For Rein and the link you posted OMG. Did that ever help particularly with the visual of the area. Loved the premeditation argument too. Still reading marinade dave. Thank you. I’m only on the pavers but wanted to get a hearty thanks posted.

Re 338 Todd – LMAO. (Not to take from the humour but isn’t the diary entry date pretty suspect?)

Also re the post asking about the state of the relationship between Cindy and Shirley. Is it not ironic that a lot of people are wondering about that when all Shirley did was tell the truth and try to help. Rick too imo. We have a good idea of where it got Rick with both Cindy and his mother. It would be nice to think Cindy was telling Shirley how much she loved her. Likelihood??

Hi Blink, I have reading all of the posts on this site for awhile and you and all of the regular posters here know so much about this case. You guys are amazing! I had asked sometime ago about Mallory Parker. I can’t seem to find any statements that she made to LE anywhere. I feel that because she is LA’s girlfriend she would probably know inside information on what happened on June 15th, July 3rd, and July 15th.I believe that LA had to vent to someone about what he was going through at that time. What are your thoughts? Do you think she knows the “real” truth about what happened to Caylee & the cover up?

Maura, You have definitely proven I shouldn’t give up my day job to become a sleuth! Your knowledge of the hair samples, and the importance of the brush vs brush, is something I hope everyone understands….. proving once again….Cindy in trying to outwit the LE probably gave them the exact right brush! I had considered she might have the one in her bathroom completely hairless, but never thought of the other points you made about Casey using it more frequently and her hair being shorter than Caylee’s!

Add that to your post 331 and I have been off on a reading spree. I hope someone has tipped off the prosecutors to read your posts!

I will be reading and write down a point I want to address and then I’m off reading something referenced here!

    Great post Blinkers!

I can tell you they do read here, as does all counsel in this case. Not to speak for Maura, but I think she may be aquainted with a person or 2 in the SA’s office as well; we are grateful for her, as well as the other “best in class” posters on this site.

I have always wondered about a couple things in the case and thought I would go ahead and throw it out here – for the experts.
First, what did law enforcement mean when they said “Lee knows what he did, and that is why we treat him differently.”
Secondly, Was physical evidence found by the Anthony’s on July 3rd? Is that why LE moved the playhouse?

isn’t it interesting you see NO ONE….I mean NO ONE…(as far as I have seen) support the Anthony’s…no friends no neighbors no family….I feel bad for them in a way (don’t bash me people :-) , thats got to be a lonely place..I only hope in time they come to grips with the reality of this situation and do right by lil Caylee, I understand the love and support of a child but dang how do they sleep at night knowing that everything coming out of your mouth is a lie, a lie about your own grandbaby..? maybe they just have to believe it all to get through the day, the horror of it all is and must be a nightmare to them, I would never want to change places with them.

Thank you, Blink, for pointing out that the materials available to the public are open to more than one interpretation (not to mention the additional hints to send our sleuthing minds into the labyrinth once more).

Here is a point we can all (hopefully) agree on:

If Cindy thought she was putting something over on OCSO/FBI, she was dead wrong.

They had her number down pretty fast, and they took good advantage of it.

While it is terrifically frustrating to listen to her, that does not mean it was not good detective work to allow her to ramble on as she did. The more she talked, the more they learned (and not just about what she claimed had taken place).

If she believed the reason the FBI asked her all of those questions about Casey’s personality/reputation/proclivities/etc was for the sole, or even main, purpose of learning about Casey, she was mistaken.

I admit that at times I am personally outraged at much of this family’s behavior, so when I become emotional about the case in my posts, you can bet that I am likely speaking from a fire in my heart, and not from the calmness of my cooled-off professional head.

I understand why people want to extend the benefit of the doubt to Cindy on some or many of these issues.

She was Caylee’s sole provider. She fed and clothed her. She saw to it that Caylee had a roof over her head, no thanks to George, btw who not only failed to be a fiscally responsible husband/father/grandfather, but who also–through his divorce attorney–had let it be known that he would seek half of the value of the house plus spousal support from Cindy if she went through with the divorce–even though he knew that Cindy was basically raising Caylee there and may not not have been able to afford a place where Caylee could reside with her, let alone have a yard for her playhouse, etc if he took that path. GOOD GOING, (AGAIN) GEORGE.

Cindy was Caylee’s grandmother, babysitter, and yes, more of a true mother than Casey.

But that almost makes some of the things she has said and done all the more disturbing. (similar to Scott Peterson’s mother, who, let us not forget, also “lost” a grandchild–and who was similarly dishonest with LE/attempted to help her son avoid the consequences of his evil deeds, though she never engaged in providing “live Connor” sightings and certainly didn’t have any opportunity to potentially be involved in any effort to hide/move his remains)

Either Cindy bought was Casey was selling that whole time, or she suspected that something was “wrong” at some point during the 31 days.

While we can debate back and forth about the 24th (and didn’t Cindy tell LE that Casey actually came into town for the insurance card on the 25th? didn’t she say Casey was in Tampa/at the hosptial on the 23rd–the day the gas cans were actually “stolen”?? go back and read what she told OCSO about that week– a headache awaits you, but clarity shall arise therefrom), she cannot–and we cannot– deny what took place on July 3rd. She knew Casey was playing a “shell game” of sorts with her (Caylee was the peanut), and she knew that something was wrong–seriously wrong–from the plain language of her July 3rd MySpace post.

Here is a good example of what causes me to lose sympathy. Her reporting about June 23rd, 24th, 25th… And what happened on July 3rd/her post…It does not jibe with her repeated attempts to make LE believe that SHE PERSONALLY believed Casey was where Casey said she was; about believing that Casey and/or a long-trusted “nanny” were watching and caring for Caylee that whole time, providing her with a safe, stable, environment including all the necessities that a 34 month old baby girl requires. (She had to know that was all total BS, and yet…)

Unlike others (for whom I hold the greatest respect), I believe Cindy knew things before she would like for people to believe she did.

She wrote on July 3rd that Caylee was “gone” from her life. If she didn’t suspect that Caylee was “gone” from her life (forever) on July 3rd, she had to have seriously suspected it or known it for certain when they picked up the car on July 15th and smelled the DECOMP. (A mother knows these things–thanks, Casey).

Much as we may be tempted to spare a child the consequences of his/her actions, we simply must not do it. If Casey had been a nanny to someone else’s child and done what she did to Caylee to that child, would anyone be so forgiving of Cindy if she behaved as she has behaved here??

I know- I know– She was in “DENIAL”.
    Let me comment on that.

I am concerned that people are so trusting and good-hearted themselves that they may be giving this woman the benefit of the doubt where she is not deserving of it.

I don’t believe she suppressing reality to the extent she would have people believe. I believe that she dresses up in denial when it suits her purposes. (even with regard to Casey’s pregnancy)

She knows that Casey is a sociopath/pathological liar. She has said it herself, and directly to Casey’s good friends. Is that consistent with the picture of an overly protective mother in total denial about her child?

According to a forensic psychiatrist I know well and trust, people who are truly in denial do not just switch it on and off at will so fast to accommodate the circumstances.

Denial is an ego defense mechanism that operates UNCONSCIOUSLY to resolve emotional conflict, and to allay anxiety by refusing to perceive the more unpleasant aspects of external reality. In the psychoanalytic theory of Sigmund Freud, denial is described as a primitive defense mechanism. Anna Freud studied the widespread occurrence of denial among small children and explained that the MATURE ego does not continue to make extensive use of denial, because it conflicts with the capacity to recognize and critically test reality.

Yes, most people employ denial at some time in their lives when coping with stressful situations, such as the death of a loved one. However, Elisabeth Kübler-Ross’s influential theory describes denial as the FIRST stage of a person’s progress in coming to terms with an unpleasant reality. In such instances, denial may be considered adaptive. It is considered maladaptive, however, when it becomes delusional.

If a person is purposefully taking steps to MISLEAD others (LE/the media), she is not in denial, let alone delusional.

Lee got immunity for a reason (and that reason is not that he had been telling the truth all along). We certainly don’t know what he had to offer, but something to offer, he had indeed. Whether that results in a smoother prosecution of Casey alone, or whether it leads to the discovery of evidence which will shed light on the actions of others, remains to be seen.

I had an extended conversation yesterday with a dear friend and someone who is an insider in this case. This person started out swearing up and down that there is no way Cindy had knowledge Caylee’s remains were in the woods off Suburban before she was found. That opinion has changed to reflect my own. There is no doubt whatsoever she knew, sent her minions to find her, and they just did not.

  15. westsidehudson says:

    Julie,

Apparently, for a few years Casey has been telling tall tales. Lee says this in the undercover video with Anthony Lazzaro (sp?), and adds, ” I don’t know why she does it”. She might have thought that it made her look cool or wealthy to employ a nanny. However, at the time, the Grunds were actually babysitting Caylee a good portion of the time. They never met the nanny, and if I recall correctly, didn’t really buy the story at the time.

As you have read above, others believe that Casey was using a fake ID with the Zenaida Gonzales name. She could have had it for a while and maybe used it before she turned 21 to get into bars(?). I suspect (at least in part)she might have wanted to develop a character for Cindy’s benefit, that was benevolent with children, so she could say that that was who she & Caylee were staying with when she slept overnight somewhere at any given random time, with any random person or boyfriend.

She was likely researching this name for some time. Either she was tipped off to this Zenaida looking for an apartment at Sawgrass by someone who lived there, came upon her through some inexplicable event of serendipity, or as others have surmised, that she, herself, showed up with the fake ID to look at apartments at some point.

  16. westsidehudson says:

    Blink, silverspnr:

“Cindy had knowledge Caylee’s remains were in the woods off Suburban before she was found.”

Agreed, It took a while for me to come to this conclusion. I do think that she was in denial for a short period in the beginning. Then she went into ‘spin-mode”. I had a lot of sympathy for the Anthonys at the start. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes. On some level, I still do. Cindy made an attempt to “right things” when she went into therapy. I suppose that there wasn’t enough follow-through in getting Casey involved. Or Cindy had some kind of break, and exploded, after becoming tired of the continuing saga. Since things went terribly wrong, after this small attempt, I believe that Cindy reverted back to the way that she normally handled Casey issues and proceeded into the cover-up, denial mode. By denial ,here, I mean outright denying facts to others, as opposed to a psychological state of denial. As others have more eloquently stated , I think she blames herself because when she finally stepped outside of the little dance that she had with Casey all those years, it resulted in the death of Caylee. Obviously, Cindy and Casey had a serious codependent relationship in the past, and that only intensified after the police had their sights on Casey as a suspect.

  17. silverspnr says:

    dee-#362

You’re forgetting the Milsteads. This is the ilk of company the Anthonys welcome.

If the Anthonys had behaved appropriately, they would have been surrounded by good, honest,sympathetic/empathetic folks from near and bar, regardless of what Casey was accused of doing.

Lionel Dahmer and Joyce (Dahmer) Flint (yes, Jeffrey’s parents), who quietly showed support for their son — were the recipients of more community sympathy than the Anthonys are apparently capable of garnering. (And Jeffrey Dahmer killed his first victim while he was living at his father’s house, albeit while the family was away, this after he had been asked to leave his grandmother’s home due to, among other things, strange smells coming from the basement).

Go back and watch the video of Cindy hammering those NO TRESPASSING signs into her front yard, waiving the hammer at people, calling them “maggots”, etc and telling THEM to go look for Caylee (while she was busy doing otherwise).

    This family has isolated itself.

And I truly believe that if they had turned a leaf and been forthright, that people would have softened to them (again) (they did, initially, have a good deal of community support, and let’s not forget all of the selfless volunteers who gave so much of themselves to help find Caylee–and how Cindy turned on them as well).

I am not without sympathy for their loss of Caylee, but I am not sympathetic to them as a result of their actions since.

Agreed. I held out for George the longest. To this day for Caylee’s sake I remind myself she loved and trusted them and out of respect for Miss Sweetie Girl, I “stand down”.
BTW everyone, Caylee would have been 4 years old today. Please keep her in your prayers today.

  19. silverspnr says:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IcmeiJGSbc

Here is a link to Cindy hammering away on her front yard, claiming that she is introducing Tim Miller to Missing Persons Dept… making the accusation that none of the media “give a damn” about Caylee… accusing them of doing something wrong because a retention pond was seached.. calling them leaches, parasites, maggots… and then the jewel in the crown about Johnson’ security on the tow lot…

  20. Kosmo says:

Boo I never said that “they didn’t think ANYTHING was wrong” until the 15th. I just don’t think they even fathomed the severity of it all until the 15th. I don’t think they were trying to set up this big story on the days leading up to it… They, I believe were really trying to find them and the reality of it all didn’t hit until they picked up the car.

If you are trying to do a cover up you don’t call 911 over and over..

  21. FairWitness says:

“There is no doubt whatsoever she knew, sent her minions to find her, and they just did not.”

My God, Blink. This is true? How could Cindy NOT tell law enforcement where she believed Caylee’s body had been disposed of? How could she continue to go on television defending Casey? You’re saying Cindy KNEW Casey had killed her child yet continued with the George & Cindy press junket.

I take it this information was gleaned from Lee who got it straight from Casey, then?

That baby’s body was left to decompose into skeletal remains so that no definitive cause of death could be found?

George & Cindy should be charged with obstruction of justice and aiding & abetting as an accessory after the fact. Lee should have been charged, as well.

This is my opinion. I will caveat this by saying I think there is a fat difference between thinking that’s the case, and actually KNOWING. I dont think she thought Casey murdered her and dumped her there, but I do believe that she thought “somone” did.
    B

  22. Kleat says:

There is so much to read! Haven’t caught up yet, in the meantime, a couple quick thoughts on the ‘baby brush’ vs ‘CMA communal brush’ being given to LE. Besides being less than co-operative possibly, Cindy might also have wanted to avoid the obvious question of WHY the baby’s hairbrush was left at home and not taken with her to the babysitter’s in her backpack. (Cindy might have wondered the same thing after the baby had left, as George stated that Caylee’s hair was in a ponytail and having the child’s hairbrush in the pack, would seem a little necessity when the ponytail needed to be redone or hair brushed out before nap or bedtime.)

But I do think there was less than a ‘all I can do to help please’ attitude here, even if it was not to confuse the issue of the id of any Anthony hair found in the trunk.

  23. Riddlemethis says:

Trying to keep up with reading the posts….and just noting this.

Maura- You’re post #331 (particularly) the second half re: July 3rd, illuminates so well the dynamics going on between Casey, Cindy (and secondarily Lee). Reading it like that just smacks you in the face so to speak.

And while this was an escalating situation and exacerbated no doubt by Caylee’s whereabouts being hidden by Casey; I think it’s likely such a huge window into the abnormal dynamics going on regularly and for some time. Not suddenly new behavior from Casey in the past few months at all. The blatancy of Casey’s lies and her seeming expectation that everyone buy into them no matter how absurd they become, is so telling, and chilling frankly. (Have we not seen it repeated since?)

In another thread, a poster (maybe Boo?) mentioned how Casey had made up a fake email address from her supposed boss at Universal, and how this might have shown capability of forethought on Casey’s part. I ask now, does anyone really think Cindy or George believed Casey actually worked at Universal all that time? I don’t see how. And can you imagine Casey being questioned (cornered) on it, at some point in the past, and defiantly continuing the lie by then coming up with an email address from her imaginary boss to support her continuing that lie? Not just with her family, but with others as well?

Doesn’t that also make it easy to see how ZG could well have been fabricated in the past and the reasons for it?

And Silver- excellent post (as usual). This in particular resonated with me.

“According to a forensic psychiatrist I know well and trust, people who are truly in denial do not just switch it on and off at will so fast to accommodate the circumstances.”

This is such a simple statement, but profound fundamental truth which applies more broadly than to just the phenonmenon of denial itself I think. And a clue for all of us in certain circumstances to determine when someone’s behavior is manipulative.

If you shift that same perspective to Casey however, it may appear she turns it on and off at will, but in the big picture, she doesn’t really. (ie when she first meets people and appears ‘charming’ and gains their trust, they do not suspect her underlying issues. She seems ‘normal’). Therefore they are not suspecting any type of ‘whammy’ she will eventually send their way by taking advantage of that trust as a need / opportunity arises; which will consistently happen in some form to anyone who crosses her path). To paraphrase,’she just hits a wall, turns left and keeps on going’. Her behavior as a whole is actually very consistent, and has been for quite some time.

    Great posts everyone.

P.S. Maura- I trust all the time and energy you’re expending will eventually culminate into some kind of book, case study, thesis, etc. to bring greater understanding to this tragedy.

  24. Kleat says:

One other question for future, as nothing is known now, but I suspect we may well hear about a ‘Casey lie detector test ‘Pass’ before trial.

First, this would have had to have been done while Casey was out on bond last July, August, September, or early October. Enough time to have this done in the lawyer’s office.

With the right questions, the right ability to avoid emotion, could a sociopath pass? The answer seems to be yes, no, or maybe, depending who is asked the question. The test results could not come in at trial of course, BUT, the fact that the accused takes a polygraph and PASSES, can be make public for the jury pool to hear and to know about– like the OJ scenario.

Judge Strickland has not gagged anyone who might want to play this case in the public, but that was way back before the body was discovered. Maybe he will take a stand and control things better before the months leading up to a trial date. Right now, a ‘fact’ of Casey passing any polygraph can be played to the jury pool, not much to stop it, is there?

Q: if Baez and team want to have a polygraph exam given to Casey, how would they do that when she is incarcerated without the state knowing about it? How would they have the privacy to administer the test without the jail visitation records showing the visitors, or the lawyer’s visit in complete privacy to do this under wraps.

I suspect the test has already been done (at least a prelim) and from that, maybe they can design the test and questions to show Casey can pass ‘their’ lie detector test knowing how she will ‘pass’ so they can do the polygraph in jail and then go hit the media with the ‘results’.

If the state can’t respond at all, then how would the validity of such a test ever be challenged, except on the likes of NG?

  25. Todd in Tulsa says:

Blink, this may have already been asked, if so, please excuse me. I was wondering that the incident with the gas cans, when George was going to get them from the trunk and Casey got them real quick and used some expletives, could it be that Caylee was in that trunk along with the gas cans, hence the hasty reaction by Casey?
No. if Caylee had been in that trunk that day he would have smelled the poor baby.

No way….I don’t think that they referred often to Caylee in jail visits at least between George and Casey alone as Caylee nope..just ‘the little one’ or ‘that little one’..or whatever but almost never as Caylee……..??? Even if we believe she may have made a fake ID of another Zenaida…even IF…what a coincidence that out of no where ANOTHER real Zenaida happens to go to the Sawgrass apartments just in time for her to use as she sup. did???hmmmmmmmmmmmm

  32. Kleat says:

    Silverspnr,

FBI had the items that Baez supposedly ‘withheld’? There was a four page report with the items which included swabs from Cindy and from Casey and the umbilical of course, and the assorted toys and baby items.

But the lab report came from a private lab and the items were received from Baez, with no notations about FBI reports or orders that were attached for the same items.

  33. Kleat says:

Hints of a book deal– Conway did not deny this is in negotiations but would not comment on speculation that Cindy, George and Dominic have a deal in the works. If so, they could have it ready for the eve of jury selection or trial. How could a family stomach such a thought, making money, if only for their ‘charity’ foundation to pay their directors salaries, this early in the game?

Guess it’s a way for Brad Conway to be paid, if he’s not already funded by one of the big msm corps.

Casey Anthony: WFTV asks if George and Cindy have a book deal
posted by halboedeker on Aug 5, 2009 6:30:26 PM

George Anthony’s big day offered several stunners.

I was shocked to see how he was dressed today to meet prosecutors. In his lime-green shirt and striped shorts, George looked ready for a barbecue, not a deposition. Given the gravity of the situation, George might have dressed up.

Then at 6 p.m., WFTV-Channel 9 raised the issue of a book deal, and I nearly fell out of my chair.

“We heard from a reliable tipster that the Anthonys, their private eye and their lawyer are negotiating a package deal for a book with Simon & Schuster,” Kathi Belich said.

The publisher, part of the CBS Corp., was not commenting, she added.

Belich said her source was “a tipster who’s been right before.” A tipster of the other variety wouldn’t be very helpful.

Belich, at her restrained best, asked Conway about a book deal. “I wouldn’t comment on anything personal like that,” Conway said.

    Belich: “Why not?”

    Conway: “There’s no reason to.”

Oh, pal, are you ever wrong on that.

Conway: “I’m not going to way whether it’s true or not true.”

So who’s the writer? George, Cindy, Conway or private eye Dominic Casey? The mind boggles. Given the way George and Cindy have told the story so far, would that book be classified as fiction or nonfiction? Would you buy it?

  37. westsidehudson says:

    Kleat

I think I’m the one that wrote that to you. When the discovery was released last week, Baez was interviewed and said that he gave the items to the FBI.
That’s where I got the info from. I doubt he’d lie about that.
The FBI doesn’t have to hand over everything in the same time frame as the state of FLA would, or perhaps they handed their results over, but the state is holding them back. Who even knows what the heck they did in terms of testing. I wonder if they received the results of the defense’s studies.

I know it is so convoluted, it’s hard to keep your head on straight. It’s only my opinion, but I can’t imagine that she planned all of this two years in advance. If she had, they would never have found the car or Caylee’s body, really, wouldn’t it be better for her if it remained a missing person case forever? If she were that clever, couldn’t she have come up with a better story? She was lying about a lot of things, for a while, like having a job for two years. We don’t know what she was doing all day, during that time, before Caylee’s death. Maybe if we knew that, it might explain some things.

Blinks bring us up to date? I remember back in March some talked about ABC – Ritz Carlton and the Anthony’s snacking on Crab cakes wonder what affiliate reported that. Today http://www.wftv.com/news/20295323/detail.html is it true? What Kathi Belich reported today “I heard that you, George, Cindy and Dominic Casey went to New York and met with CBS’s Simon and Schuster recently about a book deal,” Belich told attorney Brad Conway. Do you think by the time this case gets to trial no one knows what kind of spin will be from the media?

  40. Shaye says:

I was looking @ the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundation website today and there are new pictures of George & Cindy with the Caylee bears. George looks very proud in these photo’s and much younger compared to the photo’s taken a year ago. He obviously has been putting all those “Donations” to good use!!

“Eyewitness News heard from a reliable tipster that the Anthonys, their private investigator and their lawyer are negotiating a package book deal with Simon and Schuster, which is owned by CBS, so Eyewitness News asked about it, because the publisher isn’t talking.”

    No surprise. Pffffttt!

  42. Todd in Tulsa says:

Why was Casey so irrate about the gas cans? What was she hiding that she didn’t want George to get them by himself?

  43. Joan (Canada) says:

I just finished watching a video on WFTV where Kathi Belchi is questioning Brad Conway that apparently Cindy, George, Dominic Casey and Brad himself went to New York city to meet with Simon Schuster for the creation of a book.

Can they do this? If so, before the trial. Would Casey get any money out of this if she is found guilty.

Brad did not confirm or deny it.

    They can and they did.

  44. Joan (Canada) says:

Also, kind of tired of these lawyers stating that this depo is much more dignified and respectful, meaning the prosecuters that M&M lawyers when we know that it was Cindy and George who were disrespectful and had an attitude of having to answer these questions, when really you know that they are not going to go into the prosicuters office and act the same way, but they would not get away with it. They take the public for fools.

  45. Joan (Canada) says:

OHHHHH, that makes me so mad. Again using poor Caylee as the money train. I’m sorry if I offend anybody here, but right now I could slap them all, the hypocrites. I often wondered why Conway put up with their BS, but now I guess I know why.

Would they have to wait until after the trial and if information came out, such as they did send someone out to check the woods for Caylee, because they knew she was out there. Could they be charged for witholding evidence. I think I answered my own question as the trial would be over.

I would never, ever buy the book and contribute money to these parasites.

I normally try to keep an open mind and feel for the loss these people have suffered but everyday they just keep spitting in my face.

Again, sorry if I have offended anyone, but these people make me literally sick to my stomach.

I wonder if the even realize that today would be that sweet darlings birthday.

    Thanks for letting me rant.

Blink, did you see JVM cover some stuff on Hattaway/Ocasio tonight? Were you part of it? (I missed most, will have to catch the rerun).

You jumped the gun on Caylee’s bday, I think it is Aug 9.

  47. boo says:

    does seth merle know casey?

  48. Kleat says:

Joan, I caught that too (of course dignified with George in his stripey shorts– not some nice dress shorts, but fit for the backyard style).

Dignified and quote: “Lawyers doing what lawyers should do” as if it was the lawyers who were doing wrong on the defamation suit depositions, nothing to do with attitude, arrigogance, disrespectful gum chomping, deposee’s running amuck with Brad Conway almost whispering to his client to ‘stop…. stop…’.

And John Morgan finally responding to Cindy’s ‘backtalk’ (no other way to put it) by saying “Brad PLEASE…”

Cindy did come out of her first day of questioning very flushed looking, not just her face as if crying, but her arms and neck as well.

So, the Anthony’s can continue to talk to media, publish their story, their PI’s story, yet none can act responsibly in the depositions in the civil case.

Brad seemed to be attacking his fellow lawyers, that’s how I read his comment and that could be interpreted as unprofessional. Nothing to do with the behaviour of his clients… no. Nor his own improper objections in the form of ‘it’s not relevant… no way shape or form…’ One moment, he’s suggesting marital privilege, and that his client(s) might be charged, the next, he’s saying there’s no way they will be charged. Confusing guy.

  49. Kleat says:

arrogance– my kb went awry!! ;)

Book deal is to benefit Casey, no doubt. And to spin for the defense before trial.

And an aside, George often says that he is just ordinary George. He’s said that since July 2008 if you listen to his first audio interview with LE, when he’s wanting to get some ‘inside’ info from his cop buddies… he says poor me, I’m just regular guy, not a cop anymore.

You know, it’s not poor George because he’s not Mr. ordinary citizen from Hopespring Drive, it’s George, no longer grandfather– it’s really about the baby, not about POOR YOU, George.

You bet it would be hard to get a job– so what do you think the innocent and through no fault of her own, Zenaida went through????? What is Jesse going through????
