Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Judge Strickland Steps Down
Disclaimer–
Orlando, FL– The Honorable Stan Strickland has recused himself at the request of the defense team, anchored by THE BAEZ LAW FIRM and recent roster addition, J Cheney Mason.
The original request contained a notarization by Mr. Mason which was found to be expired and a corrected motion with a current seal was subsequently submitted. (insert Pavlov giggle)
In a motion filed last Friday at the usual witching hour the defense seems to prefer; Strickland was asked to disqualify himself due to his well wishes for a recently hospitalized blogger covering the Casey Anthony case.
Marinade ala Kronk*Du*Jour
Marinade Dave agreed to meet with the defense Private Investigator, Jeremiah Lyon, voluntarily on Sunday April 11, 2010.
During Mr. Marinade’s interview, he revealed that Judge Strickland called him following a recent health issue to check on his well being.
His reply of “ Well if I were any better I would be cruising down the Hudson with a shirtless Geraldo..” raised a flag apparently.
(editors note: That is what we call a dramatic license/ensuing mini-vomit combo. Sorry. Shirtless Geraldo deserves that. Dave said no such thing)
The Floridian Rumplestiltskin
Mr. Baez can pass verbal/handwritten shanks back and forth for Casey Anthony and her family and think he can operate outside of the regulations of the Florida Bar; that’s fine.
In defense of the FBA, they tried to wash their hands of him in the eight years preceding his admission.
Mr. Baez can task his client, Casey Anthony, with attempting to spin her duct tape into gold for endless days and nights until he runs out of Vitalis.
It will change nothing.
What he has never understood from the beginning of this case is that everyone already knows his name starts with Rump.
Personally, I would like a poll from the ENTIRE defense team, as to who thinks a *do-over* is a good idea in this case.
If ever there were a be-careful-what-you-wish-for scenario, this is it.
Let’s start with Ms. Lyon, who is curiously absent from the motion.
Never mind.
In recalling her comments to the lunch crowd at the seedy soiree she refers to all judges as “ugly in the room, “ I think that her exclusion was tactical.
That sentiment might be particularly offensive to Belvin Perry, Sr.
Mr. Perry is the high-school educated Father of the recently appointed judge to replace Strickland, The Honorable Belvin Perry, Jr.
Mr. Perry, Sr, retired from the Orlando Police Department after 25 years of decorated service.
Mr and Mrs. Belvin raised 4 children who grew up to be a school principal, business owner, surgeon, and now, a judge that will preside over one of the most famous murder cases in recent history.
The Honorable Belvin Perry, Jr will preside over this case to it’s conclusion.
I am feeling comfortable it is unlikely His Honor will be open to any attempts at police pulverizations that are undoubtedly part of the defense strategy; should this case every actually be scheduled for trial.
I am feeling if Judge Strickland wants to try his hand in the blogesphere, I am in full support.
His response motion was snarktastic.
He is a class act and friend of blinkoncrime.com.

Bummer, I liked Strickland. Seemed fair and balanced. Even this move shows that.
O Blink-from the ridiculous to the sublime! Ridiculous: Baez, Anthony family, the sad chain of events/ and the motion. Too bad. Sad. But I think they might be sorry in the end. Sublime: your relentlessly intelligent take on it all and the art work is a hoot! I’ve been waiting for this one since Friday! Your wit never disappoints- spinning duct tape into gold!
I have been impressed with Judge Strickland’s patience and tolerance with the defense. In my opinion this motion was yet another example of the defense’s foundation for inept counsel.
Judge Strickland, should you ever read this, I’d like you to know how much I think you honor your profession. It has been refreshing to watch you preside over your courtroom.
Can’t believe the recent turn of events in this case … haven’t felt the need to hurl in awhile in this case, but felt quite nauseated today after reading the article on WFTV this morning regarding Judge Strickland stepping down from this case. Somehow I had a feeling this would actually happen being that the defense is grasping at every possible straw they can hang onto the last few mths, but didn’t think it would happen this easily. Mr. Perry seems to be an interesting replacement however, and I believe maybe now some of the defense antics will finally be nipped in the bud as I doubt from reading his bio he will put up w/Baez and Cheney’s heap full o’ BS. Foghorn Leghorn needs to ride on out of dodge as well in whatever rickety, overdrawn carriage he drug himself in on. Any lawyer who comments on a joining a capital murder case because he think it would be “fun” should think twice when he finally meets his maker. An innocent baby DIED during this circus we’ve come to know as preparing for trial. In being a defense attorney, has Cheney Mason completely forgotten his humanity or do defense attorney’s just not have that? I am at a loss for words on this dude … I really hope Judge Perry puts him in his place and sends him crying into the corner. He is an insult to the human race. As for Baez, I won’t even entertain the magnitude of his stupidity. Decent and respectable attorney’s everywhere must cringe whenever they hear his name knowing they share the same two initials after their name. If ever there was a mockery of everything legal, Jose Baez is the poster child. Oy vey!
But in all of this greed, deception, money-grubbing and heartless behavior, let us prod on and never forget why we’re all still here …. true justice for little Caylee Marie … may she one day finally have it, God willing. I am still praying that in the end, good will still prevail over all the evil that has been displayed in this case. That part still breaks my heart. But justice for Caylee will someday make my heart dance. I only wish it could be sooner rather than later … enough is enough.
Thanks!!! So very much for the article. Why are people not talking about (communications) the family depos and Caseys letters? That information is very, very important to Caylee’s justice?
Wow Blink, did you see MDs latest response back to you? I guess we are now seeing the real MD. How rude! It appears he will be live blogging his melt down. Someone should take his keyboard away.
I have always thought that you know a lot about a lot of things about this case but have always known when it is better for Caylee for you to just keep it to yourself. And that is what Dave and many others forget about….this is about justice for an innocent child that never asked to be thrown away in the woods….it has nothing to do with who wants to be on TV and everything about when will this beautiful baby girl finally get her justice.
Keep up the good work Blink!
Sal, thank you friend, I am going to post my response, and then I want to warn everyone-
###
Dave,
I have no idea who it is you think is ok to speak to in that matter, but I have exhausted any courtesy I will be extending to such a classless individual.
A wise person once told me you never *sweat* where you sleep.
Best of luck with your endeavors.
I would say you are at minute 16.
Best of luck in your endeavors,

Not going there, don’t want to see a link from there or to there. Sad.

Blink
As always classy with just a smidge of sassy! Love it!
MD made it really easy for the defense to INVESTIGATE HIM.

Well I must put in my two cents and state that I am disappointed but not all too shocked at Judge Strickland recusing himself from this case. We needed a fresh outlook, a different perspective of all parties involved both for the state and for Casey’s defense team. I really didn’t feel that Strickland wanted to try this case from not too long after it began in July 08 and I felt this was the perfect opportunity for him to be done with it. Where Strickland really made me aghast was the severe, overly emotional, and obviously pro prosecution *parting comments* he made in his granting of this defense motion. By him doing that, he just put all of his rulings against Casey’s defense team in question because of the now, *perceived or not* contempt and hatred that he showed in his comments today. Truly reversable errors on appeal, in which he should’ve known better to completely avoid and all of those hearings that resulted in Casey’s defense team being denied or limited will all have to be reheard by this new Judge Belvin Perry. Maybe he will allow Casey’s team to build an actual defense now, that’s based on the law via a competent psychiatric defense instead of all this Zanny Nanny business which is just a result of Casey’s very obvious pathological lying sickness in my view. Folks, how can a judge, any judge presiding over a high profile capital murder case actually speak with in open court and post messages on a private citizen’s blog concerning the case he is presiding over? Can we all say and agree that was very stupid, ill advised, and amateurish? Can we all say and remember Judge Ito? Strickland did this to himself and he forever tarnished his name and career because of it, just like Lance Ito did before him.
Look, Blink, I didn’t mean to offend you. I’m sorry. I have had a very rough past four days and I am worn out. Please take my picture down.
I accept your apology, but Dave your picture is on your website and you appeared on camera for an interview.
I actually think it is a good pic of you?
B
Hi All,
I can’t speak to the judge issue now as it’s past the witching hour and we’ve been away too long as it is. What am I talking about? We’ve been away from the real focus in these defense distractors by playing along with their games when it means nothing now for justice for Caylee. The defense wants these distractions, bloggers attacking bloggers, everyone talking about the Honourable Judge (who got his two cents worth in that beautifully written order).
Silverspnr said it best, and in triplicate on http://www.thehinkymeter.com this afternoon as she assures us that if we want to make a difference, let’s forget talking about Strickland and move back to the real issue, ‘the letters’. Silverspnr assures us that they are NOT ‘drivel’ and that all the rest, the motion to recuse, the blogger wars and infighting, are all what the defense wants us to be doing.
The posts are worth a read, starting with the one with all caps near the bottom of her post. (yes, it was Silver not Ivoire!!!)
(thread is no. 10 in topics)
Blink, I think everything is going to work out just fine with the change in judges. I don’t like it or how it was accomplished, but I think it will be just fine.
One more item I feel I must address regarding the complaints against Judge Strickland and then I will leave it alone:
I see that His Honor addressed everything else under the sun that the defense ticked off against him as being biased – except – the alleged phone call offering well wishes to that other blogger. That pretty much cements my certainty that it never occurred. I believe it was very simply – an embellishment. I will leave the reasons for that embellishment up to each and every persons own reasoning.
Hope you are feeling a little better tonight Blink. Rest up.
WTG Blink! I knew it would be good when you got it to us! Worth the wait.
Action Jackson, I have seen nothing/nada to indicate Judge Strickland “posted” on blogs. I, personally high fived his words in his motion to the defense. Found every word he said to be straight to the truth. And, an indication of “class” in his writing it.
I have seen nothing that indicated Judge S hindered the defense in building a defense for Casey. “Pathological lying” does not allow ANYONE grounds to say they have a sickness and blame it as to why they took 3 pieces of up to nine inch long by 2 inch wide duct tape and taped a babies mouth and nose.
Pathological liars are not mentally ill, and Casey Anthony had no right to kill her child and throw her body in that swamp. And never once has she shown any remorse, anger, or even showed one bit of caring that the child is dead. It’s like she is a detached stranger and Caylee never existed.
Evidently you have not followed the facts of this case very far. The circus like atmosphere the defense, the grandparents, and the mother of this darling little girl has presented is enough to show that Judge S’s parting words to the defense showed exactly how he feels about their involvement in this circus.
As for the new man on the block, Mr. Mason, he’s been around the block a few times and he has added his contribution to the circus as shown by his antics in the courtroom on his first day on the case. And in saying trying this case is going to be “fun”.
This case is not about all the characters in the circus ring. It is about a beautiful little girl who’s life was tragically taken. I do not think Baez or Mason will do well as the ringmaster’s in this circus. I think the new Judge B will stop the show real quickly. And get it back to what it should be about. Caylee Marie Anthony and the prosecution of exactly who killed this darling baby girl.
Judge Strickland did a helluva good job to rein in the circus clowns and jacka’s….I doubt very seriously JudgeB is going to stop back off one bit. I have a good feeling he will not be as subtle and kind as JudgeS…..JMO
I feel I must offer a correction to Action Jackson: The Honorable Judge Strickland was NEVER accused of POSTING on that blog – simply reading it. The defense feels that blog is biased against their client and the Judge, by reading it and complimenting the blogger (even though in public and with an open microphone) was in error. Jane Velez Mitchell and company on HLN mistakeny reported that Judge Strickland POSTED on the blog which was never the issue. They did not bother to report the correct issue and then, in true fashion for that show, continued to report incorrectly over and over and over again. You know how the saying goes “If you say it enough times, maybe someone will believe it”? Well, apparently that has happened here. And so it goes…..
However if you read the original motion by the defense – it NEVER makes this accusation.
Hope that helps set the facts straight.
I hope this is ok, I didn’t ask Silver first and it’s too late now tonight.

Wanna make an impact???
STOP discussing Strickland.
Focus on the content of those letters.
They aren’t “drivel”.
They are as DAMNING as it gets for her.
WHAT MOTHER WHOSE CHILD WAS LEFT IN THE ELEMENTS TO BE DEVOURED BY FLIES AND BEETLES…. WHOSE FLESH WAS LEFT TO BE TORN APART AND WHOSE FLESH AND BONES WERE LEFT TO BE DISGUSTINGLY GNAWED UPON BY ANIMALS… WOULD NOT EXPRESS A SINGLE FEELING OF ANGER/RAGE/DISGUST/DESPAIR TOWARD THE PERSON (WHO SHE CLAIMED WAS HER “FRIEND” FOR “FOUR YEARS” FOR STEALING HER CHILD??? FOR EITHER MURDERING HER CHILD OR ALLOWING OTHERS TO MURDER HER CHILD???? FOR DOING WHATEVER THE ALLEGED FRIEND DID WHICH ENDED UP WITH THAT PRECIOUS, SWEET, CARING CHILD TO END UP WITH DUCT TAPE ACROSS HER MOUTH, ACROSS HER NOSE.. STOPPING HER FROM TAKING A BREATH??? CAUSING HER CHILD SUCH FEAR.. SUCH ANGUISH… SUCH HORRIFIC AND TERRIFYING PAIN??????????
All I ask is that the focus return to the REAL EVIL, and not on the pawns of this defense team.
Silver is a dear and trusted friend to BOC, and she is right as usual.
Thanks for posting Kleat.

Of course, Silverspnr was NOT talking about comments here which of course, is for today’s story, she was talking about a thread and comments that had been going on for some time already, moving from the article ‘Stan Strickland’s Background’ and on with a lot of postings on the comment threads, up to 10 of them now.
Silver’s second install– taking the emphasis off the blogger and blogger wars.
» Silverspnr said: { Apr 19, 2010 – 08:04:10 }
Casey is the one whose actions should be the focus.
So much anger wasted on the defense team… on some blogger.. on the judge.. on the media.. (A tried and true tactic– throw “them” off the scent).
Keep your senses fixed on the person who MURDERED this innocent child–and, IMO since day 1, on those who took actions to cover up that person’s EVIL DEEDS.
Only one person is tied –via credible evidence– to this HORRIFIC, HEINOUS, ATROCIOUS and CRUEL CRIME: Casey Marie Anthony.
Only certain family members of this person CAN BE TIED to the obstruction of the investigation of the MURDER of this INNOCENT CHILD VICTIM.
If there was any credible evidence pointing to anyone else, I would be the first to fix my eye elsewhere–and believe me when I say that if some new evidence were to come to light along that vein, I’d be more than willing to train my eye in that direction.
All I see from the defense is a series of attempts to push the spotlight off of their client, and while I appreciate that this is their professional obligation to the extent of casting a reasonable doubt on the state’s case… I am sad to see a fair/impartial judge fall victim to their diversionary tactics (but so be it, since the judge made the error of having contact with a blogger).
Getting back to the point: Keep the spotlight where it belongs. Shine your light, and shine it brightly.
Valhall, hope that you will allow those to be shared just this one time. I just remembered your rules– oops. Wouldn’t share elsewhere!! Blink is a Silver buddy-o.
(I’ve posted Val, hope it’s ok, she can alert if not– )
Anyone ever hear of the term “Line Stepper”, that’s what MD is, an habitual line stepper..
Ok, last comment on MD please. Let’s progress the conversation. He has apologized, I have accepted it, and we are moving on.

Dear Blink and BOC members,
After reading action Jackson’s input, I began to wonder if we are both following the same Caylee Anthony case. I never saw where his Honor Judge Strickland ruled against any motion by the defense to use mental capacity as a defense. In the case I’m following, diminished capacity was never brought up by the defense.
As for Honorable Judge Strickland’s granting the defense motion to recuse himself, I felt he did so with much grace and in NO way did he tarnish his sterling reputation. His Honor is such a “Class Act”!
Another issue I have with action Jackson’s post is that I saw no blogging by Honorable Judge Strickland regarding this case at all. If he/she would be so kind as to supply the link(s) to this statement then I would not have mentioned it. I read that His Honor only went to some of the blog sites because the defense was using the INTERNET and blog sites in their try for change of venue. His Honor only went reading to get the feel for what was being said. I thought His Honor made that perfectly clear in his ruling on the defense motion.
http://www.wftv.com/news/23199005/detail.html
Blink, as you know I seldom post because I have nothing other than support to offer. This time, I couldn’t remain silent. Of course you don’t have to post my comments but I am really amazed that two members of your news blog can read the same thing (His Honor’s ruling) and come away with two completely different takes on it.
Thank You for all you do for all victims of crime. Thank You for all you do for us here at BOC. Thank You for being the Beautiful, Compassionate, Loving, and Giving Sweet Soul that you are!!!!
You will remain in my Prayers always because we need more people like yourself.
Bless Your Heart!
#7, Sal… take away is keyboard, funny!
Ty friend.

Omfg! I am so non-plussed! I gave MD his props early in this case, did not believe he deserved the orbie, and then began to sniff his sycophant self in all his defense siddling. Money, money, money.
Dang it, Dave, how do you feel now? You wanted to be one of the cool kids, didn’t you?
Stan, were you starting to feel bored with this case and sought other diversions? Maybe this is the right call.
As for chill factor, the coolest kid of all is Caylee Anthony. That’s what it’s about. She didn’t care about money at all, did she? She loved her life!
I think we’ll see a different judge in Dr. Belvin Perry. We’ll see wisdom and patience, but I doubt there will be disrespectful behavior in the courtroom. Casey’d better tame that smirk.
Action Jackson – this comment is totally false, at no time did the judge post anything , that is a total false rumour If you read the Judges motion, he told you the only thing he did was to talk to MD in the court, with cameras and microphones on. I , personally do not believe that the phone call happened, but I could be wrong
any judge presiding over a high profile capital murder case actually speak with in open court and post messages on a private citizen’s blog concerning the case he is presiding over?
I do not believe either that the judge tarnished his name. I dont see that he did anything wrong at all, but it was the “appearance” that left it wide open for the defense to cry and whine everytime he Denied a motion. And we all know how the defense can whine and cry. Judge Perry is coming into this knowing a lot already, he was the judge for the Grand Jury hearing, so we may see Baez having to tow the line now and made to do things properly the first time. Judge S had more patience than a saint in not only listening to Baez, but also to point him in the right direction when he made improper motions. That might well be a thing of the past.
Glad to see you back posting Blink
I have a question , for Blink or any other poster that might be able to answer
This comment made to Dave by the judge, was 6 months ago. I am assuming that Baez totally missed his opportunity because as we all know, he isnt a very knowledgable lawyer. Cheney Mason obviously caught this when he joined the defense. BUT my question is because it happened 6 months ago — If Dave had never given the interview to the PI, then could there have been any way the defense could have filed it ??? With the interview from the PI, they were able to file the motion because it was within the 10 days that gave them the chance to file. In case that doesnt make sense – if no interview , would it have equalled, it happened 6 months ago and therefore wayyyy past the time limit of 10 days
He did not miss it, we all saw it live-
This is a “throw it against the wall and see if it sticks” tactic.
B
ActionJackson get off of your high horse and get a grip. At least learn the facts before you speak. The Honorable Judge Strickland DID NOT EVER post on Marinade Dave’s site.
If Casey wants to go for not guilty due to mental defect, so be it. That’s her choice. I’m almost positive (I could be wrong) that being a habitual liar, as in the liar liar pants on fire kind of thing, is not accepted as a defense in a court of law, especially when you are accused of deliberately murdering your 2 year old baby. I think the defense made a big mistake and Casey may live (or not) to regret it!!!
Omg this is a hoot, imo I cant wait to see the first court hearing with the new judge
Conway recalled that when he first appeared before Perry years ago, the judge invited him into chambers and gave him two rules: “One, the train leaves at 8:30 a.m. Be on it. Two, be prepared.”
Conway said that Perry assured him, “If you follow those two rules, you’ll be fine.”
oops link to that comment from Conway is :

Blink you do not have to post this, it is my attempt to not let Casey and her defense team ruin anymore lives-
Blink, nice to read a new piece on Caylee. I missed your insights.
Okay first let me say love the imagery on this article Blink- Second thanks for the heads up on Judge Stricklands Dear John letter to the defense- I found it to be professional and very on point.
Third, if you will permit me to be Switzerland- I do not think MD was referring to you in his response Blink- I do not read there, but went there to find out what was said- I totally do not like what he is saying about women being raggy and bitches (sometimes) -but he was not referring directly to you Blink.
He, I believe, was responding to some of the comments he was getting from others- I don’t know what his motives were for talking with the defense but he clearly got played. I respect you for taking your objection to him regarding his blogger comments. Blink- and for what its worth he apologized for reacting that way in his response to you.
I don’t claim to know the behind the scenes stuff or any history of animosity- or even if there is any- but whenever MD came here you both seemed to have a positive interaction-
I hope I did not overstep any boundaries by trying to help, if so I apologize, like I said, I just don’t want Casey and her defense team to be celebrating about getting more negativity out of their doings
Peace Blink and I look forward to future commentary.
Mom 3-
I would not dream of editing something you felt strongly about, and as always I find your response fair and kind.
I really, really, want to move past this part of the issue. Whether or not Dave’s comments were directed to me or readers, the blatant disrespect to women he showed is highly offensive.
I took time out of my day, to show support to someone who had no business meeting with the defense team in the first place, because of exactly what you said… I felt he was played and not directly at fault for Judge Strickland’s recusal. It wasn’t in support of him, it was in support of Caylee that I did that and I will always consider what effect my words and deeds will have on this blessed cherub- I suppose that makes me a shitty journalist but I can live with that and have been called worse.
Judge Strickland said it better than I ever could. Hats off you, your Honor.
B
Deary dear. A marinade meltdown in progress. Ah, sweet schadenfreude of life at last I’ve found thee!
Lol LOL, I literally heard that in my head. Your such a card, bravo.

to me Dave seemed a lil to excited after his one on one, I don’t like him never have don’t like his site don’t read it, his sight to me sounds like a bunch of banter.
I don’t know to much about the legal system so I won’t even try to address my feelings about this motion, all I hope is that the new judge cracks the hammer down…we will see…
Blink keep up the fight, Rock it like you got it!
SNARKASTIC!
Leave it to the Queen B to come up with the perfect adjective. YES – it was super-calla-fraja-listically-SNARKASTIC!
Love the write up, B.
*hug*
TY Friend-
I was so impressed with Judge Strickland’s legal prose.
He is a true professional and gentleman, and while I miss him presiding over this case, I believe the defense is about to get the smackdown they deserve.
B
WOW! I never read on MD’s blog but I just did. What an arrogant self-centered man he turned out to be! He is acting like a child with a bad attitude. He had a lapse in judgement. He is mad at himself and embarrased but instead of beating himself up, he is beating up women. I totally have not one ounce of respect for this man. His integrety has been shot to shit now. Good job Dave!
By the way- nice picture Dave. You can’t have it both ways. I thought you would have known that.
Action Jackson-
You are wrong. Judge Strickland NEVER posted messages on a blog.
Personally, I feel that in his parting words The Honorable Judge Strickland finally gave the defense the smackdown they have long richly deserved. And while doing so begins by reminding us all of the reason we are here. “An innocent is dead.” That to me says it all. It’s time to turn our focus back to the individual who murdered this sweet child and continue to desect her letters, which IMO speak volumes as to Casey’s guilt and her total lack remorse. To me the letters are a continuation of her 31 days.
Blink, thank you for defending Judge Strickland. You are snartastic!
I hope his honour can shake himself of this mess with his head held high. Everyone has their limits and I would think that watching the defense chase their tails from JS’s perspective would become most daunting. He did the best he could with the Romper Room alumni.
Go get em Judge Perry Jr.!
PS….you’ve captured Baez in the most flattering image Blink. Troll of the courts.
I have been mulling over the 4 new motions filed by the defense. I have not yet been able to read the motions. The first three will probably be swiftly denied as were the other DP motions. The fourth however, asking that they can keep all the evidence they want to use in penalty phase out of the trial itself really bothers me. Would this mean no mention of the family dynamics, abuse allegations etc. Seems that covers a lot of ground and limits what could be introduced during the guilt phase if this case ever makes it to trial. Maybe someone with more knowledge can answer this for me. TIA
Blink, ever since Caylee was reported missing on the news I have been watching/reading a lot of coverage about the case. If the source of news/opinion isn’t representative of the cause of justice for that sweet baby, I don’t bother reading or watching it. Once I see any change from what’s important about this case, my interest is gone and I don’t return. You have always come across as wanting nothing but justice for her. You remind the public this is about an innocent baby murdered by her mother who receives sick support from her selfish grandparents. You are one of a few blogs I read because you relentlessly stick up for the ones who cannot be here to speak for themselves and you never apologize for it. I applaud your spectacular team and appreciate your loyalty to the lost.
Dave who?
The beacons have to light our way. Thank you friend.
B
Wow. Just Wow.
I am now an even bigger fan of Judge Strickland.
And Blink of coarse. Dave seems nice but what the heck was he thinking.
Oh well. And the Circus just gets bigger and bigger. And I just keep holdin on.
TRUtv, Beth Caras…Baez is considering fing a “JCQ” against Judge Strickland for all the digs the judge threw at him in his recusal response.
I dare him.
B
*filing
Baez is a Loser………. with a capital “L”. He doesn’t care who he ruins in this process. He seems to really be controlled by evil and will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He will eventually have to “pay up” either with his reputation being completely soiled or at the golden gates!
I HOPE THEY NOW GET THE JUDGE FROM HELL. STRICKLAND WAS EASY AND COOL BUT THE NEW ONE MAY NOT BE AS TOLERANT OF BAEZ HIS STUPID MOTIONS AND ANTICS AND THAT MAD COW CHEWING GUM IN COURT. SORRY I HAD TO STEP IN TO POST ! I AM IN ROUTE TO WASHINGTON STATE TO BURY MY HUSBAND AND BE WITH MY FOUR GREIVING KIDS.
GOD BLESS

Not at all, I was ni night.
