Orlando, FL– In the latest bombshell in the case against Casey Anthony, late this afternoon prosecutors released the depositions of Anthony family members George, Cindy and Lee.

In a highly unusual move, on the eve of what is arguably one of the most anticipated motion hearings to date, we will get a glimpse of exactly what the Anthony’s will be testifying to in the murder trial.

 George Interview Here

Lee Interview Here

Cindy Interview Part I Here

Cindy Interview Part II Here

Prosecutors were previously granted a motion to receive the grand jury testimony of George Anthony, as there were discrepencies between the testimony he gave in that proceeding, and his deposition.

Additionally, this Saturday October 17, CBS show 48 Hours Mystery is airing what appears to be the Anthony’s defending their daughter, and her defense team touting the latest “stranger danger” theory.

Blinkoncrime.com will be posting the transcripts as soon as they become available.

I didn’t do ‘bookmarks’ like Kleat, but a couple of things stand out for me with Cindy’s testimony. When questioned if she ever asked Casey if whatever happened to Caylee was an accident, she responds (paraphrased) “I might have, I don’t remember”. She can’t remember how Casey responded either. Huh? WTF? Defying logic and reason here. In another portion of the interview, however, while discussing the woman down the street who she believes is tied to Roy Kronk, she recalls minutiae about grass clippings and plants that the woman had (for an entire page). But she can’t remember if she ever asked Casey about what happened to Caylee?
    Unbelievable….

  2. sdb says:

They have a picture of Caylee in the “Big Trouble” shirt. OMG.

  3. Lisa says:

Mallory sure picked a winner! Lee made it clear to her that she’s will always be 4th in his life. The girl must have zero self-esteem!

  4. boz says:

Gosh, I learned a couple of things today. I thought I was the beer and peanut guy. Thought you masterminds were the wine and cheese crowd. Blink cusses?

Come on 9:30. I hope I’m not deflated by the outcome of this hearing. Very, very leery though. Must be my tampering hang-up.

Like a sailor. Never around my Mom, and very wine and cheese. We are many different snacks and grogs ’round here united for justice for Caylee.

Aaaaahhhh the missing lanyard – Cindy found it tucked in a drawer in her bedroom months later? page 105 of part 1

So where is it now? She states it was in the car backpack, *cough* purse, I would assume LE would want it.

  6. westsidehudson says:

Cindy Anthony on Mark NeJame, (or pot calling kettle black):

“And from both of them I heard he’s kind of like into the media kind of thing, and I really wasn’t into having an attorney that was all about himself and the media. I wanted somebody that was more looking out for our interest.”

  7. westsidehudson says:

Cindy denies that she sent D. Casey to the remains sight.

  8. westsidehudson says:

Did the police ever remove this cooler/fridge thing from the Anthony garage? Apparently, she states that all of the items that she removed from the car, were placed on top of it, directly after she and George recovered the smelly car.

  9. lily says:

OMG Casey told Cindy Ricardo was gay – and that she was spending the night with Amy (Ricardo and Amy were roommates). Cindy calls these lies ‘half-truths’. Denial denial denial – enable enable enable – lie lie lie.

  10. westsidehudson says:

Jose Baez, at one point, tells Cindy to “zip it”. This was in the context of items turned over to the defense vs. prosecution. There was some kind of objection and the conversation goes off record. When back, they have moved on.

Also, when the prosecutor asked about D Casey’s investigation, spanning over nearly a year, in reference to Zanny and associated names, Cindy admits that she can’t confirm that any of them exist, but that they are (paraphrase) “still working on it”.

  11. westsidehudson says:

Cindy arranges a graduation party for Casey, and Casey says” thanks for the party mom, but I’m not graduating”. (From Lee)

So it appears that the deception, or lack of forthrightness, was occurring with Casey long before the time-line of around a year before Caylee went missing, as asserted by Cindy. Cindy never really called Casey’s actions or words “lies”, they were “half-truths” or “partial truths”.

  12. westsidehudson says:

Speaking of IDs, Cindy mentioned that it was kind of a routine where the kids that worked with Casey, would switch off the names on their IDs, and wear them.

  13. westsidehudson says:

One of the detectives, according to Cindy, can’t recall who, brought up a screen showing “priors” on Tony & Amy (I think Ricardo too, sorry read it yesterday). Will go look.

  14. Lisa says:

    Blink,

Cindy stated that she gave the lanyard to Baez.

  15. lily says:

B – Cindy said she gave the lanyard to Baez when she ‘found’ it tucked in a drawer in her bedroom (she ‘thinks’ that’s where she found it – not sure). Whateva.

  16. Di Dirkle says:

Will the hearing be streamed live this morning? If so, do you know the link for it?
    Thank you.

  17. lily says:

How about Cindy’s whole description of supposedly having Zanny’s number/address on a sticky note in the Z’s in her address book by the phone in the kitchen? She said she just pulled the sticky note out of the address book and gave it to LE. Of course, that means there is no record in the Z’s in the address book for Zanny because as Cindy says “she was the only person she had under ‘Z’ and she didn’t have to write a name on it because she knew who it was’ . . . how incredibly convenient. Of course the sticky note has disappeared.

  18. lily says:

Ok I guess that’s the look they’re going with – pony tail and button down shirt. Not her best look IMO

  19. westsidehudson says:

Here’s the quote, Amy & Ricardo had priors, not Tony, but they knew Tony:

“And the connection that I got from the–
Scott Bolin at the FBI in Leesburg, when he met with us, he told me that day that I met with him that Amy and Ricardo had priors, that they had been arrested before. He pulled up their profile, and he said they all knew each other, and then they also knew Tony Lazzaro for a long time.” (Cindy Anthony)

  20. Randie says:

George is pretty honest the first 170 some pages…(that is far as I got last night). But, boy o’ boy when the tape on the gas can was brought up. He got hot under the collar. He twisted the lies in so many cirlces that he got confused on what he was saying. Then blamed Ashten for confusing him.

First he says, “I purchesed them just prior to the 24th.” (Pg. 164 line 25 and Pg. 165 line 1). Then he changes it to buying them after the 24th. Then he was asked: Line 6: “Why did you buy them if you did not yet know that these were missing?” He got so mad.

George was also asked several times why he bought new cans after putting the old ones in the shed. He finally got so mad he said (which had nothing to do witht he present question), “I didn’t put that tape on there!!”

Up until there, I thought George was being pretty honest. The “family dynamics” are a little weird. George says that it was more important that Casey not get upset (for being cought in the lie about Sport Authority), over George being upset that she was lieing and decieving them. Weird so very weird.

    Well back to reading…………

  22. njsleuth says:

OK, I have officially had it with this freak show. Isn’t there a law that an insane person can be arrested for his/her own protection and held pending a psych exam? Can’t we have all 3 of them arrested under this premise. Once they did the psych eval they would find them all insane and they could be locked up for good.

I really hope that the Grunds sue the pants off the A’s. Poor Jesse, he does not deserve what the A’s are putting him and his family through.

I will repeat again. The A’s are the STUPIDEST people in the world.

  23. westsidehudson says:

Cindy listens through the door and believes she hears a conversation between Tony & Casey and says they had a “plan” and something about
$ 14,000.00. Anyone get where this was going?

  24. WendyLee says:

    B – Cindy Part 1, page 104

Cindy found the missing samrock lanyard in a drawer in her bedroom in September. She gave it to…….

    Jose Baez

  26. Di Dirkle says:

    I found it – wftv.

  27. Randie says:

Few other things while I am at it.

Pg. 126 Line 17 George says, “it is a small house you hear everthing…” I thought I read somewhere that George was questioned about “hearing” Casey’s comment in the house and he replied that he couldn’t hear anything in the house. hmmmmm…..

On page 132 lines 4-8 George is asked if he attempted to investigate any of his converns about Casey’s job at Universal. He said nope, that he didn’t bother with it anymore, becasue, #1 it would have upset my wife. His checking out Casey’s lies was upsetting Cindy………..not the fact that Casey was DECEIVING them. Weird alert Weird alert!

Pg. 141 line 2 George is asked if Cayee’s care was #1 priority. George made it very clear that it was a YES. Since that is the case George is asked if he inquired of Caylee’s care. Ya know checking and double checking that Caylee was in good hands, ya know, since Caylee’s care to him was a #1 priority. Line 11 he says, “I asked one time.” WHAT! He asked once!

Line 15 says that he believed his daughter. Line 21 and 22 says he trusted his duaghter. Now this is all on page 141. Go back to page 133 he says about Casey deceiving them about Sports Authority, “….it bothers me. It bothered me inside and it still does a little bit to this day.” So her lieing and deceiving them still bothers him. He is very suspicious of her. Now in the same breath he says he believes and trusts his daughter. Man o’ man….weird alert!

On the 15th of June he says he came home and Cindy was in bed and Caylee was in bed, and that he did check on Caylee. But, no Casey around. hmmmmmmm……

And now he is saying that both he and Cindy “together” fed Caylee. hmmmm….

    back to reading………..

Wow Cindy is spinning the whole ‘how to make chloroform’ search on the computer saying she had searched chlorophyl ethyl alcohol peroxide, etc. . .

Ok this is her ‘story’ – I was researching chlorophyl because my yorkies used to eat bamboo leaves and she heard there was chlorophyl in bamboo leaves, and her yorkies were getting sick and she had lost 2 cocker spaniels to cancer before, and, and, and . . .

WTH? You have got to be joking!

  29. lily says:

  31. Gavriella says:

This isn’t happening! They are not going to make multiple copies of the photos of the remains of Caylee and send them all over God’s holy creation! How long before these photos are leaked or otherwise publicized by varying trash talk media, or sold by the Anthonys at their descretion? Did I understand this correctly? Strickland is allowing this copying, in part, as the next of kin permits it? What if the next of kin permits the photos to be sold? What happens then? Do they not run the risk of further exploitation of Caylee for profit? Or am I just over reacting?

  32. westsidehudson says:

I’ve done the Lee and George fantasy, do I dare do Cindy?? Not w/o my Diet Coke and Lays chips. You go peanut gallery and wine and cheese folks. Onward and upward and don’t get too boggled til the end. What a farce for all to read. And they think Caylee is still alive? And they lose their “notebooks” And why is George so upshook about the gas cans. The duct tape? That seems like the least of his worries of inconsistancies yet he seems like that causes nervous Nellie to really come out?? What do tell are we supposed to believe next?

  45. Bees Knees says:

Ahhhhh Blink…Luv you FOS comment…..This whole thing called a trial seems to FOS……It sickens me yet again that 48Hour Mystery feels the need to broadcast good ole “STRANGER DANGER” fueled by “The Enabler Family” Or as I call them “The Three Blind Mice” I still can not believe GA was EVER a cop. Was he a MALL COP?

  49. Kleat says:

Lee’s depo was completely different than I expected. But strange that the state did not ask Lee WHY he believes that Caylee is still alive as John Morgan asked Lee, because Lee’s answer was ‘BECAUSE I HAVE TO’.

Lee is downright angry at his mom sending PI’s to look in the woods for a DEAD Caylee and has the same reaction as investigators– so it ‘seems’ it was not Cindy who was upset about changing the focus momentarily to a dead child, but LEE who was upset. He’s been living Cindy’s fantasy-line or what?

Lee is a very strange person and his control of the family dynamic is unsettling to me– HE is the one who decided on who did what– he directed that HE did the investigating, Mom did the MEDIA, and dad did the flyers etc. Lee contributed his money to the family, LEE bought and paid for the car for his parents (for himself) but then by giving it to Casey and not requiring her to fully pay him back, he literally supplied Casey with a car (a new car– his vs the red camry she had for herself).

The dynamic is very strange. His own father has investigator SKILLS and EXPERIENCE, Lee has none, but he has a shipload of confidence in the face of REAL investigators and has no qualms about talking about how he ran HIS investigation, what HE wanted.

Never once about George. Lee went to Cindy on her birthday, but did not go visit his father on Father’s Day.

Something is very wrong– Lee seemed to take on ‘head of household’ role here, Cindy directing from behind, but Lee taking a dominant role.

Anyone reminded of scenes/characters from I Claudius?

Yes, that photo of Caylee is very disturbing for some reason. Yet she is smiling, her face seems full and happy, not like any we’ve seen before, but something struck me as different– maybe it was just the blackness of the photo, or could it be a momento photo– this family kept photos of the sonogram when there was no celebration of the pregnancy, they kept masses of photos early baby photos collaged into one massive baby picture.

Could it be one of the photo file dumps that Lee was able to do? I wonder if MySpace can recover anything if the have to, and if they did.

We didn’t see the version Lee saw– he remarked that he was colour-blind, but that doesn’t mean he was seeing a black and white version, that we get in the pdf– he must have seen a colour version to make that remark.

Lee’s investigation was one sided– shows how an objective investigation must NEVER be done! Could it be that Baez was the ringmaster, Dom Casey the ‘animal feeder’, in this orchestration of family’s activities as a tool in Casey’s defense? Seems so.
