Casey Anthony NOT Guilty Of Murdering Caylee Anthony Guilty of Lying To LE
Orlando, FL- 10 days shy of 3 years after the smell of decomposition in her pontiac sunfire prompted her Mother to shriek through a 911 call that something “was wrong” Casey Marie Anthony has been acquitted

Thank you Ragdoll for confirming exactly who I suspected. A “sad sack” that needs help!
Linda Drane Burdick & Frank George; well done.

Blink – I am sooo sorry that your dedicated hard work has been for nought. Mason has a short memory, it wasn’t so long ago when he gave an interview saying that she was guilty. I am so upset, I’m speechless. Thank you for trying………..
~~~~~~
WHAT!!! Where can I find that? I’ve googled so I need your help! No one can convince me that when they (Baez & Mason) walked out of that courtroom yesterday – THEY DIDN’T EXPECT A GUILTY VERDICT!!!
Why would KC have to get a job? What with book deals, movie contracts and interviews magazine covers etc., they’ll all be rich now
I would lie to know if JB will be looked @ for suborning perjury since he admitted to JP he knew CA was going to testify to making the chloroform searches. He had to know she was lying.
Lord God; thank you for our men of strong minds & hearts;
Judge Belvin Perry
Yuri Melich
John Allen
Eric Edwards
Arpad Vass
and Jan Garavallia.
I would LIKE to know if JB will be looked @. My “k” keeps getting stuck.
The saddest part – there is no one in Caylee’s messed up family that would even consider pursuing a civil wrongful death action … While her family clearly failed Caylee, I like to believe that there are millions of “loved ones” who will hold this child in their hearts forever.
This cannot go unpunished. It just can’t.
IMO:
The resources in the search for Caylee – - – Ms.NotInnocent should be held accountable for that – - – her lies to LE and the community cost big $.
CA should be charged with perjury.
The Grund’s should go ahead with a lawsuit.
If it was possible to find the father or the father’s family of little Caylee, they should file a civil case.
The “foundation” should be SHUT DOWN. How DARE THEY solicit funds?
Again, JMO’s.
Nothing in this was fair for Caylee. BUT remember the Feds are wanting $68,ooo.oo and that is what brought down Al Capone, just maybe she will still get big prison time. Least we can hope. Lots of love for Caylee.
Hi, to Sammy, Also, Juror didn’t think the body was in the car. Did not believe that chloroform was found. When asked what they thought happened “It was a snowball out of control”.What? “An accident, really bad thing that turned into a snowball out of control”. He did not think that George was truthful,no mention of Cindy.Thought there was no evidence presented by the PT. That should give us all an idea of what took place in the other room, not the courtroom.
Sad, Sad, Sad, Special thanks to crystal/river for her performance and inserting herself into a murder trial!…I will think of more.
PLEASE Find Baby Daddy Family, They have a great civil case as does George.Can’t believe this injustice. Dumbing Down in progress.
HOW DARE YOU!!!!!
I hope you listened to Cheney Mason when he spoke after the verdict was announced. So much exploitation and sensationalism with the media. Blink,I know you mean well but you also have made money off this blog and you know it.
RE: ATG- “It is too early to determine if anything could be done by the State on an appeal. When one thinks of the amount of money consumed by the trial, it may not make economic sense to appeal the decision.”
Blink, can the state actually appeal the acquittal?
To clarify above, “they” is he not collective they.
My first post ever since following this blog since early in the Caylee case.
My hope is that Casey gets that white stinky Pontiac back and goes and lives with her parents. Her parents are probably home packing to get the hell out of Orlando before she is released.
The best thing to happen now is if Casey never got a penny for one single interview, movie, book, or any other kind of deal. She is a felon! Don’t forget the check charges.
And isn’t there still a Zanny case coming up??
so casey is going to give interviews ,no doubt ? isnt/wouldnt she have to tell how goerge met her at the side of the house carrying a lifeless caylee,so now she is going to lie to the face of the entire world?
Id like to go upside every jurors head with sally karioths jazzhands. Clearly theyve been dipping into her stash.
The only positive thing i see is that casey has either robbed or thrown under the bus every person she couldve called a friend and her entire family. Shes going to have to move in with baez. Maybe thats karma for both of them.
Wow, justice, I said those things to my son today. The jury just didn’t want to be bothered. How else do they validate deliberating only 10 hours and come up with NG for any of the three major counts?
George had something to hide but ICA didn’t???? Please!!!
Have you heard of the new bigshot in Orlando? He’ll make you a defense you can’t understand”.
I think she should have to drive that car every day as a reminder of what she did.
“I guess Casey’s new tattoo will say ‘I got away with it’”
Ottenuto via con l’omicidio – “Got away with murder” in Italian. Hope she has a blank shoulder and I hope it’s really broad.
Sad day Blink. The usual witty repartee’ has failed me. I wish I could say I was surprised but having watched other infamous “Trials of the Century”, very little that 12 people (who obviously care so little about current events that they knew nothing about the case to begin with) surprises me anymore. Hug the Blinkettes a little tighter tonight and take some comfort in knowing that everyone on Team Caylee fought the good fight. And that karma is a nasty, nasty bitch.
Deege-
I feel like I can’t even look you in the eye as much as you have worked on justice for Caylee, yet again.
A prosecutor should never ever act like that in a serious case — at least not if he wants the jury to think it is a serious case.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I guess you missed the many, many times the defense attorneys sat there & smirked at the cameras during the prosecutors presentations.. Those court videos are still available on the Internet for perusal..
Just because someone lies, it doesn’t mean they did it, especially a young person with a troubled family life. Clearly her behavior and choices are the not same ones the rest of us would make, but the prosecution didn’t prove anything other than she lied and that is what the jury convicted her of, lying.
Yeah, what about this juror # 14 saying that???? Verdicts can be overturned/negated for improper jury conduct!
Glad I don’t live in FL, sorry I live in the same country as this dumba$$ jury, mourning the loss of Caylee & this perversion of justice…
The prosecution team were brilliant. Unfortunately, there was an imaginary jury.
Defense Atty Cheney Mason was less than polite or professional at his after trial conference today guess he left his professional manners at home..
@ annetteaa1
Not guilty does not mean innocent..
The only time the state can appeal a case is before it ends. I had hoped that they would have done this when the family got on the stand and created a faux circus in the court room. Oh I am just so heartbroken.
I am a Correctional Officer with 23 years experience working with the likes of Casey. I have followed this case closely and was shocked and saddened at the verdict. The State of Florida did a fantastic job of presenting their case and I was proud of each involved. After listening to the verdict I walked the halls of the jail where I work
questioning why I am even in this field. I am not of the opinion that Law Enforcement is always perfect nor do I believe every defendant is guilty. I have always been proud of my profession believing that I was helping to keep the community where I live safe. Today I am wondering why I bother!!!!!!
So here we are, with hearts so deeply grieving the injustice served upon a little girl who resides among angels in the Kingdom of God, now.
She’d comfort our hearts, if only she knew how deeply saddened we are, but she doesn’t. Were God to allow her so much as glimpse of all that was here for her, she’d be too saddened and it wouldn’t be Heaven.
As it is then she will not ever know that once she was here. She’ll not ever know about a Hopespring Dr., or a Suburban Dr. or a dank, dark swamp into which she was abandoned, and she’ll not ever know that there was ever a Casey, a Cindy, a George or a Lee Anthony.
But if she could see here from there, and remember, she would softly touch upon each of our tears and tell us not to weep, or regret, but to wait, for justice is not yet truly served, but it’s coming. All in God’s good time, right Sister?
If she could see from here to there and how grave the injustice that was served her today, there would be certain things that she would expect from those of us who have pulled her out of the swamp and held her protectively close to our hearts through the last three long years, I imagine. She’d expect us never to give up, to never lose hope, for hope is not lost and justice doesn’t go unserved so long as there continues to be champions willing to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves and whose voices are too small to be heard, or whose voices aren’t to be heard anymore, at all.
Blink… are you there? Wow! As most know… somebody, somewhere will slip and tell all… right? Hugs for all you do.
Ragdoll, I can assure you I am not Cindy Anthony, by any stretch of the imagination. I am how ever a Florida resident who is damn proud of the way 12 of my fellow Floridian citizens did not allow the State of Florida to railroad them into finding Casey guilty of a crime they could not prove she did.
She was found not guilty. As I posted on here from the very beginning they would do. Deal with it. Your lashing out at me is very immature.
Funny how “the laughing man” is not calling it quits.
Pam, This is your last post on this site. All stocked up on crazy, but thanks.
Enjoy the victory of a dead baby as a woman without children.
Btw, the world is round, not flat, but wth do I know? Perhaps your right about that too.

What the h is wrong with this alternate??????
(snipped)
“Politan then questioned the alternate juror as to why he thinks George would allow his daughter to face a potential death penalty for an accident.
Huekler said George would need to answer that question, adding, “He was very combative… with Mr. Baez many times… I personally thought… he chose not to answer.”
When asked if he believed if Caylee Anthony’s remains were in Casey’s car trunk, Huekler said he didn’t buy it.
He also said he didn’t see a stain in the trunk that the prosecution contended was decomposing material.
Huekler was also skeptical about the smell emanating out of the trunk as George failed to call 911 right after picking up Casey’s Pontiac Sunfire at the tow yard, despite claiming the odor of decomposition was in the vehicle.”

It ain’t over by a long shot. The prosecution has a LOT more than they put on…my hope is if DNA proves the father is the guy from Massachussets (killed in a car accident) Casey, LIKE OJ, should get sued by Caylee’s father’s family for wrongful death. Then the stuff Ashton didn’t put on in FL can come out. For each dime she makes off her daughter’s murder, she will have to spend multiples more on continued defenses.
I’m so dam mad I could spit! She will get credit for time served, and
probably out for dinner Sat. nite with her bozo boy toy. This is
undoubtedly the greatest miscarriage of justice I have ever seen.
Thank you Blink for your perseverance (sp) maintaining this forum/blog
for all of us who have wanted to share our thoughts and feelings. At least God is blessing Caylee Anthony.
35.-
People would be praising the jury if they came back in 11 hours with a guilty verdict–it wouldn’t matter that it was only 11 hours.
I’m shocked at the hostility towards the jury in this case–I don’t blame them for not wanting to talk to the media.
I’m depressed. Poor Caylee. I wish I could be sure as B about justice but I can’t.
A friend once said about this world we live in – “Blow it up and let the cockroaches take over”. That’s how I feel now. This world is effed up. I give up
How can 12 people not see what half of the world sees? I understand they didn’t learn all of what most of us have been discussing for the past 3 years, reading on this site and random news sites with our mouths open in shock from what these people have done… and now we are still making those shocked faces. I am disgusted. I will, however, remind myself that although Casey has won this battle, the rest of her life will not be easy. She will look behind her back for a very long time, and will always feel that glare from strangers even when it’s not there. Right now she has no clue what awaits her outside her protective custody.
I hear they may let her go on Thursday. My birthday. Definitely not what I was asking for.
Sigh…

I agree. I hope they change their life insurance policies and make sure Casey knows.
Blink & All:
I was at work. Went into a lounge w/ many people. The DT never saw this coming. I got dizzy and had to sit down.
I was in tears for sweet Caylee and am sick to my stomach.
While I realize the jury has the right to deny an interview-but I feel that with the monumental interest in this case & shock and awe that was to follow- there is absolutely no excuse for not sharing with the world what it is they saw that millions didn’t. Saying no one else was there is incorrect- in this day & age, everyone is in the court room.
There are only 2 reasons I can come up with:
They didn’t understand the evidence
They wanted to go home.
I am so sorry for all of you, as I know how I feel. I am at a loss. I need to understand WHY they did what they did.
How can one be guilty of lying to LE and not be guilty of something?
Heart ya B!
George Anthony . . . was it all a ruse with you?
Were you part of the Defense strategy after all?

Yup we have an imaginary jury here now the Anthonys will get mucho bucks for books,movies, TV etc & that’s not imaginary..
Well, since history often repeats itself, and apparently narcissism isn’t curable, sadly, I’m afraid, this is going to happen all over again. She knows she can obviously get away with it, she’ll study this case and “perfect” any loose ends, so now, unfortunately, she will probably get pregnant again, and another little life that needs protecting will be tossed aside. Sometimes I just say, “Please Jesus, just come back now. The human race is obviously beyond repair
