Yesterday, in an exclusive interview with Fox’s Holly Bristow, George Anthony read aloud a letter he wrote over Thanksgiving regarding his and his families plight of living “under the microscope.”
This is the same Holly Bristow that Cindy parked her SUV in rush hour traffic, ran to her news van, banged on the window and shaking her finger screamed to the driver that Holly would NOT be getting any more exclusives.

Apparently George feels there is plenty of blame for his strife including bloggers looking for their 15 minutes of fame. Huh?
It would seem to me that in George, Lee and Cindy Anthony’s initial 15 minutes of LAME, they begged the media, the public and Law Enforcement to look for Caylee Marie Anthony THEIR WAY and without any scrutiny of the possibilities of how she got THAT WAY.
The Blinkoncrime contributing editors would like to remind Mr. Anthony that to our knowledge, the only thing that landed under a microscope in the search for his murdered granddaughter was her hair with a deathband at the proximal end; removed from his daughter’s trunk.

I would ask you how many granddollars your dignity cost you but as I have noted in an earlier “Microscope View” you were devoid of it before Caylee was murdered.
You have openly admitted to following witnesses in this case.
You directed Dominick Casey to spend the bulk of his time trying to dig up dirt on the very people your daughter duped for years; not to find Caylee mind you, but to take the heat off Casey.
How many decent people have YOUR efforts put under the microscope?
Mr. Anthony, I began work on Caylee’s case LONG before I had ever written about it because she was M I S S I N G. I put together a research team and we busted our humps daily to help find her, and to stop you and yours from using her as your personal ATM.
The fact is, these “bloggers” for the most part, all did more to find your granddaughter than you or any member of your family ever has.
When she was found and OCSO and the FBI spent 72 hours straight at the site to make sure they had all this baby’s bones what did you do?
You called the very people whose hands extracted almost every teensy bone of this cherub “effing flunkies” and ordered them out of your house.
What you, your family and cronies have never understood, is that THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I don’t give a whip if you pierce your pinky toe. I don’t care about any of your proclivities whatsoever.
What I VERY MUCH care about, is justice for Caylee Marie Anthony.
My team and I will work as diligently as we always have to ensure she gets it and that her legacy is restored.
As long as you continue to publicly lie, omit, evade and demonstrate your overall inability to accept what has happened to your only grandchild at the hands of your daughter, you can expect a slot on my slide at every opportunity.
You knew on July 15. I could throw a rock from your roof to where Caylee laid in festering garbage. Shame on You.
You want out of the spotlight? Tell the truth. You might even try it before Dominick Casey cuts a deal and tells it for you.

Post #93…IMO…the A’s do not visit Casey because it is part of a deal with the state not to be indicted for criminal action on their part..for many reasons..some of which we are not privy to at this time.

Blink, this is OUTSTANDING. I’ve read your site a long time, and this is the first time I’ve decided to comment because you deserve a standing ovation!
AL’s interview and GA’s on air pity party has left me FURIOUS! I’m sick of Caylee being swept under the rug and dehumanized by the defense and her own damn family for a worthless POS that is not only a waste of a human being but a person that could not hope to add up to to hope, love, joy, and promise of a good future that was Caylee Marie. Caylee continues to shine bright from beyond the grave while Casey withers in ugliness and jealousy in the darkness of jail and her own mind.
I’ve got to say, the thought that came to my mind when I read that George’s letter might be a plea for Casey to make this end was Casey’s reply, which I KNOW would be “Get me out of this, and then it will end.” Casey will never make this end herself. She is and always will be waiting for someone else to do it for her. The only reason I can think that George and Cindy are fighting so hard for her is that if she gave them the goodness that was Caylee, there must be something good in Casey to be saved. No, the goodness was taken from her when Caylee was born. The goodness has already been lost. There is nothing left to salvage. I only wish they would see that. Or at least shut up and go away. Supporting her from the sidelines would be a welcome change.
I hope come trial time, the courtroom is PLASTERED with pictures of Caylee so the defense and the Anthony’s have to look at her EVERYDAY! I know everytime I see a picture of Caylee with that bright smile and cuteness beyond cuteness, I just want to cry. I can’t understand how she’s become nothing to her own family, literally murdered and abandoned like a piece of garbage by her own mother. It makes me sick and incredibly sad.
Thank GOD for people like you, Blink, who crusade everyday for truth and justice everyday. I know Caylee will finally get her justice this year and I can’t wait. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you’ve done and will continue to do! Keep up the great work!

First of all JoJo, you and CiCi have choices I had none!
I was 7 months into my growth inside my mother before I was even recognized as a child, prior to that I was a “tumor” remember that JoJo?
The tension and dysfunction began right from my birth as I was handed to CiCi before my own mother. I heard the fights over this….I lived the tension!
Do you know JoJo what it feels like to know you were never wanted by your own mother? She did not want me you and CiCi did……to a point!
As a baby I was cute, used to show off and was more like a baby doll to my mother!
As I grew …. I heard and saw the dysfunction in our family……the screaming fights,,,,,,the awful words and insults that were slung at each other! I slept in beds with my mother and men she barely knew! I was drug around to parties and places where no child should be!
CiCi got tired of being “stuck” with me…..yes she wanted me but on her terms at her convenience…not 24-7.
As time passed the fighting among you all was unbearable and I heard it all! My name was always somehow involved in the fights………WHY was I here? WHO wanted me?
The end of my short life was the worse, I was passed around from place to place….left alone so my mom could party and have fun! I was an obstacle in her path to happiness and she made darn sure I knew it! You all knew that I was in danger…..that I was not receiving the proper care….but oh well the Anthony motto is ME ME ME and ME that is what is important….self!

I do wonder if George wanted this out there because he is worried about Dom Caseys testimony and how people might feel about them after they hear what he has to say.. What moment that would be, especially if he actually said,” I’m sorry Caylee” and hung his head.
One other thing I noticed, Casey told the detectives in her interview at Universal-”Not everything I told you is a lie”, those exact words were used by Cindy in her depo by the state when asked if it was true that everything Casey told her during the 31 days was a lie. Cindy states, “Not everything she said was a lie, she said she loved me”. It amazes me how much Cindy and Casey think alike, they both think they can outsmart everyone with their fast talk. I just have the hardest time letting go of this, even tho I know I am addicted—here’s prove–today I called my dog Cindy, her name is Lily.

The first thought I had when reading his “letter,” (cannot bear to look or listen to him so I only read), as he kept repeating over and over, “[u]nder the microscope,” that this may be the name of their book yet to be published. Could be a thinly veiled early PR tour for ‘Under the Microscope, Our Story.’ May be wrong, but it just screamed off the page to me. They would be hard-pressed to actually do something without an ulterior motive, mainly $$.
Talk about telling it like it is. I’m blown away. Excellent letter to George/and Family. You said what we all think but can’t quite put into words with more background and insight. Excellente! Bravo! It’s not about them and never has been. Who cares about their damn tattoos and piercings and big Caylee pins and clovers. It means nothing. Do you think if you wear a red heart pin it means you have a good heart? How many times have you put yourselves under the microscope on national television and been paid for it? George wrote this over Thanksgiving the same way he saw Casey and Caylee leave on June 16th–Not!! Read the first paragraph with all the “you” inferences– it is so evident this was written for presentation to a group of people, not a letter expressing one person’s feelings. I seriously doubt George wrote this, sounds more like Cindy to me. I bet he caught hell from her regarding the June 15th date as one of historical meaning for him.
Blink–Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and dedication to one precious little girl, Caylee Marie.
Now Comes the THIRD WAVE this week as user of nickname Orlando East compares Casey’s condemnation to death by the State of Florida, to Christ’s crucifixion. (oh my…. Pilate? spelling aka chlorofil, isn’t Cindy’s strength either. Now the school system is ‘Mediocre’– bored poor Casey. An excuse and blame-game at every turn. )

“I was just recalling the statement made by Casey in one of the initial police interviews. “Why wasn’t an amber alert issued”? This would actually be humorous if it wasn’t so tragic. Apparently Casey didn’t research the missingkids site well enough.”
That statement always bothered me, Todd. I have long believed that Casey’s first line of defense was counting on an Amber Alert if and when the proverbial hit the fan and Caylee was discovered missing. Nanny, missing child, Amber Alert with the focus off of her. As I recall, she brought up the Amber Alert several times and was very bothered by the lack of it because it was a key indicator that LE wasn’t buying her story.
Another excellent wake-up call, Blink. I am sorry GA is broken, as I am sorry that he doesn’t see that his brokenness will only be healed by the truth.

I don’t know if you want to see this Or post this. Someone has released some photos that were apparently stolen. It didn’t take the defense team long before they were no longer secure. The photo of Caylee in the Big Trouble shirt, someone has marked where the heart barettes were in Caylee’s hair. You know the ones found with the remains. Also there is a drawn mark on the duct tape where the sticker was.

Timing is so important in this case. I remember last year when G&C were on Larry King (defending Casey) and Caylee’s bones were found the next day. I felt it was Karmic justice then. Now I feel something hinky is going on with the timing. How odd that they (the Anthonys)were out of town when this happened… trying to convince others to chase wild geese. Almost any other time, they’s be snug in their home on Hopespring Drive.
What were their detectives doing (in the Fall of 2008) with ground probes in the area where Caylee was later found? After all, Orlando is a big place. Why search there? I don’t buy the psychic connection.
I ruminate on the timing of these things. Kronk’s efforts to get people out there. Baez’ instant lawyering up to Casey. The Anthonys convenient absence when Caylee is found a few houses away from their own. I know there is a truth there.
Who might the writer OE be referring to as the witness ignored? The one and same person as ‘untrained, jealous, women galloping through the woods trampling on evidence’? But, according to Cindy and the defense, there was no evidence in the woods… so, what’s to trample?!!

Claudia, I wonder if Roy’s lawyer is paying attention to the slander. There is lots of speculation on other sites and blogs that ALyon may be planning to exit the case. Your thoughts please? Also, do you think it could be a possibility Casey would take an Alford plea? I watched the D.Mack trial,and that worked well for the State in that case. I think he deserved the death penalty, but at least he is in for life.
I am on record starting the very speculation to which you refer. I posted on it several times since then, so welcome to BOC but I do ask that one reads through comments to be fair to everyone not having to re-read the same questions.
I believe Alyon has fulfilled her role for now, and I really believe she is not a fan of the Florida legal system. She is an academic. I dare say a brilliant one, although I do not share her views. I think she signed on not reading the fine print and took Baez at his word for things she should not have.
Baez “bogused” a contract allegedly signed by Tony Padilla and presented it as a sworn document in court, in the case she is the lead attorney on. She may not be well liked, but I truly believe that has caused a mondo rift in this team.
I don’t think she “does underhanded” and I think she has realized there is nothing in it for her except a first loss.

MJ, Cindy and George always towed the ‘father is unimportant’, he nor his family were involved, line. What is strange, is the capital ‘F’ in Father. The Anthony’s wouldn’t give the father of Caylee, that level of import.
Ok, against my better judgement I viewed it again. I do not hate the Anthony’s, BUT I really HATE everything they do.

George’s tan jacket was one and the same garment used in the Larry King with Brad Show, after Caylee’s body was found and duct tape over mouth (‘but NOT attached to any hair’ statement by Brad. Same jacket, upping the professional appearance even back then from the ‘cas’ blueshirt with Caylee button from the previous December show. And George could not afford a new summer jacket to do his state depo in, he’s clearly making a statement about what he does and does not take seriously, including his casuals in Judge Strickland’s/Rodriguez’s courtroom and witness stand. He’s trashing authority, and maybe brushing up on his ‘speaker series hopeful’ look.
