Can they give us anymore info about the case? I hope that they announce that they are going after $indy for perjury!

I am doubtful they would announce that, any issue regarding whether or not Cindy will be charged with perjury will come from the State Attorney Office.

Casey will be changing her name and her look, then go into hiding once she is released.

–You can run, but you cannot hide. The truth always wins and Karma is around the corner, Casey. Enjoy the 15 minutes, because when it’s all said and done, you’ll always be one of the most hated woman in our modern history.

I almost got sick reading St. Martin Press will be publishing the book mentioned in Comment #3. It is going to be some fast work – to be released 2011. If you look at WTVR website’s article re this the picture of Casey is so telling. That grin reminds me of someone who got away with something? Anyway, I certainly hope noone is interested in purchasing a single book.

    My questions for the OCSO:

    1) In light of the recent acquittal, where does this leave the investigation into Caylee’s death?

    2) How much additional money will be spent on securing the safety of each of the Anthony’s?

    3) Is Casey really being released on July 17 or is that just a way to fool the media?

  10. Sunshine says:

they have a beautiful picture of caylee displayed in the news conference room. these detectives should be very proud of themselves and i cannot imagine what they are feeling right now that justice has been denied for this angel

  11. Joan says:

Saw an interview with Dr. Ablow…basically saying that Casey shows all the signs of being abused, that all of her actions stemmed from that, blah, blah, blah…he then had to admit that he’d never examined her – right-on Blink! I thought it was telling when he told the interviewer that he had been doing forensic psychology for “over 20…er, 15 years now”…

As an interesting side note, Dr. Ablow writes some “killer” fiction – I’ve read one of his books and it is some extremely gory stuff, and while I like my fiction “edgy”, his is over the top.

BTW, Simon and Schuster just came out on their facebook page and announced that “they would not be publishing a book by any Anthony family member”…although they are affiliated with a number of other publishers…hmmm…

I know little Caylee’s with God, but just can’t seem to let her go yet. The world hasn’t “righted” itself yet from her death for me.

Inside the mind of Casey Anthony. I’ve seen enough to know…I don’t really care about her mind. A diagnosis or how she thinks does not excuse her from murdering Caylee.

Besides, how much time did this dude spend with Creature to reach a proper diagnosis? A one time visit is hardly sufficient. No doubt, it will be nothing but page after page of psycho babble hardly referencing to the criminal.

…and if we want to even bother to gain some insight into a diabolical mind, why not just look up psycho in the DSM IV…for free.

Please Email ‘The Today Show’ and ask them not to interview, pay or glamourize anyone associated with the Casey Anthony Case.

Yesterday they interviewed Mr. Mason, probably paid him… and today they are calling Baez a ‘Star’.

Both ABC and CBS got a big backlash these last few days and have not ran any stories about the case in a few days, except ABC morning show yesterday …said the offers were drying up for Casey.

    Tell them what you think…

And to hear that LE’s offers to investigate the molestation accusations were DECLINED by JB’s firm . . . words escape me.

O that one is a beauty.
Based on the allegations the defense made in opening, the OCSO is REQUIRED to investigate them.

The fact that they were turned down is what turned off that leaky fawcett and they were not aloud to reference it again. That said, the horse was out of the barn apparently anyway.

  23. Boz says:

Who in their right mind would want to interview any of these three people.

    1) A gelding, might have sexually abused his daughter. Might have helped make an accidental death look like a murder. Might have either lost the family savings to online gambling or a Nigerian online scam. Cried like a frigging baby. Tried to kill himself with a couple of beers and some blood pressure meds.

    2) A woman who can look you straight in the eye and lie through her teeth. Gave birth to a child killer. Gave birth to a maniac.

    3) A woman who was either molested by her father or has told the MOST despicable lie about her father. A woman who killed her two year old child. A woman who you can’t trust ONE word out of her pie whole.

Now, again, I ask, who would want to be within two feet of these people let alone want to pay them for an interview. Sick, sick, sick that’s who.

How to memorialize the Zanny Nanny grave marker Casey used for 30 days.

Perhaps, lets introduce a new term into America’s slang dictionary shall we? “What’s your zanny nanny”? “I’m standing in between Tom and Mary’s house”.

Someone needs to address the current request to release the jailhouse video of Casey’s reaction that her daughter had been found. (1) Casey divulged the blanket, when the C/O had not told her that as the C/O did not know that. (2) I wonder what those 12 village idiots did in their fragmented brain cells about the glaring “j’accuse” with the aforementioned Zanny-Nanny “address/location/persons” that the murderess Casey lied on and on about for 30 days. It strains credulity that NO ONE on that jury of 12 village idiots would have a bad conscience given the “grave marker” nature of Zenaida Gonzales. There were two houses next to Caylee’s grave, one belonged to a woman named Zenaida was the other belonged to a man named Gonzalez. 12 Village Idiots, stick that in yer craws for the rest of yer lives, yes, you all should be on the run and/or in jail too.

Coming out of lurkerville to ask a couple of questions…

    1) did anyone test little Caylee’s bones for diatoms – OR- was this overlooked/not considered as the ME determined cause of death to be homicide, and the defense didn’t latch onto drowning until after Spitz did his examination. Diatoms could have been found by examining the bones and cross referencing water from the pool or the filter. Wouldn’t be unheard of to find diatoms in a pool either.

    2) Was the duct tape found in a circular shape? From pictures, I can’t tell. If it was wrapped around Caylee’s skull, wouldn’t it be found in a loose circle stuck to the hair, after decomposition, as it was no longer adhered to the skin? Did someone suggest that it was holding the mandible in place? If so, how would it be attached to bone if it was originally adhered to the skin of the face. Could animal activity disturb the circular formation of the tape?

Don’t mean to be insensitive or to offend, and I don’t have an opinion regarding either of the above, just seeking clarification.

Blink, do you know if there’s any truth to the story that juror #11 got $75k from Fox for his Greta appearance?

No, but let me say this, I know Juror #11 ID. Have since the day before yesterday. At some point, we will know all of them. If there is payola going on, there is not a penny-candy transaction I won’t find.

A reminder to all that may or may not be aware. I shut down the Anthony Family FIRST trust.

With a team of researchers, backing it up, one call from me to the VP fraud detection shut down an account without notice to the accountholders in hours. That is unheard of.

NOBODY wants this stink on them.

Also to add, there is no proof this juror took any compensation, and to be honest, that would surprise me from Greta.

  29. Sweeetie_Pi says:

Only in the Satanic world where fresh batches of evolutionary slime and rotted human flesh are symbols of success are Baez and Mason “stars”. Not in any world where decency and humanity reign. We are sure seeing the depths of depravity of “big media” these days, aren’t we, not just in News Of the World, but also the media that refers to Baez as a star. This is truly the battle of good vs evil and Caylee was yet another angel that came to show us WHY we must ALL do better. Healing does not mean “move on, there’s nothing to see here anymore, there’s nothing you can do, give up, walk away, the devil has spoken.” The fight is the fight. I used to think Nancy Grace was sometimes too strident, but she’s got it right, dead-on right, her voice HAS to be that big because the mass of humanity keeps inexorably sinking deeper into the slime. So, a message to the 12 jurors, you’re village idiots to the world where humanity and decency and the truth rule, and stars in the world where slime rules. Why are ANY OF YOU upset? In your world, you’re all stars. Go enjoy. Please.

LOLOLOLOLOL! Let’s just say I don’t iron my linens.

WRT the alleged *rolling my eyes* sexual abuse… Was the SAO aware of OSCO trying to investigate the accusations? If so, could they not have ‘objected’ to that being in the defense’s opening statements? That was clearly sabotage, imo. I don’t understand how that was even allowed in the court room, period.

Baez NEEDS to be investigated. How can the bar continue to overlook Baez’s unethical practices of law?

Nope, they acted ON the opening statement. Pay very close attention to the name of the detective that was tasked with it.

it’s very odd that the jury foreman said on Greta VS’s show that they didn’t believe Geeorge’s story of the 16th, that George remembered the clothing details, and his steadfastness about the time due to watching a particular TV show.

So…this jury foreman seemed to have all the doubts that the rest of us have expressed at one time or another. Did George testify to these facts on the stand? I must have missed it if he did. If he didn’t reinterate his story, how did the jury foreman know these facts? Did he read about the case and have these details to present to the jury from testimony on the stand?

I recall at the time that posters were all over the Net picking apart George’s story. And everybody thought he was protecting his daughter with his detailed description of the activities of that morning and that he was just CYAing Casey’s behind, not really knowing what happened.

I have always thought there was not a lot behind George’s certainty because later he added too many more important details to his story. Like describing Caylee’s breakfast activities and his putting Caylee in her car seat and kissing her goodbye.

I just thought he wanted to get Caylee and Casey alive and that car away from the Anthony house at that time — get Caylee’s death happening some other place. In other words, he knew she was dead.

Anyway, George’s story went under the suspicious eyes of the jury, it seems, and contributed to the jury thinking he might have not only been involved, but guilty of Caylee’s death.

Perhaps the prosecution should have stated over and over that neither George or any other person was considered a suspect except George’s Princess Casey.

But with this jury, who could ultimately do anything to point the finger at the right suspect? I do think more attention to the timeline of events may have helped because one juror said the jury was confused about who was looking after Caylee after the 16th or while she was missing. (Knocks head on desk!)

What caused police to not investigate (and fail to respond with cadaver dogs, and the fullest measure of their resources)to the 911 phone call placed by Roy Kronk on August 11th and again on August 12, which was prior to Tropical Storm Fay?

Where are the police logs that document how the Kronk 911 phone call was treated, as well as documentation of police-assignments and records of follow up that were kept, following that call?

Does it make any sense that police would fail to investigate a 911 phone call that mentions a missing child by name, that the caller (Kronk) clearly is mentioning as he wonders whether the object he found in the woods is that child?

Does it make any sense that a police officer would suggest that he can’t investigate because of crocodiles? Have police never had to deal with crocodiles before this?

While LE did all they could once Caylee’s remains were found, is no one wondering whether very convenient delays in not investigating Kronk’s calls, that happened to favor the daughter of a former police officer are simple remarkable, and clearly contributed towards the prosecutor’s office being incapable of linking Casey Anthony to her dead daughter’s body and how it ended up in the woods, particularly as police waited five months to thoroughly investigate the exact location where Kronk had directed them in early August?

Is the media afraid to ask questions concerning the chain of command over the Kronk 911 phone calls and administrative duties of police in responding to those calls and thoroughly investigating those calls?

Do not ask me to dig it out, but I have heard the calls, and it was not reported but noted by Deputy Cain.

He was a sludge, and got fired for it. It is one of my fave interviews with John Alllen. In a kind way, he makes an utter imbicile out of him. Which he was.

Can I just interject one thing that (not us here at Blink) but other tv stations, news outlets, etc., keep saying that the world is rivited or fascinated with “Casey Anthony” therefore a book deal or a movie deal–yada yada yada. But what they don’t understand is NO ONE is fascinated with “Casey Anthony” but we are all consumed with finding justice for “Caylee Anthony”. No one could care less about Casey, we followed this case and this trial and the news and the media and Nancy Grace (I could go on) because we cared about Caylee, not Cindy or George or Casey or Lee. So we do not want to read books about Casey or watch movies about Casey, we don’t want to know what is or isn’t in her mind, we would be happy to never have to look at Casey or any of the Anthony’s again. We just want justice for little Caylee. There I got that off my chest. Thanks!

    Hey Blink and greetings all.
I’m a long-time Scared monkey, but first-time Blink Poster. With regard to Jose Baez’s many interviews during the investigation where he continues to insist Caylee is missing, and abrupt change to the drowning defense, the question is, “When did Baez become aware that Caylee was deceased?” I realize atty/client gives him certain liberties. However, as an officer of the court, where does the atty/client line blur with the possibility of destruction/suppression of evidence/obstruction of police investigation. Not to mention the moral issue of leaving a deceased child’s remains in the woods to be ravaged. Blink, where does an attorney “cross the line”? Thanks.

I asked this very question weeks ago during a radio interview, the short answer is work product.

The long answer is what did Dom Casey know, or anyone else as a result.
