Casey Anthony Trial: The State Discovers The Elusive 17th Allele- BOMBSHELL Discovery Of The Deuchebag Chromosome, Belongs To Bereaved Gram Cindy Anthony (UPDATED)

Orlando, FL– I swear on my Blinkette’s, at no time, did I ever picture the word that rhymes with “euchebag” if you add a D, would appear in a title on my site. Today’s testimony by Academy Of Parental Enablers Resulting in Toddler Death President (AOPERTDP),  Cindy Anthony , took the strand. I said strand on purpose. I am convinced the elusive 17th allele comes from her. I daydream she left it on the shovel by attempting to dig herself a hole following the conclusion of her filicidic daughter’s trial.

Cindy Orl sent June 23

No such luck. This former Gentiva Supervisor, Licensed by the state of Florida as a registered nurse, now thinks she may have  been home on the days of March 17th and March 21st and her former employer, required her and other salaried employees to falsify their timecards in an agency subject to HIPAA regulations.

Cindy Timecard

Mrs. Anthony, although it would mean she came home for less than 30 minutes on both days, if she indeed returned to work, brought her own smell of decomposition.  Decomposition of her loyalty to the legacy of her 34 month old grandbaby, Caylee Marie. By the time of this publication, I have requested comment from John Camperlengo, Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer, and will post upon reply.

UPDATE: The Following Is the Reply I received from Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to Gentiva, John Camperlengo, published with permission.

Thanks for your note.  As a matter of policy, Gentiva does not comment on matters being litigated before the courts. What we can tell you is Gentiva complies with all relevant Federal and State regulations, rules and guidelines concerning patient and staff records. And we cooperate fully with responsible authorities when requested to aid them in research in investigations. Best Regards, John

O and Cindy, thanks for bringing up your concerns about the dogs eating bamboo leaves. Further computer forensic scrutiny shows that the dogs were PRECLUDED from being in the backyard as a result. Which, Casey knew, and certainly strongly assissted in avoiding detection of her granddaughter’s remains in her playhouse for days. Not to creepy, not to soul-less, right? Did the Baez/Rosebud braintrust consider they gave the jury exactly what they needed to explain Casey Anthony’s alternative universe and fancy for pathological lying? Apples and Trees, as we say in Jersey. God Rest this child in your loving care, which begining June 16th, is the only loving care that has mattered.

Thankfully you so eloquently stated exactly what I was thinking. A lie will always bite you in the butt! She was transparent to everyone sitting out here in tv land…I sure hope the jury saw it the same way. Poor Caylee……..she never had a chance.

I sincerely THOUGHT that Cindy had been rehabilitated. I guess not! I get that no one wants to be responsible for helping their daughter get the DP or LWOP. But what about just telling the truth? I spend endless hours trying to drill that into my kids heads. Perhaps no one did the same with Cindy. If she is now not deemed credible, what does that do for her prior testimony?

Cindy lied also about the clothes Caylee was wearing if anyone knows a way to get in touch with LDB or Jeff Ashton or Yuri Melich to run this by them I would appreciate it. Not a nut. Have a granddaughter who is 9 now she grew into 3 t’s at the same age as Caylee, her 24 month shirts did not fit but her pants which were 24 months fit her fine till she was about 4. She was exactly the same body type, and height, weight as caylee when she was her age. Cindy is trying to cast doubt and the pants would have rung true to most people but to me I know that a size 3T and 4T are about the same as a 24 month pants, they are roomy because of diapers and torso changes first in a toddler the shirts get short in length but if you measure 3T shorts and 24 month shorts at target or walmart you will see what I am talking about. Casey dressed her and those shorts fit her and CINDY Anthony knows that just like she saw the shirt and probably bought it for Caylee cause the child was having tantrums.

TY for contacting Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer on the time card issue the company can also be held accountable to the State Labor Board for those time card changes if they are fact based.

There are many reasons why employees are instructed never to alter their time card records & employer accountability is just a small piece of it.

My kid didn’t grow out of his size 4T swim trunks this summer, and he wore a size 8 shirt with them last summer. Granted he is tall and has a skinny butt, but the T sizing is different than the “month” sizing, and both vary dramatically between brands. More BS, and enough of the jury will understand this one.

So I assume Cindy was worried about the dogs eating anything in that yard, since the chlorophyll is a component of all the living plants in that yard. I just wonder if her dear daughter was using the little Yorkie as her “test subject” with chloroform err chlorophyll…perhaps that explains lil Tinker’s lethargy.

  17. turbothink says:

I really don’t know why anyone is surprised. I am sure not – I expected it from the beginning. Liar Cindy has thrown down the gauntlet now and don’t be surprised when my “knights in shining armor” slice and dice her testimony later. She contradicted her own depositions and although she may think there are no email records at her office from 3 years ago, she is wrong. In Florida any health care agency has to keep them 7 years and most archive them for 10 years. I believe Ashton left the courtroom to subpoena those records and her boss (whom she could get fired by her lies)

There are administrative vs. “other HIPAA issues at play, yes, and I can assure you, the folks at Gentiva are none too happy at such an allegation.

  18. RU Mom says:

What if Cindy is telling part truth (which is really a lie….any lie mixed with truth is a lie). Anyway, maybe she was at home at the time and researched it BECAUSE, being a nurse, she found something in the house that made her believe Casey was using chloroform….Cindy is a nurse and I believe she would have a gut feeling about that. Maybe Cindy was practicing on the dogs. To confirm her suspicions she looked up how to make chloroform. She NEVER was looking up chlorophyll, but a CHLOROFORM and the search engine just THOUGHT she meant chlorophyll. I cannot see Casey using any AT home computer to research a possible murder. Is she that dumb, but a mother may have reason to look this up, IMMEDIATELY and would not want her office to know she looked it up on their computers. Just an idea. Mix part of a truth with a truth and it may seem believable. Same thing goes for the soil in the trunk. Surely there would be a stain and she is telling the truth in her mind. But, then again, how could this conflict with her deposition? Maybe at the time of the deposition she was still in denial and didn’t want to cast doubts about what she, herself, was thinking about her own daughter.

  19. lyla says:

Dysfunctional family to say the least! I am beyond shock….where is justice for Caylee? Hopefully the jury can see the lies and return a just verdict….first degree MURDER. Did you notice CA’s face when she was ‘reconstructing her testimony’??

She had “the same look she had through out her depos w/State” …

IMO “she was really hoping ‘to do battle’ w/LDB”…
IMO she ‘appeared to enjoy the unfolding’ of her ‘new testimony’ and really wanted to’stick it to the State”.

IMO ‘she was down right cold in her presentation & seemed to feel miffed she did not get to go for the throat of State’…

I may not be explaining this well but there was ‘no trace of the broken down grieving g’mother on the stand today’.

IMO there is “ice in those viens” and “she has been waiting, ‘tears’ & all to put on this ‘act’ for all to see because hey, ICA may be a narcissistic, lying, thieving child killer but she is CA’s narcissistic, lying, thieving child killer. Absolutely no one is going to stand in her way, including her murdered grand daughter, to stop her from freeing ICA.”

IMO There are little micro-expressions a person has on their face, watch CA’s face while on the stand [while the sound is off] and you will almost see her intensity increase as ‘forming bigger & bigger fabrications’ …

Notice still #4 than still #5 –she is literally trying to ‘swallow her lips/mouth’ — your body has a way of expressing ‘truths/tells’ even if ‘a person is not verbally telling truth’.

  25. Dee says:

Can’t wait to hear what Blink’s contact from Gentiva has to say. All sympathy I had for Cindy three weeks ago is gone and replaced by a dreadful cynicism. I will never believe another word out of her mouth. As I watched her lie with utter coolness and complete lack of shame, I realized I was watching Casey.

I think an attempt should be made to speak with her coworkers at Genitiva to see if any of them have any memory of her at work that day…it was, afterall, St. Patrick’s Day, and often there will be some celebration in offices of maybe after work. Also, find out if any of them received e-mails, voice-mails or texts from her that day. Those may be able to be traced to her work phone/computer. She also said that one of her searches was for a friend who was dealing with an illness. LDB should ask who that friend was and speak to her as well.

The problem, according to Bill Scheaffer, is that, even if they do get new evidence to prove that Cindy perjured herself, they may not be able to use it this late in the game. What a shame that this woman has perverted justice and may get away with it. I would like to know if Cindy can be prosecuted for perjury.

The one good point made at the end by LBD was that the chloroform searches were made through Myspace and Cindy did not have a Myspace account in 2008.

    May justice prevail!

    Dear Blink and All,

This is the lowest I’ve felt since Precious Caylee’s desecrated body was finally located. It’s also the first time I’ve cried over this case in a long time. I expected so much more out of CA. What was she thinking lying on the stand before God and man??? Blink, I’m just in tears and my keyboard is a mess.

There’s a reason why I started reading here under PJ and changed my name to ‘BeenThere’. I know the challenges CA faced raising a child with no or diminished conscience. Our diagnosis came early in childhood for our daughter. It was ‘non-conformist’. I guess they don’t like to label young children as perhaps some will grow out of certain behaviors. Unfortunately for us that wasn’t the case. CA, you’re a nurse. SHAME ON YOUR ENABLING !!! It’s the worst thing you can do and you just continue to do it. The depth of my disgust for you is beyond measure.

    Blink ~

I remembered something in Cindy’s July 2008 depo (July 28th, 2009 to be exact upon finding it) where she mentioned something to detectives originally about doing some kind of chlorophyll searches on the computer because of her dogs, etc, blah, blah, blah. But she actually admits to Detective Melich in the depo as well that she

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/29540121/Cindy-Anthony-State-Deposition-7282009-Part-1 (start at page 150 at bottom and work your way down.

Some of Cindy’s “testimony” today is in fact in there and it appears Drane-Burdick didn’t ask enough (or the right) questions at the time regarding these searches to completely blow her out of the water now (insert head banging symbol here).

However, in this same depo she never mentioned anything about her doing computer searches because of the alleged friend’s “accident” that she mentioned today, or that she left work early (even though work showed her still there back in March), or anything about Gentiva telling employees not to put anything over 40 hours on their time cards (essentially lying) either. Cindy states that Detective Melich asked her if she was aware there were computer searches for “how to make chloroform” on their desktop and if she knew if Casey did them to which she replied she didn’t know, but she also said Melich never actually asked her if SHE did them (lying IMO by omission).

Like I’ve always said, “when dealing with a potential snake, you have to learn how to think like them (slimy) as well.” Why Detective Melich didn’t ask Cindy more detailed questions in regard to this (and take the questioning further at the time) seems kind of like a big mistake considering the kind of people he was most certainly dealing with at the time. I pray the jury isn’t swayed stupid by today’s events as it most certainly shows why Casey is the way she is to some degree. To me anyway, if I was a juror today, Cindy’s little quick reverse would’ve made me angry and downright livid considering her earlier “attempts at victimhood” which I may actually have bought. Fool me once, shame on you … fool me twice, shame on me. I really hope the jury doesn’t appreciate being played for fools as that appears to be what the defense is banking on.

I wish, after finding her guilty, they would give Casey a life sentence without a possibility of parole. Then there would be no grounds to overturn her sentence. I can not believe Cindy is doing this to Caylee’s memory. I can not wait for the state’s rebuttal. I do believe that both George and Cindy knew what was coming from the defense. I did feel bad for Cindy while she was on the stand crying but I felt in my gut that nothing matters now but getting Casey home. There was no way she changed that much. The sad truth is that Casey will not care what her mother does for her because Casey is the only person that matters to Casey. With Caylee gone, Cindy will go out at any length to “keep” Casey. Disgusting.

  45. Kat Esq says:

In California, and also under the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, you do not need to disclose rebuttal witnesses or evidence. Not a problem to bring in evidence, witnesses and documents, to show Cindy is a big fat liar. Hopefully there’ll be some party pictures of her celebrating with her co-workers on St. Paddy’s day. Linda is awesome, but I think she needs to hit harder on the fact that the myspace searches were so close in time to the drug my baby searches.

    A masterpiece.Honestly.

River Pearl thank you for supplying the link to Cindy’s testimony.

I watched it- it made me sad.

She is a horrible liar- by that I mean she is not a very good liar.

Most everything in her testimony today can be found in her depos and she states the exact opposite.
    For instance,
George never drove that car, remember saying that Cindy?

I think Linda Drane Burdick skillfully showed her lies for what they were, lies, a desperate attempt- to help her murdering daughter.

I mean really, whose memory ever gets better over time?

And for petes sake youtube videos dont “pop-up” when you are doing a search for acetone, or chloroform, or peroxide or even when you search “injuries”

Oh and by the way Cindy your lie about the trunk and the stain- will definitely come back to haunt you- and haunt you it will. I guarantee it-

At this point Blink, if Cindy and the rest of the scheme team is successful in getting Casey off, that may be the biggest punishment they can all get-

To have Casey walk out of the doors hand and hand with Mason- and never pay her “beloved” mother and father a fare do well- other than to get paid over and over again for trashing them in interviews and books and specials-

Look at the monster they have created- as you said apples and trees.

I am not worried -I believe the State has this covered.

and if they dont or cant- if the truth is deemed to prejudicial or damning- I have faith in Blink -she wont let them ride off into the sunset never facing up to their lies and betrayal of an innocent baby girl, left to rot, in the back of a hand- me -down car, and thrown away in a rat invested swamp.

Exactly What can DCasey tell us about the grieving grandma?

Cindy and Casey -They deserve each other. Forget the CMA club- just call it what it is The Mommy dearest club- all for one and one for all-
