Dr. Phil Show Hosts Missing Portland Child Kyron Horman’s Step Mom Terri Horman Over Two Episodes

I have been covering this case since Kyron Horman disappeared from Skyline School in June, 2010.    Like most missing persons cases I have covered in the past,  I am of the strong opinion that best efforts at the truth are the only way to propel investigations that, similarly to Kyron’s, have gone cold for one reason or another.   This approach has worked in resolving some of my previous cases.    I am proud of that.  I remain steadfast to the integrity involved in those and future cases.

Over the past 10 months (or so) I have been developing an updated series on Kyron’s case to include my multiple interviews with Kyron’s step-mom,  Terri Horman.   Needless to say as she was the subject of at least three simultaneous cases before an Oregon court and remains a person of interest by the agency investigating her sons disappearance, this has been an arduous and sometimes delicate journey.    Ms. Horman’s experiences during the ongoing investigation of the disappearance of Kyron Horman are critically important to propelling his case and with great hope- finding the truth about what happened to this cherubic and innocent child.    There are dozens of sources,  collateral interviews, forensic experts and legal analysts that also contribute to my series and have done so because of their belief that my motivation is to bring to light information and opinions in such a way that would almost “require” a focused review of Kyron’s case and the likely shaking of that proverbial tree everyone talks about.

Set to publish about 6-ish weeks ago I was asked to postpone the first installment of the series, which I did.  I subsequently learned Ms. Horman was participating in the Dr. Phil program after she completed taping.  Dr. Phils producers were well aware that Ms. Horman had interviewed with me extensively, and anticipated my series would be publishing information that was not known to the public previously in the days prior to her scheduled episode.    When Ms. Horman conveyed to me that she feels obligated to speak out about “her son” in any national medium that will have her,   I most certainly respected that.  I still do.

While Dr. Phil seems like a gregarious fellow for sure,   I have zero interest in being associated with his program, nor do I believe his shows content is designed to do any furtherance of investigation or truth.  There is much concern (although I have no affiliation to the show whatsoever) that the timing of the publication of my series on the Kyron Horman matter might be interpreted differently or inadvertently contribute to the programs content or audience reactions.     Not what I signed on for.   A missing 7 year old boy six years running is not a framework for entertaining a target audience.   He is not fodder for online social media bully campaigns- yet it occurs.

I will be publishing my series on Kyron’s case at a later date, in it’s entirety with no editing adjustments as a result of any of the appearances on Dr. Phil.   I appreciate your patience and your understanding.   Feel free to discuss the show below.

Back when TY said, “If not Terri, then who?, why didn’t anyone look more closely at Kaine?
Second thing I’ve wondered about — remember about that time they were putting in a new septic tank or some plumbing across the street from the school. Did anybody ever seriously check any of that out?

Of course, another thing I always wondered about is the bumping on the houseboat and the dogs catching a scent there.
….and while we are on the subject, why didn’t anyone seriously look at Kaine’s property more closely?

Kaine’s property Was searched initially upon touch down of the FBI CARD team. At separate intervals, the residence and surrounding property was searched by both cadaver and scented canines. It was subsequently searched over a dozen times, and that does not include the dozens of family, reporters and/or LE and DA office personnel who were on the grounds repeatedly and in many cases simultaneously over the first few weeks. It is my understanding that (Harry?) person never had a scented item to track so I have no idea about that claim or about the veracity about any of his involvement in searches generally. I cannot express this strongly enough- CARD was deployed, responded, Terri agreed to have a female FBI agent assigned to be with her at all waking hours. I personally do not believe Kaine was directly involved in what happened to Kyron, but I could certainly never exclude it may have been relative to the criminal activity he was involved in at the time or previously. In fact, I’m convinced he acted as a CI once Terri contacted them and they showed up on their doorstep on April 14, 2009.

That’s one rocket docket Reese’s had her on.
When he retires she’ll be Sheriff. No kidding.
    Now Kafoury knows her.

I will misogynistically comment her attributes qualify her for Fox reader. With Bobby in the kitchen cabinet, the focus on Terri by the Detective unit ain’t going nowhere imo.

I found this out by looking at the current personnel chart to stimulate my memory. I don’t remember Krafve being in that Detective box 2017 & prior, although maybe this chart’s genesis was post his Oct 2017 retirement. https://www.mcso.us/site/pdf/org_chart.pdf

If Gossom is not Desiree’s vaunted “lead detective,” he supervises him.

Wasn’t she the compliance trainer or something similar? LOL- ODonell had to retire because he could not retain his certification although he had a year notice. Well, one reason at least.

Bobby retired after Krafve took over in 2011. Wonder if the Mrs encouraged Krafve’s retirement in 2017? (tit for tat)
Not that it wasn’t the right thing to encourage. It also seems Gates’ retirement was critical to give O’Donnell Patrol & Enforcement experience to allow her to promote to Sheriff track. At heart though, professionally, she IS Corrections.

The June 3 tape on same pg of hires/promotions (only 2 of latter) gives speaking roles to all Chief Deputies,

This “who’s in & who’s out” in charge of the case fascinates me in view of “who’s in” right now with Reese.
So Krafve was the Patrol Night Shift Sgt on June 4 & called in the Gulberg SARs. But Gosson was made Lead Investigator from June until Sept 2010 when an unhappy Staton created the Task Force & put Krafve (previously Patrol/Night Sgt) in charge of it & sent O’Donnell whim Gosson supervised or worked and Gosson to figurative purgatories. Krafve’s Task Force lasted until June 2011 about the time Staton made him head of Detectives & Cold Cases, so essentially he was over Kyron from Sept 10-Oct 17 at his retirement a year after Reese took over & a month after Reese announced he’d run for office & stay. Reese put Gosson back in the Supervisir if Detectives slot & appears to be happy with him because he’s still around. So Investigations have come full circld, the Lead who handled the case June-Sept 2010 who either schemed himself or blessed O’Donnell’s, whose work Staton deemed a failure, has been back in the saddle since late 2017. When Desiree refers to a Lead Detective, the job description on line fits. Which makes me winder how much input she & Tony had (since she says she often calls the lead detective now suggesting what he should do to pressure Terri) into the “take away Kiara” from Terri gambit that summer.

  11. Rose says:

It has never been more apparent than 2019 that Kyron’s investigation is in the wrong hands in the wrong agency.
Chief Deputy over the investigation is a Corrections specialist put on the track to become Sheriff.
Head of Detectives was the June-Sept 2010 failure with tunnel vision on Terri and two tools in his toolbox:
    Pressure & Search.
It is perfectly clear Kyron’s bios’ chief end is to convict Terri whether or not she is guilty, and not to properly investigate this case. Kaine is constricted legally from spending his Fdtn $ on a PI.
Desiree has no such constrain & coukd spend her book proceeds on an able, independent PI. So, why does the public think giving book income to charity better than hiring an independent, reputable PI?
This is also interesting for taxwise.
Book income is income & will raise their tax bracket.
But a partial charitable donation will hardly hardly offset that.

  12. Rose says:

My final inference is no way in hell would Reese take this investigation away from his personally hand-picked Chief Deputy O’Donnell & Lead Detective Gosson & ask the FBI to take jurisdiction, even if both bios begged on bended knees.

Obviously Terri ranted defensively about K’s DNA in the truck bed bcz that’s what the mcso polygrapher (as substantiated in another case was in error in link above) grilled her over, and any mother whose son played in the family truck would know that’s crap—to include the Youngs even tho she never raised her sons. So why is she selling something someone with an average iq would know is crap? 1) hang Terri, 2) $ motive, 3) fears someone from her past did it, 4) ???

Don’t forget the fact that Iboshi never asked a very obvious reasonable follow up question to her (old) information that Kyron’s DNA was found in the truck bed. Even something banal would suffice- like for instance- was Kyron’s DNA found in or “on” any of her and Tony’s vehicles?

The press conference you referenced never took place. And, I could be wrong, but I believe the next time we heard anything from MCSO regarding who was lead detective, it listed Bobby O’Donnell.

    ************
I’m with you guys, why in the heck doesn’t DY hire a PI with the book money and/or gofundme money. IMO, The only reason one would not consider hiring a PI after all these years, is because one is so sure that LE is doing a stellar job on the case, so it would result in money down the drain. I just don’t see stellar here. Stellar would result in new leads, which would be shared with the public in order to bring even more leads. That just ain’t happening here. The case is more than cold, it’s frozen solid. Stuck on one frozen idea. One frozen theory. I don’t get it, if something is going nowhere and leading to nothing, why not change it all up? A PI might just bring something new to the table. IDK

Thank you, headed there. Fwiw, Tony is a detective- I could see how hiring a PI might “blow back” on his career. That said, indirectly she did when she filed the civil suit. It looks like (not here of course) folks forget she withdrew her lawsuit which I can also tell you that during its pendancy at least, utilized at least 2 dedicated investigators for the firm. Besides, why does she need one? Seems to be that would interfere with the “for profit” narrative.

Shall I keep an eye out for Rebecca Morris this Fall? Does she do reputable indepdt stores? Keep an eye on Powell’s. (btw My bet on Sidney Powell is she needed a case file for her next book & her subject needed an income stream as a cut of book sales. Great gig if a subject can get it.) Btw it occurred to me book subjects such as Desiree are a great defamation shield for an author. If say a character like Terri sues for a book saying she murdered a child, a great author defense is I’m just a journalist quoting my subject. Those accusatory words are her words & opinions, not mine. Desiree’s still being used.

Gosson was made a Corrections Inspector after being removed from his troubled

Hi I’m new here and found your page from the KH Soldier FB page. I’ve never felt that Terri was involved and is being tried on social media. I am very sympathetic for Desiree and can’t even imagine what she is going through. The thing the really upset me was Desiree telling Stacey about the house in California. Following the directions one of her followers posted I was able to locate the address. While I get this is public information, this is just wrong. Terri is not a suspect and not even been named a person of interest. All their harassment hasn’t changed anything, Kyron is still missing. Thank goodness Kaine has taken the high road and does not participate in this nonsense. Maybe Terri should contact Amanda Knox’s attorney. She is on a speaking tour about her own ordeal with the media.

    Welcome to BOC,

One correction I would like to make to readers from your post (you will get used to it, lol) is that a person’s residence posting on FB for the sole purpose of harassment or worse is “public information”. There are certain records available to the public under the law- that is true, but the second an individual or “community” uses those those to publish them in a forum that does not allow it, and or allow such use, it is subject to statutory criminal or civil charges and/or remedy. Those warnings are contained in the very databases and sites that store that information for access- and the access for them requires agreement to its terms.

  23. Rose says:

Based on Blink saying denial & fear by the divorced mother of an abducted child does not look like this, I wondered what does look like this & googled “exwife hates next wife” & saw this not very erudite entry, which made me wonder after the abduction & Desiree’s 1st accusations, why Terri never attempted an RO against her—even after the chalking at her home? https://www.divorcedgirlsmiling.com/vindictive-ex-hate-comes-children/

You know, I can only say what I observed in my conversations with Terri and of course the dozens of collateral interviews- but for me, an objective example of Terri’s reaction to Desiree’s statements and behavior to her is when Dr. Philharmonic told her that DY told him she believed that Terri killed Ky and buried him on the Horman property. The look on her face, her non verbal response followed by her words “Did she really say that?” match my observations over time.
    B

  24. Rose says:

What has been most salient about DY after the abduction of her child has been no other variable than the prominent stalking of her successor & rival love object of the child. So it seems to me one has to ask in 35 or so years, was Terri the first person she ever stalked? It does not seem likely & mcso has failed to excavate both bios pre-abduction histories imo.

  25. Rose says:

    Thanks, TRuth.

Blink, if Eldon’s white shoe firm put 2 fully dedicated investigators on Desiree’s suit, that work cost a pretty penny. Doubt she paid the billable hours for all these people. In tort suits, the lawyer gets paid when he wins. Why did Eldon eat all that cost & abruptly pull the plug? Not because Rod or mcso told him to imo. My speculation is one of those two would’ve investigated her. You have to know your client’s dirty linen so no surprises at trial. Maybe the investigation found out things that could not be allowed to come out at trial about her, and Kaine as well, & would hurt her case against Terri. And maybe he learned there was no case against Terri other than in his client’s emotions.

Rose, Rosenthal was paid over $17K that I am aware of- not making any assertions on the Ethical or regulatory concerns one way or the other on that. That suit was pulled on the sole basis that Underhill or his Underlings called Rosenthal and told him that following an immunity agreement DDS testified before the gj she was not involved, had no knowledge of anyone’s involvement and took a polygraph which confirmed that. He (Undersomething) was now going to suspend the “specially convened Grand Jury” and DDS would be free and clear to answer any and all questions she previously ‘plead the 5th’ to in her deposition, AS WELL AS discuss HER OWN Grand Jury testimony if she so chose. As if that was not enough, Judge Kantor had also ruled just prior to the suits abatement that medical records of the parties would be discoverable and therefore admissible in depositions/trial. On day one that suit was back to “active” status, Terri’s Atty was filing a cross complaint and DDS alerted opposing counsel LE cleared their client after her testimony.

Did Dr Phillibuster and “Did she really say that”
come after the chalking at her home?
In either case, what planet had Terri been on?
If she’d gotten an RO, as she should have after
chalking, this piece of fiction couldn’t be trumpeted,
    much less published.

After. Honestly, this is my opinion “generally” as you know I am not about to ask any interview about their lawyer’s advice to them- but I have to believe based on other cases I am familiar with the general advice would be that the longer this behavior goes on, it creates a very lengthy public record of it. Steve Houze is Terri’s criminal defense attorney who has knowledge MCSO continues to treat TMV as a de facto suspect. According to DY own public statements she is about to pen a chapter in a book re Kyron’s case. It will be very interesting to see what is contained in that publication that may be actionable. A publication I can promise you is not going to take on any liability.
Who is the publisher of record for this new book?

    B

  29. Rose says:

previously it has been St Martins, a Division of MacMillan, idk which of their imprints.
If DY’s accusations are confined to a chapter she herself wrote, Morris is off the hook,
though the publisher is on it but has some defenses. So this one’s on Desiree alone imo,
which combined with her June speechifying about Terri is a tort virtually unwinnable by
her. If a tort action is finally brought, Tony will have to continue working til he drops.
It is clear Desiree is publishing this subject matter in an effort to compel Terri to sue thinking
that if she does, it will make Terri
subject to deposition and testimony on the facts of the matter. On this Desiree lacks
effective legal advice, because “truth” is a defense, not an offense, and to defend herself
it is Desiree who must prove the truth that Terri abducted Kyron, an
impossible task. Terri needn’t be compelled to testify unless
Terri opens the door, & her lawyer won’t.

  30. Rose says:

Come to think of it Blink, & you did, Houze is building one line of defense by letting Desiree & Soldier run on and on publically accusing her. If the DA finally brought an action, Desiree’s every public statement (and June 4’s were gems) about her many conversations with MCSO pressuring them to both pressure on her doorstep & then arrest Terri will come in as evidence in Terri’s defense.
The defense is mcda filed this circumstantial case as both his parents repeatedly implored mcso to do.
Houze: We understand their terrible loss & need to find closure, but convicting the wrong person at the behest of a jealous vindictive Ex and an acrimonious Ex who used the abduction to institute a dramatic financial & custody battle will not serve the true victim Kyron’s interests. Every one of her statements will come in when she is called as an adversarial defense witness.

Yup, among other legal usage potentially.

  31. Rose says:

Unless this book expert knows zilch about grammar
    https://bookstr.com/article/kyron-hormans-mother-to-release-book-on-her-sons-disappearance/

    https://www.grammarly.com/blog/future-continuous-tense

Right, and an author’s list compiling interested parties in the “release date”. Where has anyone seen that duty fall on a writer and not the publisher? It’s never a good sign when the publishers are being solicited so the contributing chapter author ( is it the forward?) holds a press conference without the author. My heart so aches for this woman.
    B

  32. Rose says:

actually Desiree’s been working with Morris since at least June 2018 (“something big”)
and since Morris charges $100/hr to help any writer realize their dream,
    Desiree’s gotten a real bargain.

    Oh snap.
    B

  33. Rose says:

Another thing that lets Morris off the tort hook—canny lady—is her advert blurb she’s utilizing published sources—all those stories on Oregonian, WW, etc—and published Comms statements from mcso like the poster on tell us where you saw this truck. So she can say, I’m just quoting previously published press articles. ibid ad infinitum.

Sure. That’s one way of not doing your own investigating. Also likely reason Olsen opted out. AGAIN, someone should be asking Ms. Young about that.

  34. T. Ruth says:

I could be wrong but I believe DY stated in her promo that the book about her and Kyron titled “Love You Forever” was authored by Rebecca Morris. She appears to be a crime author. Is anyone familiar with her writing?

    https://www.amazon.com/Rebecca-Morris/e/B005TONGWQ

Looks to me like this is going to be a book about a missing boy, the affect of his absence on those who loved him, and a whole lot of speculation. ?? I mean, there are just so few facts available around this child’s disappearance, what’s there to write about as far as the crime that took place (if there was one, other than a school’s inability to perform the task of following it’s own safety measures)? No one knows what happened to Kyron. (Except a perp, if there was one.) For all we know he fell down the hole that was dug to insert the wind turbine into, or some abandoned well. If there is anything written about the crime itself, it will be speculation, unless the author was able to get some interview with someone who witnessed Kyron’s disappearance.

Marc Karun, 53, was arrested in connection with the 1986 murder and sexual assault of 11-year-old Kathleen Flynn.

    (snipped)

t the time, Karun was living within a few miles of the school. He had previously been convicted of sexual assault and was questioned within weeks of the murder. Though he denied having anything to do with the crime, he also made a bizarre admission. Four days before Kathleen was killed, he claimed, he had gone to her middle school to “see some teachers.” He described visiting the school’s library and talking with a librarian, and walking around on the same footpath that the sixth-grader had taken, according to a police affidavit obtained by WCSH.

But when police went to the middle school, none of the librarians remembered seeing Karun. The only teachers who recognized his photo were those who knew him as a former student with “serious problems,” according to the affidavit. When questioned about the discrepancy, Karun said that he hadn’t actually been at the school that day.

Here again, little bits of truths poking though his lies.

Maddening. And people wonder why I get (seemingly) hostile about local LE working such cases. They lack the very basic training required to identify a priority lead (this is a general term they know very well) let alone the proficiency to interview this type of predator. Kidnapping cases (they always are by default really) should 100% be handled by the FBI jurisdictionaly, not as assist as needed mode. What new and horrific preventable child crime has to occur before this is procedure?

ps. When I first saw this defendants mugshot in a private case- my exact words were- I don’t care what he is in for, there are more victims and I still feel very much that way.

If one ever wanted proof the illiterate $ soliciter for Desiree cannot read, particularly for meaning,
just like a certain Someone Who Cannot Be Mentioned, her latest FB diatribe is proof.
    :
    Helping her out:
    1) It was Desiree (Soldier’s love object in psychological terms) in the June 4 talk (which devotee Soldier filmed in person) who alleged Terri talked about being accused of dna found in Kaine’s truck https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.kgw.com/amp/article/news/local/kyron-horman/kyron-hormans-mom-to-release-book-shares-new-details-about-investigation/283-f86936e2-95d4-4247-9aa3-83e22362d81a
(in Desiree’s shoes I’d fear her because fixated love can turn to great hate if she feels narcissistically wounded by Desiree).

    2) I speculated Terri did so because that was an accusatory subject of her polys in an aggressive move by
    mcso. The “pressure” thing.

As Blink said, were Desiree’s ( & Tony’s) vehicles checked for Kyron’s dna.
Bet it was there, & in Terri’s Mustang. Duh.
    —-
Next DA will do zip for Kyron.
    There must be evidence.
MCSO does not have chargeable evidence.
Any fool lawyer in the office knows it, &
    they aren’t fools.
Interesting Desired says she calls her detective
    —mcso—not mcda,
nor does she have her lawyer call mcda.

No way on earth Reese’s designated successor
O’Donnell will air the weaknesses of her husband’s
work in 2010 nor switch gears with the now lead Detective,
also the lead in summer 2010, & air that dirty linen &
switch directions to find Kyron ‘ his abductor.
    ——
    I have phone family tracking.
I use it mildly, but I have often noted when
husband is home it may show him in a
rural area yo the east, and 1” min later an urban area
to the west w/2 miles between.
So I think the ping-related 100 acres is
    poppycock to placate Desiree &
get her off the phone. Her book chapter
    serves the same purpose.

I don’t know how to respond except to state the obvious- what else can one say in a case that at least 3 grand juries dismissed after hearing, first in MC was a no true bill. A no-filed no true bill, lol.
The investigating agency refuses to have the case reviewed by the FBI or any outside agency and has not so much as sought an interview from Terri since late June 2010. Rod Underhill is retiring an not seeking re election after it was discovered his office (by inheritance but also on his watch) none of his ADA’s filed no true bills and since I have spoken to a few of those “formers” I can tell you that issue was going to be huge in any campaign. But hey- pay no attention to the man behind the green curtain.

Looking back to see what set the psycho mother of convicted murderers off, it must have been:

“That suit was pulled on the sole basis that Underhill or his Underlings called Rosenthal and told him that following an immunity agreement DDS testified before the gj she was not involved, had no knowledge of anyone’s involvement and took a polygraph which confirmed that. On day one that suit was back to “active” status, Terri’s Atty was filing a cross complaint and DDS alerted opposing counsel LE cleared their client after her testimony.

next DA will do nothing different.

There needs to be a credible investigation undertaken
by another agency. And if Desiree is such a true believer
in Terri’s guilt, why does she fear, and does not demand,
the FBI become lead agency? Imo she doesn’t want to hear of a
    different suspect.

The only thing I will say is that part of the problem (imo) is DY also surrounds herself with folks that do not dare ask her that very question. Or any other reasonable questions leading to any real fact finding. That’s one way to wall it off. Maybe those intentions are based on the fact that the truthful answer to that question would put her in a place none of them are trained or prepared to support her through.

“…made it through the other end.” How with no resolution? I don’t understand this statement or the turning point of events that lead to it.

Honestly Erose, I came away from that interview with more concern for Ms. Davis’s emotional and mental well being than before, which was heightened. “I finally painted his room so I would have somewhere to not be sad”… Because a 16 year old likes mint green and a frilly day bed?

I googled Palintir & here because I read they have the Census Bureau contract & I thought they came up here. Did on pg 1 this thread wrt their CA lic plate readers. Cool to see page 1 of this thread. Blink said she’d only discuss Logan Storm when she publishes the Terri piece bcz he is relevant to chronology.

    Logan convicted 1/13 & sentenced 9/13. found
innocent on pool groping. had 8 yr term. if good behavior,
might be on parole now. what was interesting about him
was his recalcitrance, normalizing child porn &
    distinguishing it from pedophilia.Ridiculous Appeal
    in ‘15 wasted his $.

I would not take my finger off that particular pulse. He had access to Skyline and the Feds went to incredible lengths to nab him.

  41. Rose says:

Soldier is publishing so many infancy pics, the Q of if you directly asked Terri
whether there was any reason to suspect Kyron had FAS? If you directly asked
her that, will her answer be in yr piece?

  42. Rose says:

Had not watched the kgw interview; just did.
Beautiful paint color. Room’s no longer his.
    It’s her lounge & shrine.
Talking about Terri (guilt, hatred) was visibly
psychologically integrating for her. Yes she was
in terrible shape, but she stopped crying & focused
when Terri became the topic. This has been true for
years. Based on that & her personal behavioral hx,
one woukd posit a certain character disorder might
be evaluated by a professional for treatment & improving
    her life quality.
She gave custody of Son1 to Husband 1, then couldn’t get
it back. Ditto for Son2 to husband 2. Apparently the latter was to
accompany a boyfriend to reside in Blaine WA on Canadian border.
Blink has said her hospitalization there was some sort
of detox/rehab w/out being specific. Since she touted a wine
property visit in recent years, one assumes alcohol was not the issue. Structure
with marriage 3 was helpful, but not enough to revisit her sons’
custody even when asked by the Stepmom who loved him
& felt he was better off with Desiree than Kaine when she divorced.
Since the abduction, acting out her hatred of Terri seems to be her means to self-integrate.

  43. Rose says:

“none of his ADA’s filed no true bill”
    That is astonishing.

  44. Rose says:

If Morris is relying on Soldier’s interested parties list to
shop her book to Publisher’s she’s in trouble.
Ditto for “press conf” w/ her absent.
Very light attendance & lite press interest.

    reprise, here in 2018:
this is the Statute that made MCDA begin electronically recording GJ outcomes AND audio recording the GJs in 3/18. https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2017I1/Downloads/CommitteeMeetingDocument/150263
It was expected to push Counties to Prelim Hearings due to recordation & storage costs. However this notes it has not had the expected impact in MC. That is because for a Prelim the DA has to meet a certain evidentiary standard, & he is committing to go to trial someday. And, a defense atty is present. Rod still wanted to have his GJ cake. walk. Desired & Soldier need to bone up on the GJ Statute. DA has conducted no GJ kyron testimony since 3/18 unless it was recorded, & he wouldn’t do that in Horman.
