Kyron Horman Case: Terri Horman Sexts Sent To Kaine Horman’s Phone…. WHAT?

In what can only be considered the latest bombshell development in the case of missing Portland boy, 7 year old Kyron Horman, blinkoncrime.com has discovered that the recent sexually graphic text messages or sexts, allegedly exchanged between Terri Horman and mutual friend Michael Cook, may have been altered. Definitely, alter-able.
Blinkoncrime.com has confirmed that the phone number which Kaine hand-wrote on the originally sealed emergency restraining order dated June 28, 2010, matches the cell phone number he also alleges, through his attorney Laura Rackner, was used by Michael Cook to RECEIVE the “sext” messages in question.
What’s the issue?
Kaine Horman owns the phone and the account it is registered to, and unless the allegation is that Terri Horman, using her own phone as purported by Kaine, is herself posing as Michael Cook and sexting herself, which would seem like a physical impossibility given some of her *glamour shots*, we have a serious problem.
In Kaine’s own handwriting on the June 28th Restraining Order, he pens that is an alternative number for Terri Horman.
In the contempt order filed by Kaine Horman on July 12, Ms. Rackner states that she has personally seen the “work phone” records of Michael Cook, and goes on to say “a search” of his cell phone reflected that he took snapshots on June 28th of the earlier served restraining order, which had been sealed, and was the basis for the contempt motion in the first place. He took pictures of sealed documents on the phone belonging to the other person bound by the same order prohibiting Terri Horman from showing anyone. As there are no texts on the work number until July, it is the only logical conclusion.
I am going to go out on a limb here and assume that at some point it occurred to someone that using good faith information in your affidavit, which when not alerting the court that your client has complete ownership and access to the data on the phone account in question, can look like bad faith in a nano-second, thus the withdrawal.
However, not everyone is on the same the playbill because the 21 pages of texts, which were released in PDF format, and do not include any numbers for Terri Horman herself, were supplied in an electronically redacted format; which again indicates this was not an original file.
It was not until the unredacted pdf’s became available October 26th and we converted them to HTML files could we see that based on the file format, it is clear these records came from the account owners and were not subpoenaed from the carrier. Original files, also provided to the respondent, are the requirement of the court. We all know texts can be sent from our phone online accounts, and from our phones directly; I think I even have voice command to text widget thingie.
Anyone that had access to the account, which is registered to Kaine Horman, could clone, spoof, or manipulate those messages, period. That aside, let’s consider the possibility that Terri Horman HAD implicated herself even slightly in any messages on phones that may be utilized to illicit information by a woman who demonstrated her complete knowledge that she understood what expectation of privacy parameters she was under the impression she was operating under, and engaging in, with the “textee”.
Terri Horman was represented by counsel, it would not be difficult for Stephen Houze allege that Kaine Horman was in constant contact with MCSO, had already been provided case sensitive information by them, and as such, was acting as an agent in soliciting the text messages. You see where I am going with this?
The fruit of that poisonous tree is more like the fruit of the poisonous orchard.
The implications of this scenario are abysmal. While I completely understand the desperation of a Father wanting to locate his child, since I have yet to really see anywhere Cook attempts to engage Terrri Horman about Kyron’s whereabouts at any time; I do not get the point of the exercise.
Ms. Rackner is a first rate “Super Lawyer”, but she is not above the burden of her duty to insure that what is being provided to her as a “good faith basis” is just that.
Does this information make Terri Horman any less vulgarly inappropriate at best? Hell to the No.
While it is true on the surface because of this information one will be hard pressed to prove it was definitely Terri Horman who sent the electronic ipecac none of us will soon forget, her attorneys have not denied it was her, nor do I expect them to, at least not until they read this.
What it does, yet again, is potentially compromise the criminal case involving the disappearance of Desiree Young and Kaine Horman’s son Kyron.
This afternoon, blinkoncrime.com contributing editor and Legal Analyst, Lea Conner weighed in:
Kaine Horman claims that law enforcement provided the texts records to him, but that does not mean that the records came from the cell phone provider, nor does it mean that the conversations involve Michael Cook or Terri Horman.
In fact, there are indications that the text message transcripts filled by Mr. Horman are not as they appear. At least one of the phones purported to belong to “Michael Cook” is registered to Kaine Horman.
Just as important, none of these records indicate any information about the texts Mr. Horman alleges were sent by his wife. Mr. Horman does not list any cell phone number, not one message ID, not one cell record that indicates the identity of other party to the conversation let alone indicating Ms. Horman as the other party to the text message “conversations.” In the case of the phone with the “503″ prefix (503-XXX-XX76), Mr. Horman is the registered owner of the phone that was purportedly sending texts as “Michael Cook.”
More bizarre, Mr. Horman listed this number as belonging to Terri Horman in his application for a temporary restraining order. Was this a slip on the part of Mr. Horman? Mr. Horman claimed in a motion for remedial contempt that Ms. Horman showed a copy of the restraining order to Mr. Cook and allowed him to photograph the document.
Given that the phone Mr. Horman is the registered owner of the phone he purports was used by “Michael Cook,” it begs the question as to whether Ms. Horman ever allowed Mr. Cook access to the sealed restraining order. As a party to the action, Mr. Horman had the very same sealed documents. Mr. Horman, through Counsel Laura Rackner, claimed to have reviewed Mr. Cook’s “work cell phone records.”
It is not clear if the documents Ms. Rackner referenced as Mr. Cook’s “work” cell records are, in fact, for the phone registered to Mr. Horman. If the sealed documents referenced in Mr. Horman’s contempt motion were photographed with the phone registered to Mr Horman — the same phone that Mr. Horman claims was used by Mr. Cook — it might help explain why Mr. Horman withdrew his contempt motion.
Had he gone forward with the motion, he might have had to explain how it was the documents allegedly photographed by Mr. Cook were the same documents that he had in his possession, and that the phone used to photograph sealed court documents was registered to him, not Mr. Cook.
The records for the phone with a “971″ prefix (971-XXX-XX63) are unlisted. This phone also purported to send texts as “Michael Cook.” Due to the unavailability of any registration for this phone, it is impossible to tell to whom the phone belongs, or who was actually sending texts from this phone. The unredacted copy of the cell phone records filed on October 25, 2010, only identifies one caller on each set of cell phone records. This means that the records came from the phone, not the cell provider. Text records on pages 1 through 12 of Exhibit 1 are from (503) XXX-XX76 (“Cell Phone A”). These pages allegedly represent text messages sent between 10:17 pm on June 30, 2010 through 7:19 pm on July 1, 2010.
In separate court documents, “Michael Cook” is identified as the sender of text messages and the recipient of text messages is identified as “Terri Horman.” Cell Phone A is a Cingular/AT&T cell phone registered to Kaine Horman. It is also a phone number listed by Mr. Horman in his restraining order application as a phone number for Ms. Horman.
Pages 1 through 12 of Exhibit 1 does not list any phone number for the portion of the conversation attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (503) XXX-XX76. Text records on pages 13 through 17 of Exhibit 1 are from (971) XXX-XX63 (“Cell Phone B”).
These pages allegedly represent text messages sent between 6:49 pm on July 4, 2010 through 8:30 am on July 6, 2010. The bottom of page 17 has a partial text message sent on July 6, 2010, which purports to be sent after 8:30 am. Cell Phone B is an unlisted cell phone with AT&T (formerly Cingular).
In separate court documents, “Michael Cook” is identified as the sender of text messages and the recipient of text messages is identified as “Terri Horman.” Pages 13 through 17 of Exhibit 1 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (971) XXX-XX63. All texts in Exhibit 2 are from Cell phone A, and allegedly represent text messages sent between 2:29 pm on July 3, 2010 through 9:40 am on July 4, 2010.
Exhibit 2 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (503) XXX-XX76. All texts in Exhibit 3 are from Cell phone B, and allegedly represent text messages sent between 8:44 pm on July 6, 2010 through 8:41 am am on July 7, 2010. The top of page 1 of this exhibit has part of an undated message from 8:41 am., possibly on July 6, 2010, that states “I understand. I’m upset about kitty. I didn’t do [sic]”
Exhibit 3 does not list any phone number for the portion of the text messages attributed to Ms. Horman, only that the texts listed were received by (971) XXX-XX63. Surely investigators working on this case must know that the cell records filed by Mr. Horman as coming from Michael Cook’s phone were not from Mr. Cook’s phone, but from a phone registered in his own name.
Someone in law enforcement must have noticed that the number Mr. Horman claims belong to Michael Cook is also the number he claimed belonged to his wife in his TRO application. Mr. Horman signed his application for temporary restraining order on Monday June 28, 2010, prior to its filing at 4:39 pm that afternoon.
This was two days after the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office conducted its failed sting operation at the Horman residence on Saturday June 26, 2010. MCSO was unable to confirm the murder-for-hire plot that had been alleged by the landscaper. As a result, MCSO was not able to arrest Ms. Horman.
As such, why did law enforcement then give the green light to Mr. Horman to obtain a restraining order on the basis that his wife had hired to hire a hit man? Or did Mr. Horman act unilaterally without the endorsement of law enforcement? Surely Mr. Horman must have known that law enforcement could not verify the landscaper’s story, yet he went ahead and filed a restraining order based on the very allegations that law enforcement could not verify. So why did he sign his name to allegations that he knew were not true?
The text messages don’t check out. The murder for hire allegations don’t check out. The only common thread here is a man whose son disappeared on June 4, 2010. As tragic and anguishing as Mr. Horman’s circumstances may be, that does not excuse misrepresenting information to the court.
Mr. Horman cannot claim that the phone registered in his name is Michael Cook’s work cell phone, nor can he claim that the phone allegedly used by Michael Cook was used by Ms. Horman. When Sheriff Dan Staton talked about knowing things that might surprise people, could he have been talking about cell phone records? Maybe Stephen Houze and Peter Bunch will force the sheriff to reveal its source for the records.
Although the answer would not bring Kyron home, it might at least alleviate some of the blame heaped on Ms. Horman, as unpopular as that may be.

Sometimes I hesitate to post as I don’t want to sound like someone just wanting to put in their 2 cents on a who done it. All I want is for Kyron to be found and home.
We are on the outside looking in. We aren’t privvy to important clues. We don’t have Kyron to work from him to a suspect but have to work in the reverse with little to go on.
There are so many posters that comment here that have so much good information and viable theories they actually make me sit up straight and take good notice of what they are saying.
What I have tonight is a theory. I try to keep things simple to keep from going way off track. So…this is one theory of my own …not necessarily an opinion.
Going back to Terri and Rudy. What if they felt (or at least one or the other did) they were really in love and wanted to be together. Two things I can see would stand in their way. Their families and their means to live. (financially). A very important thing to know right about now is if Elsey is/was Rudy’s wife. It would be easy to get rid of her and family. Tell her it wasn’t safe for them here right now…send them to Mexico and never send her the money to come back. Terri’s son James was sent from the home. If the murder for hire was true (just because the sting fizzled doesn’t mean it wasn’t so) and then Kyron. Bing…bing…bing.
I would like to mention something that has bothered me for a long time. I haven’t worked in a jail for about 10 years but when I did, I saw a pattern of hespanics that were booked in for the first time coming in with no documentation at all. When this happened (first time offenders…not previously printed) we filled in the booking sheet with whatever information THEY gave to us. When the offender got out and our booking sheets were filed in records, the offender would go to records and request a copy of their booking sheet. The dmv would take this as proof of who they were and issue them a drivers liscence. I brought this up to the powers that be and was basically told it wasn’t our worry as it was another department that was doing it.
I pray for Kyron, his sister, brothers, family and all of us that love him.

And my mind made the “cool electric one” into a stun gun, which was easy enough to use when Kyron was standing by the other white truck (Desiree said he was seen by the truck) and no DNA, no noise, just a quick toss, and Kyron is gone… and the scent trail stops in the parking lot.
By the way, I am not a youngster.. I am 66 yrs old and I also had a very sad childhood ~ actually this is a very bad time for me ~ my mother “when I was seven” suffered horrific burns over 85 % of her body Thanksgiving Day (which in my childlike ignorance felt she was recovering from) died Christmas eve. so I have also had my share of pain… in the foster home system from 7 through young adulthood ~ very fortunate to have been loved by the most fantastic foster family~mom & dad since I was 14 so God is good~I know lately Blink on Crime has appeared a lot like a therapy session~ but probably it helps some to air things so they can heal? there is more to my story but it is all about Kyron ~ I pray for him everyday I know how important family is & I just hope & pray he will be reunited with his loved ones soon <3

PPS custodians’ are PPS employees.
A number of years ago PPS up & “lfired” all PPS employees as custodians w/ a “cost cutting replacement” by subcontract to a developmentally disabled group’s org.
JMHO As a PPS parent, there never seemed to be “disabled” worker but men who were almost “unkempt” in dress ( un-shaven, shirts completely un-buttoned & un-tucked & very un-friendly etc}. Any school I was ever in was never “as clean” as when it was PPS custodians ( bathrooms were notorious for being ‘iffy’, no TP, paper towels etc., paper/trash left on floors/outside grounds etc). I made sure my children always had their own bathroom tissue since most times you found no supplies.
MOO I never “felt safe” around any of the “replacement custodians” & told my children to ONLY seek out teachers if ANY problem arose.
Some of these custodians had been employees for decades. They had weathered the shrinking custodian staff to fully cover schools. The sudden action on their lives & lively hood was overwhelming. The custodians sued PPS. After much back ‘n forth they WON a few years later. “Because Portland Public Schools dismissed its custodians without cause, Portland Public Schools violated ORS 242.620 which reads, in pertinent part, “No employee in the classified civil service who has been permanently appointed, shall be dismissed except for cause.”(1)
“In 2002 Portland Public Schools dismissed each and every custodian then employed, except for the few custodians fortunate enough to retire before the ax fell on their necks. The custodians and their union, Service Employees International Union 140 (“SEIU 140”) used every avenue at their disposal to try to retain their jobs.”(2)
“Finally, after years of litigation, the Oregon Supreme Court held that the Custodian Civil Service Law – ORS 242.310 to 242.640 and 242.990 (1) has not been repealed or made inoperative. Interesting idea, Kat. I wonder if your thought about a person posing as TH on her computer while she was out doing horrible things links to Desiree’s suggestion that something was off about TH’s emails on June 4th. I.e., that they were unusually terse and unlike any emails she had sent before. It is mind-boggling to think of someone being willing to do that for her….but…maybe?
Something which continues to bother me…and my apologies if this this has already been addressed. If TH kept the truck so she could pick the science fair project up after school~why did mom, dad and baby Horman walk to the bus stop, to wait for Kyron to get off the bus? Also, KH seemed to make a pretty big deal about how he had to put Baby K’s shoes on her and how TH followed in a distance behind them.
Another observation~IIRC, Skyline school was said to not have an automated telephone reporting system. Yet, on the evening of June 4th, an automated phone call goes out to every students home, reporting the fact Kyron Horman did not return home from school that day.
As always, thought’s and prayers going out and up, for Kyron to be found safe and un-harmed.

As you all can see, there is a very huge list of “possible uniform &/ or ID badge” individuals. I tried to list the largest “employers” in the area w/ either uniform &/ or ID badges &/ or where there is a “large segment” of employees in “uniforms &/or badges”.
An ADULT can be FOOLED by the “appearance” of “uniform &/or ID badge” what can we concluded about a 7 y/o w/ vision impairment who is being “talked to/ worked with” about “listening to adults @ school & following directions asked of him” ?

“PHC was already Oregon’s largest QRF in October 2001 when PHC managers wrote to then-Portland Public Schools superintendent Jim Scherzinger suggesting the school district could save millions and help relieve its budget crunch by replacing district custodians with PHC janitors.”
“But a couple things were curious about the bid PHC put forward in the spring of 2002. First, PHC’s proposal said that with an equal number of disabled workers, it would be able to clean the schools twice as often as the districts’ non-disabled workers (and they’d be paid one-third less than the district employees.) In other words, PHC’s disabled workers could outcompete the district’s non-disabled workers.”

But just because they were granted their jobs back (after the Oregon Supreme Court ruled that the layoff was illegal) doesn’t mean everything is rosy.”
“The district still is trying to figure out when people will return to work (sometime between September and November), where they will be assigned and how many additional custodians will need to be hired. Members of the school board’s finance committee meet Sept. 13 to hash out the custodial budget and required positions.”
“The district will welcome Portland Habilitation employees to apply since there probably will be around 100 more slots to fill, and those who pass the background check and civil service exam will become civil service employees and members of SEIU Local 503.”

masic transferred (or was transferred) to Lewis el ed about April. These transfers happen when the maintenance employee has been trying to transfer out for awhile due to unusual job burdens (my opinion here), or the principal effects a transfer as a punishment of some sort–slack worker or insubordination for example. (given Inahara’s glowing words and pic, latter not likely).
A local said these maintenance job positions go by subcontract to a developmentally disabled group’s org — therefore most likely any of that org’s subcontracted maintenance employees would also reside in a supported group home. He came back to skyline after june 4 only to help with the extra workload: interviewers/searchers.
RE:At the end of this interview, Kaine speaks directly to Kyron and says …“Home is safe. It is just Kiara and me. We’re waiting for you.”
IMOO Would have sounded HEART FELT & HONEST if he’d have just said: ”Kyron, Home is SAFE. WE ARE SAFE. MOMMA, Tony, Quinn, Kiara, Bootise (the cat), Ernie (IIRC Kyron’s dog in Medford ?) & I are ALL WAITING FOR YOU.”

Thank you for pointing that out. I do not either come to this blog for group therapy, and the past couple days it has felt like that. Hard to weed through too, but I try to follow since sometimes (not often tho, imo) there is a comment within the personal story that actually relates to this case. Everyone has had challenges in life with all kinds of stuff, but imo this is not the place to dump. Getting to know Terri Hormon
I was just wondering about the DUI Terri had. I wasn’t really sure about her criminal history so I checked. She has a DUI of course but she also has a ‘Recklessly Endanger Another’ (charge/arrest/conviction?) from the same day. Some speeding tickets and burning ‘Hazardous Materials Without a Permit’.
Just wondering if anyone has ever brought it up? As far as I knew, it was only the DUI. Why doesn’t he bring it up in divorce court?

DISCLAIMER: no “net casting”, no “finger-pointing”, nor “implying towards ANY poster”.
MOO & a mountain of data & than some on “alcohol abuse & alcoholic behavior”.
The term “alcoholism” means the same thing as “alcohol dependence,” “alcohol addiction,” and “alcohol dependency.”
Regardless, which ever version of KH’s “life” w/TMH, there were problems. Just as we are seeing/hearing w/ her OWN e-mails that there were BIG problems in the Horman home.
I have wondered IF TMH had started to “have a drink &/ or began drinking” in the morning. Had she progressed to needing “ a drink” to “even out her hang over from the night before” ? Had she begun to “need” a drink to “face” her day ? “Eye-openers,” that is, drinks that are taken whenever the alcoholic awakens. Eye-openers are usually taken to calm the nerves, lessen a hangover, or to quiet their feelings of remorse the problem drinker experiences after a period of time without ingesting a drink.
Could she have been “drunk” the morning of 06/04 ? “Hung over” ? Could she have been that way on the 06/03 ?
Could TMH HERSELF been CONFUSED about ANY appointment for Kyron &/ or Kiara ? Could she have said one thing one day & something else the next & NEVER HEARD the DIFFERENCE in the comments to the teacher, Kyron & HERSELF because she WAS ALCOHOL IMPAIRED ? Could she have been in an alcohol fog?
I have seen it happen repeatedly in hospital settings, in families & with individuals dealing w/ an alcoholic. At times the alcoholic drinking, does NOT REMEMBER WHAT they say in context from one subject to the next. Even if the alcohol is strictly monitored, how can one have a firm grasp of how an alcoholic is effected ?
Could it be HER ALCOHOL USE was KNOWN to SOMEONE who made USE of that KNOWLEDGE ?
What if one or both days routine were “off” for TMH ? What is she usually gets the house to herself w/ Kiara ? KH is “off” to work by 7:45am, Kyron is “on” a school bus. Instead, @ least on 06/04 “everyone” was up & she “HAD” to take Kyron to school & “make an appearance” ? What about the “morning drink”, would she have had time & privacy to get it in ? Maybe she left school “early” to get “that” drink ?
What if in HER mind (drunk &/ or hung over one day to the next ) she HAD NOT given CONFLICTING appt dates ?
Have any of you ever tried to convince ” a drinker” that something they said NOW is NOT what they said BEFORE ? Long story short, it NEVER HAPPENS. “The drinker” TELLS YOU, YOU are WRONG PERIOD.
What if “someone” could “count” on TMH’s “memory” to HELP in Kyron’s abduction ? Maybe this person knew just how, when, where she drank–maybe a LSer “knew/heard” stories of TMH drinking ?
If you look at the list below, TMH seemed to drink for a psychological escape from perceived stress & problems, blaming problems on others and on things external to themselves,loss of control, serious financial, relationship, and work-related problems, aggressive and grandiose behavior, frequent violent or destructive behavior, unreasonable resentments, problems with the law (e.g, DUIs), was in deep denial of herself, loss of control w/ the people & situations around her, to name a few of the “issues” TMH was dealing with.

This is an example of one of many articles I found when “googling” alcoholic behavior:

GOT IT!! Got how Kyron left the school.
Ky had to have been taken within minutes of Terri leaving the school, in order for her to be considered “the last” to see him. That means someone was already in the school and had to be inconspicuous enough to blend into the scene.
There were two white trucks. I just assumed it was a LS truck.. not true. Blink says Ky did not leave with RS. LE eliminated DD as the person in the truck. Desiree confirmed it was a male. LE diverted everyone’s attention to the Horman white truck that was moved from the parking lot to the access road.. not true. The one or two witnesses who saw a “man” and Ky at the white truck in the parking lot were seeing the 2nd white truck, because TH had already left in the 1st white truck.
Nothing unusual about a “Dad” walking down the front steps of the school with his son and get into a ordinary white truck.
Conclusion:
1) Ky left Skyline that morning with someone he knew. Kaine and Desiree have said this from the very beginning.
2) This man knew TH would be driving the white truck that day .. because normally she would be driving the red mustang.
not implying “Dad” is Kaine. It isn’t!!

Somebody here said that if it’s true that Ky didn’t leave the school with Terri, that LE must know he left with someone else. Maybe not. Maybe they just have proof he wasn’t with Terri. What I’m wondering is if they have been able to produce a suspect by comparing the various videos they got from parents who had been filming at the Sci Fair that day.
Looking at several videos, no one of them having all of the people and movements; but taken together, they’ve found their suspect. And maybe that’s also how they know that TH left without Ky. Throw in some eyewitnesses and construct timelines.

This is how LE has eliminated TH, RS and DD. They are looking to identify ALL the men on these videos and need parents from all grade levels to assist in the elimination process. Same with owners and vehicles parked in the school yard.

I usually scroll as fast as I can when I login to see what Blinks’ newest comments are, and then I backtrack to get caught up with the commenters thoughts. But your 2 scenarios are, IMO, very close to the truth and I feel that some combination of the 2 scenarios are behind Kyrons disappearance and the stalemate that LE seems to find itself in now.
I try not to focus on what happened before June 4th, all of that is secondary to finding Kyron right now. Those details can hopefully be mined at trial, and, hopefully teach everyone of us to look for whatever those “warning signs” were to keep our children safer.
As to your #2 scenario Foobros. I also believe that LE has the abductor dead to rights, and that TH is connected and responsible in every way for little Kyrons disappearance. My fear is that LE cannot prove anything beyond a kidnapping at this point, thus the repeated searches on S.I. TH is being honest, IMO, in that she really doesn’t know where Ky is – and she went way out of her way after she left the school to be seen as much as possible to avoid suspicion. The abductor may not know where Ky is either if Ky was “moved” more then once and by another person. And I feel all of the dots connect on S.I., I always have. There has to be at least one more party involved beyond TH and the abductor who is still the unknown in all of this. If my theory is correct, the only reason TH hasn’t been arrested already is because it doesn’t help bring Ky home today, there’s legal manuevering still to be done here and LE will take whatever time necessary to get this right. One more thing. It’s absolutely not a coincidence that both TH and DDS have time unaccounted for that overlaps on June 4th, it just can’t be random.
This is all just speculation and opinion on my part. I still get great comfort when I hear Kys’ parents “talk” to him as though he’s still alive. The only fact I truly know is that Kyron didn’t deserve any of what has happened to him. Bless you Kyron Horman.

From earlier IMO KH has used his public statements cloaked some what to let DY KNOW WHO Kyron “belongs” to should he be found alive.
But since the start, hearing of DY, IMO SHE should have primary custody of Kyron.

Good Lord, I need to not comment when I am watching my little hillbilly-in-training i.e grandaughter. What I was tryin’ to say was that when KH makes comments directly to Kyron it makes me think he’s doin’ this in order to let DY know that IF Kyron is found alive somewhere things will not change, he will still live with KH….I think DY will force some changes if Kyron is found alive. Do I think he’s still alive? My mind telles me no, my heart reminds me that I really don’t know.

This “person” had a plan & blending into the crowd seemed to have work.

She has a DUI of course but she also has a ‘Recklessly Endanger Another’ (charge/arrest/conviction?) from the same day. Some speeding tickets and burning ‘Hazardous Materials Without a Permit’.
Just wondering if anyone has ever brought it up? As far as I knew, it was only the DUI. Why doesn’t he bring it up in divorce court?

IMHO I really don’t want think that it was any of the parents, It just doesn’t fit into the world of parenting…to do something like this. So, IMHO I’m going to say, It HAD to be someone else, probably close to the family, and probably out of revenge against KH or TH. I would therefore, be looking toward the other people surrounding this family.

Then I saw a comment at Scared Monkeys reminding us that neither Kaine nor Desiree have yet to make a plea to the abductor and it strikes me as odd that they would be trying to let Kyron know they want him back instead of pleading with the abductor to bring him home.
@Amy’s Sister- TY, you reminded me of something I keep forgetting to mention. I distinctly remember a news video that aired a few weeks after Ky disappeared in which DY did made a plea: “To whoever has Kyron, please just let him go. Drop him off somewhere and tell him to call 911”. I have tried many times to find this exact clip but haven’t had any luck at all. I just remember it so well in my head! Does anyone else recall this? I will keep looking for it.

The reason I doubt the man in the flannel whose head we cannot see is part of Kyron’s abduction is because the lady who is head of the PTA was present at the time Terri took photos of Kyron so she would have seen whomever that man was. Unless she had never seen him before and therefore LE has not been able to identify him.
Again, Amy’s sister, excellent point. I saw that too, it was Gina Zimmerman on the Dateline special. She said she saw TH take the photos of Ky in front of the tree frog exhibit, and that they had a discussion about the T-shirt orders. TH wanted to know if they were in so she could send them to DY with Kyron that weekend. So…if any of the people in those pics. was suspicious (perhaps in hindsight?) it seems logical that Gina Z. has given that info. to LE.

@beejay-I have always kept them in the back of my mind because:
- BP was/is a electrician apprentice (cool electric one?)
- Wendy Fuhrer (ex mother-in-law of B Pumala) is a neighbor to the Hormans
- Fuhrers have a white Ford truck
- Wendy Fuhrer put Tanner P. on TV with that strange interview on June 5th or 6th even though LE has already asked them no to speak with the media.
- BP used to live on a house boat at Sauvie
- BP, his sister Anne and his ex-wife Lisa Fuhrer Pumala all moved away

The one thing that holds me up is I can’t make a connection that gives me a motive. I could speculate that TH and BP were romantically involved and so on, but I have no solid info. to base that on.

My guess, from what I have seen, is it had more to do with the man standing to her left. Knowing how ever she stood or did would be “unacceptable”

I seriously doubt that TH “made” KH punish kyron. I see it more like KH was holding her responsible for Kyrons
Problems at school. And her saying to him if you got all the answers and you can do better then I will bring home his daily reports and you decide what should be done. He dismisses her knowing she will handle it, then it starts all over again.
My hubby is a controller, as I am typing this reaching for a cup, hubby says why don’t you use a shorter cup. LOL then he says, why you smiling, because “I’m a controller?” YES!! We start laughing. The difference is he “knows” he is a controller. It would be very different situation if he and I were not aware of our own “issues” and have learned to come from a place of “I” and not “you”

I dunno….when I hear him making statements like that I feel they are more directed to DY and by doing so he’s letting her know with out a doubt if Kyron is alive and can be found he’s going straight back to KH….sorta like laying the ground rules before the poor boyis ever found. Pretty sure this time DY would have to changes in mind for her son if he’s found alive.

Having said that, however, if by some miracle Kyron is found alive, I think there is no doubt that the custody arrangement should be modified
I agree with Kat #49 I would love to know what Terri’s mother and father know. Terri appears to be a chatty person- a complainer. I doubt if she could keep her mouth shut to her parents and family for this long. And the 50-50 comment was very interesting to me.
If someone also posts on Scared Monkeys, can you relay this information? From my research, I found that there were three people (who know each other from the psychic websites) together at the Wall of Hope when the mysterious note on the wall was written. It is not the person who is named on SM.

One of those people is a personal friend of mine and I believe her when she says she saw the note written (which she posted on the psychic crime fighter website). http://www.psychiccrimefighter.com/ I have also been in email contact with the person I believe wrote the note. She is an area mom who has been out searching for Kyron using psychic guidance.
Another question brought up on SM was where Harry Morgan got his information for his gossip filled rant. I believe it came from one of the three women above, as she has been out searching with him. I don’t know or have any contact with her, but I think she used to post on this forum until she drew a rebuke from Blink. I can’t remember what her hat was here.
I hope I won’t draw a rebuke from Blink for posting this. My apologies in advance Blink, but I have been waiting for Klaasend’s approval to SM for months and am not able to post there.
@graceinthe hills #47 look how Caycee Anthony acted. Dramatic crying and constantly wiping under her eyes BUT Never any tears. TH was constantly darting her eyes around to see the “audience” reaction. People crying usually seem to shut their eyes a bit to allow the tears to flow out- not keep their eyes open and looking around to see who’s watching them. it seemed she was trying to gage everyones reaction I noticed it the first time I saw the video and thought her actions were odd compared to everyone else.

Having said that, however, if by some miracle Kyron is found alive, I believe in the best interests of Kyron (and ultimately both parents) an arrangement should be made whereby Kyron has equal access to both his parents through adulthood – because he will desperately need the love and support of both.

can’t find the comment, but thought in the early interviews w/TH she was asked why she parked in the back, and she said because there was no room in the front parking lot.

I remember during one of the press conference’s with Desiree and Kaine (It might have been at the church) something was said about Kyron being in the parking lot. He was seen outside the school, and then Desiree said “Kaine’s truck.” Meaning there was more then one truck, and the truck Kyron was standing near at that time was “Kaines truck.” At the time I felt it was an odd thing for her to mention, and the manner in which she said it I noticed. I know I heard it, can’t look for it now, maybe this evening. House already is filling with extra people for Thanksgiving. I still wonder about the neighbor Pumala. Lives next door, has a white truck, has a residence on water at Sauvies Island, is an electrician, has a child at Skyline, the Pumala home has been for sale for a long time (why are they moving?) could be a drinking buddies of Terri’s.
Consider Suspect #1, #2, #3
1st Suspect = motive … let’s call this person “master manipulator”
2nd Suspect = took Ky from school … this is the “driver” … can’t call it an abduction or kidnapping, yet … because Ky knew him and went willingly with him. This person drove Ky away, far away.
3rd Suspect = ?????? … I’m thinking “notifier” … this would be the person who notified TH that Ky had been taken
Remember, LE was doing their “look over here” act on the white trucks… they were asking about a white truck on the access road and two white trucks at FM. In reviewing the parking lots of the FM they weren’t looking for a white truck necessarily; just maybe, it was a car. A car that was in the school parking lot and traveled to each of the FM stores that TH went to. Would be a car that no one would pay attention to, like the white truck.
Would be easy for someone to pull into a parking lot .. Park a ways over .. Walk past the truck, slipping a note into the driver’s side door and go right on about their business in the FM. Come out .. Get in their car .. Drive off.
No electronic notification .. LE would have that communication .. Had to have been a note. Not at the school, because Ky wasn’t taken until TH left. Probably didn’t happen at first FM because TH didn’t park where there would be cover for the “notifier”. .. too easy to be seen in and around the truck.
So 2nd FM parking lot, TH receives notice Ky has been taken .. Not kidnapped or abducted, just taken. She dashes off .. Don’t know where, don’t know why, don’t know what the instructions, if any, were. She could have gone to SI, but I would think there were be natural habitat unique to SI left on the undercarriage or in the tires of the truck.
