Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: The Tattoo Is “Caylee” Related- And a Clue?

Orlando, FL– Late this afternoon, after pouring over 1400 pages of discovery, a contributor to blinkoncrime.com caught my attention.

Could Casey’s tattoo yield clues into the disappearance of Caylee Marie Anthony as long suspected?

Casey told Lee Anthony her tattoo was “Caylee related” during a jail house visit, although she stated there were no further clues associated with it. She chose the stars because Caylee loved the stars. JoJo would hold her up outside to show them to her at night.

However, comparing the image of her actual tattoo, and that of the Art it was based on uncovered during an interview with On the Record Host, Greta Van Sustern, there is a discrepancy.

CaseyTattooCompare

The tat on Casey Anthony’s left shoulder is missing a “dot” in the Northern most star of the design. What could that mean?

Was she paying tribute to 34 month old Caylee Marie, who did not make it to her 3rd birthday at her hand, by filling in only 2?

Was she honing her “script” whereby the missing “dot” in the star is some sort of validation of the timer 55 theory, or that Caylee would be home by her birthday so she could “connect the dot” in celebration?

One thing is certain, although she was in custody on and off for nearly a year, OCSO only imaged that tattoo a few weeks ago, why?

What did they recently learn?

To those of you that have read through all 1400 pages and can cite particular pages, you are unbelievable! I just got through them but I only read the typed ones because of old eyes. After hearing Brad Conway, I expected some findings or conclusions which I didn’t see. They reported no “jpg” of the heart sticker, not that there aren’t photos.
However, if this is all we get before the trial, there are some things conspicuously missing. No results for:
    1. The pants Casey was wearing when she left with Caylee. The gray striped pants were found in her closet “soiled”. Q33
    2. The hair with the “grave wax”
    3. The paper towels with the grave wax
    4. The fine blond hair on the rug (same description for one found in the trunk)
    5. The pregnancy test Q133
    6. The syringe and mysterious white substance
    7. Black fibers found in the trunk and at the scene
I took notes but can’t read them. I’ll be back……………

I just read that they will be releasing more documents next week. There is a total of over 11,000. Maybe there will be some answers. I always feel that the state releases some information and the defense takes it out on a limb with it. Then the state saws it off. Do you think the defense already has the next “dump”?

I do, I think they need to prior to Friday’s hearing

    from WFTV:

Bob Kealing announced last night that the state has subpoenaed the station’s footage from August 2008 on a Caylee Anthony story.

The reason? The footage apparently shows rare industrial duct tape holding up a poster about the missing toddler, Kealing said.

The same style of Henkel duct tape was found on a gas can in the Anthony home and on Caylee’s face when the child’s remains were found in December.

Hey, that was me that posted that about the significance of the stars! Glad after all this time I could contribute something:D I love the site Blink, It’s great to have a place to read something fresh rather than the same glorified rhetoric the other sites offer

TY Blink, as well as Silver, Kleat and other regular posters, for your analysis and evaluation of the evidence and information in the case against Casey Anthony.

FYI, myfoxorlando reports that the recently released photos of the tattoo were taken on August 13th.

ok she got the tat 2 weeks after she says she last “saw ” Caylee but unless she booked the next appointment in a log or store book what she says and what the artist says is mabey two different stories dont get me wrong I believe shes evil and did this horrible crime. Im just playing defensive devil advocate.

Just for the record: I am on the “Casey isn’t THAT stupid” side of the discussion. Her folks spoiled her by making it easy for her to lie to them and get away with it for years. Whenever Casey screwed up, Cindy was ready to jump in with the mommy style lie. If it weren’t for the sagacity of the detectives and the persistance of Roy Kronk, Casey might be eating chili at home with Jo Jo and Cindy right now. I believe Casey had studied missing children cases and expected to have more time before NG took her apart on air. Instead of making national pleas, she was arrested. Could it be that LOVE kept her from making a break to CA after Caylee was murdered? She wanted TonE L for sure. Maybe in her arrogant strutting way, she thought she could fool LE like she did (and does) her parents. But whoever said it was right: she needed a better story and there was no getting around the fact she did not have a job and had lied to everyone in her life about working.

Maybe the tattoo “The beautiful life ” is not about Casey’s at all ? Maybe it meant for Caylee having what Casey may think is a ” Beautiful life “( in heaven ? )that Casey thinks she has sent her to? Maybe the two complete stars are meant Caylee and Casey and the incomplete one is Cindy ? we have all been made aware that Casey did not like her mother??

  18. melissa says:

Hate to be gross…but I am speaking about Casey–could that be healing scabie marks on her back? They are quite common in jails and some unkempt nursing homes. But in her case it just doesn’t appear to be back acne. He face had more spots also but could be her nerves too. Remember that rubbing, scratching of the one spot on her hand during court. “Out damn spot”. Now I know why I took AP Eng. Lit.. lol

  19. suz says:

melissa, I’m not seeing scabies there so much as pure acne. Those little buggers love the elbows and I don’t see ‘em there. Also, I am 100% sure she would have been treated for it by the facility before it got that bad.

  20. Kleat says:

suz, and people were upset about those donors to Casey’s ‘candy’ (aka junkfood) fund!! ;)

Another something coming ‘back’ to bite her!

  21. Kleat says:

Blink, are you saying that there is a photo of the marked area of the sticker in one of the photos? I can only see the reverse (adhesive/scrim) side of the pieces. Are the pieces of discoloured and displaced ‘scrim’ and degraded and lost adhesive layer, from the duct tape that was attached to the body? That appears so, unless all the pieces were delaminated and affected by the water and grime, d-comp, environment. It’s hard to put these pieces of tape in reference to one another.

  22. Kleat says:

(of course we know the fabric layer is ‘scrim’ from Red Green’s educational video tour ;)

  23. Kleat says:

Rhonda, I think Casey’s appointment for her next tattoo was the Saturday following July 15th, and of course, she got a bit of disruptions in her plans to get back to the tat’ing appointment. Caylee’s birthday was in August yes. I never heard about an appt for a tattoo on Caylee’s b-day. Not sure where that comes from, maybe someone else can help.

  25. wpgmouse says:

Something I didn’t realize until today … CA’s “Bella Vita” tattoo has no design similarity to Lohan’s “La Bella Vita” at all that. L.L.’s is quite subdued in that it is one simple line of script text placed somewhat discreetly on her lower back, close to the hip line. LL got hers apparently in memory of her Italian grandfather.

CA’s tattoo, on the other hand, is displayed quite prominently on the back of her left shoulder, which means she can cover or easily display it at her choosing, her control.

Something else … apparently the back of a shoulder is considered an ideal area for a “memorial tattoo”. That’s right, a “”memorial tattoo”".
The back shoulder and shoulder blade areas are considered to have an “angel-wing” meaning in the world of tattoos, with the back of the shoulder having a larger “canvas” of muscle firmness, keeping the design of a ‘memorial tattoo” displayed intact and undistorted as the body moves. Wow.

While Tony L. is out of town, she gets her nails done, goes shopping, and gets a tattoo. Sounds like she is excitingly preparing for his return. The tattoo is going to be a surprise to him. Or is it “for him”? He would not be told the entire “symbolism” behind it, of course, that it holds for CA. For all we know, he could have used that phrase prior – - text chats revealed his use of other “Bella” something’s.

If she started in her mind to rationalize that she “did this for him”, well, how convenient. Tony, her daughter, and her. Nope, it wasn’t working out for CA. Tony and her, each a brightly lit star. Her daughter is gone, no lit star for her. Don’t know if this was a custom design and she asked for three stars with one unlit, or if it was an existing design with 3 stars that she just conveniently built a story around. Heck, maybe it was one of her photobucket images.

Who knows what she told TL about the missing dot, if he even noticed. Something romantic and sappy, perhaps. But she knew the truth. It was her “little secret”. This was not a “memorial tattoo”. This was a “I took my daughter out of this world, out of my life, out of my mother’s life” tattoo. I think she wore it like a badge.

Also, the tattoo would still be raw and sore after only 2 days. Given the placement and size of the tattoo, who would be gently and lovingly applying the after-care ointment? Tony. CA couldn’t reach it herself … she needed him to soothe her “I did it for Love” wound. Yeah, sure you did.

That one jail visit, where GA starts talking about remembering how he would take his little granddaughter outside to look at the night stars,
CA cries real tears. But not because she was sad for her father or her daughter. Her Bella Vita wasn’t so Bella any more. And her Dad was still “caring about Caylee”. I don’t think GA realized how close of a nerve he hit, how he “caught” her at something, talking about those stars.

The tattoo artist and the shop owner surely have a story to tell.

p.s. No released record yet of how and when she paid for that tattoo.
Could have been while Amy H. was in Puerto Rico.

  29. wpgmouse says:

    Aw, thanks, Blink and Kleat.

Kleat – left shoulder, Caylee’s birthmark … you are so right.
Also a possibility- though far fetched, could the “dotted stars” represent Caylee and and her Father, and the undotted one is Casey as she is alive?

You are a lovely person. You care deeply not only about the victims of crime, but for those who are touched/saddened by these horrific crimes.

It is always best to be forthright with a jury in court, and same goes for the public, here. (and in my experience, vis-a-vis EVERYONE with whom one shares a bond)

I am not calling you out.

I want folks to get an understanding of the evidence/its probative value (or not)/to appreciate what is (or is not) admissible evidence in court.

    Simple as that.

You should know my personal feelings by now.

If not, let me be clear:

If Casey walks, so be it. I honestly will be able to comfortably appreciate the verdict.

    On the other hand…
If something were to happen to you while you are investigating these crimes?? It would be tremendously upsetting to me. Your personal safety does matter to me, as does your integrity.

    S

    S-

I am very clear on your feelings personally and professionally, if I said anything or intimated otherwise please accept my sincerest of apologies.

Admittedly I dont share your very accomplished and extensive experience in the courts, and the ability to, as a result, digest and put into perspective some of the things you have seen, and those that may remind you of this specific case.

I value that insight tremendously, learn from you constantly, and we ALL benefit from the contributions you generously give here.

Whether intentional or as a by-product, you have reminded me that faith is a very large part of this work.

That faith was restored for me on December 11. Now, we wait for the next Dec. 11 knowing it will come in some form.

If it does not, in Caylee’s honor we simply need to find our own. Thank you for refocusing my antennae to 30,000 feet, where I began.

Silver you are my platinum, as you know. Integrity, my poppa always said, is the only thing that survives when they put you in the ground, I could not agree with you more.

UNLESS those are a series of self inflicted cigarette burns on her back? I just noticed that if you connect the dots on her back in a certain way, you get a picture of Zanny! And, the dot that is missing from the tattoo is a clue that represents that there is in fact no Zanny! Dag she is clever!! How ever did they catch her?

(PS, yes of course I am kidding about her carbuncles. Man, am I going to eat some serious crow if the tattoo dot turns out to have some deep meaning—not that anyone knows but Casey, and as with every other thing she could clear up about this case, she ain’t tellin’.)

    RE: CASEY SUPPOSEDLY BEING “SMART”..

I AGREE WITH OTHERS AND SILVER THAT CASEY IN REALITY IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE STUPIDEST GIRLS ON EARTH…

    1. ALL HER “STORIES” WERE RIDDLED WITH INCONSISTENCIES, HOLES, AND CONTRADICTIONS .. ( A “GENIUS” LIAR WOULD HAVE HAD A CAREFULLY CRAFTED STORY ( THAT ACTUALLY MADE SENSE) WITHOUT ALL THE OBVIOUS HOLES AND DISCREPENCIES…AND, A “GENIUS” WOULD HAVE STUCK WITH THE SAME STORY–RATHER THAN CHANGING IT EVERY 5 MINUTES WHEN CONFRONTED BY WHOMEVER….

2.JUST BECAUSE SHE “FOOLED: HER IDIOT PARENTS ( WHO ARE IN TOTAL DENIAL) DOES NOT MAKE HER “SMART”..

3.RE: THE TATTOO MISSING A DOT?!..THAT TATTOO DESIGN IS A STANDARD PATTERN (OUT OF A TATTOO BOOK)..I.E. IT IS NOT SOME “ARTISTIC IMAGE” THAT SHE– “BRILLIANT ARTISTIC” CASEY ANTHONY– ALONE– CREATED…AS FAR AS THE “MISSING DOT” IS CONCERNED, I THINK THAT THIS WAS MORE REALISTICALLY THE OVERSIGHT OF THE MAN WHO APPLIED IT ( RATHER THAN CASEY DIRECTING HIM TO “PLEASE LEAVE OFF THE ONE DOT FOR ARTISTIC/ SYMBOLIC PURPOSES”…SORRY, SHE IS JUST NOT THAT SMART–AT ALL..(IN FACT, BLINK, THE GUY HAS BEEN INTERVIEWED ON TV WITH REGARD TO CASEYS’ TATTO–WHY NOT GIVE HIM A CALL AND FIND OUT SO WE ALL KNOW?–I BET THERE WAS NO DIRECTION BY CASEY “TO LEAVE OUT THE DOT FOR SYMBOLIC PURPOSES”.)

    4. ALSO, JUST BECAUSE CASEY HAPPENED TO GET INCREDIBLLLY–AND I MEAN INCREDIBLLY LUCKY— THAT OSCO DROPPED THE BALL AND DID NOT FIND THE BODY WHEN REPORTED BY 1)ROY KRONK 3 TIMES 2) KIOMARIE KRUZ AND 3) KEITH WILLIAMS DOES NOT MAKE HER “SMART” ( AND, LET’S NOT FORGET THE LUCK OF THE HURRICANE AND THE AREA BEING COVERED IN WATER)…
IN REALITY, CASEY WAS ACTUALLY QUITE STUPID TO DUMP THE BODY IN SUCH AN OBVIOUS PLACE THAT WAS SO CLOSE TO HER HOME ( WHICH OF COURSE TIES- ONLY -CASEY ANTHONY TO THAT LOCATION)..DUMPING THE BODY WHERE SHE DID SPEAKS TO ME MORE OF CASEYS’ INCREDIBLE LAZINESS AND ARROGANCE THAN IT DOES OF HER DEEP AND HEIGHTENED “GENIUS”….

IF CASEY WERE SO “SMART” DON’T YOU THINK , SINCE SHE HAD 31 DAYS OF FREE TIME–THAT SHE COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CREATIVE REGARDING DUMPING THE BODY ( I.E. IN A NATIONAL FORREST LIKE MELINDA DUCKKET—ANYPLACE OTHER THAN 10 HOUSES AWAY FROM HER HOME??…AND, NO SHE WAS NOT THAT “SMART” TO DUMP THE BODY WHERE SHE DID TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE JESSE, AMY, RICARDO AND TONY WERE TRYING TO “FRAME HER” FOR CAYLEES’ MURDER??!)..PLEASE, AS AMY SAYS SHE “WAS NOT THAT SMART”..

    5) FINALLY, WHEN CASEY WAS HAULED IN TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND WAS GRILLED BY DETECTIVES ( AFTER CINDY RATTED HER OUT ) CASEY STATED TO JOHN ALLEN ” I AM GLAD I SAW MY MOM, IT HAPPENED FOR A REASON”…SO, IF CASEY WAS SUCH A “GENIUS” ARE WE TO BELIEVE THAT SHE PURPOSELY “CALCULATED AND PREMIDITATED” : 1)CINDY TRACKING HER DOWN 2) CINDY CALLING THE POLICE SO SHE COULD GET THROWN IN JAIL 3)BEING CHARGED WITH MURDER 4) GOING TO TRIAL SO BOZO BAEZ CAN FINALLY “LAY OUT THE FACTS AT TRIAL” SO WE ALL CAN COLLECTIVELY SAY “NOW,I UNDRERSTAND”…DOES ANYONE REALLY THINK THIS WAS ALL PART OF “GENIUS” CASEYS’ MASTER PLAN????

I BELIEVE THERE IS MORE LIKELYHOOD IN THE VIRGIN MARY BEING SIGHTED IN BOZO BAEZ CAPTAIN CRUNCH CEREAL THAN CASEY ANTHONY BEING “SMART”!

HEY BLINK ( AND SILVER TOO)…I READ THAT POST IN ITS ENTIRETY…(MY QUESTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH GEORGE AND CINDY PLEADING THE 5TH)… YOU HAVE STATED THAT CINDY AND GEORGE WILL BE TESTIFYING AT CASEYS’ THEFT TRIAL??….

IN SILVERS POST, THERE WAS NO MENTION IF CINDY AND GEORGE WOULD TESTIFY AT THE THEFT TRIAL SO, MY QUESTION IS VERY SPECIFIC..

I PERSONALLY WOULD THINK THAT THE ANTHONYS WOULD HAVE NO REASON TO BE WITNESSES AT THE THEFT TRIAL SINCE THEY ARE NOT PARTIES TO THE CASE (IE AMY, TARGET, BANK OF AMERICA) NOR ARE THEY PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST CASEY?..

SO, THAT IS WHY I WAS CURIOUS REGARDING WHAT THE ACTUAL LEGAL OPINION/STANDING IS REGARDING WHETHER OR NOT THE ANTHONYS WILL TESTIFY AT THE THEFT TRIAL..

Silver touched on something that I agree with. I’m not going to lose sleep if KC walks on the murder rap. What will be will be. Will it infuriate me, sure. We know she’s going down on the fraud charges for sure, so there is some time spent. But the reason I say this is that her “beautiful life” as she knows it or wanted….is no more. She is a murderess spiteful B*tch, she knows it, and everyone else knows it. That family will never be the same. She will never have or know love, the frat boy type boyfriends she tends to like will run not walk away, she has 0 friends, she won’t be able to so much as walk into a Starbucks and get sneers and boos. She will probably be overjoyed at not being “employable” and I’m not seeing where there is a real market for autographed photos of this convict. Movie or book deal? Possible, but I don’t see how that cash would sustain her lifestyle for very long. I don’t know. If she walks, I just feel karma is right around the corner waiting for her. JMHO of course.

  41. Gavriella says:

#39 Kleat, if it were possible, I would suppose that Baez would file a motion with the court requesting an inhouse visit by the tattoo dude to fill in the star, if only to curb our very own speculations.

  42. Gavriella says:

#45 Cheryl, I used to think that Caylee died in the trunk of the car, but have come to wonder if she didn’t die in Casey’s bed, or in the pool, on the 16th. It’s the duct tape that’s caused me to reconsider. Three pieces to cover a little girl’s mouth and nose? Why three pieces, when one would do, considering the width and strength of duct tape. Were the duct tape placed to keep Caylee’s screams from being heard within the trunk of the car, she would only have needed one piece to prohibit her from screaming. Maybe two. But there were three, which now leads me to think she may have taped Caylee’s mouth and nose with the three pieces to be sure they’d stay in place when she tossed Caylee into the pool, then went back inside the house where she frantically paced while waiting for her little girl to die, being not quite intelligent enough to have realized Caylee would have died from suffocation, not drowning.

If I recall correctly, one of the three pieces of duct tape was detached from the other two and may have loosened in the pool. Anyway, upon removing her body from the pool she forgot (for even she would have been somewhat traumatized) to take the ladder out of the pool. It may have been at this point that Casey placed Caylee in the bags and attempted to hide her in the yard, or took her encased in the bags, directly to her car, and forgot to close the gate behind her. I would suppose that once the body began to smell, like after two days (on the 18th) Casey was looking for a place to bury her, perhaps even in her own back yard. I have no doubt, however, due to the high levels of chlorophorm found in the trunk, that Casey was drugging her daughter and leaving her to sleep, in the trunk of her car, while she played and partied. I’d have to refer back to the docs but I believe there were two instances contained in the docs which seem to suggest that Caylee may have been in the trunk, as the morning she rose very early and rushed out of Tony’s, and the only time she and Caylee spent the night with Jesse? or whoever, but come morning Casey was there, but Caylee was gone. That’s just my take on it all, anyway, as it stands now.

This is healing isn’t it? Being able to talk it out. We all care so much for not only Caylee, but all innocents. Thanks B, for allowing us the opportunity.

  43. sosad says:

Blink, Silver, Kleat, or any other lawyerly types — I have a question for you.

We know that there are at least several, possibly many, pieces of evidence that appear to have no reports yet. Could it be that these pieces hold the slam dunk incriminating ties and they are purposefully being held back because if they are released they will make it impossible to seat an impartial jury and as a result the case will have been totally tried in the court of public opinion? If they can’t seat an impartial jury anywhere, because the evidence is so prevasive (sp?) can they have a trial?

Not sure if I asked this correctly, but hopefully you get my drift. And how does this all fit in with the Florida Sunshine Laws?

  44. sagemom says:

OK, I in no way believe that Casey Anthony is capable of speaking in code, or creating symbolic messages in everything she did to murder her small child. Although, since we are all going there, and nothing has gone the way I thought it would with this case, does anyone else think that maybe “IF” she did place this tattoo on her left shoulder as a symbolic reference, that maybe it was not meant for Caylee at all? Think about this….She threw her away like trash, like an object she no longer needed or wanted. I have been trying to think like her (which isn’t easy). Do you think the tattoo and star reference would have been for herself, Tony Lazzaro, and an unborn child that she may have secretly been trying to have with Tony? There was a pregnancy test they keep talking about. Didn’t Diane Downs also become pregnant after the fact? I believe she also got rid of her children and then tried to replace them with a child too. And..didn’t Tony Lazzaro have conversations with her about there being “no boys” in the picture for him when he had children? Please correct me if I am wrong. I am not much of a commenter, more a spectator. This site has gotten me completely fixated on this case. Everyone is soo amazing! I just can’t think that you would throw away a child in the macabre fashion that Casey did, then put so much meaning into a tattoo about the “trash” you threw away. Does anyone else feel this way? I think she would create a “beautiful life” in her mind that included Tony and “all things Tony”. A baby with Tony would have been the ideal way to start a life with him. She thinks like a jr. high school girl to me and I would think that was a way to keep him in her life. Caylee didn’t matter to her at all.

  45. sko says:

I recall that right before Casey Anthony was arrested for the murder of her child, that Baez filed a motion with the Court requesting that Casey be allowed to search for Caylee alone, and especially without the press. I believe she wanted to move the Caylee’s remains.

Also, if she were truly smart, she would have left town the week of June 15th. That way, no one would have known Caylee was dead, at least until her remains were eventually located. By that time, Casey would have disappeared and the family would have thought she was dead also. Just an opinion.

  46. dddeerma says:

No, Ivoire, not a genius, but not the dummy one might think. Granted, she was only fooling her parents and a bunch of party people. She was juggling a number of balls that seemed to hit ground on July 15: the return of Amy and her mom tracking her down. It is not like she was Moriarty II. Why dump Caylee close to home? Even murderous Mommies seem to keep their dead kids close. She was comfortable with that area. If she was to go with a kidnapping by the nanny story, the dumping so close to the Anthony home would be seen as the nanny trying to implicate Casey in the murder. I still think that Dominic Casey was meant to find Caylee while Casey was in jail. The defense are saying that Caylee had to have been dumped after Casey was in custody. Casey’s fatal flaw? She doesn’t know how to think like a normal person. A mother of a missing two year old does NOT behave like Casey did. OCSO detectives saw through her act.

It is not so much a stupidity as the sociopathic lack of empathy or compassion. Those 31 days and the murder itself were meant to torture Cindy. She did not believe that Cindy would actually go to LE about Caylee because Casey did not understand the love that Cindy had for her granddaughter. Except for July 15, for a space of a couple hours, Cindy had spent her life cleaning up other family member’s messes. Just like she is trying to do now.

Did Cindy throw Casey and Caylee out of the house on June 15? It seems entirely possible to me. Why would Cindy call Casey early that morning if Casey was at the home? Why do George’s memories of June 16 seem so forced and unreal? What other act could get Casey so angry that she would kill her child? Why else would Cindy take on such major guilt and denial? If Casey’s real motive was to make Cindy really really sorry for what ever happened the night of June 15, then I think Casey did a darn good job. Like I said, not a genius. But she got back at her mom in the best way she could have. Or maybe I mean the worst way she could have. If it was all aimed at Cindy, then Casey accomplished her aim completely: she got her mommy’s total attention back on her. Casey no longer has to compete with the “little snothead”. And Cindy is really sorry for whatever she said or did on June 15.

Also: I don’t think Amy has much room to talk about smart. She believed that she herself lost that first $400 while walking in her sleep and she thought that George and Cindy were giving their house to Casey. Casey had a different story line going for each person in her life and until Caylee disappeared, they ALL seemed to believe her. I can’t wait to hear the more complete story that she was giving out to the Marine in CA.

    Re: #76 Word Girl –

I am so glad someone else brought this up…depending upon who you’re talking to and in what language, (regarding sayings of other countries)it is relevant towards (IMO) about what this tattoo is really saying. If you are speaking to someone who actually speaks Italian and lives in Italy, “Bella Vita” can/is often mentioned when they are speaking of a woman who is living the high life, spending a ton of money, and partying like crazy…now that sounds more like Casey Anthony to me.

So in fact, it can mean Beautiful Life, but I believe is also is used towards speaking of a woman’s lifestyle….just want to make sure that’s covered and out of my system.

I am not an expert, but this has irked me for awhile as to who actually determined it only meant Beautiful Life? God rest his soul, but years ago, my very italian uncle used to say that his wife was “doing the Bella Vita”…and WE ALL knew what he meant (wink :) )

    There….now I feel better.

    Hey, here’s some weirdness I found when combing through the big fat 1405 pages;

Handwritten notes on page 10065 (1043of 1405)—Geo first said trash bag was in trunk, then changed story and said trash bag came from body of vehicle. Then it says Wrecking company said they noted they didn’t know where bag was located, believe it may be from trunk.

I never recalled hearing/reading that before. I went back to double check that they meant the trash bag with the pizza and all, and not just the black garbage bag that was in the back seat of the car, and that same note also refers to napkins and hairs found, so I think it means the trash bag with the pizza.

Why on earth would he ever say it was in the passenger compartment when he needs the smell to be in the trunk?
