Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: George Anthony Is Under The Microscope

George Anthony can stands all he can stands and he cain’t stands no More!

George Letter

Yesterday, in an exclusive interview with Fox’s Holly Bristow, George Anthony read aloud a letter he wrote over Thanksgiving regarding his and his families plight of living “under the microscope.”

This is the same Holly Bristow that Cindy parked her SUV in rush hour traffic, ran to her news van, banged on the window and shaking her finger screamed to the driver that Holly would NOT be getting any more exclusives.

You can find Dr. Lillian Glass’s assessment of George’s appearance here.

Apparently George feels there is plenty of blame for his strife including bloggers looking for their 15 minutes of fame. Huh?

It would seem to me that in George, Lee and Cindy Anthony’s initial 15 minutes of LAME, they begged the media, the public and Law Enforcement to look for Caylee Marie Anthony THEIR WAY and without any scrutiny of the possibilities of how she got THAT WAY.

The Blinkoncrime contributing editors would like to remind Mr. Anthony that to our knowledge, the only thing that landed under a microscope in the search for his murdered granddaughter was her hair with a deathband at the proximal end; removed from his daughter’s trunk.

The rest of the scrutiny, sir, is of your OWN DOING.

You S O L I C I T E D help from OCSO.

You S O L I C I T E D help from the media.

You S O L I C I T E D help from the public.

You S O L I C I T E D help from the Padillas.

You S O L I C I T E D help from TES.

You S O L I C I T E D help from Private Investigators.

What utterly jams me about you people is your unmitigated gall that you think you can control events.

You have treated anyone in any capacity as if they should open their mouths, take the Anthony spoonful and ignore your hand in our wallets in the process.

You solicited public funds without a license to do so and misled thousands as to where your GRANDDOLLARS were going.

I would ask you how many granddollars your dignity cost you but as I have noted in an earlier “Microscope View” you were devoid of it before Caylee was murdered.

You have openly admitted to following witnesses in this case.

You directed Dominick Casey to spend the bulk of his time trying to dig up dirt on the very people your daughter duped for years; not to find Caylee mind you, but to take the heat off Casey.

How many decent people have YOUR efforts put under the microscope?

Mr. Anthony, I began work on Caylee’s case LONG before I had ever written about it because she was M I S S I N G. I put together a research team and we busted our humps daily to help find her, and to stop you and yours from using her as your personal ATM.

The fact is, these “bloggers” for the most part, all did more to find your granddaughter than you or any member of your family ever has.

When she was found and OCSO and the FBI spent 72 hours straight at the site to make sure they had all this baby’s bones what did you do?

You called the very people whose hands extracted almost every teensy bone of this cherub “effing flunkies” and ordered them out of your house.

What you, your family and cronies have never understood, is that THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I don’t give a whip if you pierce your pinky toe. I don’t care about any of your proclivities whatsoever.

What I VERY MUCH care about, is justice for Caylee Marie Anthony.

My team and I will work as diligently as we always have to ensure she gets it and that her legacy is restored.

As long as you continue to publicly lie, omit, evade and demonstrate your overall inability to accept what has happened to your only grandchild at the hands of your daughter, you can expect a slot on my slide at every opportunity.

You knew on July 15. I could throw a rock from your roof to where Caylee laid in festering garbage. Shame on You.

You want out of the spotlight? Tell the truth. You might even try it before Dominick Casey cuts a deal and tells it for you.

Why isn’t George Anthony, a former detective, searching for the murderer of his beloved granddaughter? I mean really, if his daughter is truly as innocent as he would have us believe, then why isn’t he screaming at the top of his lungs about finding the real killer? Could it be that he knows the killer has already been caught?

Why is he so concerned with his inconvenience and discomfort? Especially when compared to the brutal, vicious murder of his granddaughter? The Anthony family is so self-centered, so selfish. Are they all psychopaths?

Re: Caylee’s bald spot, left side of hairline….Picture at resthome.

Loss of hair: Can be caused from stress, trauma,
    Children’s Trichotillomania.

Trichotillomania is the compulsion to pull out one’s own hair. It results in irregular patches of incomplete hair loss, mainly on the scalp, but may involve the eyebrows and eyelashes as well. The habit of pulling out one’s hair is usually practiced in bed before falling asleep or when the child is studying or watching television. Interestingly, parents are usually not aware of the habit and frequently find it hard to believe that their child would do such a thing. Affected areas of hair loss often appear on the left side of right-handed children and on the right side of left-handed youngsters. Most cases of trichotillomania resolve spontaneously. Diagnosis of this type of alopecia can be done in the convenience of your own home, by closely evaluating your child to see if they have this habit. The cause of this type of condition many times is related to stress, long term ongoing tension or other possible psychological or emotional deficiencies. The best treatment is to ignore the hair pulling and concentrate on why the child is anxious, nervous or frustrated.

Hi everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster. I think I’ve read almost everything there is to read about this case, and I still have one question I’ve never been able to find an answer for. (Forgive me if it’s a little off-topic!)

What ever happened to the “list of instructions” that Zanny supposedly gave Casey after she changed her story to say she was taken from the park? Did she “lose it” like she “lost” her cell phone, or did she actually go to the trouble of writing a list herself and it just hasn’t been released yet? Sorry if this has already been answered, but it’s been bugging me for a long time, and I can’t find anything about it.

This site is BY FAR the best one I have come across yet. I’m always impressed with how much thought all of you put into your comments and questions, and that everyone is treated with respect here. Keep up the good work, Blink!

    Hi and Welcome.

I do not believe there was ever a script, or a nanny either.

Many on here believe that George will say that the script was in his huge binder which disappeared from his home. I think George was insinuating either Hoover or LE took it from the home. Others believe Mallory may have removed it…the binder, not the script. Hope this helps.

The check fraud case in coming up shortly. We haven’t heard anything about jury selection starting, etc.

I am guessing that is because the judge knows that there is a plea agreement in the works?

Blink – does the defense wait until the very last minute to announce a plea agreement? Does the court proceed as if a trial is going forward – i.e. looking for a jury?

    Thanks!

There is a trial date set and a 1/21 pretrial. This could go down to the wire if they do not agree, although I think they will.

It seems that each and every timer one of the Anthonys goes on tv or gives another interview I lose a bit more respect for them. How I can lose respect for people I do not respect is a bit puzzling but I do.

I’m one of an odd club, I do not hate the Anthonys yet I cannot defend them either. I don’t understand their need to pipe up and try to get the focus on themselves yet never once cry and scream or even whisper for this “not Casey” who killed Caylee to be found. I realize their lives will never be the same and I understand that time won’t erase their pain but they deliberately and continuously poke their own bruises and rip off their own scabs so that they remain what and who they are. They will never heal completely but it’s as if they never want to start to heal at all.

  23. Boz says:

I’m still catching up. Thanks again Blink for a fine article. George deserves everything he gets.

I’d like to reference #131 by Janice. Some questions and comments. Please anyone join in if you like.

January 11. What is this date? Is he referring to one year ago today? What’s significant about it?

June 15: Is George telling on himself again? Is this really the last day he saw little Caylee Marie alive?

July 16: since the 911 calls were on 7/15 is he saying when KC was arrested for the first time it’s more important to him than finding out his granddaughter is missing?

    August 9: little Caylee’s birthday.

October 16: Could not find anything significant about this date. Two days after KC was arrested again. Could this be the day he found out for sure KC killed little Caylee?

December 11: Easy. The day the remains were found.

Isn’t Lee, KC and Cindy’s birthdays important to him?

  24. ChicagoJudy says:

In Mark Fuhrman’s book “The Murder Business”, he talks about going to meet the Anthony’s at their house (at their request). This was in August 2008. He says “You know, Caylee’s dead” at which point George nodded his head up and down and Cindy cried.

They’ve known forever. I would imagine their lives would be a little easier to live if they would just face the truth. It’s true … the truth will set you free.

That my space page is still weird. What 24 yr old puts a Dora on their My Space, never touches i,t after all this time changes their name to Zeniada kisses? I ‘m sure if any one finds out who it really is, they are gonna want to pick their brain to find out how they changed the dates, ect.

  26. Kleat says:

“The Murder Business’, if anyone is interested, there’s a ‘look inside’ at Barnes and Noble using:
    http://search.barnesandnoble.com/The-Murder-Business/Mark-Fuhrman/e/9781596985841

Quick peek at the index and table of contents shows that Furhmann has given CHAPER ONE to ‘The Caylee Anthony Case’. Furhmann mentions Caylee’s name far more often, the victim seems to be put first, with the other Anthony’s names mentioned less often, including the name of the mother of Caylee.

Maybe Furhmann’s only doing what investigators of crimes should always do, put the victim first. (especially when the family doesn’t want the truth found)

  27. Kleat says:

Thanks ChicagoJudy for pointing out the book and giving that peek inside– that’s why I went to check for a preview and who got the most mention. Surely not Ms. Casey.

  28. Kleat says:

    And the full title:

“The Murder Business: how the media turns crime into entertainment and subverts justice”

  29. Kleat says:

“In seeking the truth you have to get both sides of the story.”
    — Walter Cronkite

Fuhrman uses this in his inside fly page. But how can this be, when Casey has never told her side of the story? Not to police, not to the FBI, not to her family (or if she has shared with them, they are not giving her side to investigators).

The ‘half-truth’ Cindy speaks of, is perhaps the half that has been learned by team upon team of investigators, Casey’s side is still in darkness, held close in hopes that the truth can never be learned.

  30. Boz says:

    Two things:
    1) George Anthony you are a liar. You do not know when KC left the house with little Caylee. Admit it. You lied to the police from the beginning. What person on this earth would not tell the police little Caylee was wearing a pink shirt with Big Trouble Comes in Small Packages on the front to help with their search. Come on man, stop the BS!

    2) Blink, I told you a long time ago, Marinade Dave was pro-Anthony. He likes to say he’s fair and all that crap. No name calling and such. Well, when you post something negative about the Anthony’s on his blog, his followers nail you with intellectual insults. He doesn’t mind that kind of name calling. Trust me. I don’t go there anymore and didn’t go a lot in the first place.

On another note. Isn’t January 23rd the one year anniversary of Georgie’s girly suicide attempt?

This is in reference to whomever was asking about the Universal badge that has the name Chris on it.

I can’t recall which interview it was, in fact now that I think about it, I believe it was Annie Downing’s deposition maybe? Anyway, I think it was her that talked about when Casey worked at Universal it was just something they all did. They would switch name tags with each other. Apparently it was an inside joke, so to speak. Most of the employee’s that work inside the park are young kids, around 16 or so, and they find it funny to switch name badges. That way, when someone comes up to you and calls you by name, they call you by the name on your badge, which apparently cracks up any employee that might be within ear shot. Just a silly youngster game.

However, let me add this…. I can completely understand them playing that little game, and I can even understand ending up with someones badge after you no longer work there. Maybe you didn’t run into them again, or they were off the day you decided to quit. Or you just simply forgot to return it to them the last time you switched with them. With Casey though…who knowsssssss. It could be any number of reasons why she still has that badge. What I mean to say exactly is, it was such a long time ago that she actually worked there, I could understand the badge being in a drawer at home, or maybe even still in her glove compartment of her car after so long. But for the badge to be handy at this point in time…..hmmmmm, like I said, who knows what Casey was doing with it aside from playing the switcheroo game. I’m sure she didn’t just leave it at being a game.

  34. westsidehudson says:

I have previously, yes. There is no indication what part of that damage is from collection for testing ( cut outs, etc) so I cannot say I have changed my opinion at all. I have not changed my opinion whatsoever that she was not wearing them at the time of her disposal.

  38. Sue says:

#270 – Teri – I’ve been in court and witnessed a defendant take a plea at the last minute much to the surprise of his legal-aid atty. The defendant had pushed all along for a trial, and the atty. had prepared for such. Much to the astonishment of the court, the defendant pulled a “switcheroo” at the last minute. His reason?? – He knew the evidence was stacked against him…….hmmmmmm

  39. Alegna says:

Wendy, post 283. I think Jesse Grund coined it the best, “Casey is a diabolical liar”.

  40. Kleat says:

Wendy, nice way for an employee to get their co-worker in trouble or fired, to cause problems for visitors to the park, steal, lie, and otherwise be held unaccountable if a visitor reports the worker, they’ve got the wrong name. Maybe the twist in the Casey story, is that this happened because she did it for some other reason, but gave an ‘innocent’ explanation. How would worker’s comp view an employer who lets employees pull identity switcheroo’s, nevermind how Universal’s lawyers would view the practice. And to get themselves fired. BTW, was Casey fired from her job connected to Universal?

Casey had more profitable uses for stealing identities in mind.

  41. ChicagoJudy says:

I reported for jury duty once and was actually picked (for a change!) to go into the courtroom to answer questions. We were all there seated on the benches waiting for the attorneys to come in and question us when someone walked in and announced that the trial we were being chosen for would not be held because the parties came to an agreement. Done! So we all went back to the waiting area and sat there for the rest of the day!

  42. Kleat says:

BTW, why WAS Casey fired and was it related to unscrupulous or illegal activities (such as switching aka stealing) identities?

  43. Mrs C Hop says:

Blink – I would be interested to hear your take on the latest developments on the ZG (now Zenaida Debesa) myspace page. I do not subscribe to the theory it is all one big coinsidence.

I think anything could happen prior to the 25th. In my state, I was called for jury (along with a few other 100 or more people) over the course of two days for a high profile trial which was just days away. I don’t know if they do that in Florida. Maybe a former juror can tell us.

Blink!! – FABULOUS article – The Anthony’s wanted the attention – and as the saying goes …be careful of what you pray for.

It was Zenaida – No it was Jesse – No it was Roy Kronk – No it was …..

If the choloroform was really George’s …is he the next one under the bus??

Also – has anyone seen the letter allegedly sent to the Judge by some inmate that is posted on the WFTV site?? It is a ramblimg mess – with the jist being that Casye stole cocaine and $25K from a drug dealer. The drug dealer then in prison had his partner Roy Kronk kill Casey to get the drugs and money back. What is that all about??

But the really FREAKY thing about that letter is that …the writer states: Casey Anthony is innocent ..she didn’t kill her kid!

THAT’S THE SAME VERBATIM THING ANDREA LYON SAID IN HER NBC – “hawking my book” INTERVIEW!! OMG – Could this “letter” to be a duh-fense plant?? How could this anonymous letter and Andrea Lyon have the exact same quote – with the exact same horrible denigration of Caylee??? How dare Anrea Lyon – AKA Broomhilda refer to Caylee “kid”!! That simply is breath-taking and defies comment.

What do they think: the more something is said, the more believable it becomes. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!
