Casey Anthony Trial: The State Discovers The Elusive 17th Allele- BOMBSHELL Discovery Of The Deuchebag Chromosome, Belongs To Bereaved Gram Cindy Anthony (UPDATED)

Orlando, FL– I swear on my Blinkette’s, at no time, did I ever picture the word that rhymes with “euchebag” if you add a D, would appear in a title on my site. Today’s testimony by Academy Of Parental Enablers Resulting in Toddler Death President (AOPERTDP),  Cindy Anthony , took the strand. I said strand on purpose. I am convinced the elusive 17th allele comes from her. I daydream she left it on the shovel by attempting to dig herself a hole following the conclusion of her filicidic daughter’s trial.

Cindy Orl sent June 23

No such luck. This former Gentiva Supervisor, Licensed by the state of Florida as a registered nurse, now thinks she may have  been home on the days of March 17th and March 21st and her former employer, required her and other salaried employees to falsify their timecards in an agency subject to HIPAA regulations.

Cindy Timecard

Mrs. Anthony, although it would mean she came home for less than 30 minutes on both days, if she indeed returned to work, brought her own smell of decomposition.  Decomposition of her loyalty to the legacy of her 34 month old grandbaby, Caylee Marie. By the time of this publication, I have requested comment from John Camperlengo, Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer, and will post upon reply.

UPDATE: The Following Is the Reply I received from Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to Gentiva, John Camperlengo, published with permission.

Thanks for your note.  As a matter of policy, Gentiva does not comment on matters being litigated before the courts. What we can tell you is Gentiva complies with all relevant Federal and State regulations, rules and guidelines concerning patient and staff records. And we cooperate fully with responsible authorities when requested to aid them in research in investigations. Best Regards, John

O and Cindy, thanks for bringing up your concerns about the dogs eating bamboo leaves. Further computer forensic scrutiny shows that the dogs were PRECLUDED from being in the backyard as a result. Which, Casey knew, and certainly strongly assissted in avoiding detection of her granddaughter’s remains in her playhouse for days. Not to creepy, not to soul-less, right? Did the Baez/Rosebud braintrust consider they gave the jury exactly what they needed to explain Casey Anthony’s alternative universe and fancy for pathological lying? Apples and Trees, as we say in Jersey. God Rest this child in your loving care, which begining June 16th, is the only loving care that has mattered.

    Okay, just venting at the moment so bear with me here …

    Honestly, Baez is such a woman (no offense to our gender ladies) but he so is in so many ways, it makes me want to throw things.

    He is whinier than my 6-yr old and throws tantrums when he doesn’t get his way like a 2-yr old. What real man does that? Casey and Jose truly do deserve each other. But perhaps the biggest buffoonery he possesses is that he’s too stupid to even know how ridiculous and unprofessional he acts and looks so much of the time. While everyone else is laughing at him, Jose seems to think of himself as all that and more. Seems like Casey isn’t the only one living in Fantasyland. I’d give almost anything to have a chance to slap that smart*** little grin off his face. People hate you Jose, you’re far from a winner and your client anything but a trophy girl, so what are you laughing at? I pray karma is fast and swift in the coming weeks.

    Does anyone have an explanation for my, why the TH’s on TV are so much more interested in talking about the defense and their trial achievements than talk about a woman that potentially killed her child? It is the weirdest phenomenon to me. There is still ratings, people are following, it’s the content I am confused about. Do they all believe that? I don’t feel like I recognize the country I live in anymore. I think everyone has lost their minds- btwn politics to morality.

    I only caught the end of the trial today. It seems Yuri Melich had information on cell phone stats for Roy Kronk and George Anthony during the months of March 08′ to June or July of 08′? The defense claimed they had no such info and felt that they should have received copies of it. Does the Prosecution have this info? I hope this doesn’t take up more time. The Judge wants the defense to rest maybe next week so deliberations can start.

    Graduation night tonight, so I won’t be able to catch up til manana. I can’t believe we may be nearing the end of the trial!

    I have a question about the picture of Caylee at the sliding door trying to open it. Wouldn’t the state already have been aware that the defense was going to use that picture, and had already examined it to see if it could have been her? It’s so obvious that it doesn’t look like a 2 year old child so I’m sure if they had seen it they would have looked into it already. If this was the first time they saw it is it too late for them to further investigate the photo? hopefully my questions makes some sense, sorry if it was confusing!
    ******************************
    I agree. There was a sidebar, and apparently they discussed logistics re the pics before the start of today. State objected, but not on discovery. But I think Caylee’s sneakers look like adult like sneakers. Too big for her feet or something. Maybe it is the angle of the picture. But even with the pics in and the sliding door photo- we already knew she swam, we already knew she walked and could open doors. So what was the gain? That was pure drama.

    Bamboo Chews for Dogs and Puppies

    Bamboo chews are an ideal chew toy for dogs and puppies. Not only do dogs love bamboo, but it is generally mess free, doesn’t rot and is completely natural. No preservatives. No junk. It helps preserve healthy teeth and encourage good chewing habits. In fact, if you take a look at the latest trend in dog chew toys, you’ll notice that they all have little ridges to promote cleaner teeth. The toy makers are just discovering what nature discovered long ago: bamboo has natural ridges that will provide great leverage for your dogs teeth.

    MsEnscene – That’s exactly what I mean too! If they even stopped and thought about it- then maybe they should have made their story fit a bit more of the evidence. I mean really- even Casey’s lies have a bit of a foundation of truth. This defense is just plain chaotic. My husband thinks confusion will cause reasonable doubt. I disagree. I think confusion just makes the defense look like inept clowns.
    Then the audacity of the defense to even suggest prosecutorial misconduct!! When I think of Jeff Ashton, I think of Jimmy Stewart in “To Kill a Mocking Bird”. I think of integrity and honesty. Baez makes me feel like I need a shower (and not in a good way either LOL). I want a fair trial for Casey and I want justice for Caylee. 17. A Texas Grandfather says:

    The defense team is not as experienced as Casey and Cindy in taking a little piece of truth and making it into flowing story. This is why we are seeing all of the floundering with the witnesses. Then there is the confusion factor to confuse the jurors with so much misdirection.

    Misdirection is a technique of Magicians. Get your attention onto something to distract you so that you don’t see what they are doing.
    However, Judge Perry caught the defense this morning and I feel that if it is continued, there will be something done in the way of a remedy.

    I just don’t know what the prosecution will do with the credit card slip by Mr. Mason or the reference to the theft of money earlier.

    The more I think about the computer story Cindy told regarding her work computers, the more I laugh. If Gentiva has forty or more offices around the country they will have all the daily files including E-mails backed up to a tape drive at every site with two copies or more of the tapes on a daily basis. The manager in charge of the computer system will have arrangements to move the tapes to a secure location off-site. There will more than likely be a regional site where files are kept as well with similar backups made. If tape isn’t used, they will be recorded to DVD with the same security measures taken.

    Oh Cindy, if you are going to tell lies, then you need to know more about the subject you are building your lie around. That IT guy on the jury is going to spill the beans on you.

    In that photo, there seems to be some foreshortening–is that the term? that makes the subject look longer/taller in the ‘patio door’ photo.

    However, Caylee was 36″ at the time of her bones discovery. The bottom
    of my patio door handle is at 36″ from the floor. Her little arms could

    That really long sidebar today in which the judge questioned the DT about what their defense theory actually is – did anyone get a copy of that? Mason wanted to go to sidebar to answer that question even though the jury was not in the court room. So just what did Mason not want the viewing public to readily hear?

    Loved when JP called the defense’s theory ‘ever-changing’!

    Later in the afternoon I think the DT misdirection tactic was pointed out again by JP when he asked Mason what relevance the testimony from Mr. Edwards had to the theory of defense. AGAIN this made me wonder just what the defense claimed in that earlier sidebar was the theory of the defense?

To the extent I wonder, seriously, why you’ve not seen this as a co-committed crime? And if it was, this ploy (gram as proscutor’s truthteller morphs into prosecutor’s destroyer ( seen by jurors as honest thanks to prosecutor’s use) was genius.

    I heard someone issue a question earlier that sounded good to me. About Mrs. Anthony saying her dog had been sleepier at that time…during day when only Caylee and Casey were home, what if Casey had been testing out her drugs on the dog to find out how much to give Caylee?

    I think today’s performance by Lee made him look more like a total idiot when he was saying he could live in the same house for months and never have a talk with his sister, just between the two of them, about her pregnancy. While otherwise, they talk like they were closer than thieves so why the space when it came to the pregnancy? And why aren’t there more pictures of Lee with Caylee? Wasn’t he a doting uncle? Wonder why ‘Jose’ didn’t take Lee out to lunch today since the two seem close as well.

    I had alot of doubts about Mrs. Anthony in the past years and I had given her some leeway after her sympathetic testimony for the Prosecution. But after her testimony the past couple of days for the Defense, my feelings are back to what they used to be. I just hope Mr. Anthony sticks to his guns and doesn’t waiver for the Defense as well.

    As an advocate for tougher penalties for scum that abuse and kill children, I hope the jury finds Ms. Anthony guilty. I can’t stand the way she sits there, covering her face when she talks to the lawyers, acting like she knows everything about law herself. Maybe she thinks if she gets off, Baez will give her a job in his law firm. Who knows, maybe by now in her warped way of thinking, she thinks she does know the law even tho’ she didn’t even graduate from high school.

    I just hope that Caylee is at peace in heaven, playing with all of the other children that were taken from the world much too soon (Jessica Lundsford, Danielle VanDam, Conner Petersen, etc.)

I had exactly the same impression when I first saw it, anywhere between 5 – 6 yrs of age. We have a holiday home in Florida so I am aware of the scale of these doors and where handles come and also how very heavy and difficult they are for anyone to open let alone a 2 year old. I am surprised this pic was allowed in evidence as the features are totally obscured. Blink, my question is, do we DEFINITELY know this is a genuine photo of Caylee? Motive is that Caylee was a fifth wheel in the bed while Casey and Mr. Morales (Chloroform face book] were having sex
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Personally speaking I would still like to know where Casey took Caylee the night of June 7 I believe it was when Morales said Casey got a call in the middle of the night & took Caylee somewhere. The next morning Morales stated only Casey was there & she said Quote: ‘I took Caylee to my mothers she called & wanted to see her’ (pp) Unquote. Now we know she didn’t take Caylee to Cindy’s house so just where did she take this little child in the middle of the night ? The state never pursued that & yet the night of the infamous 911 calls when Cindy said ‘let’s go to Zanny’s house & get Caylee, Casey said no its the middle of the night & Caylee’s asleep lets wait until tomorrow’ (pp). Too many unanswered questions in the lifestyle of Caylee forget about Casey’s lifestyle not interested in hers.
    Was Caylee becoming too verbal & Casey afraid of what she might say ? Was the Sawgrass Apartments a half truth & was Caylee brought there but not for the babysitter ? Were the terrible two’s becoming too much for Casey ? Duct tape is used by many people for many things.
    Casey does have a habit as many have stated of mixing the truth in with lies & perhaps the sex abuse wasn’t to her.
    The sad part of this for me is no one will ever know about the real lifestyle of this young child Caylee & how this happened to her since this family is not really a loving close family IMO. Their act is all for the show & cameras.
    I’m over the Casey pity party not knowing what Caylee’s life was really all about & what caused her early tragic death has my mind wandering badly.
    Good morning, Melissab! Thank you for all of the information you provided on Gentiva. Hopefully Gentiva will provide the information that will help prove Cindy a liar!
    To answer your question about whether I was joking, if we were talking about any one other than Cindy who, in my opinion, created he monstrosity Casey is, even going so far as to admit that she and Casey are exactly alike, I wouldn’t give it a thought. As it is, I was only half joking, while giving serious consideration to the question which begs to be answered, “Is Cindy any less a sociopath?” One who truly believes she can do whatever she pleases and talk up a good line to excuse her actions? She’s been doing that from the very beginning, it seems.
    imo the woman most certainly walks, talks, breathes a pathological empowerment, even in having sent her weasley husband (former cop) back to work so that she could be alone with the car and all of the evidence that stunk of murder 1. This is further evidenced in her altercation with Tim Miller isn’t it?
    On the very brink of perhaps getting to some morsel of truth by bringing Casey out of the room and having her point out on a map where Caylee might be found, Cindy took command and threw them all out. She wasn’t the least bit interested in the truth, nor does she have any respect for higher authority nor any one’s expertise, considering herself such a learned authority. I beg the question, isn’t Cindy really the reason Tim Miller walked out? Wasn’t it Cindy who initially took command of the media?
    She’s bold. She’s brazen, and has no bounds. She wants what she wants and will not stop until she gets it – her daughter’s freedom at Caylee’s expense, but in my humble opinion the only reason she wants Casey to go free is to save her own image, and in this respect she’s worse than a sociopath, she’s a narcissist.
    Nana, I’d have to go back and read in the docs to see if this was also the morning Casey rushed out of the (whose?) apartment as though she had something of utmost importance to do. I wonder if that important something wasn’t getting Caylee out of the trunk before the sun came up. A child wouldn’t survive the trunk during any part of a day, but it’s possible she could have survived a few hours during the night.
    With all of the talk about Casey keeping Caylee in the trunk I had to ask our pediatrician if he thought it possible. Daytime, no. Night, maybe.
    I’d like to hear more from Morales who said during his testimony that the only time he knew Casey to be cross with Caylee was when Caylee wouldn’t sleep. He said it more than once. This haunts me.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    It could be that the child in that pic at the sliding door was wearing someone else’s shoes since little girls love to play dress up or at least my daughter did. What intrigues me about that pic is that the young girl has a different body structure than Caylee.

    She said there were locks on those doors, and I don’t have them anymore, but when I did, they also had a bar thingie that you pulled out of the side and laid in the track so even if someone picked the lock, they could not open it. I find it very hard to believe that they had safety door handles on the INSIDE of Caylee’s room (thus why she said they were in Casey’s presumably).

    B

    The handles on most of the sliding doors are generally 36″ up from the floor unless the doors are custom made; & I can tell you here in Florida even with the a/c always on those doors stick big time from the humidity & dryness & at times I need to use two hands to open mine. So I question if a 2yr old could open one & hearing Cindy say she is so child safety conscious I’m surprised there were no child safety locks on those sliders.

    That raised my red flags too but again no one pursued it.. I know when my children were going thru the terrible two’s going to bed at night could be a challenge so I’m wondering how Casey managed that with Caylee since it appeared to stick out in Morales’ mind..

    I put no stock in that at all, a child that age playing musical beds as it were, is never going to have an easy time going to bed. My Blinkette at that age required us to lay in her bed with her for a few minutes until she fell asleep after a story and song. Same thing at naptime. Blink Jr, would have the same ritual, except fake sleep and end up down the steps and ultimately in our bed till he fell asleep and was carried back.

    Bedtime or nap rituals at my house were sacrosanct, my phone was shut off and everyone knew unless it was an emergency, don’t bother. I dont know why I was so uber anal about the safety and security of their beds and rituals as young children, but it was my thing.

    Who would have taken that photo of Caylee, not just the metadata, but surrounding pictures in the series. Casey take it, for some reason?

    I know the one you’re talking about. I do it the inexpensive & portable way I bought an adjustable shower rod & extend it out to fit the track on the bottom of the slider & at night or when I go out I lay the rod down in the track. A 10.00 investment does the job.

    Hmm locks on the ‘inside’ of a door to a childs room that’s frightening & should have been changed when the room became the baby’s room..

    Agree. Strange that JB did not mention the date of the photo – - – should be easy to get that info.

    It is interesting that the pink floral dress appears to be the same dress that Caylee was wearing in that “eerie” photo of her and the accused where we thought it had been taken somewhere with low lighting, Caylee’s cheek bruise was on the LEFT side . . . think it finally came out it was another Morales-taken photo?

    (took awhile to find the pic)

    Here’s the thing, the patio is screened in, she would have had to go through patio door and then the screen door, both per Cindy were kept locked. Sigh.

    Why would any one take a photograph of the back of a child standing at a sliding glass door, for that matter? Are there any other photographs of the back of Caylee?

    Blink says @ 7:56, I can relate, Blink, though one of our daughters won’t sleep anywhere but in her own bed. Traveling with her is rough.

    As far as the dates on the photo’s I can change the date & time on my digital camera to be whatever I want it to be so I’m not sure how that would document the pic. Especially if the date info came from JB. Too bad no one else is in the pic that would help backing into the date or support when it was taken. How convenient to have that particular photo just now when you need it for show & tell.
