Caylee/Casey Anthony Case Bombshell: Proof George Anthony Lied
Orlando,
According to the Investigative Report Excerpt regarding the Cell phone ping study, Casey did not leave the Anthony home until 4:14PM on June 16th. Not the 12:50PM time he told Investigators and recounted in several media interviews. Most recently, George refused to discuss the last time he saw his granddaughter Caylee during the deposition in the civil case against his daughter, lodged by Zenaida Gonzalez.
Given the previously released computer forensics, whereby we know Casey was on the home computer on an IM chat in the morning this supports the fact she was in the home, and as the calls begin on Casey’s cell, she is leaving the residence.
SO.. Could it be George who never came home the evening of June 15th? Did Casey leave her cell phone there the evening before and come back? Impossible. She was on it.
Message to Leonard: This makes one more.. LOL.. Told You.

ok kleat got it ,and blink ,so on the17th, she doesnt want to drive her car? doesnt have gas?is caylee still in the trunk or with her in tony’s jeep?so she passes on the dump, and maybe returns her to the trunk ,is that why she doesnt drive her car?she doesnt want to drive around with with a dead body in her trunk?or is she just scoping places for the next day?the 18th she decides on the backyard(or goes there to bag well)(or to go over the back fence) or the pet cemetery so she goes there, iirc she then is nowhere near the anthony home until she runs out of gas and breaks into the shed.blink, your patience, you must’ve had that timeline a long time ago.
Very. but I respect people that do the research before they ask- I N E V E R have a problem with that.
She had a deceased Caylee in the trunk, thus TL’s truck.

susanm, re the laundry and trash bags, from what I gathered from the autopsy report, the trash bags were in tatters after being battered around by the weather for so long. (And I guess they are biodegradable to some extent, so yay for that, except it doesn’t help the case). The handles on one of the bags were still tied. No decomp stain on the laundry bag, but remember that it was under water for some period of time, including during a hurricane. (Had Cain been a better deputy, the hurricane wouldn’t have played a role, as Fay didn’t blow in until a week after Kronk reported the bag and Cain halfheartedly searched for it, though there had already been quite a bit of rain in June and July—around 9 inches each month—which is why Kronk saw it sitting in water.) All the decomp stuff was long washed away, from what I can tell anyway.
Wendy re 483 – you said it well! It is scary to imagine what may have happened if Casey had been capable enough to prevent Cindy from making those 911 calls. Very different story but I think the key players may have ended up looking much like they do today.
I really laughed over the lawyers because I think KC feels she has moved up the social ladder. Not sure how much reality is sinking in and/or the charm wearing off. She does have rules but she doesn’t have Cindy. And she sure does have a job now. From home or the office depending on how you label your space.
I so wonder what we would know if LE had facilitated that top priority call to Tony.
Must get back to reading but I was struck by your post.
Also many thanks for the visuals so many provided re plants -sorry I can’t remember how to spell kudzo and too lazy to look back.
And all the other stuff too!
Oh Roz re 496 Another huge big sigh from me. It is all so distressing
Ok so cindy tells her coworker debbie that on 6/24 casey stopped by to get an insurance card for zenaida who is injured, and caylee is at a hotel in tampa. On 6/24 @2;46pm amy sends troy a message from facebook which says”I’m still at ricardo and jp’s place. I hope everthing works out soon. Hey I forwarded my mail alittle late, any idea how to get my insurance stuff from the ociviedo house? …..?????…
#503, Brenda ~ You are wondering what would’ve happened if Casey had been able to get Tony Lazzaro’s phone no. that first night in jail. My belief is Casey just wanted to get some “poor you, Casey, I’m so sorry, my love” attention from Tony. During Casey’s phone call to her folks when she is arrested that first time, & trying to get Tony’s no. from anybody, she actually asks Kristine (sp?) Chester if Tony is there at the Anthony home.
I think Casey is narcissistic enough to imagine that Tony would race over to her home while declaring his undying love for her, just to see if there was anything, anything at all that he could do for the fair damsel locked away in the tower.
Really, I don’t think she confided anything to Tony. What would be the point? She had a brand-new life, she had no regrets, so what was there to tell Tony? And since he’d only known Casey a short time, she could easily fool him with a story about Caylee’s permanent absence. (“She went to live with my sister in Los Angeles. My sister can’t have children….” e.g.)
Bet Tony Lazzaro rues the day he ever met Casey Anthony.
Good evening (morning!), Blink and Blinkos (as we say in Montana),
Read posts here every day, swore I’d never embarrass myself by posting here, but can’t help myself now.
Randie–good post #494.
Blink–or you other excellent sleuthers–do you know if ZG had a myspace/facebook page, or something similar, on which she could have commented that she had visited Sawgrass apts. and Casey read it and incorporated it into her ridiculous story? Do you think, Blink, that the theft of the computer has anything to do with Casey? I’ve read a lot, but can’t recall your thoughts on this.
Also–I really enjoy knowing certain people are reading your reports (Christine Sheddy’s story, for one), knowing that they must feel the big boom being lowered. Slowly. Way to string it out, Blink!!!
# 449- Kleat-repeating your thoughts…hmm
Weird, but Stutz’s # was programmed into Casey’s phone. I don’t know what, or if, that means something. Tony’s wasn’t. But you would think that maybe Tony’s # wasn’t programmed into the phone because she knew it by heart as he was her boyfriend. But then calling her house from jail and asking for it proved otherwise. So you’ve got me there Kleat.
She went to see Stutz on the 17th, but HOW DID SHE GET TONY’S CAR BEFORE going? It seems, by pings, that she ends up there (at Tony’s), but at the end of the day and then remains. Kleat, Blink , did she have Tony’s car on the 15th????
Did she meet someone who brought and exchanged cars? I’m so confused again.
Someone posted that Semoran & Aloma were NEAR Tony’s place. But that isn’t his respective cell tower, or is it an alternative tower?
Also, when the bathing suit was left there (at Stutz’s) was it “inadvertently” left there, like Casey brought the bag in and left it like her purse in the abandoned pontiac? Or did she ask Stutz to hold onto it? What were the circumstances? I don’t remember reading that in the interview.
# 457- silverspnr
That one comment by Baez, “innocent”, is the least of his worries in terms of the things he has said & done, and in the context of the overall picture, in my opinion LOL!
Blink
If you believe the fake ID story in the development of this Zany character by Casey, do you also believe that the defense would be in possession of this material by now?
Can you tell us if this is still speculation , based on your early research ( the ticket, etc), or have any sources spoken to the validity of the story since?
I remember you eluding to someone from the defense side (??) picking up copies, that they paid for, or was that LE?
I have a feeling you’re not going to answer, but one can try, right?
Not defense, Not LE, you can tell by the way the charge to the account reads.
B
Nancy #389 I respect your courage and your strength.
Oneshot #388
How can you explain Cindy? After she and George brought that car home on the 16th. How could she possibly send George off to work and then she herself went back to work. With all the thoughts that had to be going on in her mind. Could she so completely compartmentalize her suspicions (my God) whatever she was thinking to go back and do her job.
Now I know she told her co workers about the car and they told her to leave and call the police but she didn’t. How could she go back to work???
How could she go back to work especially if she had some type of realization on July 3rd? Why? Why? was Cindy NOT making a “flurry” of phone calls and George too the MINUTE they discovered that car and that smell? Come on…..
PLEASE Blink! # 505
I knew you were going to be cryptic, but….
The Anthony’s ? Casey, the PI? ANNIE? Morgan?
Or Give me a clue about what you mean “the way the charge to the account reads”?
Lee?
Where can you go to see this info, or does it involve living in Orlando?
lol, West Side- seriously?
B
# 513….I know, I know…..head down, walks away.
Lol, I cant blame a gal for tryin’
B
Susanm #501 You state that on th 17th Casey doesn’t want to drive her car but according to Brian Burner, the neighbor, he knew for sure one of the days she backed her car into the garage was on the 17th because he got back in town the evening of June 16th and the 17th was a ‘couch’ day for him. He was sure of the 17th. But unsure on the other two days she backed her car in…18th or 19th (borrowed shovel one of those days and backed car in, and 20th backed car in. Maybe she took Tony’s jeep after visiting her house on the 17th in her own car? Or could she have taken Tony’s jeep the afternoon of the 16th?
#491 – Todd, I think that it was odd that any “code” dialog between the two happened at all. Also part of the code conversations:
“Did you guys get my messages from Jose?” Casey Anthony asked.
“Yes,” Lee Anthony said.
**They both knew they were being video-recorded and the above dialog shows Lee had access to Atty Baez and any messages Casey may have wanted to send PRIVATELY. So why the mini-movie? Casey had an attorney and several PIs in her back pocket – yet she decides to keep all of them (attorney and several PIs) ‘in the dark’ as she attempts to publicly pass ‘clues’ as to the baby’s location to her brother Lee. Are we thinking that she was attempting to ‘rectify’ the situation by having big bro take care of business while keeping the defense team ‘in the dark’ and convinced of her innocence? They both knew that LE and her defense team would view this video (and maybe by then the public as well). So what was the point of those conversations really?
“Did you guys get my messages from Jose?” Casey Anthony asked.
**Maybe one of those messages was asking Lee to come in so they could record this mini-movie. Maybe it was all just another planned publicity stunt for the defense. If Casey was attempting to ‘go around’ her defense team and keep the ‘clean up’ all in the family – I would have imagined the defense would have argued to seal these videos as they had with others. Nope. The defense was comfortable with the release of those ‘coded’ conversations. And we should all wonder why.
# 516- Snowy-”I would have imagined the defense would have argued to seal these videos as they had with others. Nope. The defense was comfortable with the release of those ‘coded’ conversations. And we should all wonder why.”
Snowy,
The release of these videos happened pretty early on in the case, before the dream team enlisted, as I recall, so was it a stroke of genius and master strategy to permit the release, or a misstep in doing so?
Not sure. Also not sure what kind of reasoning could have been used in a motion to try to block the release….anyone?
Based on the phone calls and flurry of them that Casey made to her parents on June 16th in the afternoon. Lily pointed out that she never talked to them due to the shortness of the calls. Which makes me wonder. If you receive multiple calls on your phone from your daughter Cell and home phone you would see those attempts. Why wouldn’t you try to call your daughter back at least that night? I can see maybe not seeing the calls until you have a break at work or when you come home after work, but why wouldn’t you then make an attempt to call her back that night to find out why she called multiple times. Could it be that maybe Cindy didn’t want to speak with Casey because of an argument from the night before?
I have really viewed recently photos of Lee with Caylee in his arms and Casey with Caylee in her arms at the beach ect…..can’t help but notice how REDDISH Caylee’s hair is next to either of them.Is there any chance that M.Hawkins may be her father? Was he around at all at that time? I see NO Hispanic traits what so ever in Caylee. But you can not help notice her reddish colored hair.Especially if you look at the photos on docstoc of Casey with her at the beach. Casey and Lee also are out in the sun a lot and their hair is not reddish at all.Just wondering?
Great Post Wendy!!! I agree with all you said. Loved the last line. Are you on right now? Do you still agree to the observation I made a while back??
#515 steph yes,i was supposing in general, i didnt cross reference with neighbor bb sitings ,as i remembered his indesiveness about certain dates but your right gonna check that out thankx.
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/1855069/More-Casey-Anthony-Photos
there is a photo of a guy with Casey with lots of tattoos K I L L on his knuckles with reddish hair?
http://www.docstoc.com/docs/1678887/Casey-Anthony-Facebook-Myspace-Photobucket-Photos
if you see the beach photos especially Caylee has very reddish hair.
Anyones thoughts?
#502 suz ,you asked me once if i thought cindy’s knowing could me mothers intuition,i have thought that and still consider it ,but there is just stuff about cindy and george’s reactions that are still questionable to me,i havent finished reading all of george stuff yet but i still havent found him telling the tampa, zanny accident story, but i do think that casey was telling cindy that story,as the accident of tony’s friends happened on the same day as she is telling cindy zanny has had an accident(i think casey is using a part of the truth for her lie,so i take back saying cindy might have made up that part of the story.but there is a huge gap in the fact the cindy was such ball buster and controll freak and perfectionist an ruled with such an iron hand ,i find it hard to believe, she was believing casey lies, neither had ever been “out of town” or away from cindy for more than three days, but i guess maybe THE FIGHT changed things.
Re: Chris and the bag of Caylee’s swimming items
In her Friday, August 1 interview with Eric Edwards and Yuri Melich, Cindy said a blond guy named Chris (but she wasn’t 100% sure of the name because she had never met him before) went to a get-together at the Anthony home about a week prior.
By the time of Cindy’s August 1 OCSO interview, there had been two gatherings at the Anthony house with a dozen or so of Casey’s old and new friends. The first was a gathering that immediately followed the first vigil for Caylee Anthony, which was held on the first Sunday after Casey’s arrest, Sunday, July 20.
The second gathering occurred in the following week. Cindy said Annie and Cory had set up the second gathering to discuss the situation further (timeline and Casey’s mood) and had invited a lot of Casey’s old and new friends. Per a text message sent to Amy from Annie Downing at 8:41am on Wednesday, July 23: “Mrs Anthony is requesting us all to meet at the house at 8pm. Please arrage your schedules accordingly. This is VERY important!”
Cindy said this “Chris” showed up at the second gathering and had a bag of swimming things that Casey took with her whenever Caylee went swimming somewhere other than the Anthony’s home pool. The bag included an orange swimsuit, a Dora the Explorer scuba-type one-piece with an inflatable vest, a comb, some hair things, and some swimmers.
Yuri Melich kept interrupting Cindy’s narrative about the get-togethers to ask her who this Chris person was and what exactly he had given Cindy in that bag.
When Cindy said that a friend at the second gathering had brought over the Dora swimming suit . . .
YM: Who brought that over?
Cindy said someone named Chris . . .
YM: That’s the friend that brought the swimsuit back?
Cindy started listing the people at the get-together . . .
YM: Who brought the swimsuit?
Cindy said she thought his name was Chris and had never met him before. Cindy mentioned the orange swimsuit and “the Dora thing” . . .
YM: And the Dora what?
Cindy described the inflatable wetsuit . . .
YM: What else did he bring?
Cindy described the swimmers and hair things . . .
YM: Is, uh, how, uh, how did Chris know about the meeting at the house? Did you reach out to him, someone . . . ?
Cindy explained about the gathering being arranged by Annie and Corey. Cindy then said the “Chris: who returned the bag claimed he had left messages for an OCSO detective but no one from OCSO had called him back.
Chris Stutz had been interviewed two days earlier on Wednesday, July 30, by Yuri Melich and did not mention a bag of swimming items. A partial summary:
Chris said he’d known Casey for about three years. Chris goes to school in Tallahassee, but his permanent residence is his parents’ house on Perez Street. He and Casey had briefly dated in the spring of 2007, and in the summer of 2007, they had hung out a lot at her house and at his house. He said he’d been to the Anthony house frequently: “I’ve been to that house a million times.”
On May 5, Cinco de Mayo, Chris came home after being out with friends and found Casey at his house, visiting with his parents. Casey and Chris decided to go out together, but Chris didn’t say where they went. [Per the text messages Casey sent to Amy on the evening of May 5, Casey and her friend Chris were at Scoops, and Casey wanted Amy to join them. In an email the next day, Casey said Chris got so drunk that Casey had to drive him home.]
On Mother’s Day, May 11, Caylee and Casey spent the day at Chris’s parents’ house. His parents were there. [He didn’t say if they swam in the pool, but they may have.]
On May 17, Casey and Caylee spent the night together with Chris at his parents’ house. Chris’s parents were away. [They may have used the pool on this day as well.]
On an evening shortly before she visited him on June 17, 18, or 19, Casey ran into Chris around town; he said it was possibly Scoops, but he wasn’t sure, and he may have been recalling the evening they went out in early May. OCSO has receipts for Tony Lazzaro on the evening of June 18 for Tijuana Flats and Chili, so this could be the night that Chris “randomly” ran into Casey out on the town.
On June 17, 18, or 19, Casey visited Chris at his parents’ house around 5:00pm and was driving Tony’s Jeep. Chris said Casey stopped over a day or so after he had “randomly” run into her in the evening [I think she visited Chris’s house on Thursday, June 19]. Chris’s mother was there using a treadmill she had recently purchased, and she helped Chris to narrow down the timeline to those three days. Casey stayed for one-to-two hours. They sat on the couch, watched TV, and talked.
Chris ran into her on July 7 at Buffalo Wild Wings. He said she was there with Sean Daly and Iassen.
She sent him a text on July 13 or 14 asking him what he was doing for his birthday.
He thought he saw her running on Chickasaw in the morning on July 14 (he incorrectly recalled the date as July 15 in his interview, and Casey’s cell pings put her at Tony’s apartment during that time).
He got a text message on July 16 saying Caylee had been missing for 31 days. Later that night, Casey tried to call him from jail around 11:30-11:45pm, and he hung up when he heard the recording asking him to accept a call from Casey. He called his parents to ask what he should do, and they told him not to accept her call. Three or four minutes after calling him the first time, she tried again, and again he refused to take the call.
On July 17, he called Crimeline to report what he knew. He finally got through, and said in his interview that he basically gave Crimeline all the information he had just given Detective Melich (“Basically this whole list”).
Detective White called Chris on July 18 to follow-up on the Crimeline tip and must have left a message because Chris said he called back an hour later and then the next day. Chris never said during his July 30 interview if he ever talked to Detective White, but I get the sense that he had never connected with Detective White.
At the end of his July 30 interview with Detective Melich, almost as an afterthought, Chris mentioned he had been to a get-together at the Anthony house “not last Sunday, but the Sunday before that,” which would be Sunday, July 20. He did not mention anything particular about that gathering, and he didn’t mention returning any of Caylee’s swimming clothes to Cindy.
When Yuri Melich interviewed Cindy on August 1, it seems to me that he was hearing about the bag of swimming items for the first time because he asked Cindy so many questions about the contents of the bag and the identity of the blond male possibly named Chris who had returned them at the second gathering. As I read the transcript of Cindy’s August 1 interview, neither Yuri Melich nor Eric Edwards knew anything about the Dora scuba suit or anything else in the bag that was returned by the male named “Chris” that Cindy had never met before. IMO, it is unlikely that two days earlier, Chris Stutz told Yuri Melich that he had returned a bag of swimming items to Cindy.
There is a “Chris Corso” in Casey’s cell contact list, but I nevertheless think it’s likely that Chris Stutz is the blond male who returned the bag of swimming items. There are consistencies between Cindy’s account and Chris Stutz’s account, but there are a few inconsistencies as well.
Cindy said the “Chris” who returned the swimming items had called OCSO but had not heard from back from them. This is a typical exaggeration, but it does square with Chris Stutz’s account of having called Crimeline and received a follow-up message from Detective White, but then never got a response to the two voicemails he left for White.
Cindy was firm that the blond male who returned the swimming things had returned the bag at the second gathering that occurred on or after Wednesday, July 23 (it was either that night per Annie’s email to Amy or within the next day or two). Chris Stutz said he went to a gathering that was clearly the first on Sunday, July 20 (“not last Sunday, but the Sunday before”). Since both gatherings had taken place by the time of Chris Stutz’s interview on July 30, I am concluding that Chris only went to the first gathering.
Chris Stutz was fairly precise about the date of the gathering he attended, so if Chris Stutz had the bag and returned it to Cindy on Sunday, July 20, it’s possible that Cindy was simply confused about the gathering (first or second) at which the swimming items were returned to her. She was off on other dates, so that is a good possibility.
Chris Stutz said he had been to the Anthony house “a million times,” especially during the summer of 2007, but Cindy said she had never met the blond male who returned the bag of swimming items. However, it’s very possible that Chris Stutz was never at the house when Cindy was there. I am recalling that this was the summer, per Debbie Bennett’s account, in which Cindy was supposed to meet Jeff Hopkins and Zachary on three or four occasions. Casey may only have invited Chris to the house when she knew Cindy wouldn’t be there and, per usual, was lying about what she was up to and the people she was hanging out with.
There is no mention of Caylee’s swimming items in his July 30 interview, but Chris was working off a list of items that he had compiled back on July 17, before any gathering, and he seemed to recall the gathering he had attended only at the end of the interview and then only mentioned it in passing – a sort of ‘oh, yeah, and I went to the Anthony house with a bunch of other people.’ So maybe Chris Stutz returned the items to Cindy on Sunday, July 20, but didn’t think it was important enough to mention to Detective Melich or maybe Chris had completely forgotten about the bag of swimming items by the time he was interviewed.
It is extremely unlikely to me that if Casey handed Chris that bag when she dropped in unexpectedly during the week of June 16 that Chris Stutz would have forgotten about it because it would have stood out in his memory as being a strange request. It is equally unlikely to me that Casey would have done so in order to frame him given that his mother was in the house when she stopped over on June 17, 18, or 19. If Casey had handed him that bag out of the blue, he probably would have asked his mother where he should store it.
An OC property records search shows that the Stutz’s property includes a covered, in-ground pool. Since Casey and Caylee spent a lot of time at the Stutz residence in the summer of 2007 and since Casey appears to have been on very good terms with Chris’s parents, it could be that the bag of Caylee’s swimming items was left at the residence with the knowledge and permission of Chris’s parents. She and Caylee were over a lot and used the pool when they visited, so the bag was kept there as a courtesy. That bag could have been there since summer 2007. Or Casey could have brought the bag with her when she visited the Stutz family with Caylee on Mother’s Day and/or a week later (May 17) when she and Caylee spent the night with Chris.
At any rate, in my opinion, that bag of swimming items was likely at the Stutz house long before Caylee disappeared and because it had been left there long before Caylee disappeared, there was nothing, in Chris Stutz’s mind, remarkable about the bag, so he had likely forgotten about it by the time he spoke to Yuri Melich on July 30.
That is a phenom account of this very compellling issue, thanks for the contribution as usual. But Maura, why is Chris Stutz the only friend Casey calls from jail twice, the night she got arrested?
B
#502 suz that was could be mothers intuition and also thanks for the bag info,i was wondering if its disernable as to whether is was opened and tampered with.
I don’t regard the phone calls from jail as being indicative of anything other than Casey’s attempt to gather support to herself by reaching out to her friends. Casey does not know the phone numbers of many people she contacts by phone all day long like Tony Lazzaro because their numbers are programmed into her cell phone. That’s why she had to call the Anthony house around 11:15pm on July 16 to ask Lee for Tony’s number.
Chris Stutz’s number, on the other hand, was possibly a number she had memorized since she hadn’t needed to ask Lee or anyone else at the Anthony house for his number.
And I would not conclude that Chris Stutz was the only person Casey tried to phone twice on the night of July 16. Rather, he is the only person we know of (other than Tony) that she tried to call on the night of July 16. There could be others she tried to call one or more times.
You may be right, no doubt, I’m holding out for a while on this one.
B
Maura
If LE was even considering an accidental death early on in this case, couldn’t we assume that, after this revelation from Cindy regarding the return of the swimsuit, they would go back & ask Stutz how long he had the bathing suit at his house and how/why it came to be there?
You may be correct in all of your thoughtful analysis, and I always appreciate them. You are amazing.
Regardless:
I am, as Blink is, really curious why he was the one that she called from jail. It would seem from his interview that they had not seen each other as much since the prior year (only reconnecting in May’08). Like Kleat said, was she setting someone up, or looking for an alibi, or what?
As an aside, (disclosure: I am not in my 20′s), it seems strange to me that Casey is staying overnight at people’s homes who live relatively close to her house so frequently. I know that if one is drunk, or something like that, it’s better not to drive. But, is it the norm these days for 20 somethings to stay over random friends homes? People that she is in and out of contact with? Why do you need to, if you can drive home, especially with a toddler in tow? Did that not seem strange to the Stutzs? I know Casey’s reasoning might be to avoid Cindy. But isn’t it strange for the people on the other end?
Also, Maura, have you located and reviewed any interview with Chris Corso?
PS
I can’t recall that Tony Lazzaro, in any of his four released transcripts, ever mentioned that Casey tried to call him from jail on the night of July 16. We know she called the Anthony house for the purpose of getting his phone number, so it’s a good assumption that she did try to call him at the end of that call (around 11:30-11:35pm). IIRC, all he has said in his interviews is that the long phone conversation he had with Casey on the morning of July 16 was the last contact he had with her.
He may have mentioned in a pre-interview that she tried to reach him late on July 16 but he didn’t take her call, or it could be that by the time she got off the phone with Kristina Chester and Lee, she had forgotten Tony’s number (that she had just received) and called Chris Stutz instead.
#518 steph…I think they cut her $$$$$$$$$ supply off…and she was TAXED trying to reach them both at that early point right after the 15th?
I still can not figure out reasonably anyway why she and Tony had to steal gas from the shed???As if gas would have cost $1,000..nor can I figure the same why George kept leaving it in there for her to take if it was such a huge concern for him and he sure called fast by the 24th to report it stolen , he was right on that one wasn’t he???? Funny he’d never called before over a bit of gas?
I can’t get the video to play on the link you gave. The only videos I can watch here at work are the ones from CFNews. And I can’t find one there that has the Tony/Lee video. Maybe if someone has a link to the transcript??
Kleat #449 from yesterday….I never ever felt that Casey truly wanted to marry Jesse in the ‘normal’ sense..sure to get out of the house…but exactly as you say she had had ‘it’ to the rafters with this kid to tow around and yes she was able to talk more now too (Caylee) I feel although not thought all the way through every last detail she started this whole getting rid of her plan a LONG time ago in her mind and exactly why she told Jesse ‘he cared more for Caylee than her’as he has said after the fact now..to help in her liddle plot to try to implicate him at a later date. She obviously is not bright we know that…same as like when the alledged fight where Cindy tried to alledgedly strangle her… seems like she at the time thought she finally had justification if her mom could try to kill her in her warped thinking…………like telling Annie she was feeling a little crazy felt she should be in a psychiatric place…all before the murder..before the murder…..all for the ‘back up’ she clearly knew she would need one day…….to end this headache she had.
Thank you Ms. Maura!!
Blink, Casey’s calling from jail WOULD tie CS into the missing child case and Casey seemed pretty durn’d savy about how ‘the system’ works. Maybe there is more than just the bag of swim things and hair clips, Casey may have wanted Chris to contact her/visit her in jail in response to her calls to him so she could put some ‘ideas’ on record when he visited her. Did Casey have something that she could plant on him, like some DNA, hair, fingerprints. Would she have been able to say something in her jail video visit, if he took the bait, that would accuse him of something flat out? Did Chris Stutz and/or his mother ever watch Caylee for an hour or an afternoon? (thus leaving the swim duds there?)
The other thing that bothered me, relates to the ‘Great Adventure’, is a mailing address for ZG because she obviously could not use her own home address. The story of moving out of her parents place explained to friends, why she might forward mail to another address. I assume OSCO would require some valid contact information. What did Casey provide, and was that used?
Could it be the ‘house in Oviedo’ that one month after the ZG/A adventure, that Casey refers to here…
June 24, Casey to Troy on Facebook:
“I’m still at Ricardo and JPs… hopefully everything works out soon! Hey, so I forwarded my mail a little late… any idea how to get my insuranc stuff that got mailed to the Oviedo house?”
We know that Troy, Annie, Rico, Lauren are all connected through Don Reid Ford, and all connected to Casey. We know that Casey didn’t have car insurance, home insurance…. what else could she have but some sort of life insurance? No insurance maybe– could the ‘insurance stuff’ be OSCO ticket stuff?
Could the ‘late’ arriving mail be something from OSCO for ZG re: May 24th?
I recall something about Casey contacting Jamie R., one of the shotgirls Casey ‘managed’. And Jamie lived in Oviedo. Jamie knew CAsey got a ticket along with another person around the same time. (Annie of course, explains it was coincidence that they were on the phone talking, not in the same car, when the tickets happened to both girls IRRC)
And there was a connection to JP Chatt at a (prior?) residence, Elmhurst Village, in Oviedo.
And of course, the nanny had to pick up her dog that was in Oviedo with the nanny person’s old roommates (NYI IM’s)– why the nanny was late, excuse why Casey couldn’t go to NYI that evening.
And then George, got stopped by the media as he drove his KF billboard around, gave a little parking lot interview– said talked about going to Oviedo to help find Caylee, hand out flyers etc.
Lots of suggestions for Oviedo connections, but was there a ‘real address’ for a house or residence in Oviedo that was given to OSCO as ZG’s mailing address?
And a Curry Ford sidenote– I checked Google map’s street view and that whole section around 1600 block looks like residential, that street is cobbled, so no heavy industrial traffic there, quiet place seems like. But also, Casey’s IM’s to NYItaliano, the cop-to-be includes this ‘back n’ forth that includes ‘Curry Ford’, a police (?) station with a house Casey’s looking at ‘tomorrow’.
CASEY O MARIE (7:09:26 PM): I’m looking at the house tomorrow…dean and curry ford
CASEY O MARIE (7:09:38 PM): right down the street from the station
NYITALIANO3 (7:09:40 PM): thats zone 24
i did find where george mentions the tampa, zanny accident story(my printer skipped ),scott bolin interview page 44 ,it makes no sense, he had no clue, and it just trying to remember the way he’s been told.as first he doesnt mention it ,then he remembers ,the whole scene is just off.
OK. Question here. If Casey had a fake ID of ZG, why would she make Amy’s checks out to herself and not to ZG? Same as at Target. Why use her own name and tie them to her?
Thanks all.
wsh#525 i think she stayed for hookup reasons(they used to date, his parents were gone) ,that girl got around.some of her boyfriends did not mind caylee “being around at that time” some did .i know someone who didnt like their cat being around so she would say she’d do a room search for the cat first.same with cindy&george, debbie bennet says cindy was happy while casey and caylee were gone cuz she and george were having adult alone time(maybe that’s why they couldn’t get dates straight),and casey and tony,he said basically they were sexting wanting to get together.for close to 16 hours straight.
steph, #518, Casey wasn’t trying to talk to her parents, she was trying to figure out if anyone was ‘home’, ie: she wanted to know if the house was empty or if she’d run into anyone. If someone called Casey back, she could answer or not, text back, or not, at that time or later.
Chris Stutz????? who is he please?????

why s this dated June 30th? thanks I got it now….
(oh yeah, there’s travel insurance… but why arrange that by mail)
First time commenter, long time lurker. LOVE this site!
Just a thought about the two phone calls to Chris…Could Lee have inadvertantly given Casey the wrong phone number? She may have thought she was calling Tony. I remember reading that she had numbers stored in her cell that didn’t correspond with the names “assigned” to them. I believe that Lee discovered that when he tried to call someone, only to find that the number he dialed actually belonged to someone else.
dee… we should leave that up to you to find out! Blink might scowl at ya for that Q~!
I did a zip code look-up on the USPS site, on a hunch. Is this a legitimate address or an approximation on a locale? Here’s the result:
“The address you provided is not recognized by the US Postal Service as an address we serve. Mail sent to this address may be returned.

also… Casey app. told Jonathan Daly Caylee’s daddy was in the marines??
Hey Blink, how do you think Casey will explain the tattoo, especially the time frame in which she got it?
#481 – Lori, good question. He’s my odds-on favorite for ‘babydaddy’…same eye shape, skin coloring, head/face shape, & the reddish hues of Caylee’s hair seem like they could’ve been passed down from him….don’t know if he knew her then, though…..
which brings me to my other question aside from the cooking show playing 11a-1p on the food network:
has anyone looked at KC’s cell/Anthony landline phone records from about Oct 2004 to Dec 2004 during the period of time Caylee’s conception took place?…to find the babydaddy of course…?

I remember you eluding to someone from the defense side (??) picking up copies, that they paid for, or was that LE?
I have a feeling you’re not going to answer, but one can try, right?
Not defense, Not LE, you can tell by the way the charge to the account reads.
B
Blink, could this be the charge accounts that Cindy did not want to turn the statements over to LE? She said that they were irrelevant to the case……Hmmmmmmmmmmm????
Chris and the bag of Caylee’s swim items- #524/526
Cindy waits to mention to LE the fact that some male friend of Casey’s, with whom she says she has no familiarity, came to her house with a bag of her granddaughter’s belongings, including SWIM items, AFTER she has reported her grandchild as “missing”/”kidnapped”??
She doesn’t immediately call detectives to report this???
(especially considering the whole pool ladder incident/”story” that she and George say happened AFTER they last saw Caylee??)
She doesn’t know this young man.
He brings her a bag of very personal items which she knows belong to her “missing” grand-baby.
And she doesn’t IMMEDIATELY call detectives assigned to the case to report it.
WHY?
Wouldn’t you want those items inspected/tested by LE? Even if they appeared to be clean, certainly she wouldn’t know whether or not the items contained any trace evidence at that point.
Wouldn’t you want LE to go knock on this guy’s door and ask him some questions –pronto–, at the very least??
She wasn’t in “denial” (as some would excuse her on other matters) about the fact that Caylee was MISSING/”GONE” at this point. That was the entire purpose of having all these kids over. And one of them, with whom she was not familiar, brings a bag of Caylee’s personal items which she hasn’t seen since June 15th (or earlier).
And she waits DAYS to even mention it to LE.
This rates in the “FISHY” department. I’ll give it 3 “Fishy”s. (I need a symbol for “fishy” on my keyboard!)

I am very sure LE determined the identity of the blond male who returned the swimming items. There were at least 12 people at both of the gatherings, so LE could have learned his identity from numerous sources.
As I wrote it my response to Blink, we don’t know that Chris Stutz was the only person she called from jail. We only know that he is the only person in whose released transcript is a mention of calls from jail. It is not true that she reconnected with him in May 2008. He goes to school in Tallahassee (a long drive from Orlando), so he didn’t physically get together with her unless he was home on break. He said in April 2008, he was home and they connected. During the school year, he said they communicated by text messages about once a week.
In my opinion, in the 21st season of the psychodrama that is Casey Anthony’s life, Christopher Stutz unwittingly played the part of the mysterious Jeffrey Michael Hopkins. His parents’ house was close by, and it was a terrific hidey-hole for Casey when she was pretending to be at work. That is why she never introduced Chris to Cindy – she didn’t want Cindy to know that she and Caylee spent a lot of time there in the Stutz’s pool, and she didn’t want Cindy finding out exactly where he lived because then Cindy could call over there to ask if Casey was around.
We don’t know that Casey (with or without Caylee) ever spent the night at the Stutz residence other than May 17 when Chris’s parents were not there.
In spring of 2008, when Casey and Caylee spent quite a few nights with Ricardo, Cindy was told that Casey and Caylee were staying overnight with Zanny.
I have never seen any interview with Chris Corso nor is that name on the December witness list.
#533 Kleat,
hey thanks! Yeah, I do remember seeing that now–conversation between Casey and NYItaliano! Still, she could have been contemplating dumping the body there. Going back to look for that cross street and check it out.
