Tracy Ocasio Case: Sewer By Hataway Home To Be Searched Today

Posted by BOC Staff | James Hataway,Missing Persons,Tracy Ocasio | Tuesday 30 June 2009 9:28 am

Ocoee, FL– Additional search plans for Tracy Ocasio, 27, last seen at the Florida Tap Room leaving with Jimmy Hataway on May 27, are focused on the sewer by Hataways home today.

Tracy1

Last week, the septic tank was drained in the home that Hataway shared with his father Vrigil, following the seizure of two computers.

Ocasios yellow Chevy Cobalt was found a few blocks from Hataways home the day after she was last seen but Police have not called him a suspect in her disappearance.

The Ocasio family recently launched a site, www.tracyocasio.com to help generate leads in her case.

Tams – great research. I didn’t go as deep when trying to figure out #94. When I read the tallest tree, I immediately wondered who the top person was in Ocoee LE.

mjh, #97, “…I did read about Hataway saying she wanted pot, but she didn’t like the drugs he had, so she left. I just really wish they would find Tracy.”

We only have Jimmy Hataway’s word that Tracy wanted drugs on the night she disappeared. Personally, with his history of attacking & trying to strangle Rachel Clarke, I’m highly suspicious of his comments.

Someone here at Blink, who’s familiar with LE investigations wrote a post about how perpetrators, guilty of violent crimes, will lie to demonize or diminish their victims, to make them appear less sympathetic. It’s a defense mechanism; planting a red herring about Tracy wanting pot, to send the investigation on a wild goose chase.

If Mr. Hataway hadn’t previously tried to kill Rachel Clarke, under the same circumstances as Tracy; giving him a ride home from wherever they’d been socializing, then I would probably be more inclined to being skeptical.

Also, mjh, there’s another area woman missing, Jennifer Kesse, who disappeared in the same manner as Tracy did. Supposedly she worked out at the gym next to the Tap Room.

Criminals usually are dumb asses who think they’re smart. If Jimmy is so stupid, then how did he hide Tracy’s body so well? I suspect he’s done this before and has learned from his mistakes.

I wonder how many other women may be missing in the area. We know one who got away, Rachel Clarke. My gut tells me Jimmy is involved.

In reference to #94- “danse Macbre” according to Wiki is is a late-medieval allegory on the universality of death: no matter one’s station in life, the dance of death unites all. La Danse Macabre consists of the personified death leading a row of dancing figures from all walks of life to the grave, typically with an emperor, king, youngster, and beautiful girl—all skeletal.

    Hello again FairWitness,

That comment was in response to Sunday. She gave me a link that I had asked her for. Since I already knew about what Hataway had said about the “pot”, I put it into my response to her so that she would not have to go looking for a link to it (RE: #89). Also, I believe sometimes there is a little truth in people’s lies. If Tracy smoked pot, it would not make me think any less of her, and it would certainly not mean that she should be hurt or killed. I still think that Hataway may have lured her to another location. Although, Joe Ocasio’s message says that her phone was pinging .21 miles from the tower, and that Hataway’s house is .20 miles from the tower. So, it seems he couldn’t have gone very far. Unless he kept her cell phone with him when he went back home. Then, he would have had a couple of hours in between (2 a.m. until 4:30 a.m. or 4:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.)

Also, in light of the new “coded” message #94, it seems that this crime involves more than one person, and has a lot to do with the whole Vampire thing. I have also now read that Hataway was searching suicide on his computer after he was first questioned by police. If this is true, it does make him look pretty guilty.

Heidi, Thank you for the information on the cell phone towers. I did not realize that they could pinpoint an exact distance (.21 miles). I was thinking it could be anywhere in that 1-5 mile radius.

I goggled Big Tree Park and I can’t find anything resembling a “sea” thats mentioned in #94, unless there’s a business around there with the name sea in it. Possibly Lake Jessup?

  7. Shannaghan says:

Don’t know if it is related but on the father’s website there was another similar post that stuck out to me, though the verbiage isn’t similar:

    “06/26/2009 @ 12:12 AM

Mr. Ocasio, we know you are going through a hard time right now, but you must look within you daughter social gathering and you will find your answer……
    tic toc”

    http://www.tracyocasio.com/guestbook.php

If they run IP addresses perhaps they could cross ref. it with that one. Though, there are ways around that such as public locations…or it could be just another jerk looking for attention, too.

Blink, Danse Macabre (Dance of Death) has many items associated when googled; YouTube videos, writings, paintings. It’s the title of a Stephen King novel first published in 1981.

It could be YoYoOcoOco’s post is just a farce.

  9. Sunday says:

Fairwitness. – I know that Rachel is stating that Hataway tried to kill her. I haven’t said anything in public about this because I don’t want anyone gunning for me. I do believe that something happened that night but I think it could have possibly “gone down” a little differently than Rachel reported. I’m not saying that she’s not being truthful, I would never ever say she was lying, but, the her account of that night could be askew.

  10. Tams says:

Per Post #107 above, referencing a comment from the Ocasio family’s website:

“06/26/2009 @ 12:12 AM: Mr. Ocasio, we know you are going through a hard time right now, but you must look within you daughter social gathering and you will find your answer……tic toc”

Another clue that has pushed me towards the following realization:

As difficult as it may be to do, there is probably merit in coming to the realization that this missing young woman may have made some unfortunate & perhaps naive choices regarding whom she associated with. It is beginning to perhaps appear as though she liked the “bad boy” types – the fact that she dated a Hutto being one of the red flags. We may have to open our minds to the fact that she used drugs as a part of this culture of friends – even though it was likely not on the scale of usage/experimentation of others such as Hataway, etc. When we let down those mental barriers regarding Tracy, perhaps we will be able to more clearly see the bigger picture or the proverbial “forest from the trees”.

Not placing judgement. Not trying to place doubt on character. Worded as delicately as I could. I just believe we need to take all blinders off to be able to locate beautiful dear Tracy.

  11. FairWitness says:

Sorry, mjh. I realize you were responding to Sunday. I’ve noticed fellow Blinkers jump in whenever they have a point they’d like to interject.

More evidence is needed to file charges against Jimmy Hataway & further investigation is warranted to find all the guilty participants. If he’s innocent, then I hope the truth comes out. There’s circumstantial evidence which points to his involvement; he’s the last to see Tracy, except her abductor (probably Jimmy). Her car found so close to Jimmy’s home (which could have been parked there by someone else). And her cell phone pinging in the same area.

If someone is framing Jimmy, he knows him well. An accomplice, perhaps? Frame ups are great for mystery writers, movies & TV. In my experience, reality doesn’t work that way.

    I just want Tracy found.

  12. Calilady says:

Blink, I had no idea that Tracy had dated oen of the Huttos. I do know she went out with one of them, who she called “the ugly one”. She was interested in his friend, Hataway, so hard for me to even write it down, it makes me feel sick.

  13. Calilady says:

Meant to say one. I do wish, that one of these friends do come forth, and give-out a real hint to were Tracy’s body is. Joe wants his daughter, he is not interested in revenge. So often I read ” I could not imagine how to even cope with someone missing”. Well it’s an unmaginable ocean of agony and dispair, from which you can’t wake-up from. My brother will never be the same. his suffering is beyond belief.

  14. Shannaghan says:

Sunday, and everyone else- the suggestion of Lake Jessup is more than a little scary to hear as a local, because the 417 (ie. Central Florida Greenway) goes right over the center of it and if there was an easy way to dispose of a body…it would be there. It wouldn’t be that difficult to drop it over the bridge at let’s say between 3-6 am on a desolate Wednesday morning. I believe it is a divided highway, so someone could easily drive slow until there was no traffic in sight and if there ended up being another vehicle in the vicinity, they could just make another pass traveling in the opposite direction (after making a U-turn in the median). Unfortunately, that lake also has an abnormally high population of alligators, even by Florida’s standards. Wikipedia mentions much of what I have already but also discusses “a thick layer of muck more than 9 1/2 feet deep in some areas sitting on the bottom of the lake that now averages only six feet in depth”… (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Jesup)

On the other hand, that is a long way to travel when you have all the comforts of hiding a body nearby; in familiar territory…because from the MetroWest area (where the Taproom is), would be at least a 30 minute drive under the best possible circumstances.

Is there any way to check the toll cameras and receipts for that morning? With consideration to whatever vehicles Hataway and his cronies had access to? There is no way to access that road unless you pay cash or have an EPass/Sunpass-both of which would leave a paper and video trail- or at least traces of such. Also, cameras along the way at major intersections should probably be explored as several of the municipalities have been installing and utilizing them recently.

  15. Shannaghan says:

Correction- One could access the 417 (Central Florida Greenway) by running the tolls. However, this would also leave a paper and image trail (hopefully) as the cameras are supposed to take photographs of your license plate as you run the tolls, and subsequently charge your Epass account if you have one, or send you ticket/warning.

  16. Tams says:

Have had this in the back of my mind at work today; as I was working in the Art section (am a manager of a bookstore, and an Art major – thus, my favorite section!) – the cover of a book made me stop to ponder . . . The cover was a depiction of Evard Munch’s famous Expressionist piece, “The Scream”. For those who need a visual reminder:

    http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth/munch/munch.scream2.jpg

It is often discussed that this infamous piece represents a symbolic portrayal of death; the jaw dropping open in anguished fear . . . or, as we have now learned via Caylee & the duct tape, due to natural causes, known as the “O” effect.

If this is too gruesome or out of line, please edit me, Blink . . .

. . . but, what else does a dropped jaw evoke? Awe. Per Post #94′s riddle/poem: “… for near not far I wait in awe, for you to find me, once and for all…” I may be reading entirely too much into it, but could this person be telling us that Tracy is dead somewhere, waiting for us to find her?

The author of that post did after all refer to the “Danse Macabre”. Some history/meaning of such:

The “Dance of Death” was originally a species of spectacular 14th century English morality plays, evolving from the widespread fear of such epidemics as the Black Death. In these productions, Death appeared as the messenger to the living relaying what fate had in store; the dance depicting violent death.

    http://www.deathreference.com/Nu-Pu/Personifications-of-Death.html
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danse_Macabre

Is Tracy’s disappearance (& possible death?) meant to be a message to someone?
As usual, excellent research Tams and that is exactly what I believe.

Re: #94 – this seems like a strange place for a group of criminals to be leaving messages to each other – unless they are communicating in code with a contact on LE?

  18. Sunday says:

I knew Jimmy when he was a teen. My son was very, very close to him. We’re talking many yrs ago when they were around 15-17. He lived with us for quite awhile. My son and I have discussed all this at length and he’s said more than a couple of times that as teens, they had a code to live by and a code between them when discussing things they didn’t want others to know about. The code to live by was you never harm anyone and you never turn on the others. He has also said that if he could talk to Jimmy, they could talk about things and no one would understand it. Unfortunately, he’s moved out of state several yrs ago and can’t come here due to work and family obligations. Thank goodness, my son and 2 of the other boys took another avenue in life and are doing well for themselves. My whole point of this is that there is a “code.” I read him the post that we’re all discussing and he said that it means nothing to him. But, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t mean something to someone. I find it strange that as kids they had a code and it seems that others are still using one.

  19. Sunday says:

I hope that LE has been in contact with the females that were with the Hutto’s the night of the altercation between them and Tracy. I’ve seen accounts that there were 1 and also there were 2. For some reason, young women in the type of group that the Hutto’s are in are extremely aggressive and seem to feel they need to prove how tough they are. I’m trying hard not to sterotype these women and forgive me if I’m not doing a good job of it. But, is it possibly that they had a point to prove? It was reported that Tracy called at least one of them out. Could the men be protecting the women?

    Re: Post #114 from Shannaghan:

Your post really adds so much of this up, IMO – made my heart stop just to read it. Numerous tie-ins:
    • Lake Jessup is perhaps the “largest sea” to be seen from the “tallest tree”
    • The “thick layer of muck” could well be known by those in the dredging business, as well as the alligator info
    • Only 30 minutes away (not far at all really – numerous folks commute that each way to work on a daily basis) via a major thoroughfare, makes it most probably familiar to all of those in this Ocoee group/circle of acquaintances
    • Add all of that to the tale that Hataway supposedly bragged about knowing a perfect place to “make someone disappear” – probably heard/gossiped about by those in this group
    • All of this makes the “message” of Tracy’s disappearance (& possible death?) very clear to all in this group

Are we reading way to much into this, and creating our own horror novel? . . . am officially really scared.

My apologies to the Ocasio family & friends if we are spinning this into something outlandish – not my intention at all. Just want to help find this lovely young woman.

  21. Sunday says:

Blink – I was wondering if LE ever reads these posts? The reason I was wondering is because so many people have left great ideas and it would be a shame if they weren’t followed up on.

    They do.

Sunday, Post #109, I believe there are pictures of Rachel’s injuries that provide corroboration for her account of Jimmy’s attempted murder.

  23. FairWitness says:

Tams, Post #110, I think it’s already been well-established that there are a certain number of characters of ill-repute in this group. I don’t see any evidence to suggest that Tracy was attracted to “bad boys” or that she was a drug user. The prime suspect “bad boy” Jimmy Hataway is saying Tracy wanted to smoke pot the night she disappeared. THAT DOESN’T MAKE IT TRUE.

It seems to me that Tracy was guilty of nothing more than trusting someone unworthy of that trust. What proof do you have for your opinion? I haven’t read anything that backs that up.

mrs calilady,i absolutely appreciate your posting here please dont go away,i was in no way suggesting tracy deserved this ,for calling the cops,i did cringe later that ,could be read that way,(i glad you responded, lets me know my instincts and sensitivity, are in sync)i merely couldnt get the wording right, without wording it from the point of view of the person arrested,i was thinking that tracy was too nice of a girl to be hanging out with these,i bow down to tracy for calling the police if she deemed the situation worthy, it wouldve been the last time i hung out there though. i do think that the comment on joe’s site and the above comment#110 are correct, i have a bad feeling the body will never be found, and so to find your peace with what happened your going to have to piece together what&who tracy was or was becoming what exactly was this social circle whats on their rap sheets whats coming out about them, and what exactly was the social dynamic the particulars of each of tracy’s brush ups within in this circle ,and i think the obvious will become apparent, you might not ever know exactly what happened and i fear in this situation that might be the better way.

  25. Sunday says:

Fairwitness, I’m sure that something happened. I have no doubt about that but being young and drawn to the bad boy type has gotten more than one naive female into trouble. I’m thinking more along the lines of rough play that got out of hand. I was young once and I remember a guy that I went out with where things definitely got out of hand. I went home with the feeling that I too had been close to being severaly injured. When I look back on it now, I know that I was with someone so far ahead of me in these matters and I know now that there was no ill intent. I just didn’t have a clue and he wasn’t reading the signals I was giving out until I punched him and got his attention. If this were the case with Rachel, I can see her jumping out of the car, running down the street with Hataway chasing her to see what the heck happened. At this point he could have been as confused as she was. I can also see him reaching her, grabbing her and both of them going to the ground. With Rachel screaming, this is probably when the witness came out to see what was going on and saw them both on the pavement. Like I said, I have no doubt that something happened, but when a young person is scared to death, they’re mind can tell them a lot of things. I know, I had it happen to me. I honestly don’t believe that he was going to harm her. And as far as Tracy wanting to smoke pot with Hataway, this was the same story that was reported about Rachel. More people smoke pot than you realize. If it’s true that Tracy or Rachel wanted to smoke pot, I really don’t think that this tarnishes their reputations. I would hope that no one in this day and age would see them as “bad” because they smoke pot. I think that they were possibly naive and hooked up with the wrong people but young girls ARE attracted to the “bad boy” types. This is a known fact.

  26. Sunday says:

And Fairwitness, please please don’t think I’m jumping you at all. I, like everyone else on here, have a hard time putting into words sometimes what we’re thinking. I’m just one of those people that try and see all sides to everything. Whether it’s in this instance or my own personal life. I don’t think that everything is as it seems all the time. 5 people can see the exact thing happen and they’ll give 5 different accounts of what actually happened. It doesn’t mean that they’re lying, it just means they see things different. Forgive me if I came across condescending or rude.

  27. Heidi says:

I thought that whole .21 mile thing had to do with triangulation and isn’t exact. I could be wrong.

  28. Calilady says:

Thank you Susan for your honesty and forwardness. Sunday, I am glad that you were a strong enough girl, that you were able to overcome your attacker. However, Hataway had attack females in the past, and his ex-roommate, who has received threats since he spoke to the media, witnessed Hataway try the braking of the neck of a female by placing his fingers on the sides of her mouth, as well as punching another girl until she did not move anymore. He should had gone to the cops, but I am sure the fact that Hataway once pointed a gun at him, kept him from coming forward. I have aleady accepted the sad fate of my niece. When I came to realize somewhat, why she is gone, it hit me like a ton of bricks. For her dad, Joe, my brother, this wll never go away. He was so close to his daughter, truly she was his princess. This is so unimaginably painful for him and Liz, his wife, as well as for his very large family, that are all over the world. I am a firm believer that God will punish all those involved in His good time. Thank you for all of you, that come out with clues and for your caring and prayers. I told this to Blink before, without sites like this (yours is far the best of all) I would have had an emotional brakedown.

  29. Red Ranger says:

    http://www.city-data.com/towers/cell-Ocoee-Florida.html

I would think that one problem with triangulating cell phones is caused when a cell phone does not fall inside the area of a triangle created by three towers. It seems that all that can be used then is signal strength to the tower.

I do note that the map is not inclusive of all towers in the area.

  30. Tina says:

Someone or many know where she is, and none of them choose to say, how sad! Even if they could give a big clue, that wouldn’t be traced back to them would be awesome, I wouldn’t want something that dreadful hanging over my shoulder’s. I hate to feel guilty as it is, and alot of times…I have no need to and still do. Something this sad could make a normal healthy person ill. It’s time for someone to step up and give this girl back to her parent’s, their so stressed and heartbroken over this, and probally feel so worthless. I still find is so insane that there was no evidence, that’s really crazy!

I don’t know any of these people and I worry and think about it daily.

Please do the right thing, so she can be back with her parent’s or RIP and her family can have a little closure to relate to.

  31. FairWitness says:

All right, then, Sunday. I understand where you’re coming from. My radar is bleeping on Hataway. Three women in and around Ocoee and his general proximity have encountered something awful. One lived to tell about it, the other is the missing. Tracy Ocasio who was last seen in Hataway’s company who says she gave him a ride home and wanted to smoke pot but didn’t like what he had so she left.

The one who lived to tell, Rachel Clarke, says she gave the guy a ride home — nothing about smoking dope — she went to hug him goodbye and the man attacked her. Her head was slammed into the pavement, the man tried to strangle her — she has the marks to prove it.

Then there’s another woman who we have no knowledge that Jimmy knew her, but Jennifer Kesse is missing just like (and before) Tracy. There’s too much wrong around this guy, regardless of your past history with him. You may need to accept that people change. He’s not who you thought he was.

  32. LuckyLou says:

    Re; Danse Macabre:

Danse Macabre is a novel by Stephen King, and, well, this is probably pushing it, but this is a poem from Courage by Mansfield:

    A SONG OF VENGEANCE

    The night is dark,
There is no light no light!
    All the world is dark,
    The night is dark . . .
It is no ordinary darkness, this.
Even the moon trembles and hides her face,
Pale, trembling moon, shivering behind warm
    clouds,
    I do not blame you.
I, too, fear to look upon the sights you hide ‘from.
Yet I must do it for I am a man
    And I must avenge!
Revenge! Revenge! That is a word I never knew
    till now.
Death and red blood seemed very distant once.
    I have known love.
I have felt kisses soft upon my lips.
I have felt bodies warm against my own,
I have looked into eyes tender and lit with love,
I have fought boyishly, half laughing as I did so,
But this this game of killing my fellow men is
    new to me.
Still are they my fellow men?
That is a question difficult to answer:
Are they my fellow men, these things, these Huns?
Partners all in a danse macabre of lusty killing,
    Rapers of women,
    Breakers of oaths,
    Butchers of babes
    I doubt it.
If these are my fellow men,
Better the apes from whom they tell me I descend !
Yes, I will slay, and it shall be no crime,
For in this darkness I can see the eyes,
The eyes of virgins with their virtue robbed,
The eyes of heroes treacherously stabbed,
The eyes of hostages killed for their gaolers’
    pleasure,
    The eyes of murdered children,
The eyes of boys who never shot a gun,
The eyes of aged women and old men,
The eyes of countless hundreds tortured to their
    graves,
Those eyes call out for vengeance !
They whisper eagerly to me in the quiet of my
    room ;
They call out from the shadows when I walk
    abroad ;
They gibber at me no matter where I go.
Vengeance! They claim it as their due.
Vengeance! It is their right, their wage.
Vengeance! If it is not theirs, it is not God’s.
Vengeance! And we shall give it them.
Those murdered babes of wrongly sunken ships,
Those crucified of Belgium and of France
    They shall have vengeance.
Coldly, quietly, almost with half a smile,
We come, youths of the New World eager for the
    fray
    They shall have vengeance,
And we we youths of the New World we shall
    give it them!

Tina and the entire Ocasio family. I am truly deeply saddened that you are having to go through this. No one, no one should ever have to endure this type of pain. I have a 26 yr old daughter and I can not imagine what it is to go through something like this. Even though I knew Jimmy, I last saw him 13 yrs ago. If he did this or had anything to do with it, I will still care about him but I would also hope that he would be punished accordingly. My personal feeling is that others are hiding information. I don’t know who or how far it goes but what you need to know is out there. Someone always knows. This kind of thing does not happen without someone, somewhere knowing. If they would just grow the coconuts it takes to come forward, your family could at least have some closure.

  34. Sunday says:

Fairwitness, fair enough. Nothing wrong with a difference of opinion. The one thing I know we all agree on is that we want Tracy to be found and brought back to her family. That’s first and foremost in everyone’s mind.

If I were arrested, I wouldn’t be telling the media anything, to say…I’m not guilty, I think it threw me off, and I wasn’t aware of all the thing’s Jimmy’s old roommate knew and seen. I simply can’t believe there are people who stand behind Jimmy, if he did it, he did it! If not, then so be it, I guess I’m more familiar with people like BTK- Dennis Rader, growing up in Wichita, Ks. He was very happy to have everyone know it was him.

  38. FairWitness says:

Sunday, there’s a reason Jimmy Hataway is in custody. We aren’t privy to all the evidence LE has in Tracy’s case. Like forensic results from her abandoned car or from the search of Jimmy’s home. There must be witnesses who have come forward with information which has not been released publicly. As Tracy’s father said in his July 3rd post, none of the information has led to Tracy’s whereabouts. You’re right that someone knows what happened. But it may be he’s already in custody and remaining silent.

Sunday, Hataway has a kidnapping charge from when he was a youth. He has a girl accusing him of attempted murderin Seminole County. The “rough play” explanation does not pass the straight face test in this instance. Accept it: you knew a monster before he became a monster or before his monstrosity revealed itself. Now, please, show some respect for the victims and quit rationalizing your old buddies behavior.

For the record, I dont care if the incident started as “rough play”, if he brutally attacked this girl, and I have no reason to doubt her story, and in fact, reasons to corroberate it, he will be punished accordingly. I would however, not like to attack posters for their personal experiences with Hataway-

For whatever reason, the State’s Attorney opted NOT to charge Hataway until he became a person of interest in another alleged crime; the disappearance of Tracy Ocasio, 9 months later. I can tell you when she first re-approached the SA, she was DENIED, told they could not be pressing charges because it would not be prosecutable because she did not cooperate last time, and thus why no charges were filed. Shortly thereafter, you see the magnitude of the charges he is facing. What changed their mind?

  41. Roach says:

Hypothesis: her car was near his house because in the course of killing Tracy and disposing of her body, her keys were misplaced, lost, fell out, or otherwise could not be found. The original plan was for Hataway to dump her body and then move her car (perhaps having earlier moved it with another car, like his dads, or possibly a friend’s truck), but the missing keys complicated things.

  42. FairWitness says:

Susan, the prime suspect is the one making the accusations that these women, the missing Tracy & the assaulted/almost murdered Rachel, wanted to smoke pot. What independent/credible corroboration is there for his assertions or versions of events? I haven’t seen any.

We should not lend any weight to the story of Jimmy Hataway. He’s a violent, dangerous druggie and a total degenerate. Why anyone would come here and cast aspersions on his victims’ character? It’s inhumane to Tracy’s loved ones; they’re already suffering more than any of us can possibly imagine.

    IT IS CRUEL!

I did not see anyone casting disparity on her character here, and I would not allow that. Frankly, I really dont think whether or not a girl smokes weed and dates guys that may not be my particular cup a joe, casts disparity. She’s an adult, and imo, a victim. The problem I am having is pointing the finger at someone where others with a hell of a lot more of a motive have NOT been investigated is grossly irresponsible and I seek to understand why. If the goal truly is finding Tracy, as it should be, why focus on just Hataway?

20 BODIES????? I would LOVE to see THIS list!!! How can they print unsubstantiated info like this? I understood she has never found ONE body!

snipped from myfoxorlando.com (credit where it’s due lol)

Gale St John is a nationally known psychic who has found more than 20 bodies. On Friday she searched this area and others trying to find Tracy ocasio.

St. John has been in Orlando since June 25, a nationally known figure conducting a secretive search. “We’ve had a lot going on this week. Things we’ve come across. Things I have a lot of feelings about.

If she found 20 bodies she was either at the morgue on a weekend or I would be checking her 20 alibis.

  44. Gale, go away, you are not wanted here. I’m doing a very interesting story about you. Ask your whipping boy Brian how he liked the story I did about him. I bet it really made you and Brian mad that the domain name TracyOcasio.com was taken before you vultures could buy it up. Was Brian able to sell his porn site? Go away, and I mean it.
Ask Brian if he remembers Detective Shoemaker? How much would he like out there?

Susan – I’ve never posted anything on ANY site where I have defended Jimmy in any way, shape or form. It’s what you’re reading into my posts that’s causing the problems. I’ve said it many times, if Jimmy is found guilty, he needs to be punished according to whatever the law allows. I most definitely have never, ever, ever said he was innocent. If you can find one post anywhere that shows me defending him or his actions, please, direct us all to it. I have defended his shaved head, tattoos and piercings. I would defend these choices no matter who it was. Yes, he had a crappy childhood but I’m NOT stating this as a defense. It’s a fact. It does not excuse bad behavior. And not one time have I said anything negative about Tracy or Rachel. I wouldn’t do that. But, there is more going on than we, the public, are privvy too. I don’t know if Jimmy did or didn’t do this but if he did, he wasn’t alone. And, if he played any part in it, he deserves to be punished.

Everyone – Differences of opinon can sometimes lead to great ideas. But, don’t attack me because I may see things a little differently. Even Blink feels that there are others involved. There are so many scenerios that could have gone down during this tragedy. Why not explore some of them? Discuss them?

Blink, I apologize if I unknowingly offended anyone on this board. It wasn’t my intent. I guess most people aren’t prepared to look at things from all angles. They put a target out there and focus on it, never looking past it.

Once again, I’m being labled a Jimmy sympathizer because I may have different opinions or I try to talk through all possible scenerios.
Sorry, I’ve never been one to follow the crowd. A lot of times playing follow the leader means jumping off a cliff and I’m not prepared to do that.

I have to agree with No Name. Guys- I have serious reservations about how this investigation is being conducted for a myriad of reasons. I am not saying Hataway is innocent, or a nice guy. I am saying I am in personal contact in upwords of 15 very close associates in this case and it is not adding up to me. You can’t charge up the castle yet, no way.

Hack & Sue Iten – I have no idea what day this all happened. My name has been sundayschild47 for 4 yrs. It’s the day I was born and my age at the time I created it. I change it up from time to time due to boredom. Now my name is being put into question?

  47. FairWitness says:

Those are valid points you’ve made, Blink. Smoking pot is a crime, although a minor infraction by law. So is running a stop sign or speeding. I get that it’s not big time criminal conduct.

Sunday speculates that Tracy may have had an attraction to “bad boys.” On what does she base this? Did she know Tracy personally? It could be she was simply unsophisticated and naive about who Jimmy really was. Ignorant of the danger. Lots of women are attracted to “bad boy” types, but they don’t wind up assaulted or missing.

I just wonder if speculating about possible scenarios based solely on the word of the prime suspect doesn’t do a disservice to the victim. I fail to see how that helps further the search for Tracy.

Criminals & sociopaths lie about everything, they lie even when it’s not necessary. I don’t think any credence should be placed in what Jimmy Hataway has to say.

The underlying message seems to be Tracy’s behavior put herself at risk. While a whole lot of these folks in this crowd would not be described good citizens, we really don’t know what Tracy knew about them. I think Tracy misjudged these folks, Jimmy in particular. She didn’t know she was in danger. She made a mistake, imho.

  48. Turbothink says:

According to that article on St.John the “fake” psychic in my opinion, she claims she has found 20 bodies. To that I say BS. I can’t find even ONE attributed to her findings, unless she is counting driving by where they are found like that VERY FAKE video of Caylee Anthony case. If she KNEW where the body was, WHY did she and that stupid dog not get out and get it? I can tell you why and that is because she doesn’t know diddly and that stupid do is NO CADAVER trained dog. I believe LE should be investigating her.

There are REAL psychic abilities, and hers is NOT one of them in my opinion.

Lol, yes, they should, for more than a few reasons.

The comment says it’s by nonameplz but it’s Sunday. I don’t know why it put this but it’s definitely Sunday. I don’t want anyone to think I’m hiding out.

  50. nonameplz says:

Fairwitness – I didn’t say she was attracted to the “bad boy” types. I said “young girls ARE attracted to the “bad boy” types.” I never said she was. However, I believe, and correct me if I’m wrong, she dated one of the Hutto’s. I may be assuming here but that to me would be an attraction to “bad boy” types. This does not make her a bad person. Good grief, that would mean I’m a bad person because I’ve made that mistake myself back in the day and believe me, I’m far from bad. I’m as white bread as you can get.
LOL. Tracy was “dating” one or more of the Huttos in the last months. I feel like we are all trying to get to the same place, let’s stay on that path.
