Casey/Caylee Anthony Case : Death Penalty Back On
Orlando, FL- Late this afternoon, the State’s Attorney’s Office notified Jose Baez, attorney for tot mom Casey Anthony, they intend to seek the death penalty. Prior to Caylee Marie Anthony’s remains found on December 11. 2008, the state had decided not to seek the death penalty 6 days earlier. In the state of Florida, the legal aggravating circumstances that would apply in this case would be that the murder was cruel and atrocious and cold, calculated and premeditated.

The decision of the prosecution to reverse it’s original stance in their murder indictment against Casey Anthony for the death of her 34 month old daughter Caylee, is the latest in what seemed like rapid fire developments over the Holiday weekend. Jose Baez is not a death penalty qualified attorney and he cannot defend this case without one.
On Friday afternoon, Jose Baez filed a motion to subpoena the phone records and similar provider records of the members of the Anthony family, Dominick Casey, Jim Hoover, Roy Kronk, Amy Huzienga, Jesse Grund and Keith Williams. It is widely believed this information is exactly what Jose Baez was attemtpting to secure in his ex parte motion to Judge Stan Strickland, which consequently, may have gotten Baez his most recent bar complaint. A source close to the case has confirmed to Blink on Crime that this motion is much more about accessing ping records for these individuals than the actual records, which cannot be requested without a subpoena. (editors note: I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. Baez is going to need a bigger bus for the pileup if you catch my drift..)
The Big O
If Lady Oprah is not careful, that big O may end up standing for obsolete. It was revealed today that George and Cindy Anthony will be appearing on her show this May. As Oprah is not known for her investigative prowess or criminal case coverage, one has to assume this will turn into the crab- puff piece and pity party the A’s are intending.

Last Thursday, April 9, George and Cindy sat down for a chit chat with Team Morgan. Well, not exactly. They tag-team glared, objected as to relevance and amazingly seemed to avoid lock jaw in what was apparently a very warm conference room. In both interviews, George and Cindy refused to answer several questions on what seemed to be the “indignation to our controlled spin” objection. In this proceeding, the only viable objection on behalf of their attorney, Brad Conway, is privlege. As their IS NO CURRENT OR PENDING CHARGES against these two, not even that boat will float. Expect John Morgan and Co. to file a motion to compel the Anthony’s to return to the suspended deposition. With any luck they will repeat this behavior and one or both of them will spend the night in the pokey in contempt just for the principle to the proceeding. Normally I provide you with all the necesary files to access the video/audio to which I am referring; allow me to save you the throbbing headache and new profane vocabulary conjunctions that have since become an occupational hazard for me in this case, see below.
The Hi-lights: George was a deputy. Deputy George was never a detective, but he is a very bad speller and likes to ask himself his own questions out loud. For the first time ever I had a ping of respect for him when he shouted at Cindy to ..”SHUT UP…SHUT UP…”. He has a very poor memory and apparently has never watched any of the gazillion statements recorded and released to the public that any pre-LSAT clerk could draft an impeachment for. Yeesh.
Cindy, with a day off from sh*t house rat but still reigning mayor of crazy town, wore her finest shamrock -hued sweater and matching belt. She is out of anti- perspirant. While blatantly refusing to answer the simplest of questions, she attempts the “I am going to annoy the living snot out of you until you call Uncle” ploy. It failed. Cindy has similar memory disorder to George. John Morgan finds Attorney Dell in the men’s room with a makeshift shank about to do himself in, Morgan takes over questioning. I heart-heart him. 
Response from the Frequent Non- Responder
In reports released Friday, Richard Cain, the deputy that responded to the call placed by Roy Kronk on August 13th to Suburban Drive, was terminated from his duties. Not if he can help it. Mr. Cain has apparently recovered from lack of responding and is now more responsive; albeit in matters about him. Cain is refusing his termination for cause and appealing the decision.

There is so much evidence against Casey, I’m confident a jury will find her guilty. My frustration is with her family. I think the Anthony’s continue this circus a/k/a “obstruction of justice” simply because they can. Lying to and/or withholding information from investigators. Cindy purposely giving investigators the wrong hair brush! Now refusing to answer questions they don’t like under oath in the depo’s. OMG, all that and no penalty.
I hear the Anthony’s and Baez have not paid their private investigater…What is he f*****g suppose to work for FREE…That is so wrong…Thats where Casey will pay for her parents wrong doing…Remember the word “KRAMA”, she will bite them in the ass…Say goodbye to your daughter…

A friend of mine and I were talking – if both Baez and the Ants (or perhaps the Milsteads were more than simply “witnesses” and KFN was actually funding Dominic Casey to look on the Ant’s behalf) – if neither of them paid Dominic then isn’t his contract null and void with Baez and cannot he then break any work product privilege with the attorney? Just wonderin’…..

On the contract issue, there has to be consideration of some kind for the contract to be bilateral in the first place,whether contingent or upfront, or terms. I do not believe he has not gotten paid, personally. In most cases confidentiality survives other articles within the agreement if not against the law..

While I respect your work, I take issue with your conclusions.
Your historical reference is way off for today’s visceral hatred for ALL children’s bodies piling up or disappearing.
You cite the Richard Adams ’98 murder of 6-yr old Kayla, while heinous indeed, her father CONFESSED & led cops to her body 5 DAYS later, so the state (& taxpayers) didn’t waste MILLIONS on bogus searches/fairytale alibis. Kayla was decently buried shortly after. Nobody has images of HER desiccated bones and duct tape-wrapped skull rotting away.
That was 1998 & in 11-YRS since, millions of missing/murdered kids have SICKENED our nation to DEATH. We are no longer WILLING to forgive or forget these heinous crimes. Most everyone’s ready, willing/able to put these sickos to DEATH.
Who doesn’t want FINAL CLOSURE for such gut-wrenching cases? SENDING a MESSAGE that We the People won’t TOLERATE our nation’s legacy, its children being snatched, molested, tortured, murdered/discarded as so much TRASH …at any psychopath’s WHIM!

Moreover, most of America revered OJ for his athletic accomplishments. His so-called celebrity image surely snowed others. But, in his case, women’s groups were his worst enemies -even then, not everyone in the entire world HATED OJ. After 9-mos there are few who don’t hate Casey’s lies/state of denial exacerbated by her volatile family.
Casey CAN certainly get a fair trial because the state WILL easily FIND twelve people who would CONSIDER sentencing the Death Penalty. Who are also capable of entering the jury box with a CLEAN SLATE mind. Like any job, people will DO THEIR JOB: judge impartially the preponderance of evidence knowing the State must prove guilt BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. That is the jury’s burden and absolute duty.
Baez doesn’t have to prove she’s innocent (thank God and his many mercies for THAT).
I have researched and compiled my own opinion as to the preponderance of evidence accumulated/reported (blessed Sunshine laws) that I have released in local media blogs.
What I discovered was the overwhelming “connectedness” of it all.
ALL the evidence and timeline (given an understanding of that family’s dynamic) and its dysfunction can lead to only one reasonable conclusion: they are all *A-F lying (badly) and so is Casey, sadly. They are all convicting themselves by their own actions and volatile demeanors.
If Casey were my own child, I would find the best legal mind in the country to package a defense with mitigating circumstances, mental impairment, etc AND MAKE A DEAL.

Blink, if you have Canadian sources, perhaps you could comment on the Woodstock Ontario case of a young missing girl, days past then a video of the girl being walked off by a woman indicated to the local city police, who were investigating a ‘missing’ case, that the girl was clearly not missing at all because she was with a woman and not forced or anything! So, they called off the ‘missing’ case and searchers apparently stood down.
Now, they have figured out this must actually be an abduction!! duh!! Hate to think of this as another Sandra Cantu. Makes me wonder where Carla Holmolka is right now.

Does Florida have a similar OVA (Office of Victim’s Advocates)? If so, how does it work if the only direct victim is a child and that child can not speak for themselves or go to the OVA office to get help?? How does this work with a child killed by a parent when the primary focus of help from the child’s family is for the killer?
Won’t these people likely bite their lips to stop themselves from asking the Anthony’s WHO the real victim is in their case, and why they think they felt ‘under seige’ as the victims in this case, along with daughter, accused killer?

Interesting– the Anthony’s are setting up the scene as victims (which they are to the extent they lost their grandchild of course, but the speech is about being a victim ‘under seige’– but who brought in the media but Cindy with her focus as much on Casey and she’s a victim too, as on finding Caylee in her media ‘cameo’s.

The Chr X typing kit Argus X-8 is a powerful tool used to determine the relationship between distant relatives…such as UNCLES COUSINS ect……..Blink they DID test Lee Anthony.
