444,martha, simom burch is the reason she called 911,witness to smell in car and witness that george smelled it too,and they discussed it. plus a 911 call was always planned, was always necessary it was just a matter of when, i think it was supposed to happen july 4,just one idea,i think that was the problem casey had performance anxiety and would call 911,cindy had to do it.

susanm I appreciate your thinking outside of the box. What makes you think that Cindy knew the moment it happened? Mother’s intuition? Do you think that after their fight that Cindy started wondering about what Casey might be capable of? Maybe something that Casey said during their fight?

I personally don’t think that Cindy knew but I think she highly suspected something horrible had happened when she made the very intense 911 call. I think she was pushing Casey against the ‘wall’ in order to get her to blurt out something. Anything at all.

I still kind of fall into the camp of Cindy not allowing herself to believe it until she had absolutely no choice. Not sure what that moment was for me though. Blink and the posters here have made me change my thoughts closer to the smell in the car or July 3rd. I used to give the Anthony’s way more benefit of the doubt than I do now.

Just wondering…what about Stacy? the woman who worked with Leonard Padilla and spent time with Casey. Has her transcript been released? I didn’t see it and wonder if anyone else did?

Uhoh. Lori it is Tracy, and your way behind, consider this your freebie- there is a pending motion to block her as a State’s witness along with the Padilla Pack, et al.

Isn’t George’s testimony that Caylee was seen by him around noon/1 pm (later revision included breakfast with her in morning after she got up early) going to be a hard version for LE to explain to a jury who won’t want to believe that the ‘believable grey haired grandfather’ could possibly not be telling the truth about the very last time he saw his granddaughter?

That seems to be a major hurdle if LE says well, she was gone by morning, or maybe ok, maybe George did see her, so she was gone later in that day– that has to be solidly ratcheted down, IMHO, even if the timeline of death could be within a number of days/weeks, George’s testimony if taken as absolute or hardly a fabrication, is going to be hard to get over.

How could the state get over this? What might they have in their pocket to discredit OR correct George’s so important (?) testimony about noon of June 8th/converted later to June 16 because of Cindy’s ‘mistake’ (and Casey’s repetition of that mistake).

Let me put it this way, that little breakfast update came after George was made aware that it was a flagrant hole in his story. No 33 month old is unseen or unheard in the house until 11:50am.

yes susanm–between swimming and tony and blockbuster. i also think that Cindy WOULD have called 911 on casey—being upset with her that she had messed up plans on where to bury Caylee, etc and that everything started to unravel—-maybe she is a “spiteful bitch” too if she doesnt get to run the show. i still keep going back to the way you described things that they had Caylee in the backyard and Casey moved her )7/03)–and then everything went downhill from their viewpoint entirely. i think Cindy and George were protecting themselves by calling 911—like WE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING!!!!and “since you have really mad me mad i am turning you in (after i have pretended all this time not to know that Caylee was already dead and where she was? am i right on this? i guess i am kind of cynical and i can see Cindy really doing this to panick after being the “inocent no nothing—havent talked to caylee all this month (of course because i know she is dead) grandma. i just cant help thinking it was that way, an oscar winning performance from the Anthony family from the time Caylee was murdered.

Casey said Zenaida was raised in New York, had moved to Miami for university (her mother and sister also moved to Miami), and had roots in North Carolina. She didn’t say anything about license plates, but she said Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez had just gotten a new car (after the accident in Tampa) from her step-father, Victor Fernandez. The car was a 2008 silver Ford Focus (no tint).

In the original defamation suit brought by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of the Zenaida Gonzalez who visited Sawgrass, the basis of the defamation suit was that Casey had provided three pieces of identifying information to LE about the plaintiff, specifically her name, the names of her children, and a description of her car.

Leonard Padilla said somewhere that that the plaintiff Zenaida Gonzalez owns an older silver Hundai, so that, I believe, was the basis for the “description of her car” claim.

On the morning of July 16, Detective Yuri Melich visited Sawgrass, talked to Harry Garcia (the sales consultant who had shown the apartment to ZG), and made a photocopy of the guest card. There was very little personal information on the guest card: the name of the guest (which was incorrectly recorded as C. Zenaida Gonzale), the names of Zenaida’s two youngest daughters (ZG told Harry those were the names of her children who would be living with her and Harry passed that information on to Melich), and her cell phone number. There was no information about Zenaida Gonzalez’s car on the guest card, nor was her address recorded or her FL DL#. Harry was shown 12 photographs of women named Zenaida Gonzalez who were in the Florida DAVID system (driver and vehicle identification database), and Harry picked out the photo of the woman who had visited on June 17.

It’s just my guess that when Yuri Melich called the plaintiff Zenaida Gonzalez on the afternoon of July 16 (using the cell phone number from the guest card), he asked her some questions to confirm her identity, especially since the name on the guest card did not match the name of the woman in the DL photo Harry had picked out of the line-up. Melich asked her if she had visited Sawgrass on June 17, if she had daughters named x and y, and if she drove a XXXX silver Hundai (using the DAVID information to make sure the driver’s license photo picked out by Harry Garcia was the photo of the woman who owned the cell phone number he had just called). It is also my belief that the plaintiff Zenaida Gonzalez erroneously believed that Casey Anthony had provided the information about her two daughters and exact car description to Yuri Melich since on September 25, 2008, John Morgan told WFTV:

“We know this is the right one. They not only knew she was the right Zenaida, gave the names of her two children and type of car she drove. They knew the color of the car she drove. All given to them allegedly by Casey Anthony,” Morgan said.

As it turns out, the name was a partial match (C. Zenaida Gonzale and Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez are similar, but not the same) and Casey had never used the names of the plaintiff’s children in any of her stories (Casey told LE that ZFG was childless). As for the car, a 2008 silver Ford Focus is not an older silver Hundai, and from the switch in focus of the plaintiff’s lawyers on the talk shows from the color of the plaintiff’s car to the fact that she had ridden to the property in a vehicle with New York plates, it appears that Zenaida Gonzalez did not drive her own car to Sawgrass. That is my assumption given that the plaintiff Zenaida Gonzalez’s lawyers stopped referring to the color of their client’s car and given that the plaintiff has apparently been living in Florida for years (her 1999 marriage license application was filed in Osceola County). Since she visited Sawgrass in the company of her boyfriend and son, I am guessing she was driven to Sawgrass in one of their cars, which was not silver but which did have New York plates.

As I wrote in the long post upthread, my opinion is that it is very unlikely that Casey Anthony knew a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez had visited Sawgrass. The facts that Casey told LE that Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez is from New York and that Zenaida Gonzalez apparently was driven to Sawgrass in a car with New York plates do not win me over. Casey had New York on her mind because her boyfriend, Tony, is from New York, he had just spent a week in New York, he drives a Jeep with New York plates, and she knew he was going back to New York when he finished school because he had a music job waiting for him there. Casey also said Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez is Puerto Rican, and New York is a densely populated state with the largest Puerto Rican community in the country. She knew LE would never find her phantom babysitter, and her goal was to keep them looking for the phantom. She couldn’t have picked a better spot, outside of Puerto Rico, than New York in which to send them searching.

Maura- very compelling. One correction or addition if I may. The photos that were shown to “Harry Sawgrass” were all of the SAME WOMAN, and has not been specifically stated to be Zenaida. That part has been assumed. Where do we think Yuri got 12 different photos of ZFG in less than 24 hours?

George knew the gas can incident happened on June 24 because he filed a police report with OCSO that morning. He never said the gas can incident happened near Father’s Day.

George and Cindy could not recall the exact day of the pool ladder incident. Going by Debbie Bennett’s account, the gas can burglary happened on June 24 and she believed the pool ladder incident had happened “a couple” of days (meaning work days, I assume) before the gas can theft. That would mean that the pool ladder incident had happened during the week of June 16.

I believe Casey was home on June 16, 17, 18, and 20 of that week, so any one of those days could be the day of the pool ladder incident. Mark Fuhrman said he talked to George and Cindy early in the investigation and they believed the pool ladder incident probably happened on June 17 (that was the date Cindy got home and found the gate open and the pool ladder up).

In her August “timeline” interview with OCSO, Cindy was getting confused and frustrated because she couldn’t reconcile the known date of the gas can incident (June 24 because of the date on the OCSO report) with Casey’s Zanny story. Cindy knew George had run into Casey on the same day that he reported the burglary, but she couldn’t answer Melich’s question regarding when Casey had taken the gas cans if she was returning them on June 24.

Casey told Cindy she was in Tampa on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (June 20-22). Cindy and George worked on the yard on Sunday, June 22, so they knew the shed had not been broken into before 6:00pm on Sunday. On Monday, June 23, Cindy was expecting Casey and Caylee to come home, but then got a call from Casey about the supposed accident in Tampa. Casey claimed to be at the hospital and unable to come home because she needed to stay with Zanny until Zanny’s mother and sister got there (from Miami). Unknown to Cindy, Casey and Tony had been at the Anthony house that afternoon to break into the shed and take the gas cans.

But Casey didn’t call Cindy on Monday to tell her about the Tampa car accident until 5:30pm. Cindy was home by that time or was on her way home, and Cindy would have stayed in that night and therefore have been home and would have known if Casey had come home and broken into the shed to take the gas cans (and why would Casey break the lock if Cindy was there to give her the key?).

It was the following morning at around 9:30am when George went out to the shed, found the broken lock, and noticed the missing gas cans. He called Cindy at Gentiva, then called OCSO, then called Cindy back at Gentiva. That afternoon, Casey showed up claiming she needed to return to Orlando for Zanny’s insurance card and ultimately said she had taken the gas cans because she was travelling back and forth from Tampa. George said he got the cans (empty) back on the afternoon of the day that he filed the burglary report.

When Casey left that afternoon (sans gas cans) on June 24, George called Cindy at work to tell her about the gas cans and Casey’s trip home, and Cindy called Casey at 3:15pm, presumably to yell at her for leaving Caylee behind in Tampa instead of bringing her home so that Cindy could see her.

That is exactly what I believe happened.

But when Yuri Melich pointed out to her that if Casey had not left Tampa from Friday-Monday, and if Casey returned the empty gas cans to George on Tuesday afternoon, then when could Casey have broken into the shed? He was trying to get Cindy to see that Casey could not have been in Tampa when she said she was, but rather had to have been home at some point because she was returning the gas cans on Tuesday.

Cindy got very flustered and verbalized possible explanations, but she knew they weren’t working. She knew the date of the burglary report was Tuesday, June 24 and she knew that George had run into Casey that afternoon. She considered aloud that maybe Casey had stolen the gas on June 24 and returned the cans on June 25, but she knew that wasn’t right because Casey could not have stolen the gas after George reported the burglary. She couldn’t reconcile Casey’s story with reality, so she fell back on saying “it was one of those two days” (meaning June 24 or June 25), and at that point, Melich let her off the hook and they moved on to the next date in the timeline.

SORRY THIS IS KINDA LONG BUT WORTH READING
THIS POSTER REALY LET THE PUBLISHING COMPANY HAVE IT RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYE!!

Found this letter to S&S on another blog and had to share it. It’s long but says it all…

It has come to my attention that you are possibly in talks with the infamous Anthony family of Orlando, Florida about a book deal regarding the murder of Caylee Marie Anthony. If there are negotiations taking place for such a book, I must simply have to ask “Why?” Is it standard practice to profit from a heinous murder such as this? All of the evidentiary facts are not in at this time, but one indisputable fact remains at the forefront of this entire case and it’s that Caylee Marie Anthony is dead. She is dead at the hands of the one person who was responsible for keeping her safe from harm, her mother Casey Anthony. Caylee is dead because neither George nor Cindy Anthony took the basic steps to sound the alarm after not seeing Caylee for over a month! They are just as culpable as their murderous daughter because Caylee lived with them everyday of her short life and they should have been concerned about her welfare after the first 48-hours. From the moment Cindy Anthony made those 911 calls, she knew Caylee was deceased! When George picked up the Pontiac Sunfire from the towing company, he knew a death had occurred. Between a retired police officer and a practicing nurse, they both knew someone had died and since Casey was still alive and well, it only stood to reason that the baby was the one who was dead. Everyone was accounted for and Casey’s stories about a babysitter and a kidnapping were falling apart at the seams. I’m sure the Anthony’s would have reported their two dogs missing faster than they did for Caylee.

The Anthony’s have no idea what is was like for volunteers to scour the swamps and woods in unbearable heat and humidity. They don’t know all the thousands of prayers people sent up while wading in 2 feet of alligator infested waters looking for Caylee’s body. The Anthony’s weren’t there to experience the heart-stopping, gut-wrenching sick feelings each time a set of small bones were discovered. They are not aware of private mantras of “tell us where you are Caylee girl” “we’re coming for you baby girl” “lead you to us sweet Caylee”, that many of us searchers repeated over and over. The Anthony’s have no clue of how dejected we felt when the sun was going down and all we could pray for was more daylight. To get in our cars and go home after searching was perhaps the most difficult of all because we just knew Caylee was out there all alone somewhere20calling out for us to find her, you could almost hear her voice whispering in the wind. The deep soul crying that was done after we had come back without finding her is something I’ll never forget. The constant wondering if you overlooked something would gnaw at you until you could not stand it anymore. The Anthony’s will never truly know the countless selfless people who wanted this child found safe and sound at any cost. A reporter asked me once, why was I helping search for a child that wasn’t mine. I told her that every child in the community matters despite their circumstances and if it takes a village to raise a child, then the village should take responsibility to bring that child home. Eventually when someone would ask me the question of why was I helping with the searches, I’d simply reply that “I’m doing it for her”, referencing Caylee.

The very people who are looking for a huge million dollar payout from book deals and movie deals are the same people who put the burden of finding their granddaughter’s body on the Central Florida community. These people NEVER looked for Caylee a single time! They NEVER helped in the Texas Equusearch efforts; instead they paraded around their front lawn telling people to get off their butts and help find Caylee. These people, George and Cindy Anthony, have been jet-setting around the nation to all of the major networks pretending to show a transparent sheath of grief for Caylee when all the while they are championing for their daughter. They have refused to seek gainful employment and have set up less than reputable foundations. The Anthony’s have started a teddy bear campaign which they have recently suckered a Cleveland Clinic into, of which I am sure they have asked for a specified “donation” amount to help fund the Caylee Bear program. The Anthony’s have even teamed up with a known felon who runs the KidFinders Network, of which they have not found 1 child since its inception. George Anthony has even gone so far as to sail around the waters of Florida on a brand new bass boat dubbed ‘The SS Caylee Marie’ which is meant to help find missing children in Florida’s waters. There was a situation recently where a young man drowned in a local pond; the Anthony’s never even launched their precious bass boat to help find the boy. The last time I checked, parents were not randomly throwing children in canals here in Orlando, hence why the boat? Is it another dubious effort to hide the money they are making from Caylee’s death?

The most disgusting part of this situation is that no one in the immediate Anthony family is interested in seeking justice for Caylee. They are not screaming into the hills for someone to take responsibility for the death of their only grandchild. They have failed to acknowledge that Caylee was even murdered. The Anthony’s pretend as if Caylee never even existed. She only exists to them when the mortgage is due or the car payment is due. Caylee has become their new mega-money making career. She is worth more to them now in her death than she did when she was alive and they have shown the world exactly how they intend to keep profiting from her murder. If anyone other than their daughter would have murdered Caylee, then I could understand their need to set up foundations and plead their case before the media. Unfortunately for them, they only need to look at their family photos to find Caylee’s killer. The Anthony’s striking a book deal with any publishing house is like a dark mark on that company. The Anthony’s have done nothing but lie, deceive, shift blame, and embrace their only comforts which are denial and cash. They are all guilty of failing this innocent child. Cynthia Anthony should be ashamed the most, she knew she was wrong for destroying evidence in the car and only God knows what else.

In this current society, people feed off of tragedies like this one and it is sickening in so many ways. The Anthony’s want to ride the cash back of Caylee’s little 2 year old broken body until there is nothing else for them to gain. Each time they find a way to make money from her death, I’m sure this child is crying out as they murder her spirit over and over. Caylee will never have eternal peace until the Anthony’s stop cashing in on her soul and until her mother, Casey, gets the swift justice that is barreling down o n her like a runaway freight train.

There are a lot of people across this great nation and abroad that have come together on numerous blogs and forums seeking justice for Caylee. We have to be the voice of this baby. We must endure the antics of the Anthony’s while we fervently pray for this child’s peace. This child is not unlike so many others, but her circumstances and the unrelenting chaos surrounding her death simply get you in the heart and her little grip won’t let go. Caylee’s family has failed her in death as they did in life and no one was there to stop Casey Anthony from watching Caylee’s life slip away. We will not stand quietly by and watch the Anthony’s continue to murder this child again and again just for their own selfish financial gain. They have come to think they are celebrities of some sort and they think it’s their right to sell their “story”. They have no story. They have no grandchild. They have nothing but greed and denial and for that only pity and disdain await them around the next corner.

I implore you, please do not give the Anthony’s another platform to throw Caylee’s life to the wolves. It’s harsh enough that she lay a mere 1,000 feet from their home, in the Florida heat and swampy muck for 6 months as the Anthony’s sashayed all over the nation collecting blood money in her name. They turn their grief on like a light switch and that is difficult to watch as they spew forth lies and pretend as if they are concerned about other missing children. There are other organizations that could use any monies the Anthony’s are attempting to get from you with their “exclusive story”. Please reconsider any deals with these people as they never intend to hold anyone accountable for Caylee’s murder.

It wouldn’t take too much of a leap to know where he got that idea either!!! If there hadn’t been that discussion here, would George’s Mn’M depo have given the new breakfast info? We’ll never know– but how do you forget having breakfast with the baby, hugs et all before she leaves with her mother for the last time– instead of the sterile story he had for LE at first.

I still am interested how LE will get around this, except to show clearly how George’s story changed somewhat– which he can explain by saying he just forgot to ‘add’– and the story he gave didn’t change, he just gave additional info.

I think Harry Garcia misspoke or misunderstood or Yuri Melich was unclear. Melich’s reports are usually very understandable, but occasionally his phrasing is confusing. And I can’t forget that Harry Garcia is the guy who wrote ‘C Zenaida Gonzale’ on the guest card instead of Zenaida Gonzalez.

IMO Yuri Melich did not have 12 photos of same woman, but 12 photos of women with the same name, photos he had pulled from the OC DAVID system and printed out after dropping off Casey at 6:30am and prior to visiting Sawgrass at 8:30am. He certainly didn’t have 12 photos of the plaintiff Zenaida Gonzalez printed on a sheet of paper because he didn’t know anything about the Zenaida Gonzalez who visited Sawgrass until Amanda Macklin pulled the guest card. Once Macklin saw Harry’s handwriting, she called him into the office. That’s when Melich asked him about the visit and showed Harry the sheet of paper with 12 photos.

Fair enough, agreed, but how do you know for sure there were not 12 pics of Casey?

George was never specifically asked to describe the events of the morning of June 16 in his LE interview. When he mentioned seeing Casey and Caylee together around 1:50pm, he was actually responding to a question about who was home when he returned from work on the night of June 15:
Q. Okay, when you came home who was at the house at that time? Do you remember actually seeing . . .

A. Well, I, I’m almost positive that, uh, Casey’s car was in the driveway and I would be lead to believe then that they were both there, Casey and Caylee. I know my wife was there because I got home just shortly after 11:00. And the next morning, or let’s put it this way, like ten minutes to one that afternoon on the 16th is when I actually saw Casey and Caylee together; they’re both leaving with backpacks, and so my daughter said she was going to work and she was taking Caylee to the, to the nanny, to the babysitter. But I know it was 10 minutes to 1 cause I was watching this food channel thing that I watch between noon and 1. So I’m positive that, that I know for a dog gone fact.

Q. Can you recall what was in her possession on that date, how the child was dressed or how your daughter was dressed or what bag she may have had?
From there, the interview moved into George’s memory of what Caylee and Casey were wearing and a description of their backpacks. The interview never got back to anything that may have happened that day before they left the house, and George only mentioned the LAST time he saw them TOGETHER. He said nothing about seeing either of them separately or together earlier that day.

In contrast, during the interview on The Early Show, Maggie Rodriquez specifically asked George about his recollections of the last day he spent with Caylee, June 16, 2008. That is why he brought up breakfast.

Maggie Rodriquez: “Tell me about that day, George. The last time that you saw Caylee, what was she doing?”

George Anthony: “Well, the last time I saw her was June 16, was one year ago today. And I woke up with her in the morning at 7:30 and got a chance to have breakfast with her. And needless to say, just before one o’clock that day, I didn’t re-, ever realize that would be the last time I would see her, I’d have a chance to kiss her, hold her, and I would hear her name*, hear her call me Jo Jo, and puttin’ her in the car and waving bye to her.”

*I think he meant “hear her voice.”

***

Personally, I don’t see the contradiction that was enraging and upsetting so many people around the web when George mentioned having breakfast with Caylee on June 16. If George had been asked by LE the same question he was asked by Maggie Rodriguez and he gave two different answers, then I would agree that George contradicted himself. That isn’t what I see in the interviews.

Agreed Maura, respectfully, your assuming they did not.

I point this out simply because I am rather hesitant to accept it as mere coincidence that Casey’s first story about leaving Caylee with “Zenaida Gonzales” at “Sawgrass Apartments” was originally lent credibility (however small and however quickly dismissed as hogwash) by the fact that a real, living, breathing woman named Zenaida Gonzalez actually made a visit to Sawgrass Apartments around/just after the time of the alleged kidnapping.

The proposition that this is such a common name as an explanation for the coincidence defies mathematical logic/is belied by the laws of probability and statistics (unless that name is SO common that a “Zenaida Gonzales” pays a visit to Sawgrass Apartments EVERY month of the year (since we have the 31 day period, I selected monthly).

I am not saying that a coincidence is not POSSIBLE. I am just adding a gentle reminder that it is highly IMPROBABLE.

28. MICHIGAN FAN says:

Blink #460 Do you think that the 12 different photos were of Casey wearing wigs or other disguises?? I think Mark Furman mentioned this about could it have been Casey in disquise??

29. Julie says:

#124…you hit a nail on the head. Are we sooooooo certain that George REALLY was the ‘one’ with the internet $ scheme ect? Could this not be another spin on reality… covering as ‘always’ for someone else.Prior to this horrific murder the ‘cover ups’ were already going on. WHY?

30. Julie says:

Does anony recall in a jail visit where Casey made the comment that “I knew what I was getting into…going into this.”

Oh really Casey…hmmm…

31. Todd in Tulsa says:

If Caylee wasn’t in that trunk, what was Casey trying to hide from George when she rudely ran passed him to get to the trunk first to give him the gas cans?

32. silverspnr says:

BTW-

For what it’s worth (cannot confirm any of the reporting about what was on Victoria Aleman’s MySpace page or whether the person posting as “Victoria Aleman” is actually her), here is an entire thread on Casey/Sawgrass/Victoria Aleman

Thanks for posting, VA is missing the point, imo

how did zanny kidnap caylee on the 16 th from sawgrass and go to tampa with caylee and casey on the 20th,i mean i know its all made up,but didnt cindy ask that when before she called 911 the last time she says to 911 that she just admitted she was kidnapped.so cindy is saying that zanny kidnapped her on the 16th yet they were all in tampa thru the 26th,wth ,how am i trying to say this? will someone say it better for me?

34. silverspnr says:

Matthew Crisp was a mutual friend of Casey and Vicky Aleman, among others.

Here is a potentially interesting clip from his statement to LE:

MC: (Sighs.) Only uhm, this information that I have here uh, is when uh, she called me up uh, like I said, uhm, on uh, probably, actually it was this morning, the morning of uh, June 19th uh, in reference to uh, wanting to know if I still leased apartments uh, and that her boyfriend was looking to break his. lease uh, or, or and his lease was ending. That he was still looking for an apartment. Uhm, I told her that’s what I still do uhm, and I’m still here if she wanted to come by. Uhm, they both came by and uh, she didn’t have her Id. (identification) with her so I wasn’t able to show her the apartment. Uh, I showed him.

Where –and with access to what business records–might he have (innocently) left Casey while he was showing Tony the apartment?

It’s hard to accept that she just happened to select Sawgrass Apts as the original nanny-drop-off location.

35. Kleat says:

12 photos of Casey? Interesting, one might need a full dozen to show the variations.

36. NancyS says:

Please forgive me for stating that there is Probably someone posing as a poster asking questions on here that sound like they are not up on this case.
It is just funny to me is all how someone can actually think that those of us that have followed this case from the first 911 call, can’t read between the lines? I am sure I am not the only one that has noticed this.
I am tired too and noticed it…… geeesh.
I wonder which of us will bite… lol

They just want something in writing by one of us to drag us through the dirt too.

I wonder when new docs will be released? Friday afternoon?

I just love you all… thanks for keeping it real.

Hmm. Well then, How did we do? Give a hint, lol

Thank you for the Andover Lakes info. You live close to Jeff and Zanny’s old residence, you know.

All-
If you click on the link I sent in #485, it will enlighten you to scroll all the way up to the top and read the entire thread. The people who posted there noted some interesting things about what was on VA’s MySpace.

VA’s friends include: Iassen, Melina,JEFF H, Dante, Matt C, Sean
VA’s friends/relatives include: Raquel, Jasmin, Victor, Samantha
VA’s whereabouts…

Missing the point, indeed, Blink.

Yep. Keyzer Soze.

40. silverspnr says:

We know that Casey enjoys weaving bits of truth into her webs of deceit.

Did Casey simply “lift” information from VA’s life for her “Zanny kidnapped Caylee” story?

Is “Jasmin” (part of) the “association”?

The Sawgrass Guest Card: C Zenaida Gonzale, Jasmine y Michelle

A “Kiomarie” MySpace account listed “Yazmin” and “Michelle” as “besties”/”homegirls”–and they are again highlighted in her “Heroes” section. (And yes, Yazmin is not the same as “Jasmin”, but this MySpace account contains frequent, intentional misspellings. It was last accessed March 10, 2008).

41. Julie says:

I just want to run a little comparison for everyone to see what you think. Murder is obviously a pretty HUGE reason for her family to ‘cover up’ things for Casey . They don’t want her to get the death penalty ect.ect.ect…agreed? Now then why or WHAT was equally as HUGE PRIOR to the murder that everything was kept ‘covered-up’ also??? Because we absolutely know there was a lot of HUGE CRIMINAL ect. behavior PRIOR to the murder also..We just see or hear about now as it is in the news NOW……this was ALWAYS going on…???????

42. Todd in Tulsa says:

Blink, I am completely unable to see this as nothing less than premeditated murder. Some of the possible scenarios out there, which include Caylee drowned, “feared” what Cindy might say or do, and she “panicked”. I am struggling to see how looking up all of those search terms in advance is an “accident”. Also, an accident is usually something that is fessed up to some time after the incident occurs. If this was an accident, as some of the nutjob defense attorneys claim on the talk shows, how does triple bagging a 2 year old girl, along with ducttape wrapped numerous times around her mouth constitute as an accident?

43. Julie says:

Blink…#469 your response….just like the ID LEE spoke of that the police snatched away from Casey’s belongings from Tony’s (her ‘real’ purse from his place?????)…Part4 -Lee- police interview on You Tube?? I say her real purse as opposed to the decoy she left in the car..

44. westsidehudson says:

What is the source for the 12 photos of the same woman in a ‘line-up’ sheet? I know that it’s been tossed around for a while. Was it only Mark Furman? Has someone else confirmed this, like one of your sources, Blink?

Whatever happened to Furman? Did he continue to cover the case, or was he let go after Geraldo Rivera began a friendship with Jose Baez? I don’t follow Fox news too often.

NancyS,

Who?

Harry’s OCSO Interview/Statement. Yuri specifically tells them the photos are of the same woman

45. boz says:

I don’t blog here much and don’t have the time to read all these blogs but I know most of you care deeply for “Justice for Caylee”. That said, please take a moment Sunday 8/9 and say a prayer on what would have been little Caylee’s 4th birthday.

46. Kleat says:

silverspnr, interesting, thanks.

And in the ‘Baby Gurz..” (aka Kiomarie Myspace) there’s a ‘Josh’– I know there was a ‘Josh’ in Casey’s stories. The account not only was last accessed March 10, 2008, but it was created on that same date and each little entry ends with ‘gotta go peace….’ or ‘gotta go byezzz…’ or ‘check those movies out there awsome BYEZZZZ……’ (sounds like several entrys made with interruptions… back and forth, but all done on the same day… well, that’s the impression).

(mood ‘cranky’) Casey was talking about going on a holiday with her mother, then went on her own ‘holiday’, and BabyGulz is from ‘HOLIDAY’ (in caps) Florida.

The person claims to like horror movies– Casey talked about horror movies and said she enjoyed them and suggested that they weren’t scarey.

(quoted without the funny spellings to make it easier to read)

“I love the movie Saw 3 it’s the best I don’t even think its scarey so if anyone out there think its scarey then you guys are woosiez it not scarey I love that movie” (quoted without the funny spellings and all caps, etc, to make it easier to read)

“The person says she loves to watch tv but never gets to because her two little brothers, Jantiel and JOSH always hog it…. but at night time I get to go because they half to go to bed at 8:30 at night so when they go to bed I get to watch but gotta go, PEACE….”

Heroes: “My heroes are Ashley Alisa MIchelle and Yazmine There my Homegurl. I will never forget them. They are my live I love them we never forget the things in the past we will always stick up for them so don’t change our friendship we will be BFF….”

Anyone venture a guess as to what this means ( after the BFF part of course) ‘BFFLA3NMWANB3CTO’ ????

47. Kleat says:

(sorry for moving a sentence up there and forgetting to delete it– duplicating duplicating. ) So much to catch up on– you think you’ve see what there is out there, and along come Maura and silverspnr… and so many more…

Funny how often Keyser Soze comes up in this case, isn’t it!

48. westsidehudson says:

You know, a few of you highlighted something for me that made a light go on. Sorry, sometimes I’m a dull bulb, I guess .lol

How could Cindy tell detectives that Caylee was kidnapped around the 16th of June, but then turn around and try to convince the detective that Casey was with Zenaida on the 24th of June when an accident occurred. How can you reconcile those two thoughts? It makes no sense. Cindy had to realize this.

silvrspnr,#447

Are you suspicious that Casey actually knew the Zenaida that filed a lawsuit? I wasn’t certain if I was completely comprehending the post

Kleat,

Thanks for your kind words. And to your post, I agree that Cindy is tough, but being able to separate yourself from horrors of decomp or smells at work as a nurse is what is required, you have to, on some level, view people as “cases”. It’s just such a different thing when it comes to “your own”. I am still on the wall, (and falling off, frequently)

49. karen says:

New Documents to be released today

The material came on a CD and includes a animation and still showing the crime scene where Caylee Anthony was found, photos of the “Big Trouble” shirt Caylee was wearing, e-mails from Casey Anthony, an 1,100-page investigative report, and a forensic report that includes an analysis of the odor in Casey Anthony’s truck.

50. westsidehudson says:

Emails between Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigators and the a researcher at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Most of them deal with questions about the evidence collected from Casey Anthony’s car, including chemicals showing the presence of a decomposing human and chloroform. One email is particularly interesting. The Oak Ridge researcher wrote:

I try very hard not to second-guess people since I am well aware that I know very little of what is really going on in an investigation, but I think the early release of the chloroform data was a mistake. Since I am saying nothing to anyone outside my group, I am now getting criticized for other reasons and feel that it might be time to back away from this work. I will of course get the next report out to you and Yuri as promised as soon as I can. On a final note, some of the products we have seen include Pinene and Limonene. This could point to a (possibly) shallow marshy area with decaying vegetation. Is there such an area anywhere near where the car was found? Is it possible to get a topo map of the area? Would it be possible to speak to the individual leading the search from Necrosearch?”

A report from the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation that discusses text messages sent to and from Casey Anthony. That includes one to Anthony’s friend about a piece of a dead animal being stuck in her car’s wheel well. The MBI postulates that was a “pre-emptive explanation” for the smell of a dead body.
