Orlando, FL– On the eve of the one year anniversary of the recovery of 34 month old Caylee Marie Anthonys remains; the defense team representing the woman charged with her murder is preparing for one of the most difficult court appearances to date.

Tomorrow, one year ago, Caylee was found while her grandparents and Team Casey dined on crab puffs and lounged pool side at the Ritz.

Ritzbaezcheck2-small4Among the Ritz Carlton guests, courtesy of ABC, was the Anthony Family Private Investigator, Dominic Casey.

Mr. Casey is attempting to don the “Privilege Parka” and avoid an upcoming deposition scheduled for December 16 and of course subsequent testimony at trial. The State has issued subpoenas to both George and Cindy Anthony for tomorrow’s hearing. They are looking to sit in front of the bar.

Might be advisable given the circumstances. I suggest a single malt of humility with a dignity chaser.

By his own account, George Anthony has not seen or spoken to Dominic Casey since February 10, 2009.

It is not known if perhaps Baez never took the time to explain to Mr. Casey  the definition of “privilege”.

It is not thatAnthonysCourt51909 he would get the “privilege” of schtupping his Clients wife while their baby granddaughter was missing and later found murdered in the area his Client*slash*PillowPal sent him to search a month earlier.

O yeah, I went there.

If he is stupid enough through his attorney Diana Tennis to continue the privilege party line I predict Ms. Drane Burdick will be well prepared to demonstrate her skills in verbal guillotine simply by using Dom’s own words. I am not a huge Dr. Phil fan I admit, but there is a quote from him I feel resonates for Cindy Anthony specifically:

If he will do it with ya, he will do it to ya. 100%

Cindy, when you read this, you know I come from a place of knowledge and there are some doors even you do not want opened.

Mountainous Motionous Interruptus

To Deluge is to Delude? That is the Question.

Baez_casey_lyonIt is unclear if Ms. Lyon and the Baez jesters get paid by the word in their motions, or if they own stock in the local optometrist.

What is clear, is they have an endless supply of ink for the laser jet.

Could that be because they have not put out the benjamens for the bevy of experts we were expecting from the hearing about who is funding this shindig?

Even the dubious Dr. Lee is on record saying he does not get out of bed until the next check. *snark alert*

How do you ask for a year to prepare for a trial and not list a single expert as a witness, or lob a smidge of discovery back over the net?

Is February 1st the BIG BAEZ REVEAL? ( Insert laugh track)

Yesterday, Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick returned fire, exposing what appears to be some seriously shoddy defense tactics to open up the files of the almost 4000 Texas Equusearch Volunteers in response to the mountains of motions filed by the defense the day before Thanksgiving.

“Dialing for Disgruntled”

It is not surprising or original to learn that Andrea Lyon and Jose Baez et al have spent weeks calling through TES search rosters to find anyone that would talk to them voluntarily. Many have. Baez and team apparently thought they hit pay-dirt with Joe Jordan and Laura Buchanan.

Joe Jordan was a volunteer on the first search in Orlando for Caylee Anthony. He also broke his agreement with TES by posting Youtube videos of the search and blogging about locations and findings. It was a serious no no and when he was outed, he began his campaign to speak negatively about Tim Miller and TES.

In the defense’s motion to modify access to TES records,  Mr. Jordan claims to have kept very detailed records of his search efforts, when his team of 5–6 members were searching the alleged “exact area” where Caylee was ultimately found. For me, when someone uses the word detailed, I make the assumption that entails having more than one name of the other 5 people:

..”Among the five people with me were Danny Ibison and his dog, and a Panama City Deputy with one of his two dogs…”

Within the search form Jordan alleges he provided to TES, it would REQUIRE the names and ID’s of the individuals searching that area.

Could it be that Ibison and the others would not support Jordan’s statement because the area, exact area, where Caylee’s remains were found, was underwater on September 1st?

Speaking on the condition of anonymity exclusively to blinkoncrime.com, a source within OCSO confirms just that. Ibison maintains the site was underwater, the as- yet-unamed- publicly “deputy” will confirm there were meetings within TES to come up with a solution to use some sort of aquatic equipment to search the submerged area, but it was considered too dangerous and too small for a boat.

What motive would Mr. Jordan have to (un-surreptitiously to him) record his interview with Morty?

Joe JordanJJ records the audio for a spell and then gets around to calling Det. Edwards at OCSO to ostensibly get a high five.

That high five was nearly a low five behind his back from the state for a 3rd degree wiretapping felony.

Wait for it….. AND he is “materially” changing his story after apparently being schooled about what happens when you are prepared to lie in court, regardless of your agenda.

There is no “I” in perjury. Look out Baez, someone is out of there FUGUE state in time for tomorrow.

If I were a betting gal, I would say that Lyon will not lead with asking Ms. Drane Burdick where she picked out her suit or what she has in her nightstand drawer.

However, I do believe that an excerpt or 3 from Andea Lyon’s stand up impersonation of Lisa Lampanelli may end up on the record.

All that aside, I am humbled by tomorrow’s anniversary I thought I would never see. I will never forget the call in which both joy and anguish filled my throat.  “We got her, it’s her.”

To the FBI, FDLE, FBI CSI, OCSO CSI, SS and OCSO, 9th Circuit Medical Examiners Office, Dr. G and SH– You know who you are– From the bottom of my heart I thank you for the commitment you showed this child.

You are her sweet voice now, backed by your collective baritone.

I am hopeful for an anti-crescendo or dimiuendo, directed to the finale.

If that does not work, then we scrap. End is the Same. Justifies the Means.

when I hear these stories true of course. I get irate with the anthonys! how dare they act like they didnt know caylee was neglected. I think that she is better off in heaven god knows if one of caseys lovers would ever be tempted to molest a little girl like in the case of shanaya. I hate that this happened to caylee but now NO ONE not even her grandarents can NEGLECT HER.

I got a lump in my throat after reading your comment my friend. I have thought often about how caylee was neglected and unwanted in caseys circle of new friends. It breaks my heart and makes me so sad. I detest cindy Anthony with a passion for neglecting caylee now. That woman has serious issues.
The family is wacko! I am betting you that the anthonys have a great christmas alone with all the money. Possibly they will hangout in new york or somewhere fun! they can afford it now that caylee is supporting them even in death.

    Last Password Change: 05/14/08 08:49:19AM

The “owner” account is the one used by KC and is the one under which her IM’s from June 16 were found.

If I go into Excel and enter May 14, 2008 into one cell, then in another cell I add 55 to that date, I get July 8. This is the date Amy leaves for Puerto Rico. The date KC was supposed to leave as well.

If I enter June 16, 2008 into a cell, then in another cell I add 55 to that date, I get August 10. The day after Caylee’s birthday. Cindy is the one that interpreted for all of us that timer55 meant Caylee’s birthday. Close, but not quite right on.

Now consider the following texts between KC and Amy on May 14:

OUTGOING TEXT Casey Anthony to Amy Huzienga: It’s official. As long s we take our trip within the first 2 weeks of July I’m set. I just got my vacation cleared.

INCOMING TEXT Amy Huzienga to Casey Anthony: So the earliest JP can leave is the 8th. Can you do the 8th through the 15th?

OUTGOING TEXT Casey Anthony to Amy Huzienga: I can.

INCOMING TEXT Amy Huzienga to Casey Anthony: Awesome.

Consider the time stamp on that very first text was 08:49:23AM. The “official” act was not getting imaginary vacation from her imaginary boss at her imaginary place of employment. The “official” act was changing her password 4 seconds before!

Someone has logged onto the Zenaida-aka-Dora-the-Explorer Myspace?? OMG– that is HUGE because wasn’t it Oct 14th, the day Casey was incarcerated in 2008, the last day of activity there?

Wow– this can only mean ONE thing, it is proof beyond proof, that the Zenaida Gonzalez nanny in Casey’s story actually DOES exist. (well, unless there is some Myspace hacker out there looking to take over abandoned Myspace identities).

What will happen next to support this absolutely the truth proof? A picture of Zany’s little white dog, of course!!! Cindy said that was proof that the nanny exists, because Caylee talked about Zany’s dog, therefore, if Zany had a little dog, then there was a Zanny nanny. (by whatever nickname spelling)

Is this a last ditch Cindy effort to prove the nanny does exist, or just some hacker no-name wanting to make one for his/her self? Will this trace back to NYC or Miami, or Puerto Rico??? ;) Ha… we may be gettin’ scammed… but I wouldn’t want to be the one doing it. (hacker can you spell FBI?!)

Is it really worth going to find the info on the ‘news’? Hey, it’s Christmas break for the school kids, isn’t it?? ;)

Wasn’t the final and most important ( to the defense) motion ruled on yesterday?

  7. Kleat says:

Of course, it could be a defense tactic (with clean hands/untraceable approach) — feeding the frenzi (causing the frenzie as they have continued to do). And while doing so, maybe one person for the jury will remember that this nanny must exist because she/he logged onto Myspace. The best of this story will be the reveal of who is hacking and why.

Dee dear, someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but weren’t Lazzaro & his pals quite new in Casey’s life? I just can’t imagine college-age guys putting much effort into noticing whether a toddler is around or not. Even less effort for worrying about Caylee’s whereabouts.

Guys that age generally are oblivious to others’ kids, because they wouldn’t fit in with the often easygoing party lifestyle these guys seem to like. (All normal for that age group.)

They may have some guilt now, but I don’t see why they would. If anything, they are probably still in shock that they even knew this coldhearted murderess.

Just my take, Dee, of course. For whatever that’s worth!

  14. Marcy says:

#896, Mme Meez-en-Scene: “I’ve always thought that was his [Lazzaro's] way of letting Casey know that he was not taking their relationship to a higher, more serious level.”

I agree. I think he was trying to be nice saying he wanted boys [hint, hint] because he wouldn’t want to deal with a girl(s). Didn’t he grow up with only sisters? He may have had good reason for only wanting boys!

On another note, betcha the first words out of Lazzaro’s mouth when he meets a woman these days is “You don’t have any kids, do you?” That is, if he will even ever date again.

  16. Kleat says:

No doubt that WAS the most important motion, Blink. Goes to my thought that today’s Dora’s new postings, are ‘childsplay’.

  17. Kleat says:

(to my comment ‘the best of this story (Dora’s MySpace) will be who is doing the hacking– child activities– that’s what the story is ‘worth’).

Although if I were a Myspace user, I might wonder about breeches in security, or clone sites, but I don’t understand all that.

  18. Kleat says:

Blink, to your comment to Chica’s 904 post– so I linked to the site. Agree, and not just because the site shares the same ‘black’ background, high contrast visuals as that of the Baez Law Firm.

I scanned down the page quickly, and this caught my eye. It’s the common ‘railroading’ theme of the defense, aka Todd Black, and the likes of ‘whiteknight’ and other family joint members.

” It started to disturb me that this type of ‘railroading’ could happen to any one of us at any time. Any one of us could be a victim of circumstance and be unfairly jailed and demonized by the media and ostracized by the public in the blink of an eye.”

(OOPS– Blink, can you sue for using your name!!!?? ;) )

“This case seems to have divided people into two camps…..Pro-Casey and Anti-Casey….when we should all really be Pro-Caylee…because, at the end of the day, I want to believe that everyone interested in this case, really only wants justice for Caylee. There has been some confusion that Pro-Casey is equal to Anti-Caylee. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Caylee loved Casey more than anyone else in the world. Please don’t lose sight of that.”

First, I’m noting the ‘justice4caylee’ theme as promoted by JWW for ages, and we know this site was not created by anyone of JWW’s abilities. But instead, that JWW carried the line of ‘justice for Caylee’ as her goal, when clearly, it was a defense position, to extend to J4Caylee = J4Casey.

If anyone missed it… I’ll quote the last sentence again:

“Caylee loved Casey more than anyone else in the world. Please don’t lose sight of that.”

That statement, that the baby love her mother more than anyone else in the world, goes to the HEART of the prosecution statement, that the jury may find that the child looked to her mother as her lifeline, her comfort, and these were the eyes of the killer.

(of course we know that the words ‘Caylee’ and ‘Casey’ have been interchanged by Cindy Anthony many times on video, the last being the Today Show, as noted by Ms. Glass on her blog)

Black, Jose likes the blog and website page background to be solid black with contrasting text colours– funny that Gil Cabot also used the word ‘black’ for his ‘Todd Black’ character with the same message. Coinkidink of course– or, on the other hand………………

Giltod has an ownership stake in this circus, make no mistake, your correct.

However, Gil Cabot could never have written that. I think it is hilarious that these people put out an ad for an Orlando blogger months ago, and expect that nobody would put 2 and 2 together. I just assumed everyone knew. I acknowledged their ad personally and wished them luck, lol.

  19. Kleat says:

Fear tactic, isn’t it?? What about the fear that someone will harm, exploit, kill, a child close to you? And that this person will never be stopped nor anyone else learn that there will be justice for the most innocent amongst us?

Fear and scorched earth. Be afraid…. and the defense is telling the potential jury pool who to be afraid of. This case, it happens to be the police, the authorities, the state, women prosecutors, ‘ugly’ in the courtroom. An ugly judge could happen to you too!!

Now, balance that last statement (and of course, Cindy Anthony’s quote: ‘Judge Strich-Strickland is a hard-ass” etc) with Valhall’s article about Judge Strickland.

  20. Kleat says:

Is it the defense’s position to be ‘pro-victim’? Is there no conflict of interest for lawyers to become ‘pro-victim’ vs pro-accused? Now we know about JWW’s role. Just that she never figured it out.

  21. Kleat says:

I asked about the 911 call by Jesse about Casey’s ‘seizure’ problem and the paramedic’s information in the report.

“… still unrepsponsive, and shaking…no med hx… has been nausea all day and was drinking heavily last night… NP (?)”

Blink’s response was “Keep in mind Caylee was with them when this occurred. B”

These little bits of insight added by Blink — thanks!!!! This was so easily overlooked and not even considered by us mere-mortal readers– speaking for myself of course.

I think it’s time to turn the week, the next weeks, over to Caylee, the victims. It really IS all about her now. How could I have not even thought about the baby being with Jesse and Casey on that day– I suppose because I didn’t read about the heavy drinking and didn’t even think about them doing such a thing with the baby in the ‘room’. (so, who babysat the night before, I wonder….)

IIRC, Casey went home and got Caylee in the am.

Although I don’t post often, I’m an avid reader of this site. At least 1,000 times a day I log in and read and try to keep up. I make sure when I do post, (albeit rare) that I start each comment the same way. I realize reading here that I’m not nearly as on top of things as some of you are, but I do keep up fairly well. With that said… A couple of important points from me..jmo of course

I think it’s VERY IMPORTANT to remember who the bad guys are in this whole thing. Tho’ it may have taken some people a little while to feel sorry for this person, and not feel sorry for that person, etc. etc. Took us awhile to see what was really going on in this family…. I still feel we should place blame where it belongs, and not get mixed up.

What I’m speaking of is the TonyL/TonyR comments. I’m being lazy and not scrolling back up to see who originally asked the question, then the few replies that followed, but here is my take on the text messages about Caylee being welcome, or not.

Tony Rusciano (sp) did say in his text to Casey that things would be more “fun” or “dirty”…so to speak, and not his EXACT words, but you get the point. He said a few times that he wanted Casey to come over, couldn’t wait to see her, mostly so they could throw down and do the nasty as they had done before, and he thought it best that she find a sitter for Caylee. While I can’t recall his EXACT words at this moment, there was nothing UGLY about how he said it…meaning, he didn’t say anything bad or negative toward or about Caylee herself, only that they would be able to have sex a LOT easier if she weren’t there in the middle of it. Personally I found that to be a good thing. Rather responsible if you ask me, considering this is a “fairly” young, single guy, one that at least took that into consideration. There are many young guys that wouldn’t care one way or another, especially since Caylee wasn’t his own child. There are just as many guys that would throw down in front of their own child, or at least attempt to do it while the child were still awake, and/or able to walk in on the “act.”

I also thought the same thing about Tony Lazzaro (sp)…. He didn’t say that Caylee wasn’t welcome there. Once again, I cannot speak for him verbatim, without going back and looking at the exact wording, but I can recall it well enough to know that the first time I read it, I actually thought it quite responsible of him for saying that Casey should find another place for Caylee to spend the night, and/or hang out. He did state that there would be things going on there that Caylee didn’t need to be a part of. I wouldn’t be the least bit shocked if Casey put up an argument, or justification on her part, attempting to sway Tony in the direction that it would be ok for Caylee to be there. She may have said Caylee would be asleep, or wouldn’t realize what was going on….OR, she and he, and/or he and his friends could do whatever they wanted, because she could just send Caylee to another room alone and have her watch t.v. or play with toys. The last few lines is of course speculation on my part, but as I said, I wouldn’t put it past Casey, especially considering that was the night of the big fight and Casey needed or wanted a place to go. I do believe that she either had Caylee with her out of sheer spite after the argument, and/or Cindy had put her foot down and told Casey that she was either NOT going out that night, or if she was, Caylee was going with her, because she was tired of babysitting while Casey ran the streets, all the while she was lying and saying she was working.

Anyway, I suppose my point is this….after more than a year of all this, we now see who the bad guys are, and who they are NOT. I don’t think that two young guys saying Caylee needed a sitter makes them a bad guy. I think just the opposite in fact. One was making a point that he wanted to have sex with no Caylee around, and the other was wanting to party with no Caylee around. Nothing wrong with that at all. I’ll even go as far as to say that they were in the “right” regardless of how it was worded to Casey that Caylee should be left somewhere else.

As for Tony L. saying he only wanted “boy babies”…. I too believe that may very well have been a way of letting Casey know that while he liked “playing house” with her, (her cleaning, cooking, taking care of him, mothering him)…any long lasting relationship, or marriage, would be with a woman with either no children, and they would try for boys, or just definitely a woman that didn’t already have girls…meaning of course, they wouldn’t be getting married, or playing house forever, because she had Caylee already. Oh and as for Cindy saying there is no motive for Casey to have killed Caylee….Lest we forget Diane Downs and Susan Smith, both of whom killed their children for men that didn’t want children, or didn’t want that gender. So, aside from the million other motives, there is one right there staring you in the face.

Lastly I’d like to comment on the person who brought up Cindy saying that Casey loved Caylee more than anything in this world. Made me think of a few things. Apparently LOVE in that family has a whole different meaning, so anything Cindy says should be taken with a grain of salt…as if we didn’t alredy know that.

BUTTTTT….remember that Cindy said Casey loved Caylee more than anything in the world…..in a previous interview last year, Cindy said….Casey LOVES Caylee soooo much, she loves Caylee more than I love Casey. WEIRDDDDD thing to say. And lastly, there is the mother of Cindy..Shirley Pleasea. She said… Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee.

I would think that sentence should be analyzed and re-analyzed by the jury, and you pretty much have your answer that in the Anthony family, love and hate were not only mixed up, mixed together, but there was/is an incredibly THIN line between the two.

You said what I was thinking earlier. I too feel this last set of friends kc glommed onto had a much more traditional/mature value system. Part probably selfish, didn’t want a child ‘in the way’ but I think mostly because they felt it just wasn’t the right thing to do. KC was used to sleeping with whoever, whenever and wherever she wanted. The old crowd was used to her having Caylee in tow. A sleeping infant is a different animal than a toddler who is beginning to have awareness of her surroundings.

Notice also who was the voice of reason. Not Caylee’s mother. Any responsible act in her life was always initiated by someone else. She must have been angry and confused that her child was beginning to actually impact her life. Standing at the crossroads of her future I think she saw the handwriting on the wall, Caylee was a real obstacle in her way. Sad.

‘Dubious Character of One’ as a tag on that black background blog site– leads back to a post that appears to be dated ‘Saturday, January 17, 2009′ , which is about Leonard Padilla as the ‘Dubious Character of One’. Didn’t JWW tell investigators that she believed that it was LP who was ‘planting evidence’? And that she revealed the term ‘media whore’ (which couldn’t be her invention of course, she said she doesn’t ‘curse’). (Not suggesting JWW has any creative role in any of this, now or then, but she’s spinning the joint defense line– but there’s a thread leading from her back to somewhere or some ‘thing’, if it’s only the obvious as George Anthony and those who ‘inspire’ him).

Interesting– remember Ms. Lyon’s information talking about her father’s influence (may I be corrected if wrong) and how she too, uses the word ‘stupid’ for people other than herself, like prosecutors and jurors, oh yes and ‘ those bitches, victim’s advocates’ .

As a further comment to your post, I know that Casey and Caylee slept in the same bed as Ricardo. Since Casey googled chlorofrm during the time she was with Ricardo, I wonder if that may be when she began to chloroform Caylee. Gruesome thought that it is.

Regarding the dora the explorer\zenida myspace page. The dora pic was labeled Heros ct? Mean anything to anyone? There are some players that I am just learning about,

  38. Kleat says:

ada, there would be no way to know that, plus, we haven’t heard of an actual ‘source’ beyond computer searches for making the chemical, have we? There had to be a bottle of the material somewhere, somehow. If someone had a suspicion that this dangerous chemical were being used on a baby, then they would have done the only thing to do, and that would be to have come forward long before June 15th 2008. JMHO.

What was the FBI discussing with Ricardo?

Will the Real Zenaida Gonzalez Please Stand Up!

Lordy. Does no one research, EVER? At the risk of sounding catty, this theory is mine, originated by me, period. At the end of the day, it may be debunked, I would be ok with that, if there were not 10 theories as a result, swirling around that are all different.

it sounds like something that lyons would say. Her thoughts to the point that she has expressed.

Not trying to be a rumor monger but Hornsby’s suggesting on several sites that Santa is going to bring us something on this case that is going to make all of us very happy!

no Rocket Science, a plea is highly expected in the fraud case.

Blink, Richard Hornsby sounds like a pompous a$$. If this theory, originated by you, turns out to be totally bogus, then as you surmised so be it… But to take your hard work and the work of others and try to make a laughing stock out of it is wrong. Besides, he is way late to the party. As you researched this, and posted on it, a long time ago.

I don’t know what it is. There seems to be such an utter display of professional discourtesy in the fray of those without original content to offer in this case like no other. It is a shame, as Silver pointed out a while ago, there is a strong need for unbiased legal commentary on this case and I was hopeful he would fit that bill.
Maybe it will shake out- (blink puts on the left blinker and turns up the high road).

There is alot Hornsby missed in his “re-do”. I guess it just remains to be seen. I can tell you that both Valhall and JWG are aware of a different attempted explanation from a different source, so again, interpretable data with no verified sources.
    Sigh.

I would like to respond to Blink’s clarification on comment 939. I have tried desparately to ALWAYS make sure that in any writing (and by the way, the first writing on the ZG22 traffic issue was at Abovetopsecret (not Websleuths)) about the ZG22 traffic issue to give proper credit to Blink. Blink did awesome work on the traffic issue, and as I have discussed with her on the backside, there are still very interesting and unsolved mysteries attached to that incident that I hope to read from Blink to be resolved some day.

When the thread was started at Websleuths, I copied the information I had put together at ATS over to Websleuths and it still contained the credit for Blink’s work. Unfortunately, at WS, it appears there are issues between that site and SM that I don’t understand, and quite frankly don’t want to know about. I find both sites to be very informative and populated by great people. I have no alliances other than WS is where I tend to work collectively with people. Because of whatever issue there is, the actual call out in my crediting seems to be kerflunkeled, but it still links to Blink’s awesome work.

The problem was further exacerbated by someone (I don’t know who) ripping the WS thread and placing it in a docstoc document that does not contain proper hyperlinks. (I’ll voice now that I find ripping threads from discussion forums – ANY discussion forums – is bad netiquette.)

Blink said it best when she said “does no one research, EVER”? Because there are several fallacies that plagued the conclusions drawn by Mr. Hornsby – including the fact there is absolutely ANY dependency between the ZG22 traffic issue and the zenaida myspace. The only connection is that the myspace was discovered while I was attempting to build on Blink’s previous work…period.

Anyways, I fully understand Blink’s aggravation. The ZG22 traffic issue should stand alone. The zenaida myspace should stand alone. And Blink’s hard work on the former should…STAND ALONE.

Valhall- very kind of you to take a stand on the issue; but honestly, I have only known you to have integrity and respect for other’s work. Same with JWG. So that we are clear, I never suspected this was an issue of “you.”

I am not going to get into the WS debacle except to say, this is what happens when you take original content, authored by someone else, and do not include attrition, or in your case, where you provided it appropriately, and it was removed completely by no fault of your own.

Moreover, as it is a published piece of work, you have the added issue of Mr. Hornsby misappropriating credit for his own apparent lack of research on it’s origination. To be honest, once the books everyone seems to be writing start flying, this is going to be a dicey issue in the copyright arena.

Lol, your correct, I will be providing some new insights to this theory on the ZG22 traffic issue in the future. Keep up the great work at your sight, and I value those of us who respect professional courtesies in our efforts to seek justice in this case.

For me, that’s the bottom line.

I am just catching up here, trying to read backwards. So the defense was running ads to get a blogger to write a “pro-Casey Anthony site”? Aren’t the Badens residents of NJ?

‘Dubious Character of One’ as a tag on that black background blog site– leads back to a post that appears to be dated ‘Saturday, January 17, 2009′ , which is about Leonard Padilla as the ‘Dubious Character of One’. Didn’t JWW tell investigators that she believed that it was LP who was ‘planting evidence’?

I am still confounded as to why Padilla is in daily contact with the defense then??? It boggles the mind.

However, after those bones, etc were found in the lake, the FBI? or OSCO? wanted Padilla to take a lie detector, so I wonder if they had considered that he planted evidence, as well.

  49. Kleat says:

Conspiracy theorists would usually put out ‘Theory A’ to back up their ‘conclusions’ decided beforehand. On the counts of being included as a ‘conspiracy theory’ inventor, Blink fails miserably as she fails to give only one set conclusion and gives the option that her Z and A’s Adventure scenario, may be Scenario A, or Scenario B, or… none of above. (gotta forget the fact’s mam’, make a conclusion and fit the facts to the conclusion only, don’t give non-conspiracy (non-Zenaida must be Casey) options !!! ;)

(Likewise, Valhall and the other excellent investigators on the cell phone records– that’s WAY too much work, just make a conclusion and forget all the checking and detailed re-checking for what really went on– easier to conclude and choose only facts that fit ‘conspiracy’. Why DO they bother with all the hard work and stress– just say Zenaida is Casey and that’s it! Oh yeah– that would change their readership slightly– and the Globe and Nat. Enq. already have that audience sewn up.

Happy Azz (his own words) went down to the courthouse. But there seem to still be unanswered questions. And he also lumps both Zenaida Gonzalez scenarios (MySpace and the traffic violation Zenaida) into his one single same ‘conspiracy’ theory. How old was the traffic ticket-Spanish-only speaking ZG? Casey speaks Spanish (her mother said she speaks ‘Spanglish’ whatever that really means) and Caylee was reported to have been learning to count to some high double digit numbers, for an almost three year old. It is possible that a girl with a ‘smile’ and ‘moves’ could convince a nice young male cop, that ‘I don’t speak English’ in broken ‘Spanglish’ and maybe could buy some time to pay her fines. Not saying it’s so, but Hornsby argues one position, this is a possibility.

Mr. Hornsby has yet to answer about MySpace, how a person, any person, could set up the Myspace on the date the child was last reported to have been seen, which was 31 days before anyone in the public, had any idea that the child was gone, and that is long before anyone might create a hoax of Dora the Explorer aka Zenaida, to tie in with this story. Makes no sense. (the backpack the public knew about as with the child when she was last seen, was the three monkeys backpack, so how did someone know to create the Myspace with Dora the Explorer’s ‘image’? The Myspace page was first reported when?? People, including Cindy, were checking social networking for the name ZG long before a baby’s remains was found along with Dora.

The position of Mr. Hornsby seems to be, well if there were anything to it, we’d see it in ‘discovery’ and we don’t, therefore, it’s unrelated, as clearly the investigators would know through their subpoena power. And this position also assumes that we (the defense, the public by now) would also have seen the Myspace records in discovery. He’s playing a Casey advocate on this point, I seems.

On the traffic ticket scenario story, I don’t recall that Blink has proposed the conclusion and argues one set of facts to draw that conclusion. Doesn’t sound like a conspiracy to me.

Are Defense lawyers born this way? That is, to take a conclusion, and fit their facts to that conclusion even when they are taking an unbiased position to discuss a case? Always ‘defensive’ and leaning one way like they have only one pocket full of rocks?

Mr. Hornsby, I recall, had decided that George and Cindy were definitely called by the defense to testify in the last hearing. Ms. Blink opted to go with ‘the state’. Who ended up being right on that one??? ;) (oh yeah, the defense called them then worked out a deal with Conway for them stipulate so they didn’t have to take the stand!)
