame apparently didn’t want that mentioned in the Krause article.
That’s just a peek into this interview– so far.

Krause died from cancer a while ago. What I want to see are those emails that were sent to him (and Kathy Belich) while Cindy was asserting that her email account had been hacked, (but then subsequently never reported it to authorities). This is the one that Krause believes came from Cindy’s mother’s IP. Cindy said she was out of town at the time, so maybe she was at Mum’s.
I have been wondering, in general, whether the Anthonys (or those for the defense) have been using Phoxy-proxy or some other IP changing program to post comments from on forums. I see comments from all over the US defending Casey. Of course, some are legit. But others sound remarkably similar coming from different states on different dates. And they are still Traceable.
And on the “escort” website, didn’t Krause say her (Casey’s) name was there vs. a photo? It will give me a headache if I have to go back and read….

couple of points, maybe an original question (finally). Cindy said (according to Krause) that after the OSCO found out with Casey’s big lie about working at Universal (her admitting when they took her to her ‘office’), that ‘they’ (G&C) contacted Universal themselves about this. So they knew ‘then’ for sure.
But what ‘perks’ did employees of Universal, in Casey’s category, full-time etc, normally get that ‘cash/deal’ Cindy would be savey about that Casey never brought home that should have clued parents in about maybe she didn’t have a job there anymore?? Thinking of this because the family might have been able to take Caylee to the theme park, maybe they would expect a deal on parking, or entry, or coupons for food, or a free ice-cream cone for the employee’s child. Something.
Cindy remarked that Caylee was coming of the age that they (grandparents) would enjoy taking her to parks and going places with her– that’s true, she was growing up and would now be able to do these things at her age. So, if Casey was working at Universal, the family could then expect to have any employee perks and if not, why not? Casey would be faced with Cindy questioning why she can’t get an employee deal to take the now ‘old enough’ Caylee to Universal, to ‘character breakfasts-es’ etc, and Casey’s work cover would be blown for sure.

Anyone find the interview of Joy Wray, interesting? The relationship with the Anthony’s and how Wray was ‘taken in’ and used by Cindy and George? Clearly Ms. Wray will not be useful at trial, but her interview gives insight into how the Anthony’s were operating at the time and how Ms. Wray was brought on-board from a searcher for a dead child to believing the Anthony’s version of a live child, and her role to cast doubt on Padilla by suggesting he was ‘planting stuff’. Could this theme be underlying the request for all of TES records (as fought by NeJame)? Could it be a Cindy plan from the start?
What do you make of the photos of George and Abigail? Taking Ms. Wray’s comments with a grain of salt, ‘what if’ that was too close for comfort… they, the Wrays and Anthony’s at least, too close for comfort.
Kudos for YM and JA for handling this interview with a lot of tact through the first pages as they could have written Joy Wray off as a typical wanna-be helper waste of time, but they didn’t and revealed a bit more of the Anthony behaviour.

Blink..re-reading through some things i came across Lee’s depo. He was recalling the story Casey had told him about Caylee being taken at Blanchard Park. Casey told him the story about being grabbed and Zanny taking Caylee to “teach her a lesson” etc(this all took place on June 16th according to Casey)…Well i do not have any knowledge of the area but i do know that Nicole Ganguzza’s body was found at this park on June 11th. Considering that LE was investigating a murder there, i would think the whole park would be crawling with LE..or at least being monitored by the police. Bad choice of places for Casey to lie about..(hope that made some sense..lol)
Tragically, I do not think that crime was solved. I do not think Casey was involved with that but do we know more about the ZG office break in?? Any link from that crime to Casey?? Was Casey getting counseling near that office or something?? Can’t find where i was reading that??
I am really starting to let my imagination go wild and now believe Casey (and possibly family/friends) have committed pretty much EVERY crime in Orlando…lol Probably need to let the authorities do the work and stop trying to figure this whole thing out…because i do not think there are answers to all my questions.
I have been following this case from the get-go. I am a single mother (had my son at 21, have abusive parents and really no help with my son since birth) He is now a beautiful 9 year old little boy and i have just been so blessed!! Through all my struggles, he is a constant ray of pure love and light in my life..never a burden!!! in a small capacityI guess my mind can somehow wrap itself around this horrific crime but my heart and soul have a major problem believing how ANYONE could harm any child, let alone flesh and blood!! I am shocked at every twist and turn and wonder why she has not cracked yet, sitting there day after day..I feel some honest relief in the fact that i cannot FATHOM Casey and her behavior.
I am sure soooo many feel the same way..That is what i think brings us all to search for answers. Sorry for the lenghty “spew”…Just needed to vent…thanks for letting me:)

NG is a lawyer, she and her staff/writers should know better.

I’m betting that the ‘people who don’t read autopsy or discovery documents’ got this date from the defense forensics team. I am going by memory and not a ‘hard link’, but as I recall their entomologist (?) vegetation expert (?) was disputing date or approximate time of death by weeks, vs what the state opined. I’ll assume that that’s going to be date laid out by the defense at trial. Good little ‘heads-up’ for the prosecution. And did anyone really think that they would mark the death as June 16th? I wonder what kind of statement Conway will make regarding the vigil and date by day’s end. He will say something about this being the date that “Caylee went missing”, with a tag-on ‘plug’ for the Anthony’s missing children foundation. I just read the about the GMA Anthony segment on Scared Monkeys. I was half right about the statement. Anyway, I don not believe that Casey will take the stand. Unless they want to use her statements as a method to prove the defense theory that I outlined (sent privately) and that is incredibly risky. Otherwise, there will be experts. Interesting that they are blaming Baez for not seeing their daughter. I wonder where the BAR investigation is at . If they know that he is going to hit the road soon, maybe they are trying to set up grounds for an appeal. Brad doesn’t have and never will have complete control over them. IMO that’s why he wasn’t with them this morning. He went on a different show to send a message to JB. IMO that message is that there is evidence in the autopsy report that further implicates KC. KC was involved in Caylee’s murder. Only KC knows what really happened, therefore in order to prove that the A’s or anyone else was involved, you will have to put her on the stand. We know you will not have her testify, so take a plea and get this over with for everyone involved.

Cindy should have just left it at “everyone reacts differently to their child missing, or trauma, etc” and “I take no offense”. It would have justified her previous position regarding how she responded to help. The Haleigh Cummings’ case was already ALL over the news when she and George arrived. I actually missed that Cindy and George were there for a day or so.

I guess, as Blink speculated, (as far as some of Conway’s statements), they are preemptively striking that Casey MAY HAVE been involved, in the event that the defense decides to cast suspicion on the Anthonys. That was the strongest wording I’ve heard thus far. I wasn’t able to catch the video yet, so I appreciate all the info and links I’ve read.
I don’t think that they (defense) necessarily have to put Casey on the stand. If the evidence can point to anyone else @ Hopespring, they may accomplish some reasonable doubt, (barring direct evidence like fingerprints or DNA specifically linking Casey). Remember, they ALL have had inconsistent statements. It depends on just how artful the case is presented; what is allowed in, and what is not. The public seems to have more animosity towards the Anthonys at this point vs. Casey.
If they do put Casey on the stand, they may not be adverse to her lying.
Did she do it to protect her family, or does she have no control over it?
And I think Brad Conway doesn’t realize that he is on the Titanic.
There are days when I get discouraged and I think Casey is going to get away with murder……..and then I visit Blink;) I appreciate all of the hard work from Blink as well as the remarkable investigative skills from all of the posters on this site. You all make me want to be a better poster.

Does anyone have any follow up on that? I would like to know what was taking place there- Casey’s favorite hang out. Blink have you met Richard Grund? i think tony’s personality and lifestyle added to casey’s meltdown,(along with other issues).she was getting drunk(her friends said she wasnt a drinker)smoking pot for the first times,turning girls gone wild for his events,(which was surely stretching her mommy identity)if its true she cried as hard as she did over him(it could have been displaced crying over caylee or i did all this partly for you and your not coming back)means he had her emotionally on the run,something i’m she sure wasnt used to and didnt like .he was using her for his club promotion too,as girlfriend,unpaid.i also get the feeling he didnt have much money(could be wrong),which is why they needed to steal the full gas cans.

I have a suspicion that the suicide note contains the same or similar language and content of the “hacked” emails forwarded to Krause and K Belich. It was likely a veiled attempt at directing attention to this “dark underworld crowd” involved in a conspiracy of sorts. No proof, just a feeling. Remember when a tiny bit of info was leaked regarding what was written?
Defining “CRACK” meaning did they shut down kid finders? I knew they lived with the A’s so who foots their living expenses at this point?
i thought the suicide note would be pertinent as well,what tiny bit of info i missed it,i never understood why tony and casey needed two gas cans,especially if one was 50 gal full(supposedly).which one had the mixture? and what date and under what detailed circumstances was casey’s car privelge taken away?i’ve always wondered that.

Hi Susan. The gas can does not hold 50 gallons. To put it in perspective, a petrolium barrel is less than 50 gallons. Gas cans which can be carried contain 1 to 5 gallons.

PS: been there done that, had people using my photos/artwork without permission, credits, thanks or $$’s (and not even notification so I could put the publication in portfolio or add credits on CV). It’s stealing, maybe only from an artist or writer (t-i-cheek), heck they don’t earn much anyway, it didn’t cost anything but a piece of paper and a couple crayons.
I have seen some of you all talking about a green truck and me and a few others had investigated this quite awhile ago and we did find out that at the time Caylee came up missing. Lee had a green truck fitting the description.

I have been following this, well, ‘circus’, since seeing it first on Nancy Grace…I felt pity for G & C AT FIRST…later they began to show their true selves, and now they are actually making money off of their Grand Daughter’s Death?!? If they are capable of doing this is it possible that they, as well as their ‘Mother Of The Year’ daughter, were involved in the murder of this innocent child? I have asked a lot of questions, but this is my last for now, I promise…Have G & C been granted immunity????? I sincerely hope not because as far as I can see they are involved as much as the ‘Beautiful Life’ skank! P.S. The story about the two ladies was funny!

Why has EVERYONE FORGOTTEN about Tony R? He is the one that didnt want “girl” children, not Tony L.
Oh and Blink, about the green truck. I saw a photo of it in Lee’s driveway so it very well could be Brians, since he was a roomate of Lees…. we have not seen too much from him, and Tony R as far as statements.
This case has soooo many people involved it is incredible how my brain holds this much information.
