Caylee Anthony Gram *Wanna Be* Sees Dead People- Is Donna MacLean A MacLeach?

Posted by BOC Staff | Casey Anthony,Caylee Anthony Case,Diane Dimond,Donna MacLean,John Q Kelly | Wednesday 13 July 2011 7:58 pm

Recently interviewed by Diane Dimond,  a journalist I like very much but who is apparently now lacking a fact checking staff, Donna MacLean claims to believe she is the paternal grandmother of Caylee Anthony.

Nancy Grace featured her on her show as well.   (Insert snark d’jour) Perhaps her fact checkers were unavailable as well and sitting on a jury somewhere… in an undisclosed sequestered paradise.

Apparently MacLean, is not alone, as she claims to have hired famed attorney John Q. Kelly in consideration of a wrongful death suit.

Mr. Kelly, who represented the Goldman and Brown families in a wrongful death action following that particular decades monster on a leash, also dropped by it’s jury, OJ Simpson, won the families over $30Million in a verdict award.

Mr. Kelly is also the attorney for the Holloway family, specifically Beth Holloway, during her recent attempts to see Joran VanderSloot in a Peruvain jail.

His client list reads like a who is who in high profile, including the estates of Kathleen Savio and the family of missing and presumed deceased George Smith.

Admirable endeavors, which begs the question, what is he doing messed up in this soup sandwich?

Donna MacLean claims that her son Michael Duggan, killed in a car crash in October 2007, was Caylee Anthony’s father. Sarah Duggan, Mr. Duggan’s half-sister, died of her injuries sustained shortly thereafter.

It is unclear how she arrived at this conclusion which belies any offer of proof, or geographical possibilities of any kind, and Ms. MacLean left out a very important fact.  Her son’s drivers license was revoked for medical reasons in 2001.  At the time of the crash, Duggan’s last known address was in Connecticut, and in 2006 he lived in North Rutherford, NJ, not Tennesee as his Mother reported.

Donna MacLean

In addition, Wilfred Duggan, Michael’s grandfather, had not seen his grandfather in a number of years, since a non-criminal incident in 1999.

Mr. Duggan refused to comment on how Michael gained access to his Sebring convertible.

A source inside the family wishing to be unidentified, has confirmed that the reasons for the revocation were based on medical reasons that would not allow re-instatement by Mr. Duggan without an approved evaluation.

Repeat 2001.  Caylee was conceived approximately Fall of 2004.

As  such is the case, is it believable Master MacLean was driving through different parts of the country, in the moving business, without so much as a drivers license, which by the way is a requirement of the bonds necessary to work in the industry?

Sadly, Ms. MacLean’s own family has never heard this story previously, and I do believe we have given Ms. MacLeach the latest 15 minutes she has asked for.

The Orange County Court House is going to run out of paper by the day at this rate.  There are enough meritorious lawsuits facing Ms. Anthony as we speak, I recommend one save’s one’s energy for those.

This blog has taken a new, bitter and snarky turn. I understand the unhappiness with the verdict, but show some dignity.

Blink, I have to agree with this comment, this site is admirable with the good it does but it has really turned into a hate machine of late, the verdict is what it is, reasonable to some, unreasonable to others but to encourage vigilante behaviour is stooping to a level I never thought you would allow here, this is not an attack on you or your opinions but surely you have got to take a step back and see what this looks like to people on the outside looking in.

    Let it go.

It cannot and will never be proven that Casey Anthony is a murderer, full stop.

I don`t mean to tell you your business but darling surely you can see that this hate mob is not a positive thing, this has gone too far away from what I think your initial intentions were and if it persists it cannot be a good thing, no matter what.

Can you seriously say you wish to see Casey Anthony come to harm?

You are allowing a line to be crossed and I genuinely thought you were better than this….

Please get back to what you do best,

It’s just me limping in here as usual but today I’m happy to admit that I’ve claimed one of those bandages that Blink stated were made for a reason. I’m doubly happy to state that I am still in the healing process but can feel myself making strides in the right direction.

Last week I railed at God for changing the release date for ‘creature’ to July 17th. It seemed heartless to me that I had to share my 58th BD with creature. Today I am delighted that I felt more healing and warmth from the realization that ‘Caylee’s Walk For Peace’[ is where the day was at for me. Now I am honored to share all of my future BD’s with Caylee and those who stand for her and love her where her family refused to stand. I saw some WONDERFUL pictures on SM that lifted my Soul. Though I railed at God, I never lost my faith. It really is easy to not watch the coverage. It’s easy to cherry pick what I want to see. Those are the links that uplift the memory and legacy of Precious Caylee. I’ve signed every petition that puts us in a progressive direction for Caylee. I’ve still a long way to go before my Heart no longer hurts when I hear about any injustice to Caylee’s memory/legacy. I will say a gentle thank you to God for giving me the ability to feel even when it hurts to feel. Taking the good from what I perceive as bad isn’t always easy but just maybe on this my 58th BD, I can claim just a wee bit of wisdom.

I seldom post because I’m not a sleuth like so many others. I will still follow and pray for Morgan and Kyron. I don’t even know if they will ever receive justice here on Earth. I do know that Morgan’s family has caused me to grow into a better human being just by watching their example in the midst of such tragedy. If that’s all God wants for me to gain from this, it’s OK. Still I will Pray for justice for Morgan. I so wish I had something profound to say right now because I know I’ll be very quiet again. I never know just what will compel me to speak openly. I think today, Caylee gave me a voice.

God Bless You Blink. What you do is truly AMAZING and God given.

    Hugs,
    Paula

Some things are not about ratings or money. Some things are about dignity for the rights of those that are too young to voice their own thoughts yet. Everyday children are killed, we don’t have to make it any easier for the murderers, so they can kill a child and make a living from it. You have a God and you have free will – use it wisely. Is this what Jesus would want of you? I think not and you not listening to Him saddens me. I will not watch this as I wouldn’t wish this for any child.

Psychology Today article written by Joe Navarro “The Not so Obivious Lessons of the Casey Anthony Case.” REally a good read.

    Very Good Read:
    http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/spycatcher/201107/the-not-so-obvious-lessons-the-casey-anthony-trial?page=2

From reading the blogs it is evident that most understandably do not, and have not internalized the true dynamics of narcissism much less psychopathy, but as a crime follower I would think it a must.
There is no remorse, no guilt, no “waking-up,” and no fear of a God or his judgments, much less the loss of love. And as for your forgiveness, they despise it and you as weak. They accept NO blame. That harsh that clear cut.

The references to jury selection although not shocking, are uncharacteristically straight forward.

With thought, the media, pundits, and attorneys, etc., have now softened their stance toward an unprotected Casey. If not, should injury arise they might well be accused of inciting violence, to endangering her life, if the opinion pot continues stirred.
Couldn’t find a federal “Incite To Violence,” law, but a serious media blunder it would be should a mishap occur so soon after her release. Ants might get LOTS of money.

    When I go to:

that page instructs people to go to “info@cayleeslaw dot com”
    for further information.

    Trouble arises at that point.
I get a big hairy red warning that says …
    “Warning Possibly Phishing Site”
“The address for the website you’re visiting contains a user name or password.
This may be a “phishing” website.
Phishing websites are designed to trick you into disclosing personal or financial information, usually by creating a copy of a legitimate website such as a banks.”

Then the options – “ignore warning” OR “go back”.

    Not sure what’s happening.
I know you’d never be involved in anything malicious – ever.
I thought maybe I was just typing in the address wrong – but I’ve re-tried it a couple of times.
(ALWAYS choosing the option to “go back” – don’t want to proceed to further info until I’ve asked you what this means.)
    The warning is pretty scary.

Has anyone else reported getting this warning

    Hi Blink!
Long, long, long time lurker – first time poster. I was home finishing my maternity leave when I first learned of the Caylee Anthony case. I followed it watching reruns of Nancy Grace @ 2 a.m. while nursing a sick baby through chronic ear infections for months on end. Luckily – I found this website and was able to get many more BOMBSHELLS! than I could watching dear Nancy.

I write this to say like many here, I have put so much time, energy, and prayer into this case, and when I sat at my desk and heard each “not guilty,” I found myself weeping. Where is the justice? What are these people thinking? Who will pay for sweet Caylee’s plight? I was sick to my stomach and told my husband I was going “off the grid” (which meant no Blinkoncrime or hinkymeter) because I just could not handle it. That night, I held my three year old daughter close and cried again at the thought of how any mother could harm their child. Not just Casey Anthony, but so many others . . . how to you inflict pain on a defenseless being whose only knowledge is to love unconditionally? It is beyond me.

For days I kept reminding myself of Romans 12:19 – “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” When I saw all of the Caylee’s Law petitions, it was a bit of balm, and gave me a glimpse of hope. It appears that deep anger can spurn sharp advocacy . . . and maybe, just maybe . . . Caylee wanted justice for more children than she needed for herself.

In college, our pastor had a sermon that I remember to this day, where he talked about God having a full canvas painting and us only getting these 3 X 5 strips. When we are handed them, we say, “this can’t be! What are you doing? This isn’t right!” But we don’t see the big picture . . . we don’t see the master plan.

I know this is EXTREMELY long and I apologize for it’s length. However, I needed to write, to let my feelings out to the universe and tell all those whose posts here I enjoy (Mom3.0, Ragdoll, WordGirl, Kleat), etc. as well as you Blink, that you are in my prayers, as are all of Caylee’s Warriors.

Blink, though you think you have failed her – I don’t know that she would say the same. To remain pushing for justice after such defeat takes a strong, strong lady. As my husband would say, “tougher than boot leather.” Keep it up. Keep it up for Morgan, for Kyron, for Holly, for Haleigh, and for all the others whose cases aren’t as publicized.

And we who sit in cyberland must remember to make a difference in memory of them . . . donate to your local CASA, volunteer as a mentor at a Boys and Girls Club, find a way to shine a little bit of light in a world of darkess. My mousepad reads “Be the Change you wish to see in the World,” (thought about getting it as a tattoo many years ago, but a mousepad was an easier commitment for me lol). Let’s (and I am speaking to me here) start living it.

Blink I believe too that the last word for Caylee should be justice in the law…….I also believe a loving little girl looking down knows all who have worked in her honor to bring that justice for her. Let thoughts of that loving little girl, your girl, our girl Caylee help you, help us to understand she is in a much better place and would want you, us to live happily and safely and lovingly as she would have done given the chance to live her life.
I don’t believe Casey will pay for what she’s done and I don’t believe the Anthony’s will be strangers to one another, their plan was set in place when Caylee died, their plan was to save themselves, their plan wss to dishonor one small beautiful life, and lie, lie, lie to save their lives. Caylee wouldn’t know them now, not where she is now, she only knows of good things, comfort and love from the outpouring from you, us and the world. Honor, Love and Peace to little Caylee. Blink, be easy on yourself, your work isn’t over, ease your soul and know you are cared about by many!

Is this what Jesus would want of you? I think not and you not listening to Him saddens me. I will not watch this as I wouldn’t wish this for any child.

Thanks for writing and sharing that, Phantom.

To reach the top of the pyramid, we must first take baby steps. This is the first step. I don’t know about anyone else, but I know I am not yet finished. I have more to do yet … much more. The more that speak out and refuse to be the media’s sheep, the better. I can’t do it alone and I hope everyone here who believes we are right and they are wrong will step up and join me. For starters, first and foremost, please turn off your TV. There is nothing that will help Caylee there so I have turned my back on it in favor of things that actually will.

My best friend called me this morning and told me CNN, MSNBC and HLN all had segments on “Where is Casey” and interviews with Mason and Baez to come and they are still commenting often on the public’s lack of resolve in standing strong in their convictions to in fact NOT watch, buy or support anything Anthony-related. That’s okay … it just makes my feelings stronger and I still refuse. Nothing can make me change my mind, nor will it. They are calling the public’s bluff. Prove to them they are the suckers, not us. Eventually, if enough of us refuse to play their game, they will get the message.

I realize it’s human nature to be curious, but I also know I am stronger-willed than most and when I put my mind to something, you can forget about making me budge and on this stance, I am very stubborn. Obviously, the media is still out there taunting the public with comments that they basically believe we not only stupid, but weak and wishy-washy.

It’s true, many people say one thing and do another and that’s exactly what they are reporting and hoping for so they can continue to justify ‘reporting’ on a child killer as if that’s what’s actually important. It’s not. I know it and you know it so let’s prove it. Let’s show them we have always only been there for Caylee and we are still here. She is the ONLY one in this who has ever mattered. Casey can fall off a cliff for all I care. She is anything but a celebrity but people following the media who follow her are making her out to be one. And by doing that, those people are also proving the media right and helping Casey become worth even more money down the road because people still seem to care. PLEASE STOP!

I get the purpose of the media and I stand behind reporting the facts in our country, but they have taken this way too far. It’s not about truth, facts or professional reporting anymore. It’s about ratings, the first to scoop, money and outright greed. I have lost all respect for Vinnie Politan, Mike Galanos, Jane Velez-Mitchell, Nancy Grace and all the others who continue to feed Casey’s gravy train. Who will step up and join me? Write all of them and let them know hell will freeze over before you will give them more ammo for their true intentions. In my mind, the media and any public figures still feeding the Anthony frenzy are just as bad as Casey herself. I refuse to follow in the wrong footsteps.

The only way to kill a hydra is to cut off it’s head. Stop feeding them. They will even tell you, “it’s up to us, the public to determine how much money if any, Casey and her cronies will essentially make.” Sounds like a bet to me. Take them up on it and prove they are wrong. We’re stronger, madder and more serious than they give most of us credit for.

After talking with my friend this morning, something from my psychology background dawned on me. It seems the media in ways are their own worst enemy. Some actually do seem conflicted about constantly throwing the Anthony focus in our faces but then try to justify it by adding those last few words my friend described to me. “It’s up to the public how much money Casey makes, but many say they won’t watch or buy a book, but then when push comes to shove, they do.”

It sounds very cocky, almost instigating when they say it, but directly beneath the surface there also appears to be small hint of guilt. As if some are trying to pacify themselves into believing they and their networks aren’t doing anything wrong, but are in fact just “giving the public what they want”. A way to justify bad behavior and decrease some of the negative feelings some TV personalities seem to feel and they know it. In a nutshell, the media is telling you we can’t stop until the public gives us a reason to and so far, most of the public haven’t. There’s your sign. Follow your heart to the right place and you’ll find a peacefulness there. I helps … it truly does. It’s not on TV though, I promise you.

I wrote HLN yesterday and will make a list for all the other networks today and write them too. I have already turned off my TV, am not clicking on any Anthony-related stories online and I am writing Simon & Schuster as well to boycott Cindy’s “alleged” future book. I will continue to write until I have exhausted every potential Anthony enabler out there.

    Ironic, isn’t it?

    Cheers Blinker’s.

Let’s do Caylee proud. I am on mission and I need your help. Please join me friends.

Apparently people are still interested in giving casey anthony money for books/interviews. We are not being loud enough. What can we do to make more noise????I have stopped watching all things casey.

    —————————————————————-

Write everyone and anyone who is agreeing to encourage or support Casey or her family. Don’t say you are “going to” boycott their product, service, book, etc. Tell them you already “are” and will continue to until you are satisfied they are not nor will ever pay Casey or her family for anything. Let them know your family and and friends will also be joining you and then ask them to do it as well.

It’s one thing to threaten to boycott a product in the future, but doing it and letting them know it’s already happening has much more weight. Apparently, the pocketbook is the only thing most big businesses understand anymore so hit them where it actually hurts.

If things still don’t seem to be moving forward in the right direction, keep writing. Some businesses will ignore a few complaints from individuals, but if each person keeps writing letting them know they are serious and won’t be discouraged, it will show you’re serious about what you’re saying.

Write the publisher who is alleging to pay rights to Casey and/or her family’s story if you know it. If you don’t, use Google. Someone knows something and it’s on there somewhere. Then write them and let them and let them know you, your family and everyone you have mentioned the potential book to has reacted with anger and will absolutely refuse to buy anything that supports Casey or her family. I believe Simon & Schuster was the publisher responsible for being behind Cindy’s book deal. They are huge so it will take a LOT of us complaining (everyday if needed) to get the point across. I think many companies think eventually the outrage will die down and they can slip through the backdoor later with little notice. Evidently, they haven’t met me {;)

Hopefully, all our Blinker’s here will join in with this. The more people standing together, the stronger we are and the more seriously we will be taken.

God Bless and Good Luck to you!

    Lyla…Who cares.

Mr. Murdoch Newspaper empire in jepordy. In London and US Hacking phones and computors, bribeing Police chief and perhaps others. Mr. Murdock is taking a hit right now. Editor in Chief arrested and Police Chief aft both resigned.

I sure he will not condone Geraldos nonsense by involving his media in the most hated woman in America. Or would he? That I am sure would be the cherry on top of his banana split. Now that everyone knows they notonly pay but bribe as well as hacking is illegal.

They have to much at stake with the Elections coming up. I ask the question Mr. Murdock do you really want to be associated with the Anthony/Baez business per Geraldo?

    Dear Blink and Blinkettes,

Like many, I am still dumbfounded by the outcome of this case, and the suspension of common sense and personal integrity that drove a carload of clowns over the cliff and away from the justice that Caylee so deserves. Thank goodness for all of those here who provide a respite from the absolute madness. I thank you for the clarity and wisdom shared here regarding legal perspectives and points of law that are beyond the grasp of this layperson….no hablo legal mumbo jumbo :) .

I turned off the tube on the day of the verdict, for I will not support any interview, book, movie or any other manner of “spewage” regarding the Anthony family, the jury, Baez, Geraldo, or anyone else who wishes to capitalize on this travesty. I will continue to come here and to SM, to get the “straight skinny” offered here, and will ignore all the nonsense. Hopefully the Florida Bar Association will conduct a thorough investigation of Mr. Baez’s lack of ethics, which, from the perspective of a layperson, borders on criminal behavior. I really hope someone can get to the bottom of Mr. Baez’s assocication with Dom Casey, and whether or not he and others conspired to cover up the location and discovery of Caylee’s remains. I believe he did, and will follow THAT story with anticipation of some measure of justice for Caylee. I don’t give two hoots about Casey Anthony or her location, until she lands herself back in the pokey where she belongs!

  48. Ragdoll says:

What makes me sick is this ‘Where is Casey’ hype is only making her look more bankable for that first interview. Not to mention that this is the EXACT production Baez wants. I just want to shut them right down into oblivion!

If and when she surfaces, she’ll learn that not all attention is good. In the meantime, I could give a rats @$$ about her safety or where she’s hiding. Casey chose this for herself. She put herself in harms way. She murdered her daughter, got away with it and now it’s all about her protection. When will this madness stop?

Justice23 @5:23. I am so thankful for people like you who put grace into words, and I will stand along with you in non support of a family that can’t possibly have the same values as all the supporters and readers here with blink. The verdict made me very depressed. I am a person who already suffers with depression and the last thing I needed was this to happen. I would wake up thinking of that girl going to prison and I would smile at night before going to bed knowing that there was no place else she could possibly go.
I find myself staying away from the news programs. I just can’t look at the grin that came upon her face for an instance when she heard the verdict. She looked at that jury like they were a bunch of fools.
She could not believe what she was hearing either.

I have sent emails to all the news station saying I will not support anything.

    ——————————————————–

Thank you myers. I don’t know about graceful writing, but I definitely try.

If it weren’t for Blink though, we wouldn’t have somewhere to come together and help make a difference. So thanks go to Blink first for helping us to help each other … and to be a beacon of light for little Caylee who was never able to speak.

I’m really sorry to hear about your depression. My mother has it and I know how tough it can be. I send my prayers to you. We can all do this. I know we can. Take care of you and thanks for being one of Caylee’s Army.

lyla, that would be George’s sister & brother-in-law. The brother-in-law is a successful business owner of car dealerships. I can’t see Baez putting Casey any where near an Anthony. He is not going to take the chance of Casey having contact with Cindy because he wants total control of Casey until he has made his last possible dime off her. Cindy wants contact with Casey so that she can talk her into leaving Baez & come back into the family fold…..Cindy wants to control Casey’s finances & keep the dollars in the family. JMHO
