Orlando, FL– On the Eve of the New Year, it struck me that I have yet to form my New Years’ Resolution, and hopefully, impart one to the dedicated readers of blinkoncrime.com.

Caylee4

After reading this comment from a longtime reader and poster, I realized it would be the basis of what I will ask of you in the coming year.

I guess I’m still alone in not begrudging the Ants any of the media money they collect. I know everyone’s mad at them for not publicly turning against their daughter, and for not helping the state firm up a death penalty case against her, and I get that, but I still have trouble mustering up hatred for them. I don’t think they’re particularly likable or even sympathetic characters—I think that’s why I can’t seem to hate them correctly. I see them as foibled and broken and just so regularly human that I kind of feel compassion for their situation.

I think it’s probably a misconception that they’re rolling in the dough. They’re not working right now. Cindy had to clean out her retirement fund thanks to the two losers she more or less supports, and who more or less have robbed her blind over the past many years. They have lawyers and godnoze who else sucking money out of them prolly as quickly as it comes in. Their grandchild is dead, their daughter is facing death—it sucks. I’m pretty positive that none of us would want to trade places with them. Not that you guys wouldn’t conduct yourselves differently than the Ants. You’re probably less screwed up than they are.

I wouldn’t want to walk a mile in their shoes, and I’m grateful that I won’t have to. But I am also quite sure that I can’t fully imagine what it feels like to be them. Everyone hates them. People surely still heckle them, threaten them, shun them, spit on them, attack them—day after day, relentlessly!—viciously on blog after blog, calling them names, making just horrible assumptions and speculations about them and wild claims against them. Mobs are not warm and fuzzy, whether they are storming your gates with pitchforks and torches, or lobbing negativity and vitriol at you over the ‘net.

(Oh, dear, I must be feeling the full weight of 2009 upon me. Reflection is a dangerous thing, lol.) At any rate, here’s wishing all the Blinksters a safe and happy and fulfilling 2010, hopefully with many fewer human tragedies for us to chime in on.

I think this perspective is a very fair one, and I share it. My response:

 Suz-

I do not hate these people. I hate their behavior.

I hate that they enabled this girl for so long she never got the help, I feel, she desperately needed.

I hate that a 34 month old baby paid the price for it.

I hate that they have lied to protect the woman responsible for it.

I hate that they do not get that their job now, is to restore the dignity of that baby, and to warn others what can happen when one enables their child to the extent of actual lying and covering up for her, her entire life.

I stole a pack of Kool Aid when I was a kid ( that must be where it all started..) and my Mom drove me back to Food Lane and made me hand it to the manager and apologize.

The rest of my feelings are probably peppered throughout this site.

I do not want people to blindly hate the Anthony’s. I want them to learn the lessons they are supposed to, in the hopes this tragedy can be prevented where it might not have been previously, for someone else.

Imo, hate gets people nowhere. It prevents us from self-asessing and making the crooked places straight.

Happy New Year to You as well Suz.

B

To add to the above, I will share with you that my biggest fear in the conclusion of this case, is that hate, for anyone involved, wins out.

The easiest thing in the world to do is to cast dispersions and  launch the atomic hate grenade. I am asking all of you to instead of sitting in the smokescreen that ensues, to open your heart to the real issue here.

Caylee Marie Anthony, in her short time on Earth, loved these people, unconditionally.

Maybe the way to break through to them is to just respect that part of their relationship. Momentarily, can I ask us to have a collective recall of a photo we have seen of Caylee with them? Full of life, love, and happiness.

I know they read here, so let me be the first to say that while I will continue to work to affect a successful prosecution in this case; I want you to know:

I know you loved her more than anything.

I know you would do everything differently if you could.

I know what happened to Caylee was not your fault, but you know who is responsible.

I know that you are struggling for a way to make this right.

I know that your ability to do so on your own may be shortly out of your control.

I know that people will understand your motivations for how this all started if you are simply, honest. I know people have a great capacity for forgiveness.

For me, the thought of Caylee’s death turning into nothing more than a bank account for some, and platform to spread hate, turns my stomach.

If hate wins, that is all it will ever be to those that we need to affect changes that will help someone else. The cycle continues.

I think Caylee deserves for her death to matter in a way for her legacy to be the focus of our energy. Please join me.

(editors note: For anyone who reads this and thinks Blink has gone soft, you know me better than that. I am just sick of the viral toxin shower that some seem to have taken before they comment on this case. It needs to end)

MsEnscene- Yes, her expression in the target hoodie at the bond hearing is absolutely chilling. Tonight, I will be pulling up Casey at Target and the bank to review her incredible ability to calmly commit a crime. My husband and I were commenting to each other yesterday about how we would not be able to do that kind of thing without showing signs of stress caused by conscience. I don’t know what kind of dark hole you need to be in to finally come to the end of a sociopathic way of thought… but the only help for her now is spiritual.

Okay- so I found this raw footage mixed with some commentary and Beatle’s music. Makes it a little less tedious to watch.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=AU&hl=en-GB&v=EGxKL8xM1YI

Several things I noticed. At Target she is making sure to pull out some kind of ID, at which the checkers really don’t bother to look. But she facilitates the process of checkout by helping to load her goods and speed the checkout process. Right at the moment when she csan get caught in the first video, she is seen cracking her knuckle. Second video, there is hand rubbing. At the bank she is totally calm and collected. I do believe that she got her “rush” as she walked out of the businesses. There are just a few tiny signs of nervousness anywhere in her deceptions. She is well aware of every little move she makes.

I didn’t get a response to my question here.

    Repeat:
I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around understanding the need for a Construction Law and Litigation/Commercial Litigation Specialist for a defamation suit. I remember hearing about Macaluso being a high powered expert in liability litigation and the possibility they were going to try to say Caylee died by accident in the Anthony home, but that was just speculation. Is Macaluso still a member in good standing of the California bar? Is he still on the case? Does anyone have any idea where the defense can be going by retaining this particular lawyer?

Perhaps my questions were considered not very interesting to the powers that be??!!! I personally think they’re very pertinent.

Lol, Nosy, I think your questions are very pertinent, but I try not to repeat myself. But you actually read what your referring to here. If I have covered something at length, it is kinda “my thing” not to re-address it, but just this once:

Wrt the construction lawyer, It could be a 100 reasons, or it could just be that she speaks fluent spanish

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. There came a point by July 3rd, at least, that you thought she was missing.

ANTHONY: No, I did not believe that Caylee Marie was missing until July 15th.

    UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, so…

ANTHONY: If I would have thought that Caylee Marie was missing before July 15th, I would have called 911 before July 15th.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Let me — we`ll get back to the air mattress in just a bit. You had a MySpace account, did you not?

ANTHONY: Yes, I opened a MySpace account.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And you actually would post on MySpace, right?

ANTHONY: I posted for my daughter`s — for Casey`s benefit only because I didn`t have any friends on MySpace. And I did it…

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Let me hand you a — I`m going to go ahead and mark this as an exhibit. And that`s — you recognize that, don`t you?

ANTHONY: Yes, I know it. I wrote it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. You wrote it, and this is something you put on MySpace, correct?

    ANTHONY: Right.

    UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And…

ANTHONY: For Casey. And I tried to get her to be my friend so she could read that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right. So what is the date of that posting?

    ANTHONY: July the 3rd.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right. And you say what? What is the title of the posting?

    ANTHONY: My Caylee is missing.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right, so is it fair to say that when you wrote this, your mind was that Caylee, in fact, was missing?

    ANTHONY: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. So that doesn`t mean — “My Caylee is missing” doesn`t mean what it says?

    ANTHONY: No.

Blink, I have not read much about the statement posted above, this I believe, is the day Cindy went to Universal correct? Do you or anyone else have any information on this day, I have listened to her interviews with police I dont hear her talk about this particular piece in her interviews, if I missed something please point me back in the right direction, what do we know about this particular day, I have heard that maybe Cindy found something in the back yard that day that raised some kind of an alarm, is this the day she sent Lee to go look for her and she bolted from her location before he got there.

Any info any of you can share about July 3rd would be very appreciated, I am just wondering about this date and the going ons.

Oh and one more thing…nice lie Cindy

Dee, my friend, that is a very long response I unfortunately do not have time for. I am the originator of the “something was found in the yard 7/3 that day, and I stand behind it. I would start with George’s state deposition.

    ANTHONY: That`s my understanding.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right. Now, how do you reconcile your understanding that she didn`t have a job, so she wouldn`t be working late, and then she would be crashing at Zanny`s, as you said — ma`am, if I may? — crashing at Zanny`s, as you told the investigators — how do you reconcile in your mind those two things?

    ANTHONY: You mean now?

    UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, ma`am.

    ANTHONY: I don`t. I don`t reconcile with it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All right, and one of the…

ANTHONY: Reconciling with it means that you`ve come to terms with it. I haven`t come to terms with it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, let me use a different word as opposed to reconcile, OK?

    ANTHONY: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s — they`re two different things because if she doesn`t have a job, she`s not working late, correct? Is that right?

ANTHONY: I don`t know. I have — you know, I don`t know if she worked or not. I don`t know.

    UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK, well…

ANTHONY: I mean, you`re asking me, I don`t know. No one has found pay stubs. No one has found anything. I don`t know.

we are in for a treat if Casey’s case goes to trial and the A’s act up again, I truly hope that Cindy and George re-read these ZG transcripts and realize it is time to be honest and forth coming, I wonder if they will be as combative on the stand as they were during this depo, if they even merely attempt to lie they will surely get ripped a new one….waiting….

  8. dee says:

thanks Blink, will do, just kinda curious after re-reading and going back to my saved links, I am currently reading transcripts from early Nancy Grace programs and it is extremely interesting about what was said and what was asked by callers and guest on the show back in those early days, it is interesting to hear Baez talk about a live Caylee being seen in various locations around the country like he really believes it from the very beginning (not) smoke and mirrors and lies all over the place, I truly recommend the transcript below from the early days when Baez was a guest on the show July 23 2008

    http://edition.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0807/23/ng.01.html.

compared to what we knew then to what we know now the contridictions and lies just pop out all over the place, I sit and just shake my head and say, did he really just say that? yep he just said that.

I would cut and paste these finding all day but dont want to be rude and take up space.

    have a great all!

Blink, I missed your analysis of something being found in the yard on July 3.

I believe, also, that the paving project was due to something found in the yard; at very least, the A’s understood what the ground disturbance was about. They wanted to cover that up. Ironic, though, that they would set their table on it, as if to feast with abandon.

I think it was the egg before the chicken on this one. I think the planning of the yardwork and execution thereof, unearthed something that caused immediate concern. Remember, the weed barrier found with Caylee’s remains?

I have always thought it was Mama’s clothes. Know why? Because for whatever reason that makes me Blink, I adore that babydoll and I believe Caylee did to. I want to believe so badly she was with her when she was placed in that backyard.

  14. Lacilu says:

Lil cutie pie looks so much like Cindy in the photo above. Yet she was a beauty inside & out those big hazel eyes just draw you in…it brings out a Mother’s instinct to want to save her…yet it’s too late…at least most Mother’s excluding the Anthony family.

I wonder what kind of person she would have been if allowed to live? Raised by those people I guess there would be a 50/50 chance of her turning out good & normal. But you can see the inner kindness & sweetness in Caylee, yet I never saw that in Casey’s baby pics or when she was a little girl. But it couldw be because we know what she’s done.

  15. Lacilu says:

Speaking of Casey’s confidence I saw a different Casey when the state took photos of her tattoo & back. I think she depended so much on her looks that now that she’s losing them rapidly & realizes being cute wasn’t going to get her off the hook for killing her baby that arrogance & look at me I’m a celebrity confidence is gone.

One question I have for Cindy…why don’t you get the daughter you supposedly love yet never visit a couple of proper fitting blouses & slacks to wear to court? That bright blue pilgrim style blouse is a distraction…Casey looks uncomfortable & about to pop the buttons.

  16. martha says:

sorry for the caps, didnt mean to. Dee—my nephew who is homeless now, amd sometimes comes around my sister, is a very violent pyschopath. my sister was very lucky she wasnt killed. he used to torture her, tie her up, electrocute her with wires and beat her unconscious on an almost daily basis. she finally walked 3 hours across town to womens shelter and has gotten away from him. He had problems from the time he was small, used to cut the dog with a knife in the bathroom and tie the cat up with rope and put it in the dresser. the reason for saying all this is my parents knew about all of this when he was little but just ignored it. (my sister and son lived with them since he was born). And they are intelligent people. So I can see where you are coming from and will pray for you and family. I dont know why my family didnt do anything either. I had just recently found out about the torture etc (when he was 13 or 14). He is now 24. Totally without a conscience but can “fake” it with the best of them like Casey. sorry for the graphics but wanted to express where i was coming from on this. He should have been arrested immediately but that never happened now he is out and about doing God knows what. So maybe the Anthonys were afraid of Casey at times, and are probably glad that she is out of the household.

I dont hate the Anthonys but they should stand up for Caylee.

Martha- this individual is highly dangerous and I dont need you to answer here, but I sincerely hope LE has been notified. He is in need of psychiatric care.

When looking into the money factor do you know if anyone has ever contacted the IRS and asked for the Caylee Marie Anthony Foundations form 990? This would have to have been filed right? No way they could claim exemption.

There are 2 foundations. The first and the second. The first, did NOT claim to be 501c3, they just neglected to tell everyone else.

    OHMMMMM, chanting doesn’t even help.

#263 WordGirl’s post and Blink’s reply………….the visual that comes into my mind, heartbreak. A child dead, alone, her beloved doll.
I’m a perfect stranger and it fills me with sorrow. How can I not despise (hate) the A’s if they saw something that made them know, really know? At what nano second does it occur to someone to accept the idea that a cherished grandchild is gone, grieve privately, then launch a no holds barred campaign to free the childs killer (even if it’s your daughter, wouldn’t you be more inclined to want her to get well mentally?)
These thoughts always are like some macabre circus merry go round, nothing ever makes sense.

I am in NO WAY defending these people. But they picked up a deathmobile and they did not “know”. I believe they knew something was dead in that car, but until the 911 call, I do not believe Cindy ever entertained the idea it was Caylee. Does that help me feel a lick better whatsoever? no. Your talking about an entire family that LIVED ON DECEPTION and LIES. I will simply end by saying, Caylee was dead before these people had any concept of what was really going on with their daughter. As far as Cindy goes, I think her faculties of reality have left her completely.

That fight, and there was one, the night of the 15th was the conduit that ended Caylee’s life. How the Hell could anyone as effed up as her in the first place, face that?

This was my impitice for the piece, while they in no way directly had a hand in Caylee’s death, they were participants in their actions and non-actions and there is no getting around that. I am simply hopeful that they realize their role in that burden now.

yes, my twin sister still suffers from what happened. She still sees him like at a Denny’s etc occasionally but is not allowed to be with him alone or live with him. No one ever pressed charges and it has been several years since he has had control of her. She has come a long way. I think he has the beginnings of being a serial killer if he isnt already. Not sure what to do now as he is homeless and goes from shelter to shelter, “winters in LA and then goes north in the summer. The shelters have tried to help him,and I have called them but he just plays along to get what he wants. If you were to meet him on the street you would never see his violence as he hides it well. Sorry for getting off topic. But thought maybe the A’s were afraid of Casey at times. This is inappropriate for the topic and I apologize dear Blink. You can delete this if you want.

  20. Beeca says:

I don’t HATE the Ants. It’s not my place to hate them. I do however have a hard time mustering up a lot of sympathy. When the story first broke, my heart broke for George and Cindy. I felt such pain for them, knowing they were holding on to denial of what their daughter had done. However as the days turned into months and it became clear to the world what had happened to Caylee, their actions have killed any sympathy I felt. They went from loving grandparents enabling parents in my mind. I don’t hate them, but I certainly do not respect their actions. There is one thing they could do to restore a little of my respect and sympathy for them, and that would be if on the day the trail opened they were to sit on the prosecution side instead of the defense. If they would just once, show support for Caylee and not for her killer

  21. dee says:

martha that is a very sad situation, sadly my nephew is the same and from very early on I always told my sis you better get a handle on him before he turns on you, sadly that is exactly what happened, my sis always felt sorry for him as he is an extremely overweight heart patient, she coddled him from day one always gave excuses and ignored all his bad behaviors, no one ever wanted to say anything for fear of making my sister mad, she had a uncanny way of holding a grudge for years so everyone just put up with so that they could have a relationship with her, I had been gone almost 6 years and had no idea it had turned into such a violent situations when I left he was 11, my family had started to step in, she was planning on moving in with my mom to get some help the weekend she died, how unfortunate, I get this, I understand it and I hate it. Hopefully from these kinds of situations we can learn a serious lesson and step in and help and not worry if someone doesnt like it or makes them uncomfortable.

  22. myers says:

I do not post often because I can’t hang with all you smart people. Everyone is so interesting. I know this most likely can’t be answered, but I wonder if Casey knows just how much all of us know. Does Biaz tell her everything that comes to light, and if he does, then she must always have a way of explaining or lying about it. Just seems to me if she knows of all the evidence against her, she would get this over and plea. Also if you believe that your client is innocent, why would you have to coach them on how to behave in the court room. Your daughter is dead, emotions should come naturaly.

  23. Alegna says:

First I want to say I don’t hate the Anthonys but I despise their behavior, I find them capitalizing on Caylees death despicable. If Holly G. has also made a financial gain in lieu of her daughters appearance on the 48 hour special that enrages me even more.

I have a dear friend who lost her precious daughter 12 years ago at the hands of a negligent day care provider. My friend appeared on national TV, and stood in front of congress and is responsible for the laws in her state being change, In order to protect other families from going through the pain and sorrow she suffered as a result of the loss of her infant daughter. Her actions were unselfish in petitioning Day Care Providers be held accountable for their actions, and a clear voice for her deceased daughter that her memory lives on and that she was deeply loved during her very short life.

My friend did NOT proffer one red cent from her TV appearance. Instead she took the time, energy and money from her own pocket to protect and save others from the same fate as her unfortunate circumstances. The Anthonys in my opinion will have to live the rest of their lives with their own demons. They don’t need us to hate them, I think they will end up hating themselves when all is said and done.

And just so you know, Julia was placed in an infant swing in a closed bedroom with her baby bottle propped in her mouth, right after her father dropped her off, it was her mothers first day back to work. There were other children left in different rooms of the house while the “paid” care provider cleaned her dishes and ran her vacuum and cleaned her house. She was never charged with a crime.

I just felt the need to point out in the light of evil there is so much good in this world, thanks for letting me ventJ I truly wish the Anthonys can come up with a better way to preserve Caylees memory! Thanks Blink, you have a great site, I love reading what you and everyone has to say here!

I too hope that the family see their part. I also hope that I personally can one day understand how to not judge them so harshly. One thing for sure, your article and all the responses have made me look at some of my own demons, Can’t imagine what it’s like to have your dirty laundry blowing in the breeze with all of the world commenting on it.
The way this has played out, in real time and especially in the web, each little tiny word can be analyzed a million different ways and until the trials start it is easy to focus on the players that are not locked up. From all the things that are known surely they must be in their own prison even if they don’t show it on the outside.

  25. martha says:

dee–I am so sorry for the loss of your sister. My heart goes out to you and your family. I know exactly and all too well about trying to keep equilibrium in the family. It is so very tragic. Yes, I think that is why a lot of us are on these sites from personal tragedy, and the thought that like you said if people would just step in no matter who gets mad or uncomfortable, things would have turned out differently. I wish I had taken that extra step to help my sister and to really investigate what was happening and do something. I know without a doubt that there were signs that Casey was not right. God bless you Dee.

Blink, My goodness, when I read this I had a flashbulb moment, I do believe you are right! The picture of the car, with the carseat and the lonely, naked, little Momma doll, seemed totally out of place. I remember Cindy talking about sleeping with teddy so she could feel close to Caylee, then supposedly Casey came and took it so she could feel close to Caylee.

Why would she need to? She had her baby doll right? Very thought provoking Blink. I did not want to believe Caylee was alone at the end either, any mother, even one who accidentally killed their child and covered it up, does certain things for that child, sometimes subconsciously, like putting them in bags, (returning them to the womb) ……

I want to say Mama was originally found in the trunk and Cindy put her back in the car seat, but I would appreciate a fact check on that if anyone has it.

Holly Gagne, a friend of Casey Anthony’s family, is facing trouble of her own: felony charges.

“Police say she attacked her husband with a bat,” WFTV-Channel 9 anchor Barbara West said tonight. “Gagne is accused of fighting with her husband over photographs that didn’t belong to her and attacking him when he tried to prevent her from taking the photos.”

Gagne will be in court later this month, West added.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her child, Caylee. The murder trial is likely to begin this summer.

Been thinking long and hard about Blink’s suggestion for the new year. I agree that hating anyone is pretty self depricating. In the interest of the innocent life of Caylee Marie, however, I find it really difficult not to use extreme words to express my extreme feelings. I have never followed a crime like I have followed this one. I have surprised myself by my unwavering interest. My feeling for Caylee has grown and grown, begining with her murder at her mothers hand, then her abandonment by her grandparents and uncle. I found myself getting defensive, shouting back at the TV during any of their interviews, “What about Caylee? She was 3 years old and SHE WAS MURDERED!!!!”
I think it fits here to say, that it is totally understandable why Casey thinks she can get away with this murder. If the grandchild of these folks can be so unimportant that her mother doesn’t have to tell the truth, and the grandparents choose to continue to allow her to lie, then why wouldn’t she think she could get away with it?
It is up to us, to see the atrocity of this crime by her mother, and followed up by her grandparents. It is up to us to love Caylee and stand up for the value of her life, and the importance of her person and the truth of the whole horrible matter.

Blink — Here is what Cindy said in the interview identified:
Page 31 of statement to LE on September 8
Cause I, I had let Caylee’s baby doll, Caylee’s baby doll was sitting in the car seat and that was, that was taken along with um, you know a few other items that, that was all signed off for with the car’s that, that was all signed off for with the car.

Thanks Pooky, I could be wrong but i want to say that doll is attributable in terms of chain of evidence to the trunk. I think Cindy was the reason it was sitting in the seat. I recall she said she wiped the face and bodice, iirc.

agree, nothing new, but it is repeating their keyword messages to the jury pool. Their key issues, they just hope that saying something enough will reach enough people when they come to repeat same in the courtroom, and the fact that the jury has heard the words before, will give it a stronger message. Tell someone something often enough, they will begin to believe it. It’s not about playing the trial out in the media, it’s jury preparation that’s going on.

I listened to that interview with Biez and Baden. What a waste. What I found very disturbing is that even after they filed all the BS motions that they did and the judge throwing them out – they still want to bellyache that they think that they should have went through.

For example…Biez saying that they don’t think that this case is really a death penalty case. They made that argument to the judge and the judge said “Whatchoo talkin ’bout Willis? Yeah it is!” That should have been the end of that…but not for this Duhfense team.

They make me sick and I think they are disgusting. They don’t want to try this in the court of public opinion, yet they are the only ones going to the public with any of this!! What is up with that (said in the voice of Jerry Seinfield).

Lastly, I would like to add my two cents on hate and the Anthonies.

I have read some very outstanding comments here. Very well stated. Very sell intentioned. A lot of the comments fall into “Hate the sin, not the sinner” type of a thing.

But I, for one, can and do honestly and openly say I hate Cindy Anthony as well as George Anthony….and my ex-wife.

And let me tell you why. (and Ill explain why I threw in my ex in that statement too).

Back when my marriage fell apart – I was crushed, heart broken, tail tucked between my legs as I scampered off into the sun set. I licked my wounds and over time even learned to laugh and love again. It wasn’t until then that I realized that a vast majority of the “bad things” that had gone on in our relationship was a bold faced lie brought on by satan herself and trust upon me to endure. It wasn’t until I had gotten to a place where I would no longer put up with it and even blasted back with my own venom was it determined that she hated me too….and wanted to see me fail. But ssince I didn’t fail..she now hates me even more. And for this game she continues to play it has affected my childens ability to have a normal decent life and my current wife and I had to work extra hard to ensure we had a stable life for our family and always stay prepared for my ex to come pouncing in one day with her bag of crap to spoil our fun.

That is much the same way I feel about the Anthony’s. When this first started, I pretty much wanted to be in their corner to help them either find their grandchild or at least support them in the fact that they are greeving grandparents who are missing their grandcild. But that was over in a heart beat.

To sit and watch the venom that comes flying out of cindy’s mouth and eyes when there are people who want to help is scray. The deposition antics they gave where “Zenaida…you are no ten.” was uncalled for and unneeded. The anger and desperation of them not wanting to answer qwestions because they didn’t know the relevantness or gonna get up and storm out was just childish.

George…lost his “manliness” a long time ago. I’m sure Cindy clipped his junk and now all he can do is sing falsetto. He is allowing the party line kill the love he once had for Caylee and that is a shame. For anyone to do that to a child should be a crime.

For these reasons (and a few hundred more) I can honestly say I hate them. I despise them. I think they are jokes of themselves and the more they stay out of the public eye the better. I think they are scum, scum suckers, and scumbags!

But my hate for them isnt a wild rage. It is quiet. It is ever present. And it is in control. I don’t see anything wrong with a person wanting to hate the Anthony’s. The Anthony’s have made it happen.

Uhoh, someone did not read the post :)

Thanks again to Sierra for being on top of things. I don’t know who Sierra is and don’t belong to YouTube, but she does nail the videos up on the wall in a timely fashion, doesn’t she. (don’t know if she reads here, but thanks!!)

She is Pattyg, a mod at WS. She has always been decent to me- that I am aware of, lol

    Blink,

What is phony scintific evidence, per Lkb might you know.
Could she mean that other people such as the state, hire people
    to make phony reports?

Also A Lyons is doing a history of Casey, I say look out
George, Cindy and Lee. Big bus comming your way.

I have a confession to make. Not to be disparaging about a persons speaking abilities, but if I hired Baez in a capital case, I would expect my attorney to at least be charismatic and engaging. He reminds me of someone in a skit about an attorney.

    P.S
He has this over inflated ego that demands to be listened to and seen!! loves to see himself! I can imagine him playing back all his interviews to see himself geez

    Blink,

Question the longer they wait going into trail, the less
people will recall. Is this normal, or do most cases take this
long. How does a Jury person feel when a witness states I don’t
recall. If it were me I would think they are lying. 1. something
this huge one does not forget. I know they will refer back to depos
but even if I was on the jury, I would hear that and say no way
did you forget what you said 2 year ago in a case that is this
tragic. Blink or anyone I would welcome you thoughts.

It would appear very clear to us that! the anthonys and I mean everyone associated with that last name are stranger’s to the truth. Judge Strickland said that casey and the truth were strangers. He should have said including her parents and brother. It appears that caylee the innocent victim was the only one capable of telling the truth.
I think of a few incidents that realy get me fired up ! one to began with is the high 5′ between lee and casey when he was returning her to the jail. How in hell do you high 5′ at a time like that ! the world is watching your every move and you act like your at a ball game and someone just scored a move. Come on.

Another apalling Incident! to me came out of cindys own mouth she said while casey was out on bond! they did not discuss caylee at all or the case. Casey watched T.V ate homeade chili made especialy for her and just acted like there wasnt a care in the world. If my kids had done that ! there is no way I could keep my mouth totaly shut.I would cease the opportunity to ask questions. I wouldnt be feeding her chili as a reward for being home on bail !! being spoiled undeservingly!!

Another apalling incident: was when casey was allowed to throw leonord padilla out of !!!as she called it her house! and again her parents said nothing but went behind her back to try to convince him to please not revoke the bail.

    and last but not least
cindys behaviour during the zanieda depos! her attitude her gum chewing, drinking water was totaly inappropiate! and they wonder why we all get so upset! we are the only ones that have been caylees voice. oh pleaseeeee dont let me forget the most annoying part!!

lee’s inappropiate laughing when questioned about caylees murder!!!
not one normal being in that family with any kind of regard for caylees justice to be served.

we have watched all these long months her parents and her attorney !! parade before the cameras begging to be seen!!and heard and yet they arent saying anything different.

I realy dont think baez knows what he is doing! he isnt a public speaker and as blink said he isnt very charismatic!! what is he geez
he repeats the same ol thing over and over!! his lack of experience shows biggtime. I can only imagine what he will act like in court. he will do her no justice.

  45. MJ says:

OOh goody, we’re talking about the esteemed MR. Baez esq. now?

Yes, Chica, I totally agree. I sure hope he learns a few new phrases, the same ones he spouts are really old and boring. However, he has added a few heavy sighs, a barely discernable glint in his eye now and then(or maybe it’s a piece of sand)and he really has learned to not always look like a deer in the headlights.Yep, he’s ready for the capitol case.

He is charming and engaging to those who are without a boyfriend, needing an atty. for $1400, has a car without dead squirrels, an office(winkwink)and the person is in lockup!

  46. chica says:

p.s and that can be a good thing

and I meant to say that leonord revoked and they were trying to get him to change his mind.

  47. Baez can barely string a sentence together..I don’t know how Judge Strickland keeps a straight face during the hearings. And as a juror…I would tune him out in 5 minutes.

  48. gigi says:

Shalom, to all, Blink and Blinksters…peace from within…in the new year…as you continue the paths to justice for all victims in 2010.

  49. MJ says:

I’m going to keep my eyes peeled for a wireless device in his ear and the telltale signs of Lyons feeding him the questions and comments.

    Lol, she only skypes. Rotfl

the high 5′ has bothered me all along too as you see I posted about it without first reading your post. That has always bothered me because like you said her daughter was dead and they are both acting like retards without a concern about caylee. How can that be explained away!!
it cant!! I am glad that I am not the only one mad about the high 5′ among other idiotic actions.

oh and whomever posted about baez former secretary knowing there was something between baez and casey!!
I hope it comes back to get him because of his smugness. so far he think like the anthonys that he is untouchable.
