Casey Anthony Trial: The State Discovers The Elusive 17th Allele- BOMBSHELL Discovery Of The Deuchebag Chromosome, Belongs To Bereaved Gram Cindy Anthony (UPDATED)

Orlando, FL– I swear on my Blinkette’s, at no time, did I ever picture the word that rhymes with “euchebag” if you add a D, would appear in a title on my site. Today’s testimony by Academy Of Parental Enablers Resulting in Toddler Death President (AOPERTDP),  Cindy Anthony , took the strand. I said strand on purpose. I am convinced the elusive 17th allele comes from her. I daydream she left it on the shovel by attempting to dig herself a hole following the conclusion of her filicidic daughter’s trial.

Cindy Orl sent June 23

No such luck. This former Gentiva Supervisor, Licensed by the state of Florida as a registered nurse, now thinks she may have  been home on the days of March 17th and March 21st and her former employer, required her and other salaried employees to falsify their timecards in an agency subject to HIPAA regulations.

Cindy Timecard

Mrs. Anthony, although it would mean she came home for less than 30 minutes on both days, if she indeed returned to work, brought her own smell of decomposition.  Decomposition of her loyalty to the legacy of her 34 month old grandbaby, Caylee Marie. By the time of this publication, I have requested comment from John Camperlengo, Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer, and will post upon reply.

UPDATE: The Following Is the Reply I received from Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to Gentiva, John Camperlengo, published with permission.

Thanks for your note.  As a matter of policy, Gentiva does not comment on matters being litigated before the courts. What we can tell you is Gentiva complies with all relevant Federal and State regulations, rules and guidelines concerning patient and staff records. And we cooperate fully with responsible authorities when requested to aid them in research in investigations. Best Regards, John

O and Cindy, thanks for bringing up your concerns about the dogs eating bamboo leaves. Further computer forensic scrutiny shows that the dogs were PRECLUDED from being in the backyard as a result. Which, Casey knew, and certainly strongly assissted in avoiding detection of her granddaughter’s remains in her playhouse for days. Not to creepy, not to soul-less, right? Did the Baez/Rosebud braintrust consider they gave the jury exactly what they needed to explain Casey Anthony’s alternative universe and fancy for pathological lying? Apples and Trees, as we say in Jersey. God Rest this child in your loving care, which begining June 16th, is the only loving care that has mattered.

Thank you Blink. I am so livid and disgusted I cant even express it. As much as the death of little Caylee has torn my heart into bits, I can say after today that she is much better off. How might her life had been had she spent one more day in that family. I hope and pray that Cindys Karma is swift and just. Just Karma in my eyes would be that Casey is convicted of 1st degree murder, and Lee is unable to father children.

well well well Blink, a tube of Prep. H and a quick call to Dom Casey eh? i sure hope to hear more on that, like i always say -”You are someone who knows alot about a lot of things”!!!! can’t remember which LE that said that to george way back, but i sure love saying it – weinerboat? maybe love texts via bat phone? also i’m sick of people(talking heads) saying that cindy loves her daughter and would take a bullet for her, well sorry Blink and others, i’ll bite and call her bluff… prove it cindy! oh and cindy, if you reading this – go f………..(fill in blanks, use that colorful imagination of yours)you can delete this if you need to Blink, still disgusted

It was Sgt John Allen, he is enjoying a more recent appointment, and I am about to order myself offline.

I am not at all surprised by her testimony, I am however, surprised by the gall it takes one to think that they can say and do whatever they want, even to the infringement of another’s rights and think it is not going to come back.

These people, are people of the lie. Who said it first on here? Kudos to you.

Maybe I need the tapes. But what about her timecard is subject to HIPPA?

She is a supervisor of certified rn’s in the field. It would be encompassed by HIPAA regs in that it would encompass patient activity. More to come.

My head was spinning and my heart sank and I thought I was going to throw up. How can Cindy do this to Caylee!!! How can she do this to the girl who hates her with such a passion that she smirked at her today when she threw herself onto the tracks?

Thank you for addressing this and helping to call Cindy out. I can’t wait till you hear back! I hope LDB and Co. is doing the same (I am positive they are!). And I hope they are getting her Email records. And her SunPass records.

    She is FULL OF BLANK!!!!!!

Keep up the faith for baby Caylee. I believe that goodness will prevail and these people that formally were Caylee’s family will not.

  6. myers says:

LDB asked Cindy about chloroform habits being looked up on the computer. Was Casey looking to see if Caylee would have some sort of addiction to it or show signs of withdrawal, making it seem as if she was making a habit of doing this.

LDB was caught off guard. She could have asked Cindy what else did she look up to see what the bamboo would do to her pups. Seems like bamboo, or whatever was growing in her yard would have been looked up first then leading the chlorophyll (SP) Why would she just look up that word. Does not make a bit od sense to me

  7. myers says:

Another thing about computer, why not ask cindy if she deleted all the files and why???

  8. MsEnscene says:

The prosecution ignored Cindy’s introduction of the check fraud. Oh, boy, is she a wiley grieving grandma! Thank goodness LDB just sailed on past that little Cindy droplet! She is one for the books, that Cindy. Edging toward a mistrial. She is a landmine. Good you are watching where you step, Jeff and Linda!

Why is anybody surprised at Cindy? I don’t get the kvetching all over the Net. A leopard does not change her spots. it’s the nature of the beast.

Thank goodness, NG doesn’t blame Cindy! Whew, I was so afraid Nancy might be disillusioned.

  10. AZMommy says:

VERY long time lurker…first time poster. Does the State have Cindy’s cell phone records? Thinking that her cell phone “pings” could help show she was not near her home during the time these computer searches were made. That is the only other way, other than if they can dig up her 3 year old computer files, that I can think of to conclusively show she was not at home during these searches. JMO!

They do, but to my knowledge, a ping study is a different thing. Did today open it up? Of course.

I wonder how these idiots will like being made a fool of by an assclown that cannot even ride the adult rides at UNIVERSAL???

    Yep I said it.

  12. JustJill says:

This trial day literally made me sick to my stomach. All I could think of was there was one more person betraying and dishonoring Caylee’s memory and life.

I really hope Ashton can get to the bottom of this by search warranting the computer she used (hopefully it hasn’t been trashed and destroyed in the past 3 years – computers do wear out) and that they can obtain any back-up info/seize the office servers, etc…

All I can say concerning Casey and Cindy is that the apple sure didn’t fall far from the lying tree.

  13. daydreamer says:

Well with hints of a 2 million dollar book/made for TV movie the Ants wont have to work again so I doubt she is worrying about how she will look to a future employer – she or George. The stain in the car Cindy pointed out is not in the area of the stain we have seen in discovery. Cindy pointed out area “B” in the trunk and I believe that
the stain is in an area marked “A” on the other side of the trunk and that will be pointed out later in the rebuttal case. I also think that the 84 searches is incorrect – it never made sense to me, it had to be wrong. From what I understand its something about the 84th day not the amount of searches but I expect it will be made clearer hopefully on rebuttal as well. If you suspected something was wrong with your dog and it might be the bamboo – wouldnt you search for bamboo first to see what is in the plants components? I just dont think my mind would go to chlorophyll as the first thing to think of. Frankly the first thing I would think of is to go to a vet. Cindy said she searched some keywords because her friend was in the hospital, maybe the State needs to see if that was the case. It seems unlikely anyone will remember if Cindy was or wasnt in the office three years later on a specific day and Im sure Cindy is counting on that. The State has to be having a big meeting tonight to see what to do to rebut all these statements.

  17. honey says:

I just hope Casey doesn’t get off. I would rather have her get 100 years in jail, with a picture of the dead Casey’s skeleton in her cell, than to have her be put to death. Let her sit and have to look at what she did.

  18. honey says:

Gee, my comment should have read “the dead Caylee’s skeleton”

  19. Kim says:

I’m just glad the state saved their botanist for rebuttal! I can’t wait to hear about how the bamboo and non presence of algae at the Anthony home lead even the most experienced gardener believe they could produce chloroform. On top of that, did anyone else catch that LDB specifically asked the Sarg. of the OCSD male comp investigator if the term Chlorophyll had been searched on either of those two days and he said “no.” LBD also asked Cindy about browsers etc and she said Internet explorer and not Firefox. It doesn’t seem like Baez prepped her for those questions now did he?

  20. Kathy Maxwell says:

If Cindy did not do the searches how would she have known about the neck-breaking feat pop up? Why did the prosecution release information that chloroform searches were made but keep it quiet that the searches began with chlorophyll? Why did the prosecution release information many months ago inferring that a search was made for neck breaking if they knew that it was a pop up of a skate boarder doing a neck breaking feat that was clicked or seen? I hold the prosecution to a much higher standard than any other participant in this legal battle. Their concern must always be to find out the truth, not to twist it. Cindy has turned over her phone records and it seems unlikely to me that she would lie about being at home for these searches if it could be proved by her cell phone pings that she was elsewhere. There was a ring of truth to her testimony in my humble opinion. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT CASEY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DAUGHTERS DEATH, but I think a huge hole has been punched in the theory that chloroform was ever administered at all.

Well, inquiring minds want to know …

LAST NIGHT the public was “given” a comment to CNN reporter Gary Tuchman by the Anthony’s Attn “that Casey Anthony’s parents do not believe she is innocent” …

THIS MORNING the public was given a “revised” comment during a follow up conversation betwn the reporter & Attn because the Attn “was not happy after the story aired” and “though the Attn could not point out any thing said being out of context, did said there was too much hype” …

Now the “revised statement vs the original [& may I say simpler 'version" of 'do not believe she is innocent"] … “The Anthony family maintains that they simply want justice in this case,” said attorney Mark Lippman. “The Anthony family maintains they do not, under any circumstance, support any theory that the defense has put forward regarding George Anthony’s actions. The Anthony family maintains that while they want both the state and the defense to do their jobs respectively, they do not under any circumstance wish to see that the state achieves the ultimate sanction that the State of Florida is looking for, which is the death penalty.”

“The Anthony family maintains they want the truth about what has happened to their granddaughter,” Lippman said in the statement.” …

THIS AFTERNOON the public is given a “new ‘revised’ testimony by CA on the stand, under oath”…

THIS EVENING the public is left w/ “contradictions” that beg one to ask “were the event & statements of the last 24-hrs claiming to want justice in the case & the truth, a CYA move” while they strive to derail the State’s case …

By this further ‘clarification’ from the reporter @ least this 1-person/myself sees a careful laid plan to the run-up of the ‘testimony’ …”But this is important and they wanted me to stress this,” Tuchman said on the show Wednesday. “They love her, they support her and they do not want her to get the death penalty and ===>they will do all they can<=== to avoid her getting the death penalty in this case."

IMHO the last 24-hrs were a carefully planned series of events/statements to gain the most impact and IF unable to get a mistrial would @ least sway, be it only 1 juror, to reasonable doubt.

BUT in conclusion, I do NOT see these "tricksters azz wipes" scoring the 'winning shot" & they most certainly have shown they have no moral compass.

    Very reassuring.

He spoke what occurred in court today, but also gently reminded us that any trial ebbs and flows and the Prosecution is well aware of this – and they will be able to make any adjustments they may need to.
Also pointed out that the State indicted Casey way BEFORE Caylee’s little bones was even discovered in that swamp where Casey dumped the babe.
Yes, all the forensics play a part in the States case – but that Casey’s behavior/activities for those 31 days will speak loudly.

  26. I am not surprised at all about Cindy. Her mouth and body language speaks for itself…and she is a liar. Her daughter grew in her womb, so she came out just the same. The whole family is done. They will never have peace if the murdereous daughter is found not guilty, and if she is convicted, Cindy will pay the price of not being loyal to the little angel who came to this world to the worst family ever. They are a bunch of dead beats and they deserve no compassion, just disgust. She is a failure as a mother, wife and grandmother, and she will never be happy, because people despise her.

OMG I am so glad I ready your comments. I keep hearing everybody is feeling sorry to Cindy because she is a mother. O.J. had a mother, Susan Smith had a mother,Andre yeats had a mother but their mothers were not out yelling and blaming everybody else besides their child. You can support your child, of course, but not at the expense of forgetting about Caylee. I personally think that next to Casey, her mother Cindy is guilty for the way she made her keep the child. If she had let the child be adopted, she would probably be alive and well today. Then, she rubbed it in Casey’s face that she was an unfit mother–of course she was unfit- she is the most dishonest self=centered person alive. And then Cindy gets up and lies on the stand. I only hope they can prove she lying and charge her with perjury and get them out of the courtroom. This is a fine example of the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. So sad for CAYLEE not casey.

    Riverpearl,

Ant’s attorney was on Nancy Grace tonight as was Gary Tuchman, simultaneously. It was pretty good. ML offered a “clarity” rendition and NG eventually stopped him and said she didn’t understand what he just said, he was going in a lawyer-speak circle (to me it sounded like what GT originally reported). So he tried it again sounding more like the 2nd version. Then GT responded saying, among other things, he stands by his original report.

It’s a little off topic for this article but this same day in court; Jose Baez was talkin’ wierd to Sandra Cawn Osborne, one of the OCSO Computer Forensic detectives.

When he called her as a witness he called; Sandra Cawn. She stated her name on the stand as Sandra Osborne. Baez apologised for refering to her as Sandra Cawn. She said it’s quite OK; a former name. Then Baez took the time to continue, saying; And you prefer Osborne.

After having her expert status reaffirmed, Baez asked who the gentileman is that followed her into the courtroom. Objection from Burdick; sustained. Baez then asked; The previous time you testified, did you have have another individual follow you in that time? Same objection sustained.

As a former employee that was regulated under HIPAA, I believe (if memory serves) that records that include patient information must be kept for a minimum of 7 years. Since it hasn’t been that long, the IT department of Cindy’s former employer should be able to retrieve emails from someone that was in a management position. I hope the State is working with them to get emails from those days in March to nail Cindy’s ass to the wall.

You are correct. In my former professional life, on many occasions I had to present to the FDA and receive approvals on content through HIPAA based programs. I knew it was 7 years the second she uttered her lies.

Who wants to take a bet she deleted emails from her work computer?

Yep, and she was early AND she has a staff meeting at 4PM, where likely there are minutes if it relates to patient care. She is screwed if the State feels it necessary to impeach her, which, I believe they must.

  40. Cbickel says:

I KNEW that was an act on the witness stand when she broke down…I said it here…it sure did make an impression on people, and I wondered how much of an impression it would make on the jury during the penalty phase. How can she wear that necklace of Caylee around her neck?

HIPAA violations are not something to be taking with a grain of salt. Depending on the offense they can carry upwards of thousands of dollars per incident in fines that her employer will have to pay. Not to mention that HIPAA violations put her employer in jeapordy of losing any Medicare or Medicaide funding.

I have been watching all of the talking heads and every one of them including Nancy Grace say that Cindy Anthony should be forgiven even if she lied and at first I was appalled, these are practicing lawyers and they have no respect for our judicial system that we should allow people to lie?? Then I started thinking about it and I remembered yesterday, and all of the secretive meetings behind closed doors. Blink, can you answer me this..Is it at all possible that this was all planned like a sort of back door plea deal? Create 1st degree doubt to spare her life in exchange for?? Do things like that go on in our court system? It seems kind of coincidental now looking back, and the fact that alot of questions that people on the internet have come up with were not asked by prosecution.

I can tell you as an absolute fact that Nancy would NEVER have said that if it happened with one of her witnesses during a case she was prosecuting. I want someone to ask her if she would have been ok with a witness lying to protect the man who murdered her fiancee?

Nobody ever will. The only person I have ever seen call her out was blacklisted from the show for years.

First off after watching Cindy during the 911 tapes I thought she was pretty quick at whipping her head up as soon as it was over to ask for a break. BIG mistake because today we are right back to the same old lying cindy. Gotta remember to trust my gut.

I think the thing that breaks my heart & pisses me off the most is she did this while wearing Caylee’s color and picture. Thank you Blink for reminding us Caylee is okay now – we are just trying to prevent the birthmother from creating more.

    Kathy Maxwell says:
    June 23, 2011 at 8:26 pm

LDB asked Cindy if she ever did certain searches and Cindy said no. She did not admit to all of them only the ones IMO she felt helped cause reasonable doubt for the jury to negate pre-meditation to get her daughter out of the death penalty.

However, I believe even if convicted of Negligent Child Abuse is still potentially a murder 1 charge, and can potentially warrant a death sentence, but I would need to research this a little further to be absolutely sure. Cindy admitted to “chloroform” and “chlorophyll” searches, as well as a few of the bodily harm searches, i.e. ruptured spleen, chest injuries, etc, however the forensic computer witness at one point was asked if there were ever any chlorophyll searches on those days and he said “no” so that alone blows Cindy’s credibility to some extent.

Because of Florida Sunshine Laws which allows for all the information of a case to be made public, Cindy has had access to all the depositions, etc for 3 yrs and most likely read them at some point (hers most definitely) so she knew exactly what LE had, was suspicious about and wasn’t, hence the neck-breaking knowledge ahead of time. I don’t believe the state kept anything from Cindy since it was all public and there for the taking … Cindy just had to go on the internet and read whatever she wanted to know to prepare herself.

WRT to the alleged chlorophyll searches Cindy said she performed back in March ’08, to my knowledge, there weren’t any … another Cindy lie which for those of us who have followed this case from the beginning is no surprise. Like her daughter, Cindy Anthony is a master of deception, or so she thinks and the truth and Cindy are also strangers. Cindy has lied over and over for years if you have really followed the case closely. She has perjured herself more than once and became downright feisty and contemptful w/LE as well as anyone else she feels gets in her way that her latest display on the stand today should come as no surprise really to anyone who has followed her and seen her in action. Sadly, the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree as Blink says.

The reason the state released info regarding neck breaking months ago is because there was in fact a search for it on the Anthony home computer. I don’t know how much you know about computers, but pop-ups have nothing to do with Google searches and will not show up on the computer hard drive in relation to browser history. The only way to make a subject show up in the history on the hard drive to my knowledge based on my own work experience with computers over many years is to actually type the subject into a search engine, such as Google, Yahoo, etc. Simply having a pop up on a page with specific words or clicking on it will not produce a previous search for the subject or the words included, which is why Cindy’s testimony today about the pop up made absolutely no sense whatsoever. I know at least a couple of the jurors have IT backgrounds so I am hoping they will school the others on basic computer skills should anyone actually be questioning these things.

The only truth in Cindy’s testimony today from her past history of lying to save her daughter at all costs was her name. I imagine Gentiva, her previous employer has a lot to say about her statements regarding basically lying on her time card as well. I can only imagine a statement from Gentiva will be forthcoming very soon regarding the lies I suspect Cindy told today in relation to her supervisor supposedly lying and fudging her time card for her as well.

I recently had to give a presentation on HIPAA Laws for a class of mine and they are far-reaching in regard to what medical personnel can and can’t do in a medical setting. If Cindy’s supervisor willingly fudged her time card for her because of overtime rules by corporate, her supervisor can be fined and/or punished as well and I can’t imagine she will welcome Cindy’s latest statements anymore than a pink slip with her name on it. HIPAA violations are serious and are often treated as such by the higher ups.

Although Cindy has turned over her phone records, that doesn’t mean she still couldn’t lie and believe there would be no way for LE to check up on her to verify she wasn’t in fact lying, especially after 3 yrs time. I don’t believe LE ever did a cell phone ping study on Cindy’s records like Casey’s since the was never a suspect, hence why the cell records for Cindy aren’t likely to scare her much. Even if they did, I believe Cindy is ready and willing to take the fall for Casey to whatever degree to potentially save her daughter and LE has never scared her much. Where do you think Casey gets it from?

Respectfully, I believe common sense in this case has somewhat flown out the window for many people. At the risk of sounding overly cynical, I have to say in psychological circles, there is one thing professionals everywhere say is the biggest determining factor in predicting future behavior and that is past behavior. Cindy Anthony is a leopard. Leopards don’t change their spots … and neither does Cindy Anthony. Once a liar, always a liar … even at the expense of her innocent 2-yr old granddaughter who’s only fault in life was being born into a family who wouldn’t know the meaning of truth if it slapped them in the face, let alone professing to want to find it.

My heart aches for Caylee Marie and only Caylee. She is the only true victim here and she is not here to speak. Casey, and indirectly Cindy in her enabling of her, made sure of that. JMO

Linda asked Cindy when did she learn of law enforcement’s findings as to computer searches. Cindy stated Yuri and John Allen came to the house, and because Casey was home on bail, she went outside to talk versus let them into the house. Yuri Melich shared what the forenic computer investigators had found ~ Cindy asked him “my desktop or the laptop?” Linda: “did you volunteer to Det. Melich that ‘that could have been me?’” Cindy: He asked me if I was aware that Casey looked at the computer for those and I said no, is what I told him. He didn’t ask me if I did it.” Hmmmmm…I’m pretty sure LDB & JA will see to it the jury is made aware of this part of Cindy’s depo. It’s obvious she concocted this plan to take ownership of the searches right after Yuri told her about it..And if it was all deleted, she would have remembered deleting them, and told Yuri right then it was her. When have we ever known Cindy to keep her mouth shut? please…

Thanks Blink…when feeling full of dispair and literal disrepair…I turn to you…your article couldn’t have come at a better time. Hope, caring, and a glimmer of hope beyond the horizon that all will all work out for little Caylee. Just knowing you are out there trying with every last breath in you to take things one step further to stand side by side with Linda Drane Burdick and Jeff Ashton says it all. They are holding their own but know they would appreciate any help you send their way. Have followed this case from day one and will not give up offering nothing short of prayers each day and support for you and your everlasting support crew I have grown to admire so much. Again Blink… just heart you!

TY Fran, clearly Caylee needs all the support she can get.

One more thought; Is it just me, or did the direct exam between Baez & Cindy seem a little rehearsed? After he asked her about computer searches, he said “I’m a little confused..” He then asked why her work records state she was at work.. I’m sorry, but that little exchange was practiced with a script written by Baez, probably several times before today…I’m convinced they discussed, and rehearsed what each would say, either in person or on the phone within the last couple of days..THAT was a set-up, IMHO.

Oooops…I was paraphrasing in my last comment.. here’s exactly what Baez said: “It’s interesting that you brought that up”, said Baez, “we have your work records”. Then Cindy said “it could have been an error that my supervisor filled out my time card…” still, seriously? THAT wasn’t rehearsed?

    Blink and Friends,

I completely agree with what Sammy has said about feeling reassured after hearing Mark Nejame. We must all take a deep breath for our own health and sanity. Cindy was classic Cindy. Yes, it’s beyond disappointing on behalf of Caylee, but don’t forget – there are 2 highly qualified IT professionals on the jury, thank God. I’m sure it was all they could do not to bust out in guffaws listening to that lying POS try to manipulate testimony about the computer searches. Once deliberations begin, they will have no problem explaining the absurdity of that to any other jurors not familiar enough with how search engines, caches, logins, and hard drives work. Keep the faith. Caylee will get her justice. I just know it.
