Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions, and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.
In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

KM has used an accident involving one one Kaine’s BACA friends to announce on FB that she spent time with little K. So she is his go-to for babysitting needs? If I were him I would have forbidden the reference to my daughter on social media by any and all long ago.

I think KM and Kaine are still together. I can’t guess the reason why they would want people to believe that they are no longer together but I believe that even though they no longer co-habit they are still very much a couple. So KM is probably still Kiara’s caretaker when Kaine can’t be there.

On that theory, the “mother’s day card FB” and the “I’m spending time with k FB” both likely occurred at critical visitation junctures when KH wants Terri to “give” on something or loose her temper and make a misstep. As Terri begins visits, I woukd expect him to step up k’s time with the Antimother. After all Antimother has been KH’s skilled FB site mgr for the BKH Fdtn and the Car Show since Cindi Massei left that role iirc, so she knows what she’s doing for Kaine FBwise.
I am not disclosing how I know this, so one can weigh that as one wishes, but it is a fair statement that Kaine’s relationship with Mickelson, and her subsequent FB postings, kids tweets, etc, have not been well received by those in charge of her care. And when I say “her care”, I mean the ongoing reunification process- make no mistake about it- Kaine may have full physical custody of his daughter, but Kiara is in the care of the court regarding all things associated with her that could affect the agreement. Since I know him to be all about control- I really have to believe he is mostly absent from checking KM’s facebook posts, lol.

installation mgrs and “teachers” at sites. Iirc they mostly had an
engineering or electrical type background. Skyline was among the first.
Then BEF spread it to Oregon, the NW region, then the country.
Tho a nonprofit, I bet BEF is a big moneymaker. and also supports
the west coast solar panel mfg industry.
Well, Blink, what about the Big Hill-Mickelson family reunion at the recent kyron car show replete with Dau#1 visiring from California and iirc her bf? She once tweeted she did NOT want to return to Oregon. And Antimother controlled the Car Show FB page did she not, and put mutiple pics of k up? In what context? Those pics were taken and ported from another FB, and not by her.
There is nothing on the car show FB page about a relationship with Kaine. As I posited earlier, they may be FB’s- but to my knowledge they are not a couple. Dau #3 goes to school (or did) with Kyrons old classmates as I understand it.

My memory is the Resource Terrones and one para were away that day. Could’ve been a Central Office IEP, a Conference, or Training or GKnowsWhat, and there was one sped dept sub. I got it before by googling each person on the list, and it was a female.
As to an Evaluator, there may have been one there, but they are members of Central Office Spec Ed, and do specific children, and not intensively over time, unless maybe severe autism or MR. In my experience, Evaluators of LD would spend at most 2 hours on site. Of course, there are also OT Evaluators, and Speech Language Evaluators, and less likely, Psychologists

Bottom line…I wanted a time line to show to a person who used to be a die hard THM and Dede did it believer. The result was a good refresher in what a colossal mess this is, all to cover PPS/MCSO and God knows what else.
I hope TH hung onto her 2010 school directory and has every staff member and family at the SF annotated.

You’d think the reunion would’ve been at Dau 3′s graduation from MS.
KM’s mother, sister had seemed more involved in kyron’s disapearance than
her children. Why interject the family at the car show if KH has no relationship?

A possible answer to Quizical’s parking by the dumpster is that the lots were full and no other places were available.
If my memory is correct, the person responsible for cutting the grass was discussed early regarding his presence at the soccer field. I even traced the elevations on the perimeter of the field to try and determine the difficulty of driving around the field to get to the wooded area North or to leave the area via the West side of the field. With only six inches of elevation difference, it is very possible in any type of vehicle.

It is interesting she said chaperones were limited to parents, 8th graders, and
“special ed teachers.”
In fact she served as a chaperone only because her warm body in her child’s classroom was drafted by her child’s teacher in the classroom, not thru advance signup, and she says that was the model. This was a remarkably unorganized inhouse field trip. And wasn’t Porter in charge of planning?
So, she too is confused about “special ed teachers” because there was only 1 special ed teacher in the school, and he was gone that day. There were 3 sped paraeducators on the List who are not certified teachers. So they functioned as chaperones. My memory is a 4th was on staff in 2010 and was away that day like Terrones.
I noticed from her physical plant description, whether Kyron left via Matthews’ door, or his own classroom, both fed out the same side by the soccer field. When K scooted to Matthews’ then, SZ really didn’t have to vary his marching orders.

(In fact, if that person actually abducted Kyron, why on earth would he honestly tell someone what he was driving?)

If it wasn’t a truck or a white truck, then we can just chalk up JK’s afternoon sighting (and/with his neighbor’s late night sighting) as one more odd coincidence to stack up on top of all the others in this case.

My most humble opinion, but this is more the type that comes to my mind that would fit Blink’s profile to me. I also wonder about the PPS IT people, because of the deleted information. Perhaps they deleted the fact of their own presence at the school on June 4, working on the system.

About Evaluator. i forgot in addition to OT, SPED, and S/Lang, there are also central office Behaviorists.
However I expect they do one time evals and rely on teacher reports. Would do a followup observation after
intervention recommendation’s implemented. over to mbs.
I am of the mind, that nothing is EVER going to come of this case, if someone doesn’t take PPS to task. Frankly, I don’t see anyone doing that, not this far out. IMHO, the hidden keys to this case are there! Why his bio’s have never done that, I don’t think I’ll ever understand. Also, why not one reporter ever bothered to ask them why they did not sue PPS, I’ll never understand either. Why was it so quickly decided by the media that Skyline had done no wrong is beyond me. Who was holding the hammer above media’s head(s)? Particularly WW, they dropped any and all investigation into Ky’s disappearance altogether. Who the hell decides a little 7 year old child’s disappearance isn’t worth reporting on, or doing diligent investigation on, and just isn’t a story worth reporting anymore. (Good grief, we all know the clicking that was going on for these media sites! What trumps that?) Something very, very bizarre went on here. Someday it will be news. Far too late and far too long for it to be newsworthy, and someone, somewhere is counting on that. JMO

An evaluator could come from Multnomah County Educ Service District (MESD), not necessarily PPS, depending on what/who is to be observed. It is highly unusual for any Special Ed work like that to be done so late in the year because of deadlines for large amounts of Sp Ed paperwork as the school year ends and it would be hard to get a team together to finish anything before the work year ends. It would have to be because someone is (late?) finishing up a case file, or perhaps a family anticipating a move out of district and needing file work to transfer, because otherwise, the usual thing after mid-May would be to offer suggestions and resources for summer for the parent, and set an appointment to continue just before school starts.
The term “Evaluator” is not one we ever used in my years in PPS. It was always “the person’s position doing an evaluation of” – example, “the autism specialist is doing a follow up evaluation of Student B”, or “the OT will evaluate how Student G is doing with a particular assistive device”. Seems a minor thing, but the first time I read there was an “Evaluator” present, I really didn’t recognize what that meant. Perhaps they have established a category or job for that now – doesn’t sound friendly to me.

A big question is why would Mrs. mathews allow a 2nd grade student who is small in statue to go outside to help unload a truck? Even in my days at school that would never happen unless the teacher recognized the adult. A little guy would never have been allowed to do that. It would have been two or more large boys. A smart person would have directed that the man go to the office and ask for assistance.
Mrs. Mathews is at fault for allowing any second grade child in her class to do such a thing. She should have been questioned at length by a quality investigator.
TRuth, IDK what to make of the early hours of June 5 white truck sighting by Kelley. I am just trying to look at everything we think we know and questioning it. Maybe Kelley told the truth, maybe he lied, maybe KH & TY went out in the truck and drove around the neighborhood to look for Kyron. I think that’s what I would do if LE let me. How could they just sit still in that house for hours on end? I would want to be in motion, unless I was paralyzed with fear.

After looking through her page for a bit I’ll admit she seems like a caring, responsible mother to her girls at least on the surface IMO.
Houndog- I am not one to make assumptions or cast dispersion on someone I have never interviewed. That said- I look to the circumstances of their own words/behavior. 1. Does anyone think it is a breach of trust to post that incident “if true” on FB in the first place? Assuming I have reason to believe Kitty is not reading FB- it certainly was not posted for her benefit- but for some other intention. To sharpen a point here- KM likely does not include the former twitter accounts of all 3 of her dau’s which would directly contradict the “responsible mother” theory. KM’s recent postings concern me because to be as frank as possible- this child has been used as a pawn way too inappropriately as is, imo.
