Portland, OR– The developments in missing Portland child Kyron Horman are enough to give a person whiplash this week; It is only Wednesday.
I absolutely believe that Terri Horman is responsible for Kyron’s disappearance-
Tony Young, stepfather to Kyron Horman.
During their interview this morning on the Today Show, Desiree and Tony Young did not mince words.
The sexual overtones to Mr.Cook, resemble the former exhanges between the individual Terri attempted to hire to murder her husband.– verbiage contempt motion
Are investigators any closer to finding Kyron Horman?
Sources inside the investigation have confirmed to blinkoncrime.com that both the FBI and Multnomah County Sherriff’s Office have been back on the scene in areas near the Skyline School, where Kyron wet missing on June 4th., and on Sauvie Island, the focus of intense search efforts including several dive teams today.
Of particular interest, is source confirmation that the landscaper Terri Horman hired last fall, who worked on the Horman property, had met Kyron at the residence as well as the Skyline School, where his firm had been contracted to do some work.
Rudy Sanchez, of RS Landscape Maintenance since 2008 has told MCSO that Terri Horman attempted to hire him in a murder for hire plot against her husband Kaine. Sanchez then agreed to participate in a surreptitious sting that included a body wire and a 911 call where patrolman had to be told by detectives this was an “on the job” non-threat. As fairly isolated areas go, this one has had a fair share of 911 calls.
No charges were filed by Ms. Horman against Mr. Sanchez.
A search for Multnomah County arrests under the last name Sanchez, show a United States Marshall arrest and hold of a Anselmo Sanchez since July 8th. It is unknown if this individual is held in the disappearance of Kyron Horman.
Blinkoncrime.com was unable to confirm through the Multnomah County Jail the nature of the “hold” for Sanchez, and all persons are presumed innocent.

I normally don’t post on websites, but I just became overwhelmed with emotion and I need to purge.
As I scrambled eggs for my 7 year old little man and his friend, I thought of what Kyron and the countless other babies must’ve seen, heard, and felt, in their short lives. It hurts. It literally hurts. It brings tears to my eyes now. Little Ethan. God. I can’t even think about it.
In one year I’ll earn my degree and begin working as teacher. I will be responsible for hundreds of kids in the near future. My biggest fear is missing a sign of abuse. I can’t wrap my head around it, so how will I recognize it? Did Kyron’s teachers notice a difference in him? What if I fail an innocent child?

Our dear Blink is a “just the facts, ma’am” not grammar oriented. Though unintentional sometimes, often gives me a case of the giggles, which I usually need. I took PackLeader to mean generally and was in fact saying folks should read the article with more comprehension, as a few did take a giant leap, and not on the moon lol. But anyway . . .

Last night I posted my things we know that we don’t know list on Blink’s previous post, but I’m copying the LSL list here as well.
LSL
–Since LE knows that the sexual lures used for MC were also used for LSL, this probably means that LE has LSL texts and photos to go with.
That means they know who the LSL is, so it’s the person in the sting, not another person.
That means they have TH in writing before Kyron’s disappearance, and if she trusted LSL, she may have alluded to something between sex shots.
If LSL has info about Kyron’s location, and LE has any kind of info on LSL, forensic, written, etc. then LE can leverage that against TH. Did LSL have an associate who worked cheap and didn’t mind handling a 7 year old?

Sorry all, didn’t mean to sound snarky (I know, not an English Teacher word)! My frustration came because Blink clearly said these may or may not be related, but many people were making connections that may or may not exist. I think we’re all looking for facts, and trying hard to see connections. Once again, I’m sorry. And Blink, I don’t have my red pen in the summer, so no worries.

I have been lurking and reading ALL the posts on this case (seriously eating into my housework). I did a search for Anslemo Sanchezsanchez and found this link, which lists him as being held as an illegal. (page 11).

I have asked before and still don’t understand why the family, at this point at least, would not want the assistance of Mr. Oaks or anyone for that matter that is willing to help search for Kyron. I think at this point I would be more interested in finding Kyron than not contaminating evidence.

I hadn’t heard about the lack of lunch for Kyron(I realize you didn’t state it as fact). However, if that is true that there was not a lunch with his jacket and bookbag and he always takes his lunch to school, I would say that could indicate a big slip by someone in his/her plans. Perhaps the lack of his lunch in the classroom was how he was abducted. Terri told him to meet her or someone else out a side door to retrieve his lunch? Would you happen to remember where you read/heard about the lack of lunch?

Just because he is being held for being an illegal doesnt mean that he isnt involved. Occasionally a suspect is held for something else to get them off of the street etc.
His warrant is from US Marshalls. You can assume there is more going on.

Have been looking at the MCSO public booking log website for July 08, 2010, and I am wondering:
Does it mean anything that besides Anselmo, the MCSO booked another person on the same exact day, only one minute later, on the same exact charge of “illegal entry” AND also with a USM hold? Seems like quite a coincidence, but it could be just that — coincidence.
There doesn’t seem to be a clear family connection. However, the thought crossed my mind that maybe these two are part of Rudy’s LS “team”? Could this be part of the “divide and conquer” strategy you were mentioning days ago in one of your responses to a post?
I understand if you can’t post this, since it’s mere hypothesizing and what-iffing. But quite “hmmmmm”-inducing, to say the least.

My post seems to have evaporated, too.
Basically, it said in a longer way that HopeinVA/insintel/etc as answers for everything. But in more detail. It would be more convincing if those answers were consistent. For example, did “Phyllis” used to called “Phil” or is she pregnant? Don’t think both ways work.
Regarding the polys, insists the only question that Terri was found to be “evasive” about was her location on June 4. Well, if that’s all, and LE thinks that info would help find Kyron, why the HELL won’t she tell?

Sources have told KGW that a judge could order Terri to move out of the home in Northwest Portland as soon as Thursday. Initially, a hearing was set for July 22 on that matter, but sources told KGW that date would likely be moved up to July 15 or 16.

The idea that HopeinVA and insintel are TMH makes sense to me. We’ve heard that TMH lies about everything so why wouldn’t she make posts based on whatever truth she wants to “say” at that point. Liars don’t usually remember what they’ve said in the past.
The plain statement made at yesterday’s pressor with Deisree and Tony might be designed as another way to pressure/bait TMH. Wouldn’t that possibly compel TMH to explain it her way?

If Terri went to Albertsons near 26 & I5 from the school she would have taken HWY 30 to i405 that becomes I5 to 26 west to Albertsons and on to Fred Meyers and the cell tower is on Sauvie Island is near the Cracker Barrel Grocery she would go this way because of the morning traffic back up on 26 east.
Blink, that riverway is dredged to provide for larger vessels. If Ky was rolled or thrown over a ledge or small cliff, he could be sinking in sludge. I know that’s horrible to think about as it was hard to type…again. When was the last time the channel & it’s inlets were dredged &, if it hasn’t been anytime close to date, then shouldn’t the appropriate forensic people be doing that? If a waterway has to be dredged, obviously there would be sludge. Sludge is NOT hard dirt, therefor what good would divers be if Ky could have already sunk into the sludge? Furthermore, if he was thrown over a ledge into such an area, the impact of it would have given him a headstart into such a muddy grave. Please forgive the bluntness but I want this to take consideration. It could hold some merit.

You will know and recognize abuse. I have thirty years in public education. Many times the child will show you and tell the lie that he or she has been groomed to tell. An accident, a fall, a bump against an iron….oh my goodness some of the things I have seen. Remember…You are required by law to report these incidents..do not be scared by higher ups not to report because it makes the school system look bad…report and follow up…go to court if you must…but help the children! God bless Kyron and all the missing.

Hi I’m new. I’ve never followed something like this before and it tears my heart out every minute of every day. My dreams are about Kyron. I come to this website (which I never knew existed before Mr. cutie-pie Kyron) way too often. I sleep with one hand on my beautiful son. I cannot fathom what in the world would cause someone to do the unknown to this or any child. What is wrong with humanity? I hope and pray everyday that law enforcement is getting closer to closure of this. The thoughts I’ve had in trying to puzzle this together as so disturbing that my mind just can’t handle it. I have nothing to add to the puzzle, but hope, faith, never ending love and compassion for our babies. Blink, my dear, I love your grit and compassion!

Is the first name of the Sanchez in custody Anslemo or Anselmo? MCSO has it as AnsLemo. Is that a typo?
Strange twist to learn the would-be hired hitman/landscaper also knew Kyron from work contracted for at his school.
Where is Kyron? I don’t understand how he can just disappear without a trace, like so many children throughout the nation. Haleigh Cummings still hasn’t been found either.
It doesn’t say much for our society when innocent children go missing and law enforcement can’t find them. We are coddling suspects, giving them more rights than they are entitled to. Where in the Constitution does it say you have the right to get away with killing children? Terri Horman should be arrested,held without bail and waterboarded until she gives up the truth about what she did to Kyron. The way things are going, we won’t ever solve any crimes.

Well, a couple of reasons: I am not an attorney so..
Firstly, if LE doesn’t have concrete evidence yet, they will wait until they do. Why? Double jeopardy. If they try her on purely circumstantial evidence it could go either way, and LE probably doesn’t want to gamble on what evidence they have. “Beyond reasonable doubt” comes to mind everytime I think of this.
Also, MFH plot witness MAY be connected to Kyron. He may not talk if there is not a deal in place. There could be a deal in place if there is a co-conspirator. If there is no evidence of a co-conspirator well its all moot, right?
Thirdly,
a speedy trial. Once LE arrests a suspect the trial has to take place very quickily. Blink may be able to answer this, but I think in Oregon the trial has to happen in 90 days. I could be completely wrong, though! The point being, LE has to have VERY credible evidence. I truly believe that is what is happening at this very moment.
Lastly,
TH decided not to press charges against the LS who “threatened” her on the Hormon prpoerty, so….

This may have been addressed already, but I believe there are many people who feel that HopeinVa (who has now changed her screen name to insintel)is actually TH herself. I read some of her posts and do believe that it is her, or at the very least a member of the family or VERY close friend. This person gives some pretty intimate details that just a friend or co-worker would not normally be privy to.
If it is indeed Terri posting, it just further demonstrates what type of person she is. Reminds me of what I have read about arsonists staying at the scene and feeling exhilarated watching the blaze.

Blink, further to my last comment – I forgot to add that I don’t agree with emmsback’s standpoint regarding TMH at all, bc I feel TMH is very much involved in Ky’s disappearance, but she obviously knows what she’s talking about bc I verified it myself with the traffic patterns & such. She’s also correct about claiming Chapter 7, which I thought about too – researched bankruptcy laws in OR & came up with the same info as she did as soon as news broke that Kaine was trying to kick her out. I have no idea who she is, if she’s even related or a friend, but she’s knowledgable. I’d like to bring up something that people haven’t touched upon – what about Gmom & Gpop Moulton? Surely little Kiara can’t be kept away from them for good bc, if they are decent people & present no harm to the child, there are grandparent laws to protect their rights with visitation with their grandchild. I’d understand why they’re not around her at this exact time, but going forward in the future I’d think they’d want to continue their relationship with their granddaughter. We’re not hearing much about them. I wonder why…
*Important Read* There have been numerous reports and articles about Terri Horman and Michael Cook NOT knowing each other BEFORE KYRON’S DISAPPEARANCE…This has proven to be inaccurate by none other than “MICHAEL COOK”. Michael Cook made a statement about knowing Terri during a telephone interview just a few days ago. According to Michelle Sigona (sp?) she was interviewing Michael Cook for a piece she was doing for “Missing in America” with Jane Velez Mitchell as host. Michelle Sigona on Air stated to Jane Velez Mitchell that during the telephone interview Mr. Cook made the comment that he had been ”ESTRANGED” from BOTH KAINE AND TERRI for some time “BUT, because of this AWFUL EVENT” they had been brought back together. Seems to be some question now as to just how long these two have known each other…very interesting!!!

1) The grandparents on both sides of the biological father and stepmom have been very quiet except for Terri’s dad and his quote in People magazine. Any more thoughts about the dad being involved possibly in the disappearance?

Was Terri’s mom watching Kiara on the morning of the abduction?
When googling LS’s name…an article pulled up under NYC crime stoppers…would or could this be the same person that was involved in a gang related fight and a 10 year old girl was shot dead? The birthdate year and month don’t match, but was just wondering.
If only we could go on assumptions I’d say the two booked together on the same day both have information that LE has had knowledge of for a very long time, the noose they are trying to tighten may or may NOT be TH but somebody else connected to her. Don’t jump me here, all I’m saying is that she may not have had anything what-so-ever to do with Kyron’s disappearence physically, and/or intentionally. That’s why we are supposed to believe innocent until proven guilty. Having said that I have to add that I do believe, and this is my opinion only, that she was the reason for this abduction in some way, shape, form or fashion, and she knows it. That would explain why she didn’t come clean with where she was that day and why what she says she did doesn’t match her cell phone pings.

I just remember that Pumalo’s son was interviewed originally and told reporters that Kyron said “I’m going to see the electric thing” which is where Pumalo was conducting that exhibit. Are they interviewing the boy (Tanner) again? Are they interviewing Brian Pumalo and searching Brian Pumalo’s parent’s property which is by the school also? Hmmmmmm.
