Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Roy Kronk Fired For Undisclosed Reasons- Updated

Posted by BOC Staff | Casey Anthony,Caylee Anthony Case,George Anthony,Roy Kronk | Thursday 29 October 2009 1:20 pm

Orlando, FL- Roy Kronk, the infamous meter reader who after three attempts finally located the remains of 34 month old Caylee Marie Anthony, has been fired from his position as a County employee today.

Roy-kronk

Kronk failed to show up for a pre-determination hearing for the first step of an undisclosed disciplinary proceeding according to Orange County Utilities.

“Roy Kronk was scheduled to attend a pre-determination hearing yesterday to address issues pertaining to his employment with the County. He failed to show for the hearing, and a decision has been issued terminating his employment effective immediately,” the county wrote Kronk’s lawyer. “Therefore, the County shall not pay any legal fees associated with representing Mr. Kronk that are incurred from this point forward.”

Update#1 I received this email from David Evans, Roy Kronk’s Attorney.

I have received a number of inquiries today regarding the decision by Orange County Utilities to terminate Roy Kronk’s employment yesterday.  I am furnishing this statement on Mr. Kronk’s behalf.  Mr. Kronk is the Orange County Utilities worker who found the remains of Caylee Anthony.

The termination of Mr. Kronk relates to a difference of opinion between Mr. Kronk and Orange County regarding a workplace injury sustained by Mr. Kronk in the course of his job duties at an Orange County Utilities warehouse.   This dispute arose because Mr. Kronk’s management directed him to resume work duties after his injury, and Mr. Kronk and his health care providers did not consider it to be safe or medically appropriate to resume those duties at this time.

Mr. Kronk is evaluating his legal options relating to his termination.  In the meantime, Mr. Kronk is volunteering his time to a veteran’s group in Osceola County–he is providing counseling to military veterans to help ease their adjustment to civilian life.

David Evans

Update #2

Roy Kronk injured his kneck and shoulder while lifting boxes in the Utilities warehouse.

PamTX, i too thought it odd that she didn’t know Tony’s phone number, until I thought about speed dial and cellphone contact lists. Since you never end up dialing someone’s number digit by digit over and over again, like we did in the olden days, you probably have no oppty to commit it to memory.

ros, that freezer pop incident happened when casey ran the car out of gas at amscott, so it was the end of june. Assuming a the child died on June 16, and the body had already decomposed in the car for 2.6 days of very early decomp, as the FBI said, then I think it unlikely for her to have stashed the body in the freezer on the day that she shows up with the freezer pops.

On the other hand, what if the child dies on the 16th and is immediately stashed in the freezer, and is not moved until Aug 24 when she takes the car to Amscot, and leaves the body in the trunk for 2.6 days and then gets an accomplice to help her move it (or uses someone else’s car to move it)? I don’t think this happened, as decomp would have begun even in the freezer, but…did the police or FBI seize the Anthony’s freezer or anything?

And other documents, to wit, was the original contract with Padilla, inc.(kidding there on the inc) ever presented to the prosecution as directed by the judge?

I have an opinion that gets addressed directly with the Florida Bar for the ethics violation. I think him denying the motion negates him from having to produce them, but not for alleging their existance or “making them up”

#194 Kleat: Your questions are germaine to the entire handling of this whole case! Since WHEN is an adult defendant treaed with kid-gloves by so many within the judicial system? Or more to the point, since when do the only known surviving GRANDPARENTS rank so highly within the system that THEIR opinions are sought during a motion plea? Yes, the system is being manipulated (for lack of a better term) by this clan and their “handlers (no offence to any ethical lawyers out there!.
Perhaps the lawyer in the custody case needs to “chat” with Michael Baden, M. D. who learned about “conflict of interest” status during the Spector case part 1, in any case, the party for the first party (Casey) can not ethically act on issues that effect the party of the second party (G & C) without written permission of the first party! AND, at least in most States, due dilligence must be taken to demonstrate that the “missing” parental unit has VOLUNTARILY GIVEN UP parental rights, of course done under the legal regulations of the jurisdiction (Can anybody say “Debbie Rowe example”)!

MY ASSUMPTION & opinion: the legal counsel retained for the “custody” document was a JD known to Cindy from her work exposure; i. e. Workman’s comp, “ambulance chaser”, geriatric…getting my drift?

Regarding the custody agreement status should Casey have married an individual who chose to adopt Caylee: adoption renders the child with legal protection, “ownership & inheritance equality of that of a biological child”; a new post Casey & hubby custody document would have to be penned.

Caylee’s Baptism/christining: great question, however that would depend on what state of “religiousity” the family was in at the time (we know much was made of being “spiritual” vs “church-going”) and the impact of Godparents would be IMO purely “social/societal” but definitely NOT legally binding (heck, even the Catholic Church who are QUITE picky re: Godparentage & the religious practice status of said individuals; CAN’t mandate that the Godparent take legal control!

Caveat: As many know, I’m NOT a lawyer but have spent more than my share of days in court in the company of both SA & defense, some days NOBODY likes the M. E. but every day I get to speak for those forever silenced.

Joy, imo, your job is the most important. You are also neutral to the party and should be commended for what you do.

I do not believe for a second any of these yahoos met with a lawyer about custody of Caylee, with one exception. Maybe someone figured out there was a possibility they could be Caylee’s father and contacted Casey to find out and it scared them into seing a lawyer. OR maybe that’s what Casey told them when she stole more money to explain that she needed it to protect Caylee. See how good I am getting at reading this girl? Pathetic. No one is going to produce a single document giving the A’s custody in any event without establishing paternity, or attempting to establish paternity, another daymare from these people.

  5. Kleat says:

Could Lee have taken ‘investigator’ role and done a little chat with Mr. Kronk IF the family had access to those utility calls or subsequent police attendance etc, re: the August sightings? Lee and the PI might have learned about Kronk’s background, how this would fit nicely into a ‘kidnapping’ scenario. Lee and the PI were investigating anyone and everything associated with Casey. Lee was admittedly ‘keeping friends close, but ‘enemies’ closer. The investigation was uni-directional, to find anyone or anything that would point AWAY from sis or daughter Casey.

And then there is LP’s ‘daisy chain’ idea.

Caught a saying by the Hopi, and that is ‘the one who tells the story, holds the power’. Will this be the case of Casey too? With the parents making spectacles of themselves, to get the attention, no matter how, then have the media stage to ‘feed’ their story to, until trial? The state is not out telling their story.

  6. Todd in Tulsa says:

Okay, now this is getting sickening. Now Mr.Kronk is under a microscope. Have they covered everyone yet? If Kronk had anything to do with it, compulsive liar Casey would have shouted it from the rooftops first off. Instead, they went down the phone book and and played pin the tail on the donkey. Jesse Grund, Zenaida Gonzalez, etc. Do the people who make these claims, ie #1 suspect, Roy Kronk, have any idea what they are talking about, or are they one of Cindy’s plants to cause confusion and speculation with the future jury pool? So I suppose Mr.Kronk was really the “undercover nanny”, Zenaida was a cover-up, and he was the one who gave Casey the list on what to do, which included during those 31 days, to lie to police, go get a beautiful tattoo, go attend a no-clothes party, etc? To Baez, it seems that to him, it’s only “junk science” when the scientific evidence doesn’t go his way, and points to one and only one person. But when there’s a percentage doubt, it’s hailed as “absolute”, and rock solid scientific proof that Casey is innocent! I hope noone gets off track in this, regardless of the lies Cindy and George are spinning.

It’s very close to the Fountains of Waterford Lakes. I’m about a mile off of Alafaya. Down 1 light to Lake Underhill and those apartments sit a stone’s throw from the corner of Alafaya and Lake Underhill. Our big mall is there as well. Make a right there and travel down 2 lights to Club Fusion.

    Well, well, well.
Thanks Maryann. All falling within the 3 mi ping radius I presume?

  8. Kleat says:

Chica, there was ‘no way out’ for Casey, except to step up and become independent and take care of her daughter herself, go to a lawyer, make her OWN legal arrangements. She could not place her daughter anywhere, without interference by Cindy and the contract to give the child to them (or whatever custody arrangements were made). Casey could not have it both ways. Once Cindy created the contract to ensure that the baby would never go anywhere but live in the Cindy Anthony home, Casey couldn’t undo it. Not with Caylee still alive.

I’ve been trying to find the Lee Anthony-Roy Kronk link to no avail. While I was looking, I saw posts about the remains not being Caylee’s. That bones have been stolen and the DNA test is wrong, blah blah blah. Anyway, how would they explain the hair not being Caylee’s and it’s DNA?

  10. ada says:

In case I wasn’t clear, I mean the hair that was found with the skull.

  11. Blink,
You have my permission to get my emails sent to Klaas the last week of November 2008. There is no doubt in my mind that Dom Casey found evidence of Caylee on Suburban drive mid November, and either reported back to Lee or Cindy or both…..

ok seeme, I would be glad to take a look, can you let her know which ones to forward exactly so we dont make more work for our dear Klaas?

Interesting post that I enjoyed reading. I wanted to comment on one quote below.

“Since WHEN is an adult defendant treaed with kid-gloves by so many within the judicial system? Or more to the point, since when do the only known surviving GRANDPARENTS rank so highly within the system that THEIR opinions are sought during a motion plea? Yes, the system is being manipulated (for lack of a better term) by this clan and their “handlers (no offence to any ethical lawyers out there!.”

I am not a lawyer, nor an apologist for some of the antics played out in court by the attorneys.
However, I think that this is truly an extraordinary case. Never before has so much information been released prior to trial. I think that Judge Strickland is acutely aware of it’s enormity, and based on that, I believe that he has bent over backwards to accommodate everyone; lawyers, parents, Casey, (perhaps sometimes to a fault). I think that he is sincerely trying to be fair.

  15. karen says:

Kleat Your post 157 (?) Re the dog handlers if you are referring to Gale St John and her team, they were there in Aug. They brought only the dogs and nothing else. These were trained cadaver dogs and Gale has used them successfully in the past. They did not bring anything that would have contaminated the scene expect themselves which would somewhat contaminate just by default. The dogs did detect something but the area was underwater and they could not go very far into the woods.

Karen- this is not to you personally if your just passing on information you have read-

Gale St. John’s “trained” cadaver dog hit on animal bones that caused the lead detective in this case to be called out at 2am. This was after lurking in an area that had been cordoned off to be checked, iirc. Then I believe a woman charges her with fraud for use of her credit cards, and I think the sheriff was backing her in at the hotel and attempting to arrest her if her team could not pay the charges on their own. I do believe her own handler (Colleen) quit and did an interview about her being a fraud.

Point is, anyone will tell you a trained cadaver dog will never hit on animal remains. Imo, that entire blind driving BS was a staged incident in her hopes to secure her tv show, which did not. These people are scams.

“…my wife and I, when we separated back in 2005 because of SOME ISSUES WITH MY DAUGHTER, SOME FINANCIAL THINGS we were going through….” and I couldn’t understand the next few words.

Todd, not to disagree with you but the anything but cloths party was in May before all of this happened. Being speculated by Casey supporters (who are few). She didnt call the police because she knew where Caylee was and was not worried. She was keeping her away from Cindy as punishment for her controling ways and had this not hit the media and had the police not gotten involved Caylee would have been home by her 3rd birthday. After Casey is arrested the people who had Caylee could not just drop her off and say here she is. They would have been charged with kidnapping. They had no choice but to get rid of her. Not my view, just what I have read from people who believe she is innocent.

  23. westsidehudson says:

    #206_todd

My feelings as well, todd. If Casey had called police in for a stranger abduction/kidnapping, I could almost buy this reasonable doubt scenario of Kronk as a potential perp. However, Casey insisted that she left her child with the baby sitter. I don’t see the dots connecting to Kronk from Zanny. Is there a ‘daisy chain where Kronk was alerted to where Caylee would be found? I don’t know. I have no ill will toward Leonard Padilla, but based on some things he’s said & done in the past, he doesn’t have my entire confidence, his credibility is a little suspect for me. Maybe it is true and will eventually come out. For me personally, I ‘d need it corroborated by another witness that is not a hyperbolic attention-seeker.

Casey’s car smelled like death. Yes, this will be argued as to the source and if anything has been proven scientifically. However, Casey herself brought up ‘dead squirrels’. Why? No one asked. Kronk was never in Casey’s car. It was a preemptive cover, replacing one type of dead being for another, explaining the away the condition that Casey knew was worse than garbage.

Kleat 208- Back in the 1980′s there was a big custody battle over a baby. I cannot remember the names now but the mother had given her baby up for adoption. She was seperated or divorced or never married to daddy. Daddy comes back into the picture and wants his child. The mother hires a lawyer and after many months in the media she and daddy do get their child back. So had there been any custody agreement with Casey and her parents it certainly was not written in stone that could not be re- chisled to read something else. No reason for Caylee to die. If anyone remembers this case and the names of the parties please help me out here.

Re: the two psych evaluations ordered by BOTH of the judges in the early hearing/bond issues– Yuri or another LE (not sure who on the audio said: “I swear that Mr. Baez said he’s reviewed them or seen them–” (65 mins) re: the ordered psych evaluations of Casey. He then asked George if he knew anything about the psych evaluations, if they were even done– george said he did not know anything.

George wondered about mental issues of Casey– but unlike George’s sister’s ‘lot of issues over the years’ but unlike his sister, who is more depressive, Casey has always been bubbly exciting all the time.

George said he has asked him (Baez) about the psych evaluations, he says Cindy wants to get what Baez knows…. ‘reach out to him’.

George says to her, ‘I’ll tell you right now, anything he gets, it’s got to go both ways”. George warns her if not, they can charge us with withholding information. George tells Cindy: “That’s not fair, technically they can come after you, they can come after us…we are going to have to get an attny soon, if you keep screwing it up…”.

(Is George saying that if Baez shares info on what the psych evaluations provide about Casey, that she must then share what she, (or both George and her) know regarding Casey and other evaluations they know about?– that implies that Casey had psychiatric evaluations in the past and that the parents have that information.)

WHO did this interview? Anyone know? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAW35NVmKNk&feature=related

It was George only talking, a quiet Cindy, Nov 21st, lawyer now gone, press conference cancelled for this date, but who did this interview? No media labels on it.

It was all about keeping up the search, that no one is doing anything to find Caylee, no cooperation from the beginning, but we now know that Cindy is sitting there knowing she sent her men into those woods to find the body, the set up for the defense had already begun.

And LE, FBI, everyone is taking a hit from George because the system is ‘broken’– the LE wouldn’t even let them look at the tape from the airport, they had no access to that stuff to rule out that child as Caylee.

George says at this point, they are not going by the system, no more chain of command and that each minute she’s away, she could be taken farther away, and the Anthony’s are not getting ANY help from FBI or LE now. Their focus is still to bring Caylee home alive and that there should have been cooperation from day one but never was.

George’s message was for people to call in tips to Kidfinders, to them, to D and A Investigations. George said Caylee deserves more than this– that LE is to protect and serve but he asks, WHO is protecting her?

George is either very good at lying and holding it together knowing the search for his granddaughter’s body was so close to home and that she was not alive, or, Cindy did not tell George about the scheme and about her body being in those woods.

Who did this interview? Doesnt’ look like a normal television media crew– no credits, no mics with ID. Was it set up by the Anthony people FOR THEMSELVES in a basement somewhere with a friend doing the questions?== and put out there as a media interview when the press conference was cancelled to give what NG, called ‘Blockbuster’ evidence to be revealed to show an alive Caylee (mall photo obviously, taken and publicized days prior). The state can not go to the media and give their opinion, but a reminder that even if Judge Strickland had ordered a gag order to stop Baez from giving his opinions to the press to convince a jury pool that Caylee was still alive, that Judge Strickland would NOT apply that gag order to Cindy or George.

So, why hasn’t this changed now? Could this be why the Anthony’s formally continue to search for a live Caylee, because as long as they are doing that, they can avoid a gag order by Judge STrickland because they are grieving grandparents who still don’t believe their grandchild is dead, and that hasn’t been proven in a court of law yet, has it! (is he ever going to gag these people when it’s simply jury tampering or will he let it go and move the trial?)

Civil trial is early in the new year, so when does the decision for venue change or not, take place?

  36. MsEnscene says:

#228 Chica. I kinda have to disagree with you about Casey’s self-determination. The angle I see on Casey is that she is just plain lazy and apparently didn’t want to work, so did she really want to be independent from Cindy who enabled her in so many ways to be a lay-about?

Perhaps she expected Cindy to fulfill some kind of promise made when Cindy found out about the pregnancy…a promise like “If you keep this baby, I promise I will support you in every way.”

To Casey that may have sounded pretty much like “Go on with your party life, sweetums, I’ll do all the heavy lifting with the baby including all the costs. Leave it to mama.” Knowing Cindy, that promise would have soon turned into nag, nag, nag! Do this! Do that!

Casey was soon out of the Anthony house sponging off the Grunds and having them take care of her baby. Where Casey was off to, while she was supposed to be working, is anybody’s guess, but it wasn’t a job.

Since fiance’ Jesse didn’t provide a separate crash pad, Casey was soon back home with Nagger-in-chief and listening to sermons on being a good mother and doing it Cindy’s way. Foul! According to Casey, not in the Cindy-Casey preggo pact!

Casey certainly acted as if she were entitled to special benefits because of her station and that Cindy was reneging on something she had promised Casey about the baby arrangements. Anthonys speak a patois in which syntax and “clues” are mixed up. Everyone in the family seems to operate under a heavy cloud of dysphasia.

Casey certainly showed no aptitude for either school or work, but I’m sure Cindy would have enabled her to go to school. Think how Cindy could have then bragged about Casey to everyone and she would have been telling the truth!

Casey was too darned lazy to take any hard route. Steal and lying to maintain her indolent lifestyle was easier. She knew Cindy would cover anything she did, anyway.

I just see little evidence to show that Casey wanted to be independent from Cindy’s money; that is, until she had another meal ticket in hand. She could never have afforded a place with Amy H., unless Amy paid for it all.

Until she found that one male to take her “away from all of this”, I think Casey wanted to mooch off Cindy as much as possible with no strings attached. Cindy wasn’t playing the agreed-upon game. Caylee was a string held very tightly by Cindy and that string was all inclusive.

So far there hasn’t been an inkling of that defense yet other than from the Anthonys; on a live Caylee. I think the defense lets the Anthonys run things up the flagpole to see how it flies first.

Or maybe they will leave it ‘on the outside’, not in trial, and some jurors will speculate on their own, having heard this before trial.
    Hmm, maybe it wasn’t Caylee.

Seriously though, as people who started a non profit and represent themselves as individuals who are concerned about missing children, and their families, how could they, for one minute, hold on to someone else’s child’s ashes? If they TRULY believed that Caylee is still alive, why wouldn’t they give the ashes back to the state, so that some other parent could have their relative back. Why not push for additional testing on any remaining samples that the state might hold?
Wouldn’t that allow for closure for someone else whose child has not returned home?

They are so transparent in their nonsense. Again, it makes Casey look all the more guilty.

Both sides announced the resignation Thursday.
Meanwhile, the Anthonys told News 13′s Melissa Crabtree that they believe Caylee was in Orlando this week.
The family released a photo to News 13 that was taken Sunday at the Florida Mall by two women with a cell phone camera.
The photo shows a girl playing, who they feel looks a lot like Caylee

It has been e-mailed to both the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and FBI.
“There are just too many characteristics that stood out that it could be her,” said Michelle Bart, the family’s new spokesperson. “We’re not saying that it is her. We’re saying it’s another tip that somebody in the community believed it was her.”

Mark Fuhrman Face to Face with George & Cindy Anthony

Mark Fuhrman said, “it was surreal.”  Following is an excerpt from the book,

—George barely said anything. Cindy, by contrast, leaned forward and spoke animatedly. Why had they asked to meet me? They said it was because they wondered if I could help them. At a certain point, during a lull in the conversation, I had to approach them as a detective, not a member of the news media. I looked straight at them and said gently, “You know Caylee is dead.” There was silence. George looked at me and just bobbed his head up and down, as if to say yes. Cindy cried quietly. …. The police absolutely knew they had a dead child here. And if it weren’t for the media manipulating George and Cindy’s delusions, refusing to challenge them in things as glaringly obvious as the smell of decomposed body in their car, the “Caylee-is-missing” myth never would have come to life. A lot of time was wasted on it, because the media gave it such legitimacy. —  (This Caylee-is-missing myth wasted Law Enforcements resources and valuable time)

I was not thrilled with the issue of the OJ trial, obviously, but MF is a very skilled investigator, imo, and he is 100% right, this still goes on today. Nobody calls them out because their exclusive goes bye bye and their is more money to be had.

    Hi all.

Have you guys seen the Mark Fuhrman book “The Murder Business”?

He stated that in August 08 he was dispatched by Fox to go cover the case. While he was there Cindy requested to speak to him. He said it was very odd. You can read on Caylee Daily.

karen, I guess I would have more faith in a garage freezer during an Alaskan winter than a Florida summer, lol, but you are probably right of course, especially with the short length of time we’d be talking about to stow the body there.

I do think decomp continues, albeit really, really slowly. Or maybe it isn’t decomp that changes the texture of meat that stays in a freezer for a long time, but SOMETHING is going on with it, cuz it doesn’t stay exactly like it was when you put it in there. (Of course there are inevitable power failures and the temp changes due to opening and closing a unit, but that’s really over the long run and wouldn’t figure in our scenario.)

Cryogenics (think of poor Ted Williams’ head in a freezer somewhere) uses really, really cold temps —say -259 degrees or colder, which of course is ridiculously colder than whatever folks keep their freezers at (maybe 20 for the fridge, 0 for the garage freezer?). Those bodies are cooled with liquid nitrogen (363 degrees below zero) to try to keep the dna intact. Makes me think that higher temps (closer to your home freezer) would not be suitable for complete preservation.

I guess it might also depend on how fresh the body was when it was placed in the freezer. Since caylee’s body would still be cooling down while in the freezer, I think some decomp would begin, then kind of go dormant as the body and the organisms and microbes within reached equilibrium with the freezer temp.

“lol, you never miss a trick, wsh, do you?”

You don’t either, because I am still left guessing, lol.

  46. Kleat says:

wsh, thanks!!! You really came through on that!! I found that interview very odd as well– why on earth did Cindy NOT say something about the ‘Bombshell’ that was possibly news of the live Caylee– did she know otherwise? Only reason she would keep her mouth shut was a ’100 percent’ and so they must have known 100 percent that it was not Caylee, but wanted to keep the myth going and also trash the LE for their non-cooperation from the beginning– that was George’s job to do that, best him as ex-cop, detective and finger-print pad operator.

21st of November was when all this ‘bombshell’ stuff was to come out– a Friday– almost a week after the ‘sighting’. George can lie and turn tale as well as anyone.

And contrasting this with the same lines from George in that very early LE link, the ending is interesting, as all the way through, George has not been challenged on their work to find a live Caylee– near the end this changes, investigators ask about Casey’s psych evaluations, not expecting an answer from George in words, but they gave him reality check no. 1, then this reality check turned to the entry of the new ‘tip’ from California, being handed off to the woman officer who enters the room– and the tip is explained briefly– someone in California seen with a daughter who looks like Caylee. So FBI will be dispatched as explained was usual for the out-of-state sightings. George is now facing the chance they have located Caylee!!! And what does he say?? Anything that a parent of a missing child would say (he was as close as a ‘parent’) to indicate excitement, or reserved but definite hope, questions, how where when, when do we know, can you get back to me soon, can we find out tonight if it’s Caylee??

Nothing– George did nothing but feel sick– and leave the room and was sick. He was primed to be able to express his true feelings about the belief that Caylee was out there, but ‘nothing’ with a perfect chance to get his hopes up, or to take that opportunity to use it to ‘spin’ the family line.

I assume this was a deliberate move by LE, to see what George’s real reaction to a live Caylee sighting would be– without him thinking first, planning what he should say, how to react– he had to react honestly, and that was to be physically sick with the reality check he just had.

  47. Kleat says:

‘Anybody getting paid for a story… if you are speaking the truth, you should be able to speak it without being paid to … submit photos… or get paid… that won’t happen as long as I am with the family’. (close paraphrase– she did include photos, not just ‘interviews’) Michelle Bart

Brings up Elizabeth Smart. Bart suggests that ‘Caylee’ sighting girl touched something and that means as far as she is concerned, there would be prints to be lifted, to PROVE that is NOT Caylee.

“This week– this week is just too emotional” Michelle Bart, comparing this week (that’s ending Nov 21st) to all other times with all motions filed, that ‘this’ particular week was the most emotional so far.

Interesting that this week was so emotional from the ‘walk through the woods’ on 15th, 16th, 16th photo of the little girls with Caylee hair, and one with a Caylee missing theme t-shirt, 19th Bart releases the photo, waits til 21st to put it out to Fox and to this CF13 interview, promises of a big interview cancelled, lawyer no longer supports them to find Caylee.

George says each minute she can be farther and farther away from us, yet they waited a week to talk about this sighting!!

Q: for Michelle Bart— fingerprints from Nov 16th to the 19th, to the 21st to prove it’s not Caylee??? Crazy idea that prints would be there with the normal janitorial duties of a shopping mall– no chance or the mall should be reported for a place that does not clean it’s children’s play area.

Another myth to circulate– George says only Caylee’s family is protecting her, Kidfinders too. Not anyone else, LE etc. How many other cases were harmed, children’s searches with less resources after the mid-November knowledge of a baby’s remains in those woods.

This makes Ms. DB’s statement that ‘No, we are not concerned about the family, it is ‘the child’…’ stand out even more in contrast with George’s statement no one is protecting or standing up for Caylee but the family.

  48. Kleat says:

Michelle Bart seems to be evasive with any eye-contact, and seems to struggle to present for the family at the beginning of the interview, unless she is just disinterested. Seems like an experienced person who makes their living by talking to the press and public, is not quite comfortable with her job at that moment and it shows.

What does Bart also know and if anything, that can NOT be privileged as she also works for Kidfinders, as she exposes in this interview.

  49. martha says:

Blink or others, do you still think Casey and company will ask for a plea bargain and if so WHEN? That still keeps popping up in my mind, that we wont see a trial. thanks, enjoyed everyone’s comments—
