Tracy, CA– In a case that has baffled some of the most prestigious clinical minds and profiling experts in the country, blinkoncrime.com has uncovered the latest bombshell in the background of Melissa Huckaby.
Huckaby’s five year old daughter, currently the subject of a brutal child custody dispute between her Father, Johnny Huckaby, and her maternal grandmother, Judy Lawless, is NOT an only child.
 A source within the Lawless Church Community who has known the Lawless’s for over 40 years has confirmed Melissa Huckaby has a toddler son; also in the custodial care of Judy Purks Lawless. As he is a minor, and given the nature of the crimes his mother is currently charged with, we will not be releasing his identity or exact age. He is not the child of Johnny Huckaby, the tot Mom’s former husband.

Researchers at blinkoncrime.com became alarmed upon hearing this information as their has not been a single statement by Tracy PD, the Lawless family, or any friend or associate about the child, or who his father might be.
Judy Lawless had been in Oregon since the day after Sandra Cantu’s disappearance on March 28, until recently, following a judges temporary decision to award custody of her granddaughter to John Huckaby. After pleading with a judge, Lawless won a reversal to that order and is due back in court July 6th. It is not known if her grandson is with her presently, or if he remained at the family ranch in Grant’s Pass Oregon.
This latest development comes on the heals of the release of evidence involving the new charges against Huckaby, which are not covered in the gag order.
Tracy PD found a very interesting search on Huckaby’s computer. Huckaby had a particular interest in a murder case of a 4 year old girl, Rose Pizam, a child of French descent living in Jerusalem. There were multiple searches on the hard drive of this case, although Tracy PD has not released the dates of the searches.
Rose Pizm, was allegedly murdered by her grandfather and her Mother, who were lovers and the parents to two other young daughters. She was missing several months when divers found her remains following Ron Ronalds’ confession to her murder, in a red suitcase in the Yardok river.’

Rebel, do you speed read? There has been no muck-running in hundreds of pages of “research” unless you read every other line. Then it would be a little mucky. Researchers don’t get excited until the facts have been confirmed from more than one source. Theories are just that, mirky places to try and begin to get out of the muck. The family trees are just a portion of fact finding. When it is posted, it is to help rather than hinder research. Here’s a little research for you to un-muck — Timothy Lawless aka Timothy Gomes’ mother Marylin Elizabeth nee Tieken married Gary D. Lawless twice on the same day — once with the last name of Tieken and once with the last name of Short. Now that is what I call mucked-up! But alas, I’m not excited, but it sure is a puzzlement.

The only way the DA would consider adding the three charges is if there was either clear and distinct physical evidence linking her to each charge or she admitted to all three. Why would her PD allow her to admit to anything at this point?
She is facing the death penalty squarely in the eye – and she is continuing to help the DA build the case against her. Somewhere I read prosecutors will over reach in a case like this to get the defendant to “fess-up” but this is bordering the ridiculous.
Ever since Sandra was found she and/or family has made sure we know that all things point to MH. From her swallowing the razors, to her admission about the suitcase, the Janury incident, her familiarity with that stretch of road, the note(s), she has made the case against herself. All LE has had to do is sit back and take dictation.
Now you drop this rather intriguing tidbit – and it is a long time associate/connection/friend of the family who is lifting this corner of the Lawless tent. Again, why?
When you consider the evidence that has been divulged to the public through the media (or to you for that matter)- almost all of it has in one way or another come from MH, or family or sources closely linked to the family. Why?
About the only significant pieces of info, I can recall coming from LE, since the gag was placed, was that they were confident that she alone committed the crime, and they found child porn on some computers in the mobile home park.
B – are we being led down the path of no other alternatives? From the start, things just havent meshed well with this story and new developments only make her and the case even more outlandish.

Why would publications edit from children to child? Was it censored at the request of the investigation or by a member of the Lawless family? Certainly the police must know that she had 2 children and I see no reason for them to request the newspaper’s help hiding the boy from the public. If her family wielded the clout to alter printed quotes then it had to be for a compelling reason.
Something about censoring the truth to the degree of altering published quotes is unsettling to those who only want justice based on true facts.

Some people will say and do anything to sound credible. Melissa has NO son. She has two brothers, a much younger sister and ONE daughter. And, no – I do not know any Danny. If Melissa is guilty, and the courts will decide, we all hope the punishment fits the crime. However, she is a 28 year old who makes her own choices – to unfairly criticize her parents is judgmental and unfair.

I can understand that a person is innocent until proven guilty, but what about MH’s statement that Sandra’s death was an accident, the letter MH “found” saying where Sandra was (with “suitcase” mispelled), evidence in the church (Danny Cantu stated a mattress was found with Sandra’s DNA) combined with the “stolen suitcase” story, swallowing exacto knife blades (how did MH explain that and how did she get to/from the hospital), etc, etc. These facts are just what’s in the news – a court will fill in blanks and tie it all together. How can anyone think MH is innocent after she basically admitted to being there when Sandra died (being an “accident” just says MH didn’t mean for it to happen, but it doesn’t remove responsibility).

Just Catching up on the comments in Tracy’s case, and noted the explanations for what “88″ represents.
I had noted the 8888 and 88 in both MH’s Myspace title and her Father’s Myspace title, respectively, and had always wondered why the numbers were picked and if there was a link between the two.
Do you think there is a similar intention behind MH Family’s usage of the number 8? On top of everything else, could the Family/Church have ties to White Supramacism? Sheesh.

Amber we are in the infant stages of that, they take a very long time and honestly, the content of which will somewhat depend on the outcome if this case. I would say we are about 3 months out of a formalized first draft. I will keep all updated here on the matter, I promise.

I love to do research, however, when my thinking becomes clouded/emotional, then I’m not researching, I’m a vigalante IMO. So I need to step back, clear my ole brain, and return with a clear head, and open eyes.

It seems that this case came to a screeching halt the moment that MH obtained counsel. No plea yet does smell of a deal in the works, but I am skeptical as to that supposition, since so much time has passed since her arrest. It may be that the investigation into those implicated by whatever info being divulged as part of the deal is still underway.
The recent development, of the prosecution looking to have the judge enter a plea, if the defendant (and her counsel) will not, doesn’t support the idea of a deal in the works. It does sound like a possible deal not working out.
No arrest of the Lawlesses, no other arrests? Nothing? It’s awfully quiet re this case.
I remain confident there will be another arrest in this case, but your right, I think the fact that there has not been a plea entered means talks with Huckaby have stalled. The broad gag order does keep things on the dl as well.

After reading the comments, the question I am asking myself is this “What am I going to do about it?” not the government, not LE, not the person next door, not social services, not the church, not the whatever or whoever — but what am “I” (as in me, myself, and I) going to do about it? Discussing it on blogs and other places is good, but damn it, it begs the question and circles around the elephant in the room. “What am “I” going to do about it?” Step One for me — I am writing to my legislators and demanding stiffer penalities for child abusers, including no bail for the perverts. I will be as busy as a one armed paper hanger, relentless. Step Two, I am volunteering to be a child advocate in my county. Step Three, I am going to provide so much information to every parent I know to raise their awareness of predators in our very community, they will swear I own a paper mill. I don’t feel that looking at the forces that caused people to become abusers or murderers has any bearing on responsibility. I think it is entirely possible to look at what happened to a person to cause them to commit an act like this and LEARN FROM IT and at the same time STILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. In fact, I think that to be responsible, we need to do both.
Research is showing that infants who are prevented from forming a trusting bond with their primary caretaker are at high risk for becoming sociopaths. We can use this information to educate young mothers and give CPS the motivation to get involved and DO SOMETHING sooner when children are at risk. This doesn’t mean that sociopaths get to commit crimes because they were damaged in infancy! I don’t know why people feel that trying to understand and learn from what has happened must equate with letting the criminal off the hook. Maybe I am unusual but I have no problem seeing both.
There are also cases where a person is truly mentally ill and commits a crime because they are lost in a world of unreality. I personally feel this should be taken into account- at their sentencing. Prison is not as appropriate as a mental institution; either way, society’s protection needs to come first.
Just my opinions…
Anyway, what are your thoughts on MH’s not guilty plea, Blink?
Yes, make no mistake, understanding the psychology and physiology of a POI in the instance of a missing person, is paramount.
Let me put it this way, just because I will analyze every angle of a case, good or bad, does not mean at the end of the day I would not HESITATE to flip the switch on a guilty party, that is of no concern for me. I want to find these ladies. I want their families to have a chance to restore their legacy in their hearts. There is something altered in the Universe when a person is “out there” ( I am being intentionally vague out of respect.)
