BREAKING NEWS

Orlando, Fl– In the recent depositions by the State Attorneys Office in the case against Casey Anthony one common exhibit was noted in each deposition of George, Lee and Cindy Anthony.

A cropped version of a photo of Caylee wearing the tshirt that is believed recovered with her remains.

CoverofGlobe

All 3 Anthony’s claimed to not have seen this picture before previously, although without being prompted, Lee noted the photo was cropped.

How then, did it get in the hands of The Globe? Could this be the evidence removed from the Anthony home that Jose Baez tells Cindy Anthony to “Zip It” during her testimony and objects to information he considered sealed by the judge?

This edition of the Globe was released October 8, 2008. Six days before Casey Anthony was indicted for murder and remanded to jail without bond.

THE SALE OF THIS PHOTO PRE-DATES THE RECOVERY OF CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY FROM THE WOODS OFF SUBURBAN DRIVE.

One could make the leap that the person selling it would have had knowledge of what she was wearing when 34 month old Caylee Marie met her tragic end.

(EDITORS NOTE: Don’t even try the picture was sold at the yardsale with the clothes and laundry bag– PUHLEASE..)

Blinkoncrime.com poster “Justice 23” contributed to this report.

A couple things come to my mind? after reading all the posts so far.
I just looked at the picture again and the question that just popped up in my head again is this?

Casey making the remark to Tracy that “they can’t even get the timeline right?”

Oh and it would be REALLY nice if the ones posting remarks about others and other blog sites. Please try to keep it to minimum as I had to read a bunch of stuff I just didnt have the time for tonite and that is WHY I come here.

I could have sworn the noon-time link for the Cover Awards contained a fairly hi-res image, really good for enlarging. Tonight, however, it gets super-pixelated very quickly. Earlier today I enlarged it and it kept its detail. Have I gone nuts? Cause there is no other link for an upright cover image on your site.

  3. lily says:

Well NancyS – I will take direction from Blink about what to – and not to post – thanks very much.

I agree that was ill worded from Nancy, but I dont think she meant it that way and I dont think it was worded at anyone in particular. I am thinking if her first chance to pop in here yielded this info, and all these posts, it is the equivalent of me going wtf happened, I was only gone for a second.
    Right Nancy?

Love it, Blink. But I just don’t know how much more I can take….George Hamilton tan, loafers with no socks and shorts in court, a little bling in only one ear (I thought that was out of style and that even guys were gettin them in both ears now days.)….now a big ol whoppin tat on his chest…..Say it ain’t so, next thing you know that PT Cruiser will have spinners on it.

By the way, I wonder what Casey thinks about them cruisin around the open seas while she’s stuck in jail with very little treat money. Oh I say, just for fun we mail her the cruise pics. Nevermind the fact, they only dished her $50 bucks before cruisin off into the sunset and alot of that was used immediately because she was in the red.

Hmmm…..might be worth going to Target (since it is Casey’s favorite spot) and getting some 8 x 10s printed out of the cruise pictures so she can hang them up in her cell. You think they would let her keep 11 x 17s or would that be too much? :)

Does she have a window? Maybe you could borrow the Milscams mobile billboard and park it in front and do, say, a collage?
Looks like Dominic Casey is out of the pic these days and they are safer than safe to travel I noticed.

  5. Gavriella says:

Gigi, I so have to tell you how grateful I am for you, as well as to say to you, “Are you kidding me, girl?” Elemenary principal to Administrator of education at a psychiatric day treatment center? Your credentials make so many of ours (with all due respect dearests) look like tissue paper, and I can’t imagine how much greater your wisdom must be, comparitively speaking! I am, as I am sure so many are, most honored to have you among us! Shoot, as lame brained as I so often am, I’m priviledeged to be counted among all of these who are so much more knowledgeable and capable than I could ever hope to be! But that’s one of the things I so love about all of them — they teach me so much on a daily basis.

Besides all of that, and having meant every word, I’m not so unlike you. Aside from work, I have a disabled child whom I pulled out of the public school system and have since been hard pressed to teach him to read and to write, and to speak in complete sentences (Complete AVSD/DownSyndrome/Autistic)and the effort has paid off well; but that means I don’t have time to read or to watch or to research even half of all that there is, but that just makes me appreciate all who pour so much into it who help me then to catch up and keep up, as I keep on keeping on, hoping and praying for justice for Caylee and every child like her. And so at the end of the day Gigi, take a deep breath, kick your feet up, drink in all of the knowledge, insight, dedication and compassion that you will find here, and thank God and Blink for it all, even as I know that Blink is thankful for you.

Granmomma, like Blink said– I was doing the same as you– taking a comment from someone else. My bad, and that person may have done the same and so on. If someone took exception over on MarinadeDave’s site, it was obviously their own misinterpretation and whatever, I see that now. It wasn’t anyone on here–

In fact, I’m going to read more over on MD’s site now– join me!! ;)

  7. Kleat says:

Blink, I’m tending towards bruise, with injury in the center area, but DON”T quote me!!! Could be that there’s make up on it!!! lol!! (just kidding– really– and I’m not even going to comment on the white dot)

I live near the Rockies Gavi! It is much safer but the threat of abduction still feels real. Still, it concerns me that Florida seems to be a haven for children to go missing. How can this be? xo

  13. ChicagoJudy says:

Snark alert… please delete this if you must Blink! I’ll understand.

Two-piece bathing suits (dare I say bikinis?) should only be worn by women with good bodies. Others looks really really bad in them. I’m saying this as someone who was thin for most of my life — until I turned 50. Not so much any more! That’s all I’m saying.

ok Chicago, I am ducking on that one, you can take care of yourself though-

I live close to the Jersey shoreline. There is no such thing as only women with good bodies wear bikinis, or nobody owns mirrors in their home, dunno.

I have a 10 year old Blink Jr.
He would prefer I wear a potato sack with a blanket on top wrapped in a sleeping bag- what does that mean?

Thanks for the escapism and laugh, much needed.

Re: 176. Orange county LE, had this to say about this case
he is not involved with this case, however I asked this question
to him. What do you think of the Casey Anthony case, Do you think
she did it. His response was, What mother goes into a store and
not buy a single thing for their kid, especially if its not their
money they are spending. Not one single thing. She did it and they
    know she did it.

  16. Linda from New York says:

Kleat, it wan’t my own interpretation. Please re-read what momma says throughout the dya regarding Marinade Daves site and the blogger there. Blink, you seem to have a double standard. You chastized me for some ver mild remarks to granmomma, but she does worse and you say nothing. What’s up with that?

She apologized, several times, let’s move on. I would not categorize that as chastize, btw. Regardless, sometimes, I miss things, I take my thumps as everyone else.

Blink is instituting clean slate day, k?

  17. Linda from New York says:

I really do know how to spell!

  18. lily says:

Sorry NancyS & Blink – and to think I’ve been trying to be the peacemaker today – all day! Glad you guys changed your minds on MarinadeD. He’s a good guy too.

I cannot figure out the spot or the injuries on Caylee’s face – all of my boys had their share of EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN but I don’t recall a spot like that. Especially twice in the same general area on each side. Could it be dermatitis or a skin disorder? It kinda looks like a burn – but I really don’t think that would be a plausible scenario.

  19. hk says:

    Ivoire-

I think you may be confused. Blink was not saying that a cropped picture of Caylee was found with the remains. Rather that the shirt shown in the cropped photo is the shirt believed to be found with the remains.

Also, some posters were speculating that the picture was taken directly before Caylee’s demise, which led some to some to further speculate that the picture taker was involved. (Blink was not among those speculating this.) And now that the full picture has been once again come to light, I think most have abandoned the idea that this picture was taken the day Caylee was killed.

So I don’t believe anyone is indicating that the person taking the picture (whoever that may be) is involved in murder.

And lastly, the prosecution has previously stated that Casey put that shirt on Caylee with purpose. It is not so far fetched that this photo was also released with purpose.

Hope that clears up any confusion.

  20. jayem422p says:

question….why is LE showing this photo cropped? did they not have the full one or are they specifically asking her family about that picture, but showing it cropped for a reason??

  21. hk says:

I think there is something even more to this photo than just the Big Trouble tshirt and the timing of its appearance in the Globe.

But the million dollar question is…what?

  22. Gavriella says:

So. Do you suppose the Anthonys are on their way to Orange Park? Will they be hauling their boat along behind them? :-(

  23. possom says:

ok IF the SA is of the mindset that the some misguided person released this photo to the Globe which became public in October in an attempt to make it appear as if someone other than casey killed caylee then IMO it is an unfortunate strategy on the part of the defense. It is not good for the jury to see that photo of a live caylee then hear the details of caylee’s autopsy right down to what
was found with her body. Very Unfortunate. especially since that photo also includes casey.

  24. Bees Knees says:

Congratulations, Blink! This site is simply the best. You do treat us all with great respect whether our opinions are the same or not.

Grandmomma, DM is a HUGE Anthony fan and he and his small band of followers are very mean to people that do not agree with him.

As far as judges wanting to meet bloggers, I’m not surprised. I have found that anyone I’ve contacted has personally responded, and I’ve emailed the biggest names attached to this case (only those on the State’s side, never any of the defense ~ I wouldn’t waste my time). I’m not going to name names but they are very aware of all the bloggers following the case and are eager for feedback from us. Every single person I’ve “spoken” with was an absolute delight and encouraged me to continue the feedback. I’m sure those of you who have contacted some of the players in this case will have the same positive experiences I had.

Bees- please review earlier post from Marinade Dave and my response. I cant speak to your experience, but let’s be open shall we?

I agree on the blog reception. When this case comes to conclusion, I have a study that is the sociology experiment I wished I read beforehand.

  25. possom says:

I guess I dont understand for what purpose Anyone would have had to put that photo out there all things considered’ it is very unfortunate to see that photo of a smiling caylee knowing NOW how she ended up. I just dont get it

  26. lily says:

Right now, I’d give a lot to know WHO provided that picture to the Globe. I just cannot imagine the defense having something to do with this. What does it take to get a retrial based on inadequate defense? Isn’t Casey already sitting in a pretty good position for this anyway based upon the lack of experience of Baez – or does the fact that she waived all of that and chose to stay with him preclude that already?

  27. susan m says:

ivorie ,i ve long maintained the question could casey be so stupid to think it was smart to frame herself as an alibi, especially when she couldve used that creative, lyin to play accident and get away with it.

I hesitate to write this because of my tending to see things in pics that turn out not to be there but… I too remember reading George is not a tattoo kind of guy. Well I think he has since changed his mind because not only does it look like he has a tat, but his wife looks to be sporting one too- on her midsection in the shape of a sun. Is it a bruise? Maybe they were on rough seas. Are they protecting the indian ink from the sun with make-up? I just don’t know.
As much as the whole family it seems has tried not to upset Casey her whole life almost walking on eggshells MOO Why are they now doing things like going on a family cruise when it is sure to hurt Casey and it makes them look bad to the public not to mention totally uncaring.

  29. susan m says:

#273,answer,yes,she is that stupid to think her lies are that smart.

  30. Amanda850 says:

I’m stumped on the reasoning for adding the shorts later, but I have a few thoughts on the reasoning for the shirt and subsequent release of this particular photo to the globe.

I think we must think about the mindset of Casey at the time of the murder – “maybe its because I’m a spiteful b*tch” – glares at me. If she was enraged at her family at the time, then seeing the shirt in one of the last photos (if that was indeed one of the last photos) would send a message loud and clear. I really don’t think the family ever saw the actual shirt prior to seeing it in the photo, for very good reason – to shock them with the circumstances in which she was wearing it. And just to make sure they saw it, release it to the Globe through her “agent”, and make some money on it to boot – and Casey feels like she has the upper hand yet again.

  31. Momof3 says:

I was trying to remember when LA took the box of articles out of the Anthony’s attic I searched to no avail. Does any one remember if that search warrant was before this article or after little Caylee was found? Maybe the State has caught the Anthony’s in another lie- And if this photo is as old as January then I find it extremely hard to believe Cindy George and Lee have never seen their beloved Granddaughter wearing this shirt or this pic for that matter. Why all the lies regarding this shirt? They had to know a long time ago,Right? Everyday I think I can’t get more saddened by this case only to be proven wrong. I don’t know if I’ll be able to handle the whole truth. Poor little Caylee

  32. possom says:

274 susan m…If casey was behind the decision to sell that photo….well, that’s mind numbing. If someone else was behind it@ Same.!!!

  33. lily says:

libbyann #244 – I know exactly how you feel!

On the one hand – I love that Blink takes us along the discovery but requires us to use up a few brain cells along the way. Part of what I learned the hard way – is new folks really need to read all of the past articles and comments because often times very smart commenters have studied a particular subject at length. So its only fair to Blink and the experts since they’ve invested so much time and energy to really study the issues and educate us that we not ask them to go back to the beginning of the book – so to speak. I still go back and reference long ago articles and comments for reference. Its invaluable. But that shouldn’t stop anyone from asking questions because most likely someone can point you to the right general area to find the answer.

On the other hand – I don’t always ‘get it’ when Blink is cryptic. And then I drive myself crazy either waiting for someone else to be brave and ask Blink – or I think about it constantly until it finally dawns on me and I get that ‘duh’ moment.

This is what keeps me coming back. That and folks here are funny, caring and SMART.

Very well said. I would just add I respect the contributions of everyone on here, regardless of “smarts” levels, and if someone takes the time to contribute, I do appreciate others taking the time read their posts as best they can

  34. silverspnr says:

    Interesting. Very, very interesting;)

One thing is clear: Casey took a photo or photos from the house after she was released from jail, and that is “ZIP IT” material to the defense.

    GOOD LORD.

    M O R O N. (at least he is true to himself).

    *****
I know the depositions were the topic of the last story, but I have been busy/just skimming them now.

As Judge Strickland might point out:
**The TRUTH and the ANTHONY FAMILY are STRANGERS**

    *****

I had to go back and look at Cindy’s FBI interview. (I need to go back and look at George’s as well).

Here are a few gems in the meantime:

“The other thing is, why would you run out of gas and not just have someone just buy you a gallon of gas or two of gas until you can get to a gas station and fill up. It doesn’t make sense. So, I’m not sure why she would abandon the car. Especially if the car HAD ALL THIS EVIDENCE THAT’S GONNA LINK HER TO CAYLEE’S DEATH IN IT.” pp.56-57

HUH,CINDY?? I thought you believed Caylee wasn’t DEAD at the time you spoke to the FBI. I thought you believed there was only a rotting PIZZA in the trunk of the Pontiac. I thought you didn’t think there was ANY EVIDENCE of Caylee’s DEATH last summer. I thought you wanted people to keep looking for her. (Like you want people to believe she is not dead NOW, because you, personally, refuse to look at the hard evidence showing that your grandchild’s remains–and no one else’s–were recovered around the corner from your house, where you and your children rode bicycles when they were growing up).

Clearly, Cindy, you already knew that Caylee was DEAD, and already knew/understood that there was EVIDENCE OF CAYLEE’S DEATH IN THE PONTIAC, LINKING CAYLEE’S DEATH to Casey.

That, dear friends, is AN UNINTENDED ADMISSION. And a HUGE one, at that. (I have said all along that CA and GA KNEW that Caylee was dead as soon as they got near that car). (I almost PUKED when I saw that she testified at the deposition that she went into the house and ATE LUNCH before going back to work on July 15, 2008, after just having been in the garage for several minutes with that Pontiac stinking up the entire space with Caylee’s DECOMP. Are you kidding me?? That is… just… BEYOND disgusting)

    *****
    Here is yet another winner:

“When we got on site [at Johnson's] THE GUY SAYS, ‘Listen, BEFORE YOU COME TO THE CAR’…my… they WARNED MY HUSBAND, ‘IT STINKS. AND IT’S BEEN PROGRESSIVELY SMELLING WORSE.’ HE SAID, ‘YOU KNOW, IT’S BEEN PROGRESSIVELY SMELLING WORSE SINCE IT’S BEEN HERE. UM, HE SAID IT DIDN’T SMELL GREAT WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP.’”

Got that?????? They WARNED GEORGE–BEFORE they even took him to the car on the lot– that it has SMELLED SINCE IT HAD BEEN THERE AT JOHNSON’S– AND TOLD HIM IT SMELLED AT AMSCOT–WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP. (does that jive with what Cindy Anthony tells the media, the State?? Hell to the NO.) (And if it was stinking on that lot, OUTSIDE… How the F did she go into the house and EAT LUNCH. Yahhh.. She didn’t. If she did anything, she PUKED. There is no way in Hades that this woman ATE LUNCH after smelling that vehicle. Either that was just another big, fat LIE… or she is a total MONSTER.)

    *****

At one point, she almost COULD NOT SHUT UP about wanting to inflict PHYSICAL HARM on CASEY… ABOUT (wanting to) SHAKE HER PHYSICALLY.. about how she was afraid that if she started to shake her, she might not stop… and on and on about it (see pp. 65-66 for some pretty bizarre comments out of Cindy’s own mouth) (Ummmm.. if she believed Casey was a “victim”, how come she wanted to MURDER her? Yahhh.)

    *****
DARK, DARK SECRETS in that house. Lie-telling is nothing new there. Major sickness abounds. I mean, Lee… with all that totally inappropriate laughter– STILL.
    *****

This family has been in LIE-TELLING MODE since the VERY FIRST NIGHT. I believe the lies began BEFORE Cindy called 9-1-1 the last time. I think they sat there and tried to figure out a way to get out of this mess, and they had to come up with the Jay Blanchard park story when the Sawgrass story didn’t work out so well.

    ****
One of my favorite portions of the transcript is when the FBI Agent interrupts Cindy’s utter nonsense and says:

“I’LL TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT UP FRONT, CINDY. SHE…SHE’S STILL NOT… SHE… IF SHE HAD TIME TO GO TO WORK, IF SHE HAD TIME TO SEE FRIENDS…

[Cindy interrupts "But I don't think she was working during this time"-- LOF-INGL]…

    He continues:
“I UNDERSTAND THAT. BUT WERE TALKING ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF, TWO WEEKS PERIOD OF TIME, WHERE HER TIME WAS COMPLETELY OCCUPIED…..
IS THAT WHAT WE’RE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE??”

    [Cindy interrupts with nonsense]

FBI agent continues: BUT NOW SHE’S TELLING YOU FROM.. FROM WHERE SHE’S….THE CONVERSATION SHE HAS NOW, ‘THINK BACK MOM WHAT I WAS TELLING YOU, I WAS TRYING TO GIVE YOU CLUES’….

    [Cindy interrupts]…

“DOES THAT MEAN THAT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE NOW THAT SHE WAS ACTUALLY IN A POSITION WHERE SHE HAD NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE EXCEPT BY PHONE? THEY WOULD NOT LET HER TALK ON THE PHONE AS MUCH AS SHE WANTED?”

[Cindy pretends that this is not an EXCELLENT point: "I don't know. I could not elaborate." Ha. All she does is ELABORATE and LIE-TELL when it suits her aim.]

    *****

POLYGRAPH- FBI agent asks Cindy if she is willing to take a poly about all she told him during this interview–and she says, “Absolutely.” p.227

Well…. apparently she LIED about that as well.

And she launches right into — IT COULD HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT BY THE POOL/INVOLVING THE USE OF THE POOL.

Hmmmm…If Caylee was still ALIVE… why would she need to SUGGEST that some sort of “ACCIDENT” caused Caylee’s UNTIMELY DEATH? pp.227-228

    *****
    So…
Let me get this defense diagram straight.

    A) Caylee is NOT DEAD. They cremated someone else’s baby’s remains. And that’s, ya know… NORMAL. (cue Lee’s inappropriate laughter here).
    B) Caylee is NOT DEAD, BUT… IF she IS, then some STRANGER did it.
    C) Forget B. Caylee is NOT DEAD, BUT… IF she IS, then some KNOWN person (Amy, Jesse, Tony, Ricardo, blahblahblah) did it.
    D) Wait. Forget B and C. Caylee is NOT DEAD, BUT… IF she IS, and it can be definitely linked to the last person to be with her while she was alive (ahem, Casey– OR Casey and George), then.. it was an ACCIDENT involving the pool and the ladder somehow.
    E) We take back D,–and the other stuff– because it was a STRANGER who stole Caylee through the back yard.
    F) We might take back D and E, because it was actually some KNOWN PERSON (Amy, Jesse, Tony, Ricardo, blahblahblah) who stole Caylee through the back yard.
    G) We take back all of the above, except for A, because Caylee is alive and living in California.. or New York… or Puerto Rico… or Georgia… or Miami.. or North Carolina.. or Texas…
    H) We’re still investigating, and we’ll let you know. HERO of the STUPID, Dominic Casey, is hot on the case and is reporting back to us, oh.. ya know.. on a BAT PHONE.

    B A T P H O N E S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK– If they are going with BAT PHONES, then I am going with the RIDDLER (insert photo of Casey here), in the TRUNK of the PONTIAC, with the CHLOROFORM and the RARE DUCT TAPE.

    Silver,
thank you for the am brain exercise and simultaneous giggle snort.

I am not sure I have ever asked you this, if you have time and your comfortable doing so, if you were defending Casey, with the knowledge you have of the evidence, what defense would you mount, if any?

Thanks for the information Blink. Had to change my name a little because there’s lots of nancys on your site.lol This photo of Caylee and KC does look cropped. The picture of KC looks like one that was taken when she was partying at Fusion hugging Tony Lazarro. The clothes in that picture kinda looks like she’s wearing the infamous blue dress when she was partying at Fusion. I have not had a chance to read Lee Anthony’s depo but I do believe that picture of Caylee is significant. When I see that pink t-shirt on Caylee sends chills. It is so sad that Caylee had to go through such a terrible death at the hands of her mother. JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!

Thank you for always being courteous and fair on your blog because I too like Bees have experienced horrible name calling on other blogs when you do not agree with their opinions. Thanks for making this a safe place to blog! Again thank you!

  37. Angela_nw says:

I just want to post an observation here: in depos, I noticed the extreme “obsessive/compulsiveness” of CA and GA – Cindy describes every item in garage having a purpose and being organized, all of their many routines for this and for that, for storage (!), for sorting, systems for doing the laundry in an orderly fashion, and even pet carriers neatly packaged in plastic to protect them from dust, etc…. and George insists over and over, every time the subject of the duct tape on the gas can is referenced, he insists no he did not put it on in that slipshod manner, no, no, couldn’t be him, no way, he does it perfectly every time, cutting it exactly to size, etc. And we already know how he cleans the cars all the time and even washes the cars of visitors.
I cannot exactly express what I am thinking right now, but I am trying to imagine what it would be like to live in that house. Take a look at my garage and you will know what I mean, .. and I do not consider myself disorderly. But we know that KC was not neat. Yet, she carefully packages little Caylee, SMALL PACKAGE, with heart on tape, in 2 plastic bags then one canvas one, pulls the string, tosses it away. Sorry, but hmmm.

  38. Sharai says:

Wow! I’m impressed, amazed, and flabbergasted by the investigative capabilities and cooperation among this group. From possibly seeing car lights, a spare tire, a buckle, and the Mar’s face (just kidding)in an unidentified photo of Caylee, that may have been but hopefully wasn’t, taken inside the trunk of Casey’s car, to the discovery (by Justice 23)of a photograph of Caylee, wearing the Big Trouble t-shirt, reaching toward the camera while in the arms of the accused murderer, Casey, in what seems to be a very public place, on the front page of the 2008 October edition of the Globe Newspaper is mind boggling incredibly awesome. Great work super sleuths! You should be humbly proud, Blink, of the impact your professional and personal character has upon your followers.
If I understand correctly the current mindset is that this photo was sold to the Globe, prior to the discovery of Caylee’s remains, by an individual(s) who was/where privy to the details of Caylee’s demise. How incredibly sad and explotive. The photo itself is not as much an indicataion of premeditation as the motivation for selling the photo because it suggests planning, planting, and distributing deceptive evidence. What a waste of a beautiful little life.
As a former social worker, criminal justice major, and a current seminary counseling grad student I have maintained a professional distance, studying facts, suppositions, and behavior along with motive, means, and opportunity. In the last 24 hours it has become increasingly difficult to maintain this stance. I think perhaps this is because of my recent viewing of Caylee’s photos as a happy little girl.
The senselessness of this crime and the behavior of the “players” is appalling. There is no doubt that Caylee most likely suffered at the hands of her murderer. This saddens me greatly. “Justice for Caylee.” Shalom . . .

    Sharai-

What an empassioned post. Thank you. I am very, very, albeit humbly proud to share some “e” time with the many readers that have been touched as we all have, by little Caylee. You touch on my “reason for being”.

I work so diligently on this case as well as others for justice of course, but more so, because I know ultimately the punishment and karmic response to the injustices that call us to action are decided by a much higher power; I am scared that people will miss the messages for our own life we are supposed to glean from them

Whoa, take a day break and Blink, Justice and all the great searchers/thinkers run amok! Thanks for the super detective work! You guys are the best.

    I have a few questions:

Wouldn’t the Anthony’s have seen the picture on the Globe cover the week it came out? Or are they just not connecting the cropped pic as shown to them as one from the Globe?

Cindy states that she’d never have purchased the pink message shirt.
Is she also saying she doesn’t recognize the shirt from the picture? The message is not clear from Caylee’s position. If it was a 3T, could it have been a present to Caylee from one of Casey’s friends and kept for her at that friend’s house? No, I don’t mean Nanny Zanny.

Finally, following others sleuthing on the matter, the facts of the gas can episode with Casey on the 24th, as related by George, has changed with prevailing winds. Some have noted that it was important that George neither saw nor smelled anything suspicious in Casey’s trunk on that date.

If it was so important why does George change the story so that sometimes he sees in the trunk and sometimes he doesn’t? The 24th is important somehow in the “timeline”. Just as seeing Casey and Caylee on a “normal type” day on the 16th is important — probably for proving the lack of a motive for Casey to kill Caylee.

What is so important about the 24th in the timeline? Or what alibi does seeing Casey with gas cans give her on that day? All the gas cans stories are blurring and melting in this mind. (Pardon me if it’s been hashed and re-hashed before on Blink’s site. I am rather new to posting here.)

#240 georgiamom, my eyes are really quite tired at this moment however, they were fresh for looking for tatts. I see blue reflection coming off the lounge chair casting a blue shadow on Georges chest. I see the same blue shadow on the bottom of Cindys left foot. I think the lighting was such that oddly it cast these shadows. It looks like Cindy has it on her chest also.

It appears however LE recovered this photograph it was cropped. Someone did not want LE to discover the full photograph and be linked to the Globe cover. Whoever it was, still wanted to keep the picture of Caylee, wouldn’t dare throw away. I smell Cindy or Casey on this one. I understand the other factor as well with JB. Hard to say. Seems LE sure wants to know. I want to know where they got the pic answer will be there. Perhaps I am way off base here and they have no Origional cropped pic?

Thanks Bees….Comment #273. I figured that one out…and it didn’t take me long! LOL

I’m hoping that’s an earbud on george, maybe smaller than lee’s headphones.

I dont get that Maranaide Dave is an Anthony fan at all. He simply bases his opinions on facts whichever way those facts turn out to be. For example he went over and above to follow up on James Thompson and reported strickly on his opinion of the man and the facts that he found out to be true or not. You decide. Thats how I see him.

Just give me the facts mam.

Isnt that the same Blue dress she was grinding with that other chick at the club when she was supposedly looking for caylee….

  46. suz says:

justice 23 and kleat, i’ve found that folks DO use the terms zip drive, flash drive, and thumb drive interchangeably—myself included—-and i even own some ancient iomega zip drives with their chubby disks, but i still say zip when i mean flash cuz it’s easy.

  47. kyrasmommy says:

AND if that is her pooh blanket, perhaps she was, ugh, disposed of later than they originally thought? That is DEFINITELY THE DRESS!

Maybe the family never have seen this photo. Or the only way they saw it was online before it was taken off. (The whole photo that is) I guess it would depend on WHO took it and WHO posted it online originally. We know that at least one instance of this photo was online at one point. But the cropped photo is everywhere, it is hard to miss. I can’t believe that the cropped photo at the very least was not shoved in their face simply by angry protestors. It is also hard to believe that only one person online had the uncropped photo. (Of course we dont know that) I have to even wonder if this is not a doctored photo. Is that Casey holding Caylee or someone else? I would love to see the background in that photo.

    Example http://i.ytimg.com/vi/0eyQe1gK8DM/0.jpg

I guess we will find out but not soon enough

1 corrections Suzb- NObody had the uncropped photo. Cropped only. This is the first connection to the Globe and the cropped photo shown to the A’s. The cropped photo had been released in August 09

Oh ok I thought I understood that this Signor Bella had the uncropped photo. Or maybe this person did have it but was never posted online. At any rate, now it makes more sense.

As much as I don’t care for (probably most) of the Anthony’s actions in the context of this case, I do feel that it was ugly to stalk and photograph them on a cruise. It is a really big invasion of privacy. And yes, I know, posters will attack me with the argument that they followed and investigated people, etc. Still, two wrongs don’t make a right, and it didn’t serve any other purpose than to harass, instigate, or capitalize financially on the situation. To boot, I’m sure that the photographer(s) weren’t players in the case.
I think that it is one thing to contemplate that they took a cruise vs searching for their ‘unknown perp’, but another to place them in a “fish bowl” (Conway’s terminology), merely for the purpose of mocking them. It begins to drive out my sympathy for them.

Not me, I agree with you. I do think the coverage of them taking the cruise is apt, but not the stalkarazzi images. If they were all buff, people would say how can you take the time to work out when your granddaughter.. you get the idea.

I do however, think these people are teachers in school on a Saturday.. “No class..”

I can only imagine what is going on in other blogs and forums, tearing apart their appearances, etc. I’m happy that it is not tolerated here.
