Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Could The Chloroform Belong To George?

Orlando, FL– I held out for George Anthony as the last hope to restore Caylee Anthony’s dignity in the beginning of this case.
When he visited OCSO on July 24, 2008, he was acting as Caylee’s JoJo, and not “Gelatinous George”.
I thought, ….maybe. I lost that bet. Whatever temporary empowerment Poppa Jo summoned to visit OCSO and retain famed Orlando attorney Mark Nejame outside of the Cindy tractor beam; George shed it like a snake.
When and Why?
I am on record since the Forensics reports indicating elevated levels of chloroform in the trunk air from Casey’s infamous white Pontiac were released: I have never believed chloroform played a part in Caylee’s murder.
I am among the minority.
While watching the Motions Hearing last Friday, I observed an expression of Casey Anthonys that distracted me from concentrating on the balance of the proceeding. It stuck to me like gum on the sole of my Ugg.
Casey glared like a shrew at the exact moment Jeff Ashton used the phrase “chemically restrained” in reference to what may have happened to Caylee to ultimately cause her death. Clearly, it was a thinly veiled reference to chloroform.
I thought, what a wildly inappropriate reaction to be followed up by her version of waterworks.
Maybe-not so much.
What if that hot mess in sea foam gave us a glimpse at her physical reaction to involuntary honesty?
We witnessed the sole reason for the motion to stop videotaping her. She will tell us everything we want to know under the right stimulus.
Chloroform, or the idea of same, enrages subject. The Teflon 100 pounder finally reacts to the metaphoric putrefactive odor in her own case.
Released September 26th, 2008 were the Computer forensics on both the HP desktop used in the Anthony home and the Compaq laptop used by Casey.
At first glance it is clear there is a considerable amount of data missing from the laptop findings. However, in contrast, there is a significant amount of data available for the desktop in both the unallocated and allocated sectors.
After scrutinizing the Internet Histories, Cookies, Fire fox and Safari reports I am comfortable saying that it is fairly easy to tell whether George or Casey was the surfer-in-session. Almost exclusively, Casey used Firefox which deleted her history on the surface and for the most part she left no cookie “crumbs”.
George might as well have posted his e-print on the borrowed mobile billboard.
George is as much a creature of habit on the web as he is on his lawn.
Apparently having not learned his lesson from his earlier web snafu-s, (Editors Note: Nigerian Internet Scam- My Ass.) George made no attempts to delete either his history or his cookies, as none of it was found in the unallocated sectors EXCEPT both sessions of the chloroform searches.
I know, your saying, Blink, WTH? You just told me Casey deletes, George does not, so which is it??
George was home on March 17th, the first search takes place:
In Comparison, from the Desktop following the above search on 3/17/2008:
Fast Forward to the next search on March 21st, 2008. As Time Sheets corroborate, George Anthony worked a 10 hour day, and was not home until after 5PM. This subsequent search is very different; superficial in contrast.
It is as if the query is “What is chloroform, as if I care?” as opposed to the “How do you make chloroform all-business-search on 3/17. In fact, the activity on 3/21 indicates a return to the last history, or point of fact, Casey is interested in what George was interested in when he plopped down on the computer after her, without opening a new window in Explorer, in this author’s opinion.
As you can see, the available (not in unallocated) space reflects none of Casey’s IM and myspace activity for the same day, which preceded the chloroform searches, and there is no further similar activity attributable to her for the 17th. It is however, (count the cookies with me) George’s M.O.
Did he just plop down at the computer after Casey leaves not realizing he needed to open a new browser? The activity of his after that leads me to believe he realized it and did exactly that, without erasing his “trail.”
What has this got to do with the chloroform? Plenty.
Sandwiched between a few of George’s dalliances: a fetish site, specializing in BDSM, www.alt.com (warning, not for Work viewing or in the presence of children, probably best before lunch.)
One of the topics discussed on such a site, is “breathe play” which is a form of autoerotic asphyxiation in which the use of Chloroform during such an event, or other forced gases or “poppers” like ethyl, butyl and ketamin is common. Yes, before you open another window and check the trunk sniffer report from Dr. Voss, you already know these were found in the air from the trunk.
To date, the FBI quantitative results from the sweepings from the liner, as well as the vacuums seized from the Anthony home have not been released. I suspect they will complete the findings here.
I could never figure out why George would seem “Ok” and almost resigned to Casey’s involvement in his beloved granddaughters death and then give us all whiplash with his support of the rotting pizza farce.
I believe Casey was on to him. She was well aware he was being “escorted” all over Orlando behind her Mother’s back. She told Amy Huizenga her Dad was cheating, her parents were divorcing, she was getting the house; because it was TRUE. She would see to it personally now that George was working 3–11 and making it nearly impossible to feign employment with a toddler on the verge of intelligible conversation, in tow. He began checking Caylee’s piggy bank, her account, asking Caylee about names Casey was using as associates in her *cough* work.
An obstacle indeed for a damsel in a blossoming romance with live baggage. Emphasis on the root word Damn.
It was divide and conquer time for Casey when Cindy finally seeks counseling advice on her situation. The only reason Casey did not pull the trigger on her faux patricide is because she met TonE Lazzaro. She waffled upon the uncertainty of his permanence. For a while, anyway.
In a scenario that allowed me to momentarily feel sorry for Cindy, I knew I needed to kevlar myself for any outcome. Given the circumstances of her own issues, it was not difficult.
So we find ourselves in the conundrum– How does the potential for George owning the chloroform shape up?
Let’s face it. If the sweepings and the cleaning gadgetry seized from the Anthony’s contain similar chemical/Bio to the trunk liner this is all over.
If it does not, the chloroform, ownership and acquisition of same, is paramount to this case. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, I have interviewed a FEMA Hazmat Biotech specialist and a Chemist PhD Fellow on staff at Johnson & Johnson. Both told me the amount of chloroform found in that trunk in conjunction with the etymology live cycle does not jive.
In other words, if we believe the chloroform was in the trunk as the murder weapon, or even dumped in it as a frame job prior to it’s abandonment on June 27, 2008, by their calculations, the degrading chloroform would act as an insecticide of sorts. At the very least, would not register so high in the air sample but very high in the composition found in the liner. Once chloroform is vaporized, In their opinion, a better explanation would be that chloroform was dumped in the trunk closer to when the car was picked up, or July 15. On July 16th it was impounded and placed in a climatic controlled environment. A stabilizer, if you will. Chloroform is also known to burn at very high temperatures. Given the levels, it is possible in the Flordia heat the amount of chloroform in that trunk might have combusted during the June 27th-July 15th timeframe.
George was emphatic about smelling decomposition in that car. He took the battery out and placed the deathmobile in the garage. Was he concerned it was a fire hazard now as well?
From a defense perspective, George is the perfect patsy. He Leaves gates open, irresponsible with the pool ladder, will lie about the last time he saw his daughter and granddaughter– twice.
Let me be clear. I do not think George Anthony would ever harm a hair on Caylee Marie’s blessed head. I also think he put himself in a position to defend Casey to save his own secrets, brought to his attention ex post facto.
Escorting by its latin name, P-R-O-S-T-I-T-U-T-I-O-N, is illegal in Florida.
There is no doubt in my mind Mr. Anthony was schooled on what might be coming his way if he did not join the formation, pronto.
If there still is in yours, I have provided thumbnails for your perusal and nausea. Be sure and review the pattern of site stat checking, escort site, individual “prospects”, financial account transaction, and yes, in some cases, calendar booking and hotel reservations *trends*.
There’s more. I just did not have the stomach for it.
No wonder the Nigerian Pyramid or deposit scam sounded good to him. Consider the alternative conversation.

Hi Blink: One thing I don’t understand in all this is — how did George pay for all this? I never thought he had much money and had just started a new job. I don’t know much about escorts but that just struck me as strange. Am I missing something?
As I said, there is alot more in these docs. There are 4 different online pay accounts, and then Wachovia and BOFA bill pays. One of the online subscription accounts is notorious for billing porn, and not having the word “porn” on your charge, lol. Several checks on new credit cards and the like. It would seem their new found cash may have come in the nick of time. I would love to see George’s browsing habits after July 17th.

Like with Tiger, if you follow the rules of common decency–(personally, I am thinking Bible here) and excuse me keep your PANTS on you dont ruin peoples lives and shame your family. I am so glad that this was exposed , blink takes bow, because had this revelation been their hat trick at trial it may have worked. The public has been outraged to visualize a mother being devious enough to manufacture and use ( some even thought with the needle) chloroform on her child.
It’s easier to reassess the info, georgie is a freak, got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, the exact reason for the findings in the car, yet to come.
Bottom line though, Casey killed Caylee, either in a rage or premeditated and the massive amount of daily insanity within the household could come into play but IMO doesn’t justify killing and dumping her baby.

What about the bottle of gatorade found in kc’s car with a syringe in it that contained Chloroform. You think George put that there. I doubt it since LE found it in the beginning in the car. I say kc did and I believe Mr.Astons version of how sweet Caylee was killed.

If I am correct, and the chloroform was George’s, or the defense is planning to say it is, disarming them before trial is the only way to go.

I think she put the rare duct tape on her mouth held her arms and watched her die! Evil to the bone. But in this family I can see why. Do you know what’s up with Lee? And how long as his girlfriend been with child 18 months now or is this their 2nd child. She was with child last year at this time as well. I also think she will do time. Do you know if a plea has been discussed on the fruad charges?
There are discussions about the plea in the fraud case, but no status.

I was surprised at the mention of Safari because I’m not PC literate, just never gave it much thought beyond the OSX platform, even for the ‘Universal’ apps capability, was aimed at the newer Mac users. So I checked out a PCMAC.com review of Safari 3.1 for Windows to see when it was available for PC’s.

Review date was March 21, 2008, so the PC beta already had been breaking ground in the PC world at the right time for this case and 3.1 for Windows was, it seems from this review, a major improvement. My first thought when you mentioned Safari, was a bit of shock that the PC using Anthony’s, would even have it running on their computer, and if so, why in beta? The parents wouldn’t likely have put it there, just surmising that they weren’t the ones to be up on all the newest gagetry computer wise, so probably not into checking out the latest (and beta’s never ‘greatest’) versions of software. Were Cindy and George really interested in Safari for what this review calls ‘slew of new improvements, …. unique features, impressive speed, and future-looking standards support’?
Maybe Casey added it for some reason, but then didn’t use it herself. IIRC, the Anthony’s tower was an older PC, so I assume the Anthony’s minimally had XP needed to run Safari.
Why would George opt for Safari? Wouldn’t he be a bit of a creature of habit? Wouldn’t it be obvious that he needs to clear his history so that daughter doesn’t see the list of recent visits? Or was Casey banking on that?
If Cindy sought some outside male comfort in a time of need, at the Ritz, for example, who could blame her on one level. George also made a point of his ‘jealousy’ surrounding Cindy in those same early chats with LE that he talked about the Nigerian scam problems. A jealous man would want to be with his wife, rather than doing other things, might be the suggestion in this early ‘laying it all out there’ to cop buddies, and how concerned George was that his ultra-honest (never lies) wife, would be devastated by news, so he wanted to cushion her from anything so if the cops could let him know first, well that would be good. All this seemed so normal for a concerned husband who knew ‘a lot about a lot of things’.
Blink, when you read the state depos of Cindy and George, you had an idea of where the state was going from a side-by-side read of the two documents– was this story from one of those insights?
Great work– it would explain a serious ‘family secret’ and could explain some of the dynamics in the Anthony home that leaked out in Casey’s statements about her parents relationship– little truths in her stories, here and there.
I knew that I never believed the chloro killed Caylee. I thought it was tied to sex recreation between her and Ricardo given the image.. When the search came back zilch on Rico’s laptop, and then the release of the State’s deposition and the utter disparity between George and Cindy’s testimony in certain areas, I knew what they were going after.
Going through George’s “head” is no picnic.

So to follow your logic-the syringe with the chloroform was planted by D. Casey at Cindy’s behest during one of his searches to throw off the timeline and the tie-in to Casey. Also George could overlook Cindy’s canoodling with D. Casey because he was doing his own canoodling someplace else. Is the state trying to turn D. Casey and give him a deal(thus the lack of depo or whatever you want to call it) to obtain an indictment against Cindy and George for evidence tampering? They could then use that indictment for testimony from them against Casey.
It is my personal opinion that the state will end up with Dom Casey on their witness list, yes. If he is smart, he should not walk but run to that deal.

How is the defense going to go with the 6th accusation of now, “daddy did it”, after the first set didn’t pan out? It was Zenaida for the longest time, until that had run its course, then they shifted onto Jesse Grund. Now it’s “Let’s through in daddy to add more “reasonable” doubt, no matter how UNreasonable it may sound. How can the defense go with reasonable doubt, when I thought Casey’s prints are somewhere on the tape? Given these new releases, I would think that the state feels they must have a pretty airtight case if they press on with the death penalty, and Judge Strickland puts all of the defense’s motions through the legality ringer, and still finds no merit in the defense’s absurd requests to grant any of their motions

George has link to duct tape. George is only one to have seen Casey in those 31 days. George placed himself chasing Casey. George retrieved “gas cans” from Casey. George may have been using steriod medication for his knee or male hormone replacement therapy, with syringes (found in bottle at Caylee site) Family always distant from George. Lyons stated Casey has embarrassing things to discuss with her family. Talk of Casey being molested. George at home alone with Casey and Lee for a # of years while Cindy worked days, he nights, George obviously into weird sex?

Actually this could be the factor that simplifies the entire fiasco. The facade that the A’s wanted all to see is crumbling into oblivion. Their reputation and credibility will be shot finally. Their child advocate persona tainted. Mr and Mrs John Q. Public can make an opinion on their motives with the real facts instead of the pap they’ve been spoon fed.
All the extra mind-bending dots that weren’t quite connecting can be discarded as far as Casey being responsible. It boils it down to the age old reason that often times mothers kill their kids. Mom is a psychopath, baby is in the way of her fun and glory. The big guns (team casey) can stop salivating over the endless possibilities and monkey wrenches they could toss in the mix.
My question would be, if GA was going to be thrown under the bus, was he going to martyr himself or just be wounded, dust off the dirt and live the rest of his days a free man? Atty. Conway better look into 4 wheel drive cause it’s going to get deep and muddy.
If the guilty party in this walks away, in the midst of lies, deceit, concerns of saving one’s own “dignity” and dirty laundry from being aired out in public, it will be a travesty, and a gross manipulation of the the very foundation of justice. It seems almost everyone has a price, unfortunately, and it is seriously becoming sad when people sell out for what’s in their own best interest, and nothing else. Now it’s obvious noone in that family will stand up for what’s right, be it they’re too busy protecting their own interests and concerns.
Whoever put the chloroform in the trunk, say to kill maggots, obscure the smell reasons, might not have considered that it would leave residue in the trunk liner etc, maybe they didn’t think ahead clearly and thought it will all evaporate away– and ‘poof’ be gone completely and not even smelled above other things.
If George did get chloroform, where did he get it? Did he have access to some industrial lab on his security night tours? Easy to know where volatiles would (should) be kept– in special well marked cabinets for fire hazard safety. If George is Mr. Neatnik, would he be the one to be making chemistry lab in his garage? Naw…
Cindy’s little statements about her searches online for ‘chlorophil’ are just nonsense. That word and it’s spelling is grade school stuff. If the grass made dogs sick, it was probably some other chemical, like the annual dumping of ‘must have a perfect looking lawn’ chemicals in their yard. Did Cindy also check the MSDS sheets on those chemicals they used regularly? No, it’s the naturally occuring green colour of vegetation, that she’s checking on.
Gatorade bottle in ‘Disney’ bag– a plant? Gee, I hate to suggest it, but how would that be possible without bringing the JWW into the picture Ahhggg-gain! Disney dress she saw planted, could she have been asked if she saw the man in the woods who was acting strangely, was carrying anything? Maybe a Disney related item etc? And she got the wrong idea– said ‘dress’ instead of ‘bag’? Hmm…. now to have heard the questions the defense asked her– were they ‘innocently’ planting ideas by asking her about things’ Disney’ and about anything like a ‘bag’ a stranger man was carrying. Who would believe her, but it would become public/jurypool info so why not drop a hint and let her run with it how she might. (and did, just got the Disney detail mixed up?)
Several people involved have staed Casey isn’t smart enough to kill her daughter and cover it up. But George is, after all he is an ex-cop. Cindy’s phone message no matter what you think Casey couldn’t have done this alone..
The reason for no visitation from her family, they all have to act as surprised and disgusted by these revelations as we all do. No looking, smiling at another in court, Cindy tries to get Casey’s attention, not so much George.
I think you are right, Blink with Casey was planning to pin this all on George. The question is when did they all fall in to lock step with this plan?

Blink, to your comment about the 12th, the computer activities while the J’s tow notice was jammed in the door– George’s lies are predictable in his manner of telling the story, and the details and how he reacted when police interviewed him about that situation of the tow notice and yard/lawn work, showed the same thing. He repeats the question before answering, gets his thoughts together. That is so obvious in his manner when faced with something he has to think about before answering.
JWG and Blink, if the sweepings were not tested at all, the defense would know this, and demand why they were potentially hiding evidence by not being thorough enough to find proof that someone else was in the A’ home who could have done this or that.
Wouldn’t the state need to investigate all they took from that home, to exclude this from happening?

I didn’t think KC was escorting either (no time after Target, Walmart, and KMart). I just thought she was curious and was checking that stuff out. Makes perfect sense that she’d be using Firefox.
Couple of Q’s for you or anyone: Wasn’t there early discussion about BB having carpet cleaning fluids; could he have supplied George at some time or other?
Confused about who is George’s “personal flunkie”–I’m sure it’s cynical, but duh!
Assuming the entire Anthony household had access to one another’s computers and also knew each other’s user names, passwords and access codes for numerous internet accounts, websites and blogs, what would have precluded Casey from doing her research while logged in as George and using his passwords. I recall Casey being furious when she became aware that her mother was sending out e-mails from Casey’s account without her knowledge or consent, leading the recipients to mistakenly believe that they had actually been written and sent by Casey.

So blink, do you think the state can, or will, use this information to “turn up the heat” on George, into spilling everything he knows?
Honestly, if they think he knows something material, of course. If he cleaned the car and used the chloroform, at the time, I doubt he knew it was criminal until after the fact. If anything, I think it gives them power to investigate what else he lied about that would support their case.
I know everyone wants their heads on a stick. I get that. However, if it interferes with the prosecution of their daughter, let them live out their own rotten existence for what they are.

Okay Blink, if George used chloroform to clean the car on the 15th of July, and Caylees body was dumped in June how on earth would Casey have known to dump the gatorade bottle in June? Soooo what you are saying is that the gatorade bottle was planted after July 15th? And now we get to figure out who planted it?

scenario, FINALLY, good old George is being brought to the front and your search is revealing his self gratifying personality. His little suicide “act” to get the poor devestated “me” sympathy has always been a problem for my thinking. George is a whimpering ass. The example he gave Casey as a father is that men have to have their “fill” of sex. In my estimation that is exactly why Casey grew up thinking that was what she needed to do to be loved at all costs, men/sex over love for child! That is what George illustrated to Casey. Casey is not like Cindy! She is like GEORGE! They both have the “tight lip”, Clearly Cindy does not

I have said it before.. I beleive that Casey made the seaches of escort sites and she worked as an escort or wanted to.
If you reviewed each site individually as I have, you would not think that.

Blink, you and others have said that the Anthony’s have been using Joy Wray to an extent. Do you think her comment about not leaving her child alone with George and seeing a man go into the woods plays into this whole scenario?
I think Joy Wray got some legal advice she is going to listen to, as well as a visit from DCF.

Ironically, this all makes me feel more confident in the prosecution. We all knew this family had a closet full of skeletons and this confirms our suspicions. I have a feeling this is just the beginning of this journey. Cindy and George can profess their love for their daughter all day long on the today show, but it is obvious Casey does not feel the same toward them. She is MAD….mad at her mother for calling LE and especially mad at her father for this whole chloroform theory involving Caylee’s death. The Anthony’s don’t want to visit Casey as long as their visits are recorded because they know she will not be able to hold back her anger towards them. She has been in jail for over a year and can not tell her side of the story because it would expose their dark family secrets. I imagine she has convinced herself that this is all going to blow away after her attorneys expose all of this in court.
What she doesn’t understand is this is small potatoes. So we really don’t know how Caylee died and We really don’t know for certain who searched Chloroform on the computer- We can use our imaginations in these areas. What we do know is she was thrown out like trash and forgotten. Her precious body was left out in the woods to be eaten by the wild and rot in the weather. This precious baby girl was gone for THIRTY ONE DAYS and all the while her mother was living “Bella Vita” or whatever the tatoo reads. The Anthony family had problems long before Caylee was murdered and her mother was the accused- they will have problems long after as well.

IMHO I don’t give ones rats a$$ about who or where the cloroform came from or GEO’s little No No’s, bottom line in the end is this Casey was the mother of that baby and the day she born it was her responsibility and hers alone to keep her safe love her and care for her and she failed her miserably. Casey was an adult by legal standards and the care of that beautiful baby was soley on her and whatever her whacked out sorry excuse for parents were doing or not doing is not IMO what matters at all, they are a bunch of whack jobs we all know this EVERYONE knows this…If Casey was half the mother she should have been she should have bolted far far away from that mess, but she didn’t she stayed in knee deep in it and the price for that was the life of an innocent child, for that she deserves anything the jury decides to lay down upon her hateful self.
I hope Baez is truly happy with his lack of ability to do the right thing in this case, they should have taken the plea a year back when it was offered, now all the lil nasty’s will come out and they will all stink more then then the “it smells like theres been a dead body in the Damn Car”!!!!! no disrespect “Precious”!

I also don’t understand why Casey is sitting in jail without outting George. I haven’t looked at the computer search records, but who looks up neck-breaking, household weapons, and shovel? Blink couldn’t Jesus Ortiz be ruled out by taking the DNA of his family? I really don’t think at this point it matters who Baby’s Daddy is but it sure would nice just once to hear from someone who has tie to this baby and cares about this case…can someone who cares PLEASE stand up!
They dont need his family, they have a blood sample with FHP.
