Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Macaluso Out – New Discovery Released
Orlando, FL– Announced this Sunday evening, California Attorney Todd Macaluso will not be Casey Anthony’s Valentine; or her attorney.
As predicted exclusively at blinkoncrime.com, Macaluso informed Casey and her defense team that he would not be able to represent her in the murder charge against her due to entering the alternative discipline program with the California Bar Association (CBA).
However, Mr. Macaluso has been participating in the ADP for several months. In fact, he has handled other cases, several of them, in the meantime.
Macaluso, dubbed the Madoff of Law at blinkonrime.com, had pending disciplinary charges against him he neglected to inititially disclose when he submitted his pro hac vice to Judge Stan Strickland last March.
Blinkoncrime has learned from a source inside the CBA, that Macaluso reached an agreement last week with the CBA to voluntarily take a license suspension beginning in April, for an undisclosed period of time, in order to avoid a disciplinary trial on the current charges brought against him last year.
Why allow him to continue to practice law both in Cali and Florida and all of a sudden pull the plug? New Complaint.
An additional complaint was filed last year that has reached elevated status within the CBA and became the “proverbial straw” as it were. It involves Macaluso’s distribution of a settlement, and the fact that he has already admitted the offense in Oregon, where the lawsuit is being litigated currently.
Hundreds of Discovery Docs to Be Released This Morning
Announced Yesterday, the State Attorneys Office will be releasing several CD’s of new discovery after 8:30 AM EST this morning. It is expected to contain video of the special Henkel duct tape believed to be the source of the tape found on the skull of Caylee Marie Anthony, and other documents and photos.

so a new article on wesh is stating the defense got more docs including Tim Miller’s interview in which he says they never searched the area then comes along this other guy not sure of his name and says they did search the area?!?!?!? is this guy out for his 15 minutes cuase i saw his interview on cfnews13..will this man destroy the justice, respect and dignity to her name now that he is getting his 15 minutes of fame?

New Developments Surface In Case Against Casey

ORLANDO, Fla. –
Prosecutors have turned over 650 new pages of evidence, including interview transcripts and photos, to Casey Anthony’s defense team.
Casey Anthony is accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony, who disappeared in June 2008 at age 2.
The newly released information is part of more than 13,000 pages of evidence released to the Anthony defense team since the state’s murder case began.
The evidence includes a December 2009 interview with the head of Texas Equusearch Time Miller. Miller claimed that his organization never searched the area where Caylee’s remains were found because the area had been under water for some time.
Thanks, Chica! To you & Nancy: I really think that Geraldo has financed alot of Casey’s defense. Look at what Greta & Fox did for the family of Drew Petersen’s 3rd wife (sorry, her name has escaped me). Fox hired Dr. Baden to do the wife’s autopsy.

I loved it when he (Geraldo) got punched in the nose. He had it coming too. Early in his career when he did the expose on the abuse that the mentally handicapped patients were enduring in a state hospital, I thought he was great. So did the rest of the world. Now he’s just a twit, IMO.
You have no idea the restraint I am exercising withholding comment on Mr. Rivers right now.
He will come up again in this case, mark my words.

I hope that someone has informed Mr. Evans of the latest Nancy Grace show which shows that Leonard Padilla, while more careful on his previous show on NG, was full out and back on track with his Kronk daisy-chain theory, and as Vallhall noted, Nancy Grace nicely tidied up with her statement to cover what Padilla just said.
That letter to Leonard Padilla needs to be made public so the public can read it– at least there would be something Kronk can do to contradict what Leonard has done.
That letter was almost 14 months before Padilla started his Kronk conspiracy on national media once again.

There are more developments in the Casey Anthony trial to report. New photos and interview transcripts are part of the 650 page piece of evidence that the prosecution handed the Anthony defense team on Monday. The new information will be added to the 13,000 pages of evidence that is in the possession of both teams since the trial began in October. Casey Anthony is accused of murdering her 2-year old daughter, Caylee, who disappeared in 2008. Defense attorney Richard Hornsby claims that it is clear that prosecutors are trying to find information to counter the defense team’s claims that the remains were put in the woods after Casey was put in jail.
New evidence also includes interviews with former Equusearch volunteers like Joe Jordan. Anthony’s defense team said Jordan will testify that Equusearch did search the area and found nothing before and while Casey Anthony was in jail.
The evidence also includes a December 2009 interview with the head of Texas Equusearch Tim Miller. Miller claimed that his organization never searched the area where Caylee’s remains were found because the area had been underwater for some time.
Prosecutors also turned over more photos enhanced by the FBI of Casey’s car trunk.

WSH, isn’t there usually a week or two delay as the state prepares the evidence for public release– but it seems that WESH already had a list, at least, from the state.
I don’t know who John Bradley is, but I am guessing he’s one of the TES supervisors or volunteers.
Who is Carol and Jennifer Conway?
Kleat, I found out that John Bradley is a computer forensics guy. Maybe that has to do with JW’s computer.

Hi Chica, I agree it is slow. I have been reading everyday though. Just haven’t had any insights to offer. I would like to say thank you to you, and the other loyal posters like Kleat, westsidehudson ect ect on Caylee’s threads that always keep us lurkers thinking and coming back. Even when there is nothing new, I enjoy following your guys’ thoughts and feelings. You all, for me, have become part of the journey, I will recall when I think about Caylee’s quest for Justice. Yes it has been a quiet night tonight and its time to get re-energized. I dont comment here because I prefer to read all the wonderful comments/ideas that all bring to this case….Most times my head is spinning from all news…..It amazes me to think of all here and their insight of what this case is all about…..One day this will be all over and we can all look back to see how right or wrong your wonderful people have been………..Blink you cover a wide range of topics here and it boggles my mind how you do it so professionally………Keep up the good work and just maybe some day this world will straighten itself out and we wont have to worry what a sad state this world is in

looking for the day that justice is served to each and every person that was involved. Casey for killing her child and cindy george and lee for obstruction and lying. I mean what grandparent in their right mind will send a PI into the woods to look for a dead baby and ask them to move the remains to help casey!!! that is just to much to for my sad heart to bear!! that cindy could be as evil as casey. Also baez for asking the PI to not call LE but rather him. He needs to be disbarred and not just for that. He is not a true professionel and his track record is lousy. I mean he took eight years to be accepted to the bar because of his financial mess.
dont be surprised if he doesnt someday end like malacusso by spending client money to upgrade his lifestyle. He is no different! he has never had anything and the temptation is there like a evil demon sitting on his shoulder. He is as malacusso an opportunist.

Some of the prosecution’s evidence in the case against Casey Anthony will soon be released.
New discovery evidence will be released Wednesday morning. WFTV was told that it will include ten discs worth of DNA charts from the case.
More than 12,000 pages of evidence have already been released in the case.

Just read over on Scared Monkeys a motion was filed for the Florida taxpayers to foot the bill for the defense. Seems you know who is broke!

Now let’s just keep this in mind, if these lawyers she has obtained are PRO BONO they knowingly Casey didn’t have any money for payment for services. They have already recieved a totaling 112,000 why did they take any payment if this was a PRO BONO case?

This ‘may’ (???) reveal a clue to the ‘secrecy’ issue of the state’s in camera request of Judge ‘STRICKLAND’.
Why?? Because IF James McIntyre is correct, it is Judge ‘RODRIGUEZ’ who has sealed information, including sealed flash disk with proof of ‘Zani’ and the act of kidnapping of Caylee Anthony.
WHY on earth anyone would supply ONLY Judge Rodriguez with proof of Zani’s existence as the information was critical to the defense of Casey Anthony in a DP case, but not provide the same information to the judge in Casey’s capital murder case, is beyond me. (well, I take that back– it’s beyond reason, but it’s not beyond the defense providing proof to wipe out the Morgan and Morgan position).
It is possible that the state needed to get permission to investigate the insinuations about ‘proof’ sealed by Judge RODRIGUEZ and this is what all the secrecy was about.
There’s no coincidence in all these extraneous ‘proof-players’ of a live Caylee and I do NOT buy any coincidence that James McIntyre has reissued his statements to the court to GO PUBLIC at the most opportune time, according to the rule of Baez and team.
Read McIntrye’s proof of a live Caylee by way of proof of a real Zenaida who lived in Sawgrass Apt 210, etc, and all about Judge Rodriguez’s role in the ‘cover up’, here:

Begs another question, how, why, who, where, when, did James McIntyre become involved, and why was he better at his job to ‘investigate the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Caylee Anthony’ than PI Dominic Casey and his D&A team, better job than PI Mort Smith and PI Lyon and their team?
All the defense needs is one on the jury who believes this young, petite mother had to be a victim too.
Did the defense figure the ‘ex parte’ request right and get McIntyre to pre-empt the state’s reveal? All in the weekend, after hours timing.
Note that Baez was in such a rush to get the docs filed on Friday, but get them filed ‘late’ enough not to be exposed to anyone but Pipitone, that they fumbled some of the docs, and had to resend to the clerk to complete the filing.
NOTE the description too, of Zani– “…no known tattoos”. That exempts Mr. Morgan’s client clearly. (well, it is once again, proving a negative)
