    Brie-bakes and banana bread, sharp-shooting trespassers, paparazzi-ing health-conscious metal-band members — what *can’t* you do, woman?!?

Glad you’re on the mend, friend, and I’ll join you at the table anytime (both here *and* to watch Chad do karaoke).

My first concert was the Doobie Brothers. Last one was the Brian Setzer Orchestra in December of 09. Saw a bunch in between from Marshall Tucker Band to Earth, Wind and Fire. Most reverent audience ever was for Conway Twitty.

There was a wealth of information in Red Hill’s post. We know the college kids were renting the old home place up till June. There was remodeling done on the homestead by a carpenter, any thing else- plumbing- what? We know that Bass’ daughter was living there when Morgan was found. Did she move in right away, or wait for the remodels. More importantly who would have this info along with Mr. Bass being outta town, and be able to lie (why lie?) and have a jeep?

@acho – “Someone help me, please: When was it that someone allegedly cruised by an AF caretaker/painter at the newer Bass home in a Jeep and had a cockamamie excuse for being on property? I want to look at that again. (I’ll try to go back and find it, but if you were the source and can access it fast, please re-post. Thank you!)”

It was back in the summer, a carpenter was working on the remodeling of the old homeplace, saw a Jeep coming up from the back of the property. He waited, the guy stopped, he said he was Bass’s brother and left. When the carpenter told Bass about it later, he said he didn’t have a brother. Second hand to me. VSP also knows this.

@B – GPS path up the bottom off Red Hill Rd will be to you shortly.

Two points i’d like to add to this compelling site:

    1. For those suffering from Tinnitus – Three high school girls in Ireland won a Young Scientist Award last year for their invention that cures some cases of Tinnitus. You can find them at restoredhearing.ie. If it helps one person I’ll be thrilled. I have a friend who suffered for nearly a year and had to quit performing operations until it went away.

    2. Although I am most sympathetic with the suffering of Sheriff Morris I find the timing, two days after the discovery of Morgan’s body, odd. As a LE officer wouldn’t he find being in the ‘thick’ of a national murder case fascinating? Surely he would be privy to inside information not only among his colleagues but within the community and his extended family. I have lived in the city and now live in the country. Believe me when I say country folk know how to look after their own. I believe the wagons have circled in the locale. ‘Blow ins’(residents of less that two generations) may not be considered trustworthy. Someone should try the local bar. Not the Saturday night hot spot but the Wednesday after work watering hole. His suicide note and bank withdrawal points away from any involvement but…. sorry it still rankles.
Does anyone know if he was on duty that night? Might he have witnessed something out of the ordinary which only became suspect after the discovery of Morgan?

    Just my thoughts.

I find it intriguing that they called in the FBI at this point of the investigation.

From the press conference I gathered that the State Police were stuck because the locals felt that the whole investigation was sort of imposed on them. They were not getting the information they needed.

So why call in the Federal Police? Once they located the body, it all sounded like a matter of good old fashioned police work, going from door to door, talking to the right people and interviewing the usual suspects. There can’t be that many people with a knowledge of the area.

So what could be the reasons? a. They need some additional technical resources only available to the FBI (specific satellite images, perhaps). b. The case has become high profile, the POI’s family is very influential indeed and they want someone to have a fresh look at the evidence just to be sure. c. The suspect is from another state, and they suspect an involvement in crimes outside Virginia. Not sure about the last point. Can State Police from different states talk to each other directly, or does that always involve the FBI?

I feel your pain… I had that procedure done. Do it. You will feel much better. It works.
I was very touched by your story you posted so long ago bout being burned. I have great admiration for anyone that has lived through burn. My mother was 76 years old when she was severely burned in a fire. 75% of her body was burned. She lived for 3 1/2 weeks in a burn center in Southern California and it was pure h***. That was a long time ago but it took me a long time to talk about it. I tortured myself for so long with the thought of my mom on fire. Very painful. since then I have dedicated much of my time to burn through volunteering. It has helped me heal. I believe reaching out always is a blessing to us. I think it was Ghandi who said
“We find ourselves in the service of others” So true. I really think everyone on this site has a heart for others and that is what I like so much. I love how candid everyone is.
Observer: It was very refreshing to hear someone as classy as you let their hair down. You are human. No worries, you are still very professional, kind and classy.
RT I try not to judge most of the time. Thank you for coming to the site. The thing I would say is the friends that were with Morgan on that night are not the victims, Morgan was. Many things led up to the events but you cannot argue that it may have been different if the friends would have taken care of Morgan and not allowed her to be out there alone. We all make mistakes, but what makes the differnce is how you correct what mistakes we make. As far as I can tell so far that has not happened. I know they feel bad, but Morgan lost her life and the Harrington’s lost their daughter. I just think they need to do something that is not a denial…. Admit the mistake and do what ever you can to help others. Make a difference. Mosiac thank you for saying you read my posts. I think you are all great.
There is much evil in this world, but there is much good also. I think somehow we are all connected and it is so important to not let evil change our thought of good. Mr & Mrs Harrington know this. It is important to focus on the good. Mother Teresa once said “If you are having a anti-war rally do not invite me but if you are having a peace rally I will be there.”
Mother Blink, What can I say…You are amazing! Thank you for being here as a voice for the victims that cannot speak themselves, and for allowing all of us a place of connection to share and to help the best that we can. Blink you have made a difference.
P.S. Chad singing the way we were LOL ROTFL

  7. Just Desserts says:

Blink, TY for your comment on my last post; just glad if I can chip in, as it’s hard not to be inspired by the desire and energies that drive all the thoughtful posters here, and by your tireless efforts to keep the herd of us on a good trail!

I really think the “cancer” metaphor fits, not just in Morgan’s case but in many involving sexual predators and “career bad guys.” IMO, society can’t afford to let these guys hang around; they infect others, just as cells turned cancerous spread the cancer to neighboring cells. And I’ll bet among BOC’s “seasoned” commenters there are many who’ve gone a round or two with cancer– enough to know that the surgeon always wants to cut away “a healthy margin” as well as the parts that are clearly cancerous. So the message might be, for those with relatives who are cancers in the body of society, look out that you aren’t so close to them that “surgical removal” of them takes you (and more innocent loved ones) too.

You’ve got me thinking about the FBI’s appeal to bike clubs, and a couple of things come to mind (though NOT, unfortunately, any comprehension of your “harmonica” remark. . .): #1–I think we’d had a pretty dry Fall up to mid-October, well below average precip, so stream beds would have been quite low. The kind of light rain that occurred on the evening of the 17th would not have made streams run much, but might have gotten our old red clay wet enough that an ATV or off-road truck would have dragged some “evidence” out onto Red Hill Rd., in the path of the bikers. #2– in your response to Judi’s post at 2:46, don’t you line out the (alternative to 29South)”back route” to Anchorage Farm if one initially drove west from JPJ Arena? You point out that this is a regular ride route used by at least one local bike club. Hmmmm. Is the FBI asking bikers if one of their regular members was unusually absent the morning of the 18th, or on subsequent dates when the ride covered that particular route? (I’m not a rider, but know a friend of a friend who rides and also works at the bike shop that posts that route; maybe I can ask him directly.)

To Chad– Thank You, too! I saw your question “is this the guy you were talking about?” but when I clicked the link it gave me a blank page. So I’m kinda lost on what you wanted to know? I’m not fingering anyone; I haven’t the info to know that much, and hope I haven’t the presumption to think I can do LE’s job better than they can. (If you’re asking about a certain Mr. Shifflett–NOT Steven–I was referencing as a past killer of a black man, he’s been discussed here by others and his record of violence seemed to exemplify someone who might still nurse racial hatreds– but I don’t know him and lack grounds to accuse him of any recent offense. That’s for LE to look into, IMO.) Ask me again if this response has been too far off track, and I’ll try to do better :-) BTW, though I stumbled around in all that tangled string of comments about Steven Shifflett, ex-cop with C’ville Police and later with Greene County under Willie Morris, I think that evidence within the dialogue you brought us suggests that “Demopublican”= Steven Shifflett, and I suspect that both= “Gas
Bag Self-Proclaimed Expert,” who’s a long-time troll on Letters to the Editor pages in C’ville papers on all matters pertaining to police actions & policies (GBSPE calls LE “the cop shoppe” and is usually tartly critical of their performance).

Blink, again- no need to post if it jeopardizes any part of the investigation:

In regards to satellite imaging, do the cameras still snap shots on parts of the earth that are in darkness? I pose this question because I’m wondering if they do- (to my understanding its a low traffic area)perhaps headlights could be seen on the otherwise dark images, entering/leaving the property at a certain time. Or a campfire, etc. At least this would practically pinpoint the time of the crime, how long the perps were there, etc. The military also has unbelievable night imaging, although not sure if available by satellite.

IMHO, the timing and the mere fact that the FBI is releasing this inquiry, is telling. If you think back to the VSP’s presser concerning AF, they were pleading with individuals in that area to come forward of their own accord. Now that Federal Agents are asking questions- you could be looking at Felony Obstruction of Justice charges if you lie or aren’t forthcoming with information. The VSP asked nicely, now the BIG DOGS are out.

anotherB, it isn’t exactly the case that the FBI just joined this case; several articles have put them there since the beginning (see for instance this article http://www.nbcwashington.com/entertainment/music/Metallica_join_FBI_in_search_for_missing_student-66070897.html from Oct 27). And there are other articles that mention them over the course of the last 100 days or so.

As I posted upthread somewhere, what’s interesting to me is why we’re hearing from them now, right now, right at this particular time. I reckon they are trying to turn up the heat to make the perp or those protecting him start to get a little hot under the collar and make a mistake or try to run for it. I’m nearly sure it’s a strategic move of some sort.

  14. suz says:

Mom3.0 and others, I wonder if someone doing inside work (like a plumber) would have been able to access those remote fields. I guess anything is possible, and certainly I’ve seen my friend’s handymen (who were working outside) slip down to the pond to throw a few lines in (ahem, was one of those poles MINE? yes indeedy) to bring home some fish for dinner—which they did. But that was pretty close to where they were supposed to be working. Would a plumber be able to slip away as easily? How close is the daughter’s house to the remains site?

    O/T

I need my BOC family. I am a believer in prayers. One of my very dearest friends brother was shot in the Huntsville, Alabama shooting today. I am in tears as I type this. He was shot in the head, and is in surgery right now. Lisa, my friend says he probably isn’t going to make.

If you mention names in prayer, his name is Joe. Great guy.
It was a woman shooter, that was denied tenure. She shot the panel that voted her down. He was on the panel. WOW.
My friend Lisa is an exceptional person, and she lost a son 4 years ago to suicide. He was 19.
I need your prayers for her. Coincidentally, her son shot himself in the head with a 22.
When is this violence going to stop!
Lovely, could you meditate for her?

I want to respond to others but have some pressing things now.

I have to agree that this is likely a request for “general” information. In other words, you folks are out there in that particular AF/Red Hill/North Garden area every weekend and did something look different or out of place on that Oct. 17-18 weekend.

Wow, I used to road cycle 10-20 miles per day many years ago and all I remember is a blur of pain. It was all about keeping up or running away from your mates. In other words, if you are seriously into it, you aren’t going to notice anything out of the ordinary or out of your own space unless you run over it. Like someone mentioned, you tend to look at the rider in fronts can. In the zone, so to speak.

On the other hand when my son was younger, I used to go pick him up at his moms house in the Virginia countryside on weekends, there would be wall to wall bike riders on the road to their house. While most of them seemed to be team/club riders, there also seemed to be a few Sunday drivers (riders) looking at the cows and horses. Perhaps these folks would be more enlightened. Just my two cents.

Turning right from 29 onto Red Hill Rd, there is only one house on the right side of the road, a mile or more before you get to the Blandemar entrance. Not sure who lives there now but I doubt it’s a rental.

On the left, 1/2 mile past the bridge is an established family home up in the woods. Next up is the old White place, and once again, I doubt it is a rental. From that point to the Blandemar entrance are the new Million Dollar homes in the new sub-division(if you want to 20+ acre lots a sub-division). There are a couple under construction, one or two lived in and another for sale(looks as if constructions has stopped).

So with my long drawn-out country boy answer…no, I don’t think are any rental properties between 29 and the Blandemar entrance. The closest house to the 1800 block is the older one-story house across from the Blandemar entrance. This MIGHT be a rental, and possibly the scene of the domestic assault(if I read that correctly), but I don’t know for certain. Sorry, not sure if this info helped.

I’m out of town on business for a couple days so may, or may not, be able to check in. Onward through the fog guys and gals.

HA,ha. My first “kinda” concert was when I rode with my Mom to pick up my Sister at a Guess Who concert that was held at a Catholic High School back in the Midwest. Wonder if she’ll ever forgive me for commenting about the funny smell on their clothes in front of Mom (weed, wink, wink).

I also have a strong feeling that our Morgan and her pals got into something weird prior to the Metallica show. I’ll date myself, but I remember zoning out at a Todd Rungren concert back in the 70′s and I didn’t do anything other then drink and smoke some weed. Another funny thing happened when we went to a Festival that featured the Doobie Bros. with T-Rex opening. Come to find out, back in the day the weed was “dusted”. Hope that ugly thing isn’t making a comeback.

Bottom line….did they or didn’t they trip out and forget about taking care of each other. Probably. Do we still love them? Yes.

    Paranormal Mountain Bike Race
    Charlottesville, Va. • October 17
This six-hour endurance race, which starts in the late afternoon and moves into the dark autumn evening, has become a must-do in the Central Virginia MTB scene. After the closing of the popular Panorama Farm trails, the event moved to Tevendale Farm, which is filled with much of the same pastoral open field riding mixed with wooded twisty singletrack. Riders also get a great blend of short steep climbs and surprise descents. Five-minute time bonuses are awarded to bikers in costume.

Runs 4PM- 10PM, about 20 mi away at Tevendale Farms, but there is overnight camping and movies.
Some in the cycling community from Red Hill are on the roster from last year.

Since bands/concerts have been mentioned, ‘oh yeah, I’ll tell you something I think you’ll understand…’ When I was thirteen, my best friend and I were chauffered by her older brother and his wife to Memphis to see The Beatles. Yes, we stood on our seats and screamed. They came onstage wearing ties and bright lime collar-less jackets, with bowl haircuts. They were so young, clean-cut and handsome. Innocent days. Several years later my husband, while a UVA undergrad, saw Janis Joplin in concert at University Hall, a favorite memory.
I thought about Morgan’s Beatles poster on her bedroom wall, and how much she loved music.

  39. Grace says:

With this interest in Red Hill Road, perhaps the “Blindbowman” theory can be considered. Here’s some of what I posted in the “Rumor’s of a Suspect’s Arrest” comments section:

“Grace says: January 31, 2010 at 3:01 pm. I tend to take everything the Harrington’s have said as fact. When they say Morgan didn’t know her abductor(s), it’s safe to assume that they are privy to the alibis/interrogations of all of those who came in contact with Morgan on the evening she disappeared, and have satisfied themselves that Morgan was taken by a stranger. When they say she didn’t know him (“them” as Mrs. Harrington curiously referred to BG(s) in a recent television interview), they may not even mean a total stranger, but could mean someone who was with or around the RV lot people. The Harrington’s and Charlottesville LE seem to have a difference of opinion as to whether Charlottesville residents should be concerned for their safety. LE says not to worry. The Harrington’s say the perp was still there in November. Could the shirt have been discarded/planted in November? Do the Harrington’s have their own POI who was incarcerated in November or December, either for failure to register or for some other crime for which he was already awaiting trial, was found guilty and is now behind bars? This could explain the report of various inmates attempting to broker deals in exchange for information. The Virginia State Police registered sex offender data base has serious limitations, one being that addresses are current work and home. But what was their home address prior to moving to their current address? This detailed info is obviously available to LE, and possibly even the Harrington’s. To those of you here who have been researching this from the beginning…did anyone print out the registered sex offenders and their home addresses for Albemarle County as they existed October 17, 2009? This is important in order to know if anyone on the list moved away in late November. Is there anyone on the previous list for Albemarle County who isn’t on that list now, or who has a new home address in a different city within Albemarle County? As an aside, it’s interesting to look at the names of the most serious violent rapists on the list and see their re-registration dates. Almost all of them have re-registered within the past couple of weeks, probably because LE has been hauling all of them in for questioning. As I look at these lists, I keep in mind that the crime that landed these people on the list was more than likely watered down by plea bargains that spare the assault victim from having to testify in court. I could only find a couple of rapists on the list for which “abduction” was actually listed as part of the crime. How many are we passing over because the charge doesn’t show that they abducted their victim off the street? Again, though, the Harrington’s and LE will know the detailed MO’s of those on the list. Someone posting here, who I think said they are LE, said that the simplest explanation often turns out in the end to be the way things happened. While a great many have been theorizing how Morgan came to rest in the field (carried in, walked in, ATV, truck, horseback, airplane, etc.) commenter Blindbowman has his own theory here: http://www.topix.net/forum/source/wtvr/TS6H3QRERE2FVLC0Q. While his method of arriving at his conclusion is complex, his hypothesis is simple. Blindbowman thinks that Morgan ran away from her captor from the backyard of a house on Red Hill Rd. Input Blindbowman’s coordinates into Google Earth and follow his suggested flight path. Whether or not Morgan did, indeed, run from that particular house remains to be seen, but once you open your mind to the possibility that she escaped from her captor, several locations can be identified where Morgan could have run away from without crossing any roads or seeing any visual landmarks (like other houses, lights, roads). When the Harrington’s say there was a wealth of evidence at the scene, it could be because Morgan was able to get away from her captor before he could do anything about the DNA or other evidence she carried with her. He may have chosen this area because there are so many places to dispose of a body in such a way as it would never be discovered, but he never got the chance. And while he may have tried to chase after her, if she had taken him by surprise and was able to get out of his sight right away, following her was, obviously, impossible.”

The only problem I see is that Morgan was deceased when she was put on the farm, I am comfortable saying she was not running that terrain at all, let alone in the pitch black over a mile.

Mosaic says; oops, my bad….the house owned by the couple with a common surname on Red Hill Road (which also happens to be for sale) is in the *1900 block*…not the 1800 block where the assault took place in late Dec.
    —-

Yeah, I noticed earlier that their were three residences on Red Hill with that same surname. But I wasn’t able to determine if they are connected with the ones mentioned here with that surname.

    Bob-dog;
I have been meanng to post on you comments.
My mom, had a farm, and she also had horses, and a goat. I totally relate to your stories. My mom had the goat she says, is here to calm the “horses”. Which, by watchful eye and hindsite, the goat did!
My mother never had cows. She had horses.
I would watch the goat just walk along those horses like her shit didnt stink. They, the horses, obliged. Why respect the goat? I will never know.
The goat ruled and was the boss.
I’ll never forget one time pulling up to my mothers farm, and the goat stood high on top of all the hay bales!!!
Thank you for your kind words to me. I appreciate it very much.
I totally get your cow story. I loved it.

Chad, just saw your note about your good friend’s brother Joe being shot; that sounds tragic! You’ll be the kind of friend who won’t let your pal face this alone; as long as your attention needs to be there, friends here will stick with you, too. Prayers for Joe’s recovery; strength to you (and just the right words of assurance and comfort for your friend and all involved).

Tenure– what an often corrupt and broken system; my wife could tell you tales!

I just went to the “Blindbowman” link (http://www.topix.net/forum/source/wtvr/TS6H3QRERE2FVLC0Q) and read the rest of the comments. Here are two insightful comments that really stand out:

From Tcar…”I’d like to go back to some reports about outside the arena. A man reported that a woman who’s description fit Morgan had an injury on her face and walked up to him embraced his arm and said “let’s go.” The injury is confirmed by her friend Sarah who said she talked to Morgan that night and heard that she was struck. This was likely when she was leaving or trying to re-enter. Now he has witnesses that he reported this. He didn’t understand it and immediately asked her to let go and he said she kicked him.
Now, here’s my deduction. I’ve seen women when they are scared look for protection from a male. I”ve even seen women try and “pretend” they are with a large male when someone is bothering them.
She obviously was impaired, had a slight injury, and likel was frightened by someone. I think that whoever stalked her started at the JPJ arena. Her attempts to get back inside, find large male to protect her, talk to basketball players, and finally try and get a ride away all indicate something. I think that the video disappeared for a reason and they are protecting a murderer and possible liability at JPJ.”

From JoBay…”The spot where she was found indicates that she
was alive until she got to that spot. Someone would have to be incredibly strong to carry 120 pounds of “dead weight” at least a mile. She probably ran from her attacker until that spot, or she was made to walk to that spot, where she was attacked, or she may have jumped or somehow escaped from a vehicle and made it to that spot before she died.”

If a cyclist that lived on Red Hill Road was in that event- which ended at 10:00 on Oct 17th, they may very well have seen or heard something on their way home sometime after. Now, where is Tevendale Farm in relation to Red Hill Rd… within cycling distance? My point is you might see or hear alot more on your bike than in a car returning.

Remember Dave Gardner, the UVA grad from NJ that stated he saw Morgan and her friends when they arrived at the concert? He has a facebook friend/relative named Sandy Gardner. Coincidentally, the North Garden Vol. Fire Dept has a Captain named Sandy Gardner.

The brown patch of land that you see on that map is 1924 Red Hill Rd 21 acres. It is the property I posted about earlier being directly across from Anchorage Farm.
You do not see the house because it is an old satelite map. The house was under construction at the time. This house has been since built (but according to the photo I saw of it never finished but not sure about that)

Anyhow it is the one owned by “a” Morris family. This is the one I was trying to find a possible Distruction of Property Report for, due to the fact that it is vacant.

Apparenty this home was put up for sale in November of 2009

    @ Red Hill Local:

Thanks for the info….very helpful. I’m curious about the assault/vandalism case that is listed as 18XX Red Hill Rd. I would think that would have to be 1824. The property records show that the owner lives in Crozet. I was wondering if perhaps she rented this property and that is where the assault/vandalism took place. I doubt there is any connection with the owner to the case but if she rented the home or if it is sitting empty, perhaps someone “used” this location. Just thinking how this could be relevant. Thanks again.

mentioned above was the Blank Stare with no remorse that you see in the eyes of a sociopath , or delusional person in a state of psychosis.
Yes , that stare is blank & dark . The darkness reminds me of sharks eyes. They are just empty, show no emotion , no sadness , no remorse , no soul , no feelings. Just empty shark eyes. Once you have looked into those eyes , it will make you shudder!

AMom, I missed something…what/who’s blank stare are you referring to, please? Maybe I haven’t read back far enough and am looking above for a post that is actually “below”, but a link to the original post is helpful. TX.

RE: cycling (of which I know nothing): I wonder if VSP’s request (w/ the Bureau’s assistance) of the local cyclists on/near Red Hill Rd. has not to do specifically with the Sunday morning following Morgan’s disappearance; rather, that they are soliciting more general information from cyclists who are familiar with area. For example, LE may be asking cyclists if they recall seeing any individual(s) frequently in the vicinity of Red Hill Rd. during their cycling trips in that area. Just a thought…
My nomination for one of the most useful posts today…that along with J2K posts about assaults in 1800 block RH Rd….

[[BLINK: Might want to hold, as this contains lots o' details about a person who may be uninvolved, though I name no names and all is public record. But if you choose not to post, I respect that.]]

Oh Chad. I read about it on the AJC website just a little while ago; how horrible. Thinking of your friend.

Thank you, Mosaic, as I was pulling up every listing service I could find, trying to find an 1800-block listing other than 1824 Red Hill Rd. Glad to know I’m not completely crazy.

Blink, I don’t find either of the #1824 owner’s names in the Anchorage history (http://www.dhr.virginia.gov/registers/Counties/Albemarle/002-0734_Anchorage_2001_Final_NR.pdf), or in the history of the Blandemar Farms’ land provided in the Garden Club brochure. The other name, at #1920, is a frequently mentioned name here, but it doesn’t come up in the AF history, either. Do you have some other history source(s) than what I have? Would love to read it if so. I started the week researching the names in the pieces I mention here.

Regardless, the sole property in the 1800 block is owned by someone whose residence according to Alb County is in Crozet, though her company in registered in Florida. She is about 61 yrs of age and has sold some scattered Alb Co property in recent years. She is a donor to The Miller School (capital campaign, maybe more). A Miller School parent or alumnus, perhaps? She raises thoroughbred horses (again, company registered in FL).

Her Red Hill Rd. property appears to have a smallish house, chicken coop, and detached garage. I did a reverse address lookup and couldn’t find the name of a possible tenant. Surely LE knows the deal about whether this property is vacant or occupied, and if so by whom, if they got these calls on or about 12/26. Aggravated assault and property damage, huh?

All this info is easy to find, so I’m sure none of it is news. My confusion, though, is in linking this owner (or the #1920 family) to AF’s early owners.

Maybe it’s irrelevant and what matters is what went down at #1824 in late December.

The problem is that the addy’s if you GPS them come up in “blocks.” Very difficult to nail down tenants or occupants. Does Abemarle county require Certs of Occupancy, does anyone know?
